Beyonce caught in the middle of a ANOTHER! choreography copy cat controversy.
Beyonce has recently released the video for her new
single "Countdown" and some viewers have noticed some startling similarities
between her video and moves from Belgian choreographer Anne Teresa De
Keersmaeker.
The above video, which I found courtesy of D-Listed,
shows Beyonce's video side by side with movies from De Keersmaeker. Now, perhaps
Beyonce had nothing to do with it, but it sure looks like somebody involved in
the "Countdown" video is familiar with De Keersmaeker's
work.
This is not the first time Beyonce has been accused of
borrowing from another source. After her May 2011 performance at the Billboard
Music Awards, people took notice that her performance looked suspiciously like a
performance by Italian pop star Lorella Cuccarini. Beyonce owned up then,
saying, "My makeup artist showed me the performance of Lorella Cuccarini a year
ago, and it inspired me so much." YEAH GURL TELL ME ANYTHING...LOL!!
So perhaps Beyonce was just inspired by De
Keersmaeker? OR LYING BECAUSE SHE WAS BUSTED? HMMMMM Take a look and you let me know!!!

Musiq Soulchild has released a video for his song Yes
which has been playing more on the radio recently. In this video, he gets
creative and dedicates the video to the fight against breast cancer. Musiq
Soulchild is now Ambassador for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Circle of Promise.
The movement is supposed to get black women all over
the world to be more involved in the fight against breast cancer. He
incorporates the movement into his video by showing that he will stand by his
woman as she fights against breast cancer herself.
In addition to this, the video actually features real
survivors of breast cancer who live in the Atlanta area.

I’m glad that Musiq Soulchild dedicated his video to such an important
cause. I guess he’s living up to his word when he stated in an interview that
his music would “challenge people to be more forward thinking than just talking
about sex”. Do you predict any other R&B singers to take this path?

Fast 5 movie star just dropped his vintage R&B sounding single "Stay".
In the video, Taraji is once again his on-screen love
who he constantly disappoints by putting his career before their relationship
and not paying as much attention to her as he should. But when he sees she's
ready to leave, he begs her to stay. And a fat canary diamond ring made an
appearance as well.
