Lebron James is gracing GQ magazine’s 60th anniversary issue as “The King.”
The NBA star is beat to the gawds and has a Fenty Beauty glow in his cover shoot – he looks really good.
Inside his cover story, King James talks about why it’s important for him to speak out on social issues.
I don’t do it to get praise or to be in an article. I do it because it’s my responsibility. It’s my responsibility.
Nah, it’s my responsibility. I believe that I was put here for a higher cause. We have people, not only today but over the course of time, that have been in the higher positions that chose to do it and chose not to do it.
LeBron also discusses how he talks to his children about being black in America.
It’s heavy when a situation occurs either with myself or with someone in a different city, i.e., Trayvon, Mike Brown. I have to go home and talk to my 13- and 10-year-old sons, even my 2-year-old daughter, about what it means to grow up being an African-American in America.
Because no matter how great you become in life, no matter how wealthy you become, how people worship you, or what you do, if you are an African-American man or African-American woman, you will always be that.

#RHoA: Did Porsha Williams Really Shave Her Head, Or is it an Illusion?
The next season of Real Housewives of Atlanta doesn't premiere until Nov. 5, but there's already a major new update from one of the Housewives... or is there? Porsha Williams claimed she shaved her head in a photo and video she posted to Instagram, and the posts do show an entirely different look from what fans are used to. She still looks amazing, but the pictures are not what they seem.
In the two Instagram posts, Williams' showcased her new style. She captioned the snap, "Bald is beautiful...inspo @sanaalathan ... #twocanplayatthatgame...". She also shared a video of her haircut with the caption: "And she gave no fux. Not even one. And she lived happily ever after. THE END❤️ #twocanplaythatgame." Based on the captions it didn't look like Williams shaved her head with a specific cause in mind. Instead, her posts made it seem like it was more of an empowering move for the Housewife. Even with the filters on the pics, she still looks amazing.
But even though Williams is acting like the new look is the real deal, don't expect it to be around for long. The hairstylist the reality star tagged in her Instagram, Kellon Deryck, spoke to BET and revealed that Williams' look is thanks to what is basically a very good bald cap.
“Surprise! Porsha did not cut her hair off! This is a part of the process to install her fabulous wigs!” he told BET. "This is actually a stocking cap that matches her skin." He continued, "This technique is part of my #flawlessillusion technique to make wigs look like they are growing from the scalp. Her hair is braided underneath the cap that is customized to replicate a natural scalp! It's the best way to make your hair unit completely undetectable."
Deryck also explained that what he and Williams were really doing was prepping for her new role in the play Two Can Play That Game, which explains the hashtag in Williams' captions. "This was prep for the ponytail wig that we installed for her stage play that starts this weekend, Two Can Play That Game," he said. "She is playing Gabrielle Union's role, Connie, and in the movie she had a long ponytail. [All of] this was prep for the ponytail wig that we installed.”
While shaving her head would have been a surprising move, Williams has been known to sport her fair share of stylish looks on RHOA while she's causing drama with her fellow Housewives. In the reunion episodes for Season 9 of RHOA, Williams had a cropped hairstyle, which was bit outside the norm for the Housewife, too. She is usually sporting long locks, like she was only days before she made the change.

#‘Empire’ Recap: Anika Teams Up With Angelo To Bring More Drama

Last nights episode of Empire opens with Cookie having more prison flashbacks. She has been filling Lucious in on her past, hoping to help him get his memory back, and it comes to light that part of the reason he stopped visiting her is because he got freaked out. He tried to make sure the cops took care of her (at this point he was BET-famous), but after seeing her with cuts on her face that she got from a fight, he just decided to abandon ship. Amnesiac Lucious is disturbed by this and promises to make it up to Cookie by being the man that old Lucious never was.
As far as Empire business goes, Lucious comes back to work, which isn’t really a good idea, but he does present a good idea. Basically, there will be a competition to find the new face of Empire Records. Every Empire artist has to compete. The top artists like Jamal, Tiana, etc aren’t happy about this, of course. But Cookie likes the idea, and what boss lady says goes.
The actual auditions are funny because Cookie is brutally honest and Lucious gets on her about hurting people’s feelings. LUCIOUS CARES ABOUT PEOPLE’S FEELINGS NOW!
It’s Bella’s first birthday, which is also a reminder of the day Rhonda died so that kind of puts a damper on Dre’s spirits (but he still shows up to celebrate). The Lyon Clan is celebrating with a Princess and Prince (that Prince) themed party.
Bella’s party goes well at first, but things take a turn for the worst when Angelo shows up with an envelope that he’s calling “a gift.” Cookie demands to know why he’s even there and Anika claims she invited Angelo, and that one thing she has learned is that the Lyons will destroy everything they put their hands on. So, Angelo’s gift is court papers. He’s acting as Anika’s lawyer and plans to sue the Lyons for sole custody of Bella.
Hold up. Anika? The same chick who killed Andre’s baby and wife?!
GTFOH!
Either Angelo isn’t aware of this, or he has some major chicks up his sleeves because what judge in their right mind would favor Anika over the Lyon’s?
Perhaps Leah was right to send her butt to jail after all.
Smh. It’s probably going to boil down to Thirsty working some of his dirty magic as per the usual.

