#RHOP: Monique Samuels Has a Change of Heart About Stacey Rusch
“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Monique Samuels called Stacey Rusch out at the reunion. She played some audio of someone alleging that Stacey told Chris Samuels she filmed scenes with her children. Stacey said she did nothing of the sort, and she was not in communication with Chris while the cast was filming.
In response, Monique said she was going to believe the person in the audio due to the close relationship they have.
Well, Monique has since taken to social media to let RHOP fans know that she no longer thinks it was Stacey who has been a mole for Chris.
She wrote, “A lot of time has passed since the reunion was filmed, and after gaining more info since then, I don’t believe Stacey had anything to do with any of that ********. I’ll probably go live on IG at some point this week and give y’all the ENTIRE story. I haven’t watched the reunion episodes yet, so let me catch up and get back to you, but I at least wanted to clear her name on ALL of it…”

Under the new partnership with SRG-ILS, Morton is expected to begin releasing new material from his highly anticipated next studio album later this year.
#HipHopNews: Bob Power, Prolific Engineer Behind Hip-Hop Classics, Dies at 73
Bob Power, the engineer and producer behind seminal albums by the likes of A Tribe Called Quest, Erykah Badu, D’Angelo, and De La Soul, has died. A funeral listing noted that he died on Sunday, March 1, but did not confirm a cause of death. Power was 73.
Born in 1952 in Chicago, Power earned a degree in music theory from St. Louis’ Webster College and a Masters in jazz from San Francisco’s Lone Mountain College. He remained in California from 1975 through 1982, scoring the Emmy-winning PBS show Over Easy and penning jingles for brands including Coca-Cola, Hardee’s and the United States Postal Service. Powers then moved cross-country to New York, looking to further his career and take on any gigs he could; this led him to perform everywhere from a psychiatric hospital to a mafia wedding in Bensonhurst.
In 1984, the owner of Calliope Studios invited Power to sit in as an engineer on a session for the pioneering Brooklyn rap outfit Stetsasonic. The band were so impressed with Power’s work, they kept him around for the recording of their breakthrough 1986 album On Fire. Power had found his niche in hip-hop, and went on to work closely with the New York collective Native Tongues, which included A Tribe Called Quest, Black Sheep, De La Soul, and Jungle Brothers.
Some of Power’s most notable engineering credits include A Tribe Called Quest’s The Low End Theory, De La Soul Is Dead, Baduizm, and Brown Sugar. Reflecting on The Low End Theory in 2019, Power said: “In a way, it was the Sgt. Pepper’s of hip-hop. It's a record that changed the way that people thought about putting music together. I’m not a big hip-hop historian; I just know the stuff that I worked on.” Power also brought his magic touch to several Roots albums, including Do You Want More?!!!??! and Things Fall Apart. He earned two Grammy nominations during his lifetime—Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical for Meshell Ndegeocello’s Peace Beyond Passion and an Album of the Year nod for his work on India.Arie’s Acoustic Soul.”
Power began teaching at the NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music—part of the Tisch School of the Arts—in 2006, retiring in 2025 with arts professor emeritus status. “Bob's nearly 20-year presence at CDI helped shape the principles and values of our wonderful Institute,” CDI chair Nicholas Sansano told Pitchfork over email. “He embodied what we aspire to be as people and professionals. Beyond being a musical legend who influenced the sound and feel of an important era in our cultural history, he was one of the most generous and caring people I had the great honor of calling a friend, a brother, and a teacher.”
Since news of Power’s passing broke, artists including Badu, DJ Premier, Killer Mike, Citizen Cope, and Young Guru have shared tributes to him. “You could NOT encounter a more engaging, enthusiastic, laser focused craftsman of sound,” Questlove wrote. “Bob was our training wheels for how to present music.” Maggie Rogers, one of Power’s former students at NYU, shared: “Bob always made me feel so seen in my weird creative brain and always kept me searching.”

