Wendy Williams & Nene Leakes Have FINALLY Ended Their Feud!🤔😁🥱
The feud between Wendy Williams and NeNe Leakes has officially ended, with the pair reuniting in NYC. Over the weekend, the talk show host shared a sweet photo with the Real Housewives of Atlanta star. The three sat at a table together with Madina Milana in the center.
NeNe also shared photos of the pair hanging out together, hinting as to how they reunited. She wrote:
When you get the call that says…Sis, let’s get off the bullshit and get on some real shit. OVERCOMING (I’m just saying it how it was said) This nite right here, was a movie! No No you don’t understand, A REAL MOVIE @wendyshow LISTEN, every week i get a call from someone advocating for this to happen. IT HAPPENED! @erndukes you did dat??
Reportedly, tension between the two began in 2014. There appeared to be tension brewing when NeNe was on Dancing With the Stars.
Wendy weighed in on NeNe’s participation on the show, warning the reality star not to be an ‘angry black’ girl. In 2015, it was rumored that there was a confrontation at the Woman’s Expo in Atlanta, involving Wendy’s now estranged husband Kevin Hunter.
Well it looks like both women have moved forward and are leaving the past in the past. I guess!
Madonna is the cover star of one the June 2019 issues of Vanity Fair. The pop star, protagonist of our cover coming out on Wednesday 19 June 2019, tells us about her new album to say no to populism
«It is the best answer I had in the Middle Ages in which we are sinking. The world is going terribly back. And there are not enough critical voices. How many celebrities really have the courage to use their voices, their relevance, their platforms to make a difference? Honestly, I see many famous people trying only to be more famous. Few are those who have the courage to come out into the open to say something controversial ».
Thus, in the only real interview with an Italian newspaper, Madonna explains the committed character of her new album Madame X at Vanity Fair, which dedicates the cover of the issue on newsstands from Wednesday 19 June.
Madonna cover story will be out in issue No. 25, in the newsstands NOW!
Vanity Fair will be the only italian magazine to feature a Madonna interview for the launch of Madame X.
#RHOA: Kandi Burruss' Hubby Todd Checked by Fans for Taking His Daughter to a Strip Club
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss' husband Todd Tucker is under fire for bringing his daughter to a strip club. The 45-year-old shared a video of Kaela Tucker at the club in London.
In the video, posted to Tucker's Instagram, Kaela can be seen sipping on a drink with a dancer behind her. Her father joked in the caption, "watch out for the bootie! Lol!" Tucker's comments were quickly flooded with shock and outrage from fans, who felt it was inappropriate.
"Real dads dont take their kids to a strip club. So you must not be a real dad. This is disgusting. Just because your mother took you there does not make it right," one commenter wrote.
"This is extremely creepy," another wrote.
"Just No, [shaking my damn head]!," a third added. "Kandi might be cool with it but I find that inappropriate — that's what friends, cousins, anyone else is for. Todd's concerned about being cool instead of doing the right thing when there's so many other ways to be cool with your daughter — this shouldn't be one of them."
"Omg she look so uncomfortable Todd u should be [ashamed] smh," another Instagram commenter chimed in.
Not everyone had a problem with Tucker's decision, however. Some felt that it was fine for him and Kaela to be at the club together, noting that she's in her 20s.
"They are both adults. I don't see the big deal. What's it matter if she went with friends or with her dad," one supporter wrote on Instagram.
"I was just watching y'all on The Talk earlier today. Forget what they have to say you and your daughter is grown, y'all having a good time i didn't see what the problem was," another added.
"1) his daughter is an entire adult. 2) strip where...that girl is fully dressed 3) who cares? They are having fun. Mind ya biz-nay-yee," another commenter weighed in.
Tucker addressed the controversy in an interview with TMZ. He defended the decision to bring Kaela to the strip club, telling the outlet people in his family party with their kids. Additionally, Tucker explained that it's not the first time he and Kaela visited the strip club together, it's merely the first time he's documented it on Instagram.
"Me and my daughter been to the strip club before — we've been to Magic City, ain't no big deal," he assured outraged fans. "Me and my mom even went to the strip club before. It's in our genes."
"They're going to go anyway, so why not experience it and have fun with your kids," Tucker continued. "That's what we need to do — we need to spend more time with our kids, even if it's at the strip club."
Burruss hasn't commented on Tucker's outing with his daughter at this time.
#Empire: Trai Byers new film ‘The 24th’ film to begin shooting in Salisbury Maryland!
As filming of “The 24th” begins, its director is praising Salisbury for its commitment to historic preservation was well as its cooperation in accommodating his production crew.
“The 24th” is based on the Army’s all-black 24th Infantry Regiment and is set in Houston in 1917. The story centers on a riot led by some of the soldiers that left 15 people dead. The riot resulted in the biggest murder trial in U.S. history with 19 men sentenced to execution and 41 men sentenced to prison.
“The 24th” is directed by Kevin Willmott, an Academy Award-winning director who co-wrote the screenplay for Spike Lee’s “BlacKkKlansman.”
The film will star Trai Byers, who is also the co-writer, as well as Aja Naomi King, Mykelti Williamson, Thomas Haden Church and Bashir Salahuddin.
Willmott was attracted to Salisbury as the setting for “The 24th” for multiple reasons. North Carolina offers a good tax incentive for filmmakers. The city is close to a major airport, and scenes also will be shot in Charlotte. Because the film is set in 1917, Salisbury’s historic homes and neighborhoods are a good fit.
