WOMP! Lil Kim pulls put out of Essence Festival says “She’s So Disappointed”
If you were looking forward to seeing Lil Kim rock the stage with the Bad Boy Family, unfortunately, you won’t see it at ESSENCE Festival.
Queen Bee was scheduled to hit the main stage at the New Orleans Superdome with Diddy and the rest of the Bad Boy Family on today (Sunday), but Kimmy had to cancel due to “unfulfilled business obligations,” according to her rep.
“I was looking forward to it," Kim tells PEOPLE. "I'm so disappointed and sad about that."
Her rep adds, "She's saddened by the news but matters are not within her control."
While she won’t be hitting the Festival stage, fans can expect her to be present when the Bad Boy Family kicks off their reunion tour in August.
Well you can look forward to her being honored at VH1’s “Hip Hop Honors: All Hail the Queens” event alongside Queen Latifah, Missy Elliot and Salt-N-Pepa. The show airs live Monday, July 11th at 9/8

In the May 2015 UK cover story, which appears to be the same interview with Lena Dunham that appears in the US version, the wife and mom of Isabelle revealed how she didn't always feel pretty. Speaking on insecurities while growing up:
"I didn't grow up thinking I was pretty; there was always a prettier girl than me. So I learned to be smart and tried to be funny and develop the inside of me, because I felt like that's what I had."

Erick Sermon: ‘Hip Hop Will Never Accept Men Like Bruce Jenner’
Rap legend Erick Sermon gave gossip tabloid TMZ his unique perspective on cross-dresser Bruce Jenner‘s planned sex change.
“Bruce is crazy,” the ‘Green-Eyed Bandit’ told TMZ’s reporter. Sermon, who is one half of the rap duo EPMD, added that Jenner, 65, “took too long” to make his dramatic announcement. He wondered if it was all an elaborate publicity stunt.
“Maybe what he’s trying to do his bring awareness” to the suicide rates of “those people who are stuck like he is,” said Sermon.
Sermon, 46, said hip hop will never accept cross dressing rappers.
Without naming names, Sermon said there are several rappers who are cr
oss dressers.
Sermon, who was once considered a gay rapper, said Hollywood is taking the Gay Agenda too far. “It’s just too far to be going,” he said.
Sermon used gay unemployed football player Michael Sam as an example of society’s disapproval of the liberal-left’s forced tolerance of gays and LGBT in the media.

Days after Bobbi Kristina Brown’s father Bobby Brown filed papers with a Georgia court for the guardianship of the $20 million estate Bobbi Kristina got from her mother Whitney Houston, grandmother Cissy Houston has decided to “fight this to the grave,” Radar Online reported, citing a source. Bobby Brown's move comes soon after Cissy said in a statement that the damage to Bobbi Kristina’s brain was “irreversible.”
“Cissy Houston will fight this to the grave,” a family source said, according to Radar Online, adding: “Since day one, all of the Houstons have been waiting for Bobby to try and get Bobbi Kristina’s money and they knew it was just a matter of time. No one is surprised that he is making a grab for her money.”
According to the will signed by the late Whitney before her death, Cissy, Bobbi Kristina’s uncle Gary Houston and aunt Pat Houston would receive the estate’s responsibility if Bobbi Kristina dies. The 22-year-old was found unresponsive in her bathtub at her Georgia home in January. She was put under a medically induced coma and remained on life support. She was later transferred to a private room at the Dekalb Medical facility in Atlanta. Although Bobbi Kristina is no longer in coma, she still remains unresponsive.
Despite suspicions that Bobby Brown is trying to take control of Bobbi Kristina’s inheritance, a source had told People magazine that he “only wants what’s best for (his daughter).” Bobby Brown also reportedly understands that his daughter may “live in this condition for a lifetime.” The filing for guardianship is also being seen as an indication that he does not believe Bobbi Kristina will wake up, according to reports.
"Bobby is Krissy's father. He only wants what's best for her," a source close to Bobby Brown reportedly said, adding: "This is not about him taking her money -- he has money of his own. This is about making sure that she will have the best care for as long as she needs. … The truth is that he wants to get her the best care she can possibly get, that's all."

