Just call them… The Revengers. Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth may have put their Marvel personas back in storage after Avengers: Endgame (for now, anyway), but that familiar chemistry from Thor: Ragnarok is there in Men In Black: International.
Agents M (Thompson) and H (Hemsworth) walk through MIB’s London headquarters, trying to discuss a serious matter: M believes there’s a mole among their ranks after a high-ranking alien was killed at a night club near St. Paul’s Cathedral and their main clue is a substance left behind called Zeaphos. H is far from the brains of the operation, but he knows what Zeaphos is. “The right amount will keep you dancing shirtless in Morocco for 14 hours straight… so I’ve heard,” he says.
“While Tessa plays the rookie agent, in some ways she is more like Tommy [Lee Jones] and you might say Chris is more like Will, only in that Tessa’s someone who comes to this through a 20-year study of everything from astrophysics to The National Inquirer,” producer Walter Parkes says. “She’s a very very smart and, not by-the-book, but let’s just say she’s a character who when we meet her tends to not let passion get in the way of her conscious approach to problem solving.”
In Men In Black: International, Agent M, a MIB agent on a probationary period, is sent off to London by New York bureau chief Agent O (Emma Thompson) to partner with Agent H. Together, they are tipped off to a case involving The Hive, an alien force once thought to have been defeated by H and his mentor High T (Liam Neeson), the head of MIB London, years prior.
Bennett Walsh, another production on the film, explains the lead casting happened around the same time for both. “We didn’t go to Chris first and then go to Tessa,” he says. “It was parallel, and when you see Chris and Tessa they just look funny, the height and all that. And they’re great together.”
On the set of International, Thompson and Hemsworth walk us through this new world of MIB, some of the gunplay we can expect (including a vehicle with hub caps that can be turned into weapons), and Kumail Nanjiani as the secret “third” Men In Black agent, the pint-sized Pawny.

#RHOA: Porsha Williams Flaunts Post-Baby Body She says her ‘Bounce Back Game Is Strong’
Porsha Williams is showing off her post-baby body and getting a whole lot of praise from her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star Kandi Burruss just six weeks after welcoming her first child into the world. The 37-year-old mom – who gave birth to daughter Pilar on March 22 – was spotted posing with Kandi in a new snap shared to her Instagram account this week and revealed her post-baby body in a pair of skintight black leggings.
The snaps uploaded to social media by Kandi showed the reality stars smiling from ear to ear as they posed together. The women then took a seat as they laughed while catching up with each other.
The Atlanta duo matched in their athleisure gear, with Burruss rocking a sporty light pink dress while new mom Porsha kept things casual in her figure-hugging black leggings, which she teamed with a black Adidas sweatshirt. Both wore sneakers to complete their fun looks.
In the caption of the photo shared with her 6.4 million followers on the social media site, the Xscape singer revealed that she’d run into her co-star earlier in the week, while also praising her for her very quick bounce-back after having a baby.
As reported earlier this year, Porsha gave fans their first look at her bundle of joy on social media after giving her daughter Pilar her own Instagram account.
The star’s been sharing adorable family photos with her fans via the account ever since.
Williams showing off her post-baby body in her curve-hugging bottoms comes shortly after she claimed that another of her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars, NeNe Leakes, allegedly called her out for her weight gain during her pregnancy.

Later that night Tiana performs with Sevyn Streeter and just in time for the performance, Hakeem gets Tiana’s necklace fixed. She wears it. Hakeem also performs with Dollar $ign.
Teri finds Cookie in the audience and tells her the baby is healthy, but she wants to wait until tomorrow to tell Andre. And Andre gathers them all to say he loves them so, so much. He is legit acting odd. Lucious and Andre head off together to have dinner. Hakeem goes to pick up his kids. Cookie goes home to pour herself some of the good brandy. That’s when she finds Andre’s note on the desk. And she goes into full mama mode trying to figure out where her son might be.
She remembers his talk of the hotel near the roller rink. And she rushes over there, just to find Andre and Lucious finishing a lush dinner and Andre sitting on the side of a bed, with a glass of wine and three bottles of pills. Lucious is so hurt by his son’s decision but decides to stick by him. Cookie shoves Lucious to the side and screams at him about letting “her baby” kill himself. They argue and as they argue, Andre clutches his chest and falls to the ground.
The last words anyone hears come from Lucious. He says: “Son.”

