Nene Leakes was on fire in her red Marchesa dress during the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion show but according to sources Harvey Weinstein’s fashion designer ex-wife was “horrified” that she was in her gown.
Georgina Chapman, whose fashion line was nearly destroyed after the news broke about her movie mogul husband’s shocking sexual assault scandal, refused to dress the NeNe in her gown, despite sales coming to a near-halt.
“NeNe bought that dress at Neiman Marcus because Georgina refused to ever gift her one of her dresses for free.”
Leakes loved the dress and captioned one picture wearing it with the hashtag “slayingmarchesa,” but the insider snitched to Radar that Weinstein’s wife was haughty about the reality star.
“Georgina thinks Housewives are beneath her. Even though she’s selling zero dresses and getting no good publicity after the Harvey scandal, Georgina is still a major snob.”
Leakes had a lengthy love affair with the line, reaching out in 2013 to wear a dress on the RHOA reunion and the label turned her down.
“Georgina said she would never dress a Housewife, ever, and she still feels that way. NeNe was turned down and she bought that dress off the rack too.”
Chapman left Weinstein as the sexual assault scandal broke and the pair reached a divorce settlement in early 2018. If you ask me at this point no ones buying your dresses. Beggars shouldn’t be choosey!

In the interview, Siriboe, who plays Ralph Angel in the series, told Ebony, “I pull from my experiences as a Black man in America and all my brothers.”
Wesley, who plays Nova, said, “I love that she’s [Nova] really pretty unusual, and I think she’s flawed and very human. I love that I never quite know where she’s going. And I also love that anything is possible with Nova.”
Lyen-Gardner, who plays Charley on the show, said, “Charley’s strength is a little super heroic. “She is really one of the most resilient characters I [believe] I’ve ever played.”

Kenya Moore and Nene Leakes reunited for a 1970s party and looked groovy while at it.
Over the weekend, many of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” stars including Leakes, Moore, Cynthia Bailey, and Kandi Burruss took part in a lavish event thrown by Shereé Whitfield.
The 70s themed soireé took place at the fancy Chateau Shereé – which is one of Whitfield’s favorite topic of conversation on the series.
Many of the commenters agreed that the ladies looked like beautiful Barbie dolls in the photos.
Whitfield opted for a shimmering top and black leather pants. Keeping true to the theme, she wore her hair in big curls.
Leakes looked like a glamorous hippie in a colorful dress, matching headpiece, and gold boots.
Her pigtails were ideal for the sassy outfit. Bailey looked like she just walked off the runway in a gold dress and ostrich feather boa.
However, hands down, Moore won the night with her bright outfit. The new bride wore purple wide leg pants and yellow shirt.
Moore’s yellow boots and cute hairdo stole the spotlight. Leakes captioned the photo: “70’s Party was sho nuff groovy!”

Fans loved the looks and the fact that the ladies are partying instead of fighting with each other.

Burruss recently sat down on “TODAY” and spilled the beans on why there is so much drama that takes place on the Bravo show.
She revealed: “When it comes to OUR show, it is not manufactured. The thing is, they put you in positions where in regular life you may have let things slide… but you are forced to deal with it when you have to be around this person over and over again.”
#EMPIRE: Taraji P. Henson Joins ‘Wreck-It Ralph’ Sequel!
“Empire” star Taraji P. Henson will join John C. Reilly and Sarah Silverman in the “Wreck-It Ralph” sequel, “Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2.”
It was announced at Disney’s D23 convention Friday in Anaheim, Calif., that Henson would be joining as a new character named Yesss (yes, that’s the proper spelling). Rough footage showed her character to be an expert on the internet.
The panel also included footage which showed Ralph and Vanellope heading into the internet. The minute they arrived, the two are bombarded with people holding signs saying things like “Sexy housewives want to meet you” and “my sister-in-law got rich.”
Yesss shows the two around the Internet, including showing them a Marvel-yourself booth and introducing them to all the Disney princesses, who are voiced by their original actresses, who it turns out are all very misunderstood (i.e., Jasmine is allergic to cats).
“Those perfect models of femininity are the princesses,” Yesss explains.
After the footage, the voice actresses for Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Tiana, Rapunzel, Merida, Anna, Moana, and Vanellope took the stage.
The original “Wreck-It Ralph” grossed more than $470 million in 2012 and received an Oscar nomination. The original followed Ralph, the villain of the arcade game “Fix-It Felix, Jr.,” on a journey to lose his bad guy reputation.
“Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2” is scheduled to hit theaters March 9, 2018.

