#RHOA: Tamar Braxton Calls out ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Star & Their Husband
Despite cooling off on reality television, Tamar Braxton continues to be vocal on social media.
Tamar Braxton isn’t one to mince words when she has problems with other reality stars. In fact, she recently caught the attention of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans for her comments about Kandi Burruss. Kandi confirmed to her supporters that she is no longer in a good place with Carlos King. She alleged that Carlos went behind her back to attempt to produce a movie about Xscape for TV One. And Kandi couldn’t believe that Carlos would allegedly do this since they have always had a good relationship. Although Carlos didn’t directly respond to the accusations, Tamar did. She did so a couple of times, actually.
On Instagram Story, Tamar said that Carlos is too much of a TV legend to steal anything from anyone. She also shared this sentiment when she appeared on Dish Nation and was asked about it. Fans noticed that Tamar was no longer following Kandi on Instagram, too.
Regardless, Tamar denied that she currently has any kind of beef with Kandi. And she’s entitled to share her opinions about trending topics when she’s asked.
Tamar Braxton fell out with NeNe Leakes recently.
Also, Jason Lee alleged that Tamar and NeNe Leakes fell out recently. He then alleged that the fallout happened because NeNe allegedly tried to hook up one of her friends with a man that she had set Tamar up on a date with. So Tamar allegedly felt like NeNe double-crossed her.
Before NeNe and Tamar supposedly fell out, Tamar spent time on social media defending NeNe’s current romantic relationship. At the time, NeNe was receiving backlash for going public with her current boo Nyonisela Sioh not long after Gregg Leakes’ passing. Plus, Nioh was legally married at the time of their pairing. His estranged wife has since sued NeNe for alienation of affections.
Tamar Braxton recently called out an Atlanta housewife and their husband.
Well, Tamar is getting attention from “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans yet, again. According to blogger B Scott, she made some interesting accusations on Instagram Story.
In a series of messages, she wrote, “I got a story…y’all wanna hear about it? I was threatened by a π and they man…I feel like if I did what they did…they would have told the WORLD.”
She continued, “But because they don’t want y’all to know how ****** up they are as people and city officials… they ain’t said ****. It’s BEEF and it’s a REAL BEEF cause yo HUSBAND stepped to me! Periodt! Merry Christmas π.”
You can check out the screenshot.
Since Tamar didn’t name who she was referring to, RHOA fans have been guessing. As of now, none of the Atlanta housewives have responded to the accusations.

The song was originally released back in 1970 and has become a staple on Christmas playlists and radio stations. The song of course has been covered by many over the years. None are as special as this duet between father and daughter though.
Donny’s vocals on the song are actually previously unreleased vocals, making this even more of a gem.

Lalah had previously released her own solo version of the song back in 2017.
#HipHopNews: Drake Is Going On Tour In 2023
Drake has announced plans for a 2023 tour. During an interview to promote his partnership with the online casino Stake, he confirmed that he will be hitting the road on his first tour in more than four years.
When asked what he’s looking forward to most in 2023, Drake told the interviewer, “Tour. Oh man, I can’t wait.”
Drake has been rehearsing for his upcoming live shows and is excited to get back on road. “I’m just looking forward to going,” he said. “It’s like one thing to make the music, but to see it is the most gratifying feeling.”
The tour could include 21 Savage. Last month, Drake teased a joint outing with his Her Loss collaborator during his “Table for One” show on SiriusXM’s Sound 42.
“I’m excited for tour,” Drake said. “It’s just another opportunity for me to be with my brother and, just, I mean, shit, our set that night is gonna be dangerous.”
Added Drake, “It’s gonna be dangerous, like, that’s a tour in itself. People are gonna get a tour within a tour within a tour.”
This will mark Drake’s first tour since 2018’s “Aubrey & the Three Migos Tour.” Before he goes back on road, he will headline a pair of concerts at Harlem’s famed Apollo Theater. The shows, which were delayed twice, will now go forward on Jan. 21 and 22.
NYC Bishop, Robbed of $1M in Jewels on Livestream, Arrested on Fraud and Extortion Charges
A notorious New York City bishop with a criminal record and a long trail of questions about his lavish lifestyle is now facing federal fraud and extortion charges.
Lamor Whitehead was arrested Monday morning on an indictment out of Manhattan, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
Whitehead - who garnered international attention earlier this year after being robbed of $1 million of jewelry on a livestreamed Sunday service - allegedly defrauded a parishioner out of $90,000 in retirement savings to buy himself luxury goods, the government said.
At a news conference earlier this year, Whitehead pushed back on questions about the alleged theft of the parishioner's funds, chastising reporters for even asking about it.
In another instance, prosecutors say Whitehead extorted $5,000 from a businessman, and then tried to get the same person to lend him $500,000 in exchange "for favorable actions from the New York City government, which Whitehead knew he could not obtain."
