Tiffany Haddish Took Her Shot With Leonardo DiCaprio. In a Hollywood Reporter cover story, Haddish describes their run-in and the "award" she offered him.
In Girl's Trip, Tiffany Haddish's character, Dina, offers up a prayer. A plea to God, if you will, saying, "We’re going to get messed up and let me get pregnant by somebody rich, that’s all I ask. Amen. That’s all I ask, Lord." Arguably, half of prayer is asking and half is making moves when an opportunity is presented in front of you. Haddish may not be Dina in real life, but if God were listening, he delivered on her plea. And according to a new interview in The Hollywood Reporter, Haddish took her shot.
In a tell-all interview that covers who bit Beyoncé (it was Sanaa Lathan) and whether Roseanne is low-key racist (she is), Haddish hopped into a moment she had with DiCaprio at a party a few months ago:
"I met him at a party two, three months ago, and I asked him if he'd let me hit that," she told the magazine. "He's like, 'Tiffany, you're so funny.' I'm like, 'I'm serious.' And then he goes, 'I mean, I'd do it, but …' I was like, 'Come on, wasn't you in a squad? The coochie squad or something?'"
Classic Coochie Party call out. What Hadish is referencing is the "Pussy Posse," which was a name given to the trio of DiCaprio, Kevin Connolly, and Tobey Maguire. (That's a pretty wild name—and trio—for 2018, but the early aughts were like the Wild West of Hollywood, and by that I mean people wore a lot of denim.)
She goes onto say that her only stipulation is that she wanted him to approach the whole tryst as his character from What's Eating Gilbert Grape. Because there's no safe way to describe this in words, here's a clip of his performance.
DiCaprio was nominated for an Academy Award but didn't win, so Haddish wanted to offer him a real award—and by real award, she means her body.
"He starts goin' into how he got into the role, how he worked with these kids and all this stuff, and I'm just listenin' and listenin', like, 'Mmm-hmm, mmm-hmm,'" Haddish continued. "I finally go, 'All that's good, I just need to know, When's this gonna happen?'"
While the approach itself may not have been successful, take it from Tiffany Haddish: When an opportunity presents itself, throw yourself at it (with consent).

Following Pusha-T, Nas is next in line to release his album.
Ahead of its Friday arrival, Kanye has tweeted the tracklisting for the hip-hop legend’s long-awaited 12th studio album. The 7-track set, for which the titles are scrawled on a whiteboard, opens with “Everything” and includes songs like “Bonjour,” “Not for Radio,” “Adam and Eve,” and “Cops,” closing with “I Can Explain.”
During an interview with Angie Martinez last month, Pusha-T opened up about Nas’ first album in six years, which was executive produced by Kanye.
“Nas sounds like 2028 Nas,” said the G.O.O.D. Music president. “With Nas particularly, ‘Ye is such a fan that he can pull all the greatest moments in seven songs, and update that energy. He knows how to harness that energy, update that energy beat-wise, and Nas just gets to be him.”
Just like Daytona, ye, and Kids See Ghosts, Nas’ album was recorded in Wyoming. “I feel like im 18 year old again when I make beats for Nas,” Kanye tweeted.
The album marks the follow-up to 2012’s Life Is Good, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 149,000 copies in its first week.
Ariana Grande Reveals her BIG ROCK $100,000 Engagement Ring From Pete Davidson

As previously reported, the “SNL” cast member proposed to Ariana Grande after a few weeks of dating. According to TMZ, Davidson paid $93,000 for the custom engagement ring, which he purchased last month.
The VVS1 clarity 3.03 carat diamond is set in platinum and was created by New York jeweler Greg Yuna, also known as Mr. Flawless. It reportedly took nearly two weeks to complete.
Fas have noticed that the “No Tears Left to Cry” singer has been rocking the ring as far back as June 2, when she performed at KIIS FM’s Wango Tango. She was also seen wearing it at Kanye West and Kid Cudi’s Kids See Ghosts listening party last week.

Kim Kardashian & Alice Marie Johnson Finally Meet In Memphis
Kim Kardashian West and Alice Marie Johnson have finally met. On Wednesday, Kim trekked to Memphis to meet Johnson for the very first time after months of letters and phone calls.
Kim and her attorney, Shawn Holley took a private plane from L.A. to Memphis to meet Johnson and her family.
Camera’s caught Kardashian as she made her way up to the Johnson residence. Once inside the two embraced and sources say it was quite an emotional gathering.
