RHOA: Kandi Burruss Announces the Launch of New Talk Show “Generation Face-Off” with Mama Joyce and Daughter Riley Burruss
Kandi Burruss has announced the launch of her new talk show, “Generation Face-Off,” alongside her mom, Mama Joyce, and her daughter, Riley Burruss. The program centers around generational differences, with Kandi and her family exploring various cultural, social, and lifestyle topics. The inclusion of Mama Joyce and Riley adds a fun dynamic to the show, promising to bring humor and wisdom to the conversation.
This move comes as Kandi continues to expand her brand beyond “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” where she had been a mainstay for years. Earlier this year, the 48-year-old announced that she was leaving the reality television series after 14 seasons to pursue other endeavors. Kandi is already a restaurant owner, producer, and actress. Therefore, adding the talk show to her resume is undoubtedly another smart business move.
“Generation Face-Off” seemingly follows the “Red Table Talk” formula. The series, hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, daughter Willow, and mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris, also focused on an array of topics from their different viewpoints. The hit show streamed for five seasons on Facebook Watch but unfortunately went up in smoke when the app was discontinued in 2023.
Kandi, Riley, and Mama Joyce’s new talk series will air exclusively on Amazon Live beginning November 18th. It’s unknown if the trio will welcome guests or only talk amongst themselves.
#MusicNews: Erykah Badu Teases New Music, Says it's a Collab Album
Erykah Badu has shared that she has new music on the way — and it’s going to be a collaborative album.
During a recent The Breakfast Club, the Dallas neo-soul singer revealed that she has new music in the works.
“I mean, I’m writing right now. I got a project coming out soon,” she said.
“A full album?” co-host Charlamagne tha God asked.
“Yeah. But I can’t tell y’all about it,” Badu replied.
Charlamagne then asked how soon the project would be released, to which the Baduizm artist said, “It’s going to be soon, soon.”
“Like, by end of the year soon, or next year soon?” co-host DJ Envy asked.
“We’ll see,” Badu answered, adding, “It’s an important one. It’s a collab album.”
She also offered a not-too-helpful hint at who she’s making the album with, only sharing that “he’s a guy.”
Although the neo-soul singer has collaborated with artists for past releases, this is the first time she’s ever described one of her projects as a collaborative album.
Nevertheless, whenever this album drops, it’ll serve as the follow-up to 2015’s But You Caint Use My Phone mixtape. So it’ll be close to almost a decade since we’ve last had a full body of work from Badu.
#HipHopNews: Offset and French Rapper Gazo Get Into Fight, Security Holds Offset Back
Offset recently got into a fight with French rapper Gazo and the wild scene was captured on camera.
On Thursday (Nov. 14), The Shade Room obtained video of the incident, which can be viewed below. In the clip, the former Migos member can be seen standing next to what appears to be a Sprinter van. Several men are surrounding the rapper, reportedly including Gazo, and an argument ensues. It is unclear what the heated dispute is over. However, Offset is being held back by a security guard.
At one point, Offset lashes out and pushes someone from Gazo's team. A short time later, tempers flare and several people from both camps begin throwing punches. Meanwhile, Offset tries to get involved but is being restrained by security while protesting.
"Let me go!" Offset yells. "He swinging on my people!"
Things die down, but Offset is still seething. He steps up and kicks someone and another mini melee breaks out. The same security guard grabs Offset and pushes him toward a nearby store where the occupants are reluctant to let them in.
They finally open the door and let Offset and his team in but there is still chaos going on nearby. The clip ends shortly after a woman who appears to be with Offset's camp is pushed to the ground.
According to TSR, the argument started after Gazo's team asked Offset to reimburse them for a video shoot. However, Set refused, which led to issues.

Finally, Neon saw Anora drop from the seventh to the tenth spot this weekend where it brought in $1.8 million for the studio, raising its five-week total to $10.5 million.

Drake Dragged for rocking strange new hairstyle
The Champagne Papi was torched by fans after he ditched the braids for a buzz cut and sporting his signature duck face.
Moreover, many fans are perplexed as to why Drake is always putting on a seductive look in his photos, replete with pursed lips.
“‘What is it, the braids got to him,” one Instagram user wrote in Worldstar Hip Hop’s comments section. Another fan theorized that his drubbing by Kendrick Lamar has shifted his whole mental paradigm, and not in a good way.
“Kendrick got this man to cut his whole hair off,” the person joked. A third fan was flummoxed by Drake’s pose. “Why he always tryna kiss me thru the phone,” said a quizzical commenter.
