#FASHIONFAB: Zara Studio Fall 2023: The Modern Man’s Poetic Armor!

Zara Studio’s fall-winter 2023 menswear collection is a harmonious blend of the past and future. While the collection reimagines tailoring as a canvas for self-expression, Fabien Baron’s dual role as creative director and photographer for the campaign adds a layer of modern sophistication.

Mamuor Majeng, hailing from South Sudan, is the face of the Zara Studio campaign. Bringing a mysterious draw to the season, Mamuor dons a wardrobe styled by Karl Templer that feels both immediate and timeless.

The fabrics in the new Zara Studio collection reflect innovation, cut into precise yet fluid silhouettes. Outerwear is a study in contrast, while trousers serve as the canvas for intricate designs, and knitwear invites touch with its thoughtful weave.
Bursts of deep burgundy punctuate a monochrome palette, and the footwear—rounded-toe, high-shine boots—stands as a formidable foundation. Zara Studio’s latest offering blurs the lines between day and night, formal and casual, the conventional and the creative.
The Zara Studio collection is for men who are as complex as they are straightforward and who live their philosophies through what they wear. In this line, fashion transcends mere aesthetics—becoming an atmosphere where the modern man finds his poetic armor.
Accompanying the lookbook images, the clothes themselves are a tactile experience. Detailed in contrasting elements, the outerwear feels like a wearable manifesto on duality.
Trousers, narrow and straight-legged, are adorned with botanical reliefs and modernist patterns that evoke a sense of curated chaos.

Knitwear is deeply textured, almost inviting you to get lost in its weave. Each piece is a garment and a statement, a tactile extension of the Zara Studio ethos.

#RHOA: NeNe Leakes’ Son Released from Jail Early After Drug Bust!
*NeNe Leakes‘ son Bryson Bryant was released from Gwinnett County Jail on October 5 after posting a $6,100 bond following his fentanyl arrest in July.

We reported previously that Bryant was to remain jailed until next year after his arrest on July 3 for felony possession of Fentanyl and a misdemeanor for loitering/prowling, RadarOnline reported. At the time of his arrest, he gave officers the name of his younger brother, Brentt Leakes. After police discovered his real identity, Bryant, 33, was hit with an additional charge of “giving a false name, address or birthdate to a law enforcement officer.”

When Bryant’s name was run in the system, officers saw he was “wanted for probation violation” in a separate case, per RadarOnline. He initially wasn’t eligible for release until January 3, 2024.
Per RadarOnline.com, Bryson’s bond breaks down like this — “$1,850 for the loitering charge, $1,850 for giving law enforcement a false name, and $2,400 for possession of a scheduled II controlled substance,” the outlet writes.

When NeNe appeared on Carlos Kings’ podcast, she was asked if “Real Housewives of Atlanta” contributed to her son’s drug problems, she replied, “I don’t think it helped.”

Bryson was originally slated to be released from jail in 2024 after violating his probation in a separate case, but he was released nearly three months early.

The court has warned Bryson of the serious consequences he will face if he misses an upcoming court date related to his July arrest.
“If you fail to appear, your bond will be forfeited and a bench warrant will be issued for your re-arrest,” the court documents read, per RadarOnline. “It is your responsibility to keep informed as to your court dates. It is your responsibility to keep the court advised on any changes to your address.”

Cardi B is claiming she has no album coming after a disturbing spat with trolls who keep criticizing her.
Cardi B Engages With Online Trolls Who Criticize Her Work Ethic
In a series of since-deleted tweets on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday (Oct. 16), Cardi B engaged in some intense back-and-forth arguments with a number of social media users who are questioning her work ethic when it comes to creating music. Following a disturbing rant that some may deem as unhinged, the Bronx, N.Y. rapper declared that she will not be releasing a new project.

After one X user accused Cardi of "lying about a big surprise" she was supposed to announce on Instagram Live regarding a new song, another user came at Bardi, putting her drive for creativity in question.
"Cardi the only Mexican I know that don't work hard," The X user wrote.

In response, Cardi B slid into the tweet's comments section with, "Hope you and ur mom die."
After one X user caught a glimpse of Cardi's pointed clap back, they extended a warning to the New York rhymer regarding her response by tweeting, "Keep wishing death on people and watch how it come back to you."

