#RHOA: Porsha Williams Responds To Toya Bush-Harris Shading The 'RHOA' Cast For Having 'A Lot Of Botox And Fillers'
Porsha Williams and Toya Bush-Harris are currently feuding on Instagram after the latter made a shady comment about the cast members of "RHOA" and their physical features.
Online, Williams caught wind of Bush-Harris' comment, which comes weeks after her co-star, Dr. Simone Whitmore, slammed her for being a "mean girl" and said she was saddened by the shade, considering the cast of "RHOA" has always been supportive of her show, "Married to Medicine."
During an interview with Page Six, Bush-Harris, who is wrapping up her 11th season on "Married to Medicine," shared her opinion on the newly rebooted "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast, which features Williams and six other women.
The reality star, who joined the Bravo family in 2013, admitted that she liked the premiere before making an interesting comment about some of the cast member's looks. "It's a lot of Botox and fillers," she said. "Which, I am not mad. I saw Nicki Minaj on there; I saw Lil Kim."
"That was a lot for me," she continued before saying the premiere episode reminded her of a "beautiful, Black soap opera."
On Instagram, Williams replied to Bush-Harris' statement about the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast and admitted that the shade she threw about their physical appearance made her sad.
"To be honest, the girls from [Real Housewives of Atlanta] has always supported the other black shows on the network, and for me, definitely 'Married to Medicine' and to see her as a black woman talk about features and pick apart Atlanta is really kind of sad," she wrote in the comment section of @TheNeighborhoodTalk's social media page.
"We may shade one another on our show, but we keep it in-house. We haven't been out here tearing down someone else's. Let's do better. Let's all win," she finished.
It wasn't long before Bush-Harris replied to Williams and seemingly called her out for hypocritical behavior.
"Girl, stop!" Bush-Harris wrote. "You called another Black woman ashy!" referring to Williams' season five blowup with Kenya Moore. "Not to mention, you were a tad shady to our franchise under a [Phaedra Parks] post. You and I both know how these interviews go. I definitely stated a balanced view of the good and bad. Don't jump on the bandwagon."
The reality star and mother of two also clarified her comment about Nicki Minaj and said that she's a fan of the "Anaconda" rapper. "It's not an insult to say that these girls are trying to mimic her look with Botox and fillers," she commented.
Dr. Simone Whitmore is another "Married to Medicine" cast member who has been involved in a minor feud with a "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star. During a previous "Watch What Happens Live" appearance, the OB-GYN and television personality sparked controversy in the Bravosphere when she called Williams the "number one mean girl" on the network.
Her comments didn't end there, though. Whitmore mentioned Williams' social media battles with other Bravo stars and her past physical altercation with Moore during the season 6 Atlanta reunion before reminding Cohen that he was present for it.
Williams addressed Whitmore's statements with DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God on the "Breakfast Club" and admitted she didn't "understand" what Whitmore was trying to say. "I think Simone is full of it," she said before slamming the doctor for "lacking as a person individually."
"When people lack, they try to deflect and come for you," Williams stated before revealing that she and Whitmore have never met.
#MusicNews: Stedman Pearson Five Star singer dies, at aged 60