#HIPHOPNEWS: Mike Delorean Explains Why Prodigy Mural Can't Exist In Queensbridge
There was a collective feeling of disgust across the Hip Hop community after a mural of late rapper Prodigy by artists Jeff Henriquez and Eli Lazare was defaced earlier in July. Being damaged a second time, though — less than 24 hours after a 13-hour refacing — led to the mural being painted over permanently, leaving fans to wonder who would carry out such a disrespectful act.
A recent interview with Mike Delorean, who was half of Bars-N-Hooks — a group originally signed to P’s Infamous Records imprint — suggests that the defacement was personal, and a direct reflection of the strained relationships the 42-year-old rapper who assimilated into the Queensbridge fold as a young teen had within the notorious community.
Delorean had friction with the rapper in the past, due to fallout from the label situation, as well as statements Prodigy made in his book, “My Infamous Life.”
“He scarred some people personally,” said Delorean in an interview with Gully TV CEO Jamil Lindsey. “He talked badly about people … people in jail. People who embraced him.” When Lindsey then clarified, “[Prodigy] disrespected dead and incarcerated Queensbridge natives — is that why the mural can’t exist on the Queensbridge property?” Delorean bluntly responded, “Yes.”
Delorean did offer that the defacing wasn’t a show of disrespect for P’s “legacy” within the culture of Hip Hop — or his fans. “[The mural] just can’t exist in Queensbridge where the people he disrespected have kids that will see it every day.”
“I still have pictures up, because I respect him as a legend,” Delorean states at the end of the interview. “There are things he showed me that nobody could take from me.”

Deadline reports the R&B diva is teaming up with her buddy, Brett Ratner, to co-executive produce the scripted drama series based on real-life events in her life.
Written by Nina Colman (Mahogany), the drama is set in 1986 New York City and chronicles the rise of an ambitious bi-racial 16-year-old girl, an aspiring singer-songwriter who survived a difficult childhood to become the biggest selling female music artist of all time.

Mel B Ordered To Pay A LOT Of Money In Spousal Support To Estranged Husband Stephen Belafonte

A judge has ordered Mel B to pay her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte spousal support. And he’s getting a hefty payment.
The “America’s Got Talent” judge must pay her estranged husband $40,000 a month amid their messy divorce. Luckily, it’s temporary. It’s emergency support for food, housing and phone bills.
Stephen accused Mel B of preventing real estate agents from showing their $8.9 million Hollywood Hills home that’s on sale. However, the judge did not place any orders on her. You’ll recall, Mel got a restraining order against Stephen, so he’s not even allowed in the house.
And there’s more. Mel B also has to hand over $140,000 for Stephen’s legal fees. Chile…
In court documents, Mel made it clear she’s opposed to funding her estranged husband and offered up a warning that he needs to become self-supporting, rather than live off of her money.