According to reports they talked about Kim and Shawn’s efforts that eventually got Alice out of prison.
Kim also posted a video on Snapchat of she and Johnson.
As previously reported — the Selfish author, 37, has advocated on 63-year-old Johnson’s behalf for several months and even met with President Donald Trump on May 30 to ask the commander in chief, 71, to assist in the case. Shortly after the meeting, Trump agreed to commute Johnson’s life sentence for a nonviolent drug offense.
Although Kardashian’s trip to Memphis on Wednesday will mark her first in-person meeting with the great-grandmother, the reality star was the one to notify Johnson of her commutation.
“When Kim told me that I was being released, I started jumping and screaming and crying, and everyone else was crying,” Johnson said during her Thursday, June 7, appearance on Good Morning America. “It was wonderful. I’m so glad that she was the one who was able to deliver the news to me. It was a perfect ending.”
Mariah Carey Takes Helicopter To Six Flags to ride Goliath before the Park Closes
We all know Mariah Carey loves amusement parks. So it’s no surprise the legendary songstress decided to go to Six Flags on a whim over the weekend just to ride Goliath.
Last Friday Carey and dem babies was seen entering the park via helicopter just an hour before the park was closing.
According to staffers, Carey chartered the chopper so she could get to the park swiftly before they closed at 8pm. Once on the grounds she made her way to Goliath, which apparently is her favorite.
Folks in line were told they had to wait while Carey and crew rode by themselves. Mariah and daughter Monroe rode in the front, while her son Morocan rode with boyfriend Bryan Tanaka.
Also in tow were her hairstylist Miles Jeffries, assistant and bodyguard who stood by the exit waiting for Carey while she enjoyed the roller coaster. After they exited, the group, we’re told, walked around the park and then made their way to a few more rides including Twisted Colossus.
It’s also worth mentioning that Carey was dressed pretty casual except for a pair of chunky black platform heels.

Paramount Pictures, Tyler Perry Studios and BET Films have release a first look image of Tiffany Haddish, Tika Sumpter and Whoopi Goldberg in Tyler Perry’s upcoming project Nobody’s Fool. The film arrives in theaters on November 2.
Nobody’s Fool was originally titled The List and features Haddish as Tanya, a wild child who is trying to get back on her feet with the help of her buttoned-up, by the book sister Danica (Sumpter). As these polar opposites collide — with hilarious and sometimes disastrous results — Tanya discovers that Danica’s picture-perfect life — including her mysterious boyfriend — may not be what it seems.

Tyrese Set To Return as Roman Pearce in the Ninth ‘Fast & Furious’ Film.
Tyrese’s antics on social media (Dwayne Johnson beef) did not hinder his acting career. In fact the singer/ actor is set to return in ninth ‘Fast & Furious’ movie.
According to reports, Tyrese Gibson has signed with APA in all areas, The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard have exclusively learned.
The actor-singer plays Roman Pearce in the blockbuster Fast & Furious franchise, and will return for its next (ninth) installment. Gibson also was part of the first three films in the Transformers franchise.
Neil Patrick Harris apologizes to Rachel Bloom for Tony Awards diss
If you thought Robert De Niro and President Trump had the only Tony Awards-related scuffle this year, you obviously weren’t paying attention to Rachel Bloom and Neil Patrick Harris’ tweets.
A quick refresher for those who have no idea what’s going on: Bloom once again served as the Tonys’ backstage correspondent, speaking with stars before and after they took the stage on Sunday, usually right before a commercial break.
And while most viewers were amused by Bloom’s enthusiastic antics, NPH was riding a slightly different train of thought:
“Who is the woman in the top hat backstage at @TheTonyAwards? [My son] Gideon remarked that she says ‘like’ and ‘oh my god’ a lot. I’m confused…,” NPH tweeted.
Then Bloom replied, “I’m a big fan of yours. We’ve met numerous times and my husband, Dan Gregot, wrote for ‘How I Met Your Mother’ for 5 years. Notably, he wrote the episode where your character finally meets his father.”
As a follow-up to Bloom’s response, NPH tweeted back, “Indeed! Well said. Thanks for the reminder. How was backstage?”
It wasn’t technically an apology. And contrary to what many on Twitter assumed, it also wasn’t part of an elaborate bit.
“It wasn’t a joke,” Bloom says in a new interview with GQ, saying that she was “kind of devastated” by NPH’s tweets and that she almost responded by saying, “This makes me sad.” After all, in addition to Bloom’s husband having written for “How I Met Your Mother” — she even has a framed picture of her husband with NPH after he wrote a pivotal episode in which Barney meets his father — the two recently spent 15 minutes together backstage at a Broadway show.
