(via AJC) Cynthia Bailey‘s relationship with Peter Thomas is all but kaput. And “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” couple has already put their Glenwood Park townhome up for sale
Bailey recently said she plans to divorce her husband of seven years. The 10-year-old, three-story townhome is available for an asking price of $699,000. It’s 4,500 square feet with four bedrooms. The listing came up on Zillow July 14.

Angie Stone Announces New Album ‘Covered In Soul,’ Drops First Single “I Believe”
Grammy nominated R&B singer Angie Stone has announced the upcoming release of a brand new album entitled, Covered In Soul.
Releasing under Cleopatra Records, the LP is a collection of twelve cover songs of ’70s classics and other favorites masterfully and soulfully re-interpreted by the critically acclaimed songstress.
The album will be released in physical and digital formats on August 5.
Along with the announcement, Stone has shared the lead single, “I Believe,” which is a cover of Stevie Wonder’s 1972 classic, “I Believe (When I Fall in Love It Will Be Forever).”

New Hip Hop Music: Gucci Mane – ‘Waybach’
Gucci Mane is going way back in his Maybach on “Waybach.”
Hot off the release of his “No Sleep” video, Guwop rolls out another Everybody Looking slapper that’s all about his whip.
“Riding in the back,” rhymes LaFlare. “With the seat way back / This white on white Maybach / I call it Waybach.”
The track is rooted in some truth. Back in May, when Gucci was released from prison, his girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir presented him with a brand new white on white Maybach.

Ludacris Accused of Child Abuse, is being Investigated By Child Services!
According to our friends at theJasmineBRAND.com Ludacris (real name Christopher Bridges) was investigated by the Department of Family and Children Services over a child abuse complaint filed against him and the 38-year-old rapper/actor is accusing his baby mama of filing a false report due to her bitterness stemming from him being awarded primary custody. He has headed to court demanding she be found in contempt of court and sanctioned for her actions.
Here’s the backstory: Back in 2015, Ludacris was awarded primary custody of his daughter with baby mama Tamika Fuller. The two battled it out in court for months accusing each other of being the less fit parent. Fuller even claimed during the battle that the rapper wanted her to get an abortion and tried throwing 10K at her to get rid of the child.
However, the judge reviewed a report by an independent expert who had determined Ludacris was the more fit parent. The order also gave Ludacris full legal custody, giving him the only say when it comes to making important life decisions for their child. Tamika appealed the custody decision and recently the Appeal court came back and denied her petition to overturn the original judgement.
Here’s the latest: Then on July 6th, Ludacris headed to court and filed an application for contempt and request for a restraining order and sanctions against Tamika. The rapper explains since the judge came back with his order in early 2015, Tamika has attempted to ignore the order and usurp his custodial rights by making decisions for their minor child, which she has no authority to do. He says he has tried to work out the issues but Tamika refused to follow the court order.
Ludacris points out that Tamika continuously drops off their child at daycare on Fridays – when he decided to have private tutoring for their child on Fridays. He claims that she keeps disregarding the doctor he choose and going to other physicians and violating the order by taking unscheduled and unannounced visitation time at the daycare even when asked by the staff not to come. Luda says that she has leaked private emails to the media for her own publicity and to portray Ludacris in a false, negative light and even choose to start a GoFundMe account in an attempt to profit off their child, which was against the court order.
He accuses his baby mama of sending pictures of their kid to gossip sites and even penned an ‘essay’ which was rife with false criticisms of the court and Luda.
The last straw came when Luda says Tamika contacted the Department of Family and Children Services and filed a false report against him based on their kid having a common rash. He says she was informed by Luda that a doctor had already seen the rash and she was prescribed an ointment.
Luda claims that on May 19th 2016, the department contacted him and said pursuant to department protocol, his parenting time with his kid was suspended. He says his baby mama must be stopped from filing false and malicious reports of child abuse.
He is demanding the court order Tamika to follow the original order, find her in contempt of court and sanctioned for her actions along with order her to pay attorney fees and litigation expenses.

LeToya Luckett’s Ex-Fiancé Reveals Why They Broke Up
The former couple called it quits just months after getting engaged.
Singer and actress LeToya Luckett and her former fiancé, Rob Hill Sr., decided to call of their wedding off and are no longer a couple.
While many wondered what the reason could be, the relationship expert and published author joined Quicksilva and Lil Mo to break down why he and Luckett didn’t make it to their wedding day.
“We have a beautiful relationship,” he said. “We’re not getting married at this point because we understand each other as friends, the right way. There are certain things she needs to do for herself, and there are certain things I need to do.”
Well that’s one way to explain the end of a relationship that was once supposed to hear church bells.
Perhaps Luckett will come out to further explain the reason for their split in the near future.
Gary Marshall Passes Away at 81
His impact on Hollywood cannot be overstated and sadly Garry Marshall died of complications from pneumonia on Tuesday (July 19).
The 81-year-old actor/director/writer/producer was best known for creating “Happy Days” and developing “The Odd Couple” for television as well as directing “Young Doctors in Love,” “Pretty Woman,” “Exit to Eden,” “Runaway Bride,” “The Princess Diaries” and most recently “Mother’s Day.”

The Game blessed a mother in need with $1,000 worth of groceries as part of his “Yo Mama My Mama” campaign.
He took to Instagram yesterday to announce the campaign, telling his followers that in partnership with actress, Zulay Henao, and Partners In Kynd, he came up with it “to accept the same responsibilities for your mothers as we would our own.”
He documented his shopping spree with divorced mother of eight, Yvette Hicks – who was recommended by her daughter, Eunice – with photos shot throughout the store.
“So in the midst of all the negativity & tragedy the world has witnessed over the past 10 days… I wake up on a mission to try to spread as much positivity as possible in hopes of shifting the negativity & creating a more peaceful vibe amongst us all,” wrote Game.
“This ain’t the 1st mama & it definitely ain’t the last. I got yo mama, if you got mine!!!” he added.