Stedman Pearson, the eldest of the family quintet band Five Star, has died aged 60. The band, which was inspired by the success of Jackson 5, found fame in the Eighties with the hit singles “Rain or Shine”, “System Addict” and “Let Me Be the One”.
The Stedman family confirmed that he died on 10 March and had been on dialysis.
The family said in a statement shared with The Independent: “We are very saddened to say on this day – our beloved son/brother Stedman Pearson Jr has passed.”
“He was a gentleman to the very end – in every way and an amazing son/brother and uncle. May the memories and love he gave to us and the world be our greatest comfort. He will be deeply missed.”
Stedman, from Romford, Essex, was the eldest of five siblings, who were turned into a musical group by their father Buster Pearson, a former recording artist.
The band was launched in 1983, and at the height of their success in 1987, they won a Brit Award for Best Group.
Five Star was comprised of Stedman, his brother Delroy, and sisters Lorraine, Denise and Doris. The five became three in 2001 following a brief split, with Stedman continuing to perform with his sisters Denis and Lorraine until 2006. The band reunited again in 2012 before disbanding for a final time.
Stedman continued working adjacent to the entertainment industry, working as a dance teacher and running a limousine hire service.
Pearson was the eldest of five siblings who were turned into a Jackson 5-inspired musical group (EMPICS Entertainment)
In 2006, he finished third place on Channel 5’s All Star Talent Show.
The group channelled popstar glamour and would wear glittering matching costumes with intricate synchronised group routines.
Stedman was known best for his slick dance moves and attention to detail when performing choreography.
The singer has been remembered by friends and fans as “sweet and gentle” and an outstanding performer.
One person wrote on X/Twitter: “Woke up to learn of my friends passing....HE was one of the gentlest and lovely people I knew.. an awesome dancer with just a childlike zest for life....you made a huge difference to my life and will be missed muchly !!!”
Another person added: “I adored Five Star and loved Stedman spent hours trying to copy their choreography as a teen. Am gutted.” “Stedman was so serious and precise with the dance routines! Sad to hear this,” said one fan, as another added: “5 star used to live in my old village, a beautiful house on the A30. Every Sunday, young fans would gather outside the gates, and the band members would drive their wonderfully expensive cars up and down the A30 for an hour. It was an experience.
Condolences to his brother, sisters & family.”

#HipHopNews Will Smith has a release date for his first album in 20 years

It’s been almost exactly 20 years since Will Smith released his last album, Lost And Found—a period of time that’s seen him relentlessly pursue movie stardom, social media success, and then some other pursuits that have, let’s say, altered the brand of late. Now, though, Smith is committed to returning to music, having announced that his first new album in two decades, Based On A True Story, will arrive on March 28.
Smith has previously released a fair number of singles from the upcoming album, dropping three tracks in the lead-up back in 2024. (He performed one, “You Can Make It,” which was pretty hard not to read as an aggressive self-pep-talk, at the BET Awards.) Before that, his new music had mostly been confined to film soundtracks: He did a new single, “Light ‘Em Up,” for last year’s Bad Boys: Ride Or Die, and, of course, had two songs off the Aladdin soundtrack back in 2017, as anyone who’s had his version of “Friend Like Me” permanently burnt into their brain despite years of therapy well knows.\
Smith announced the new album and the release date on Instagram, writing that, “It’s OFFICIAL!! My new album Based On A True Story drops March 28. TWO WEEKS!! Hit that presave. Been working on this project for a minute and I’m itchin’ to get it out to y’all.” More mysteriously, the attached album art also suggests that this installment might only be the first part of some kind of anthology, with the attached subtitled Season 1: R.I.T.W. We have no idea what that acronym is supposed to mean—Reputation In Tatters, Whoops?—but it certainly is suggestive that Smith will have more to unleash soon.

Singer Normani and NFL Player DK Metcalf are Engaged
“Hold that rock up, baby!” That’s how DK Metcalf broke the news of his engagement to Normani yesterday, while speaking to press after the announcement he would be traded from the Seattle Seahawks to the Pittsburgh Steelers in a five-year, $150 million contract. With Normani watching him from the side of the stage, Metcalf jovially called upon her to hold up her engagement ring. “They got me good,” she said, holding her ring finger aloft and wearing a Steelers jersey.
Less than 24 hours later, the couple spoke to Vogue to share the story behind their whirlwind engagement, which took place on March 12 during a trip to Houston—ostensibly for spring break, to celebrate Metcalf’s sister and cousin’s birthdays. “Oh my goodness, honestly, I knew absolutely nothing,” says Normani, beaming from ear to ear. “As oblivious as oblivious can get, that was pretty much me.” Having approached the trip as simply an opportunity for their two families to spend time together, the R&B star spent most of the week undertaking a series of classic Houston days out: eating dinner at the iconic fried chicken joint Frenchy’s, shopping at The Galleria mall, and going to the rodeo. “I was just thinking, ‘Okay, cool. This is a great opportunity for our families to get together, enjoy each other, and spend quality time together.’”
On Wednesday night, Metcalf told Normani to prepare for a surprise birthday dinner for his sister. “I was thinking that I’m in on the secret, and it turned out that everybody else was in on the secret and I had no idea what was going on,” she recalls, laughing. After stressing about her outfit—and eventually running late, after stopping at the store to pick up a pair of heels—she arrived at Metcalf’s family home to find overflowing flower arrangements, candles, and a cellist and pianist playing. “My whole family’s there, his whole family’s there, and this is how clueless I was: I run and I hide, as if I’m about to be in on the surprise for his sister—thinking she’s behind us and that we’re all going to say, ‘Surprise!’” Normani adds. (The decor, Metcalf explains, was very much a group effort: “Her manager Lydia, my mom, and her mom all put our heads together to make it as fairytale-like and cute as possible, with all of her favorite flowers and colors,” he says, noting that he worked with creative producer Sasha Lance and local florist Stylish Floral Design Co to bring it to life.)

