#RHOA: Kim Zolciak Drops Biermann Name and Will Be Making An RHOA Return?
Kim Zolciak has become a busy bee since news broke of her impending financial disaster. She’s finding out the hard way that money doesn’t grow on trees and now she’s back on the comeback stroll.

After some fairly dark reports regarding her recent divorce from Kroy Biermann emerged, things weren’t looking great for Kimbo. She’s allegedly out of money due to gambling and Kroy has questioned her parenting skills.

Since she’s presumably not going back to nursing, Kim is trying to find her way back home, and home is apparently RHOA. Now Kim is teasing a return to Real Housewives of Atlanta, and she’s letting go of the Biermann name. Tongues started wagging when she shared an interesting photo on Twitter.

Did Andy come through?

Kim posted a photo with OG Atlanta crew Lisa Wu, DeShawn Snow, and Shereé Whitfield this week. It’s no secret Kim has probably been speed-dialing Andy Cohen because this woman is desperately in need of cash. Fans were aware she was on the radar when Kim popped up in the Season 15 trailer, but is there an official opening for Kim?

Look, RHOA is hanging on by a thread right now. NeNe Leakes could swoop in and save the whole lot just by muttering “bloop, blop, bleep” but she nuked any chance of returning to Bravo. That said, if viewers expect to see Kim’s dumpster fire go down on television, they would be disappointed.
She’s only on the new season for a cameo appearance and so far there are no current conversations regarding throwing Kim a peach. But we all know Andy loves a mess and this mess comes with a history, a new divorce, and what will be her “healing journey.”

In the interim, Kim is trying to make bank by selling diet aids on social media. Should you find yourself yearning for Kim’s weight loss information, you’ll have to visit her new Instagram at Kim Zolciak. She’s given Biermann the boot, at least from her name if not from the house.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK ANDY COHEN WILL BRING KIM BACK TO RHOA?

#MusicNews: Mahalia And Jojo Release New, Fun Y2k-Themed Music Video For "Cheat"

The R&B single is inspired by Brandy and Monica’s “The Boy Is Mine.”
When it comes to trends and music, the 2000s have been back for a while, and that can clearly be seen in Mahalia and JoJo‘s new music video for “Cheat.”

The one-of-a-kind collaboration uses fashion and technology from the late ’90s and early aughts. Additionally, the sound is simultaneously modern and nostalgic, especially as it seeks inspiration from Brandy and Monica‘s 1998 collab “The Boy Is Mine,” according to Mahalia’s recent Instagram post.

Of the new collab, Mahalia said in a press release, “I can’t quite believe this one is real. I have been a fan of JoJo for as long as I can remember so having her on this record really is a dream come true for me. I love watching people come together through hardship and everything about this song represents that. For me, it is a song about strength, power, and letting go.”

JoJo added, “I loved teaming up with Mahalia on this fully infectious bop. Not only can I not get the melodies out of my head… but I’ve been there. And it feels good to be singing with my friend about this very real part of growing up: Realizing that some boys are for the streets and will never change.”

The collab is the second single of Mahalia’s upcoming sophomore album, IRL, out July 14. Check out the music video for “Cheat” HERE

#HipHopNews: Kanye West 46th Birthday Party Included Sushi Served On A Naked Woman
Amid the unpredictability that often characterizes Kanye West’s actions, his recent 46th birthday celebration proved to be no exception. The weekend party was brimming with high-profile guests and an unconventional serving style, with sushi displayed on a naked woman as the central attraction.

Images and videos shared by TMZ on Sunday (June 11) revealed a nude woman lying on a table, her body adorned with an array of sushi. Additional plates of the delicacy were scattered around her. Instead of traditional lighting, the room boasted a more intimate ambiance with various candles.

The guest list at Kanye’s birthday bash was as captivating as the event itself. Among the celebrities who attended the occasion were Ty Dolla $ign, Freddie Gibbs, and Chloe Bailey, who didn’t let an injury prevent her from going. Bianca Censori, Ye’s new partner, was also present, entering alongside the couple’s daughter North West.

