Now does this really surprise you that a Atlanta promoter ripping artist off for money is being reported?
New York, California, Georgia, Florida and Texas are common for these type of complaints. But oddly enough the gentlemen featured today is supposedly doing this in all of those states.

He has been sued for the same thing in multiple cases over the U.S.A. He now has a few hunting for him street wise and in the court room. If you are not sure of anything reported just check with this collective agency.

Oscar 2013: The Onion comes under fire for calling 9-year-old nominee Quvenzhané Wallis the C-word
Quvenzhané Wallis was the target of an offensive tweet from The Onion's Twitter account Sunday night.
Satirical website The Onion has made it’s name walking the line between the questionable and objectionable in its content. But the Sunday night tweet during the Oscars calling 9-year-old "Beasts of the Southern Wild" star Quvenzhané Wallis a ‘c--t’ obliterated that line as it drew outrage from social media users across the twitterverse.
"Everyone else seems afraid to say it, but that Quvenzhané Wallis is kind of a c--t, right? #Oscars2013,” it read.
Apparently the Onion wasn't keen on owning up to the outrageous claim as well, as the tweet was hastily deleted after negative reaction started pouring in.
"The Wire" star Wendell Pierce saw it, and called for the Onion staff to identify its culprit tweeter.
The use of the offensive word was met with shock and outrage from social media users.
"@TheOnion Identify the writer. Let him defend that abhorrent verbal attack of a child. You call it humor I call it horrendous," he wrote. "It doesn't matter what the intent was, it was offensive and they should apologize to Quvenzhane."
Pierce’s sentiment echoed around Twitter.
"Assumed I heard wrong," wrote news pundit Keith Olbermann. "No; they DID wrong. Retract, apologize, dismiss."
"Quvenzhane Wallis is a nine year old woman of colour [sic]," one offended user wrote. "Let's let what @TheOnion did sink in and remember that Dakota Fanning never had this."
On Monday, the website's CEO Steve Hannah apologized on behalf of his organization via Facebook.
"On behalf of The Onion, I offer my personal apology to Quvenzhané Wallis and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for the tweet that was circulated last night during the Oscars. It was crude and offensive," he wrote.
"In addition, we are taking immediate steps to discipline those individuals responsible.Miss Wallis, you are young and talented and deserve better. All of us at The Onion are deeply sorry."
Ever since the spunky 9-year-old burst on the scene with "Beasts of the Southern Wild," her name has been making headlines. Not only for her work, but because critics and TV personalities have struggled to pronounce her moniker correctly.
With such a heralded young actress, many people think simply bowing out of learning to pronounce “Quvenzhané” correctly is just as offensive as hurling an insult. The Twitterverse also chastised E! host Kelly Osbourne on Sunday for opting to call her "Little Q," instead of attempting to say her name during red carpet coverage.
'It is rude, unprofessional and borderline racist to not even try to pronounce her name properly," one user wrote.
"Aren't you paid to be a host?" wrote another, "Do your research and practice her name. Stupid Kelly Osbourne."
Her name is a hot commodity in Hollywood these days. Wallis scored a hefty role in the upcoming Brad Pitt flick "Twelve Years a Slave," and just yesterday it was announced that she is the new lead in the upcoming "Annie" movie-musical remake.
The attempts to make the nine-year-old a palatable part of Hollywood have only led to more people rallying in support of her uniqueness. Much like Mia Wasikowska and Gabourey Sidibe, whose names previously stumped red carpet reporters, Wallis’s rising star will make for plenty more opportunities to practice name pronunciation.
Jermaine Dupri KICKS OFF So So Def 20th Anniversary With Bow Wow, Jagged Edge, Da Brat & Xscape
Jermaine Dupri teamed up with VIBE, Crown Royal Black, Ciroc, Brand Jordan, UBER and Blackberry to kick off the So So Def 20th Anniversary.
The festivities kicked off with an intimate dinner at a top secret location in Atlanta with his artists, including folks like Bone Crusher. He told everyone, “This is my way of saying thank you for helping me build the So So Def empire. This is a historical moment, so tonight I’m celebrating you. Sit back, relax…I’m gonna serve you. But enjoy it, because that will never happen again!”
The staff served the guests a lavish meal prepared by Chef Michael Hebb and custom “Afroman” cake by Jaxon Pastries.
Bow Wow, one of Jermaine's top selling acts (and biggest mouth pieces) was there to rep for So So Def.
Chris Kelly (of Kris Kross) wore his pants backwards, ofc ourse, and showed his support.
Chris and Bow Wow were later seen greeting one another when Jermaine revealed that it was their first time meeting! “In all these years, this is the first time that Bow Wow and Chris Kelly have ever met. Bow Wow is a product of Kris Kross, so the fact that we can bring everyone together like this means a lot.”

