Naomi Campbell punishing for Sorbet- Issue #15

She's been in the business for over 30 years, but Naomi Campbell still leaves younger models trailing in her wake.

The south London born super, 46, looks incredible in a new cover shoot in which she's seen reclining on a leather couch in little more than a Burberry jacket and boots.

In other images Naomi wears a bandana as a headscarf - a nod to rock icons including Patti Smith and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler.

Naomi was shot by the feted Spanish photographer Nico Bustos - a close friend and collaborator - in Burberry's latest collection for the latest issue of the fashion magazine Sorbet, which celebrates 'dynamic duos'.

Bustos first shot the supermodel 13 years ago for the cover of Spanish Vogue, and the pair have gone on to develop a close working relationship.

He reveals in an interview with the magazine how he dreamed of taking Naomi's picture as an aspiring photographer.

'I was really impressed by her beauty and charisma,' he says of that first shoot back in 2004.

And more than a decade on, his admiration has only intensified.

'What stands out for me the most is that she is such a caring and intelligent person,' he said.;That mixed with her stunning beauty is amazing.'

#RHoA:  Uh Oh? ‘Warrant Issued For Matt Jordan For Violent Fight With Peter Thomas

A warrant has been issued for Matt Jordan, as a result of a Tuesday brawl with fellow Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Peter Thomas, according to All About The Tea.

It’s not a secret that Peter and Matt are not fond of each other. On Tuesday, they appeared on a radio show in North Carolina, and it quickly turned violent. According to Thomas, Matt threw a water bottle at him, then charged at him. Jordan thought he could over power him because he is much larger than Peter. As it turns out, Peter was the stronger man and won the brawl.

The RHOA drama didn’t stop there, according to TMZ. It was so bad between them that the cops were called and they asked Peter if he wanted to press assault charges. Of course, Thomas pressed charges, and now Matt has a legal mess to clean up.

The bad news for RHOA fans is the interview wasn’t live, so it probably won’t be aired. Peter claimed that Matt immediately had his attorney take the interview tape, so it won’t “accidentally” air. Thomas claims his lawyer is trying to get his hands on a copy of the video to publish on social media.

Mecklenburg County issued an assault warrant on March 22, the same day of the radio interview. In addition to the above warrant, Jordan has two other warrants that were issued in August 2016.

One of the warrants stems from Peter Thomas’ Club One grand opening in Charlotte in August of 2016. Apparently, Jordan assaulted a limo driver that was driving Kenya Moore to the club’s grand opening, and the driver pressed charges. Bravo camera caught the whole exchange on video.

Anthony Greene, the limo driver, stated, “I was driving Ms. Moore to Peter Thomas’ grand opening at Club One. ”

“A black SUV rolled up and this big guy came out and started walking towards the truck. I rolled up the window on him and that’s when he punched me in the face. Kenya screamed and he ran back into his truck and sped off. That’s when the police arrived.”

Eventually, Matt apologized to Greene, but the limo driver decided to press charges for assault, All About the Tea explained. Just a few hours after the incident, Jordan was accused of damaging Kenya’s garage, security cameras, and vehicle. Moore told the cops that Matt was upset about their breakup.

As a result of the limo driver assault, Matt received two more warrants. One was a communicating threat and the other for simple assault.

Peter went on record with his take on what happened in the radio interview. According to an eyewitness, Thomas pulled a knife during the incident and he threatened to use it. Peter’s account did not mention any knife, but Thomas stated he hopes the video of the fight will be leaked soon.

RHOA fans suggested that Peter’s account may not be completely accurate. They mentioned that Thomas likes to exaggerate the truth and the fact he pressed charges seemed to imply that the fight may not have gone his way.

Even so, Peter Thomas claims he won the fight and wants the RHOA fans to see the fight, but Jordan has possession of the tape that captured the exchange. He also hopes that Matt Jordan serves some time for this because his violent behavior has to stop.

Mary J. Blige is finally ready to deliver her 13th studio album, Strength of a Woman.