OOOPS! Conor McGregor Reportedly Knocked Out While Training for Mayweather Fight
On August 26, Conor McGregor will take on boxing champion Floyd Mayweather in the highly anticipated “Money” fight in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Although both McGregor and Mayweather have been actively preparing for the match, it appears only one of the participants is having trouble in the ring. According to reports, former welterweight champion Jessie Vargas revealed that McGregor has already been laid out while sparring for the forthcoming fight.
“Conor’s gonna get knocked out,” Vargas said in an interview with Villanfy Media. “Mayweather always lives up to the hype. I have no doubt. I actually want to put down money on it, the odds aren’t that bad. [McGregor] got knocked out in sparring already, man.”
Though Vargas’ statement could not be confirmed, the former champion wasn’t the only person to discuss McGregor’s sparring. According to TMZ, McGregor’s former sparring partner Chris van Heerden revealed he had no problem landing on the MMA fighter-turned-boxer.
“I read all these posts where people say Mayweather’s gonna have his hands full landing on Conor because of Conor’s skill and footwork and movement,” van Heerden revealed. “I’m no Mayweather and-out of camp, out of shape – I landed [punches] on Conor McGregor at will.”
Pink Posts Cooking Photo With Kids, Gets Mom-Shamed
Celebrity moms can’t do anything without being attacked. Case and point: Pink shared a photo of herself cooking with her kids and within minutes, the parenting police were out in full-force.
In the picture, posted to Instagram on Monday, July 16, the singer wears 7-month-old son Jameson in a carrier as she heats some veggies in a pan while daughter Willow, 6, watches from the counter.
While many followers praised the pop star for her ability to multitask, others were quick to scold her. “Cute photo but please don’t cook wearing the baby. I’ve read some really horrific stories about terrible accidents that have occurred doing this,” wrote one person, while another chimed in: “I babywear all the time except when I’m cooking hot meals. The better alternative, I suppose if you really must, would be wearing the baby on your back. Not directly facing the hot stove.”
It’s not the first time Pink has been mom-shamed. When the Grammy winner announced she was pregnant with her second, she posted a photo of herself in her kitchen on Instagram. “When microwaving your decaf coffee becomes an excuse to sit on the floor and rest for a while . . .” she wrote in the caption in November 2016.
The unsolicited advice poured in. “Don’t use microwaves! Bad for u!” chided one person at the time. Added another: “Please don’t stand in front of microwave with baby belly.”
An amused Pink responded by tweeting a Scary Mommy article about mom-shaming and wrote, “Enjoy over a cup of coffee.” She followed up with another tweet calling herself a “mommy shamer shamer.”
Memphitz seeking to rebound on Iyanla Vanzant’s ‘Fix My Life’
Memphitz has hinted about becoming the latest troubled celebrity to appear on ‘Iyanla: Fix My Life’ in an Instagram post that has since been deleted.
In that post, Memphitz also captioned the photo with this thought: “You got some real questions, well I got some real answers. Some Good some Bad. But it will Be the Absolute #Truth > I mean, that’s all I got for ya > #GodsKid”
Troubles have followed the man who was born Mickey Wright for quite some time now. From legal issues to relationship issues and money problems, the problems just keep coming.
Memphitz has plenty of damning and embarrassing personal material from which to draw to create a fascinating episode on “Fix My Life.” For example, Memphitz tried to file a lawsuit against former girlfriend K. Michelle, Mona Scott-Young and VH1 and Viacom, citing character assassination and slander after she kept insinuating that he used to beat her. But Memphitz later admitted in court that he did have a physical confrontation with the sultry singer at a hotel in 2009 (and if he beat her once, chances are very high that he beat her on other occasions). Besides, despite the fact she said she was beaten by her former record executive boyfriend, she never mentioned Memphitz by name. So he essentially told on himself when he took her to court. The judge subsequently threw Memphitz’s lawsuit out.
He also has his promising love affair-turned-failed marriage to Toya Wright. They were married in 2011, but in 2014 she announced the two had separated. Toya filed for divorce in July of that year, citing an “irretrievable breakdown of the marriage.” She asked that their prenup be enforced, they each keep their assets, and neither receive alimony. Toya agreed to pay $8K to her soon-to-be ex-husband, and Mickey will waive all rights to proceeds earned by her from the sale of her book, How to Lose a Husband, and from Before Bed Headz, a company she owns.
Most recently, Memphitz dodged a bullet after the aggravated assault case stemming from an incident at an Atlanta car wash was dismissed. Back in June 2015, Wright spent five days on the run before turning himself into the Fulton County Jail for armed robbery and assault after an altercation with a suburban Atlanta car wash attendant he accused of stealing weed from his car.