Drizzy has been on a months-long losing streak as it pertains to public perception.
The scoresheet shows that Drake was trampled upon by Kendrick Lamar this past summer during one of the most consequential rap beefs in the history of the genre.
Drake, an avid sports fan, also has a bad record regarding betting in 2024, and he took another hit to his pocketbook when he bet on Friday, Nov. 15 that Mike Tyson, 58, would prevail in his boxing match against 27-year-old Jake Paul.
Last week, he told his followers that he put $355K on Mike Tyson winning his boxing match against Jake Paul. “I’m late but I’m here money on the liiiiiiiiine for today,” he captioned his post. “And tmrw @stake I need some dubs.”
Of course, both Drizzy and Tyson took that L on Friday, although Tyson got to take home a reported $20 million for his troubles.
Fans flame Drake’s new style and facial expression
Back to his new hairstyle, fans are mostly miffed by the choice after the “You the Best” emcee posted it for his 144 million IG followers.
“Kissy face wtf 😂.”
“Don’t do your mouth like that tho 😂.”
“Whoever your barber is, needs to put down the clippers now and slowly walk away!!!! 🤫 😂.
“This the fairy you lot call the hip hop goat. Just think about for a sec lmao.”
“Dude so confused I feel sorry for him.”
“Why is he so insistent on making this face in every photo.”
“This ain’t new, this 2000 drake.”
50 Cent Spotted For The First Time With Big Meech
As previously reported, last month theJasmineBrand exclusively broke the story that Meech has been released from prison. the Black Mafia Family co-founder was convicted of operating a national Continual Criminal Enterprise, and Conspiracy To Launder Money Instruments.
The scam started in the 90s and repeatedly brought in more than $270 million. Federal agents shut down #BMF in 2007.
In 2008, Big Meech was given a 30-year prison sentence. Last year, his time behind bars was cut, and it was estimated that he would be released in 2025/2026. However, he recently was released from FCI Coleman Low and transferred to community confinement (home confinement or halfway house).
Taraji P. Henson Contemplating Moving To Italy Amid Political Drama In The U.S
Taraji P. Henson might be ready to leave the United States behind amid mounting political issues.
“I’ve been thinking about that for a long time,” she revealed to PEOPLE. “I was thinking about it the first time I went to Italy. I was like, ‘Oh, I could live here.”
Henson previously expressed her dream of becoming an expat back in 2022 when she discussed coping with the frustrating political and social climate in America at that time. “That’s something that comes with 50,” she said then, “you get tired of fighting. I’m tired.”
The thing stopping Taraji P. Henson from packing up and leaving is her family, which includes a grown son.
“The thing is, is that I still have family here, so I’m kind of torn. I’m torn. But I do want a space somewhere outside of the country. I absolutely do. That’s always been a dream of mine. But who knows, you’ve got to see. Because you want to feel safe, you’re going to.”

Lil Nas X And Cody Jon Fuel Dating Rumors With PDA-Packed Outing In L.A.
Lil Nas X may be juggling a new romance and promotional activities for his upcoming new album at the same time. The rapper, who is set to kick off his new "Dreamboy" era, has fueled dating rumors with fellow musician Cody Jon.
On Saturday, November 16, the alleged pair were spotted out and about together in Los Angeles. They stepped out for a shopping trip in Studio City and were not shy to show their affection towards each other.
In some pictures obtained and published by TMZ on Sunday, Lil Nas was seen putting one of his hands on Cody's neck and leaning over to plant a kiss on the blonde singer's cheek. The two also appeared to enjoy a conversation while walking side-by-side on the street, with both of them carrying a shopping bag each.
At one point, the Grammy Award winner looked playful as he spinned on a street sign pole, possibly trying to amuse his alleged boyfriend. The Atlanta native wore a black T-shirt with a green sweater tied around his neck and a pair of dark gray cargo pants. He added an off-white beanie and a pair of black shoes.
As for Cody, the Australian artist opted for a similarly casual look in a blue T-shirt and a pair of white pants, teamed with a pair of black-and-white sneakers.
Prior to the shopping trip, Lil Nas and Cody were first spotted together at an Adele show, sparking chatter about the nature of their relationship. On November 9, the duo attended the British singer's residency show in Las Vegas.
In a video circulating online, the alleged lovebirds stood next to each other while Adele came closer to the audience. As the "All I Ask" songstress walked past the couple, Lil Nas waved his hand to Adele, who responded with a similar gesture but did not make a further interaction, seemingly failing to recognize the "Old Town Road" hitmaker.
