gone back — although she might have looked back once or twice because a pattern
of abuse is very difficult to break even (or especially) on the victim’s end. I
always assumed that, in the end, everyone but Chris was happy that Rihanna has
chosen that route for herself; certainly, I never imagined that members of her
family would be rooting for Rihanna to get back with the guy, but the latest
issue of The Enquirer says that is precisely the case. Yeah, I know it sounds
unbelievable, right?

Honestly, I find the behavior of
Rihanna’s cousins in this instance to be rather disgusting. Exactly what kind of
a supportive family member would (publicly or otherwise) encourage their cousin
to get back together with an abusive ex-boyfriend? All based upon the fact that
he was “really nice” and sat on the floor while eating fish and rice. Of course
Chris was cordial to Rihanna’s family because he probably wanted to make a good
impression, but that doesn’t mean that he wasn’t a violent nightmare behind
closed doors. And he undoubtedly was just that.
In this case, there is photographic
evidence that Chris beat the living crap out of Rihanna, and yet her cousins are
willing to overlook that as trivial in light of the fact that he was sweet and
danced with them. They honestly seem to believe that Chris merely made a series
of consecutive mistakes when his fist hit Rihanna over and over again. How would
these cousins feel if Rihanna took their advice and ended up dead one day
because of it? I don’t even want to think about that; and hopefully, Rihanna
will ignore her cousins’ misguided words too. Not only is her own safety at
stake, but she also must think about the image she sets forth to her fans that
experience abusive relationships as well.

Pop/R&B Songstress Kelis was on
the bill for Bestival 2011, which took place at Robin Hill Country Park in
Newport, Isle of Wight. The former wife of Nas performed a string of songs,
including hits “Milkshake” and “Bossy” during day four on the festival’s main
stage.

Police report that Elizabeth Escalona, dragged her daughter, Joselyn Cedillo, by her feet across her apartment, glued her hands and stuck them to a wall until they bled because the 2-year-old soiled her pants.
She then reportedly beat the little girl with a shoe and a belt, kicked her, and pounded her in the stomach with a jug of milk.
According to police, the young mother later made a hysterical phone call to her mother after she noticed that something was wrong with the child.
When the mother arrived Joselyn was unconscious and rushed to the hospital where she remains in critical condition with broken bones and head injuries.
Escalona was arrested for causing an injury to a child; she is being held on $500,000 bond.

Chris Brown Cleared of 95 Outstanding Parking Tickets
While R&B bad boy Chris Brown
is getting cleared of 95 parking tickets, many people are just trying to get
cleared of one! Los Angeles officials have ruled that the singer only has to pay
a fraction of $15,000 in parking citations.
Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos stated last month that West Hollywood officials were forced to dismiss more than $15,000 in parking citations his client was issued for parking in handicap spots. Geragos goes on to explain that the handicapped parking spots at Brown’s former condominium complex were assigned to him. The developer of the building had mistakenly marked his spaces as handicapped and therefore Geragos petitioned for the tickets to be dropped.

“Kim can’t believe the father of her girls is a child molester!” a source close to the reality star confided.
“When she got the news, she was sick to her stomach. Kim can’t stop thinking about the shocking crime that Daniel committed on that innocent girl.”
Toce remarried after his two-year union to Kim ended in 2003 and was arrested in 2010 for sexual risk of injury to a minor.

With Toce behind bars, Kim, 33, hopes to cut off all contact between him and their two daughters, Brielle, 14, and 10-year-old Ariana, said the source.
“Kim is consulting her legal team to see if she can permanently terminate Daniel’s parental rights or at least severely restrict them,” the source divulged.

The longest-tenured model for "The Price Is Right" has filed a lawsuit claiming she was sexually harassed by two producers for the game show, Michael G. Richards and Adam Sandler (not the actors with the same names).
When model Lanisha Cole left the show in 2010, she was a "fan favorite," whose job was to gracefully reveal actual prices of household items to the viewing audience and contestants. But she alleges that backstage, for about a year, she endured very ugly treatment.
The 20-page civil complaint includes wrongful termination, wrongful sexual harassment, failure to take steps to prevent harassment, false imprisonment, and infliction of emotional distress.

humiliated Ms. Cole in front of her peers."

Cole complained about her harassment only after being called into a meeting regarding alleged harassment of another model. When the Pasadena native filed her suit, she was told she was "holding the show hostage," and she eventually left the show.