(Whitehead is well known to have a long-standing and close relationship with Mayor Eric Adams, who the bishop has publicly described as a "mentor, brother and friend.")
Prosecutors also allege Whitehead lied about having multiple cell phones during the execution of a search warrant by the FBI. It was not immediately clear when that happened.
Whitehead, 45, of Paramus, who previously served five years in prison on identity theft charges, now faces up to 20 years in prison on each of the wire fraud and extortion charges.
House Jan. 6 committee recommends criminal charges against Trump
The House panel investigating the violent Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol urged the Justice Department on Monday to seek criminal charges against former President Donald Trump for his extensive efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss.
Lawmakers recommended charges on four counts stemming from Trump’s monthslong effort to stay in power after his election defeat — obstruction of an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to make a false statement and efforts to incite, assist, or aid or comfort an insurrection.
The panel voted unanimously to send the criminal referrals to the Justice Department. The referrals, which mark the first time that the House has recommended criminal charges against a former president, do not guarantee that Trump will be indicted — but they do add to the evidence being weighed by the Justice Department and special counsel Jack Smith in its own investigation of Trump.
Members of the panel argued that Trump’s efforts to overthrow the election results — including pushing unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud and urging his supporters to send fake electors to Washington — form enough evidence for federal prosecutors to win a conviction against the former president.
“Even if it were true that President Trump genuinely believed the election was stolen, this is no defense. No president can ignore the courts and purposely violate the law no matter what supposed ‘justification’ he or she presents,” House investigators wrote in a section of their report released Monday.
The House committee made criminal referrals against John Eastman, a lawyer and Trump loyalist who aided the former president's efforts to overturn his election loss, on the same charges except the insurrection offense. It referred a charge of conspiracy to defraud the U.S. against former Trump lawyer and top lieutenant Rudy Giuliani, Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows and former DOJ official Jeffrey Clark.
The panel also recommended the House ethics committee investigate colleagues who brushed aside congressional subpoenas seeking testimony on their knowledge and efforts about the Jan. 6 attack — including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., and Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pa.
In advance of Monday’s final hearing, Trump attacked the House lawmakers in posts to his social media platform, Truth Social.
“The Unselect Committee of political hacks are the same group that came up with the RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA HOAX, not to mention many others. They are Corrupt cowards who hate our Country!” he wrote.
Trump did not directly address the report’s findings, including the core tenet that he goaded his followers to action but didn’t join them himself, but he did repeat his unfounded claims that the 2020 election was “rigged and stolen.”
The criminal referrals mark a historic end to the 18-month-long investigation by the House select committee and are detailed in the portions of its report released Monday. The release comes just days before House Republicans, including many who worked with Trump in his effort to toss the 2020 election results, take power next month as a result of the November midterms.
In a 154-page section of the panel’s larger report, which is expected to be released publicly later this week, lawmakers wrote that Trump obstructed an official proceeding of Congress with his repeated efforts to delay or deny the counting of the electoral votes on Jan. 6 that would finalize the transfer of power to then-President-elect Joe Biden.
The lawmakers wrote that Trump committed a “conspiracy to defraud the United States,” particularly when he offered to make Clark acting attorney general if Clark agreed to help him push the fake electors scheme by falsely claiming the Justice Department had found evidence of widespread voter fraud.
They also wrote that Trump entered into a “conspiracy to make a false statement” when he “conspired with others to submit fake electors to Congress and the National Archives.”
And for the fourth criminal referral, they wrote that Trump sought to incite, assist or aid and comfort an insurrection. “President Trump was directly responsible for summoning what became a violent mob to Washington, D.C., urging them to march to the Capitol, and then further provoking that already violent and lawless crowd with his 2:24 p.m. tweet about the vice president,” the lawmakers wrote.

Beyonce's Club Renaissance sells out 'within minutes' after music icon announced two-night event at undisclosed location in Los Angeles
BeyoncΓ© has announced Club Renaissance, a two-night event taking place at an undisclosed location in Los Angeles on December 17th and 18th.
What exactly Club Renaissance entails is unclear, but the event is being presented by Amazon Music and Parkwood. At least one part of the programming appears to be a playback of BeyoncΓ©’s latest album, Renaissance, in spatial audio.
Tickets to Club Renaissance, which were made available for free to fans on Thursday, were limited to one per person with a 21+ age limit. (Tickets are, of course, now sold out.) The location of the venue will be revealed to guests prior to the first event on Saturday, December 17th.
BeyoncΓ© previously held a private Club Renaissance event in New York City following the release of Renaissance. The VIP guest list included Kendrick Lamar, Donald Glover, and Chloe Bailey.
Renaissance, BeyoncΓ©’s seventh album to date, was released in July 2022. The singer is reportedly embarking on a supporting tour in 2023, but an announcement is still forthcoming.