The proposal itself took place immediately afterwards, and was inspired by a movie night early on in their romance. “When we first met, we watched Juwanna Mann at my house,” says Metcalf. “There was a part in the movie where Vivica Fox’s character said, ‘It would just be nice to receive flowers on a Wednesday.’” So for the past few months, Metcalf sent her flowers every Wednesday, accompanied by cards with chapters of a story about how Normani found love, told in a fairytale style. After Normani arrived at the surprise event, Metcalf’s mother told her to go look at a card that was placed nearby, in an envelope with her name on it—and that’s when everything clicked. “At the very end of the story, I used both of our nicknames and said I had a question for her,” Metcalf says. “As she finished reading the final love letter, I came down the stairs, got on one knee and asked if she would marry me.”
Adds Normani, “Honestly, I was so overwhelmed, I can’t even remember what was said. I just said ‘Yes, yes, yes, of course.’ The ring was beautiful. My baby did amazing. It was so beautiful and special, and he went above and beyond.” As for that ring? It came from the couple’s shared favorite jeweler, Jason of Beverly Hills: “I picked out the shape and told him to make it big, because this is my girl!” Metcalf says.
The NFL star also admits it wasn’t his first time planning to propose—in fact, he’d wanted to do so during a family trip to Turks & Caicos last year, but their hectic schedules got in the way. “She was releasing her album at the time, and I didn’t want to give a hint that we had to go to Turks during her album release. I really wanted to come up with an idea and plan that would flow easily, and that’s what I did.” After revealing these long-gestating plans to Normani, she was even more surprised than before. “I was like, ‘Baby you knew for over a year?’” Normani says, laughing again. “I’m replaying everything, trying to see where he actually might have given me a hint, but I was just clueless. To get anything past me for over a year is crazy!”
Normani and Metcalf’s three year relationship began in 2022, while public speculation began linking them as far back as June of that year, when they were spotted having dinner at the celebrity-favorite Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi. A year later, in July 2023, they shared their relationship publicly for the first time via an Instagram post. It turns out, however, that their romantic connection was facilitated by their mutual friends Ciara and Russell Wilson. (Indeed, Metcalf shares that he made sure to run the engagement ring by Wilson for approval.) “Me and Ciara are really close, and Russell and DK were teammates on the Seattle Seahawks,” Normani shares. “About two years prior to us even meeting, they were playing music videos in the locker room and ‘Motivation’ ended up popping up on the screen. He was like, ‘The moment that I saw you come up on that screen, I said, ‘That's going to be my wife. That’s going to be my girlfriend one day.’’ I was in a relationship at the time, and then the chips just fell the way that they did.” Two years later, Ciara was throwing a party for her rum brand, and was adamant that Normani come, in what was an elaborate set-up. “I ended up going, and lo and behold, he ended up being there, and the rest is history.”
For Normani, walking down the aisle has been something she’s always dreamed about—and she’s already thinking about what she’ll wear to their big celebration. “I was definitely that little girl dreaming of what my wedding dress would look like, what my ring would look like, and what my dream proposal would look like,” says Normani. “But for me, the most important part is that God has just been there. He’s been faithful to both of us, and I have found my dream man. There’s nobody that I would want to spend the rest of my life with and do life with. He’s literally my best friend, and I’m just really grateful that we found each other.” Adds Metcalf, “I will say this: our relationship hasn’t always been easy, we’ve been through trials and tribulations. I want to commend her for sticking by me through all of it. She’s been resilient, I’ve been resilient, and over the past three years, it’s shown the love we have for each other. A big shout out to both of our families because they’ve been loving us, praying for us, and supporting us the whole time.”
So is Normani already entering into wedding planning mode? “Oh, girl, I’m trying my best to just be present in this season,” says Normani, laughing. “We literally went from the proposal to—thank you, God—him being signed to the Pittsburgh Steelers, so it was two big really big days for both of us. This is the first moment that I’m really getting the opportunity to just reflect and process everything.”
That said, Normani does share she’s excited to get the ball rolling—especially with her family by her side, and after what has been a challenging few years. “I’m grateful that I get to do it alongside my mom,” she says. “We’ve been through a lot as a family between my mom and my dad’s health issues: my mom was diagnosed two times with breast cancer, and she’s still here to see this day, and my dad had prostate cancer. I don’t take for granted that they’re both here to witness this monumental moment in my life—I’m really, really blessed.”