Swizz Beatz Faces $5.7 Million Tax Debt

*Swizz Beatz is facing a mounting federal tax burden that has grown to more than $5.7 million.
According to the New York Post, City finance records show Beatz, whose legal name is Kasseem Dean, was hit with a $1,242,984 IRS lien in January covering unpaid 2024 income taxes. When added to previously recorded liens of $4,482,273 covering his 2022 and 2023 returns, the grand total reaches $5,725,257 in outstanding federal taxes. The Grammy-winning producer and husband of Alicia Keys reportedly carries a net worth of $150 million. Keys is not named in any of the liens.
Swizz Beatz’s business manager Jeffrey Feinman pushed back on the severity of the situation, calling the debt “old news” and noting that “there are certain issues under dispute,” adding that Beatz is “working towards resolving it.”
Despite his ongoing tax troubles, Beatz has remained active in the art world alongside his wife. The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego announced it will host “Giants: Art from the Dean Collection of Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys,” an exhibition featuring more than 130 works from the couple’s private collection.

Janice Dickinson Goes Off on Tyra Banks in Scathing Interview said 'She Was a Hardcore' B*tch
Janice Dickinson is speaking her mind — and not holding back. The self-proclaimed “world’s first supermodel,” 71, took aim at her former America’s Next Top Model boss Tyra Banks. In a new interview, Dickinson claimed the hit reality show “tortured” contestants and fostered a culture of cruelty behind the scenes.

While appearing on E!’s Dirty Rotten Scandals, a new explosive docuseries, Dickinson looked back on her four seasons as a judge and alleged that producers — especially Banks — pushed her to be tougher for the sake of drama.
“The producers, especially Tyra, were begging me to be harsher and cruel, like Simon Cowell was on American Idol,” Dickinson claimed.
Though she became known for her sharp critiques on the panel, Dickinson insisted her biting commentary wasn’t entirely her own idea. Instead, she suggested it was part of a bigger formula meant to boost ratings and keep viewers hooked.
Still, her harshest words were directed squarely at Banks.
“America’s Next Top Model really tortured these girls for Tyra’s ego. I was there and I saw it for four seasons,” Dickinson alleged. “She was a hardcore b-----.”

She also revisited one of the show’s most infamous moments — Banks’ explosive confrontation with contestant Tiffany Richardson. The scene has resurfaced in recent years as new viewers binge on old episodes and question how contestants were treated.
“Tyra didn’t want any competition,” Dickinson said. “She went off on one girl and it was so frightening that I was going to get up and hold her down.”
According to Dickinson, many contestants walked away from the experience emotionally drained.
“They left the show completely depressed and depleted while she got so rich,” she alleged.

In recent years, America’s Next Top Model has faced renewed backlash over past episodes that included fat-shaming, racially insensitive remarks and intense working conditions. Banks, who created and hosted the franchise, has addressed some of the criticism and admitted certain moments haven’t aged well.
She previously explained that the tough persona she displayed at the judging table wasn’t her true self.
“It's a character,” she told People. “It's not me in real life at all."
Tyra Banks has said her tough on-screen persona is just a character.MEGA
Banks also shared that she nearly walked away from the series before its eighth cycle. In an earlier interview with EW, she revealed she met with another supermodel about taking over her role.
"I went to [my lawyer] and I was like, you know what, I’m ready to bring someone else in. I won’t say the name of that person, but I actually brought a different person to the network, met with them, and said, ‘This is the person I want to take the reins of this show,'" Banks said at the time. "It was very early. My lawyer held an intervention of sorts, and said, ‘What are you doing? You created this show. It’s starting to get traction around the entire world. I beg of you not to do this.’ But, I was so tired. I was like, fine, fine, I’ll just continue. I called [my potential replacement] and said, ‘We’re not going to have you do this for now.’ It’s something that’s been on the tip of my fingers for so long, so it wasn’t necessarily difficult [to let go]. It was actually exciting."

