Whip your hair over to the left Willow Smith....because Hov & 'em have two new super rich kids of a super famous parent on his Roc Nation management roster. They're iconic Hollywood director/producer Steven Spielberg's kids, Sasha (23) & Theo (25).
Now, before you ask when Mr. Spielberg popped up with a black son, here's the deal: Steven's second & current wife, Kate Capshaw, adopted Theo before she married Steven. She also had a daughter from her previous marriage. Steven later adopted Theo as his own. So, with Steven's one child with his first wife and his many kids (both biological and adoptive) with his current (this includes Sasha), there are 7 children total in the Spielberg-Capshaw clan.
Theo and Sasha arent just siblings, they're a musical duo who goes by the name of Wardell. And their website reflects their new Roc Nation management as they've just released their first EP called Brother/Sister.
Theo also has some sharp DJ chops (wonder if he's cool with fellow super rich kid DJ Connor Cruise?) and Sasha dabbles in television creation like daddy.
She and Rashida Jones, daughter of Quincy Jones, just sold a tv show pilot called "Girls Without Boys" to ABC. But Sasha told THR that music is still her passion and she'll find a way to balance both.
Ahhh, the sweet smell of Hollywood nepotism. Can't live with it. Can't live without it.

Not on stage, but more like an informant who sings like a canary faced with jail time. confessed to The Sun that she got pregnant in the 1980s by “X-Factor” judge Simon Cowell, but had an abortion because he apparently wasn’t ready to be a parent and neither was she. She defends the decision saying, “It was a long time ago, we were both young.”
When she learned her ex-boyfriend Simon Cowell was having a baby with her friend Laura Silverman, she was disappointed and hurt.

R&B divas Jennifer Hudson and Alicia Keys hit the Big Apple Wednesday night for the premiere of their latest movie, The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete. Keys and Hudson arrived at The Cinema Society and Tommy Hilfiger screening of The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete, which was held at the Tribeca Grand Screening Room during the New York Film Festival.
Keys, who just happens to be the film’s producer, arrived looking ultra chic in a black-and-white outfit, while Jennifer Hudson opted for a more ’90s-inspired sheer top and skirt, completed with black patterned tights, biker boots and a wide brim hat.
The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete starring Jennifer Hudson, Jordin Sparks and Anthony Mackie is a coming-of-age tale about two inner-city boys who are blindsided when the authorities come for their drug-addicted mothers, leaving them both to fend for themselves on the tough streets of New York City.
The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete will hit theaters Oct. 11.
Ratings drop! ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ facing cancellation?
Sunday, Sep. 27th’s episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reached an all-time low of only 1.7m viewers. In 2009, when Kim, 32, married ex-hubby Kris Humphries the show reached as high as 4.1m viewers since its debut in 2007.
So, did leaking Lamar Odom’s addiction to drugs backfire? You know the old saying: “Cut off your nose to spite your face.” The bad press has obviously taken a negative toll. Even the rumors of Bruce and Kris Jenner’s impending divorce – viewers are over it. The storylines are getting stale fast.
Only North “Nori” West can save them. E Network is committed to the series until 2015, but with an early out option.
Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott are flat broke & on the rocks again
Star magazine truly has a bone to pick with Tori Spelling. She’s shown herself as willing to engage them in battle, and I guess they’re desperate enough to pick another fight with her. In February, the tabloid published a huge cover tale about Tori and Dean’s $300 million divorce, which Tori immediately denied. Then Tori wrote a letter on her own website about how her kids cried in the supermarket checkout line after seeing the “divorce” announcement in a screaming headline. Two weeks later, Star doubled down with yet another split story, which Tori chose to ignore.
Now Star is messing with Tori again. They’ve based their newest story on the fact that she and Dean took a roadtrip with their kids to Canada instead of flying. The family was set to film a new HGTV cabin-renovation show there for three months, so it makes some sense that they’d drive up. Then they could have their own car and take more stuff than a suitcase apiece. Plus, I can see why it would be a pain to fly with four kids in tow. Maybe the car odyssey was part of the show. Maybe they just wanted to drive, you know?
For Star, Tori and Dean driving in their car to Canada means major trouble is on the financial horizon. I’ve omitted some of this three-page story, but the gist is that Tori and Dean are completely flat broke and (of course) totally on the rocks:
“Tori and Dean are going broke,” a close family insider tells Star. “They can’t keep up with the cost of living their famous Hollywood life, and it’s taking a huge emotional toll on them.”
While publicly, the couple grin and bear the homespun nature of their family life, behind closed doors, Tori, 40, and Dean, 46, agonize over how they’re going to raise their four kids. Uprooting their busy lives for the upcoming reality show, Tori & Dean: Cabin Fever, for example, was huge strain on the family. “And the sad thing is, they barely got any money for doing that show,” the insider explains, “But they have to take any opportunity that comes their way, because they are so desperate for money.”
“Tori didn’t get her fair share of her father’s wealth,” the insider says. “She struggled a lot financially but did manage to make ends meet from doing reality shows with Dean.” But as their family size increased [they have four children], so did their expenses, and Tori was forced to come up with creative ways to bring in more money: She wrote six books, launched a jewelry line with HSN, opened a furniture store and, most recently, started a children’s clothing line. “The money from Tori’s random business vantures helped to keep them afloat,” the source says. “But it wasn’t enough to maintain their lifestyle.”
Dean, meanwhile, has happily remained a stay-at-home dad throughout most of their marriage. But in recent years, the couple’s financial situation has become so dire, Dean is trying to contribute more. “He’s now trying to build a new career as a chef to provide for their family,” the friend say. “But he hasn’t come far enough to achieve any stability.”
As for Tori, “She is desperate and at a loss as to what to do,” the pal adds. “It’s not like she can just get a normal job, because she’s a celebrity.” She recently signed on to star in (and produce) a sitcom pilot for ABC Family. If the show gets picked up, it would represent the only steady income she’s seen in years. But the odds are stacked against her. According to The Hollywood Reporter, “In TV, something like 92 percent of all shows fail.”