#BoxOfficeNews: 'Avatar: The Way of Water' opens to $134 million
James Cameron's "Avatar: The Way of Water" fell short of lofty box office expectations, but international ticket sales spark hope that the long-awaited sequel could still pull in a substantial global haul.
The film snared $134 million at the domestic box office during its opening weekend, short of the $175 million that industry analysts had predicted, and just under the $135 million to $150 million range that Disney had forecast.
The film is tied with Warner Bros.' "The Batman," which also generated $134 million during its domestic opening in March, as the fifth-highest opening of the year, according to data from Comscore.
Internationally, "Way of Water" tallied $300.5 million, bringing the film's opening weekend haul to $434.5 million.
"Because most people are loving the film, the sugar high of that enthusiasm inspired some opening weekend predictions that the historical data and various headwinds for the film don't support," said Paul Dergarabedian, senior media analyst at Comscore. "That said, 'The Way Of Water' has many factors working in its favor that ensure its long-term prospects for massive global success."
Notably, China accounted for $57.1 million in ticket sales for the three-day opening weekend.
The Chinese box office contributed around $265 million to "Avatar's" global tally a decade ago, but the market has grown significantly since. Prior to the pandemic, China was the second-highest-grossing theatrical market in the world. Since cinemas reopened in the country, it has been one of the fastest markets to recover and generate box office success.
In 2009, China's overall box office reached $910 million. A decade later, it topped $8 billion.
Box office analysts aren't concerned with the movie's smaller-than-expected domestic box office, particularly because of how it has played internationally. The original "Avatar," which was released in 2009, only made $77 million during its opening weekend, but went on to become the highest-grossing film of all time. It maintains that title thanks to several rereleases.
The first film had incredible staying power at the box office, running in theaters through August 2010, a staggering 234 days. "Avatar" ultimately generated $760 million in the U.S. and Canada and more than $2 billion from international markets during its initial theatrical run.
"Although the film is opening on the low end of expectations, it's important to again emphasize the long-term outlook," said Shawn Robbins, chief media analyst at BoxOffice.com. "Audiences are showing a strong preference to see the film in premium formats, factoring into the volatility noted in pre-release forecasts."
Robbins noted that the upcoming holiday corridor and a lack of competition in the market positions "The Way of Water" for a more back-loaded box office than a typical blockbuster.
Premium formats, which include IMAX, Dolby Cinema and Motion auditoriums accounted for 62% of all tickets sold. A whopping 57% of that total was for 3D tickets. Premium format tickets are more expensive than traditional tickets.
"The Way of Water" 3D tickets averaged $16.55 each while 2D cost $12.62 a piece, according to data from EntTelligence.
"It's premature to qualify the film's degree of success at this stage, especially with Cameron's history of long runs at the global box office," Robbins added.
JoJo Siwa and Avery Cyrus Break Up 2 Months After Confirming Romance
It's over for JoJo Siwa and Avery Cyrus. The "D.R.E.A.M." singer and the content creator have broken up. On Dec. 17, Avery shared a TikTok video showing footage of themselves on a Royal Caribbean cruise. In one clip, JoJo holds up an arcade game prize, telling her, "This is my 'Sorry for Breaking Up With You' present."
One fan commented on the video, "Now I just want to know why." Avery responded, "We decided that we are better off as friends! We are both so young and still just trying to figure our stuff out!"
Avery still dubbed their trip, the "Best trip EVER." JoJo wrote on her Instagram Story that it was the "best trip of my entire life."
In recent days, Avery also appeared to react to the breakup with a few cryptic TikTok videos, including one on Dec. 16 saying she's in her "healing era" and another declaring, "Karma is my boyfriend."
The split comes just two months after JoJo and Avery made their romance official, with the pair marking their one-month anniversary in a surprise picnic on the beach.
"Celebrating our 1 month in the most special way," JoJo captioned a Nov. 3 Instagram video, "happy 1 month to the happiest girl who makes me more happy than ever:)."
Avery asked JoJo to be her girlfriend during a trip to Disney World on Oct. 1, presenting the Dance Moms alum with a spray-painted sheet that read "JoJo Be My GF?" on a sunset boat ride.
Even before officially updating their relationship status, the two, who documented their romance on social media, had spent a lot of time together. JoJo, 19, appeared to confirm they were dating by posting a video of them sharing a kiss on a Chuck E. Cheese date to TikTok Sept. 12. Days later, she and Avery attended their first red carpet event together at the opening night of Jagged Little Pill in Los Angeles.
"We both really just wanted to enjoy having fun," JoJo, who previously dated Kylie Prew, said in an Oct. 9 YouTube video about her relationship status with Avery, "and take our time working up to the titles of girlfriends."
When asked what made their relationship work, the season 30 Dancing With the Stars runner-up didn't point to just one thing.
"Our personalities mash together so well, and I think that's something that is really important," JoJo told E! News Oct. 12. "She is so positive. She makes me feel so good. I believe that I make her feel so good. She's so fun to be around. All my family, all my friends love and respect the life out of her. She brings such a great energy to my bubble, and I'm really, really grateful."
