'BLACK MADAM' Padge Winslow SENTENCED 10 TO 20 YEARS FOR Booty Pumping DEATH!

A former madam who performed illegal "body sculpting" with low-grade silicone has been sentenced to 10 to 20 years in prison in the death of a London dancer.

Padge-Victoria Windslowe, convicted of third-degree murder, is eligible for parole in 7 years.

Windslowe told jurors during her spring murder trial that fans call her "the Michelangelo of buttocks injections."

But prosecutors say she had no medical training and used deadly products on vulnerable women who wanted more curves.

Windslowe has been in prison for three years in the 2011 death of Claudia Aderotimi.

Her lawyer says she didn't realize the dangers of the procedure and is remorseful about her client's death.

Windslowe admits running a transgender escort service and performed as "the Black Madam" in Gothic hip-hop videos.

BREAKING NEWS: DZHOKHAR TSARNAEV SENTENCED TO DEATH!!!

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been sentenced to death for committing the Boston Marathon bombing, one of the worst acts of terrorism to take place on U.S. soil.

The same seven-woman, five-man jury that found the 21-year-old naturalized American citizen guilty in the April 15, 2013, attack reached the verdict after deliberating for more than 14 hours over three days. The jury sentenced Tsarnaev to death on 6 of the 17 counts. The only alternative sentence was life without parole.

A death sentence required a unanimous vote from the jury members, but if they had failed to agree on it, the life sentence would have been imposed automatically.

The sentence punishes the defendant for the two homemade pressure cooker bombs packed with nails and BBs that he and his brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, detonated near the marathon's finish line. The bombing killed three people -- Martin Richard, 8, Lingzi Lu, 23, and Krystle Campbell, 29 -- and injured 264 others, more than a dozen of whom lost legs. On April 18, the brothers assassinated a Massachusetts Institute of Technology police officer, Sean Collier, in his patrol car in a botched attempt to steal his gun.

Tamerlan died during a shootout with police in Watertown, Massachusetts, four days after the bombings. Dzhokhar was captured hours later. He was found hiding in a boat, resting on a trailer. On the side of the boat, he had scrawled a confession saying the attack was retaliation for Muslims around the world who had been killed by the United States.

Deliberations began May 13, when jurors were handed a complex, 24-page verdict form covering 17 capital counts, including bombing of a public place and conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction. The slip asked jurors to review the crimes for aggravating and mitigating factors.

Jurors had to decide if the prosecution proved that Tsarnaev exhibited aggravating factors, such as premeditation, a lack of remorse or "an especially heinous, cruel and depraved manner" of committing the offenses. Aggravating factors are reasons that the government said Tsarnaev deserved the death penalty.

The jurors also had to consider mitigating factors, such as whether Tsarnaev "had no prior history of violent behavior" and if he "acted under the influence of his older brother," which the defense argued were reasons for life imprisonment.

“There is no just punishment for that other than death,” prosecutor Steve Mellin said during closing arguments. “His actions destroyed so many families. He and he alone is responsible for his actions.”

More than 150 witnesses testified in the trial that began 10 weeks ago. The prosecution presented a tide of evidence, including videos and photos showing Tsarnaev with a heavy backpack near the marathon's finish line, images of him taking target practice with a gun similar to the one that killed Collier and footage from an ATM camera that shows Tsarnaev withdrawing money from the account of a carjacking hostage.

The defense admitted to Tsarnaev's involvement in the attackfrom the very beginning of the trial. His lawyers' strategy has been to soften his image by portraying his older brother as the radicalized mastermind.

On April 8, the jury convicted Tsarnaev of all 30 charges stemming from the bombings and subsequent violent spree across the greater Boston area.

Lauryn Hill Tour Postpones, Adds New Concert Dates

Lauryn Hill is making some changes to her “Homecoming” tour.  This week the singer’s first tour since leaving prison for tax evasion was supposed to make stops in New Jersey and New York, but Hill has rescheduled the dates for next year.  Her Huntington, New York stop will now take place on January 26th and she will then stop in Port Chester, New York on January 31st.  On February 7th Hill will head to Red Bank, New Jersey.  Lauryn Hill has also added shows in Charlotte, North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; and Miami, Florida.  She will also head to Floyd, Virginia in July.