“It was a really smart choice for the city to preserve the neighborhoods in the way it was,” Willmott said.
Willmott said the city and local residents have helped with the filming and that crew members have taken advantage of downtown Salisbury when they aren’t working.

OH REALLY? Jada Pinkett-Smith Recalls The Time She Had A Threesome
In an upcoming episode of “Red Table Talk,” the topic of discussion will be polygamy.
Apparently, Willow Smith became intrigued by polyamorous relationships after she began following a throuple (three-person couple) on social media..
Of course, when you hear Jada is opening up about threesomes, your mind immediately shift to the freaky rumors surrounding her marriage to Will Smith.
But, JPS says it was something she did when she was very young and she didn’t particularly care for it much!
I had a threesome once. I was very, very young. Like, early 20s.
I didn’t like it. It just didn’t have the level of intimacy. But I tried it once and I was like, ‘Well, that’s not for me.’ But I would think if I was in love with two people, that’s another level.”
I could see enjoying a threesome then, but I was a kid. I was just like, you know, I saw two cute people…
Watch the clip HERE LOL! Willow’s face is priceless.
Mathew Knowles Uses Kelly Rowland As An Example that If Beyonce Was Dark-Skinned ‘It Would Have Affected Her Success’
Mathew Knowles says that Beyonce’s lighter skin played a factor in her mega success.
The singer’s father and former manager opened up about it during an interview earlier this week. He dished on a study on colorism in the music industry he conducted. He discovered that a majority of the women who topped the charts over a 15-year period (like Rihanna, Beyonce, Alicia Keys, and Mariah Carey) were lighter toned.
Knowles said,“In the music industry, there’s still segregation. You know there used to be the Black division, race records…Programmers, especially at pop radio, [have] this imagery of what beauty looks like. They wanted that imagery to be the same as singing those records.”
He went point out Whitney Houston and said,He says, “If you look back even at Whitney Houston, if you look at those photos, how they lightened her to make her look lighter-complexioned. Because there’s a perception and a colorism: the lighter that you are, the smarter and more economically [advantaged]… There’s a perception all around the world about color — even with black folks, there’s a perception.”
When asked if her career would have been different if Beyonce were dark-skinned, Knowles added,
“I think she would have had — it would’ve affected her success.”
He then used Kelly Rowland as an example.
“And I use Kelly Rowland as an example. She’s a great example. But you know, the great thing is, Kelly did exceptional outside of America, especially in Australia. Kelly sold over 4 million records. She just got off-script.”

Hunter Biden sued by woman claiming to have had his love child
An Arkansas woman claims Hunter Biden is the father of her child — and she’s suing to prove it.
Lunden Alexis Roberts, 28, filed a petition for paternity and child support against Joe Biden’s lawyer son, saying she gave birth to his kid, “Baby Doe,” in August 2018, according to court papers.
The two-page suit was filed in Independence County, Arkansas, on May 28 — nearly two weeks after Hunter tied the knot with a South African woman named Melissa Cohen.
Roberts wants a court to establish that the 49-year-old father of three is her baby’s biological dad. She is also seeking child support and for him to provide health insurance for the now-10-month-old infant. All out-of-pocket expenses would be split between the two parents, the filing said.
The petition does not say how Roberts and Hunter met or how long they were together.
But the birth of the child came while Hunter was in a relationship with Hallie Biden, his late brother Beau’s wife. The former in-laws started dating in 2017 and split in April, Page Six exclusively reported.
Roberts’ attorney Clint Lancaster said his client “values her privacy.”
“She really does not want this to be a media spectacle. She does not want this to affect Joe Biden’s campaign,” Lancaster told the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. “She just wants this baby to get financial support from the baby’s father.”
The lawyer said they haven’t been able to serve Hunter with the legal papers so far.
“We have been in contact with Hunter Biden’s attorney. We have attempted to work with Hunter and his attorney to settle this issue but that has not been successful,” Lancaster said. “We are attempting to serve Mr. Biden.”
Hunter could not be immediately reached.
Kevin Spacey accuser alleges he was groped eight times
Kevin Spacey‘s accuser texted his girlfriend details of the 2016 incident in which the actor allegedly sexually assaulted him — as it was happening, according to a blockbuster court filing made public on Thursday.
“He’s grabbed my d–k like 8 times,” the accuser wrote at one point during the exchange.
The then-18-year-old accuser was working as a busboy at the Club Car bar on Nantucket when court papers say he texted his girlfriend that Spacey was “hangin around me in the bar. He got my number and asked me to come out with him.”
“Sounds like he’s hitting on you…” the girlfriend wrote back, prompting the accuser to say, “I think he is.”
“He’s grabbing my leg and s–t,” he added.
The accuser also told his girlfriend that “I’m not gay,” then added, “But I think Spacey is.”
Is Wendy Williams Spiraling Out Of Control On Her Sobriety Journey? Her Friends Are Worried She's Is!
Wendy Williams may be "dippin' it and doin' it" out in these streets. Yes, she has been getting her life in LA with her new bestie Blac Chyna. And yes, she has been having "no strings attached fun" with 27-year-old North Carolina native Marc Tomblin, who is a convicted felon.
However, her friends are reportedly worried about her. As you know, the daytime talk show diva has been struggling to stay sober amid all of her divorce drama with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Kevin Hunter. She has made several public appearances in the last few weeks, seemingly happy and sober. But, it seems there may be something going on behind closed doors that have the people around her concerned.
