Blogger Hints That U.S. Congressman Will Be Outed as Gay Soon
According to US News and World Report.com Michael Rogers, a LGBTQ blogger who gained fame in the early 2000s by revealing the sexual orientation of prominent politicians, has largely been dormant since President Barack Obama took office. But Rogers tells U.S. News he's gathering evidence for what could be another big revelation.
Rogers sees himself as a reporter focused on political hypocrisy, and to establish his credibility he points to a track record of accuracy and the fact that he's never been sued.
"There's a big difference between outing and reporting. I'm a reporter, I report on hypocrisy," Rogers told U.S. News. "If I have one case that's off, I'm out of the business, [but] I will never be sued for what I do because I'm right."
The blogger said he currently knows of three "anti-gay" members of the U.S. House of Representatives who are themselves gay. Rogers refused to say when he might disclose information on these members or what might provoke such a revelation, maintaining that as a journalist he holds some cards close to the vest.
But Rogers said he's about to get his hands on concrete evidence that one "anti-gay" member of the House of Representatives engages in gay sex. "Oh, it's going to happen because it has been happening for a long time," he said.
Rogers' BlogActive website, launched in 2004, hasn't been updated since August 2012.
"There's no real particular reason" for the lull, he said. "Like anybody who starts a volunteer effort, eight years is a long time ... there's no outing job at a paper where someone's going to pay you."
He started the blog when he "saw a need during the Bush administration."
"George Bush was a homophobic, anti-gay, horrible person," Rogers said. "Certainty there's less of a need without a homophobic president."
The political tide has changed significantly since Bush pushed for a constitutional amendment to define marriage as a union between one man and one woman, he noted.
"What Obama has been able to do is take an issue that Republicans used as a wedge for Democrats and make it into a wedge for Republicans," he said.
Nonetheless, there's a still a need to expose "anti-gay" politicians who are themselves gay, Rogers said, even if the Supreme Court decides to legalize same-sex marriage nationwide.
"The Employment Non-Discrimination Act is infinitely more important for me as an activist than marriage," he said. That legislation has lingered in Congress for years and is unlikely to pass the current Republican-led House.
The blogger's most high-profile triumphs include the 2004 revelation that then Rep. Ed Schrock, R-Va., was leaving voicemails on a gay hook-up service, prompting the two-term congressman to retire. In October 2006 he wrote that three men informed him they had sex with then Sen. Larry Craig, R-Idaho, in bathrooms at Union Station. Before making his allegations against Craig public, two of his three sources signed affidavits saying they would come forward if Rogers was taken to court.
In August 2007 the political and comedic worlds went wild with news that Craig had quietly pleaded guilty to charges for allegedly soliciting sex from an undercover cop in a Minnesota airport's restroom. Rogers said he was "vindicated 500 percent" after Craig's arrest was made public.

"I met Kerry about a year and a half ago when I went to Arizona for an assistant job. Me and my friend Alton went to Kerry's game. Kerry was injured at the time so he came up to our suite. He was interested in knowing who I was. He was looking for a new assistant and was interested in me and Alton. He wanted us to assist him."
"I got to know Kerry and we became very close. I moved in with Kerry at his home in Arizona. At first we were just friends and we were getting to know eachother. Then we got into a relationship. If there was any doubt if Kelly was as quiet and goodie goodie as she likes to come off....we now know that's pretty far from th truth. Ms. Kelly has put out a few songs that were a bit sexier than we expected from her. And her newest single, "Kisses Down Low," solidifies her place in the "freakum girl" crew.

Rapper Chief Keef, 17, sued for child support after fathering a child with a girl who's still in MIDDLE school
Chief Keef's 2013 is already off to a suspect start and it just got worse. The 17 year-old rapper is being sued for a child support by a woman girl who is still in middle school.
The exact age of the plaintiff is unspecified, but the "I Don't Like" rapper allegedly fathered the child a couple of years ago. TMZ reports:
The girl filed the petition for child support in Chicago, claiming Keef -- real name Keith Cozart -- fathered a baby daughter with her back in 2011.
The girl's exact age is unclear, but according to the docs, she currently attends a Chicago middle school -- meaning she was .. at MOST ... in 8th grade when she conceived the child, but could have been in 6th grade.
Cozart -- who has since worked with Kanye West, Young Jeezy, and Rick Ross -- was 15 at the time.
The kicker is that in the state of Illinois it is a misdemeanor for two people under the age of 17 to have s-x, consensual or not. But, it is unlikely that charges will be pressed. The girl is seeking an undisclosed amount of money for child support, health insurance and medical expenses.
However, Keith is currently serving a two month sentence in a juvenile detention center for violating his parole. The violation? Conducting an interview at a gun range and holding a rifle.
Chief Keef had a child at 16, a daughter, that he fondly shares pictures of on Instagram. He infamously tweeted images of the child support paperwork for his little one, though.
Two things for Keef to do in this situation. One, call Maury Povich and get a paternity test, stat. Two, if he is the father, do the right thing and handle your business. That's it.

