We’re with HER! RuPaul graces the latest cover of Entertainment Weekly for their annual LGBT Pride issue that hits stands Friday.
EW’s website reads: Drag has been around since the days of Dionysus, but no ancient Greek ever sashayed nearly as statuesquely as RuPaul Charles. The world’s most famous and influential drag performer took a long (and still) marginalized art form and used it to create an empire — and in doing so, built a shimmering 30-year-long career as twisted as pop culture itself to become one of the most important LGBTQ icons of our time.
The issue includes a complete oral history of RuPaul, featuring stories from Lady Bunny, Randy Barbato, Fenton Bailey, Michelle Visage and Mamma Ru herself.
When asked about what it means to be featured, Ru says: “It’s a real milestone in my career. It means that so many people get to hear the message. Aside from the pretty clothes, all the colors and laughter the message really is to be yourself, love yourself and enjoy your time on this planet. That’s been my creed the whole time.”
With quite a political cover, Ru doesn’t shy away from talking about politics. “This year in the LGBT community, I hope to see young people get more involved politically and become more active and more aware. I want to see all LGBT people get involved politically because these freedoms we’ve witnessed in the past 20 years could slip away in a heartbeat.”
“Drag is the antithesis of what our culture is about,” she continues. “Our culture is about choosing an identity and sticking with it. You got to stick with that identity because we have to market beer and shampoo to you. Drag is opposite of that. Drag is really saying I will do whatever I want. I am a shape shifter. I will do whatever I feel. You will never see drag go completely mainstream.”

Well according to the folks over at LALATE.com they can exclusively report that Kenya Moore’s husband is “Mark Jerome Daly”, a believed former banker at Credit Suisse First Boston New York. He has worked as a banker at Citigroup. And while Marc Daly may own Brooklyn restaurant SoCo aka SoCoBK, Daly may also own New York restaurant Eleven Madison Park.
Kenya Moore’s husband Marc Jerome Daly is a believed 43 year old New York resident, former resident of Brooklyn and Mineola, and former registered broker, He is also an Aires (born April 1); Moore is an Aquarius. Days ago, Kenya Moore told PEOPLE that she would not be telling press the name of her husband. Late today Moore identified her husband on IG as “Marc”. Daly’s first name was first revealed by MediaTakeOut.
By late 2006, Daly got his New York State broker license. Daly was issued a Broker license by New York after passing his Series 7 and Series 63 tests in November 2 and November 10, 2006.
One item, however, unclear is Daly is also an owner of restaurant Eleven Madison Park. Online record list Daly associated with that address of that restaurant. But while Daly is not listed on SoCo’s owner bios, he is not listed on Eleven’s listing either.

Revenge body alert! Janet Jackson showed off her slim post-baby figure as she headed to court on Thursday, June 15, to begin divorce proceedings with her estranged husband, Wissam Al Mana.
The "Rhythm Nation" singer, 51, appeared to be in good spirits outside the Royal Courts of Justice in London. She flaunted her rumored 50-pound weight loss in a long, black cardigan, a white button-down shirt and black pants, wearing her hair in a topknot.
"Janet was in a great mood," an eyewitness told Entertainment Tonight, noting that Jackson spent approximately six hours inside the court. "She was happy and hugging and kissing her legal team as she left the courthouse. ... Janet had about seven people in her entourage, including her brother Randy, her assistant and her legal team."
The Qatari billionaire businessman, meanwhile, exited the courthouse without an entourage. He was dressed in all black and appeared somber.
Jackson and Al Mana quietly married in 2012 and welcomed their son, Eissa, this past January. Three months after Eissa was born, Us Weekly confirmed that the couple had split.
The five-time Grammy winner confirmed the breakup in a video message in May while announcing her State of the World Tour, which is scheduled to kick off in September.

Stop. Drop. Shut ’em down, open up shop. The Ruff Ryders are about to roll out on their “20th Anniversary Tour.”
Featuring a stacked lineup of DMX, Eve, Swizz Beatz, The Lox, and Drag-On, the Double R crew is set to kick off the highly-anticipated trek on Sept. 7 in Miami.
The 10-date jaunt is slated to feature Fat Joe on select stops, as it travels through Tampa, Charlotte, Houston, Dallas, and Los Angeles, before coming to a close in Las Vegas on Sept. 30.
In April, DMX and the crew reunited for their first Ruff Ryders concert at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, prompting speculation about a larger tour that has now been realized.

