Kanye West’s A.P.C. Collection Sells Out
Kanye West is not only making waves on the charts, but also in the fashion world. Moments after going on sale, his men’s clothing collection with French brand A.P.C. sold out.
After it launched last Sunday at 10 a.m. Paris time, the nine-piece capsule collection crashed the site and was soon unavailable.
The pricey line consists of two pairs of jeans priced at $265, long and short-sleeved hoodies ($250-280), and “Hip-Hop T-shirt” that costs $120.
Kanye worked closely with A.P.C. designer Jean Touitou on the collection, which took two years to create. “Over the months, we kept hanging out and finally came up with the idea of doing a small capsule collection of clothes together,” said Touitou. “‘Small’ meaning that this capsule collection consists of a jean, a hoodie and a T-shirt. Those are precious to me and to Kanye too, because it took time and thoughts to get there.”
According to People, A.P.C. has restocked some items and is accepting pre-orders for other sold-out items through today at 1 p.m.
Zachary Quinto: Star Trek 3 To Begin Filming Next Year
Star Trek fans, are you excited for a new movie in the franchise? Zachary Quinto, who plays Spock the movies, has said that the third movie should begin filming by 2014! We certainly are excited!
In a new interview, he said, “Star Trek 3 should be filming, I suppose, next year. It’s going to be made a lot quicker than the last one. That’s the plan, although nothing is confirmed yet.”
It’s also still up in the air as to whether or not J.J. Abrams will be returning for the third film in the franchise. Reportedly, he may be too busy working on the Star Wars movies to contribute.

‘Scandal’ is officially headed to BET!
According to their official site, “The network has made an exclusive deal with ABC to air new episodes of Scandal this fall. Each episode will air only on BET after its broadcast premiere. BET will also get fans up to speed for the season three premiere by airing the first two seasons all summer long.”
“We’re thrilled to be joining forces with ABC in airing this dynamic series,” said Debra Lee, Chairman of BET Networks. She adds, “Scandal is a cultural phenomenon that has resonated with viewers for the past two seasons and we’re excited to be part of its continued journey.”
The series stars actress Kerry Washington as Olivia Pope, a former Adviser to the President of the United States turn Crisis Manager to high profile figures. So what’s makes this show so juicy? Pope is carrying on an affair with the President!
While she fixes the lives of her clients in some of the most sticky situations she’s unable to fix her own.
For the late bloomers, you’ll have a chance to watch the drama unfold from the very beginning. And like you’ve certainly heard you’re going to love this series.

Farrah Abraham Denies Being Rejected by Playboy
Though she's already invested in a new pair of breasts, Farrah Abraham is reportedly unable to score a spread in Playboy magazine.
According to TMZ, the "Teen Mom"-turned-porn-star contacted the famous publication about appearing nude in an upcoming issue.
Denied the first time, she allegedly reached out again in June, but Playboy said they didn't have the room for her.
However, the single mother took to Twitter to deny the reports, tweeting, "Really laughing at all the blog lie drama about Playboy, for the record 'I never reached out' nor do I care, if it happens they can pay up:)."
Ohio Kidnapping Hero Charles Ramsey: ‘I’m Broke Bro’
*Two months after his headline-making assist in the rescue of three Cleveland women held captive for a decade, Charles Ramsey says he is now broke and homeless.
“I’m broke, bro,” Ramsey told the Daily Mail. “That’s the truth.”
Ramsey said he was fired from his job working in a kitchen because customers kept coming in to shake his hand.
The Mail reports that Ramsey was “shamed” out of his former home next to alleged kidnapper Ariel Castro by his neighbors “who claim he exaggerated his role in the rescue of the girls.”
But the Mail also reports that Ramsey has made around $50,000 over the last two months largely from “corporate speaking engagements” and money raised by private individuals as a reward for helping the kidnapping victims.
Nevertheless, “Money goes fast if you have bills,” he told the Mail.
Ramsey famously told Anderson Cooper he didn’t want any money offered by the FBI for the return of Gina DeJesus, one of the women who was freed.
Ramsey was also offered free burgers for life from McDonalds and is the subject of tattoos and even an action figure.

Jenny McCarthy Named As New ‘The View’ Co-host!
Barbara Walters announced Monday morning that television personality and actress Jenny McCarthy will be joining ‘The View’ as co-host.
With the departure of Elizabeth Hasselbeck, Joy Bauer and Walters own announcing she’ll be bowing out in 2014 it was only a matter of time before we learned of who’ll be taking their place.
On her official blog on Monday McCartney writes, “YUP, I’M DOING ‘THE VIEW’! When word got out that Joy [Behar] was leaving ‘The View,’ I knew that the timing of my desire and her departure might be serendipitous for me….I’m beyond thrilled … I look forward to helping make hot topics a little bit hotter, and showing my mom that my interrupting skills have finally paid off.”
On what Jenny Mac can bring to the table? Walters declares, “Jenny brings us intelligence as well as warmth and humor. She can be serious and outrageous. She has connected with our audience and offers a fresh point of view. Jenny will be a great addition to the show as we usher in an exciting new chapter for The View.”
If you’ve followed Jenny on any of her previous works, you’ll know, she can bring the laughs. She also has the energy of a 3 year old.
We actually think Walters may have gotten this one right. She’ll join Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepherd on the couch in the next several months.

Tyrese Announces Retirement As A Solo Artist With ‘Black Rose’ Album!
Tyrese Gibson has just announced ‘Black Rose’ will be his final solo project. Although the singer has gone on to become a blockbuster actor in films like ‘Baby Boy’ and the ‘Transformers’ and “The Fast & Furious” movie franchises, it was music that gave him his start in the entertainment industry.
Here’s what the singer posted on his official Twitter and Instagram profiles.
So why leave? Perhaps the singer thinks it is just time for something new. Although he will still manage and serve as mentor to artists under his own label, Voltron Recordz, he will no longer release music as Tyrese the solo artist.
Black Ty has however teamed up with fellow singers, Tank and Ginuwine to form R&B group ‘TGT’. That would be Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank in case you were still wondering. The trio have actually been touring the states in their Three Kings tour, giving the ladies that R&B sound from three handsome men, we’re sure the ladies are delighted.