New Couple Alert: Selena Gomez Cheated On Justin With Gucci Mane???
I am laughing hard as hell if this is the truth! Is this a JOKE? The gossip site Perez Hilton shared with us some absurd piece of news. There was a rumor spreading around on blog sites that Selena Gomez allegedly hooked up with Gucci Mane while they were on set of Spring Breakers, which is due out on March 22. Supposedly, this happened during her relationship with Justin Bieber. This may explain the change in Bieber lately…
Harmony Korine’s upcoming film stars Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine. From the trailers shown of the film so far, Gucci Mane plays a rival drug dealer with a score to settle. He has a few lines in the short clips—“Y’all wanna die tonight?”—but it seems he had plenty of time to get to know the 20-year-old Disney star a little better.
The report, revealed by a production assistant, says that Gucci spent a few hours with Selena in her trailer. While there were times when he hung out with his co-stars, he would almost always be alone with Selena. The crew member explained:
“We thought it was [odd] that she was in there with [Gucci Mane]. One time [producers] sent security to make sure she was OK… It almost became a joke, [another employee] said [to Gucci Mane] ‘Watch out or I’m telling Justin.’ [Gucci] was like ‘F*ck that lil n*gga.”
It is outlandish to hear Gucci got a little too friendly with Selena. The Trap God knows better than to get involved in an affair with Bieber’s former girlfriend. Plus, Gucci probably knows that tabloid headlines are not a good look for him. In fact, he mentioned that Bieber showed up to show his support and even shouted him out. (No bad blood here.)
“I heard one time Justin came to the to the set to support Selena and support the movie,” he said. “I didn’t see him but shout out him for supporting the movie and shout out Selena for being in the movie.”
On the flip side, Selena may be fresh off the breakup with Bieber, but we can’t imagine her first choice for a rebound is Gucci. Those two canoodling just doesn’t make any sense. Then again, Selena did mention she wanted to date older men, according to a report by the Hollywood Life. Maybe, the 1017 Bricksquad leader has something that these other men don’t.

Teacher Busted Paying Student For Sex
A teacher in New Jersey is under arrest, accused of using social media to offer a student money in return for sex.
Thomas Weir, 50, was a teacher at John F. Kennedy High School in Paterson.
Police say Weir used Facebook to message the male student, and asked to meet him in the parking lot of a restaurant.
He allegedly offered $50 in return for sex.
Weir was taken into custody Saturday night in the restaurant parking lot and charged with multiple counts, including attempted sexual assault, attempted endangering the welfare of a child, luring and enticing a child and official misconduct.

In his wonderfully juicy new book, “Soundtrack of My Life,” Clive Davis confirms what has always been out there: Michael Jackson purposely tried to kill off brother Jermaine’s career. In the mid 80s, Davis signed Jermaine Jackson and had a couple of hits that still stand up: “Do What You Do” and “Tell Me I’m Not Dreaming.” Michael didn’t like this.
When Clive hired Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and LA Reid in the late 1980s to produce Jermaine’s fourth album at Arista Records, Michael had enough, Davis says. The King of Pop tied up Babyface for his own projects, ripping him away from Jermaine. Clive writes: “Jermaine couldn’t believe that Michael, his close brother, would hijack his producers’ material this way.”At a dinner in Paris, Clive recalls, Jermaine was “crying, indeed sobbing at times, so deeply hurt that his brother would do this to him.”
The older brother was so angry that he wrote his infamous song, “Word to the Badd,” which denounced Michael as shallow and selfish. Michael responded by calling Davis and demanding he take the song off of Jermaine’s new album.

Cardinal Resigns Amid Sex Scandal
The United Kingdom’s top cardinal, Keith O’Brien, is to step down as an archbishop, effective immediately, according to a statement published on the website of the Scottish Catholic news office.
Cardinal O’Brien, who is the leader of the Roman Catholic Church in Scotland and the U.K.’s most senior Roman Catholic, also says he is choosing not to take part in the election of the next pope next month to succeed Pope Benedict XVI, a process known as the “conclave.’ He said in a statement that he will not attend.
He says he is resigning due to allegations surrounding unspecified inappropriate behavior toward priests in the 1980s. He contests the allegations.
“Approaching the age of seventy-five and at times in indifferent health, I tendered my resignation as Archbishop of Saint Andrews and Edinburgh to Pope Benedict XVI some months ago. I was happy to know that he accepted my resignation ‘nunc pro tunc’ — (now — but to take affect later) on 12 November 2012,” said Cardinal O’Brien, in the statement.
“I thank Pope Benedict XVI for his kindness and courtesy to me on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Scotland, I wish him a long and happy retirement.”
It is not yet clear if he is resigning from the College of Cardinals as well. In an interview with the BBC on Friday, Cardinal O’Brien said he found the prospect of choosing the next pope “almost frightening.”
Pope Benedict XVI’s resignation takes effect on Thursday. And Monday, Benedict issued a letter spelling out line-by-line changes in canon law that will allow cardinals to set an earlier date for electing his successor. The number of eligible electors — cardinals under the age of 80 — is now 115.
However, there is growing pressure from U.S. victims of clergy sexual abuse for Cardinal Roger Mahony, the retired Archbishop of Los Angeles, to withdraw from the conclave. More than 30,000 pages of priest personnel records released last month revealed that Mahony had been directly involved in covering up for priests who were known to have abused children and teens.
Mahony has been writing on his personal blog that he plans to attend the conclave and to vote. There’s precedent for that. In 2005, Cardinal Bernard Law, who resigned from his post as Archbishop of Boston in 2002 at the height of the explosive abuse scandal, nonetheless voted in the election that chose Benedict.
The last time a cardinal resigned from the College of Cardinals was in 1927, says church historian Matthew Bunson. French Cardinal Louis Billot stepped down because his support for a radical, conservative political movement was in direct conflict with then-Pope Pius XI who opposed it.