"Idgaf f**k all y'all," Cardi B replied. "Y'all can call me Mexican bring me down, hurt my feelings talk s**t about everything this why I don't release music."
She later added: "I just wanna put a bullet in my head"
From there, Cardi unleashed a few tweets of her own, calling out those who constantly criticize her and claiming that as a result, there won't be a new album on the way. After replying "I DON'T WANT TO DO MUSIC" to a fan who offered some words of encouragement, she simply tweeted, "THERES NO ALBUM."

Gwen Stefani honored with Hollywood Walk of Fame Star
Music icon and Orange County native Gwen Stefani was honored with her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday.
She was "Just a Girl" from O.C. who went on to become a music star around the world. Stefani is a multi-platinum recording artist with three Grammys.

She has been making music now for more than 30 years. We first met her as part of the group No Doubt - and there's no doubt that she's kept our attention for all these years.

On Thursday, hundreds of her loyal fans lined Hollywood Boulevard to watch her receive a star on the Walk of Fame. She did not take the honor lightly.
"It means a lot because I think when you have such a long journey like I have --look, I have tears-- you know, since I'm 17, I've been writing these songs, never thought anything would ever happen. Nine years being in the garage, doing what we wanted to do, not trying to make it, not trying to be a star, really. And next thing you know, here we are, a permanent star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. What? And it does feel like a flash," Stefani said.

There to celebrate with Stefani were her very proud parents, who recalled what she was like as a little girl.
"She loved music and she loved dancing --anything to entertain. That was Gwen," said Patti Stefani.
"I think she's great. And being a woman, and in power, I just think she's fabulous. She looks incredible, too," said Katherine McCracken, a fan.
"Gwen is amazing. Everything she does, she touches from 'The Voice' to her makeup to her music has been my childhood to my adulthood, is my life," said Nicole Saldivar, a fellow fan.
Gwen's husband, country star Blake Shelton, sang her praises at the star-unveiling event.
"Songwriting is her favorite thing to do and she happens to be exceptionally talented at it," he said.
"Just to be able to be a songwriter is like, it's just like, I can't believe this is my life," Stefani said.

Stefani's star, which is the 2,764th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, is located next to Amoeba Music on Hollywood Boulevard.

John Stamos Opens Up About Being Sexually Abused By Nanny

John Stamos says he was sexually abused by his female babysitter. The "Full House" actor shared the memories of the alleged assaults only hit him while he was writing his upcoming memoir "If You Would Have Told Me", which is set to be released on October 24.

The 60-year-old added he would play "dead" to try and get his minder to stop. He told PEOPLE, "I remembered it slightly. It has always been there, but I packed it away as people do, right?" John added that even though the abuse was "always in the back" of his head he had previously dismissed it and didn't tell anybody.

He noted, "It was like you're playing dead so they'll stop. But it wasn't totally aggressive. I don't know. It was not good. I was probably like 10 or 11 (at the time.) I shouldn't have had to deal with those feelings."
John said he has written about his memories of being abused in his autobiography, but said it was only "a page or something" as he "didn't want the book to be" about it. Stamos also didn't want the focus of his tell-all to be about his marriage and divorce from the now 50-year-old actress Rebecca Romijn, but did open up to PEOPLE about their "shattering" split.

He admitted about his ex, "I just hated her. I couldn't believe how much I hated her, and it ruined my life." John said he also viewed the actress as the "devil" when they split, but admitted he later came to terms with him being just "as much to blame" for the collapse of their marriage.

John and Rebecca have rarely spoken about their breakup since they parted ways in 2004, before they finalized their divorce the following year and moved on with actress Caitlin McHugh, 37, and actor Jerry O'Connell, 49, respectively.
Rebecca admitted in a 2022 episode of "The Talk" she misses "a lot" of things about John. "Divorce feels like a failure… and there were a lot of things that I had to let go of that were very sad. I have a lot of really fun memories," she shared.

Naomi Osaka And Cordae Allegedly Split 3 Months After Welcoming Their First Child
Naomi Osaka and Cordae (YBN Cordae) have allegedly broken up just three months after welcoming their first child together. The tennis ace hinted at a rift in her relationship with her boyfriend with her social media activities.
The four-time Grand Slam singles champion sparked the split speculation after she shared some cryptic posts on X, formerly known as Twitter, and removed any traces of the rapper on her Instagram page. On September 27, she wrote on X, "The art of loving yourself."

Earlier this week, the athlete, who just turned 26 years old on October 16, liked a tweet about "walking away from those that didn't value you." Then on Tuesday, October 17, one day after she celebrated her birthday, she tweeted, "I just want someone that will watch the sunset with me."