Beyond the event, Ye was seen performing his track “Off The Grid” this past week. The collaboration with Playboi Carti and Fivio Foreign appears on his 2021 album, DONDA. This unexpected performance sparked speculation among fans, with some suggesting the possibility of an upcoming music video or inclusion in an upcoming documentary.

Earlier last week, a leaked DONDA mini-documentary surfaced online, revealing the Yeezy founder expressing discontent about absenteeism at his album’s listening party. The most striking claim came when Ye threatened to exclude JAY-Z from the project if he didn’t show up. “If there’s anybody not here on the porch with me, they’re not on this version,” he declared in the locker room of the Mercedes Benz stadium.

As Yeezy welcomed another year, the grandeur of his birthday bash mirrored the turbulent journey he has been on. Amid the chaos of his online antics and tumultuous personal life, he has found new love with Censori. The star-studded party was not just a celebration of his 46th birthday but also an affirmation of his unorthodox approach to life — bold, provocative, and unmistakably Kanye.

Denver Nuggets win first NBA championship title in Game 5 victory over Miami Heat

The Denver Nuggets won their first NBA championship Monday night, downing the Miami Heat 94-89 at Ball Arena in Denver to take Game 5 of the NBA Finals.

Two-time MVP Nikola Jokić led the way for the Nuggets with a game-high 28 points and 16 rebounds.
“It was an amazing effort by the team,” he told ABC after the game. “It was an ugly game. We couldn’t make shots but at the end, we figured out how to defend.”

The Serbian big man was voted Most Valuable Player of the NBA Finals, and is the first center to win the award named after the late Bill Russell since Shaquille O’Neal of the Lakers in 2002.

Nuggets coach Michael Malone said,”Nikola Jokić is a great person. He’s a great husband, father and son and brother. And on the basketball court he has proven time and time again that he’s the best player in the NBA. He’s our MVP, we love him and we’re thankful that he’s wearing a Nuggets’ uniform.”

The 28-year-old Jokić posted 10 total triple-doubles to pass Wilt Chamberlain (seven) for most all-time in a single playoff run. He also finished the postseason as the first player in NBA history to lead all players in points, rebounds, and assists in a single postseason, according to ESPN Stats & Info.

Denver’s Michael Porter Jr. had 16 points and 13 boards and Jamal Murray chipped in 14 points.
“All the hard work, all the sacrifice, all the dedication, all culminated with us winning a championship,” Malone told ABC. “But I got news for everybody out there: We’re not satisfied with one. We want more. We want more.”

Jimmy Butler had 21 points and Bam Adebayo had 20 to lead Miami, which as an eight-seed had surprised the NBA by advancing to the Finals.

Denver struggled from the free throw and 3-point lines but led by as many as seven points in the fourth quarter. But the Heat went on a 13-5 run and led by one point, 89-88, with 1:58 left in the contest.

Denver scored the game’s final six points with Bruce Brown knocking in a putback layup with 91 seconds left, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Brown hitting free throws as the final minute played out. Miami couldn’t connect as Heat players tried several 3-pointers.

“There’s no regrets on our end. There’s just sometimes where you get beat, you know, and Denver was the better basketball team in this series,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. “I would say that it will probably rank as our hardest, competitive, most active defensive game of the season, and it still fell short.”
The Nuggets were victorious despite being 5-for-28 on 3’s – they missed 20 of their first 22 attempts – and 13-23 at the free throw line.

The Nuggets, who played in the American Basketball Association for nine seasons beginning in 1967, joined the NBA before the 1976-1977 season.
The city will hold a parade and celebration for the Nuggets on Thursday.

Before this season, the team’s 47th in the NBA, Denver had advanced to the conference finals four times in franchise history (1978, 1985, 2009, 2020), losing to the Los Angeles Lakers on each occasion.

Joseline Hernandez Arrested Following Brutal Backstage Brawl With Big Lex
Joseline Hernandez faced legal issue in the aftermath of her brawl with rapper Big Lex on Sunday, June 11. According to a new report, Joseline was arrested on Monday morning, after a video showed her attacking Big Lex at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida.