“Wendy is not in a good place,” a source tells Us Weekly. “Friends close to her are worried she’s spiraling out of control.”
She brought Mr. Tomblin - who has been revealed as an ex-con who did time for armed robbery - back to NYC for a few more days of fun. They were spotted all around Manhattan shopping it up and living their best lives. We say do you Wendy, but don't get GOT by another man because you're vulnerable. It's ok to be alone for a few too.
Wendy seems to be keeping it together enough to run her own career herself these days though. It's widely known her soon-to-be ex ran the show on the business side, often keeping her in the dark. She admitted this many times on her show, but made it seem like that was her choice. Not so much. She was in Charlotte today speaking at FWD, the Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Summit. And she revealed just how controlling Kev was.
It all started when the 54-year-old talk show host took a whole two month hiatus from her show. Everyone knew something was up because Wendy hardly ever misses a show. Finally, she returned to the show in March and revealed she had been living in a sober house in New York with a 24-hour sober coach. She talked about how well she hid it from the world, but it was clearly taking a toll on her.
After her confession, it was reported she relapsed on alcohol and was taken to the hospital. However, she didn't miss a beat. She appeared on her show the next morning, telling fans she was just fine. Hmph. Wendy has a history with cocaine addiction and often talks about it on her show.
In April, Wendy filed for divorce from her husband of 20+ years after his rumored mistress, Sharina Hudson, allegedly gave birth to their baby girl. Kevin Sr. still hasn't confirmed or denied if the baby is his. Meanwhile, his relationship with his 18-year-old son, Kevin Jr., has suffered. The father-son duo reportedly got into a physical fight that resulted in Kevin Jr. being arrested for assault.
#RHOBH: Lisa Vanderpump's Mom Dies at 84!
Lisa Vanderpump's 84-year-old mother has passed away suddenly, The Blast has confirmed.
We're told Vanderpump is "shocked and devastated" about her mother's passing and has asked for privacy as she grieves.
According to the Daily Mail, Jean Vanderpump died unexpectedly on Monday in England. Production on "Vanderpump Rules" has reportedly stopped as a result. Lisa is expected to fly to London in the coming days to handle funeral arrangements.
A source told the Daily Mail, "This has hit Lisa very hard and she is shocked by her mother’s sudden death."
Last April, Vanderpump's 59-year-old brother died of a suspected overdose at his home in England. She told The Blast at the time, "This has come as a shock to us all. My brother and I had connected the day before this tragedy and I was completely unprepared for this. He was my only sibling and I am shocked and saddened by his passing. I am trying to be supportive to his two young sons that he has left behind, and help them get through this tragedy. We appreciate your consideration in this private and extremely difficult family time."
Earlier this month, Vanderpump revealed she will not be returning to "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" next season. She told DailyMailTV that she thought it was "pretty impossible for me to go back", adding, "Unfortunately this season in Housewives it just became too much for me, where I was in my life at the time, personal things I was dealing with I did not cope so well."

LaVar Ball Reportedly Banned From ESPN After “Inappropriate” Molly Qerim Comments, Ball’s Manager Says Claim Is “Not True”
LaVar Ball’s mouth has reportedly gotten him banned from one of the largest sports platforms in the world. According to The Athletic’s Richard Deitsch, ESPN will no longer feature Ball on any of its platforms after his inappropriate comments to Molly Qerim on Monday’s episode of ‘First Take.’
Ball’s appearance on the show was to discuss the Anthony Davis trade that sent his son, Lonzo Ball, from the Lakers to the Pelicans. Qerim asked Ball if she could “switch gears” in the conversation, to which Ball responded, “You can switch gears with me anytime.” That comment didn’t sit well with Qerim, the co-hosts, or many viewers. During the closing remarks on the show, Qerim remarked,
“If anyone is calling HR today, it‘s me.”
Deitsch, an ESPN spokesperson, tweeted the announcement of Ball’s alleged ban stating they have “no plans moving forward” to have Ball as an on-air guest or an on-the-record source for digital or a background source for ESPN. The tweet read, “There will be no LaVar Ball on any ESPN platform heading forward — at least as of now. Asked if Ball will be used as an on-air guest, an on-the-record source for digital, or a background source for ESPN, an ESPN spokesperson said, “We have no plans moving forward.”
A representative for Ball issued a statement to TMZ following the live show, insisting that Ball’s comment was “at NO time intended or meant to be sexual in nature.” However, ESPN has condemned Ball and called his comment “completely inappropriate.”
Despite Ball’s alleged banishment, LaVar Ball’s manager, Denise White, said her client has already been asked to appear on ESPN Radio for a weekly segment. “Before putting out false information, you should do your homework,” she wrote in a tweet. “#Lavarbigballer was on #espn radio this morning and has been asked to be a guest weekly for their affiliate. This has bee exploited into something it wasn’t. There was no intent! Your clickbait is wrong.”
White also called out various news outlets like Complex Sport and Dime UPROXX for reporting on the ban as well.
Oprah Hints at Rebooting Her Talk Show says It Would Be Something She’d Love to Make Happen
Oprah Winfrey may prove that life can go full circle at times, because she hinted at rebooting “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” the daily talk show that made her a household name.
The syndicated show ran from 1986 to 2011 and taped in Chicago. Some of the episodes had big-name celebrities as guests, others had everyday people who told compelling stories and sometimes Winfrey made herself the subject matter — like in a 1988 episode when she revealed a massive weight loss.