Doechii Gets Backlash for Saying She Doesn’t Like Cats: ‘Beat TF Up by Your Own Animals’

Doechii found herself facing backlash from pet owners after sharing her dislike of cats.
The Grammy-winning rapper made her comments with a post shared to her Threads account on Monday (March 2).
"People act like it’s a crime to dislike cats when they genuinely aren’t friendly animals," she wrote. "They don’t wanna be domestic just leave em alone! Like it’s not organic I’m sorrryyy be fr it’s rare that cats are immediately lovey without years of pain and work put in [crying emoji] yall be scratched and beat tf up by your own animals I can’t lmaoooo."
As criticism poured in, she followed up with a clip of Tiffany "New York" Pollard arriving at the season two reunion of Flavor of Love while a contestant throws a shoe at her. In the video, Pollard says, "You hating ass bitch, all fraudulent."
Doechii captioned the post, "Me vs Cat owners:"
The “Denial is a River” rapper did not back down and responded to a number of critics in her mentions.
When one person suggested that maybe cats just do not like her, she replied, “it's mutual [smiling emoji]”
After another commenter said she did not need to justify disliking cats with misconceptions, Doechii pushed back, writing, “I did! And they aren't misconceptions these are most definitely true and happen errday you CANNOT trick me. If i tell a cat owner to lift they arm sleeve rn they'll be tore up.”
Responding to someone who accused her of showing pure disdain and not listening to explanations, she wrote, “Ima keep it real you gettin TOO worked up over this, long as you and your cat are good that should be all that matters at the end of the day! The world will be fine if Doechii thinks cats are mean.”
When another critic compared her comments to harmful generalizations about Black women, Doechii answered, “Oh you GOTTA be white saying sum like.”
She also responded to a person who shared a positive experience with a cat that acted like a dog, writing, “Notice how you liked it because it 'acted like a dog' tho ... resting my case here.”

‘Scary Movie 6’ Is back WATCH THE TRAILER!

The Wayans brothers are returning to the franchise that helped define early 2000s parody. On Thursday, Paramount Pictures released the first trailer for Scary Movie 6, marking the family’s first official involvement with the series in 25 years. The last time Marlon, Shawn and Keenen Ivory Wayans were attached to a Scary Movie film was 2001’s Scary Movie 2.
Set to hit theaters on June 12, 2026, the new installment reunites Marlon Wayans as Shorty, Shawn Wayans as Ray, Anna Faris as Cindy and Regina Hall as Brenda. The trailer opens with a familiar horror setup before quickly spiraling into sharp satire aimed at the current wave of reboots, remakes and so-called “legacy” sequels. The film’s synopsis promises that “no horror movie IP is safe,” with the Core Four once again facing off against a masked killer that feels suspiciously familiar.
This time, the franchise takes aim at modern horror trends, from elevated genre films to endless final chapters that refuse to stay final. The trailer leans into self-awareness, poking fun at sequel fatigue while signaling that the Wayans-led creative team intends to reclaim the irreverent tone that made the original a box office force.
Directed by Michael Tiddes and produced by Marlon, Shawn, Keenen Ivory and Craig Wayans alongside Rick Alvarez, Scary Movie 6 also features Damon Wayans Jr., Kim Wayans, Cheri Oteri and Heidi Gardner among its ensemble.

Ray J’s Mom Sonja Norwood Confirms Singer’s Serious Heart Problems & Shortened Life Span