“It was just bizarre to me that it wouldn’t ring a bell,” she says. “And also, that he wouldn’t Google it.”
But beyond being forgotten, Bloom finds the tweet troubling because — frankly — it just wasn’t funny. Allow her to explain:
Look, he’s not a writer, so his version of a Twitter joke is to just kind of… live-comment to Twitter followers with kind of random, unformed thoughts. And fame does that to you—where you think every kind of random, unformed thought is a gem, because you get 10,000 likes from it. He has, like, 27 million Twitter followers. And that makes me scared about fame in general. The yes-men. Even if what you’re saying is, I don’t know, kind of weird or unoriginal, you’re still getting a lot of approval and dopamine surges for saying it. And I really, really hope that I can surround myself with people who will call me out on my s–t, so that — even if I ever were to have 27 million Twitter followers — I would be just kind of … a person first, and a famous person second.
Still, Bloom knows the whole ordeal could have been much worse.
“He didn’t say I was terrible,” she admits. “It was just kind of a random thing. But if he wants to be gracious, he has 27 million Twitter followers. He could check out an episode of the musical TV show ‘Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’ — which is, right now, the only musical show on television — and tell his 27 million Twitter followers to check it out. I wouldn’t hate that!”
Shortly after Bloom’s interview was published, NPH issued a formal apology on Twitter: “Sincere apologizes to @Racheldoesstuff for my Tony tweet. I failed to research her before pressing ‘send’, and what I thought was a funny comment in our living room must have been far from funny to read, backstage, mid show. As a performer and a parent, I should have know better.”
Bloom responded, “Hi, thank you for this! Apology accepted.”
Angelina Jolie at risk of losing primary custody of kids
Angelina Jolie is at risk of losing primary physical custody of her kids with Brad Pitt if she doesn’t take steps to improve their relationship with their father.
A judge in the couple’s ongoing divorce case said the six children “not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them,” adding that “it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother,” according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
The judge also ordered the “Maleficent” actress to provide her kids with cellphones that Pitt can call whenever he’d like without Jolie monitoring. She’s also not allowed to read their text messages with their father.
The court also laid out a summer schedule for each of the children except Maddox, who is old enough to decide how much time he wants to spend with Pitt, the documents read.
Pitt will have custody from June 8 to June 17 for four hours per day while he stays in London, where Jolie is renting a house. Pitt has to designate one or two of the minor children to spend time with at a time. The “Ocean’s 13” star also has to spend time with each child at least twice during this 10-day period.
Jolie is barred from being present during or interfering with Pitt’s custodial time, the documents said.
Pitt will also have custody of his kids from July 8 through July 14, when a doctor will be required to be present and will meet with the kids before and after each two-day period. Pitt was once accused of child abuse but was ultimately cleared.
From July 21 through July 29, Pitt will resume custody of the kids when he’s back in California.
“If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt],” the documents read.
“This misleading leak is not in the best interests of the children,” a spokesperson for Angelina Jolie said in a statement. “From the start, Angelina has been focused only on their health and needs, which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately. It’s deplorable that someone, for their own selfish reasons, leaked selective portions of the confidential and sealed court record to create an inaccurate and unfair picture of what is really happening.”
RHOP’s Ashley Darby Speaks Out On Nasty Spat with Husband Michael: ‘It Was Brutal For Me to Watch,’ Plus What She Regrets Not Saying
Marital discord among the housewives is certainly nothing new. And spats between spouses generally take a backseat to the drama among the women, but a particularly nasty argument between Real Housewives of Potomac star, Ashley Darby and her husband, Michael Darby, during last Sunday’s episode has gotten plenty of attention due to a low blow comment Michael made to Ashley.
In a new interview, Ashley opens up about how it felt to watch the episode and where her marriage stands today.
In case you missed it, what began as a fun date night for The Darbys quickly took a dark turn, when Ashley broached the subject of starting a family.
Now, granted that’s a pretty heavy topic for date night, but it didn’t come out of left field. Just days before, while the couple was on a double date with Ashley’s co-star, Monique Samuels, and her husband, Chris, Michael had surprised everyone when he announced that he was becoming “more and more ready” for children.
However, when Ashley casually brought up the subject again, Michael not only appeared to do a full 180 on his earlier stance, he delivered what she called “the worst dig he’s ever thrown,” when he told her that he’s hesitant to have kids with her because he fears ‘she might look after his kids, the same way Ashley’s mother had looked after her.’