#NEWHIPHOPVIDEO: Wu-Tang – ‘If Time Is Money’ & ‘Hood Go Bang’
Fresh off their performance on “The Tonight Show,” Wu-Tang Clan unleashes a double video for “If Time Is Money (Fly Navigation)” and “Hood Go Bang” off The Saga Continues.
While the visual features cameos from the likes of Raekwon and Masta Killah, the clip focuses on Method Man, who walks around New York while rhyming along to the standout tracks.
Rocking a Wu-Tang Clan shirt that reads “Protect Ya Neck,” M-E-T-H-O-D Man kicks off the video with “If Time Is Money.” Then, he breaks into “Hood Go Bang” before returning to the first song for the gritty visual’s finale.
This marks the second video to be released from the album. The first was for Wu-Tang’s Redman-assisted single “People Say.”

Rihanna is the most visible Barbadian on the planet. In 2008—before Fenty x Puma, before her Stance sock line—she had already been named an honorary ambassador for Youth and Culture by then-Prime Minister David Thompson. This, for context, was circa Good Girl Gone Bad. Next month, she’ll be granted an even bigger honor: On November 30, Barbados’s Independence Day (commemorating their independence from the United Kingdom in 1966), Westbury New Road will be renamed Rihanna Drive in the musician-slash-fashion-and-beauty mogul’s honor.
Rihanna grew up on Westbury, a street in the Barbadian capital of Bridgetown, so it’s a fitting homage to Barbados’s most famous export. (She relocated from Barbados to New York after signing with Def Jam in 2005, though she maintains a $22 million, five-bedroom condo in the luxury complex One Sandy Lane.) Rihanna Drive is certainly an improvement on Westbury New Road, which is a snooze of a name, but it’s not nearly so thrilling as “Shut Up and Drive, Drive, Drive,” a street name proposed by Jezebel, or perhaps Fenty x a Traffic Jam by Rihanna, in honor of the influx of tourism she’s brought to the neighborhood where she grew up.

The concert was a benefit for GLAAD in order to raise money and awareness for LGBTQ youth.
Attendees and performers included Tinashe, JoJo, Daya, Justin Tranter, Sofia Carson, Courtney Love, Gigi Gorgeous, Darren Criss, Chris Colfer, Carly Rae Jepsen, Laura Marano, Superfruit‘s Scott Hoying and Mitch Grassi.
“I’m so excited to perform some of my music tonight with some of my amazing friends at Sayers Club. We are going to raise money, awareness and magic for lgbtq youth everywhere. It’s been too long since I’ve done a show, and tonight we are doing it for the right reasons. Xoxo,” Justin wrote on his Instagram.
Alicia Keys Returning For ‘The Voice’ Season 14
It’s official! Alicia Keys will be returning for the 14th season of NBC’s award-winning singing competition, “The Voice.”
Via Deadline: Keys joins Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson, who will be making her coaching debut. This will mark Keys’ third time as a coach. Her artist Chris Blue was named “The Voice” when she last coached in season 12.
“We are thrilled to welcome back Alicia’s positive energy, competitive spirit and sheer talent. She brings unparalleled expertise and has proven she knows how to help artists win,” said Paul Telegdy, President, Alternative and Reality Group, NBC Entertainment. “The chemistry between Alicia, Kelly, Adam and Blake will make for a wildly unpredictable and compelling season 14.”

E! CONFIRMS ‘FASHION POLICE’ TO END .. Nene Leakes, Giuliana Rancic, And More Set To Host “Fashion Police: The Farewell”.