In October, Lauryn Hill was released from prison after serving three months for tax evasion.  She was also sentenced to three months of house arrest, but a judge postponed part of that sentence until after the New Year so she could hit the road.

Dwyane Wade CONFIRMS New Son

I heard months ago we reported that D. Wade was expecting a baby with his mistress and now the baby has been born! Wade proposed to his long-time girlfriend Gabrielle Union last week and now it has hit the fan. We’re hearing that Gabby and Wade have dealt with this beforehand and are still planning on tying the knot in September, 2014.

Apparently the two took a break from one another and in that time D. Wade got someone pregnant. So who’s the mother? That’s a mystery for now. All we know is that the mystery woman and D. Wade have known each other “for many years.” It’s important to note that Dwyane and the mother are on good terms and ET News says he recently spent time with his youngest son.

Gabrielle has addressed the news on Twitter by asking critics and haters to “work on themselves” before pointing the finger at Dwyane and their situation. I know this is embarrassing and publicly humiliating for Gabby, ladies.. would you still walk down the aisle?

Michael Vick's Younger Brother Marcus Vick Arrested For Driving While High On Weed

You know that family member everyone has that just can't do right? Michael Vick's example would be his brother Marcus Vick, who was just popped this morning (December 30) for driving while high on marijuana.

Reports TMZ:

Former college football star Marcus Vick -- the younger brother of Michael Vick -- was arrested in Georgia this morning after cops say he was driving while high on marijuana ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports ... the 29-year-old former Virginia Tech quarterback was driving a 2013 Lexus LX570 which was stopped around 2:30 AM for expired tags.

During the stop, cops noticed the presence of marijuana and Vick was arrested for DUI.

Vick was hauled to a nearby station ... and sources tell us he was booked right around 4:20 AM.

Vick is no stranger to trouble ... he was arrested in Virginia in 2012 for blowing off multiple court dates stemming from driving on a suspended license charge.

Aside from that ... he was booted off the Virginia Tech football team back in 2006 following a string of arrests and convictions and has been involved in multiple legal issues since ... including gun charges.

We're guessing that big brother paid for that car.

Jay Z‘s “Magna Carta Holy Grail” tour rolled into Atlanta on Saturday. After rockin’ the Philips Arena, Jay hit the after party at club Reign, where he and his wife Beyoncé were spotted turning up to their “Drunk In Love” collaboration, and “Yonce.” Jermaine Dupri, Trey Songz, Bow Wow, Timbaland and several others came out for the evening to show support.

Jay expressed his excitement with being in the ‘A’ with the crowd at the show, saying:

I’ve been looking forward to this date since they announced the tour. We’ve been in L.A., we’ve been in Houston, but Atlanta is one of those special dates tonight.

Diddy Is Expanding His Brand To Tequila

Sean “Diddy” Combs is expanding his brand to tequila.

According to Page Six.com,  Sean “Diddy” Combs is expanding his empire into the tequila market — and has partnered with high-end DeLeon Tequila to do so.

The mogul, who has turned his Ciroc Vodka into a $100 million franchise, has just sealed a deal to partner with DeLeon, which was founded by Brent Hocking in 2008 and was introduced to the US market on Cinco de Mayo, 2009. It has since won a string of awards.

After spending Christmas with his kids in Los Angeles, Revolt TV founder Diddy is celebrating the deal by throwing a lavish New Year’s party at his mansion on Miami’s exclusive Star Island, which will be awash with the flashy tipple that sells from $140 to $825 a bottle.

Combs’ New Year’s Eve parties draw a huge crowd each year, with past guests lists including Rihanna, Robin Thicke, Queen Latifah, Naomi Campbell and Mariah Carey.