Cordae was also noticeably absent from photos Naomi shared on her birthday. "Big Libra vibes," she captioned a series of her solo snaps to mark her special day. The 26-year-old singer/songwriter also did not post a birthday shout-out to his baby mama.
The split rumors surface just several months after the young couple was blessed with the arrival of their first child together. The Japanese professional tennis player gave birth to a baby girl named Shai in July after dating the musician since 2019.

It was Cordae who first revealed their daughter's name during his performance at the Calgary Stampede in Canada. "My daughter Shai was just born a couple days ago, so I dedicate this performance to my baby girl Shai," he told the crowd. "Love you, I'm going back home."

Naomi later explained the meaning of her daughter's name. "Shai means God's gift," she told ESPN. "I wanted her to feel like she was a gift to me and her dad."
The mother of one also offered the first glimpse of her newborn baby via Instagram in July. She shared a photo of her new bundle of joy being wrapped in a white tennis-themed onesie. She followed it up with a picture of herself when she was still pregnant and an image of her in a hospital gown for the birth process.

In the caption, Naomi wrote, "Well that was a cool little intermission." The four-time Grand Slam singles champion went on to note, "now back to your regularly scheduled program," as she plans to return for the Australian Open in 2024.

Jussie Smollett reportedly checks into rehab

Actor Jussie Smollett has reportedly entered a rehab treatment facility’s outpatient program, according to TMZ.
It wasn’t clear the issue Smollett is seeking treatment for.
Smollett, 41, is awaiting a ruling by a three-judge panel of the Illinois Appeals Court on whether to uphold his conviction for faking a 2019 hate crime near his Streeterville home in Chicago.

The former star of the hit show “Empire” was charged in 2019 after it was revealed that he had made up a story about being the target of a racist and homophobic attack on a frigid night while walking to his Streeterville apartment.

The Cook County state’s attorney’s office dropped the charges months later.
A new indictment was later brought against him by Special Prosecutor Dan Webb, who was appointed by a judge to review the decision to drop the case.
After the indictment, a Cook County jury found Smollett guilty in December 2021 of lying to police.

Prosecutors said Smollett, who is Black and gay, staged the attack, including hiring two brothers to rough him up and place a noose around his neck.
The jury found Smollett guilty on five of six counts of disorderly conduct, and he was sentenced to 30 months’ probation, with the first 150 days to be served at Cook County Jail.

Smollett spent six days behind bars before being released while he appealed the conviction.

Oprah Winfrey says They Were Only Offering $35,000’ to Star in ‘The Color Purple,’ and It’s the ‘Best $35,000 I Ever Earned’
The upcoming release of “The Color Purple” musical film marks a full circle moment for Oprah Winfrey, who is producing the new adaptation 38 years after playing Sofia in Steven Spielberg’s take on Alice Walker’s seminal novel. Oprah earned an Oscar nomination for supporting actress, and now “The Color Purple” musical could earn her another one as a producer if it lands a best picture nomination. Oprah produced the film along with Spielberg, Scott Sanders and Quincy Jones.

In a new Essence cover story with the musical film’s cast — Taraji P. Henson, Danielle Brooks, H.E.R. and Fantasia Barrino — Oprah revealed the salary she earned for her Oscar-nominated role in Spielberg’s “The Color Purple.” It was low, but it was the only shot Oprah had at achieving her life goal of starring in the film.

“I can’t even begin to tell you what it means to me — a person who wanted nothing more in my life than to be in ‘The Color Purple,'” Oprah said. “And God taught me to surrender — that was the big lesson for me. They were only offering $35,000 to be in this film, and it is the best $35,000 I ever earned. It changed everything and taught me so much. It is God moving through my life.”

Taking over the role of Sofia in the upcoming musical adaptation is Brooks, best known for her supporting role in “Orange Is the New Black.” Brooks already has experience playing Sofia on Broadway, where she earned a Tony Award nomination for featured actress in a musical. The actor thanked Oprah for “leaving space for me [on set] but also being there, to hold my hand and answer that phone call when I needed you.”

“To have all of you beautiful Black women bearing witness to the story, as the story moves forward, means so much,” Oprah later explained. “I believe that what Fantasia has said is true: Everybody who comes to see our film is going to be touched. They will be moved. And they will be healed.”

“The Color Purple” centers on Celie (Fantasia), a Black Southern woman in the early 20th century who is abused by her father and husband. She finds the strength in her own independence after befriending several women in her community, including the vivacious blues singer Shug Avery (Henson) and the fierce Sofia (Brooks).