Lil’ Kim Sparks Plastic Surgery Rumors During ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Performance

Lil’ Kim performed “Lady Marmalade” with Patti LaBelle and Amber Riley for the 10th Anniversary Special of “Dancing With the Stars,” but all that most people talked about was her face. The rapper claims she has never had cosmetic surgery, but Twitter users seemed to disagree.
Some thought her face looked so distorted that it scared them. She displayed oversized lips, a smaller nose, heavily lined eyebrows and high cheekbones, which prompted some to say she looked like a lion and others to confess that she looked simply unrecognizable.
For her part, Lil’ Kim ignored the gossip and posted pictures from the show on Twitter.
It’s not the first time Lil’ Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Denise Jones, has battled plastic surgery rumors. In March 2013, she denied the cosmetic surgery rumors through her rep C.J. Carter. "We would like to inform fans, the media, and the general public that this is nothing more than a blog site doing its best to conjure up much-needed publicity," Carter said in a statement, via E! News. "What better way to do so, than to take an American music icon and create a fictitious platform in which to disrespect and humiliate. We at Team Lil' Kim are not taking this lying down and are taking this very seriously.”

Jon Jones Fired By Reebok, Tweets Apology To Fans
In the wake of Monday’s felony arrest, Reebok has terminated its sponsorship with UFC fighter, Jon Jones.
On Wednesday morning, ESPN reporter, Darren Rovell confirmed the news via Twitter, writing:
“BREAKING: Reebok has terminated the contract of UFC fighter Jon Jones effective immediately.”
A spokesperson for Reebok also told MMAjunkie that “In light of recent events, we’ve made the decision to terminate our contract with Jon Jones, effective immediately.”
Jones was also stripped of his light heavyweight title and suspended from the league indefinitely. “He’s very disappointed. He’s upset. He wanted to go down as one of the greats or the greatest,” UFC president Dana White said on Fox Sports Live of Jones. “He’s disappointed, but it is what it is. It is the decision we had to make.
He added, “For us to go in and have to strip him of his title and suspend him is not fun, but you know what they say: The show must go on.”
On Monday, Jones was taken into custody on felony charges after his involvement in a hit-and-run in Albuquerque just one day before. Jones apparently fled the scene before returning to get cash from the car.
The hit and run victim was a pregnant woman who was taken to the hospital after suffering a fractured arm.

As you all should know Jay Z went on a rare tweet spree yesterday (April 26) in order to defend his new streaming platform Tidal. One of the tweets included Jay accusing other companies of engaging in a “smear campaign” against his service.
Reports AllHipHop: The New York Post is reporting music industry giant Apple is purposely interfering with Tidal’s placement on the company’s App charts. Last week Tidal fell out of the top 750 applications in the App Store and dropped out of the top 40 on the music apps chart.
A source told the Post, “[Apple] deliberately took a long time to approve Tidal iOS app updates. Tidal had a new app on Android on April 15, but still hasn’t received approval for Apple’s iOS app store.”
There are also claims that Apple’s Vice President of iTunes Content, Robert Kondrk, told executives at Universal Music Group that if their artists put music exclusively on Tidal they would not be promoted as featured artists on iTunes.
A source also says Rihanna’s music was “scrambled and were out of commission for periods of time” in the iTunes store after she premiered her “American Oxygen” single on Tidal. Apple denied any tampering with Rihanna’s music, but declined to comment to the Post on the other accusations.
Several high-profile artists are part of Tidal’s ownership group including Jay, Rihanna, Beyonce, Madonna, Jack White, and J. Cole. Each of those artists have provided exclusive content on Tidal.
Apple is set to relaunch its own Beats Music streaming service in June. Beats Music is currently ranked at number 10 on the Apple Music Apps Chart behind Pandora (1), Spotify (2), and SoundCloud (3). Tidal is currently at number 49.