Bow Wow Responds To Jermaine Dupri’s ‘106 & Park’ Claims: ‘Stop The Cap’
Bow Wow has disputed Jermaine Dupri‘s recent claim that he created 106 & Park as a vehicle for his So So Def signee and protΓ©gΓ© to counter MTV’s TRL.
During his interview with The Goats And Underdogs podcast last week, JD explained that he presented the idea of a youth-oriented video countdown show to BET’s then President of Programming, Stephen G. Hill. The Atlanta mogul felt like Black artists, namely Bow Wow, were not getting the same love from TRL as some of their pop counterparts.
“106 & Park was created by me,” Jermaine Dupri said. “I created the show for Bow Wow. I was watching MTV, and MTV had TRL. And they were catering to NSYNC and they were catering to Backstreet Boys and anything white that was coming out that was Pop. They was allowing these kids to scream and holler at them. And I was like, ‘Yo, we don’t have nothing for Black people like that. Like, where’s the Black kids that love music, why don’t they have a show like that?’
He continued: “So I called Stephen Hill and I said, ‘Yo, I got an artist, we need to make a show just like TRL.’ And he said, ‘What’s the artist?’ And I said Bow Wow. Everybody challenges what I’m saying. Mind you, they wasn’t gonna put Bow Wow on TRL like that because he was a rapper. He was a Black, little young boy rapping. But he also was 12 years old. Nobody on TV was 12 years old anywhere creating this type of pandemonium.”
After the clip began circulating over the weekend, Bow Wow took to Twitter on Sunday morning (December 17) to refute JD’s 106 & Park origin story.
“JD aint create 106&Park stop the cap,” the show’s former co-host wrote. “Stephen hill Rick Ghrimes & all the great people in the BET OFFICE & staff created that show. All i did was capitalize off of what they created and made it mine. I would know…. I am mr 106! I would never take away from someones creativity.”
Originally hosted by A.J Calloway and Marie “Free” Wright, 106 & Park premiered on BET on September 11, 2000, two weeks before the release of Bow Wow’s debut album Beware The Dog. Earlier that summer, the tween artist appeared on TRL with Jermaine Dupri to perform the album’s lead single, “Bounce With Me.”
Bow Wow would go on to make at least one more appearance on TRL in support of his 2006 platinum-selling single “Shortie Like Mine” featuring Chris Brown and Johnta Austin.
Following Bow Wow’s Twitter tirade, Da Brat — another former So So Def rapper — hit back at Bow Wow for his takedown of Jermaine Durpi.
“Man wtf? I really don’t have the time or patience for this shit but I got BOTH TODAY,” Da Brat, who put out four albums under JD’s iconic Atlanta imprint, said on Instagram. “Bow what I can’t letchu do is discredit my big brother JD who u called your dad for so many years cuz that is pretty much the roll you gave him and instead of sayin hell no, he rocked w it.”
She continued: “You are being so rude and disrespectful to the person who believed in you, nurtured you, made you a complete star, wrote all yo hits, accepted the challenge when Snoop brought you to him. He has never done ANYTHING to you but help. I aint’ finna letchu drag the most non confrontational person who loved, cared for u and spoiled yo ass for years.
“He isn’t and never would discredit BET execs. He discussed creating 106 b4 it was created so black people could have their own TRL. NO CAP! If this is watchu wanna do…LET’S FUCKIN GO! Pull up lil n-gga witcho disrespectful ass. So ungrateful.”
Bow Wow has seemingly been at odds with Jermaine Dupri for a number of years. The topic of their relationship came up several times while the Growing Up Hip-Hop star fielded fan questions back in March. When someone asked: “If you could go back and change anything from the past what would it be?” Bow Wow replied: “Stayed w Snoop. And never signed w nobody else.”
He went on to tweet things such as: “I just wished I stayed w snoop,” and admitted he and Jermaine Dupri have “no work chemistry.” He added: “I aint work with that boy in years. He do him and I do me.”
Before closing out the Ask Me Anything session, Bow Wow explained that he and JD are not in fact beefing, adding: “If u really a fan yall know our relationship is not the most perfect one.”
Drake wagered $1 million on Argentina's World Cup win
Argentina’s victory at the 2022 World Cup made Drake a little richer on Sunday (Dec. 18). The “Rich Flex” artist loves a good sporting bet, so it came as no surprise that he put some big money down, banking that Lionel Messi would lead his team to the golden FIFA World Cup trophy.
Ahead of Argentina and France’s face-off, Drizzy wagered $1 million on Stake, an online betting platform, that his team would come out on top. Popular casino streamer Roshtein matched the nine-figure bid in favor of France bringing the winning pot to $2 million. According to Casino, between January and November of this year, the Canadian rapper has already gambled $1 billion; he has reportedly won upwards of $76 million.
