The mess of it all!
There's also a tonne of relationship drama! Ashely and her grandpa of a husband are still working things out and her mama is making everything a little more difficult. This season will be epic!
The mess has been taken up a couple notches this season with almost everyone cussing someone out. I have no idea who is even friends at this point and Monique wants to choke Karen with her umbrella. #EMPIRE: Demi Moore playing a mysterious nurse on Empire season 4
Demi Moore has won millions of hearts with her roles in Hollywood hits like ‘Ghost’ and ‘Disclosure.’She has since joined her daughter Rumer Willis on the 4th season of ‘Empire.’
She plays the role of Nurse Claudia, a creepy nurse who helps Luscious with his recovery after the near-fatal explosion in last season’s finale.
The actress was offered a role in the early season, but she turned down the offer thinking that it wasn’t the right time personally, schedule-wise.
However, when her daughter Rumer was promoted to series regular for her role as singer Tory Ash, she loved the idea of being a part of the show.
Moore will be appearing in total eight episodes and says that she is so much excited to work on the same project her daughter is doing.
It’s not clear whether Claudia is playing a villainous or a positive role.
For now, she is seen as a caretaker of a man of color and is more invested in maintaining his innocence and keeping him pure in heart.
Moore may end up being one of this season’s villains.

Remy Ma drops a new “Flow.” Following her singles “Melanin Magic” and “Wake Me Up,” the Bronx rapper unleashes a scathing freestyle for Spotify’s RapCaviar video series.
Performing inside of a studio, Reminisce aims a few bars at unnamed foes. “We got these hoes talkin’ that gangsta shit like they really a gangsta bitch,” she raps. “In real life, you really ass, you know who to try to get gangsta with.”

#BOXOFFICENEWS: A Wrinkle in Time Came in second Place the Box office with an estimated $33.3 million! #AWIT
Disney's A Wrinkle in Time landed in second with an estimated $33.3 million over its opening weekend. The result is just below the $35 million the studio was expecting. Reasoning for the film's lackluster debut will most likely focus on Black Panther's continued dominance within the marketplace as well as the mixed reviews the film received heading into the weekend. Time will tell how well Wrinkle will be able to hold on over the coming weekends. I’m hoping it will still be a winner in the long run.
Internationally, A Wrinkle in Time debuted with $6.3 million in approximately 14% of the international marketplace. Leading the way was Russia with $4.1 million followed by Spain with $1 million. The film will debut in France this coming Wednesday followed by a release in the UK on March 23 with openings in Italy, Australia, Brazil and Mexico at the end of the month.

There are some Social Media Beefs Over Over Bruno Mars Cultural Appropriation Debate!
Bruno Mars is at the center of a cultural appropriation debate. The singer’s name has been trending on social media after a video began circulating, in which the host argues that Mars is “100 percent a cultural appropriator” who “plays up his racial ambiguity to…cross genres.”
She goes on to claim that Mars is a “karaoke singer” who recreates “pre-existing work” without improving upon the original. “We want our black culture from non-black bodies,” she adds. “And Bruno Mars is like, ‘I’ll give it to you.'”
At least one version of the clip has garnered more than 421,000 views on Twitter, while the original video from The Grapevine has earned 27,000 views on YouTube.
The widespread criticism resulted in a debate about race, colorism, and appropriation, with some agreeing with the writer’s declaration, and many fighting back. “Bruno Mars is literally the LEAST problematic musician out here and y’all want to bash him for making Bops that everyone and their grandma can dance to?” asked one Twitter user. “I mean all that energy can be used for calling out ACTUAL culture vultures.”
Another added: “Y’all are just trying to find reasons to hate Bruno Mars.. if he’s not your cup of tea then he’s not your cup of tea but to say that he isn’t talented and appropriates black culture to validate your argument is wack.. just say you don’t like him and move on.”
The Hawaiian-born Mars has been open about his race in the past. His mother’s heritage can be traced back to the Philippines and Spain, while his father is Puerto Rican and Jewish. “There are a lot of people who have this mixed background that are in this gray zone,” he explained during an interview with Latina in 2017. “A lot of people think, ‘This is awesome. You’re in this gray zone, so you can pass for whatever the hell you want.’ But it’s not like that at all. It’s actually the exact opposite. What we’re trying to do is educate people to know what that feels like so they’ll never make someone feel like that ever again. Which is a hard thing to do. Because no one can see what we see and no one can grow up with what we grew up with. I hope people of color can look at me, and they know that everything they’re going through, I went through. I promise you.”
During that same interview, Bruno opened up about his respect for “black music.” “When you say ‘black music,’ understand that you are talking about rock, jazz, R&B, reggae, funk, doo-wop, hip-hop, and Motown,” he said at the time. “Black people created it all. Being Puerto Rican, even salsa music stems back to the Motherland [Africa]. So, in my world, black music means everything. It’s what gives America its swag.”
“I’m a child raised in the ’90s. Pop music was heavily rooted in R&B from Whitney, Diddy, Dr. Dre, Boyz II Men, Aaliyah, TLC, Babyface, New Edition, Michael, and so much more,” he added. “I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for these artists who inspired me. They have brought me so much joy and created the soundtrack to my life filled with memories that I’ll never forget.”