Mo'Nique Opens Up On Homophobia & the Hollywood Backlash she’s faced!
You can't accuse Mo’Nique of not "playing" the Hollywood game. In the past few months, we've talked about her struggle in Hollywood and her latest film, Blackbird (in theaters now), more than we ever commented on her Oscar-win for Precious, her sitcom "The Parkers" or her stand-up career. Score for her!
And in the latest issue of Rolling Out, Mo'Nique smartly keeps the "blackballing" conversation going, by talking about the supposed Hollywood backlash she received after demanding a salary worthy of an Oscar-winner. This conversation isn't going away...and we're here for it.
On her film Blackbird, and why she's producing the project:
“The point [is] acceptance and love and people really taking a stand to be what they had no choice in being. So when you see all of these things happening and when [co-star and co-producer] Isaiah Washington called our attorney, Ricky Anderson, and said ‘I really think Mo’Nique would want to get behind this’; by the time we got finished reading page one, we knew that it was something that we needed to and wanted to be involved with, because it’s necessary and it’s time.”
On Black homophobia versus other cultures:
“There was a time that I really believed it was harder in the Black community because that’s the community that I’m involved with most and that’s what I saw the most,” she says. “But once we began to take this to different festivals around the country, and you began to hear Latin brothers, Italian brothers, Asian brothers, Black brothers, White brothers — and they were all saying the same thing: ‘That’s my story.’ Most were saying ‘I was thrown away by my family’ or ‘the church didn’t accept me.’ So there was a time when I truly believed that our community was harder, but it’s all communities.
On healing in Black communities:
“It’s time that we have those open and honest conversations around the dinner table and in our churches — in the barbershops and in the beauty salons. When we have conversations where we walk away saying ‘Let me do the best I can and be the best human being I can be and treat people they way they want to be treated,’ overnight, [the world] just becomes a better place.”
On the "alleged" Hollywood backlash:
“How do I feel about the backlash? I don’t. Because I’ve never been afraid of the truth. I don’t know that I would use the word ‘backlash’ because when you say things that are true — what is a backlash? It’s just the truth. It’s not a secret, it’s not hidden. It’s the truth.
On being "difficult"
"When people say ‘Mo’Nique can be difficult,’ I understand why people can say that. When I was doing this photo shoot, I remember I was in my dressing room and I wasn’t dressed. And the stylist’s assistant, who was a young man, just walked into my room. It was a closed door. Did he knock? No, he just walked in and began to put some things up. But I wasn’t dressed. So I had to ask him to please excuse himself and not walk into my room again — it’s a closed door. Well, he said ‘I didn’t do that. The photographer walked me over and opened the door.’ He goes and gets the photographer — the door is closed, but once again, he doesn’t knock and walks in. I asked him ‘Where do you do that? Especially if you know there’s a woman on the other side?’ I said to him ‘If I were a different person, this photo shoot would go differently, but I’m going to need you to excuse yourself and do this the right way.’ Those types of things [portray] me to be ‘difficult,’ because lots of times people won’t say anything. They’ll just go along with it.”
On why she shoots down the "backlash" and "blackballed" theories:
"I don’t buy into that. There are just things that happen that we don’t want to really take responsibility for and it’s easier to say ‘Oh well, they were being a diva. They were being difficult.’ No one wants to tell the whole story. People can say ‘Mo’Nique is difficult’ just because I’m simply holding you to your word and asking you to be respectful. I understand why people say it, but we don’t always know the truth. How do I feel about the backlash? I don’t. Because I’ve never been afraid of the truth.”