The match went into overtime, but Argentina’s squad pulled out the win with the help of penalties. Messi, their star player, scored seven goals and was a close runner-up for the Golden Boot award. France’s Kylian MbappΓ© edged him out with eight goals during the game. The 2022 World Cup marks the 6 God’s second notable gambling win this year. At the end of January, he pocketed more than $200,000 after winning a virtual roulette game. However, the odds were not in his favor at the top of the month when he lost an undisclosed amount to Quavo when he bet against the University of Georgia Bulldogs winning the football championship against Alabama’s Crimson Tide.
But, that seemingly Midas touch has followed him throughout his career. This month, Chart Data revealed that Drake surpassed Eminem as the highest-certified singles artist, having sold more than 180 million singles. The Detroit lyricist previously held the title with 166 singles sold. And despite refusing to submit his music for the Grammy committee’s consideration, Drake still managed to nab two nominations, bringing his total to 47. For the 2023 awards ceremony, he is nominated for Best Rap Song with “Churchill Downs” by Jack Harlow and “WAIT FOR U” by Future.
Judge Denies Request to Lower Bail for Boy Accused of Killing Mom Over Amazon Order
The 10-year-old charged as an adult with murder reportedly only has $100 in savings from birthday gifts, his allowance and money found from couch cushions.
The 10-year-old Milwaukee boy accused of killing his mother after she reportedly refused to order him a VR set on Amazon appeared in court this week with a plea to have his bail amount lowered from $50,000 to just $100.
His attorney is said to have argued that since he has no source of income, his bail should be lowered to what he had in his savings -- which amounted to $100 from birthday presents, his allowance and money he found in-between couch cushions.
Per the Milwaukee Journal, the prosecution also argued for the court to impose a travel restriction on the child and requested that, should he make bail, he'd be required to stay with a family members.
During the proceedings, Judge Jane Carroll admitted bail conditions for adults "don't make a lot of sense when applied to a 10-year-old." The suspect has been charged as an adult with first-degree reckless homicide. FYI: In Wisconsin, children as young as 10 can be charged as adults for serious crimes.
She ultimately denied the bid to reduce his bail and did agree to the travel restriction, but did not make it mandatory for him to be placed in his family's custody if released.
It's unclear who else the child would stay with, but the judge said he should be placed on GPS monitoring. The ruling means the boy would not be able to leave the state to live with his father, who is also his legal guardian, in Illinois.
The boy reportedly "mostly kept his head down" throughout the proceedings and was not placed in shackles or restraints.
The fatal shooting went down on November 21 and, at the time, police initially said the boy had been "playing" with a gun and twirling it around his finger when it went off as his mom did laundry. But the child's family members called authorities the next day regarding his behavior after the shooting, prompting a follow-up interview with the child, who then allegedly admitted to aiming the gun at his mom.
He allegedly said he pulled out the gun from a lock box in their home because his mother woke up him a half hour early ... and she wouldn't let him place an order on Amazon. Adding that the child allegedly didn't show remorse or emotion over his mother's death, his aunt and sister also claimed he logged into his then-deceased mother's Amazon account the morning after her death to order himself an Oculus VR headset.
He was then accused of attacking his 7-year-old cousin -- and, after his aunt brought him to his grandmother's house, allegedly said he was "sorry for killing my mom" before asking if his Amazon package had arrived.
Brian McKnight Accused Of 'Abandoning' Biological Kids After Buying Stepdaughter A BMW
Brian McKnight has landed in hot water for his action. The "Back at One" hitmaker has been accused of "abandoning" his biological children after he told the world that he bought his stepdaughter a BMW.
On Tuesday, December 13, the 53-year-old singer/record producer turned to his Instagram feed to share a photo of him next to his stepdaughter Julia posing in front of the new luxury vehicle for her birthday gift. "Today we celebrate you Jules on your birthday your mom and I couldn't be prouder of you and I couldn't ask for a better daughter than you!!! Happy birthday to the best daughter ever! Love u a zillion," he captioned the post.
Julia, who goes by @Jules_Mcphee on Instagram, replied back in the comments section, writing, "You're the best dad EVER and I love you so much." It could be seen Brian bought her the 2023 BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe with typical cost starting at $45,000.
Brian's post was shared on The Neighborhood Talk's Instagram page after he allegedly blocked a fan in the comments for telling him to fix his family. In a since-deleted comment, the individual wrote, "Man you know damn well this ain't your daughter! 'Estranger' or not Brianna is your daughter! Make it right with your biological kids before its too late!"
Another individual countered, writing, "People see a fraction of someone life and want to offer an unsolicited opinion…so those are the consequences of those actions…#BLOCKED." A third social media user said, "It ain't none of our business but the fact that he purposely lists his step kids in his bio as if his bio kids don't exist. That's spiteful af."