Today the R&B Queen has unveiled the album’s cover art, and announced that it will hit stores and streaming services on April 28

On the cover, a confident MJB sits on a golden throne with her legs crossed in a leather and lace outfit.
Mary’s first album since 2014’s The London Sessions, has spawned the singles “Thick Of It,” and “U + Me (Love Lesson).” It is expected to feature contributions from Jazmine Sullivan. DJ Camper, Hit-Boy, and Kanye West, who appears on a song called “Love Yourself.”

Much of the project has been inspired by Blige’s divorce from her husband and manager Kendu Isaacs.

Previously speaking about the album title, Blige explained that it’s meant to symbolize power in the face of tribulations. “We find that strength in us to not just survive these trials, but to thrive, to live, to get something out of it to not make the same mistakes again,” she said

#HIPHOPNEWS: Drake Cancels Amsterdam Concert Due to Doctor's Orders

Drake had to sadly cancel his Amsterdam concert on Monday (March 27) hours after it was supposed to begin.

The audience for the concert had already packed into the stadium and they were disappointed when a promoter came on stage to reveal that Drake was unable to perform.

Drake reportedly fell ill before the show and his doctor ordered him not to perform.

What makes the cancellation even more upsetting for the Dutch fans is that the concert had already been postponed twice before. The show was originally supposed to take place on January 20 and it was later moved to January 26. Then, the show was pushed to March 27 and now it will hopefully happen on March

In other Drake news, his new playlist More Life is at the top of the Billboard 200 chart and he just broke the record for most Hot 100 songs of any solo artist.

However fans at the concert after finding out 3 hours later at the show was feeling some kind of way. Look at a few tweets!

Word on the curve has it that the NBA superstar and his family fell in love with the pup from the moment they saw him -- specifically because of his green eyes (like Ayesha!) and dropped $3,800 to add him to the fam.

The kids got to name the pup and went with "Rookie" -- and it appears he's already getting along with the family's other dog, Reza.

Will Smith and the cast of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air had a mini-reunion over the weekend!

The cast, including Alfonso Ribeiro, Tatyana Ali, Karyn Parsons, Daphne Maxwell Reid and Joseph Marcell, all met up to spend an ocean side afternoon together.

Alfonso took to his Instagram to share a fun photo of the entire group.

Apollo Nida Says Phaedra BISH I want my Money from our DIVORCE!

Apollo Nida is talking from behind bars…again. For his second interview since starting an 8-year sentence on fraud and other charges, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” husband is reacting to his estranged wife Phaedra Parks going through with their divorce.

Apollo isn’t feeling it. You’ll recall, he was hopeful they could work through their issues and eventually reunite as a family. He thought they had a chance since (at that particular time) Phaedra hadn’t officially filed for divorce.

Well…someone from Phaedra’s camp relayed the message that “the divorce is proceeding as planned,” and now Apollo is airing out his frustrations in a new In Touch interview. He told the publication he is not walking away from this divorce with nothing!

He spilled,

“I will not walk away empty-handed, considering all I’ve put into the marriage over the five years. That is completely fair, I think. It wouldn’t be right for her to just take everything and leave me with nothing to come home to.”

Oh…we’re sure Phaedra would say something along the lines of…”were you thinking about that while participating in the criminal act?”

Apollo also feels it’s WRONG to keep his two young sons away from him for 8 years, despite him being in jail. He says he hasn’t seen 4-year-old Ayden and 19-month-old Dylan since he’s been in the pen. He said,

“I can’t see why she would continue to hurt me by not allowing me to see my boys,” Apollo tells ‘In Touch,’ while serving his time at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

“This isn’t right. If I don’t see my children for eight years, that would be some bulls---, and I would fight for that right! Who in their right mind would allow children to be away from their father for eight years, regardless of where the father is at in the world?”

New Music: TLC – “Meant To Be”

In celebration of TLC‘s 20-year anniversary, Chilli and T-Boz are set to release a new album, 20. Recently, they released “Meant to Be,” a track penned by Ne-Yo — and the only new song to appear on the greatest hits compilation.

The track will play a part in the upcoming TLC biopic, CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story; serving as the theme song for the film (premiering Oct. 21 on VH1). Also appearing on 20, are hits like, “Unpretty,” “Baby, Baby, Baby,” and “No Scrubs.” The album is due October 15.