Deborah Cox IS BACK She talks Whitney Houston biopic, new album, making time for family
Deborah Cox is back and making a play for your heart. The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter recently released her first official single, “More Than I Knew,” from her forthcoming album titled, Work of Art (Deco/Primary Wave BMG). Work of Art, scheduled for release in late summer 2015 is a mixture of uptempos, dance tunes, and her signature soulful ballads. It’s safe to say, there’s a little something for everyone on this album.
On Feb. 3, Cox surprised fans with the release of “Kinda Miss You,” a soulful, upbeat track produced by The Rascals. “This song is classic me, lots of emotion about a scenario I believe a lot of women find themselves in,” Cox says.
If her new tracks are any indication of what treats listeners can expect from Work of Art, it’ll be just as the title proclaims; a big, bold and robust work of vocal perfection. In the meantime, rolling out recently had the opportunity to catch up with the Canadian songbird, who reflected on her marriage, family and children and how all those elements have affected her music over the years.
Your career has spanned 20 years, how do you feel about that?
It’s crazy! In some ways it feels like a long time and in other ways it doesn’t feel like a long time.
What do you consider to be the top three highlights of your career to date?
Being in the studio recording with one of my heroes, Whitney Houston, was definitely a highlight of my career. I think having the actual Guinness Book of World Records certificate to show that “Nobody’s Supposed to Be Here” was the longest-running R&B single in the modern rock era, having been at No. 1 for 14 weeks. And then I think really just having this album done and ready to go, still being here, being able to tour and perform, travel all around the world; I think those are all things that stick out in my mind.
What was your experience like working on Whitney Houston’s biopic?
It was a little bittersweet. This is a person who was a friend, a mentor and an iconic woman who influenced us all in music, so it was sad. But I wanted to perform these songs to honor her. And to be chosen to be the voice to do that really gave me the opportunity to do that.
Because of her advice, I’m in a loving relationship. My husband and I just celebrated our anniversary yesterday [April 22]. [There wasn’t] one [particular] thing she said but the overall conversation — she saw how I communicated with my husband and the longing I had to have a family. I think because she had so much experience in the business that she was in a sense warning me to make time for essentially what was important, family.
You’ve been married for 18 years to Lascelles Stephens. What was the key to finding success in both your marriage and career?
It is an anomaly. People look at us like yeah … It’s a very unique situation because my husband manages me as well, and when you have that kind of dynamic and chemistry you can add just a lot of other layers emotionally. I think the key to longevity in a relationship is making sure that you can be friends first. If you can’t be with someone that you like, then chances are that you won’t really be able to be with that person and love them, for who they are.
How did you know he was the one?
For us, we had both been in other relationships to try to figure it out. I think because we were in those relationships quite young, we were able to figure out early that we didn’t want to have to deal with drama. I figured out in my early 20s that what I needed was what I essentially wanted. If you put your energy into the things that you really need in life, those are the things that you’re going to attract. I knew I needed someone that was going to be confident and had his own vision as well as a collective vision for our relationship. I needed someone who was secure in business and brought something to the table. We respect each other. I don’t take him for granted and he doesn’t take me for granted and we communicate whether it’s painful or not. We keep each other in the know as to how we are feeling.
Your relationship isn’t the only thing you seem to have in order. Can you tell us a little bit about what we can expect from your latest project?
I’m really starting to hone in on the message of this album and it’s really about the journey and realizing that even with our flaws and mistakes, we’re all created by the master. Each song takes us on that journey.
“Kinda Miss You,” is that moment when you realize that you’re alone and we all kind of go through those seasons of ups and downs where we want to be alone, we’re defiant because we have our own perspective and we’re trying to find our way through the sadness. But sometimes you’re going to get to that place where you know you’ve made mistakes and that’s where the song “More Than I Knew” comes in. All of these songs take you on a journey to experience and face the truth and reality of what happens when you’re trying to figure it out. You go through the self-doubt and sadness but then you get to the point where you have to rebuild yourself from any pain in the past. That is where my album, Work of Art comes in.
Cox is preparing to play the lead role of the iconic dancer, singer and actress Josephine Baker in the Broadway-bound musical Josephine, which will chronicle the legendary singer’s life during a special and significant time in her life (1939 – 1945). It’s produced by two-time Tony Award-winner Kenneth Waissman, who produced the original Broadway production of Grease.

Cynthia Bailey weighs in on Porsha Williams’ cheating accusations
Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams were on bad terms throughout this latest season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” and things definitely continued to grow sour between the two ladies Sunday when Bailey confronted Williams about her claims that Peter Thomas was being unfaithful. Now, Bailey is opening up again about the accusations and explaining why she trusts her husband.
In her latest Bravo blog, Bailey discussed Williams’ claims that Thomas sleeps with his staff at his bars and nightclubs, and she explained that she has no doubt that Thomas has remained faithful to her throughout their marriage.
“Peter is the most accessible husband on the show. Tons of women walk through the doors of Bar One and Sports One every day. It is his job to be cordial and take pictures with them if requested. If he is too nice, he is flirting with them. If he is too standoffish, he is an a–hole. Most of the women are genuine fans, but some do have agendas. Regardless, they have the opportunity to meet him, shake his hand, hug him, and take a picture with him. If Peter was cheating on me, I would know about it,” Bailey said.
Bailey went on to say that if Thomas had cheated on her, he wouldn’t be able to keep it a secret from the press.
“Any woman that has been with my husband (knowing that he is a married man) is not going to keep it a secret. They are going to tell someone. Women with no self-value or integrity will always go out of their way to make sure the wife finds out. In their small minds, it’s a victory,” said Bailey.
Well, it’s clear where Bailey stands on the matter, but from the looks of the previews for parts two and three of the reunion, it looks like Thomas is going to get his say about Williams’ accusations soon enough.