Over the past few months, fans have criticized the R&B singer, suggesting that he doesn't claim his biological kids, Brian McKnight Jr., 33, Niko, 30, and Briana, 21. The singer, who only puts Julia, Jack and Kekoa Matteo's names on his Instagram bio, was previously called out for only claiming the children he shares and raises with his current Filipina wife, Lelani Mendoza.
Brian and Lelani have been married since 2017, and co-parent Lelani's children, Julia, 23, and Jack McPhee, 20, from a previous relationship. Brian and Lelani recently lost their newborn son, Kekoa. In a Mother's Day Instagram post in May, Brian opened up about the passing of their infant.
"I treasure this picture it was our last family picture before the birth of our son Kekoa Matteo," he wrote alongside a family picture. "Today was supposed to be Kekoa's due date, and I know how hard him not being here in the flesh with us is weighing incredibly heavy on us, but I know he is with us just like Julia and Jack are, as shining examples of your exceptional motherhood."
Brian continued, "Seeing an ultrasound for the first time, feeling Kekoa move and dance around as I touched your belly, holding your hand as you gave birth, seeing him take his first breath, cutting his umbilical cord, kissing him, singing to our son and ultimately seeing him take his last breath with him on your chest and both of you in my arms." He added, "Our son will always be a part of us and live on in our hearts forever."
Prince Harry Looked Distressed After Receiving Text From Prince William Following Oprah Interview
The moment Prince Harry was texted by his brother Prince William in the wake of their Oprah Winfrey interview was unveiled in the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's final show of their Netflix series. "Wow, H just got a text from his brother," Meghan Markle said after the duke, 38, showed his wife, 41, his mobile phone in footage shot at the pair's California mansion in the days following the sit-down in March 2021.
"I wish I knew what to do," Harry then said while putting his arms above his head in distress as his wife got off her chair and gave him a hug.
The sixth and final episode of their "Harry & Meghan" series also shows footage from days earlier when William was asked by reporters if he had spoken to his brother following the couple's interview with Oprah - in which they said they had been targeted with racism by an unnamed member of the royal family who they alleged asked about the colour of their son Archie's skin.
William, now the Prince of Wales, says in the clip, "I haven't spoken to him yet, but I will do."
Earlier in the episode, Harry accuses Buckingham Palace of "institutional gaslighting" and compares he and his wife's experience in the royal family to that of his mother Princess Diana's.
Buckingham Palace released a statement on behalf of Queen Elizabeth in the wake of the Oprah interview that said "some recollections may vary," yet insisted the couple remained cherished members of the royal family.
The sixth "Harry and Meghan" episode opens with a video selfie in which the duke declares, "We are on the freedom flight" as they departed the UK in 2020 after the couple ditched royal duties.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, says in the series about their decision to quit royal life, "The more distance that came between us having a smaller role with the institution and coming over here (to America), the more of a vacuum was being built, and people just genuinely didn't understand why we left."
Harry adds, "We thought that was the beginning of our year of transition which turns out was anything but a transition. It was just a beating."
Also in the final three episodes of the show, released on Thursday, December 15, Harry accused Prince William of screaming and shouting at him in front of his father and grandmother when he tried to work out a deal to leave the royals. The duke also claimed the royal institution "blocked" him from speaking to the Queen after their decision to quit.
Twitter Erases & Seemingly Reverses Decision on Banning 'Free Promotion' of Other Social Media Platforms
Just after it was revealed that the social media platform had essentially banned users from posting things from other social media platforms, another change has been made.
According to one tweet, the company has deleted mentions of the policy altogether on the Twitter website, and seemingly reversed the decision about it.
The support page is no longer accessible.
“We will no longer allow free promotion of certain social media platforms on Twitter,” the official Twitter Support account wrote earlier today. “Specifically, we will remove accounts created solely for the purpose of promoting other social platforms and content that contains links or usernames for the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Mastodon, Truth Social, Tribel, Nostr and Post.”
The policy added that Twitter would “still allow cross-posting content from any social media platform. Posting links or usernames to social media platforms not listed above are also not in violation of this policy.”
In addition to the policy being wiped from Twitter’s website, current CEO Elon Musk has put up a poll on if he should keep running the company at all.
“Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll,” he wrote along with it, before adding in a subsequent tweet, “Those who want power are the ones who least deserve it.”
Just recently, Twitter suspended a handful of journalists who had been covering Elon‘s takeover of the platform.
‘Ellen’ producer defends tributes from Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ friends
One of Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ longtime colleagues is defending the late dancer’s friends for sharing stories and photos of themselves with Boss in light of his tragic death.
“So many people on social media are posting pictures of themselves with Twitch. Talking about their close friendships with him. Talking about the texts they exchanged with him just last week. Talking about the conversation they once had with him,” former “Ellen DeGeneres Show” producer Andy Lassner wrote via Instagram, days after Boss was found dead in a Los Angeles motel room on Tuesday.