Winfrey also had special giveaway episodes where she’d give the studio audience extravagant gifts, which is where her famous “You get a car, you get a car” line came from.
The last episode of the talk show was a major TV event that was held at Chicago’s United Center. All kinds of celebrities came by to wish the legendary host well, including Jada Pinkett Smith, Jamie Foxx, Patti LaBelle, Maya Angelou, Michael Jordan, Usher, Alicia Keys, Aretha Franklin and Beyoncé, who performed “Run the World” (Girls).”
Winfrey was in Toronto earlier this week promoting her new book “The Path Made Clear: Discovering Your Life’s Direction and Purpose” when the subject of her talk show came up.
And according to the 65-year-old, bringing it back would be a great idea but just on a different schedule than before. Winfrey also said she gets that talk show itch whenever a big news story unfolds.
“I would love to make that happen, let me tell you,” she told “ET Canada.” “But maybe not every day. For 25 years, it was perfect. The only time I missed it was during the election or when something really big happens in the news. I think, ‘Oh, gee, I wish I had a show.'”
72 Philadelphia Officers On Desk Duty As Racist Facebook Posts Have been Probed
Seventy-two Philadelphia police officers have been put on desk duty after an outside investigation into hundreds of officers’ Facebook accounts uncovered disturbing posts that appear to endorse violence, racism and bigotry.
The announcement on Wednesday by the city’s police commissioner comes weeks after the Plain View Project, an independent research project by Philadelphia attorneys, presented screengrabs of thousands of public posts belonging to current and former officers from eight U.S. jurisdictions over two years.
In addition to Philadelphia, those locations include Dallas, Texas, St. Louis, Missouri, Phoenix, Arizona, York, Pennsylvania, Twin Falls, Idaho, Denison, Texas, and Lake County, Florida.
The alleged posts included violent rhetoric, Confederate images, as well as anti-Muslim and anti-black comments, statements that, according to the Plain View Project, “could erode civilian trust and confidence in police.”
On Tuesday, St. Louis’ Circuit Attorney’s Office said it will not issue charges in any of the criminal investigations led by the nearly 60 St. Louis officers identified by Plain View.
“After careful examination of the underlying bias contained in those social media posts, we have concluded that this bias would likely influence an officer’s ability to perform his or her duties in an unbiased manner,” said St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner in a statement obtained by the St. Louis-Post Dispatch.
Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross, at a press conference on Wednesday, said he expects a full investigation into his officers’ conduct will take about six months.
“Every post is being looked at. Every one,” he told reporters.
“If the speech is determined to be protected, no further action will be taken,” he said. “An example would be an opinion on a matter of public concern that may be unpopular ... but does not include threats of violence or pejorative language against any protected class.”
The Philadelphia chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police union, in a statement posted on its website, expressed support of the officers and said the watchdog group only focused on their bad behavior.
“The FOP and our members utilize social media on a regular basis to bring people together and support one another,” it said. “It is sad that the investigators with the ‘social justice’ group chose to ignore all the good work done regularly by our officers. During this difficult climate in which police officers are constantly under attack, the FOP will continue to support you.”
The Philadelphia Police Department is the fourth largest in the U.S. with more than 6,300 sworn members.
AND FINALLY FROM “THE CRAZY PEOPLE SHOPPING AT WALMART” FILES
Billy Porter is on the cover of Gay Times Magazine for June 2019 and he doesn’t hold back. Here are some excerpts from the piece!
On Stonewall rebellion: “It started then and it continues now and to be part of that mission, to be part of that civil rights movement, is really important to me. I stand on the shoulders of my black folks who came before me and know what it feels like to be disenfranchised. It’s a continued call to action for me and I hope that everybody in the LGBTQ community can come together and continue to fight for equality. I hope that’s what I exhube.”
On when he came out in 1985: “I was trying to get out of my circumstances and remove myself from the trauma and the toxic energy that was my childhood and my early teenage development. It was very traumatic and it was homophobic – it was violently homophobic and I knew then that if I was going to survive, I was going to have to extract myself from that. I found the arts and I found the theatre, a community that embraced me for who I am, and as I went deeper and deeper into that community, I discovered we were in the middle of a plague and had to fight.”
On working in a heteronormative industry: “I’ve spent 25 or 30 years in this business trying to fit in because that’s what I was told. I was told in every community – even in my tribe – I was informed early that if I didn’t ‘fix’ myself and put on the extra layer of performed masculinity through the lens of the heterosexual normative construct, I would not be successful and not be able to work in the way I wanted to work. That I wouldn’t be taken seriously and a lot of those things were true for a very, very long time. Something inside of me understood that my authenticity was the only thing that made sense. I chose early on in my career that if I couldn’t be authentic in this show business world in the traditional sense of being a television actor, crossover artist, being a celebrity – whatever comes with that – if I couldn’t do it authentically then I didn’t want to do it because it would be a lie! I didn’t want to lie for the rest of my life. I got very used to being marginalised and being put in a corner; my talent, my gift, my passion – all of what I brought to the table being put in a box in a corner. When Pose came around, it was literally like, ‘Wait, we’re going to actually tell the real story?’ I’ve always had big dreams, but I didn’t even realise that I was not dreaming big enough. I didn’t realise that the information I had received had put a cap on my dreams – a ceiling – until I walked through that door and met Ryan Murphy. I met Steven Canals and I met you, and this project came to be. This experience has taught me to dream the impossible and that’s an energy and focus that we all need to take into whatever this next phase of what we’re doing right. Whatever is going on, we had to remember that anything is possible and dream the impossible. I am very much a person who believes in the law of attraction. You are what you say and you are what you say you are. Pose has really helped me change my language and dream the impossible and believe that we can change the world.”
