For his record-breaking sixth cover appearance, the 40-year-old actor, photographed by Patrik Giardino, clenches a Kettlebell weight and shows off his chiseled physique in a gray sleeveless workout shirt. In the issue, he details his training tips for building lifelong muscles. He shared a sneak peek of the cover on Twitter.
Mr. Manganiello is a Carnegie Mellon University graduate and is married to “Modern Family” actress Sofia Vergara.
#RHoA: FINALLY! Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida Reach Divorce Settlement After Three Years: Report
It’s finally over. Phaedra Parks and her estranged husband, Apollo Nida, have reached a divorce settlement, TMZ reports. According to the site, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Nida’s settlement is confidential, so the terms have yet to be disclosed.
The pair had been battling back and forth over spousal support and properties. The Bravo star, 43, initially filed for divorce from the businessman, 38, in October 2014 after nearly five years of marriage.
TMZ reports that the exes have also reached an agreement regarding custody of their kids Ayden, 7, and Dylan, 4. The exes will share legal custody while Parks will maintain primary physical custody. Nida, who is serving time in prison for money fraud, will get weekly phone calls with them.
The settlement comes after their divorce judgment was reversed by a judge in March and after Nida got engaged to Sherien Almufti, a woman he had been friends with since 2013.
"It's very confusing why a man who is engaged and enjoys frequent visits with his fiancée would work so aggressively to avoid ending his marriage," the Real Housewives of Atlanta star's rep, Steve Honig, told Us at the time. "Regardless, Phaedra is reviewing her options with her attorney to determine the most efficient path toward ending this marriage so she can move forward and focus on raising strong, healthy and happy children."

#NEWMUSIC: Jagged Edge Release New Album “Layover”
In what has come as a bit of a surprise, legendary r&b group Jagged Edge have just released the new album “Layover”. You can stream the album in its entirety now via Spotify below.
The release of the album follows the group’s appearance on TV One’s show “Unsung”, which just aired this past Sunday, July 9th. There had been no prior buildup or warning that this album was coming, aside from a vague announcement on the group’s social media pages.
“Layover” is Jagged Edge’s ninth studio album overall, and the first they released since “JE Heartbreak 2” back in 2014. The album contains 16 tracks of previously unheard songs.

This is not the first time we’ve seen an r&b artist release a project to coincide with their appearance on Unsung. In fact, Case released an EP called “Love Jones, Vol. 1” earlier this year after his show aired.
#HIPHOPNEWS: Does Tyler, the Creator REALLY Come Out on His New Album?
Tyler, the Creator’s sexuality is reportedly at the heart of his new album, Scum Fuck Flower Boy, which leaked to the web just days after it was announced.
Although it isn’t due until later this month, the LP has already made the rounds and its lyrics have been dissected, leading many to wonder if it is the Odd Future rapper’s attempt to come out as gay or bisexual.
“Garden Shed,” for instance, finds Tyler rapping about “hiding” and mentions Frank, a likely reference to Odd Future affiliate Frank Ocean, who famously came out about his sexuality in the past. “Truth is, since you kid, thought it was a phase,” he raps. “Thought it would be like the Frank, poof, gone / But, it’s still going on.”
Other lyrics from “Garden Shed” add to the speculation, including, “That is where I was hidin’ / That is what love I was in / Ain’t no reason to pretend.” Later, he adds: “I was always like eh / Barely interested, but I bag just to brag to my boys like, ‘bruh’ / This is a crucial subject matter / Sensitive like cookin’ batter.”
As Complex points out, other songs also add to this theory, including the opener “Foreword,” on which he raps: “Shoutout to the girls that I lead on for occasional head / And always keeping my bed warm / And trying their hardest to keep my head on straight.”
On “I Ain’t Got Time,” he adds: “Next line will have ’em like ‘Whoa’ / I been kissing white boys since 2004.” On another track, he reportedly raps: “All my day ones turn to three, fours cause of track seven,” referencing back to “Garden Shed.”
There is also a radio segment in which a man requests a song about himself, which leads into “See You Again,” a romantic track about a person with “rose to the cheeks…dirt-colored eyes [and] sugar honey iced tea.” He adds: “Yeah I’d give up my bakery to have a piece of your pie.”
Still, it is unclear whether the lyrics on Flower Boy are meant to be taken as a personal revelation from Tyler and the rapper has not issued a statement about his sexuality.
Tyler’s thoughts about homosexuality have been a major topic throughout his career. Early on, he was heavily criticized for his use of homophobic slurs. In fact, he used a variation of the f-word numerous times on his breakout album Goblin, according to NME.
In 2015, he fought back against the years of criticism on “Fuck It.” “I think people love to be mad,” he rapped on the track. “How can I be misogynist? I love titties and ass / How can I be homophobic when my boyfriend’s a [bleep] / We’ve been hiding in the closet like our passionate fashion / Still trying to come out.”
In April of that year, he tweeted about coming out, as well. “I TRIED TO COME OUT THE DAMN CLOSET LIKE FOUR DAYS AGO AND NO ONE CARED,” he tweeted. “HAHAHHAHAHA.”