“The thing is – it’s all true. It’s all real.”
Andy Lassner took to social media to pay tribute to his friend and former colleague Stephen “tWitch” Boss.
Lassner, who worked with the dancer turned DJ for almost a decade, continued, “Those who knew him are not trying to make this tragedy about themselves. They are just trying to convey to you who Twitch was.”
Lassner stressed in his post – which was liked by A-listers including Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Aniston and Kris Jenner – that Boss made everyone feel like “the most important person in the world.”
“And he did this for everybody. Not just the people he needed or that were ‘important’. He did it for everybody. It doesn’t sound real. But it is. All of it,” he explained.
“He really did care for every single person who worked at the show and everyone in his life. And the thing is if you met him just once – you felt that feeling. That light. That’s why I think you and I are hurting. Because we all counted on him. He was our flame. Our joy. Our dancer.”
As previously reported, Boss died by suicide on Tuesday at the age of 40. The “So You Think You Can Dance” alum is survived by his wife, fellow dancer Allison Holker, and their three children, Weslie, 14, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3.
Boss reportedly used a ride-share service to travel from his Los Angeles home to the nearby Oak Tree Inn in Encino, Calif., Monday night. The Los Angeles County medical examiner later confirmed that Boss died by a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and that there were “no signs of foul play.”
Lassner’s post, which featured a black-and-white image of the dancer, noted that nobody knew the “heavy burden” Boss was carrying.
“He must have been so tired. But we didn’t know because he never wanted it to be about him. Ever,” the TV producer shared.
“So now we can either spend all of our time wondering why and how and never being satisfied with the answers we imagine. Or we can focus on being grateful for the gift he gave us by allowing us to take light from his flame.”
The news of Boss’ passing was confirmed by Holker, 34, in a statement to People earlier this week. “It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us,” she said.
“Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him,” she continued.
“He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”
Boss and Holker, who met while filming “SYTYCD,” celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary just days before his sudden death.
“Saying YES to @sir_twitch_alot has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life!! I feel so blessed and loved!!” Holker wrote at the time. “I love you baby and I will never take you or OUR love for granted! I LOVE YOU.”
Ray Liotta's FiancΓ©e Jacy Nittolo Pays Tribute on His 68th Birthday: 'Today We Celebrate You'
Ray Liotta is being remembered on what would have been his 68th birthday.
The late Emmy Award winner's fiancΓ©e Jacy Nittolo paid tribute to Liotta's memory with a slideshow of photos featuring the two of them and their kids, set to The Beatles' "In My Life."
Liotta died unexpectedly at age 67 in May.
She started the caption with a Chuck Palahniuk quote: "The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will."
"Today, Ray would have been 68," Nittolo, 48, continued. "I believe he created a lot for everyone that will live on forever, especially in the hearts of Ray's sister Linda, his daughter Karsen and myself. Today we celebrate you."
The photos included memories of their relationship, as well as some blended family time spent with his daughter Karsen Liotta, 24, whom he shared with ex-wife Michelle Grace, and Nittolo's four kids Dax, Chazz, Jade and Joey.
Nittolo was met with an outpouring of love and support in the comments section. "Truer words have never been spoken. So he'll indeed live forever. Happy Birthday, Ray," wrote Kelly Rizzo, who also lost her significant other when husband Bob Saget died at age 65 in January.
The former hairstylist has remained close with Karsen, attending the posthumous premiere of her father's movie Black Bird in June. Ray previously revealed that Karsen introduced them after she met Nittolo's son, who's around her age, at a party.
After he announced their engagement in December 2020, Ray spoke to PEOPLE about getting closer to Nittolo during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Luckily, I had met somebody, and it brought us really, really close, to the point now where I'm engaged," he said last November. "So I like to think that was the reason. I've heard that there's a lot of people whose relationship didn't work out because they were with each other so much. But she's just great."
Nittolo, who paid tribute to Liotta with a tattoo in August, opened up about her loss during her first Thanksgiving without him. "I've been without Ray for almost six months now. Most days are unbearable," she wrote on Instagram. "I find it hard to breathe without him."
Gillie Da King And Wallo Receive Keys To The City Of Philadelphia
Gillie Da King and Wallo have been awarded the keys to their hometown of Philadelphia. The Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast hosts shared highlights from the ceremony on their respective Instagram pages on Thursday (Dec. 15), alongside a photo with Councilman Kenyatta Johnson and Gillie’s wife, Regina (often going by Gene).
When accepting the honor, Gillie jokingly inquired, “I just got one question. Do this come with front row Eagles or Sixer tickets?” The crowd erupted into laughter. The duo has unabashedly been intent on pursuing philanthropic endeavors locally with the help of their platforms to do so.
This past Thanksgiving, Wallo had planned to gift 15 women with a shopping spree at a local Target, but after realizing the store was closed for the holiday, he blessed those who showed up with cash. “Target is actually closed today, but obviously I’m still out here slapping it into they pocket like a rocket,” he shared via Instagram. “I’m tryna tell you gentlemen—take ‘em to Target. They love Target.”