The article goes on to say that Tori and Dean lost $800,000 on real estate sales over the past five years. Their kids are approaching school age and will need (?) private schooling, and Dean pays child support to his ex. The family is living modestly now but still barely scraping by, and Candy Spelling refuses to extend them a loan: “Candy doesn’t want to hear about her children’s money issues. It embarrasses her.” It’s true that Tori only received $800,000 of her father’s fortune, but she’s been making money all along. She’s a pretty shrewd businesswoman. I think Star just hates her.

REVOLT TV's Sean "Diddy Combs made a special appearance at National Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge at The Times Center in New York City.
The "Challenge" was created by The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), an organization that empowers teens through entrepreneurship education. At the event, the four finalists, Juny Nguyen, Jesus Fernandez, Dagim Girma and Toheeb Okenla (shown atop) received a coaching session from Diddy.
Jesus Fernandez and Toheeb Okenia, from South Holland, IL beat out 38 teen competitors with their business plan for T&J Soccer which centers on a manufacturing/retail business that sells soccer socks with pockets sewn into them for inserts that protect players' shins during soccer games.
Diddy gifted the NFTE with a check for $250,000 in support of their good works. He tweeted, I'm here w/ @NFTE supporting our young entrepreneurs of tomorrow!! It's an honor!! #trepsTo whom much is given much is expected ! Thank God 4 Hip Hop ! #GiveBack

Jermaine Dupri Managing Mariah Carey CONFIRMED!!
Mariah Carey has reportedly hired Jermaine Dupri to be her manager after firing her former manager of 20 years.
The So So Def CEO took a moment to visit the A3C Hip Hop Festival to share his thoughts on the impact of technology on the music industry. While sharing his insight into the music industry, and the fact that he and Mariah were currently working in the studio, Dupri released the news that he will now be managing Mariah Carey.
The duo have been working together professionally since 1994. Together they have written and produced hits such as “Always Be My Baby”, “We Belong Together” and “Shake It Off”. Although this looks great on paper, many fans worry that he may not have what it takes to guide Mariah to the top spot.

Singer LeToya Luckett wants to make one thing clear, she’s not interested in these reality TV tea rumors. This week, reports hit with the official cast of the VH1 spin-off show, Love & Hip Hop Houston. Apparently, and we’ve missed this one, Luckett, who is expanding her TV presence, was a rumored member of the cast. The 32-year-old Houston native responded to the rumors directly, writing:

There’s clearly some beef between actresses Lisa Raye and Charity Graham. Apparently, after the season wrapped, Charity sent a note on Instagram thanking the cast, but omitted Lisa Raye’s name from the list. With the photo below, Charity wrote:

Hate It Or Love It?: African American Dolls Being Made With Natural Hair
Barbies are definitely changing it up!
When was the last time you seen a barbie doll that resembled what an African American woman actually looks like and was pretty?
Yeah…not in a long time, well that’s all about to change! California-based founder of Natural Girls United, Karen Byrd, started the project of customizing dolls’ hair after seeing a need for reflective images in kids toys for African American children.
Karen talked to Hair Style Blazer and said,
“There have been quite a few studies done that show that African American boys and girls often think of black dolls as bad and white dolls as good,” Byrd says on her website. “Of course, this is not something that the parent is teaching their child. So why are they getting these mixed messages about good and bad skin color, or good and bad hair? It all has to do with the images they see as they grow up.”
Wow thats scary to think that kids have a negative perspective against black dolls. On her site she offers already made and custom designed black dolls of varied shades of brown with different hair textures. There’s the Brown Sister Locs Doll, Short Afro Doll, Burgundy TWA Doll and more. For the boys, there’s a dreadlock’d male doll as well.
We are happy that our little black boys and girls will be able to play with dolls that look like them, so they won’t have a negative attitude about being darker skinned. Now our kids won’t be confused about why their barbie doesn’t have hair like them.