“I always felt like – this was the messaging I received – that you as a black gay man are allowed to be this and that is it. You can be the best friend of the white girl or the white boy; you can bring up the rear or be the funny best friend; you can be the talented funny best friend; you can stop the show on the side, but when it comes to the ‘at what cost’ portion of the story or the human story, there was no space for that. I was not happy about it but very used to being plunged into those archetypes. I never imagined that I could be a black, gay, out leading man. I never saw that in my future. I never saw that because it never existed. When all of our dreams are spring-boarded off our dreams that we’ve already seen, it’s difficult to dream things. And then, to
move forward without hubris, knowing that is who you are. Something inside me always knew I was one of the first, but I see anybody that was succeeding in that way quite frankly. I kinda felt like I’m going to try, do it and keep going. But y’know, I’m going to have to butch it up if I want to be on TV. If I want to be in the movies, I’m going to have to make myself masculine enough so it’s palatable and stomachable for the masses.”
On his sense of style: “One of the instruments of silencing that I came across when starting is this idea of clothing. This idea of how you present. The first impression is what people see, right? We have a construct in our society that certain things mean masculine and certain things mean feminine and you can’t cross those boundaries and not be marginalised or ostracised for it, silenced or dismissed for those things. I’ve always had an outrageous sense of style and fashion. I’ve very often been laughed at for the kind of things I wanted to wear. This microscope of masculinity within the media. Men are under this microscope from the moment you hit [the red carpet] and everybody is looking to see if you slip up. One slip up and you’re a fagot, and you can’t be on that superhero show anymore. You can’t play that masculine part anymore, and nobody will believe that you’ll fuck a woman anymore. And so, I looked at the landscape and saw that these men are straitjackets. Literally ‘straight-jackets’. They can’t do anything without someone judging their fashion choice in relation to how they’ll get cast. When I came into this moment, I realised that it’s been very clear, to me, that nobody thinks I’m masculine anyway, and now I’ve got the job where that lens is no longer plausible and doesn’t matter. I’m Pray Tell on Pose; I’m queer, I’m out, I’m fabulous, I’m a leading man and I’m running shit. I don’t have to adhere to any of these rules and I can go onto these red carpets and play because it doesn’t matter. Y’all weren’t casting me as that anyway, and I still survived and I’m still here. So I need to do it the way I want to fucking do it! I didn’t even realise that there was any kind of gender-neutral dresses. I didn’t realise that was what I wanted to do until I was set free by actually getting this job, and then all the limits were taken off. You can do whatever you want!”
On the importance of authenticity: “We talk about authenticity and throw inclusion and authenticity around like we’re doing it. I showed up and I saw this community, specifically the transgender community. I realised that the T in LGBTQ has largely been absent from my knowledge and my consciousness. I just didn’t know how much I didn’t know and it awakened something in me because I saw these people and thought, their authenticity – as bad as it’s been for me – these people living inside their authenticity can get them killed every single day. Every single day, these girls walk out their house and onto the streets. They can be killed simply because somebody feels like it’s alright, nobody will give a fuck, anyway. These trans women can be executed simply for living inside a real kind of authenticity that is not popular. It really moved me because that’s the death of authenticity that I didn’t know I didn’t have, and I need to get it and I need to embrace it. One of the ways I do and I’m going to express that is by taking the chains of what I’m wearing. It feels very insignificant but simultaneously I realise now how important it is, really it is to… I don’t know, it’s blowing my mind and I’m trying to find the words for it because it never occurred to me that I was the first man to wear a dress to the Oscars. For real. It never occurred to me that going to the Met Gala in what I went to was a big deal. It’s literally me being me. It really is me being me and that’s so great because the layer of having to pretend to make other people feel comfortable is completely gone. It’s so freeing Janet, I can’t tell you!”
On what he would tell his 16-year-old self: “I would say that the first thing you must do, which I did, is extract yourself from the danger. Extract yourself from the people who don’t know how to love you. Extract yourself from anything that’s toxic. Change the narrative of, ‘I need the love of people, my mother, my father, my family to exist on the planet’. No! We don’t need acceptance, we don’t need tolerance, we need respect for our humanity. We demand respect for our humanity and we will give respect for everyone else so that we can all move forward. Everybody’s humanity is valid, even if we don’t understand it or like it. That’s what I would tell my younger self and anybody today that you must do. You must break free. It’s the only way you will survive.”
On his dreams without limitations: “OH BABY! I need to be The Head Bitch in Charge, hunni. I’m trying to be a mogul. I’m trying to be like Ryan Murphy, I’m trying to be like you! Yes, that’s what I wanted, but I thought, ‘You’re a fagot, you can’t do that!’ But yes, I can. Yes I can, and yes I will. I want to be the person. I want to be one of the people that is at the forefront of being able to be the Svengali that helps to make sure all the stories are told, and that all the babies are taken care of. If I can be a part of that energy, I’m good.”

In the upload, the RHOA star could be seen with her husband Todd Tucker and their two children – 16-year-old Riley and 3-year-old Ace – as well as her stepdaughter, 22-year-old Kaela Tucker. While Todd, Ace, and Riley all opted to go a little more covered for the family snap, Kandi and Kaela proudly rocked their bikinis for the sunny trip.