Memphitz had returned to the Johns Creek, Ga., car wash to demand that the man who washed his car return his bag of marijuana. When the man said he didn’t have it, Memphitz brandished a firearm and allegedly said, “Your life or my weed.” Someone called the police, but Memphitz had left the premises before police arrived. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Memphitz previously rejected a plea deal that included a 10-year prison sentence with 15 years probation in exchange for pleading guilty to armed robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The charges were eventually dismissed.
So, as you can see, Vanzant will have her work cut out for her with this project.
Somali-American Cop Shoots Minneapolis Woman After She Calls 911
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension offered few details about what precipitated the shooting.
A Minneapolis officer is accused of shooting an Australian bride-to-be who called for help. The shooting comes at a time when police around the nation are under fire for escalating random encounters into deadly shootings.
But the complaints against police use of deadly deadly force are usually are lodged by people of color, but on Saturday, the victim, Justine Damond, 40, was a White woman who had studied to be a veterinarian in Sydney before moving to Minneapolis to be with her fiancé, writes The Washington Post.
Further, in the aftermath of the shooting death of Philando Castile, policy requires officers to wear a body camera. But the officers’ body cameras were not turn on before the shooting and the squad car camera did not capture the shooting, the report says.
“We all want to know more; I want to know more,” Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges said at a news conference Sunday afternoon, The Post writes. “I call on the BCA … to share as much information as they can as quickly as they possibly can.”
The incident began before 11:30 p.m. Saturday when Damond called 911 to report a possible assault behind her house. According to a news release from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, two Minneapolis Police Department officers responded to the call and went to an alley near her home in the Fulton neighborhood, on the city’s southwest side, writes The Post.
The Associated Press provides more details: Local media identified the officer who fired as Mohamed Noor, who is a Somali-American. A city newsletter said he joined the police department in March 2015.
His attorney, Tom Plunkett, released a statement saying Noor offered his condolences to the family “and keeps them in his daily thoughts and prayers.”
The statement added: “He joined the police force to serve the community and to protect the people he serves. Officer Noor is a caring person with a family he loves, and he empathizes with the loss others are experiencing.”
Noor was sued earlier this year after a May 25 incident in which he and other officers took a woman to the hospital on a mental health hold. The lawsuit claims Noor and the other officers violated the woman’s rights when they entered her home without her permission and Noor grabbed her wrist and upper arm. Noor relaxed his grip when the woman said she had a previous shoulder injury, the lawsuit says.
Television station KSTP reported that city records show Noor had three complaints on file. The station did not provide details on the nature of the complaints but said one was dismissed with no disciplinary action and the other two are pending.
The Star Tribune, citing three people with knowledge of the shooting it did not name, said the officers pulled into the alley in a squad car, and Damond talked to the driver. The newspaper’s sources said the officer in the passenger seat shot Damond through the driver’s-side door. A BCA spokeswoman did not return messages seeking to confirm that account.
Neighbor Joan Hargrave called the killing “an execution” and said there was no reason for a well-trained officer to see Damond as a threat.
“This is a tragedy — that someone who’s asking for help would call the police and get shot by the police,” Hargrave said.
Officials said the officers’ body cameras were not turned on and that a squad car camera did not capture the shooting. Investigators were still trying to determine whether other video exists.
It’s not clear why the officers’ body cameras were not turned on. The department has phased in body cameras for all of its officers over the last year. Department policy allows for a range of situations in which officers are supposed to turn cameras on, including “any contact involving criminal activity” and before use of force. If a body camera is not turned on before use of force, it’s supposed to be turned on as soon as it’s safe to do so.
Once the investigation is complete, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman would decide whether to charge the officer. Freeman would not comment on the broader case Monday, but said both officers likely should have turned on their body cameras as they were approached by Damond in an alley.
Police Chief Janee Harteau called the killing a “tragic death” and said she understands why the community has questions. “I’ve asked for the investigation to be expedited to provide transparency and to answer as many questions as quickly as we can,” she said.
The Fulton neighborhood where the shooting happened is a mix of middle- and upper-middle-class homes about a half-mile from city lakes that are a popular destination for residents and tourists.