Rihanna Bids Barbados Farewell

Bringing an end to her holiday vacation, Rihanna said goodbye to her family in Barbados and headed back to the real world.

The “We Found Love” songstress’ sister Nicolette added a few shots to her Instagram account along with a message to her beloved sibling.

She wrote, “We are going to miss u see u soon @badgalriri love u,” followed by, “safe flight guys love u.”

Jason McWilliams Arrested For Murder Of Doe B

Montgomery police have arrested a suspect in the murder of up and coming rapper Doe B this past weekend. Jason McWilliams, 25, turned himself into authorities on Sunday (December 29).

According to WFSA, Williams has been charged with capital murder.

Doe B, 22, born Glenn Thomas, and Kimberle Johnson, 21, were fatally gunned down  at Centennial Hill Bar and Grill, which is located in the 900 block of Highland Avenue. Six other bystanders suffered gunshot wounds and were taken to local area hospitals.

Rumors began swirling yesterday that McWilliams--who also wears an eye patch, likes to share pictures of himself holding wads of cash and seems to go by "TrapAintDead"--was the shooter and had been in a feud with the now deceased rapper.

McWilliams is being held at the Montgomery County Detention facility without bond.

Master P Slapped With Tax Bill

Sad new for one of the biggest rappers in the south… The State of California is slapping Master P with a six-figure bill for unpaid taxes. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, the No Limit Records founder is facing tax liens for more than 237-thousand-dollars in back taxes. The tax bill reportedly stems from overdue California state taxes from 1999 and 2000.

Earlier this month Master P released his 14th studio album, “The Gift.” Those who pre-ordered the album online were given a chance to win ten-thousand dollars through a lottery that takes place this week. Proceeds from the album are funding toy drives for underprivileged children.

Waka Flocka's Younger Brother Kayo Redd DEAD, Nicki Minaj And Mom Debra Antney POST Tributes, Police Suspect SUICIDE

Only hours after he promoted the release of his new mixtape Redd Kiss, rapper Kayo Redd, the younger brother of Waka Flocka and son of Debra Antney was found dead.

Though circumstances surrouding the death have not been confirmed, Waka tweeted about an apparent suicide (the tweet has been removed from his timeline).

After the tweet was removed, Waka posted a photo tribute to Kayo along with a prayer to God.

His mom (who lost a son to a car accident in 2000) confirmed the death by tweeting....

On Instagram, Nicki Minaj posted,

Kayo's sudden death comes on the heels of another music-related passing, rapper Doe B (signed to T.I.), who was killed over the weekend.  View Wake's  photo tribute to his little brother here.

Henry County P.D. told TMZ that Kayo died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. His body was discovered last night in the Georgia subdivision where he lived. An autopsy will be conducted later today. Story.

Everybody’s returning home after the Christmas holiday. Nick and Vanessa Lachey were spotted at LAX with their son Camden in tow. They spent Christmas with his family in Cincinnati, Ohio.

And after a week-and-a-half in his hometown, Nick Lachey looked happy to be returning to Los Angeles on Saturday with his wife Vanessa and their son Camden.

The strapping 40-year-old was spotted carrying his family’s luggage as his spouse tended to their one-year-old boy after disembarking a flight at the LAX airport.

50 Cent Launches an Investigation Into Chris Lighty's Death, Chris' Will Raises Eyebrows

When Violator, Inc. founder Chris Lighty was found dead of an apparent suicide last month, people close to Chris and throughout the industry were shocked.  While suicides are rarely predictable, this case appeared totally out of the ordinary for someone like the industry exec.

After a second autopsy was ordered by Chris' family, it was performed by former NY Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Michael Baden, and results were found to be "inconclusive".  It is no question that a gun shot was the cause of death.  But tests are still pending to determine if the shots were self-inflicted or not.

Now, 50 Cent has hired a high powered private investigation firm, at the request of Chris' mother, to look further into the case.

What has raised even more eyebrows is what was in Chris' will.  The final document was obtained by Fox 5 in NY.

