#RHoA: PORSHA DID NOT GET FIRED FOR FIGHTING MARLO!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is still filming its 10th season and the drama is serious. From rumors of Kenya Moore getting fired to Phaedra Parks allegedly begging to return to the show, this might the craziest season yet. Now, another cast member is reportedly on the chopping block.
According to gossip LoveBScott.com, Porsha Williams got kicked off the show for almost getting into another physical altercation.
In the past, Porsha got physical with Kenya Mooore and Cynthia Bailey. Now, reports claim she nearly threw hands at Marlo Hampton while filming in Barcelona, the site reports, "Porsha and Marlo got into an argument and things escalated quickly when Porsha pointed an object in Marlo’s face. Marlo then snatched the object from Porsha, which prompted her to lunge in Marlo’s direction. Porsha didn’t touch Marlo, but security did break them up and Porsha had to be restrained before being escorted from the venue." Allegedly, Porsha was forced to leave Barcelona immediately.

It's no shade, but all the leaks and exclusive reports are a bit suspect. This sounds like the powers that be are trying to gear up anticipation for the return of Real Housewives of Atlanta rather than some real drama that actually went down. Has there ever been a season when Porsha doesn't fight someone or threatens to fight? Last season's premiere episode was at a ratings low. This season, it sounds like they want to break some records.

#EMPIRE: Terrence Howard Settles ‘Empire’ Commissions Battle With Ex-Managers, For Now!
On the same day Empire’s fourth season debuted, star Terrence Howard came to an agreement with his former talent management to end their legal dispute over unpaid and upcoming commissions from the Fox hit.
In paperwork put before L.A. Superior Court on September 27, Authentic Talent and Literary Management filed a “request for dismissal” for their more than a year old complaint against the Oscar nominee (read it here). However, having indicated back in August that a settlement was “reached in principle,” ATLM’s attorney Matthew Rosengart of Greenberg Traurig has given himself an out on the matter by making the dismissal “without prejudice” – aka, we reserve the right to re-file.
Having been cut loose by Howard in September 2014 after just over a year representing the actor, ATLM initially was seeking a court order against him and his loan-out company to enforce the payment of around $250,000 in commissions in their detail-rich August 2016 breach of contract complaint. After getting nothing from Howard after March 2016, Authentic also wanted to make sure in its filing that the agency saw more of the 10% it was to be owed over the seven-season contract the actor has with the very successful show created by Lee Daniels and Danny Strong. Empire debuted on January 7, 2015, and soon was snaring massive ratings for Fox.
Not that Howard was passing along his contractual obligated good fortune, claimed ATLM, which said it had to fight to keep the gig for the actor at one point.
“Plaintiff has made repeated efforts to obtain payment from Howard and has been quite patient with and respectful of him,” ATLM said last year against former client Howard. “Unfortunately, Plaintiff s patience and respect has been unrequited. Accordingly, Plaintiff has been forced to bring this action for substantial monetary damages and other relief.”
Earlier this year, a default was entered against Howard in the matter. Now, that all might be dealt with – for now.

Veteran soul singer Will Downing has just released the lyric video for his latest single “I’m Feeling the Love” featuring Avery*Sunshine.
The singer has been able to seamlessly bridge the world’s of r&b, jazz, and soul music for years, and he’s done just that on his 20th album “Soul Survivor” which is out now. Downing reflects:

T.I.’s Hustle Gang was expected to release its first studio album last month, but it never came to be. The delay won’t be too long though as the collective is now set to drop their debut, We Want Smoke, on October 13. With the release date quickly approaching, T.I. got into promo mode by sharing the cover art and tracklist for the LP.

Reports are emerging that Kim Cattrall is making an appearance with Piers Morgan on his iTV show Life Stories, and on it she clears up her side of the Sex and the City 3 movie.
First, Kim faced rumors that she was being a diva with her set demands, but now is saying that she has been saying “no” to doing a third movie for years.
‘And now, now at this very moment it’s quite extraordinary to get any kind of negative press about something that I’ve been saying for almost a year of ‘no’ that I’m demanding or a diva,” Kim apparently says on the show (via the Daily Mail). “And this is really where I take to task the people from ‘Sex And The City’ and specifically Sarah Jessica Parker in that I think she could have been nicer.”
Kim reiterated, “I really think she could have been nicer.”
Sarah Jessica spoke out about the news in a recent interview where she said she was disappointed that the movie would not get made.

After what is being called the biggest mass shooting in US history, Future took to Twitter to promote his upcoming concert in Las Vegas and folks are livid.
On Sunday night, over 50 people were killed and 400 more were injured when a gunman fired shots from 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel in Vegas into the large crowd at Route 91 Harvest music festival.
The city is not only in mourning, but victims are still not accounted for; families have not spoken with their loved ones; and the death toll is still rising. So when Future used the social media to promote his show, the same platform, mind you, people are using to pray for the city, fans went OFF.
Future has not responded to the backlash, but we guess the tweet will be taken down.
Tyra Banks Splits With Long-Time Boyfriend Erik Asla After Five Years

Despite being together for the last five years and welcoming son York almost two years ago, Tyra Banks and her boyfriend Erik Asla have parted ways according to reports, specifically Page Six. Banks and Asla, a famous fashion photographer, met and began dating when he was a guest on the Norwegian version of America’s Next Top Model.
Via Page Six: [It was] reported last July that the pair were struggling to keep their relationship on track following the birth of their son, York Banks Asla, in January 2016. Now they have [reportedly] decided to go their separate ways and Asla has moved out of their LA mansion.
A source close to the “America’s Got Talent” host told us, “It came drama-free and they’re co-parenting their young son.”
The source said the pair remain friends, and Banks continues to work with Asla professionally. “He is slated to shoot the photos for the opening credits of . . . the upcoming ‘America’s Next Top Model,’” said the insider.
Earlier this summer, the couple’s shared New York City apartment was put on the market. Banks, who currently just ended her successful first season run as the host of America’s Got Talent, is slated to make her highly-anticipated return as host and judge on America’s Next Top Model later this year.
The Obamas Are Reportedly Shopping For An Apartment In New York City
After purchasing a nine-bedroom house in Washington, D.C. a few months ago, the Obamas are reportedly house-hunting again ― this time in New York City.
Barack and Michelle were spotted at 10 Gracie Square, a property on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, according to Page Six sources. A spokesperson has yet to respond to HuffPost’s request for confirmation.
Though it’s simply a rumor that the Obamas are shopping at 10 Gracie Square, a palatial, $10 million apartment in the building recently went into contract and people are speculating the former POTUS and FLOTUS are interested.
With nine rooms, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, there’s enough room for Barack, Michelle, Malia (when she comes home from Harvard), Sasha and the family’s dogs, Bo and Sunny. Page Six pointed out there’s also an indoor basketball court in the building, which President Obama would be sure to love.
But if the Obamas decide not to buy a place at 10 Gracie Square,We’re sure they will find a FABULOUS place!

According to reports Christopher Williams was arrested at Kohl’s Department Store in McDonough, Georgia on Saturday after trying to steal a set of $99 headphones.