Ray J’s mother, Sonja Norwood, reveals her son’s life-threatening heart condition diagnosis after Vegas hospitalization scare.
Ray J received devastating news from doctors after what started as a routine hospital visit turned into a life-threatening medical emergency.
Sonja Norwood, mother of the singer and Brandy, opened up about her son’s serious heart condition in an emotional video update that revealed the terrifying reality behind his recent health crisis.
The medical scare began on January 6, 2026, when Ray J was hospitalized in Las Vegas for what everyone initially believed was pneumonia. The 44-year-old entertainer had battled the same respiratory infection just months earlier in November, making the recurrence seem manageable.
Ray J reassured his worried mother during their phone conversation, telling her, “Mom, it’s probably nothing. It’s just probably remnants from the old pneumonia because maybe I didn’t take all of my medicine and it’s just it’s back.”
When Sonja expressed concern about traveling from Los Angeles to see him, Ray J remained optimistic about his condition.
He told his mother, “No, just wait and they’re probably going to give me a test, give me some antibiotics, and then I’ll probably come home.”
However, the situation quickly deteriorated when doctors decided to keep him overnight for additional testing and observation. Sonja and her husband immediately flew to Las Vegas after learning Ray J wouldn’t be released as expected.
They found the singer in the emergency room, experiencing severe chest pain, barely able to move and wrapped in a hoodie because he felt cold.
The medical team conducted extensive testing, including liver function tests, before performing an angiogram that revealed the shocking truth about his condition.
The angiogram results delivered devastating news that changed everything for the Norwood family.
Sonja explained that doctors discovered Ray J’s heart was functioning at dangerously low levels, with “blood was pumping 15 to 20% blood flow was 15 to 20% to his heart.”
The medical team diagnosed him with cardiomyopathy, a serious heart disease that weakens the heart muscle’s ability to pump blood effectively. The gravity of the diagnosis became clear when Sonja recalled the doctors’ repeated warnings about the severity of his condition.
Medical experts explain that cardiomyopathy can develop from various factors, including stress, infections, and underlying health conditions.
Ray J’s recent legal troubles and mounting financial pressure may have contributed to the development of his heart condition, as chronic stress can significantly impact cardiovascular health.
However, Ray admitted that taking massive amounts of pills, liquor and other hard drugs was the cause of his heart problems.
The diagnosis explains why Ray J has been performing while wearing a heart monitor during recent appearances and could possibly be why blood was streaming from his eyes as he performed.

Actor settles claim against theatre in Kevin Spacey assault case
An actor who claims he was sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey has reached a settlement with the Old Vic theatre.
Ruari Cannon, who has waived his right to anonymity, was an actor at the London venue when Spacey was its artistic director.
He alleged that Spacey, who has denied the allegations, assaulted him at a theatre after-party at the Savoy Hotel, as well as at the Old Vic's theatre bar on a separate occasion.
In a statement the Old Vic theatre said: "Ruari Cannon and The Old Vic have reached a mutually agreed out-of-court settlement, the precise terms of which are confidential."
It added: "This settlement has been agreed without any admission of liability, having regard to the costs and impact on all parties of continuing litigation. This statement has been mutually agreed and there will be no further comment."
Cannon is continuing to sue Spacey at the High Court. Two other anonymous individuals, whose allegations were the subject of criminal trials in July 2023 which cleared Spacey, are also suing him.
One of the anonymous complainants says that Spacey assaulted him while the man was working as a driver. The other said that he had gone up to Spacey's flat after meeting him at the Old Vic, and that he didn't recall how he passed out or went to sleep, but woke up to find Spacey assaulting him.
Spacey denies any non-consensual contact with the men.
At a hearing at the High Court in London, lawyers representing the three claimants have said that evidence from seven other witnesses alleging similar abusive behaviour by Spacey should be heard when the case comes to trial.
They also said all three cases should be heard together rather than at separate trials.
Elizabeth-Anne Gumbel KC told the court that "similar evidence" from the seven individuals showed a "propensity for particular behaviour including sexual assault".
She said that there were a number of accounts from men that Spacey "would build up something of a relationship with them and then to assault them".
She said that almost without exception the witnesses were young men who looked up to Spacey, and that Spacey had used his power and influence as a famous celebrity to assault them.
William McCormick KC, representing Spacey, told the court that Spacey's alleged behaviour was not capable of representing a pattern of behaviour because so many of the alleged facts were not similar.
He told the judge, Mrs Justice Lambert, that "it's not enough to say any [previous alleged] sexual assault can be relied upon" to state that the men's claims against Spacey should be believed by the court.
He added that it would require something that was unusual, something that was "strikingly similar".
The judge said a decision would be made at a later date.
The trials are due to begin on 9 November.