Alex Rodriguez: Jennifer Lopez and I Are 'Really Enjoying Life' Together
Alex Rodriguez hit a home run with Jennifer Lopez. The former New York Yankees third baseman gushed over his love — and how they find time to be together amid their hectic schedules — in a new interview with Extra.
"If you want to be together you are together," Rodriguez, 41, said on Monday, June 19. "Our kids get along really well, we’re both from New York, we’re both Latin, we’re both in our forties, we’re really enjoying life, but she really is one of the most impressive and smartest human beings I have ever met."
Rodriguez and the Shades of Blue actress, 47, have been dating for a couple of months. They recently returned home after a romantic weekend in Paris.
"We landed early this morning, it was great, it was great, 15 hours of sleep, it was good," he told Extra. "The museums are always good, and just walking around Paris is awesome."
Lopez often posts photos of Rodriguez on social media, most recently calling their getaway a "Baecation." The pair, who made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Met Gala on May 1, have even been given the celebrity couple name "J-Rod."
Rodriguez doesn't seem to mind the nickname. "She's pretty easy going, I think she likes it too," he told Extra.
It turns out, it was actually Rodriguez and Lopez's pals who started the name. "It's fine," the singer told Entertainment Tonight at the Billboard Latin Music Awards in Miami in April. "We kind of thought that would happen because people who knew us were already [saying] it. So, you guys, it's not like you were original or anything."
Singer Raury Protests Dolce & Gabbana Live On Their Runway
Raury, a soul singer/songwriter from Atlanta, was so fed up with Dolce & Gabbana dressing Melania Trump and mocking protesters that he infiltrated their fashion show and protested the fashion giant from the inside.
The incident occurred during Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring/Summer ’18 show in Italy. Raury was tapped as one of the social media influencers to participate in the designer’s fashion show. As expected, he walked the runway in a yellow D&G sweatshirt and matching shorts. However, once he hit the end of the runway, the singer went rogue, removing his sweatshirt and showcasing the words “PROTEST DG”, “GIVE ME FREEDOM” and “I AM NOT YOUR SCAPEGOAT” across his body. Raury and a few other models raised their fists in solidarity. The singer then disappeared after the show, not joining the other models for photos. As he attempted to escape, he was blocked in and apprehended by security. Fortunately, he was able to eventually get away.
Ironically, just days ago, D&G poked fun at the backlash they had been receiving for their thoughts on gay parenthood and supporting Tump by releasing a line of t-shirts reading “Boycott Dolce & Gabbana.” Up until Raury actually protested, the fashion house took it as a joke. “It’s irony! A joke! People use heavy words very easily these days. There is too much aggression,” Dolce told Vogue. Well, I bet they don’t think it’s a joke now!
When asked what triggered him to protest D&G, Raury says that he felt the brand was making a mockery of the voice of the people. He also wanted it to be known that he did not agree with their views.
“Me, as a young man from Stone Mountain, Georgia, the birthplace of the Klu Klux Klan, I really felt this mockery of boycotting,” he tells GQ. “Who knows, if boycotts didn’t happen, if Rosa Parks and M.L.K. didn’t step up…who knows if I would even exist. Boycotting matters. Boycotting is real. Dolce’s entire campaign says it’s not real. I know that if I walk out there and support or endorse anything that sits next to Trump—orsupportst someone who even makes dinner for Trump or whatever—then that means that I support Trump also. I don’t support Trump.”
Raury says that he did not know about the Melania Trump and “Boycott” t-shirts until he was already in Milan, the day before the show. He tells GQ that he was doing research on the brand to educate himself before walking the runway and that’s when he saw the news articles.
After he left the runway, Raury says security tried to stop him as he attempted to escape.
“I knew I had to get out of there. I didn’t know what could happen to me. I was dealing with a lot of energy. I was thinking: Oh shit, what does this mean? This is their city. They’re some of the most powerful people in this city. This is fueling something against them, and who knows how ruthless they are? So when I walked out of there, I made a beeline to the exit and a security guard wrapped me up. I juked his dumb ass but got stopped at the door. I kept saying, “Don’t touch me. Don’t touch me. The only person I will talk to is my manager, Che.” Che brought me my clothes—I took off all of the Dolce & Gabbana clothes I was wearing and tried to leave. They tried to stop us. They were trying to keep me in there. Why? I’m not stealing anything from you guys, you have everything you gave me. But they had, like, a bar of security in front of the door. I had to run, like, 300 feet up and away from them.”
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Hire Surrogate to Carry Third Child

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have hired a surrogate, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
Kardashian West has long made it clear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians that she wants another child – even though her doctors have warned her about the health risks of carrying another baby because she suffered from placenta accreta during her last pregnancy. Placenta accreta is a condition in which the placenta grows into the wall of the womb and prevents it from easily detaching at the time of birth.
“My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails. How disgusting and painful!!!” Kardashian West wrote in her blog about giving birth to her first child while dealing with the condition, which she said affects five percent of women giving birth. “My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before. My delivery was fairly easy, but then going through that—it was the most painful experience of my life! They gave me a second epidural but we were racing against time, so I just had to deal.”
The couple, who wed in May 2014, are already parents to 4-year-old daughter North and 18-month-old son Saint.
“I’d just love nothing more than to expand my family and just know that I have this world at home that’s safe,” she said on the reality show.
“And if for some reason I left this earth sooner than I really wanted to, then my kids would have a support system at home so that I know that they would be okay if I wasn’t here.”
The 36-year-old reality star said being the victim of a robbery during Paris Fashion Week in October only made the urgency greater.
Kardashian West underwent a procedure to help her become able of carrying another baby if she chooses to, but it doesn’t work.
“I can’t carry anymore kids … it’s the worst,” she told close pal Jonathan Cheban. “It’s not going to be happy for me.. I had a full break down … I give up.”
The mother of two began considering a surrogate after two doctors told her it would be unsafe for her to get pregnant again. She also spoke to a mother who used a surrogate in addition to giving birth herself to talk about her fear of not loving the child the same.
“I’ve come to the conclusion in my mind that I can’t carry another one. So now I want to explore surrogacy,” Kardashian West told her mother, Kris Jenner, on the show.