Chris willed his wife, Veronica Lighty, everything.  Plus, he left a $1.6 mill trust to his kids.  Interestingly, many believed Veronica and Chris were divorcing years ago when she filed papers.  But just recently, she made it known that she retracted those papers a few weeks later.

Except for a fund set aside for his children, the will says if he is survived by his wife, "I give my entire residuary estate, real and personal, to her."

Garrett Reid found DEAD in dorm room  at Lehigh Univ

Garrett Reid, son of Eagles coach Andy Reid, was found dead in a Lehigh University dorm room early Sunday morning, the team said.

Reid’s body was discovered by an "Eagles official," who called police at 7:20 a.m. to report that he was unresponsive, according to Edward Shupp, Lehigh University Chief of Police. Shupp declined to say who the Eagles official was, but said it was not Andy Reid.

Shupp said police arrived at the dorm room at 7:21 a.m. An autopsy is expected to be completed in 24 to 48 hours, he said.

 “There is no indication of a suicide or foul play,” Shupp said.

The 29-year-old son of Andy Reid and his wife, Tammy, had been assisting the team, helping out with strength and conditioning during training camp. Garrett Reid had a troubled past that involved drug addiction and stints in prison.

"This is a tough morning for all of us in the Eagles family," Eagles general manager Howie Roseman said. "Garrett grew up with this team, which makes this news even harder for us to process."

Garrett is the eldest of the Reids' five children. Roseman said that Andy Reid spent the morning informing his family and Eagles owners Jeffrey and Christina Lurie. A press conference with Jeffrey Lurie had been scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m., but was canceled following news of Garrett Reid's death.

"The news is heartbreraking for everyone in the Eagles family," Jeffrey Lurie said in a statement. "Our hearts go out to Andy, his wife, Tammy, and their children."

Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg and defensive coordinator Juan Castillo oversaw the team's practice Sunday morning and will oversee the squad until Reid returns, the team said.

The Eagles' first preseason game is scheduled for Aug. 9 against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Lincoln Financial Field. The team's season opener is Sept. 9 at the Cleveland Browns. The Eagles' afternoon practice will take place at 2:45 p.m. as scheduled.

"From a football perspective, I can tell you Andy has asked that we go forward with training camp," an emotional Roseman said at the Lehigh practice fields. "On a personal note, we’ve been with Andy for a long time. He’s always been strong for us, we’re going to be strong for him right now. As a father and a friend, we’re all hurting.”

Shupp, in a statement delivered after Roseman spoke, said that his office received a 911 call at approximately 7:20 a.m. this morning of an unresponsive male in the Sayre Park dorms. The Eagles reside at Sayre Park during camp.

"Upon arrival attempts were made to revive the individual," Shupp said. "They were unsuccessful. ... There were no suspicious activities."

Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek said that he was conducting an investigation with the cooperation of the Lehigh police department.

"I personally pronounced Mr. Reid deceased at the scene," Lysek said. "The investigation will be ongoing."

Reid was not present for the start of the Eagles' walkthrough Sunday morning. The Eagles originally said that Reid was dealing with a personal issue and that they would issue an update following practice.

The Eagles coach is a familiar presence at the team's practices, always hovering in his matching black shorts and shirt. The team was seen gathering together in prayer before practice, an ominous sign that something was amiss.

Players and coaches were not made available for interview following the morning walkthrough.

The last time Reid was believed to miss a practice was in November 2007 to appear in court with Garrett, after his son was arrested on gun and drug charges. Britt Reid, the Reids' second eldest son, was involved in a separate incident involving drugs and a gun on the same day as Garrett.

Reid later took a six week-long leave of absence during the 2008 offseason as his sons faced criminal charges. Garrett Reid was sentenced 23 months for smashing up another motorist's car while he was on heroin.

Britt Reid was sentenced 22 months plus probation. Reid, who works as a graduate assistant for the Temple football program, got married this July near the Reids' summer home in Southern California.