OH? Meagan Good and Jonathan Majors Are now Engaged?
Last week, a rep for Meagan Good addressed Jonathan Majors breakup rumors that the two were still together.
The Think Like a Man actress and the Lovecraft Country actor are engaged, they revealed Nov. 17 while on the red carpet at the EBONY Power 100 Gala in Los Angeles, where Good showed off her diamond ring.
As the duo explained to E! News’ Francesca Amiker, they chose to share the news at the gala because it holds an extra special place in the hearts.
“EBONY Power 100 is the event that we met at in the bathrooms,” Good said of their first encounter two years ago, “in the unisex bathroom.”
Good, 43, and Majors, 35, started dating in May 2023, two months after he was arrested over an alleged domestic dispute with ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. Majors, who’s maintained his innocence in the case, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault and harassment in December and sentenced to a 52-week in-person counseling program and a $250 charge in April.
Throughout his legal troubles, Good remained by Majors’ side, supporting him during multiple court appearances in New York City.
In fact, during a March interview with E! News, Good—who was previously married to DeVon Franklin—confirmed the Creed III star is “the one.”
“I love his style,” she said. “I just love how he puts it together.”
Over the summer, Good gave more insight into her relationship with Majors—and shared her response to anyone with reservations about their relationship.
“I take everyone’s opinion and advice into account, for sure, but at the end of the day, I’m the one who has to live my life,” she said on the July 9 episode of Today. “I’m the one who has to get to Heaven one day, prayerfully, and give God an account of what I did. So, I want to be responsible for the choices that I make. I also want to live the life that I want to live.”
“The support we’ve been able to give to each other, the pouring into each other, the honest conversations, the love, the respect, just the care, and the thoughtfulness,” Good later added, “it’s been really wonderful.”
Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian Celebrate Wedding Anniversary: '7 Years Has Gone So Fast'
Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian are celebrating seven years of marriage! On Saturday, Nov. 16, the retired tennis star, 43, and the Reddit co-founder, 41, each shared heartfelt social media posts to mark their latest wedding anniversary.
Williams' Instagram post featured photos of her family's costume party from several days prior. Ohanian and their 7-year-old daughter Olympia were dressed as Roman gladiators, while Williams and 15-month-old daughter Adira sported colorful looks. Another photo showed the tech executive kissing Adira on the head as he held her, and yet another captured the family of four posing together with big smiles.
"7 years has gone so fast… Happy anniversary @alexisohanian. Thank you for being the best dad to our girls @olympiaohanian and @adiraohanian," Williams wrote. "Thanks for also making average November day a costume party and making it special. ❤️❣️."
Celebrating Williams' role as a mom, Ohanian commented on her post: "❤️ Thank you for blessing me with the two best humans we ever met."
In his own Instagram post, Ohanian reflected on the couple's 2017 New Orleans nuptials.
"7 years ago today, we got married here," he wrote. "Now we get to bring these two for beignets. Happy Anniversary 🎉."
"You're an amazing mama. I'm very lucky to have met you @serenawilliams @olympiaohanian @adiraohanian," he added, along
The couple — who first met in May 2015 after they were seated next to each other at an event ahead of the Italian Open — tied the knot in 2017 at New Orleans' Contemporary Arts Center in front of a slew of celebrity guests including Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Eva Longoria and fellow tennis star Caroline Wozniacki.
Williams and Ohanian have been candid about their romance since then, including sharing how they keep their relationship fresh as they parent their two daughters and work together on a number of business ventures.
Back in 2021, Williams opened up about her relationship with the venture capitalist, admitting in an interview on The Question Game that "marriage is not bliss, but it can be if you work at it."
The 23-time Grand Slam winner also revealed that motherhood was always a goal for her, saying, "I always knew I wanted kids. I never knew when but I always knew I wanted kids at some point."
"I learned that love is an amazing feeling. And if you have an opportunity to feel it, then it's a special thing," she added.
Earlier this year, the couple had a hilarious viral moment as they were walking along the red carpet at the opening ceremony for the 2024 Paris Olympics. In several videos and photos, Ohanian could be seen standing behind his wife and older daughter, carrying an umbrella to protect them from the pouring rain.
A commentator for Eurosport deemed Ohanian the tennis star's "umbrella holder," not realizing he was Williams' husband.
"[Serena] looks absolutely incredible. She's got someone just behind us holding an umbrella," the commentator said. "Those are the levels you aspire to. To have an actual umbrella holder behind you."