The network confirms ‘Fashion Police’ is set to end with a farewell special coming up next month.
According to reports, “Fashion Police,” the style talk show that long served as a platform for the late comic Joan Rivers’ famous wit and biting commentary, is coming to an end. Cable channel E! will bring the franchise to a close with a series-finale special next month.
“Fashion Police: The Farewell” will debut on E! Nov. 27 at 8 p.m. The special will be hosted by Melissa Rivers and the current panelists, including Giuliana Rancic, Brad Goreski, NeNe Leakes, and Margaret Cho. It will also feature highlights from Joan Rivers’ run on the show, as well as clips from an unaired episode featuring Joan Rivers and her co-hosts paying tribute to ’80s fashion.
The finale will feature signature segments from the series such as “Bitch Stole My Look,” “Guess Me From Behind,” and “Starlet or Streetwalker,” as well as surprise celebrity guests.
“We’re going to take a look back and celebrate some of the show’s most memorable moments and hosts and gags, said E! president Adam Stotsky. “It’s an opportunity to celebrate the franchise, celebrate Joan and how much we miss her, and pull back the curtain and show fans some things that they haven’t seen.”
The decision to bring the show to an end was made in concert with Melissa Rivers, who executive produces the show with Snegaroff and Lisa Bacon.
Channing Tatum Pulls ‘Forgive Me’ Film Project From The Weinstein Co.
Channing Tatum is dissolving his relationship with the Weinstein Company. Amid the wave of accusations of sexual harassment pinned to Harvey Weinstein and recently his brother and TWC co-founder Bob Weinstein, the actor and producer took to social media to announce that he has pulled his project, Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock — a story dealing with the issue of sexual abuse — from TWC and will not work with the company on any future endeavors.
“Our lone project in development with TWC — Matthew Quick’s brilliant book, Forgive Me Leonard Peacock — is a story about a boy whose life was torn asunder by sexual abuse. While we will no longer develop it or anything else that is property of TWC, we are reminded of its powerful message of healing in the wake of tragedy,” Tatum’s statement read.
The film, about a high school student who plans to kill his best friend and then himself, would mark Tatum’s directorial debut alongside Reid Carolin. In addition to co-directing and co-producing via his Free Association banner and along with Peter Kiernan, Tatum would also potentially star.
Since the scandal broke with The New York Times and The New Yorker articles detailing alleged accounts of Weinstein’s sexually depraved behavior, Hollywood has moved swiftly to disassociate with the company, removing the TWC moniker from all of the company’s TV series including Project Runway, Yellowstone with Kevin Costner for Paramount TV and Amazon’s new drama from David O. Russell starring Robert De Niro and Julianne Moore as well as films like Disney’s Artemis Fowl.

Man Suspected In Deadly 2-State Shooting Spree Arrested
Authorities have captured a man suspected in a shooting spree that left three people dead and three others critically injured in Maryland and Delaware on Wednesday.
After a day-long manhunt, Radee Prince, 37, was arrested in Newark, Delaware by agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and allied law enforcement agencies, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office said on Twitter.
The agents found Prince walking near his parked GMC Acadia SUV after receiving a tip from the public, CNN reported. A law enforcement official told the news outlet that Prince was “smoking a cigar” when agents spotted him. He was reportedly arrested “without incident.”
On Wednesday morning, Prince allegedly opened fire at his workplace in Edgewood, Maryland, killing three people and critically wounding two others. All five victims were believed to be employees at Advanced Granite Solutions, a cabinet and countertop company where Prince had worked for four months.
Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler told reporters that it had been a “regular work day” for Prince. The suspect reportedly fled the scene after the attack.
Two hours later, Prince allegedly shot a sixth person about 50 miles away at a car dealership in Wilmington, Delaware. The victim was critically wounded after being shot in the head but was expected to survive, said Robert Tracy, the city’s police chief.
Prince was thought to have had “beefs” with the victim, Tracy added.
While Prince’s motives are not yet known, Tracy said all of the victims appeared to have been “targeted.”
“This individual knew the people he wanted to go shoot. This was not a random act of violence.” Tracy said, per the Baltimore Sun.
Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler shared a photograph of the suspect, Radee Prince, during a news conference on Wednesday.
Prince had a history of violence and crime. According to the Sun, he was fired from another job earlier this year after punching a colleague and threatening others. Wilmington Police Chief Bob Tracy told reporters that Prince had “an extensive criminal history in Delaware, having been arrested 42 times in the state and convicted of 15 felonies,” per Buzzfeed.
He also has a criminal record in Maryland, reported NBC News.
The three victims who were killed in the attack have been identified by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office as Bayarsaikhan Tudev, 53; Jose Hidalgo Romero, 34; and Enis Mrvoljak, 48.