Jermaine Dupri Questions Dawn Robinson Having An Assistant While Living In Her Car
Original En Vogue member Dawn Robinson recently revealed that she’s been living in her car for the last three years. The news shocked many of her fans and peers, including producer Jermaine Dupri, who is now questioning Robinson’s financial issues after she revealed that she had an assistant when she decided to live in her vehicle.
“Having an assistant is not something you should even think about if you don’t have no money,” Dupri asserted during an Instagram Live chat with his followers Wednesday (March 12). “I’m bringing this up because Dawn, when she was telling the story…about her living in her car for the last three years, she said, ‘I was telling my assistant,’ and when she said that, I said, ‘Oh sh*t, wait a minute’…it changed my whole vibe of what I was watching. Because, ain’t no goddamn way she got an assistant and she ain’t got no money. Ain’t no way!”
He later added, “I’m just trying to make sure people are paying attention to the whole scope of this story…she got an assistant? I don’t know if she broke. She might not have all the money that she want in the world, but she’s definitely not broke saying she got an assistant.”
Dupri then emphasized another aspect of Robinson’s revelation, as she shared that her decision to live in her car came after much research into communities that reside in cars, vans, RVs, etc.
“It was her choice to live in her car,” the So So Def founder shared. “I saw somebody send a message that said, ‘Jermaine, Monica, all of y’all, can y’all put some money together to help Dawn out?’ From my understanding…she was basically saying that she saw other people living in their vans, living in RVs, and she welcomed the idea of doing this.”
Robinson’s original video found the songstress claiming that she had a manager at the time who paid for her to live in a hotel for eight months after she moved out of her parents’ Las Vegas home due to strife with her mother. After realizing that he was “playing games” and wouldn’t approve any of her apartment suggestions, she claims she told her “assistant” that she had been doing research on the “car life” community. 50 Cent Shows Interest In Vivica Fox’s Alleged BBL

Rapper and entrepreneur 50 Cent recently ignited social media buzz by commenting on a video featuring his ex-girlfriend, actress Vivica A. Fox. The clip, shared by the Instagram account Plug Talk, showed Fox at a Houston event celebrating her hair collection. The post’s caption suggested, without confirmation, that Fox had undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) at 60. 50 Cent reposted the video, adding, “Wait let me see,” accompanied by emojis, including eyes and a zipped-mouth face.
Fans quickly reacted to 50 Cent’s post, speculating about a possible rekindling of their past romance. One follower commented, “Awww s— he want that old thang back.” Another questioned, “You tryna SPIN that Block OG?? That sh** gon come with all the regrets in the world.”
The duo’s relationship dates back to 2003, marked by public appearances and subsequent media attention. Over the years, both have reflected on their time together. In a 2021 interview, Fox referred to 50 Cent as “the love of my life.” The rapper responded, acknowledging their past connection and the external pressures they faced. He stated, “I’m never bothered by when she says that… At the time that we actually connected with each other, we were unconscious of everything else.”
This isn’t the first time Fox has faced rumors about cosmetic enhancements. After a September 2024 appearance on “The Tamron Hall Show,” viewers speculated about possible procedures. Fox addressed these rumors on Instagram, writing, “I’M SMILING & HAPPY! JEEZ! ZERO WORRIES! I’M DAWLING GUUD!” As of now, she hasn’t commented on the recent BBL speculations.
While the BBL rumors remain unconfirmed, 50 Cent’s playful engagement has reignited interest in their past relationship. Fans continue to watch for any developments between the two stars.