Ohanian immediately got in on the joke, sharing a post from X that read: "TV commentator: 'Serena Williams even has her own personal umbrella holder'. FYI… the ‘umbrella holder’ ’is Alexis Ohanian, her husband. He’s one of the founders of Reddit. 💀."
In his own Instagram post with a photo of the viral moment, the tech founder joked: "I’m also Olympia’s personal umbrella holder."

Al Roker Puts Judgement Card Away for Ozempic Users
*When it comes to losing weight, Al Roker is the last person to give anyone insight into reaching the finish line.
The 70-year-old “Today” show weatherman will tell you himself that he’s not putting any stock in his opinion on what particular way or drug to shed pounds. Especially when that path involves Ozempic.
“I’m not gonna judge anybody. Listen, it’s unlike any other addiction or dependence,” Roker told the Daily Mail while voicing his understanding of why people resort to the popular weight loss drug. “You can live without alcohol, you can live without cigarettes, whatever that drug of choice is, but you’ve got to eat, and so for some people, it’s just difficult.”
“If this is what works for them, I mean, who are we to say, ‘Oh, don’t do that.’ As long as it’s safe and effective, good for you,” he added. “I think everybody’s journey is their journey.”
While Ozempic is seen as a current solution, gastric bypass surgery was the Ozempic of Roker’s day more than two decades ago when he was struggling to be slim. At his heaviest, the Macy Thanksgiving Day Parade host weighed 340 pounds and wore size 54 jeans, according to the New York Post.
With that came failed attempts via multiple diets and ultimately, a decision to lose 100 pounds via gastric bypass in 2002. Despite undergoing the procedure, the effort was kept classified from Roker’s “Today” cohorts.
It wasn’t until he surprised them with his noticeably new appearance that his weight loss registered officially with those he worked with.
“I guess what I’ve come to [realize with] my relationship with food, which has happened over a period of time, is that I’ve learned about portions,” Roker added.
Decades later, In March 2022, the daytime TV fixture acknowledged his milestone, which resulted in more than 150 pounds lost.
“Hard to believe it was 20 years ago today, I wore these size 54 Levi jeans to my #gastricbypass at 340 lbs. and here I am today,” Roker captioned a photo on Instagram of himself holding up the aforementioned jeans. “It’s still a struggle but I’m never going back. I have setbacks and struggle every day, but I never forget how far Igs ’ve come.”
Although pressure from Roker’s “mixed-weight marriage” to second wife Deborah Roberts drove his desire to get healthy, it wasn’t until he promised his late father, Albert Lincoln Roker Sr., he would lose weight as he lay dying that things shifted into serious mode.
“I don’t know if you’ve ever had to make a deathbed promise to someone you love, but if you have, you know the kind of guilt and massive responsibility I felt in that moment,” he explained in his 2012 memoir, “Never Goin’ Back: Winning The Weight-loss Battle for Good.”

Chris Tucker Sing an Impromptu Rendition of Usher's "There Goes My Baby"
You never know who you'll find in the crowd at an Usher show. At a recent date at Usher's two-night run in Las Vegas, the singer ran into a famous face: Chris Tucker.
"Chris Tucker? N---a I said Chris Rock," Usher joked. "You know what? F--k it."
The "Climax" singer walked over to the Rush Hour actor who promptly snatched the microphone and launched into a pitch-imperfect rendition of "There Goes My Baby."
Usher spots Chris Tucker at his show, hands him the mic, and Chris Tucker starts singing Usher's song, 'There Goes My Baby.'
Usher appeared unfazed by the mic snatch and laughed along with Tucker. He's definitely used to this behavior, as Kevin Hart took the stage back in September to perform "Nice & Slow."
Unlike his cordial response to Tucker, Usher gave Hart a playful ribbing, asking, "What the fuck are you doing?"
There's a lot of surprises at Usher shows. In October, the singer brought out Tyrese for a performance of "Sweet Lady."
"I just woke up and I’m still trying to come down off of the high of likely having specifically one of best night of my life in R&B," Tyrese tweeted after the show.
"Imagine being the biggest Usher Raymond fan for almost 30 years my brother, a friend someone that I look up to someone that I believe is one of the greatest entertainers to ever live. Someone that I have the upmost respect for because I’ve seen him move in and survive everything that’s been thrown at all while doing exactly what he do the only way he can do it and that to BE MotherF% #>€^%!n @usher aka KING USHER RAYMOND!!!!!!!!"
Usher is completing his North American tour, which ends in Miami on Dec. 18.