Last Thursday was The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion and The Daily Dish exposed this year’s seating chart. As we know those who sit next to Andy are the ones who Bravo considers to have “brought it” the best this season. Check out the seating chart below!
It makes sense that Kandi and Kim are on the end. Kandi couldn’t be as involved with the ladies as usual because of being so far along in her pregnancy. Unfortunately, Kim hasn’t proven herself on RHOA yet. She doesn’t seem to be cut out for the drama of the show, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Kim is so nice, and has nearly been eaten alive by Keyonce Moore!
Phaedra and Cynthia’s seating also seems accurate, as both of them have had a mild, yet entertaining season. Although Cynthia was involved in kicking Porsha, the ladies seem to have moved past that very quickly.
Porsha and Kenya next to Andy, hello 2 years ago! Porsha and Kenya have SO many unresolved issues, and you can tell how uncomfortable they are in each other’s presence. Is Andy afraid the ladies might not “bring it” and is encouraging the ladies to get heated by his seating arrangement?
I am so curious to see where Nene and Sheree sit. My guess is Sheree on the Porsha side, and Nene on the Kenya side! (who would ever think Nene would be near Kenya)

Originally released for Black History Month, Jasmin Alyse and her big sister Jaylin Simone, decided to recreate photos of black actress for a project and then decided to extend the photo release to include tributes for Women’s History Month in March.
Today, March 1, 2016, “Empire” star Taraji P. Henson added the shot of Jasmin Alyse posing as Lil Taraji to her Instagram page with the caption “LORDT!!!! My heart!!!! These lil #CookieCrumbs steal my heart EVERYTIME!!!!” to her over 7 million followers. As of this writing the photo has garnered OVER 60K like and 400+ comments Instagram and is gaining steam on Twitter.
The photo recreation idea was developed by Jurena Cantrell of J. Glass Communications, an agency who works with clients in Atlanta and more recently Nashville along with the girls parents Jason and Shadeeka Rutledge.
New Music: Eric Benet – Did We Really Love (Brown Eyed Soul Remake)
R&B legend Eric Benet has a special treat for his fans with a remake of Korean R&B group Brown Eyed Soul’s song “Did We Really Love”. Benet keeps the Korean title, but sings the lyrics in English as well as updates the melody to create a stunning remake of the song.
This is not the first time that Eric Benet has created music to acknowledge the strong support he receives from overseas. Back in 2014 he released “From E to U: Volume 1” which was a Japan only release.
Currently, Benet is in the studio working on a new album, the follow up to “The One” released in 2012. He’s hinted recently that a new single called “Sunshine” will release soon.

Azealia Banks had some choice words for Iggy Azalea following comments made about her in a recent magazine.
Well it looks like there’s a new chapter in the on-going feud between Azealia Banks & Iggy Azalea. On Tuesday, Azealia Banks took to twitter to call out Iggy for her comments made in a recent cover story for Elle Canada.
It all started when Iggy confirmed her hatred for Azealia in Elle Canada, “I think the Azealia Banks thing is what really started it all. We don’t like each other on a personal level, and that has gone on for many years—before the Black Lives Matter incident happened. Even though I still hate Azealia Banks, I wish I had said it in a way that didn’t make people think I was oblivious to the movement.”
Of course this statement quickly caught Azealia’a attention and caused quite the reaction out of her on Twitter Tuesday afternoon. Saying she was going to be “so fuckin petty,” Iggy had the following to say in a series of tweets…
Matter of fact. . Let me just kill this bitch.
We now presume Azealia's pettiness to be her sampling of Iggy's "My World" record for her own song "Used To Being Alone," which she dropped at midnight. Both women have respective projects dropping in the coming months, so I'm sure this won't be the last we hear from these two.

WHAT? Katt Williams Challenges Kevin Hart To $1 Million Battle!
Katt Williams is fresh out jail after getting arrested on a battery charge for allegedly punching a pool store in employee yesterday. And he’s already stirring the pot. Well…he’s continuing to stir the pot.
During his comedy show in Atlanta over the weekend, Katt BLASTED Kevin onstage calling him a “puppet.” He went on to allude that Kevin participated in some strange activities (such as letting a man perform oral sex on him) to get where he is today and assured his fans he has never participated in anything like that to further his career.
The Ride Along 2 star caught wind of his comments and responded to his diss while at this year’s Academy Awards. Kevin posted a picture backstage with host Chris Rock and comedian Dave Chappelle with the caption:

Now, Katt, who’s currently on tour, is challenging Kevin to a $1 million comedy battle at his upcoming show in Philadelphia, Kevin’s hometown.
In fact, Katt said he can make it a $5 million bet where he would demolish Kevin in boxing, basketball, rapping and comedy. He said he wanted to bet $1million for each challenge, but it seems Katt's math is a little off as that would only equal $4. Either way, he wants to battle for some serious cash.
Katt said he knows Kevin can cough up the dough, dubbing him “Mr. $28 Million In Forbes.” He then said he’s bringing his money in cash and told Kevin to come with NO white people.