Jonathan Majors Says Assault Trial Made Him Revisit Childhood Sexual Abuse
Jonathan Majors is opening up about how his assault and harassment trial caused him to revisit his childhood trauma.
Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Majors revealed that his experiences with sexual abuse led him to suffer from depression as an adult. While on trial, he sought therapy and received counsel from his pastor.
I dealt with sexual abuse from both men and women from the time I was 9. From people who are supposed to look after you, in the absence of a father. I was f**ked up.” Majors explained.
After sharing his experiences with his mother, she apologized for not doing more to protect him.
“I’m like, ‘It’s not even an issue, mom. I just want you to know. And now we can all get busy and continue to connect and grow and learn from it, because it’s something that was in our family,’” Majors continued.
During his legal fight, Majors reflected on his previous relationships and some of his problematic behavior.
“There are no excuses, but by getting help, you begin to understand things about yourself,” he said.
In 2023, Majors was arrested for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. Eventually, he was found guilty of one count of reckless assault in the third degree and harassment as a violation. He was sentenced to 52 weeks of probation and a domestic violence intervention program.
Throughout his ordeal, Michaeld B. Jordan and Matthew McConaughey, have been supporting him as he is “striving to improve as a human, a man and an actor.”
Although he hasn’t been at work on any new projects since his conviction, other than the revenge-thriller Merciless, Majors still hopes to resume his acting career that was paused.
“Do I hope to make more movies? Absolutely. That is my intention. But that’s not my call. I don’t have a studio. And I’ve given up control,” he said. “I would tell [studios] I’m still learning, and I would thank them for participating in my growth.”

CNN Denies Tampering With Diddy, Cassie Surveillance Video

CNN has firmly denied allegations from Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team that the network altered and destroyed original footage depicting a 2016 incident involving Combs and his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. The video, which surfaced in May 2024, shows a physical altercation between the two at a Los Angeles hotel.
Combs’ attorneys assert that CNN obtained the sole copy of the hotel’s surveillance footage, manipulated it using editing software, and subsequently destroyed the original file. They claim the alterations included modifying the time stamp, reordering sequences, and adjusting the video’s speed to misrepresent the events. In a court filing, Combs’ defense stated, “All CNN video footage was substantially altered in significant respects.” They further alleged that CNN “destroyed the original footage even though it knew about and repeatedly reported about the federal investigation.”