Blitz Bazawule (“Black Is King”) directed the new film from a script by Marcus Gardley (“The Chi”). “The Color Purple” opens in theaters Dec. 25 from Warner Bros.

Idina Menzel Looks Back on Her Marriage to Taye Diggs, Challenges of Being in an Interracial Relationship

Idina Menzel looked back on her marriage to Taye Diggs and some challenges that they faced in Hollywood.
The 52-year-old Frozen actress married the 52-year-old Broadway star in 2003. They split in 2013 and finalized their divorce two years later. They share their son Walker.

In a recent interview, Idina reflected on how Hollywood treated them for being in an interracial relationship.
After meeting on the set of Rent, the couple got together. While on the Dinner’s On Me podcast, Idina explained that things got difficult for them as they advanced in Hollywood.

“It’s very complicated. I mean, [we’re] very supportive of each other always. [I’m] so excited for him. The thing that came into play more — and he’s talked about it too — is the interracial aspect of it,” she said, via Us Weekly. “Because when you’re in the theater, it’s just not a thing, like, we all love each other and sleep with each other and [are] best friends with whoever wants to be.”

She continued, saying, “And it seemed like there was disappointment in the community with him because he was married to [a] white, Jewish girl from some show we don’t even remember, and so, I took that on too. That’s stuff that we had to deal with. It was less about being successful and more about that kind of stuff.”
Idina recalled being asked to step away from Taye on the red carpet so that photographers could get shots of just him.

Noting that landing Wicked changed the dynamic, she said that Taye was “always so supportive.”

Prosecutors investigating 'Rust' shooting intend to bring involuntary manslaughter charge
New Mexico prosecutors intend to re-charge actor Alec Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the fatal 2021 “Rust” shooting, two sources familiar with the matter told NBC News.
One source added that Baldwin’s case will be brought before a grand jury in mid-November. There had been recent discussions of a plea deal to a petty misdemeanor that was rescinded over the weekend, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

One of the sources told NBC News that after further investigation, prosecutors no longer believe the gun had been modified and have found new evidence that they believe connects Baldwin to recklessness around safety standards on the set.

"It is unfortunate that a terrible tragedy has been turned into this misguided prosecution," Baldwin's attorneys Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro said in a statement. "We will answer any charges in court."

This charge could carry up to 18 months in prison if convicted.
“We believe that based on our lengthy and detailed investigation that it is appropriate for a grand jury in New Mexico to make a decision on whether the case should proceed,” special prosector Kari Morrissey told NBC News in a statement.

The latest news comes five months after special prosecutors Kari Morrissey and Jason Lewis dismissed this same charge against Baldwin citing “new facts” in the case. At the time, they released a statement reserving the right to re-charge Baldwin, stating, “This decision does not absolve Mr. Baldwin of criminal culpability and charges may be refiled.”

The case centers on an incident on the “Rust” film set in October 2021, in which Baldwin’s prop gun fired a live round of ammunition, killing the film’s cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza.

Baldwin has maintained in interviews with both ABC News and CNN that he did not pull the trigger.
“I feel that someone is responsible for what happened, and I can’t say who that is, but I know it’s not me,” Baldwin said in an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos in December 2021.

When the involuntary manslaughter charges were dropped earlier this year, prosecutors said the gun might have been modified before the shooting and malfunctioned. A gun analysis report commissioned by the special prosecutors and released in August found that the gun had not been modified.
The film’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, was also charged in January with involuntary manslaughter. In August it was announced that a new trial date had been set for Gutierrez-Reed; the trial was pushed back to Feb. 21, 2024.

Gutierrez-Reed’s attorney Jason Bowles has previously said that Gutierrez-Reed will plead not guilty. He declined to comment.
At the time of the original charges, Nikas, Baldwin’s attorney, called it “a terrible miscarriage of justice.”

In June, Hutchins’ husband, Matthew, settled a wrongful death suit with Baldwin and “Rust” producers. Production on “Rust” resumed this spring, and Matthew Hutchins serves as an executive producer on the project.

“All of us believe Halyna’s death was a terrible accident. I am grateful that the producers and the entertainment community have come together to pay tribute to Halyna’s final work,” Hutchins’ widower said after the settlement.

Mo’Nique Gives The Perfect Response When Asked About Will & Jada Pinkett Smith

Mo’Nique had the absolutely perfect response during a recent interview when she was asked about Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s relationship.
The 55-year-old comedian and Oscar-winning actress stopped by the “Big Tigger Morning Show” on Atlanta’s V-103 last Friday to promote her comedy show in Stockbridge.