Broward County Sheriff's Office records showed that the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" alum was arrested on four separate charges, including touch or strike/battery/domestic violence, touch or strike/battery, trespassing unoccupied structure or conveyance, and resisting arrest. In her mugshot, Joseline sported disheveled hair and worn makeup as she looked annoyed.
Joseline has yet to comment on the brawl nor the arrest.
In a video that circulated online, the "Joseline's Cabaret" star could be seen attacking Big Lex as she put the latter in a headlock. She also kicked Big Lex's head multiple times when she was down on the floor. It was so chaotic that it left Big Lex, who also appeared on "Joseline's Cabaret", topless.

One witness could be heard saying in the footage that the self-proclaimed Puerto Rican princess was "fighting everybody" in the arena. The person said, "Hey hey, stop that girl, man. She's killing that girl… They are letting this girl beat the f**k out of this girl."

Joseline was also seen attacking a random girl, who later threw a glass of water at her. That led to Joseline's crew chasing the unidentified woman. It remains unknown what set off the altercation.
Joseline and Big Lex's fight wasn't the only fight that night. Earlier that night, Floyd Mayweather, Jr.'s exhibition fight against John Gotti III turned into a riot as the two men kept trash-talking each other. While the referee stopped the contest, John continued to attack Floyd and a huge brawl broke out inside the ring. It didn't take long before the brawl spreaded to the crowd.

Janet Jackson Spotted Holding Hands with 23-Year-Old Backup Dancer She Kissed on Stage During Her Concert

Fans are convinced that the onstage chemistry between Janet Jackson and her backup dancer Darius “Dario” Boatner is the real deal and not just part of her jaw-dropping show.

Jackson, 57, and the 23-year-old shocked concertgoers when they passionately locked lips during the Houston stop of her “Janet Jackson: Together Again Tour” earlier this month.
The steamy lip action occurred during the breakdown of her 1997 hit “I Get So Lonely.” In the glow of red light, the veteran entertainer caressed Boatner’s face and lips before moving her mic and leaning in for the seconds’-long smooch.

The two looked rather close after a June 11 show at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, California, according to video footage from a post-show reception shared on her Instagram Story.

In one clip, the “Control” superstar can be observed holding hands with the “All American: Homecoming” actor and another man as they moved through a crowd of people.

Another clip showed her holding on to Boatner’s arm before he is seen lingering nearby as Jackson embraced and chatted with actress Angela Bassett.
The off-stage interaction between the much younger dancer and the music icon was enough for social media users to assume that they may have an actual romantic connection.

“Didn’t she learn from jlo and Madonna…. your dancers are just for the meantime in between time, not long time” and “I think we need to stay out of Ms. Jackson’s business SHE GROWN,” read two of the comments from onlookers.
“Second clip : Look at Stella giving Janet her props for getting her groove back,” wrote another person, referring to Bassett’s role in “How Stella Got Her Groove Back.”
“Auntie must’ve got an divorce!? If not still GO AUNTIE GO” and “Took her back to her DeBarge days,” read two more remarks.

Janet was most recently married to businessman Wissam Al Mana before ending the five-year union in 2017. They share one child together, a son named Eissa.

Songwriter René Elizondo Jr. is her second husband, to whom she was married from 1991 to 2000. It took three years for them to reach a settlement in their nasty divorce proceedings.

The youngest of the Jackson family’s first marriage was to James DeBarge in 1984. They were together for a year before his drug use led to the demise of their relationship. Last year, the five-time Grammy Award-winning artist opened up about the tumultuous love in her self-titled four-part documentary, which aired on Lifetime and A+E.
Following suit with the theme of bringing up Jackson’s exes, a few brought up Jermaine Dupri. “Somebody check on Jermaine Dupri,” wrote one person, while another said, “I was really hoping for a spin the block with JD.”

The former couple seemingly was head over heels with each other between 2002 and 2009. In the “JANET JACKSON” docuseries, the 1990 MTV Video Vanguard Award recipient revealed that she wanted to marry and have children with the music producer.

But their fairytale romance was cut short after she learned he had been unfaithful. Since then, hopeless romantics have falsely speculated about their attempts to rekindle their love. In 2021, fans went into a frenzy when she wished her him a happy birthday.