This week, well-known women of color gathered for Essence Magazine’s Upfront Event. The event included a panel discussion about the Power Of Confidence, hosted by Viola Davis. Panelists included: Mikki Taylor (Essence), Gabrielle Union, Iman, Bethan Hardison, Afrobella (Blogger) and Bethann Hardison (fashion activist). We also spotted celebrity stylist and designer June Ambrose, Emil Wilbekin (Essence), Danai Gurira, Tanika Ray (TV Personality), Marsha Ambrosius and a few other familiar faces. Twerk Team Says Miley Cyrus Isn't Stopping Their Movement

Although America hopped on the twerking dance bandwagon after former Disney princess Miley Cyrus brought the booty-centric dance to the mainstream, most folks knew she was not the inventor of the craze. Pioneering twerk dancing sisters, The Twerk Team, have turned their bouncing bottoms into a viable business and largely look past Cyrus in their rise to the top.

Life+Times spoke with Twerk Team's Lady Luscious, 22, and Mizz TwerkSum, 21, along with their manager mother, Leslie Willis. It appears twerking has taken the ladies across the globe and landed them high-profile cameos in videos from popular rappers Wale and French Montana as well.

“We don't feel any way about it but I feel like people want us to,” says Lady Luscious of the Atlanta-based twosome, the Twerk Team. “Our whole movement is about girl power, so if you're black, white or Asian and you can twerk. But Miley Cyrus twerking is not our twerking. She's just a fan who is showing it to a whole different ethnic group, you have to give her her props for that.”

“We make good money and we've never had to work,” Mizz TwerkSum adds, both sisters dabbled in college but decided it wasn't their calling. “We go around the world to places like South Africa and the Bahamas, meet our fans and live how we want to live.”

The good money quip is something to behold, with the sisters reportedly earning $5,000 appearance fees which are soon to be on the rise. But some critics have taken umbrage with Willis managing the career of her daughters, considering the suggestive nature of what they do. Willis has an answer for naysayers.

“It ain't like they're taking off their clothes, and that's the first thing that people want to criticize,” said Willis. “Just being in the industry period you're going to hear it and everyone's entitled to their opinion. But these are my baby girls, and really I could give a sh-t less.”

Didn't Cyrus say white people made twerking lame and she's stopped doing it? Oh.

IDIOT: Hollywood Producer ‘John Palermo’ Attacks Kanye West, Anderson Cooper & Julie Chen

 “Hollywierd” Producer John Palermo doesn’t have enough to do so, he’s been on Facebook taking shots at celebs by posting racially motivated rants. I’m sure Kanye West won’t be quiet about this one though. I mean it is a free country and we have the freedom to say what we want but, damn… he went in unacceptably.

Ashanti Debuts New Hair Cut At Surprise Birthday Party

Ashanti turned on Yesterday.  So her litte sister Shia threw a big surprise party for her at NYC's SL (Simyone Lounge) nightspot.  She never disappoints in the fab department.  Ashanti flaunted her sex bob and sexy bod at her surprise party as she rocked a black & gold strapless dress as she posed it up with her little sis.  We're loving this new look.

Shia tweeted the above pic saying, "We got her Again! Happy Early Birthday celebration to my Big Sister!! I love you!"  Awww how sweet.

DJ Suss One was there to work the party and, of course, her momanager Tina was there too.

Ms Atlanta Killed

An Atlanta mother of ten, among them six foster children, has been gunned down outside a restaurant while allegedly trying to stop a fight between a friend and another woman.

Charlese Brooks, 34, a local businesswoman and aspiring rapper known by the stage name Ms Atlanta, was shot multiple times in a strip mall and died on the scene Tuesday evening.

The suspected shooter, identified as 35-year-old Terri Williams, turned herself in to police Wednesday and was charged with murder.

In a statement to the station WSB-TV, Williams’ attorney insisted that his client was innocent and said she will be exonerated once the investigation into the deadly shooting is complete.

Grieving relatives of the victim said that Brooks, known to her loved ones as ‘Beasley,’ had four biological children and six foster kids she had taken in recently ranging in age from 4 to 19, MyFox Atlanta reported.

Police were called to Brick House Restaurant on Bouldercrest Boulevard at around 6.30pm Tuesday after receiving reports of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found Charlese Brooks lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. The 34-year-old victim died on the spot.