Burruss showed off just a little skin in her bright pink and plunging two-piece bikini, looking years younger than her actual age of 43 with braided pigtails in her hair and a pair of large black framed glasses on her eyes. As for Kaela, she opted for a bright neon yellow bikini look and large tinted sunglasses on her eyes while her hair was tied up into a large topknot on the top of her head.
In the caption, Kandi joked that she was posting the photo to let their friends and family know that they’re all okay after staying away from social media during their trip.
Kandi previously opened up about all the hard work that goes into her body as she enters her mid-40s.
Last year, the Xscape singer spoke out about her pretty dramatic weight loss following the birth of Ace in 2016, revealing that she’d cut out a lot of unhealthy things from her diet.
“I think it was a combination of two things. I was breastfeeding, strictly breastfeeding for a month-and-a-half,” Burruss shared of how she got her post-baby body back in shape while speaking to Bravo’s The Daily Dish.
“I give up my things that I really love, so sweets, desserts. I do not eat any desserts in the month of January. And I do not drink anything but water the whole month. No sodas, no juice, no anything but water,” Kandi then continued. “So I think the combination of doing that as well as breastfeeding, I think that’s why I lost so much.”
#Empire: Why is Lee Daniels throwing Jussie Smollett under the Bus? He cut off communication with Jussie Smollett after scandal.
The co-creator of "Empire" television series said he's "beyond embarrassed" by the Jussie Smollett scandal, and had to cut off communication with the actor after he allegedly staged a hate crime.
In an interview with Vulture published Tuesday, Lee Daniels was asked about Smollett claiming he was the victim of a hate crime that Chicago police said he allegedly staged.
Smollett was written out of the final episodes of the show's fifth season following allegations he faked a hate crime against himself in January. Daniels said he views Smollett like a son, and was "beyond embarrassed" after he initially supported him.
"I think that when it happened, I had a flash of me running from bullies. I had a flash of my whole life, of my childhood, my youth, getting beaten," he told Vulture.
He said he was "too busy putting out fires" to keep up with coverage on the case, and had to stop communicating with the actor.
"I had to detach myself and stop calling him, because it was taking away the time I have for my kids, the time I have for my partner. It was affecting my spirit and other shows, everything," he said.
Last week, Daniels also shot down a media report that implied Smollett would return for the sixth season of the show.
"This is not factual. Jussie will NOT be returning to Empire," Daniels said in a tweet to Variety after it reported an "exclusive" saying Smollett would return in Season 6.
The drama starring Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard will end after the sixth season.
#NewMusic from Lyfe Jennings ‘Accusing Me’

True to Lyfe Jennings form, he sings about real situations in relationships that others won’t touch on. “Accusing Me” is vintage Lyfe Jennings music in that it’s music with a message over a subtle production that allows his vocals to standout.

On Monday, the NYPD's Special Victims Division was investigating the alleged incident and obtaining video from the bar and anywhere else that would help the investigation
Tamar Braxton Announces New Show and Film titled ‘Gangalnd’
Tamar Braxton has inked yet another TV show! But it’s not the talk show with Steve Harvey’s production company that we’ve been waiting for. Fans might remember Harvey offered Braxton her own show just after she was shockingly fired from The Real back in May 2016, ahead of the talk show’s third season.
While her Tamartians have been waiting patiently for Harvey and Braxton’s talk show to be announced, she said that won’t be happening.
“It’s not, because of contractual reasons. We couldn’t get my network down to kind of free me of that. I’m waiting on my talk show too.”
Fortunately, she announced she has a new VH1 show in the works as she said her network has been “more lenient with other things.”
“I have a VH1 show coming up that got picked up for 20 episodes. I’m really excited about it. So they’re being a little bit more lenient nowadays.”
The details of the show still aren’t known, but she confirmed the news on Instagram.
Braxton also added that she just wrapped a movie called Gangland.
“It’s kinda like a musical sort of. But it’s really, really good and entertaining. I’ve always been into acting. I started off with Tyler Perry, a lot of people don’t know that. I did Madea Goes to Jail. We had a great time. Ever since then I’ve had the acting bug. Then the reality show came and the music bug definitely never goes away.”
As for the reality show, WeTV’s “Braxton Family Values,” we’ve seen lots of drama between Braxton and her sisters.
She said, “It ain’t the camera that makes the difference. It’s everything else. It’s more like production. People want to see more of the dramatics and the shenanigans and I’m just really not here for it to be honest. I created it and formed it with my ex-husband. I just felt there was a need for African-American women to show their truths. And to be all in different walks of life but still have one common goal… denominator, and that’s family. And I just thought it was important. We’ve worked on it… 10 years later… and we’re still number one on the network. We’re coming back for another season.”
“It was necessary for women to get on TV and get along and not throw glasses at each other.”

Cory Booker Hints He’ll Propose To Rosario Dawson!
Cory Booker might not be the next single President after all. While it seems like we just found out about his romance with actress Rosario Dawson a few months ago, he’s already considering popping the question as he’s on the campaign trail to become the next President of the United States. He said during an appearance on RuPaul’s talk show,
“The swearing in isn’t until the 21st of January 2021. You never know what will happen between now and then.”
While RuPaul pointed out Booker is dating someone “very famous,” Booker corrected him and said his girlfriend is “very special,” referring to Dawson who was in the audience.
For now, Booker could be the first single U.S. President since 1886. None other than President Grover Cleveland held down that title. Before him, it was President James Buchanan in 1857.