Keith Lee Teams Up with "Evil Twinski" DDG After Months of Being Mistaken for Him
Months after food critic Keith Lee was mistaken for rapper DDG, the lookalikes have finally linked up.
On Saturday, the streamer shared a photo alongside Lee, proving once and for all that they are not the same person.
“EVIL TWINSKIIII,” DDG captioned the photo, where both he and Lee are seen dressed in all black.
This viral link-up has been months in the making. Back in July, prank TikToker Gerald Huston approached Lee during BET Weekend and mistakenly called him DDG. The video of the moment shows Lee’s security guard holding him back, as he clearly did not find the moment humorous. Ironically, this was the same weekend that BET Awards host Taraji P. Henson mistook Lee for YouTuber Jordan Howlett. This incident seemed to bother the usually upbeat social media star, who subtlety voiced his disappointment online.
However, it seems Lee is now making light of the DDG mix-up, with the photo garnering millions of views across multiple platforms. It’s unclear why the pair were together or if they plan on streaming together in the future. However, one thing is certain: this duo certainly knows how to get the internet talking.

Hornets Star LaMelo Ball Hit With $100K Fine For Saying “No Homo” During Postgame Interview
Ball sparked controversy on Saturday after his team’s 115-114 win over the Milwaukee Bucks. During the postgame, he stated, “We loaded up, no homo,” while reflecting on the match. “That’s what we wanted, put a hand up and then live with the results,” he added.
Fans quickly reacted to the comment, with some predicting a fine for Ball. On Sunday, this proved true when the NBA confirmed the hefty penalty. This scenario has become common for players making similar remarks.
The 23-year-old seemingly reacted to his fine, tweeting, “Hol up pause dat,” shortly after the league made the announcement.
Brooklyn Nets guard Cam Thomas was previously fined $40,000 for using the same phrase in a 2023 interview. Additionally, Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic received a $25,000 fine five years ago after making the same statement during an interview when his English was still developing.
Ball scored 26 points in Saturday’s victory, capped off by two clutch free throws with 7.3 seconds remaining, putting Charlotte ahead for good.

Maryland Family Demands Answers After 7-Year-Old Found “Hung” in School Bathroom, Officials Says Children Were “Horseplaying”
A Maryland family is seeking answers and justice following a disturbing incident involving their 7-year-old son, who attended C. Paul Barnhart Elementary School in Waldorf.
According to the second-grader’s mother, who has not been publicly identified, her son was discovered hanging in the school’s bathroom on Friday, November 15th. The distraught woman took to social media to spread awareness about her son’s condition and draw attention to the incident. In her post, she detailed the extent of the child’s injuries, revealing that he’s currently suffering from “marks under his eyes” and “bruises on his neck from being choked.”
“He’s traumatized. It’s going to take time,“ the mom wrote. “This is not something he’s going to just get over overnight.”
Additionally, the school also addressed the horrific situation, referring to it as “horseplaying” gone wrong.
“Two of our students were reportedly horseplaying in a school bathroom when one student’s jacket got caught on a stall door hook,” the school wrote.
The statement continued, explaining that the 7-year-old was unable to free himself, and the other child made an attempt to help but was unsuccessful. As a result, the child reportedly told a staff member, which led to administrators calling the police.
“The student was not able to free themselves, and the other student involved was also not able to help them,” the statement continued. “This student left the bathroom to seek help from staff and reported the incident to administrators. Administrators responded and were able to assist, but staff called 911 for additional precautionary medical support.”
However, the mother’s post painted a different picture. She stated that she received a call from the school regarding her child being sent to the hospital. Once she arrived at the hospital, the woman described seeing her son unconscious, surrounded by a team of doctors.
“My child, who is a 2nd grader, was hung in the boys’ bathroom by a 4th grader,” she wrote. “The principal went into the bathroom and found my baby foaming at the mouth and unconscious.”
She continued, “I walked into the trauma room with 8-10 doctors surrounding my son. This is the most heartbreaking & traumatizing situation my family has ever been in.”
Her post included a photo of the 7-year-old lying on a hospital bed, adding a visual to the unfortunate event. Before ending her statement, the woman showed gratitude for her son still being alive but condemned the situation and highlighted the need for accountability.
“Everything about this is unacceptable nothing about this is ok BULLYING is never ok,” she added. “I’m feeling anger & seeing red, but my son is here by the grace of GOD, and I will forever be thankful. I have so many questions left unanswered. I thank everyone for all the calls, check-ups & prayers.”
As of now, the boy’s family is focused on his recovery but will still seek justice for what they describe as a preventable tragedy.