Lena Waithe and Cynthia Erivo Join Broadway-Bound ‘Cats: The Jellicle Ball’ as Producers

*Two of entertainment’s most dynamic creative forces are taking their talents to the Great White Way. Lena Waithe and Cynthia Erivo have signed on as producers for “Cats: The Jellicle Ball,” the reimagined Broadway production set to begin previews on March 18 at the Broadhurst Theatre, with an official opening night scheduled for April 7, per Deadline.
Waithe and Erivo join a producing team that already includes LaChanze and Jeremy Pope, with Michael Harrison and Mike Bosner serving as the production’s lead producers. The news marks another milestone for a show that has been generating serious buzz since its Off-Broadway debut at Perelman Performing Arts Center in 2024. That run was extended three times and earned an impressive haul of honors, including two Outer Critics Circle Awards, three OBIE Awards, a New York Drama Critics Circle Special Citation, a Chita Rivera Award, two Audelco Awards, three Dorian Theater Awards, and three Hewes Awards.
André De Shields takes on the role of Old Deuteronomy, anchoring an ensemble that includes Sydney James Harcourt as Rum Tum Tugger, “Tempress” Chasity Moore as Grizabella, Junior LaBeija as Gus The Theatre Cat, and Robert “Silk” Mason as Magical Mister Mistoffelees, among many others. The production is rooted in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s celebrated score and T.S. Eliot’s “Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats.”
OBIE Award winners Zhailon Levingston and Bill Rauch share directing duties, while the choreography comes from Omari Wiles of the House of NiNa Oricci and Arturo Lyons of the House of Miyake-Mugler.
“I am so proud to be joining this production as a producer alongside wonderful creatives such a Lena Waithe,” said Erivo in a statement. “Cats: The Jellicle Ball astounded me and truly was a theater experience unlike any other I have had, so to have the opportunity to support it in its next iteration is an honor. I’m so excited for audiences to have a chance to experience its magic, for the first time or once, twice, three times again.”
Waite added, Added Waithe, “This musical was introduced to me by the great Cynthia Erivo. I can always trust her taste, so I flew out to see it and was changed. I wasn’t the same person when I walked out of the theater. I understood this musical in a way I never have. Cats needed Ball culture in order for it to finally make sense. And now that I’ve been changed – I want everyone to have the same experience we did. I’m honored to be a part of this historic production.”
Waithe’s producing credit comes as she continues pushing into new creative territory. The Emmy-winning writer recently made her live theater debut with “trinity,” an original play she wrote and performs in, currently running at Baltimore Center Stage.

Lamar Odom Says He Saw the “Afterlife” After Surviving 12 Strokes and 6 Heart Attacks During 2015 Overdose
Former NBA champion Lamar Odom is opening up about the life-threatening overdose that nearly killed him and the experience he says felt like stepping into the afterlife.
Odom reflects on the 2015 incident in the upcoming Netflix documentary “Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom,” which premieres March 31. Directed by Ryan Duffy, the film follows the former Los Angeles Lakers forward as he looks back on his basketball success, his battle with addiction, and the medical emergency that changed his life.
In the trailer, Odom describes just how serious the health crisis became after he was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel in October 2015.
“I had 12 strokes and six heart attacks,” Odom says. “That’s not no average s**t.
He also claims the experience took him somewhere beyond physical pain.
“The afterlife is not what people make it out to be,” Odom says in a closing moment from the preview.
The documentary also includes interviews with people who were close to him during that time, including his ex-wife Khloé Kardashian. The two married in 2009 before separating in 2013, and Kardashian recalls trying to shield Odom’s struggles from public view.
She says she often felt it was her responsibility “to cover this up and protect him,” while remembering times when Odom would leave rehab programs and disappear during drug binges.
Odom has continued to discuss the roots of his addiction publicly. During an appearance on Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter’s “Cousins” podcast, he explained that his substance use began when he was a teenager.
“Pot,” he said when asked where it started.
“If you start with pot and it don’t get high no more, you’re like, ‘Maybe I’ll try cocaine,’” Odom added. “I had some great cocaine summers. You’re talking to a real addict.”
Now 46, Odom has said he remains focused on accountability and recovery as he continues working to rebuild his life.