Over the years, Mo’Nique’s marriage to Sidney Hicks has often been a topic of conversation.
You may recall that there was a time when they were spilling their marital tea on everything from their open relationship to Mo recently coming out as bisexual in her latest Netflix special.

When Big Tigger asked Mo’Nique about her thoughts on Jada and Will’s relationship, she responded, “That’s not my business.”
She continued:That’s not my business and me giving my opinion – my opinion doesn’t matter because what does that do for our community?
Me sitting here telling you what I think about Will and Jada Smith…

I hope those beautiful people have an awesome life however they go. That’s it.
I think if we stop focusing on other people and stop worrying about what other people are doing and how they’re doing it we would be so much further as a community.

Because those type of questions do nothing for us but turn off the station and go, ‘Giiiiirl, you hear what Mo’Nique said about Jada and Will?!’It does nothing for us.

Good for her! I appreciate Mo’Nique not adding fuel to the fire publicly.
But, I’d love to hear what she really thinks in private.

Feds Arrest Dj Envy’s Business Partner Cesar Pina

According to several reports, federal agents arrested DJ Envy’s former business partner Cesar Pina on Wednesday.
According to Tony “The Closer” Robinson, Pina, a.k.a. “Flipping NJ,” is accused of running a real estate Ponzi scheme. He is charged with scamming investors out of millions of dollars.

DJ Envy, real name RaaShaun Casey, is a co-defendant in multiple lawsuits filed by investors who say they were ripped off by Pina in an elaborate Ponzi scheme.

Envy and Pina held seminars to lure hundreds of investors to flip distressed properties for profit. But investors say Pina took their money and ran. DJ Envy also promoted the seminars on iHeart Radio’s popular Breakfast Club morning show.
Many victims said they invested with Pina because DJ Envy was his business partner and they trusted Envy.

But DJ Envy denied any involvement in the Ponzi scheme. He said he’s also a victim because he gave money to Pina.
Jose Santiago and his wife, Jessica Ortiz told News 4 they invested $200,000 in a Paterson, NJ property that Pina claimed he owned.

“He’s advertising this all over radio and television, so I thought this was legit,” Santiago said.
Nigel Chamblin said he invested nearly $1 million in several properties that Pina claimed he owned. But Pina didn’t own any of the properties.

“There were other people investing in these exact same properties,” Chamblin told News 4. “It was a scam, it was a lie.

Caitlyn Jenner Allegedly Writing Tell-All That Exposes The Kardashian-Jenner Secrets
Caitlyn Jenner is reportedly considering a tell-all to seek revenge against the Kardashian-Jenner Klan.
According to RadarOnline, she reportedly no longer speaks to her ex-wife Kris Jenner and is not “close” to anyone in the family.
Sources say that even Kendall and Kylie have “turned their backs” on Caitlyn.

As you know, Jenner fathered Kendall and Kylie with Kris Jenner during their 24-year marriage while also being a stepfather to Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob.
The source told the National Enquirer, “Caitlyn figures she has nothing to lose, so she’s going to write the whole truth and make them sorry for shunning her.”

Caitlyn’s upcoming book is anticipated to contain revealing and potentially controversial content, including personal details about her family, making it quite different from her 2017 book, “The Secrets of My Life.”
According to the source, “This one is going to skewer everyone around her — especially the Kardashians.”

The former Olympian is allegedly prepared to reveal damaging information about her ex-wife and her well-known family.
“She’s saying she’s going to lay bare exactly what Kim and Kris did to get famous — including the inside dish on the infamous Ray J sex tape,” the source said.  “She’s also going to spill the truth about Khloe and her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.”

The source added, “She knows why Rob has been in hiding and will lift the lid on that mystery, too!”
Caitlyn reportedly intends to reveal the plastic surgery details of her daughters, Kendall and Kylie, and other secrets.

“She knows they’ve had way more work done than either of them will admit — and she’s threatening to reveal the truth,” the source said.
According to reports, she doesn’t plan on blasting just her family.
President Joe Biden, California Governor Gavin Newsom, Ellen DeGeneres, and her wife Portia de Rossi are also on her list for revenge.

A rep for Caitlyn has denied claims that she’s writing a tell-all but says she “is extremely proud of her family and their various accomplishments,” the source said, “Caitlyn wants everyone who’s treated her badly to regret it!”