According to relatives, Brooks was trying to act as a mediator when her friend and Terri Williams, whom she did not know, got into an altercation.

At some point during the argument, Williams went to her car. She allegedly returned moments later armed with a gun and opened fire.

Detectives would not say what sparked the violence, but neighbors told the station that the women were arguing over a text message.

Police would not confirm the claim that Miss Brooks was acting as a peacemaker when she was killed.

Family members say that two of Brooks’ children were outside the eatery and saw their mother getting killed.

And I felt like with this book, I’m sharing that with everyone, and showing them the different antidotes that I use, twelve or thirteen celebrity friends of mine, I’ve had them share their tips in the bedroom. “I can just say, I want everybody to tune into the show. I think a lot of what’s out there – you know rumors are always out there. I’m not going to say what’s true and what’s not true; I’ll leave that for Sundy, but I will definitely say that you will get to see a lot of interesting things. And I think everybody’s eyes are going to be open to a lot. I think everybody should just tune in to the show. She’s definitely a very interesting girl, and she’s a good friend of mine, definitely.”

“No, I don’t know. I’m doing a movie right now, I’ve got so much on my plate. I’ve got a shoe line, Shiekh Shoes, coming out, I’ve got a cosmetic line, so I’ve been involved in all of that, and the season started. You know, I film a lot, pretty much five days a week almost, so I really wasn’t even paying attention. I hadn’t seen tnose guys in a while, and I just saw Laura and Gloria the other night. It was great to see them; they look great. They’ve got some amazing stuff coming up too with their projects. As far a Brooke, I haven’t seen her. I went to her event about two months ago, so I was as surprised as everyone else when I looked up and saw that. So I don’t know how that all happened. I wish everybody the best. You know, ex-cast members and stuff, I hope that they do some great things. But I’m very excited about Basketball Wives: LA season three. I’m over the moon about it, and I can’t wait for it to come out.”

ON LAURA’S COMMENT THAT SHAUNIE O’NEAL RUINED BASKETBALL WIVES BY CASTING HOS:

“Yeah I actual did hear about it, and I feel like everybody is entitled to their own opinion, and I feel like Shaunie has done a great thing. I have to take my hat off to Shaunie first and foremost. Not only is she one of my closest friends, I respect her; I feel like I’m a part of her franchise, and I’m proud of the show.”

“I feel like there’s a lot of girlfriends and fiancées and everything just in general, but it’s okay. The show is titled Basketball Wives, but it doesn’t necessarily have to mean wives. It could be an ex-wife, like with the Miami version, a lot of them are ex-wives, but they are wives. So I think it’s more about the females involved with professional athletes, basketball athletes world. That’s what I think the show is basically saying. So our show this season without giving it away, there’s about three or four wives actually on Basketball Wives: LA. So it is what it is. I don’t really know what happened as far as how that conversation came about with Laura making those comments, so I’d be speaking out of turn, but I look at what Shaunie has done in only a positive light. And not only Shaunie, but Shed Meida, VH1, everybody.”

ON HER RELATIONSHIP WITH HER DAUGHTERS AFTER LAST SEASON’S DRAMA:

“Everything is fabulous and fantastic, and I thank you for asking that. My daughters and my kids, period, have always been my whole world. And I don’t care what the situation, they’re always going to be my whole world. I’ve given them nothing but the best that I could give them in life, period. And not in a material way with them being able to not really wanting for anything, but just being there as a mother. When you have kids, any mother can attest, they’re going to have their own opinions, especially when they get older. They’re their own person, and my trouble has been accepting the fact that they’re not babies anymore. They’re big girls, and they’re going to have their own view on life, and I really love them. They said that, they’ve apologized, and I’ve apologized for any part I might have played in getting angry with them, but as far as ever doing anything to harm my children, that is not true, at all. And it is what it is. I love them to death; they’re my world.”

Rihanna Gets Traditional Maori Tattoo Done With Chisel And Mallet

Rihanna is an avid collector of tattoos and she added what looks like a painful one to her collection. The singer is in New Zealand for her world tour and she got a traditional Maori tattoo inked on her right hand by tattoo artist Inia Taylor and musician Tiki Taane.