In a court filing, Combs’ defense stated, “All CNN video footage was substantially altered in significant respects.” They further alleged that CNN “destroyed the original footage even though it knew about and repeatedly reported about the federal investigation.”
In response, CNN refuted these accusations. A network spokesperson stated, “CNN never altered the video and did not destroy the original copy of the footage, which was retained by the source.” The spokesperson also noted that CNN aired the story months before Combs’ arrest.
The surveillance footage in question shows Combs chasing Ventura in a hotel hallway, grabbing her by the neck, throwing her to the floor, and kicking her. This video aligns with allegations Ventura made in a lawsuit filed in November 2023, which was settled shortly after. Following the video’s release, Combs publicly apologized, stating, “I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I was disgusted then when I did it, I’m disgusted now.”
Tyler Perry Demands Answers During Angie Stone’s Homegoing Service
Tyler Perry was one of the many notable names on hand at the Homegoing Service for the late Angie Stone.
Taking place at Word of Faith Cathedral in Austell, Georgia, the service featured several spoken eulogies and musical performances.
During Perry’s eulogy, the filmmaker delivered touching remarks about Angie Stone while also criticizing the music industry for their treatment of the late singer.
“Y’all got to forgive me because I’m angry at the way she was treated,” Perry expressed.
“To think that this woman was in the business for all of these years and there’s a difference between performing because you want to and performing because you have to,” the “Madea” creator said.
He continued, “All of those years, all of those songs, all of that money that was owed to her — where is it? It’s wrong, this is wrong, and I’m tired of seeing us struggle and go through things and work hard and not reap the benefits of what we were supposed to reap.”
He then praised her as a “prophet,” declaring that she “sowed good things” in her life.
“This woman was a prophet, she prophesied and preached her own eulogy,” Perry reflected. “In her song “No More Rain,” she says ‘my sunshine has come and I’m all cried out, there’s no more rain in this cloud.’”
He continued to dissect the song drawing parallels between the release of tears and the dissipation of clouds when they’ve shed all their rain.
The Grammy-nominated artist tragically passed away in a vehicular accident on Interstate 65 in Mobile, Alabama, on March 1. She was 63.
According to Variety, the singer was coming from a show with her band members and background singers when her Sprinter turned over and was the only fatality.

Michelle Obama slams online rumors while appearing alone

Former First Lady Michelle Obama implored the audience not to live their lives online as she recorded an episode of her podcast “IMO” at SXSW, but didn’t address wild speculation that her marriage is in peril.
The national media took note that the former first lady appeared at the music and entertainment festival in Austin, Texas, without her husband, Barack Obama. Instead, Michelle Obama was accompanied by her older brother, Craig Robinson, as they debuted the inaugural episode of their podcast “IMO.”
Michelle Obama declined multiple public appearances recently
The Daily Mail noted the former first couple have not been together in public since the Democratic National Convention in August when they each extolled Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris.
Page Six reported that Michelle Obama chose not to accompany Barack Obama to the funeral of venerated former president Jimmy Carter on Jan. 9, and she skipped out on the Trump Inauguration on Jan. 17.
However, both publications noted that the Obamas silenced the rumors on their marriage by posting a romantic selfie smiling and embracing on Instagram for Valentine’s Day.
“Thirty-two years together and you still take my breath away. Happy Valentine’s Day, Michelle Obama!” the Democrat wrote in a social media caption.
Michelle Obama posted the same selfie on her own account. “If there’s one person I can always count on, it’s you, Barack Obama. You’re my rock. Always have been. Always will be. Happy Valentine’s Day, honey!”
Michelle Obama, outfitted in a burnt orange pants suit in honor of the Texas Longhorns, spoke to brother Craig Robinson about the negativity of social media and why the last year has been ‘rough’.
“This is our first live show,” Michelle Obama said to rousing applause of about 2,500 people.
Michelle Obama said the past year has been hard after loss of her mother
Obama, 61, said the past year has been tough on her and her brother after their mother passed away in 2024.
“It kind of puts us in the positions where we are the wise ones in the families,” she said.
“Our goal is to share some of what we learned. We’re dealing with a lot of uncertainties. I worry about folks being out of work. I worry about what we think about diversity and inclusion…who do we want to be as a country keeps me up at night.”
Further into the forum, Obama said social media is no way to get through the White House years that lasted from 2009 to 2017.
“You cannot live through social media,” the former FLOTUS said, opting to lean on her mother and busying herself with her two daughters, Malia, who is now 26, and Sasha 22.
“I don’t think I’ve once looked through a comments section, period. I would implore young people, don’t let that negative energy enter into your space,” she beseeched the audience.
“Being married to the president of the United States [is a] thing that that none of us kind of banked on,” she said. “We knew Barack was smart and ambitious, but, you know…”