Nick Cannon has signed and sealed a deal to write a tell-all book about his marriage to Mariah Carey - and she is furious about him betraying her.
Mariah rejected Nick's numerous demands for a $30 million divorce settlement so now he's writing the book — saying he plans get his payday for being married to her one way or another - and there is nothing she can do about it because he already signed the deal last week with major publishing company Simon and Schuster.
Simon & Schuster has confirmed to Daily Mail Online that the book is being published by Gallery Books, an imprint of the high-powered publisher.
'Nick says he is going to tell the world about Mariah's drug use, her strange eating habits, psychosis, what she has said about other artists, her sexual proclivities and her parenting skills. It which will really be hurtful,' the insider continued.
'And Nick is also going to explain why he thinks he should have full custody of the twins. Mariah has admitted she never wanted children and Nick is going to tell the world why she felt that way.
'If Nick was not willing to spill all of their nasty and salacious secrets he would not have gotten a book deal. So obviously, Simon and Schuster feel this is going to be a blockbuster and they signed him up.'

Kenya Moore SHOCKED Phaedra Parks is talking to her
Kenya Moore and Phaedra Parks have been bitter enemies for the last three years thanks to accusations that Moore tried to sleep with Parks’ now-incarcerated husband, Apollo Nida. But their feud might be coming to an end after Parks recently agreed to hash out her issues with Moore in an upcoming episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
As fans of the show know, the beef began when Moore was inappropriately flirting with Nida during her freshman season on the show. Things began to spiral downward between Moore and Parks when Nida accused Moore of trying to sleep with him, which prompted Parks to go on a slut-shaming campaign against Moore for the next two years.

Although, the jury is still out on whether or not Moore and Parks can become friends, in a preview of next week’s episode, it appears that Moore and Parks will finally forgive each other for the years they’ve spent tearing each other down. “He has to go.” Those were the words Damion “World” Hardy used when he ordered the executions of more than five men since 1998. And now, he’s on trial for his part in six murders and various other violent crimes.
Reports NY Daily News: World – a gang leader and Lil Kim’s alleged ex-fiance – was indicted a decade ago, but is just now going to trial for the murders. At 41, Hardy has beaten the death penalty and now that his paranoid schizophrenia has gotten better, law officials say he is ready to face his crimes. His charges include the murder of Mike Tyson’s former bodyguard and the death of a bouncer in Brooklyn.
Hardy was the alleged leader of the Cash Money Brothers gang that operated out of the Lafayette Gardens projects in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.

On July 23, 1993, James Jordan - Michael Jordan's father - was fatally shot in his Lexus during an attempted car theft. Now, after 19 years of being jailed, the man who allegedly pulled the trigger may be able to prove his innocence in the crime.
Daniel Green was sent to prison for life in 1996 on charges of murder, but due to mishandled blood evidence he now has a shot at a new trial. Negative lab reports were never seen during the original trial, and inconclusive blood tests could have helped Mr. Green. On top of that, false testimonies and a faulty investigation may be just what Green needs to get himself off the hook, like his co-conspirator Larry Demery did when he blamed Green and settled for a plea deal. Demery, who testified against Green, is set to be eligible for parole sometime next year.
Disney Announces “Winnie The Pooh” Live Action Movie!
They’re on a roll with several big projects in the works, and Disney just added another classic cartoon that’s getting the live action treatment.
According to Deadline, pre-production has begun on a reimagined version of A.A. Milne’s “Winnie The Pooh,” and indie filmmaker Alex Ross Perry has been hired to write the script.
And though details are scarce at this point, the project will focus on Christopher Robin as an adult and the adventures that ensue as he makes his return to the Hundred Acre Woods.
Vanilla Ice Avoids Jail Time In Burglary Case
Back in February he was arrested for stealing a pool heater and some furniture from a vacant house and fortunately for Vanilla Ice he won’t be spending any time behind bars.
The “Vanilla Ice Project” star struck a plea deal with the prosecution to dismiss felony burglary and grand theft charges and in return he’ll pay $1,300 in restitution and perform 100 hours of community service with Habitat for Humanity.
Shortly after his arrest, Mr. Ice (real name Robert Van Winkle) claimed the whole thing was a “misunderstanding” and had been “blown out of proportion,” though he promised to “clear things up.”
Amber Rose POURS Her Heart Out, Says She Wants Wiz Khalifa BACK!
Since news broke last September that Amber Rose was divorcing her husband of 1-year Wiz Khalifa, all types of hell broke loose.
The two of them have had their fair share of bashing each other in the media. The love birds-turned-enemies have both accused the other of being serial cheaters. Amber quickly sought spousal and child support after filing for divorce, while Wiz filed court documents claiming Amber is a bad mother. He recently accused Amber of keeping their son Baby Bash away from him on Bash's 2nd birthday and he often hurls shady subliminals about Amber on social media. Oh, and let's not forget that track he made with Juicy J titled, "For Everybody". Hmph.
But through it all, the “Sister Code” actress and author (she has a new book coming out “How to Be A Bad B*tch”) is still in love with her son’s father AND she wants him back! In a heartfelt Instagram post, Amber put her feelings on front street and professed the love she still has for her estranged husband. She wrote:

‘Empire’ star Grace Gealey opens up about colorism issues
Most people in the Black community would look at Grace Gealey’s skin tone and immediately categorize her as a light-skinned woman. But according to the “Empire” star, she wasn’t aware of what “light skin” was until she moved to this country as an adult.
In a new interview with Details, Gealey shared that she was born and raised in the Cayman islands and didn’t move to the States until she was 18. And when she was asked what she found most surprising about American culture, she revealed that she was shocked to discover the concept of “light skin” and “dark skin” in the Black community.
“For me personally, it’s the whole light-skinned/dark-skinned dynamic [for women of color]. I mean, there’s competition among women everywhere you go. But back home we understand that you can look like a variety of things and still be from the same culture. What I’m saying is that I’ve never felt like I was a light-skinned black woman. Never felt that way because we shared the same culture back home. But when I came to America, that’s when I started to feel that there was a lot of push-back from women. I was definitely made aware that I am light-skinned. I realized that was a thing here,” Gealey said.
Gealey further explained the difficulties she had dealing with both colorism around her skin tone and racism she experienced because she’s Black.
“It was something that people felt the need to point out. I guess maybe it’s a form of intra racism: I was discriminated against for being light-skinned and there were a lot of labels. Some people assumed that guys might like me more because of my complexion or that I had it easier in general. Which is funny because I’ve been a victim of prejudice as well: There were times when I have walked into a Rite Aid at 12 o’clock at night and had the store manager stand in the corner and stare at me while I was looking at nail polishes,” Gealey said.
Honestly, it was easy for us to to assume, like most in our community likely did, that Gealey was raised in and fully aware of what it means to be Black in America, but it’s interesting to see how different the idea of blackness is or was to her, and how odd our version of it seemed to her. And considering that our concept of light-skinned and dark-skinned seemed strange and painful to her, it seems even more evident that Back people in the States are still operating with mindsets that are clearly detrimental and obviously confusing to both ourselves and other people.

Waka Flocka involved in sex tape scandal?
Waka Flock Flame may have tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Tammy Rivera, last year, but it seems like the rapper had an extramarital affair caught on tape because he recently revealed that someone recorded him having sex in a hotel.
This week, a Pornhub user uploaded a photo of Waka in which it appears that the rapper is receiving oral sex from an unknown woman in a green thong.
Waka spoke about his frustration over the photo in a tweet and claimed that he gave no consent for the photo nor did he even know that he was being recorded.
The Pornhub user has not uploaded any other photos or videos and it’s unclear if they ever will, and for the sake of Waka and his marriage, he’d better hope that this is the last we’ll hear and see of this incident.

Olympic Gold Medalist Gabrielle Douglas & Family New Reality Show
Gold medalist and gymnast, Gabrielle Douglas, and family will be starring in their own reality show.
Via CottenKandi: Douglas, 19, and her family will be featured on an upcoming Oxygen reality series, sometime later this year, titled “Douglas Family Gold.” She’ll be joined by her mom Natalie Hawkins, her two sisters, Joyelle and Arielle and brother Jonathan.
The series will follow Douglas as she attempts to be the first gymnast, in nearly 50 years, to be a repeat Olympic gold medal winner.
If you all remember, Douglas was the youngest and first African-American to win the all-around title in the 2012 London Olympic Games. Not only did she win an individual gold medal, but she was also apart the “Fierce Five” to take home the gold for team USA.

Last night, actor and recording artist Ludacris, dressed in head to toe Ermenegildo Zegna, brought out his pregnant wife Eudoxie (check out that cute bump!) for the Furious 7 Los Angeles Premiere.