Also in 2015, Tyler, the Creator spoke about sexuality with Rolling Stone. Speaking of Frank Ocean and his constant use of homophobic slurs, the Flower Boy MC said: “He knows I don’t care about being gay. It’s just another word to me.”
In that same interview, Tyler referenced his own sexuality multiple times. “My friends are so used to me being gay,” he said. “They don’t even care.”
When asked why he jokes about homosexuality so frequently, Tyler responded: “Because I’m gay as fuck.” Asked if he was being serious, Tyler added: “No, but I am in love with ’96 Leonardo DiCaprio. I one hundred percent would go gay for ’96 Leo. Oh, and Cole Sprouse.”
Despite his constant use of homophobic slurs, Tyler has more recently come out in support of the LGBT community with “Pride” shirts through his Golf Wang company. Promoting a rainbow-themed shirt that repurposed a white pride logo, Tyler explained his design on a 2015 Tumblr post.
“i’m legit one of the least homophobic guys to walk this earth but, most people just read the surface,” he wrote. “But maybe someone will see this photo and say ‘ hey, he’s just mocking gays’ or ‘this has a negative undertone to it, he is still pushing this homophobic whatever the fuck it is.'”

Rob Kardashian Is 'Embarrassed' About His Social Media Rant and Felt 'Duped' by Blac Chyna!
Rob Kardashian is ashamed of his explicit social media rant against ex-fiancée Blac Chyna, my sources are telling me.
"Rob is really trying to get back on track and focus on being a dad again," the insider tells our sources. "He's embarrassed that he has caused this."
As previously reported, Chyna, 29, was granted a temporary restraining order against Kardashian, 30, on Monday, July 10, after he posted her nude photos and accused her of cheating on him with multiple men during an explosive Instagram and Twitter days earlier.
"Rob posted those photos because he felt duped," the source adds. "He was angry and lashing out."
The Arthur George sock designer's family is disappointed in his actions, too. A source previously told my sources that the Kardashian-Jenner clan "did not agree with what Rob posted and had pleaded with him to stop."
Now, the Kardashians are focusing on Dream, Rob and Chyna's 8-month-old daughter. "This is not new when it comes to Rob and Chyna, but the concern, for Rob's sisters and mom [Kris Jenner], is all about Dream," the source added.
In court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, the Lashed Bar owner also accused her ex-fiancé of physical abuse. Though Rob has yet to publicly address the scandal, his lawyer Robert Shapiro said earlier on Monday that the reality star's rant was "a spontaneous reaction."
Michael Jackson Animated Halloween Special Coming to CBS
The spirit of MJ will be alive this Halloween. CBS and the Estate of Michael Jackson are teaming up on a thrilling animated special, which is set to air this fall.
The hour-long “Michael Jackson’s Halloween” will feature millennials Vincent and Victoria, voiced by Lucas Till and Kiersey Clemons, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The duo will find themselves at the mysterious This Place Hotel, located at 777 Jackson Street, where they will go on an adventure before a dance-filled finale. The piece will be soundtracked by MJ’s discography.
Christine Baranski, Alan Cumming, Jim Parsons, Lucy Liu, George Eads, and Brad Garrett are also on board as voice actors. Meanwhile, John Branca and John McClain, the co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson, will executive produce the Mark A.Z. Dippé-directed project.
The King of Pop died in 2009. The following year, his estate signed the biggest record deal ever and last year, Sony purchased MJ’s stake in his music catalog for $750 million.