Booker revealed he was dating in February. He confirmed the mystery woman was Dawson in March as he gushed about her during an appearance on Ellen.
“As our relationship grows, it’s difficult. But she is a deeply soulful person and has taught me a lot of lessons about love already and sometimes you show the greatest strength when you’re vulnerable. She really has this nurturing spirit that’s made me more courageous, not just in the love I project and want to see in our country, but I think in our own personal relationships to love more fearlessly. I’m very, very blessed to be with somebody who makes me a better person.”
Dawson also confirmed their relationship just days before.
“He’s a wonderful human being. It’s good to spend some time together when we can. He’s very busy.”
As for a possible proposal, she said,
“I have no idea. I am just grateful to be with someone that I respect and love and admire so much.”
So I see Wendy Williams likes Jail Bait? Meet her' 27-Year-Old Convicted Felon Boyfriend
Just days after the talk show host said she was seeing a "very sexy" younger man, Bossip identified him as Marc Tomblin, a 27-year-old convicted felon, who, per his Linkedin, is a financial investor and blogger. The North Carolina native was convicted of robbery with a dangerous weapon and breaking and entering in 2012, according to state records obtained by the entertainment news site. He served fifteen months for his crimes and was released in 2014.
Marc and Wendy reportedly hit it off on her recent trip to Los Angeles. The soon-to-be divorcée gave fans a sneak peek of her new boo on Instagram Monday (June 10) sharing a cropped photo of her relaxing with him while poolside. "Last night was the most beautiful sunset in Sherman Oaks with special people. Thank you, California! You've won me over! I'll be back for the Hip Hop Festival in August," she captioned a picture of her holding Marc's leg as he held her hand. Wendy also added a few funny and revealing hashtags that shed some light on her new relationship and "new life": "#oldenoughtobeyourmother #verysexyman #mynewlife."
Since then the two have been spotted out in New York City. TMZ even caught up with Wendy and Marc during one of their many NYC outings on Tuesday (June 11) and asked the talk show host what she thought of Marc's criminal past. "I am a 54-year-old grown ass woman. I know what I’m doing," she told the photog. "Look, my husband had a full baby with a woman he was involved with for 15 years… where I was cooped up only to be a show pony. Now, I’m living my life."
As fans know, Wendy filed for divorce from her husband of 22 years, Kevin Hunger in April — a decision that was reportedly sparked by his alleged longtime mistress having his child in March.
A Second Suspect Arrested In Dominican Republic For David Ortiz Shooting
A second suspect has been arrested in the Dominican Republic for the Sunday night shooting of former Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz.
Ortiz was shot in the back at close range as he sat at a streetside bar and lounge in the Dominican capital of Santo Domingo. Doctors said he suffered damage to his liver and intestines, and underwent a six-hour, emergency surgery at a Dominican hospital before being flown into Boston on the Red Sox private plane Monday night.
According to the Associated Press, Eddy Vladimir Feliz Garzia, the driver of the motorcycle, remains in custody along with another man, Erick Montilla. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A spokesman for prosecutors in DR said Féliz Garcia was charged as an accomplice in an attempted murder. His lawyer, Deivi Solano, told the AP that Feliz Garcia had no clue what was about to happen when he picked up the gunman. ‘‘He didn’t know what they were going to do. He’s a fan of David’s,’’ Solano said. Feliz Garcia was quickly stopped and beaten by onlookers at Dial in the chaotic aftermath of the shooting.
Authorities originally said Feliz Garcia, 25, was the shooter but revised that to say he was actually the driver of the motorcycle. However, authorities have not revealed to the AP whether the shooter is among those who were apprehended.
Two others were wounded in the attack, including television host Jhoel Lopez, who was struck in the leg by the same bullet that hit Ortiz. “It was the act of a hired killer,” Lopez, Ortiz’s spokesman, told Diario Libre, a Dominican newspaper.
David’s wife, Tiffany Ortiz, gave a statement to the media thanking fans for the outpouring of support but also asking for privacy. “I want to thank everyone for the outpouring of support and love that we have received during this incredibly difficult time,” Tiffany Ortiz’s statement said. “We ask for privacy as David works toward recovery.”
Rumors have swirled on social media that Ortiz was shot as an act of revenge for having an affair with a drug lord’s wife and another rumor implied a Dominican police officer had been involved in the shooting. However, the Dominican Nation Police have since taken the step of issuing a statement saying those reports were “categorically” false. “Our institution has no link to the incident,” the department said.
OJ Simpson No Longer Wants To Discuss Death of Ex Wife Nicole Brown. He says My Family & I Have Moved On!
One acquitted murder case, nine years in prison former NFL Hall of Famer OJ Simpson is keeping a low profile, and living like a semi-regular 71-year-old in Las Vegas. He recently opened up about life 25 years after his acquittal from the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend Ron Goldman.
OJ says that his life has entered a “no negative zone,” and despite a British movie being made – he no longer feels the need to discuss Nicole’s June 1994 murder. He said: “We don’t need to go back and relive the worst day of our lives. The subject of the moment is the subject I will never revisit again. My family and I have moved on to what we call the ‘no negative zone.’ We focus on the positives.”
After serving almost a decade in prison on robbery and kidnapping charges, OJ continues to live in Las Vegas.
“The town has been good to me. Everybody I meet seems to be apologizing for what happened to me here.”