Michael B. Jordan & Taylor Russell Spark Dating Rumors
Michael B. Jordan, 38, and Taylor Russell, 30, had tongues wagging after they were spotted together in London.
A fan account posted footage of the pair, who are set to co-star in “Thomas Crown Affair," walking down Oxford Street.
He was wearing wide-leg pants and a hoodie, while she wore a long skirt and jacket with a scarf.
Michael and Taylor didn’t show any PDA in the video, so the dating rumors are all speculation.
Just a week ago, Deadline reported that Russell had landed the "Thomas Crown Affair" role after a lengthy audition process. Jordan will also direct the project.
Jordan was previously linked to Lori Harvey, but they split two years ago.
He told GQ last month, “I’m not tripping over it... I would want somebody to fit into the flow of my life, of where I am. And that’s timing, right? You can meet the right person, and be at the wrong time, and it just doesn’t work out.”
Michael added, “I think the person that’s going to be right for me lines up with the timing with who she is as a person, where I’m at in my life, how open I am to even... to that, you know?”
He does want a family someday, saying, “I’m competitive, and I know I would want to be the best dad. But right now, I’m trying to do my best at this part [of my life] as well.”
Taylor had her own high-profile relationship with Harry Styles, but they broke up in May 2024 after less than a year.

Teyana Taylor's Mom and Manager Responds to Reports of Iman Shumpert Divorce Settlement

Nikki Taylor, mother and manager of Teyana Taylor, is responding to recent reports about the assets her daughter received from her divorce settlement from Iman Shumpert.
Although the former couple’s divorce was finalized last July, several blogs ran the story, seemingly and inaccurately suggesting it was settled this week.
In a statement shared by The Breakfast Club co-host Loren LoRosa, Nikki Taylor questioned how details from a sealed case had suddenly become public.
“It’s awful strange that the case is sealed, from a divorce that was finalized in July 1, 2024; but all of this information as to what she allegedly got is public this week?” Taylor said in a statement.

Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert’s divorce is finalized. Teyana is receiving four houses worth over $10M, a seven-figure payout, and luxury vehicles, including a $300K Maybach, $70K Mercedes Sprinter, and a tour bus. She also retains full ownership of her companies. Iman must pay…
“What about the other party received? Let's be crystal clear, BOTH parties walked with the properties, vehicles and businesses that they obtained separately,” she added.
On Thursday, not long after her initial comments on the divorce were shared, Taylor left a comment under a recent Shade Room post about her comments, clarifying her original statement.
"I see some of my comment was left out, causing it to be misconstrued. I posted a comment elsewhere. However I was extremely clear in my comment. Somehow people are still not clear that the story is BS.," she wrote.
She continued: "Bottom line is, this case is sealed. Therefore, information like this can only be put out there from either of the parties involved. Weirdly, this information just surfaced out of nowhere almost a year later after the divorce has been finalized since July 1, 2024. The bottom line is, the only thing awarded to both parties was what they paid for out of their own pockets. She walked with what she paid for on her own and he walked with what he paid for. That’s it, that’s all. I hope this is clear now. End of report."
TheJasmineBrand first reported in June 2024 that Teyana, 34, retained four marital properties worth over $10 million, along with a seven-figure payment from the former NBA player.
Shumpert reportedly kept his Miami condo, a South Georgia compound, and Decatur property. The settlement also reportedly required him to pay $8,000 monthly in child support and to cover private school fees for their daughters.
Teyana was supposedly awarded vehicles including a Maybach, a Mercedes Sprinter, a tour bus, and a Bronco truck, along with her jewelry. She retained full ownership of her companies, Taylormade and Auntie’s, while Shumpert kept his Shumpert Shump investments.
After a seven-year marriage, Teyana reportedly filed for divorce in January 2023 but publicly announced the separation eight months later. Allegations of Shumpert’s infidelity, mental abuse, and neglectful parenting surfaced during the proceedings.
The former couple share two daughters, 9-year-old Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr. and Rue Rose Shumpert, four.

Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump have become the latest talk of the town with their new relationship, and they quickly garnered attention from none other than Donald Trump himself.
Sources reveal to Page Six that the President is supportive of his ex-daughter-in-law's relationship with the golf legend, approving of the match wholeheartedly.
Vanessa Trump, previously married to Donald Trump Jr., divorced in 2018 after 12 years of marriage. Similarly, Tiger Woods is no stranger to high-profile splits, having ended his marriage with Elin Nordegren in 2010. He went on to date ski racer Lindsey Vonn and Erica Herman, who worked at his restaurant.
Despite their tumultuous pasts, the couple appears to have found common ground. A source close to both families notes, "They're a good match; they're level-headed, they like to avoid drama, they share a lot of the same values."
However, a different source said that Woods was initially hesitant to date Vanessa and put her in the friend-zone at first. He "wasn't sure if this would cause any problems," the source. "They just talked about the kids and kept things pretty platonic and casual. Then, sure enough, feelings started developing on both sides."
Their connection might have been facilitated by their children's overlapping interests in golf. Vanessa's daughter, Kai Trump, 17, and Woods' son, Charlie, 16, are both enthusiastic golfers.
The teenagers attend the same school and often find themselves competing in the same tournaments. Both are slated to partake in the prestigious Junior Invitational at Sage Valley Golf Club in Graniteville, South Carolina, later this March.
Woods' influence extends beyond romantic ties. He has a close relationship with the Trump family, having received the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2019 and frequently playing golf with Donald and Kai.
Woods was also seen at the White House during Black History Month, demonstrating the tight-knit connection he shares with Trump.
Their public appearances have not gone unnoticed. Tiger and Vanessa, along with their children, were recently spotted together at The Genesis Invitational in Florida, supporting the young golfers.
As a coach and mentor to his son, Tiger has emphasized how meaningful their time together on the golf course is, clearly relishing the opportunity to bond and impart his expertise.
With both families deeply rooted in the world of golf, their budding relationship seems to be a natural fit. As these two high-profile individuals navigate their burgeoning romance, their dedication to their families and the sport remains evident, blending their personal and professional lives seamlessly.

The estate of Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, has filed a legal motion in a New Mexico court to block the release of photos, videos, and investigative reports related to their deaths.
The couple, who valued their private life in Santa Fe, were discovered dead in their home, Hackman at the age of 95 and Arakawa at 65. While Hackman succumbed to heart disease complicated by Alzheimer's, Arakawa's death was attributed to hantavirus pulmonary syndrome, a rare and deadly disease transmitted by rodents.
The couple's dog, Zinna, a 12-year-old Australian Kelpie mix, was found dead in a crate near Arakawa's body. A necropsy revealed that Zinna likely died of dehydration and starvation. Her stomach was mostly empty except for small amounts of hair and bile, with no signs of infection, trauma, or poisoning.
Julia Peters, representing the couple's estate, urged the court to seal the records to safeguard the family's right to privacy. "During their lifetime, the Hackmans placed significant value on their privacy and took affirmative, vigilant steps to safeguard their privacy," the petition read.
The estate emphasized that the potentially graphic nature of the evidence could be shocking and should remain confidential.
New Mexico's open records law typically permits access to investigative records and autopsy reports to ensure government transparency. However, there are exemptions for sensitive images and some medical information.
Amanda Lavin from the New Mexico Foundation for Open Government noted that the court's decision could infringe on government accountability, especially given the public health concern associated with the hantavirus.
The couple's demise has a tragic resonance. Arakawa's hantavirus infection, likely contracted from rodent droppings, had a fatality rate of up to 42% in New Mexico. Hackman, who depended on a pacemaker, might have lived for days alongside his deceased wife, without any external contact.
Their partially mummified bodies were eventually discovered by workers responding to a call for pest control maintenance.
Gene Hackman, hailed as one of the finest actors of his generation, lived a life far removed from the Hollywood limelight after his retirement. Together with Arakawa, a classical pianist, he chose a quiet life in Santa Fe. Their deaths were as private as their lives, with the estate now fighting to keep it that way.
Their wills reflect their profound bond - Hackman left everything to Arakawa, and vice-versa. A charitable clause ensures that if both died within 90 days, their wealth would benefit charity.
Although the Hackman children were not listed as beneficiaries, New Mexico's community property laws mean they stand to inherit Hackman's share.
As court battles ensue over the privacy of their final days, Hackman and Arakawa's story is a poignant reminder of the thin veil between privacy and public scrutiny, and the struggle to maintain dignity even after death.