Last year, their magnetic energy was misinterpreted by fans again after photos of Jackson and Dupri celebrating her 56th birthday in Las Vegas made their way online. But most recently, relationship rumors sparked after Dupri made an appearance at her tour stop in Atlanta.

Their performance of “Do It 2 Me” had more than a few people in the audience convinced that they were “spinning the block,” and giving their relationship another try. However, in a May interview with HotNewHipHop, “The Rap Game” creator shut down those claims.
For now, only Jackson and Boatner know the truth about their relationship. Just last month, audience members were caught off guard when she seemed to touch the crotch of another backup dancer, Mariusz Maniek Kotarski.

Lil Nas X Has 'A Bad Day' At Governors Ball Due To Technical Difficulties

Lil Nas X reportedly told concertgoers at the Governors Ball music festival he didn't want to be there. The 24-year-old singer is said to have left the stage at New York's Flushing Meadows Corona Park on Sunday, June 11, "for about 5 to 10 minutes" at the beginning of the show due to technical difficulties.

Page Six also reported that after he explaining his technical issues "he said he had a bad day and just didn't want to do it," according to a source. The outlet added its insider added Lil Nas X then performed "very begrudgingly" and "it was a total downer."

It said, "Other sources who attended the concert told us Lil Nas X's dancers practically 'had to carry the show' for the 'Old Town Road' singer because of ongoing issues with his mic. We're told he was looking forward to performing at the fest, but grew frustrated on Sunday after experiencing the technical snafus."

One insider said, "There were a lot of logistics that were off, and it all accumulated onstage when the mic wasn't working. There were sound and technical difficulties for many artists… it affected Lil Nas because he's a perfectionist, and this was a first for him."

The source added Lil Nas' show is an "intricate full production" featuring "dancers, stage props, outfit changes."
Page Six added Lil Nas' representatives did not respond to its calls for comment.

Report: Tyler Perry to Take Ownership of BET
According to a recent report from The Streamr, Tyler Perry is set to take control of the cable channel BET.
What happened between Tyler Perry and BET? The report mentions that Perry’s acquisition comes as Paramount is losing money. Perry’s deal is valued at an as-of-yet undisclosed amount. It will give him control over BET Media Group, which is also comprised of networks like VH1.

Perry is no stranger to working with BET. The star partnered with the company via his Tyler Perry Studios banner to create BET+, a streaming service that features both original films and series from the BET program library.
Since its launch, the streaming service has been massive. In 2021, BET+ accounted for half of the subscriber growth and nearly all revenue growth for the channel.
The news comes following news that Paramount Global had been seeking to sell a majority stake in BET. Earlier this year, Perry expressed optimism about buying the company, saying that if it was possible, he was “very, very interested.”

“Rumor? No, it’s not a rumor, I’ve been there for four years now and had tremendous success,” said Perry to Entertainment Online. “I wasn’t expecting this to happen, so, yes – if that is possible, I’m very, very interested in taking as much of it… If it’s possible, I’m gonna take as much of it as I can.”

Report: Olympic medalist, sprinter Tori Bowie died due to complications of childbirth

Three-time Olympic medalist Tori Bowie died last month due to complications from childbirth, according to USA Today. Bowie was 32.

Bowie was found dead in her Orlando, Florida, area home on May 2, though a cause of death was not initially given. According to an autopsy report from the Orange County Medical Examiner’s Office, Bowie was estimated to be about eight months pregnant and was undergoing labor at the time of her death.
It’s unclear specifically what led to Bowie’s death, but officials said possible complications included respiratory distress and eclampsia, which is the onset of seizures or a coma, per the Mayo Clinic.

Bowie was found in her home by Orange County Sheriff’s deputies, who were conducting a welfare check after she had “not been seen or heard from in several days.”

Bowie won three medals at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. She was the anchor on the gold medal-winning 4x100-meter relay team alongside Tianna Bartoletta, Allyson Felix and English Gardner. She also won silver in the 100-meter dash and bronze in the 200-meter dash.