Allen Iverson & Ex-Wife Reach $3 Million Settlement
It's been a long time coming for Allen Iverson, but he and his ex-wife have finally reached a settlement.
The one-time high-school sweethearts, have been involved in a drama-filled divorce battle for a while now, but $3 million was enough to settle the disagreement.
TMZ reports that Iverson's ex, Tawanna, told the judge last week that an agreement had been reached. The money she is to receive will be paid out in a lump sum.
In addition to the money, the Virginia native agreed to give her a percentage of earnings from his Reebok endorsement, plus various other assets, on top of child support for the former couple's five children.
The couple wed back in 2001, with Towanna filing for divorce in March of 2010, 17 months after they welcomed their last child. Making matters worse, she demanded to have the names of all the women he allegedly cheated with.
A.I. was allowed to keep his Georgia mansion, but given his financial issues, that's not a big win. The home was foreclosed on for nonpayment, and went up for auction, last month. Her purchased the home for $4.5 million in 2001. The sale of the house came over a year after his $3.8 million Denver home met a similar fate.

Singer Alicia Keys appeared alongside director George Tillman Jr. and actress Jennifer Hudson at the "The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete" premiere during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival at Library Center Theater in Park City, Utah.
The ladies kept it fab in the snowy city as they premiered Alicia's new movie.
The film (produced by Alicia Keys) tells the story of two inner-city kids who are forced to fend for themselves over the summer after their mothers are taken away by authorities.
In the film, Jennifer Hudson breaks from her "good girl" image and stars as a character with a heroin addiction.
Jen spoke about her role saying, "I've never had a drink before, I've never been drunk, unsober, in my entire life… I would never get a tattoo! It could not have been the furthest thing from myself."
The film also stars "Smash" star Jordin Sparks.
And Alicia, also wrote the film's movie score.
Jessica Simpson Still Refusing to Work with Dad
Jessica Simpson is still angry with her father over gay rumors and is refusing to work with him on her new film.
JESSICA Simpson doesn't want to be anywhere near her father Joe during shooting of her new autobiographical TV show.
The star's dad is the executive producer on the programme inspired by Jess' life but reports say they won't be on set at the same time.
The pair allegedly still aren't talking after reports of Joe's affairs with MEN came to light as his marriage to Jessica's mum Tina ended.
Jessica didn't want Joe to be involved at all but due to his contracted position as her manager there was nothing she could do.

Mathew Knowles’ Baby Mama Wants More Child Support + Fears For Her Safety
Beyonce and Solange’s daddy, the legendary Mathew Knowles (who was responsible for launching Destiny’s Child’s career) is having some issues with the mother of his 2-year-old son, Nixon Knowles.
As you’ll recall, a few years ago, the public learned that Mathew and Tina (Beyonce’s mother) had secretly been separated for years, had officially divorced AND he had another child with an actress by the name of Alexsandra Wright. While we hear very little about Mathew and Alexsandra, there seems to be drama unfolding between the two. TMZ reports that Mathew emailed an ‘ominous threat’ to his baby mama, saying:
“You hurt my family. There’s a price to pay.”
Alexsandra has filed legal docs, requesting the family court judge to increase her child support to include expenses for security to protect their child and private school. Mathew currently pays $12,000 in monthly support.
An H&M spokesman refused to comment on the rumors. We will see once they finish the product.
T.I Seeking a 75,000,000.00 DEAL?
T.I. has been added to the free agent pool in the rap game and his next deal with a label won’t come cheap.
TMZ reports that T.I. is in the market after his 10 year contract is up with Atlantic. He is allegedly looking for a $75 million deal which includes 3 albums, 10-20% of publishing, touring, merchandise, film and TV rights, corporate endorsements and exclusive signing to all Grand Hustle artists.
Sources have reported that he has met with some big names such as Interscope, RocNation, Universal and Sony.
Is there Tension Brewing Between Basketball Wives’ Shaunie ONeal & Tami Roman?
Could a story-line be surrounding tension between Tami Roman and Shaunie O’Neal be brewing? Currently, the fifth season of Basketball Wives is being filmed. And to date, the only cast members that have been confirmed are Shuanie O’neal (who is listed as one of the show’s producers), Evelyn Lozada and Tami Roman.