She’s continues to keep winning. On International Women’s Day, Rihanna reached a new milestone, becoming the first woman ever to cross the 2 billion worldwide streams plateau on Apple Music.
As previously reported, Bad Gal is also the most-streamed woman on the platform, beating out Taylor Swift and Beyoncé, who nabbed the second and third place slots, respectively.
The pop queen’s impressive discography has helped her reach this major milestone. Some of her top songs on Apple Music include DJ Khaled’s “Wild Thoughts,” Kendrick Lamar’s “LOYALTY.,” Drake’s “Too Good,” and her own singles “Sex With Me,” “Needed Me,” and “Work” featuring Drake.
Rihanna has earned major rewards for her work, even outside of the Apple Music distinctions. Lucasfilm’s Partners With Denny’s, Esurance, Nissan & More For ‘Solo’
Lucasfilm is teaming up with iconic brands—Denny’s, ESurance, General Mills, Nissan, Symantec and SOLO Cup—to promote the release of it’s highly anticipated film, Solo: A Star Wars Story.
As previously reported, the movie features Alden Ehrenreich as Captain Hans Solo and Atlanta star Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, a scoundrel on the rise in the galaxy’s underworld long before he got involved with Solo, Princess Leia and Darth Vader.

Juelz Santana Ran From Newark Airport After TSA Found His Gun
Juelz Santana reportedly ran a 50 yard dash in Newark Liberty International Airport on Friday when TSA agents found a gun on him.
NBC New York reports: Santana, whose real name is LaRon Louis James, was going through the screening at Terminal C about 6 p.m. when sources said agents discovered the firearm.
Sources said that once the “Love and Hip-Hop: New York” star was detected by authorities, he took off running and may have gotten in a taxi.
Port Authority Police Department detectives are currently looking for the Harlem-born performer, according to sources.
Kimora Lee Simmons had a Death Threat Written On a Bathroom Stall
OMG! Police were alerted on Saturday when someone threatened to kill Kimora Lee Simmons in a note written on the bathroom stall of a movie theater.
TMZ reports: Law enforcement sources tell us a 911 call came in Saturday afternoon from a Cinemark Theater in LA. The 911 caller told the cops they found a threat directed at Kimora that read “your going to die, bye bye, 3/10/18, today” scribbled inside a stall. It’s unclear who discovered the message and alerted the police.
Our sources tell us Kimora was at the theater at the time for an event. She’s been doing charity work with organizations in South Central LA that involve taking kids to see the film “Wrinkle in Time“. It’s unclear if she left the theater once the writing on the stall was discovered.

YES, There will be a ‘Black Panther’ Sequel…..When? No date given yet!
Marvel Studios has announced that the billion-dollar blockbuster Black Panther will get a sequel.
If Hollywood can make about 15 Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street movies — most of which were absolutely horrible but still made enough money to justify creating additional versions of the films — then of course they would do a follow up to a film that will probably gross over a billion dollars worldwide after the March 9-11 weekend.
Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige made it official when he was interviewed by “Entertainment Weekly.” Black Panther has become a cultural phenomenon that has shattered box office records and sits atop the list for a fourth consecutive week and, thus, will get a second film. But that’s as far as Feige will go as far as divulging any information.
“Nothing specific to reveal, other than to say we absolutely will do that,” Feige told EW. “One of the favorite pastimes at Marvel Studios is sitting around on a Part One and talking and dreaming about what we would do in a Part Two. There have been plenty of those conversations as we were putting together the first Black Panther. We have ideas and a pretty solid direction on where we want to head with the second one.”
No word yet on a potential release date, Feige said.
Black Panther disciples have calculated it would likely arrive in 2022, after a bunch of other Marvel films scheduled to premiere in the next four years. This bit of news comes as Black Panther has remarkably entered the Top 10 highest grossing films of all time, Box Office Mojo reports on Friday, Mar. 9 (And this total is for movies overall, not just Marvel or comic book-featured films).
With 1 Billion…YES you read that right has earned so far domestically, Ryan Coogler‘s film has landed in ninth place on the all-time list, and it also earns the title of the biggest domestic money maker from a Black director.
Also, amid fears of a Black-featured film playing well in the notoriously fickle movie audience in China, the Disney-Marvel Comic Universe film had grossed $9.87M, according to the China Box Office. That climbed to $18M by 7 p.m. At that point, Black Panther accounted for 57 percent of Friday’s gross revenues, ahead of big-budget patriotic documentary Amazing China, which came in second place with 19 percent.
'Black Ink: Chicago' Star Phor was ARRESTED!
"Black Ink: Chicago" star and rapper Phor Everim is in lock up in Indiana after getting arrested before hitting up a club last week.
While his Mercedes limo van rolled around Gary, there was reportedly tons of moke and loud music rolling out of the windows. Of course, this caught cops' attention. And they had questions.
According to the police report, the driver basically snitched about having a celebrity in the back. Cops had zero F's to give about that fact and arrested everybody, especially since said driver had no license or registration for the vehicle. TMZ reports:
The driver told the cop they were heading to a club in Gary, about 25 miles from Chicago, and said ... "Look bro, I have a celebrity in the back."
Unfortunately for Phor's crew, the cop didn't care, because the driver allegedly didn't have ID or registration for the vehicle and it stunk like weed ... so they were all taken into custody for weed-related offenses.
Phor explained that it could have been worse!