He gave a vague answer when asked whether or not he believes his conviction was fair:
“I believe in the legal system and I honored it. I served my time.” He comments on how he spends his time after once being a multi-millionaire. He said:
“I’ve been to Florida two or three times to see the kids and my old buddies in Miami. I even managed to play a game of golf with them. But I live in a town I’ve learned to love. Life is fine.”
However, the friends and family of the late Nicole and Ron keep their alive. Ron’s sister, Kim Goldman, is launching a 10-week podcast called “Confronting: O.J. Simpson,” in which she will interview detectives, attorneys, and even jurors from the case – continuing to allege that OJ is guilty of the murders. Kim said:
“Closure isn’t a word that resonates with me. I don’t think it’s applicable when it comes to tragedy and trauma and loss of life. I don’t suffocate in my grief. But every milestone that my kid hits, every milestone that I hit, you know, those are just reminders of what I’m not able to share with my brother and what he is missing out on.”

#BARBZ Nicki Minaj Returns With Cryptic 'Megatron' Tweet
Nicki Minaj has remained quiet on Twitter in recent months, with her last tweet dating back to March 25. Minaj broke her silence on the platform on Wednesday (June 12) with a cryptic tweet.
"MEGATRON," she simply wrote in all-caps, sending the Barbz into a speculatory frenzy.
Could Minaj be gearing up to launch into the next era of music? Minaj previously rapped about Megatron being a nickname for herself on Future's 2018 track "Transformer." "Some call me Nicki but some call me Megatron/ I'm stoppin' bags and I don't need a red octagon," Minaj rhymed.
Meanwhile, Minaj has been a little more active on Instagram, sharing photos as recently as late May.

Khloe Kardashian Apologizes To Tristan Thompson’s Ex Jordyn Craig From The ‘Deepest Parts Of Her Soul’
Khloe Kardashian‘s relationship with Tristan Thompson seemed to be shrouded in karma considering the fact that he allegedly abandoned Jordyn Craig while she was pregnant with his son to be with her.
In new court documents regarding child support, Jordyn claims she suffered “serious complications” during her pregnancy due to the foolishness she endured with Tristan and his new relationship.
This brought an enormous amount of negative, unwanted attention and stress into my life, and more critically, into my pregnancy.
My obstetrician ordered me to be on bed rest due to high levels of stress that eventually caused me to have serious pregnancy complications.
Although, Khloe Kardashian appears to have lost Tristan the same way she got him, she took to social media to set the record straight and apologized to Jordyn from the “deepest parts of her soul” for starting a relationship with the NBA baller under false pretenses.
Peep her posts below:
It’s always easier to empathize and apologize when you’ve experienced the same pain that you’ve knowingly or unknowingly caused someone else.

The Spice Girls are getting an animated movie
The Spice Girls are finally making another comeback as a full group — this time, in an animated feature. The Hollywood Reporter reported today that Paramount Animation is in the early development stages of creating a new Spice Girls movie.
Currently, all five members of the original group — Melanie Brown (Scary), Emma Bunton (Baby), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty), Geri Halliwell (Ginger), and Victoria Beckham (Posh) — have signed onto the project. Paramount Animation president Mireille Soria told The Hollywood Reporter that the group “had an idea that [Paramount has] been developing” and that they are “very involved” in the process. The film will bring back Spice Girls classics in addition to new songs.
Simon Fuller (So You Think You Can Dance) will produce, with screenwriting duo Karen McCullah and Kiwi Smith writing the screenplay. The film is a part of Paramount’s upcoming animated feature slate, which includes The SpongeBob Movie: It’s a Wonderful Sponge (May 2020) and Rumble (July 2020), which is based off of Rob Harrell’s graphic novel Monster on a Hill.
Miley Cyrus Apologizes For 'Insensitive' Comments About Hip-Hop
Miley Cyrus has once again shared apologies over accusations of cultural appropriation and this time the pop titan went directly to the comment section of YouTube to sound off.
In a video titled "Miley Cyrus Is My Problematic Fav...Sorry," which was shared in late May, user As Told By Kenya (Kenya Wilson) spent a half hour explaining just why she is a massive supporter of Cyrus, while simultaneously calling her out for appropriating Black culture, particularly after her 2017 Billboard cover story. "I love that because it's not, 'Come sit on my d*ck, suck on my c*ck.' I can't listen to that anymore," Cyrus explained of her love for Kendrick Lamar's HUMBLE at the time. "That's what pushed me out of the hip-hop scene a little. It was too much 'Lamborghini, got my Rolex, got a girl on my c*ck' — I am so not that."
In the video blog, Wilson goes on to hold Cyrus accountable for her insensitive comments, but reveals that our extremist culture makes it difficult for celebrities and fans to be conflicted about their opinions. Cyrus recently caught wind of the video and responded with a lengthy reply, admitting that the remarks were part of her own privilege.
"Just watched your video. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to speak up. Being silent is not like me at all. I am aware of my platform and have always used it the best way I know how and to shine a light on injustice. I want to start with saying I am sorry," the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Festival performer wrote. "I own the fact that saying … 'this pushed me out of the hip hop scene a little' was insensitive as it is a privilege to have the ability to dip in and out of 'the scene'. There are decades of inequality that I am aware of, but still have alot learn about. Silence is apart of the problem and I refuse to be quiet anymore. My words became a divider in a time where togetherness and unity is crucial . I can not change what I said at that time , but I can say I am deeply sorry for the disconnect my words caused. Simply said ; i f**ked up and I sincerely apologize . I’m committed to using my voice for healing , change , and standing up for what’s right. Miley"