It was a low blow, for sure, not to mention unnecessarily disrespectful, and, Ashley told Bravo TV she was left absolutely stunned.
“I felt like a hockey puck had flown off the ice and hit me in the face. At first I didn’t think I’d heard him properly, but then when he repeated it, I felt my heart start to beat rapidly. Like, come again?” she said of her initial reaction.
She added that watching the episode was “brutal,” mainly because, at the time, she didn’t defend her mother, Sheila Matthew.
“It is brutal for me to watch now. Being transported back to that evening is very difficult for me, mainly because I am surprised by my own reaction. I didn’t recall what I’d said and expected myself to say something quite different than what actually came out of my mouth,” she explained. “While I understand now that Michael was projecting his feelings about my family onto me, in the moment, I was focused on trying to hear my partner’s needs. I did so at the expense of my mom—I should have defended her and asserted what a great mother she was/is to me.”
Ashley also said that the argument took place shortly after the couple had reunited following a brief separation, and that it was a “fragile” time in her marriage, when emotions were running high, and that they both now regret it.
“We both had tunnel vision at the time, which clouded what a wonderful woman Sheila is. It wasn’t fair on her. I feel very bad, as does Michael. We were both caught up in the immediacy of everything going on around us, causing us to lose sight of how important love and acceptance is,” she continued.
Ashley also touched on Karen Huger’s decision to invite Kyndall Douglas, the ex-wife of Gizelle Bryant’s ex-boyfriend Sherman Douglas, to her gala. According to Ashley, it was a calculated move by Karen to get back at Gizelle!
“It was quite interesting timing that Karen invited her to an event with us for the first time that night, when I’ve known these ladies for a few years now,” said Ashley. “Naturally, it’s grade A shade for Karen to have invited Kyndall knowing she is the ex-wife of Gizelle’s boyfriend. I think the ‘press’ conference left a bad taste in Karen’s mouth, and she took the most necessary action to get it out!”

AT&T-Time Warner Merger Gets The Green Light From Federal Court
Telecom giant AT&T will be allowed to move forward with the merger it negotiated with Time Warner, a federal judge ruled Tuesday in a long-awaited decision expected to have major implications for future mergers and how consumers navigate the media landscape.
In the lawsuit brought forward by the Department of Justice, Judge Richard Leon sided against the government’s claims that the $85.4-billion deal between the two companies would violate antitrust laws and unfairly lead to higher prices for consumers.
AT&T says it plans to move forward with the deal in less than a week, leaving a small window of time for the justice department to file an appeal.
Analysts say the judge’s go-ahead will likely rewrite the rules on how courts apply antitrust laws, paving the way for a number of other potential sales involving names like Comcast, Disney, 21st Century Fox and several other content creation and distribution companies.
AT&T, a content distributor, first announced a deal in October 2016 that would let it acquire Time Warner, a content creator that counts HBO, Warner Bros. and cable network giant Turner Broadcasting among its biggest assets.
AT&T has argued that a merger consolidating control over both sides of content operations would enable it to collect valuable customer data, which it could then use to sell high-priced targeted advertising. With that added revenue, it could eventually lower the cost of its subscription services, the company argues.
But government regulators, who brought forth the lawsuit last November, alleged the merger would result in higher prices across the industry. For instance, AT&T could charge other content providers (including Verizon, which owns HuffPost’s parent company, Oath) artificially high prices to air the cable channels it acquired through Time Warner. Those other providers would have to pass that cost onto their customers and risk losing them to AT&T, regulators argued.
“We are disappointed with the Court’s decision today,” Assistant Attorney General Makan Delrahim said in a statement. “We continue to believe the pay-TV market will be less competitive and less innovative as a result of the proposed merger between AT&T and Time Warner. We will closely review the Court’s opinion and consider next steps in light of our commitment to preserving competition for the benefit of American consumers.”
President Donald Trump also once weighed in on the deal, commenting that an AT&T victory would put too much power “in the hands of too few” ― but many speculated that his aversion to the merger had more to do with his issues with CNN than anything else (Turner Broadcasting is CNN’s parent company).
Other companies considering acquisitions have been eyeing the case as a bellwether on whether their mergers would go unchallenged. Other acquisitions on the table include Disney’s offer to buy 21st Century Fox, drug store CVS’s bid for Aetna and T-Mobile’s potential merger with Sprint.