Bowie also won bronze in the 100-meter dash at the 2015 world championships in Beijing, and won the 100-meter dash and 4x100-meter relay at the 2017 World Athletics Championships in London. She finished fourth in the long jump at the 2019 World Championships in Qatar.
“We’ve lost a client, dear friend, daughter and sister,” her management company wrote on social media last month. “Tori was a champion … a beacon of light that shined so bright! We’re truly heartbroken and our prayers are with the family and friends.”

‘Wheel of Fortune’ host Pat Sajak to Retire from show after 41st season
“Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajak announced on Monday he will leave the show after its 41st season.
“Well, the time has come,” Sajak tweeted. “I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all. (If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!)”

Sajak, who is 76, made the announcement on social media, joking, “If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!”
Along with Vanna White, who joined the show in 1982, Sajak has been a television mainstay. The show soon shifted to a syndication and aired in the evening in many markets, becoming one of the most successful game shows in history. Sajak will continue to serve as a consultant on the show for three years after his retirement as host.

In recent years, some of Sajak’s banter and chiding of contestants have become fodder for social media. That prompted Sajak to remark in his retirement post about doing another season: “(If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!)”

A statement from the show’s account replied:
“Thank you to the best host in the biz. Wheel of Fortune would not be what it is today without you, Pat. Looking forward to Season 41 being better than ever!”

Wishes of congratulations and thanks poured in from viewers, including from multiple people who recounted their own experiences as a contestant.

Social media remembers the Pulse nightclub mass shooting seven years later

(June 12) marks seven years since the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida. On that fateful evening, a gunman entered the LGBTQ-friendly event space and opened fire. Forty-nine lives were lost that night, and another 53 people were injured.

On June 12, 2016, 29-year-old Omar Mateen became a mass murderer. He was killed by an Orlando SWAT team after a three-hour standoff with police. Today, survivors, community members and individuals throughout the world remember those who were ambushed and gunned down in one of the worst tragedies America has ever seen. Central Florida congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost referred to the shooter’s actions as “senseless gun violence, armed bigotry, hate [and] homophobia.” Others, such as the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and Florida Senate, remembered the victims.

Pulse nightclub, which remains open, also shared a social media tribute for the patrons killed that night. “Leading up to [the] June 12 Annual Remembrance Ceremony, we will honor each of our 49 angels every hour to mark seven years since the tragedy at Pulse nightclub. We will never forget,” the business tweeted over the weekend. “A U.S. Army Reserve captain, Antonio selflessly served his country and was known for his smile and kindness,” the bar tweeted with a photo of one of the fallen. “A longtime employee at OneBlood donation center, Rodolfo was passionate about helping others and providing for his family,” they captioned another image.

Brandon Wolf was there when the shooting happened and lost two of his closest friends in the targeted attack. “Seven years ago, we went to Pulse Nightclub — our refuge. The place we danced with abandon. Sang ‘til we lost our voices. Lived without hesitation. Then, with over 110 rounds from an assault rifle, a man filled with hate tore it apart. Drew and Juan never made it home,” the survivor wrote in a thread mourning the loss and sharing photos of the trio together.

Actor Treat Williams Has Died At 71 After a Motorcycle Accident
Treat Williams, a star of stage, television and film, has died in a motorcycle accident, his family said Monday evening. He was 71.

"It is with great sadness that we report that our beloved Treat Williams has passed away tonight in Dorset, Vermont after a fatal motorcycle accident," his family said in a statement. "As you can imagine, we are shocked and greatly bereaved at this time."
Vermont State Police said in a statement that Williams was critically injured in Dorset about 4:53 p.m. Monday when a Honda SUV turned in front of him, ending in a collision that threw Williams from his 1986 Honda motorcycle.

He was taken to Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York, where he was pronounced dead, state police said.
The driver of the SUV, who was uninjured, was not cited; an investigation into the collision was ongoing, police said.

Williams recently guest starred in HBO's "We Own This City," a drama about corruption in Baltimore that was aired and streamed this spring. In 2016, he played the title character in the theatrical and streaming release of "The Congressman."