Looking closely at the picture (seen HERE), it appeared he had something in his hand, like an engagement ring. He likely was just buttoning his shirt. Some outlets ran with it and reported that Michelle and Chad were already engaged. But, that’s not the case.

#OOOPS: Keyshia Cole sued for $4M after allegedly beating woman over Birdman
Keyshia Cole could be forced to pay millions for allegedly going into a jealous rage. The incident occurred in 2014 when Cole dated Cash Money Records CEO Bryan “Birdman” Williams.
Cole decided to visit Birdman at his Los Angeles-based home at 5 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2014. Several people were in the home with Birdman at the time, including Sabrina Mercadel. Moments after Cole walked into the home, she allegedly approached Mercadel and said, “What are you doing with my man?” Cole then threw Mercadel to the floor and began punching her in the face. After the beating, Mercadel ran into the restroom. Cole was arrested, but prosecutors did not file charges.
Mercadel said that she had known Birdman since they were kids and was not involved romantically with the rap star/business mogul. She is seeking $500K for emotional distress, $2M for loss of use of a body part, $200K for medical expenses, $50K for loss earning, $300K for future loss of earnings, and $1.5M for pain and suffering.
At the time, Cole was separated from her ex-husband Daniel Gibson when she began dating Birdman. Cole and Gibson finalized their divorce in April 2017. Following Cole’s fight with Mercadel, her relationship with Birdman ended. Birdman is reportedly dating singer Toni Braxton.
Cole will bring her real life drama to next season of “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood.”

Former TLC Star Toby Willis Pleads Guilty to Child Rape Charges, Sentenced to 40 Years in Prison
Former TLC star Toby Willis has been sentenced to 40 years in prison after pleading guilty on Tuesday, July 11, to four counts of child rape. According to The Tennessean, the former reality star was sentenced to two 25-year sentences on two counts and two 40-year sentences on the other two. The sentences will be served concurrently, resulting in a total of 40 years.
The 47-year-old has been behind bars at the Cheatham County jail since being arrested and charged last September with the rape of a young girl following a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation case was opened involving the rape of a 9 to 12-year-old girl about 12 years ago. Willis was arrested in Greenville, Kentucky, after hitchhiking there to evade the arrest.
Willis, his wife Brenda, and their 12 children performed Irish-inspired roots music and were discovered on America’s Got Talent in 2014 prior to landing their TLC reality show in 2015. The series was canceled after two seasons. According to a TLC spokesperson at the time, the network decided to cancel the series prior to the arrest.
"The Willis family would like to thank their family, friends and fans for the outpouring of love and support during this most difficult year,” family attorney Bill Speek said in a statement on their behalf to The Tennessean on Tuesday. “Additionally, the Willis family would like to thank the many members of law enforcement for their detailed and comprehensive investigation of this matter. Finally, the family would like to thank the District Attorney's office for their diligence and sensitivity in the handling of this case. The family has remained fully cooperative throughout the investigation. Although the criminal case has concluded with Toby Willis receiving 40 years for the crimes he committed, the impact on the victims will remain much longer. The family is appreciative and grateful that people have respected their need for privacy during this trying time and asks for continued respect as they seek to move forward."