For Christmas, the men are co-hosting another giveaway where a family in need will receive a car, new TVs, and $40,000 worth of furniture.
Back in October, it was reported that the esteemed duo signed an alleged $100 million deal with Barstool Sports for their podcast. Gillie and Wallo shared an emotional video to Instagram of them signing a contract as they blasted Rick Ross and John Legend’s “Rich Forever” in the background. Previously, their deal with Barstool from 2020 was worth $3 million in exchange for a 50 percent ownership stake in the show.
Amar’e Stoudemire Arrested After Allegedly Punching and Slapping Daughter
Former NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly punching and slapping his teenage daughter.
According an arrest affidavit obtained by NBC News, Stoudemire entered his daughter’s room and asked her about “giving attitude” to her grandmother when she allegedly called her name and responded by saying, “What?” His unidentified daughter said she wasn’t giving her attitude, but Stoudemire allegedly interpreted her response as “talking back again,” sparking his alleged violent reaction.
Stoudemire allegedly punched her in the jaw, slapped her across the face, and struck her body.
When police arrived at his Miami condo, they allegedly noticed blood stains on her sweater and pants. The police report claims Stoudemire explained to officers that “she had received a whooping from him for being disrespectful and a liar,” but refused to get into further details.
Alleged Screenshots Show Amar’e Stoudemire Trying to ‘Meet’ Knicks Fan Over Criticism
It appears Alexis, mother of the daughter involved in the incident, called 911 after receiving a picture of her crying as blood was streaming down her face. Alexis allegedly arrived at the condo where she showed the photo to authorities and told them that Stoudemire “told her to come pick up the victim because she was being disrespectful.”
Stoudemire has been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery and one count of domestic violence. He was released from custody after posting a $1,500 bond.

NBA Star Chris Paul Graduates with Bachelor’s Degree Hours After Winning NBA Game
Chris Paul is winning both on and off the court. Just hours after helping the Phoenix Suns defeat the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday night, Paul received his bachelor’s degree in communications from Winston-Salem State University.
Paul, the Suns’ star point guard, made it from Los Angeles to North Carolina to walk at his 2022 fall commencement on Friday morning. A total of 5,004 students are currently enrolled at Winston-Salem State University, according to the school’s website.
For Paul, the graduation ceremony was a refreshing reminder of life outside the NBA.
“Being here with y’all made my day,” he said in a video posted to the university’s Instagram. “There’s so many different things that we do on a regular day as far as being an athlete, I’m playing all these games, but sometimes you just wanna be normal. You just wanna do the normal things that everyone else does.” “It’s a big deal. Everyone has their own experiences, their own journey,” he went on. “I wanted the full experience of what it meant to be a graduate.”
The athlete also posted several photos of himself in Winston-Salem’s bright red graduation cap and gown on his verified Instagram. “Bucket list moment,” he wrote.
And Paul used his degree as an opportunity to give back. At the ceremony, Paul announced that he would give each graduate a banking account at Greenwood — a financial services company focused on people of color — funded with $100 and a one-year waiver of membership dues.
Paul, 37, originally attended Wake Forest University before turning pro in 2005 after his sophomore season. He was traded to the Suns in 2020, which led him to reach the NBA finals for the first time in his career.
Sources Say Megan Thee Stallion’s Bodyguard Told Law Enforcement Tory Lanez Apologized For Shooting
Sources familiar with Tory Lanez’s felony assault trial tell Rolling Stone that one of Megan Thee Stallion’s bodyguards was expected to testify about a prior statement to law enforcement implicating Tory Lanez.
Justin Edison, who has since stopped responding to authorities, previously told police that Tory Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, came up to him the day after the shooting and apologized for injuring Megan. According to the statement, he acknowledged accidentally hitting Megan while randomly firing shots at the ground.
Edison was not present when the shooting occurred but was the recipient of a text from the “Savage” rapper’s ex-friend Kelsey Harris asking for help. “Help/Tory shot meg/911,” the text reportedly read.
Neither Edison nor his attorney responded to a request for comment from the outlet. Edison’s whereabouts are currently unknown. He failed to appear in court on Friday, where he was supposed to testify about his witness statement.
Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Alexander Bott asked Judge David Herriford to release the “body attachment,” which is a type of warrant that would compel Edison to appear in court.
“We recently learned that Justin Edison went missing right before he was scheduled to appear in court,” Meg’s attorney, Alex Spiro, said in a statement to Rolling Stone. “ The L.A. District Attorney is currently looking into his disappearance and welcomes any information on his whereabouts.”
Tory Lanez is facing three felony charges, including assault with a firearm, concealing a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence in connection to the July 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion. He pleaded not guilty to all of the charges and faces more than 22 years in prison if convicted.