He developed as an actor's actor by starting as an understudy for the Broadway hit "Grease" in the 1970s before he took the lead role as Danny Zuko. But his real breakthrough was as director Miloš Forman's hippie character George Berger in a defining film of the counterculture, "Hair," in 1979.

That opened the door to roles in countless films, including Steven Spielberg's "1941," Sidney Lumet's "Prince of the City," Sergio Leone's "Once Upon a Time in America" and John Erman's adaptation of Tennessee Williams' classic "A Streetcar Named Desire."

In his television career, Williams had roles on "Law & Order," "Blue Bloods" and other shows, often as a benevolent-seeming patriarch with just a hint of corruption beneath the surface.

More recently he portrayed Dr. Andrew Brown in the WB series "Everwood" and Brian Grabler, a retired Baltimore police detective, in "We Own This City." In the latter series, he teaches at the police academy and, according to HBO's news release, "recognizes much of what has gone wrong" with the city's force.
Williams was born in Rowayton, Connecticut, to Marian and Richard Norman Williams, according to his IMDb bio. He went from prep school to Pennsylvania's Franklin and Marshall College, where he dived into the world of stage and screen..

His summers were spent immersed in stage classics at Fulton Theatre in Lancaster, the bio says. Williams' later success meant free time could be spent flying, and he became a licensed pilot and instructor.

In their statement, his family said his loved ones were "beyond devastated."
"Treat was full of love for his family, for his life and for his craft, and was truly at the top of his game in all of it," the family said. "It is all so shocking right now, but please know that Treat was dearly and deeply loved and respected by his family and everyone who knew him."

Former Baltimore Sun journalist David Simon, the creator of "We Own This City," said he was honored when Williams signed on to the show.
"After years of cop reporting, 'Prince Of The City' was the only film that made me believe anyone else knew the truth about the drug war," he tweeted. "So honored when Treat Williams signed on to deliver our own, later critique of the disaster. RIP to a legendary actor and a fine, gracious man."

Williams rejoiced in his earliest film work, saying in a 2011 interview with A.V. Club that "Hair" was "the greatest film experience of my life."
"It was just really, really fun," he said. "I loved John Savage and Beverly D'Angelo, and Milos Forman is one of the great filmmakers of all time. That was really an honor to be a part of."

He is survived by his wife, Pam Van Sant, and their children, Gill Williams and Elinor Williams.

Philadelphia Officials Say Collapsed I-95 Roadway Could Take ‘Months’ To Repair

Philadelphia officials say that it could take “months” to fix the repairs on Interstate 95 after a truck carrying flammable cargo caught fire beneath the overpass on Sunday morning, causing it to collapse.

“With regards to the complete rebuild of I-95 roadway, we expect it to take some number of months,” Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said on Sunday, adding that he plans to issue a disaster declaration to “expedite this process” and “immediately draw down federal funds.”

Shapiro claimed to have spoken with Pete Buttigieg, the secretary of transportation, who gave him the assurance that there would be “absolutely no delay” in receiving federal funding for the “critical roadway’s” safe and prompt reconstruction.
According to Shapiro, officials are looking at “interim solutions to connect both sides of I-95 to get traffic through the area.”
WPVI reported that the lanes between the exits for Philadelphia’s Woodhaven Road and Aramingo Avenue are closed in both directions indefinitely.

Shapiro added that the southern lanes of the impacted portion are “not structurally sound to carry any traffic,” while the northbound side “completely collapsed.” One car is still buried beneath the damaged roadway.

“We are still working to identify any individual or individuals who may have been caught in the fire and the collapse,” he said, before later clarifying that no one was injured or killed.

On Monday, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security said that inspectors from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation determined that the southbound portion cannot be reopened and will also need to be replaced.

Despite ongoing inspections, the report stated that the overpass’s deck is no longer structurally sound.
A sheen was seen on the water of a nearby cove of the Delaware River, which flows for 282 miles along the borders of New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Gasoline from the tanker truck has also spilled into storm drains.
According to the report, the U.S. Coast Guard is on the site and will keep collaborating with the Philadelphia Water Department to look for any more potential environmental effects of the fire on the important waterway.