NOT CUTE HON! Big Freedia Charged with Felony Theft for Lying About Income to Get Section 8 Vouchers
The Queen of Bounce, better known as Big Freedia, was charged in federal court Tuesday with felony theft of government funds. He allegedly lied about his income in order to qualify for Section 8.
via WWLTV: Big Freedia is the stage name of Freddie Ross, Jr., who was charged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office with lying about his income to get subsidized housing through a Section 8 voucher each year from 2010 to 2014.
The bill of information suggests that Ross will plead guilty. It refers to Ross as “he,” even though Big Freedia performs as a woman and also uses “she.”
Big Freedia allegedly lied about how much money he was making as he renewed Section 8 vouchers on an annual basis.
The 2010-2014 timeframe coincides with Big Freedia’s rise to national fame as the Queen of Bounce music. He helped spread bounce outside New Orleans by appearing on HBO’s “Treme,” on national talk shows, and in 2013 he got his own reality show on the Fuse Network.
His fame hit a new high this year when he appeared with Beyonce in her Formation video, which featured New Orleans imagery.
Freddie Ross Jr. is charged with stealing more than $1,000 in vouchers, but the value is actually much higher than that. Ross could face up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. He could also face forfeiture of property equivalent to the amount of the vouchers received.
Ross’ initial appearance is set for March 16.
YIKES! Stevie J Involved in Brawl During CIAA
Stevie J was flattened outside a North Carolina nightclub … and despite protestations he left unscathed, the video tells a very different story.
The brawl with Stevie went down outside Charlotte’s Empire Lounge. There’s a report things got so heated Stevie’s van got shot up, but he insists that’s not the case.
The “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star says the incident was triggered by club security who roughed up a patron. Stevie says since he was hosting the event, the patron thought he was responsible, so when Stevie left the club the guy and his posse jumped him.
While Stevie insists he left unscathed, his pal and blogger FreddyO left with a gash in his head.
Freddy O said: He left that club shaking his head and thankful that they did not leave NC in a body bag. Now who deserves a reality show?

WOMP! L Sherri Shepherd Loses Surrogacy Case, Paying Child Support
Not so good news for Sherri Shepherd. On Tuesday, the actress, comedian and TV host took an L in court, losing her appeal of a Pennsylvania court ruling that found her responsible for a child born to a surrogate before she divorced, the Associated Press reports.
The state Supreme Court says it won’t hear the case brought by Shepherd. The site reports,
"Surrogacy advocates say the lower court ruling in her case is the first to declare surrogacy contracts binding in Pennsylvania. Shepherd is paying $4,100 in monthly child support to ex-husband Lamar Sally of Los Angeles. His lawyer, Tiffany Palmer, says Shepherd has not seen the 1-year-old. Shepherd spent more than $100,000 to arrange the surrogacy but tried to void the contract as the couple divorced in New Jersey. Shepherd’s lawyer says he’s surprised the court won’t review the issue."
In other news, Shepherd is playing alongside John Lithgow in a new NBC pilot called The Trail. According to Deadline, the serialized comedy is a spoof of such documentary series as The Jinx and Making a Murderer.
Shepherd will play Anne Flatch, the well-meaning and enthusiastic assistant/receptionist at Josh Simon’s makeshift law office in East Peck, South Carolina, Anne suffers from facial blindness — the inability to recognize people by their faces — along with a host of disorders that makes her job as one of the members of the defense team much more difficult.

Russell Wilson Launches ‘Good Man Brand’ Clothing Line, Portion Of Its Proceeds Being Donated To Programs For Inner-City Kids
Russell Wilson launched his new clothing line, Good Man Brand, at Nordstrom’s downtown Seattle flagship store yesterday.
“We’re going to change a culture through fashion,” the Seattle Seahawks quarterback explained while talking the line. “It’s for the guy who is a 27-year-old like myself who is dating somebody way out of his league and needs to go out on a date,” he joked, in reference to his relationship with singer, Ciara.
The clothes range from a casual zip-up white jacket (Russell wore at the event), to dress shirts with checkered patterns. He says the brand consists of clothes that “have great comfort, great style, and are modern and classic.”
According to GQ, customers can find the pieces on the racks “in 20+ Nordstrom stores, 75 “mom and pop” shops (as Wilson calls them) across the country.” Russell and his three partners will be giving back in the process; donating $3 from every item purchased to the Why Not You Foundation – with proceeds going to inner city education programs.
CiCi showed support to her man by posting a photo of him at the launch (atop), captioned: “Proud Of My Baby and His Successful Launch Of @GoodManBrand.”