The Hamiltones have really made a name for themselves in recent years, first as the background singers for Anthony Hamilton, and now as standout artists in their own right. The group has just released a video for their latest single “Pieces” and also made the announcement about their upcoming debut EP “Watch the Ton3s”.

21 Savage is hitting the road this summer.The Grammy-nominated rapper has announced dates for his “i am > i was” tour with special guest DaBaby. Produced by Live Nation, the North American trek will kick off July 10 in Oklahoma City and make stops in 20 cities including Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Boston, and more, before wrapping Aug. 16 in his hometown of Atlanta.
The tour comes in support of Savage’s gold-certified sophomore album i am > i was, which was released in December. The project has spawned the platinum single “a lot” featuring J. Cole, while the album is approaching half-a-billion streams.

#RIP Legendary designer Max Azria, Founder of BCBGMAXAZRIA, Dead at 70
Legendary fashion designer Max Azria, known for dressing celebrities like Sharon Stone, Halle Berry and Miley Cyrus, has died at the age of 70.
Sources close to the Azria family tell us he passed away Monday in a Houston hospital after battling lung cancer.
Azria famously launched the contemporary women’s clothing brand, BCBG MAX AZRIA, which was a Parisian term meaning “good style, good attitude.” He presented his first runway collection during New York Fashion Week back in 1996.
His couture has been worn by many stars on the red carpet, like Angelina Jolie during the 2009 Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Azria also teamed up for a clothing line with Miley Cyrus, and designed the outfits for her 2009 Wonder World Tour.
Funeral plans have not yet been announced for Azria, who is survived by his wife, Lubov, and six children. Rest In Peace Sir!

Kim Kardashian Announces New True-Crime Show After Helping Free 17 Inmates
Kim Kardashian's passion for justice reform is truly changing lives.
According to TMZ, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has helped negotiate the release of 17 inmates, who were serving life sentences without parole for low-level drug offenses, in the last 90 days alone.
Kim reportedly teamed up with the 90 Days of Freedom campaign, which was launched by her lawyer, Brittany K. Barnett, and MiAngel Cody of The Decarceration Collective, to put the First Step Act into action. The mom-of-three and current law student is reportedly footing the bill for the team while the lawyers are putting in the legal work to free the prisoners.
News of Kim's life-changing justice reform work came just before Oxygen Media announced that they're working on a forthcoming true-crime series with Kim, who successfully petitioned President Donald Trump to commute the life sentence of Alice Marie Johnson, who was also serving a life sentence for a low-level drug offense, last year. While details of the show remain unknown, the network released the working title: "Kim Kardashian: The Justice Project," People reports.
Last week, Kim shared another story of a man she helped release after he spent over two decades behind bars. "We did it again! Had the best call w/this lovely family & my attorney @msbkb who just won release for their loved one Jeffrey in Miami - he served 22 years of life sentence for low level drug case," she wrote on Twitter. "He served too much time but it gives me so much joy to fund this life saving work."
Britney Spears' Mother Requests To Be Informed About Her Conservatorship
While some were quick to right off the #FreeBritney movement, it seems like Lynne Spears believes there's a reason to intervene with her eldest daughter's conservatorship to make sure that the pop titan's well-being is tended to correctly.
On Tuesday (May 7), the 37-year-old star's mother requested special notice on all matters relating to Britney's conservatorship without having to go through her ex-husband, Jamie Spears, and wants to a court hearing on Wednesday instead of the scheduled Friday date. It's an interesting move, considering Lynne has never been involved in her daughter's conservatorship since Jamie signed on as her conservatorship in 2008 and recently became her sole conservator this year after his former co-conservator, attorney Andrew Wallet, suddenly signed in March after asking for a raise just months prior.
As per TMZ, Lynne is requested the early date to ask the judge to keep her informed on all the decisions that Jamie is making in her case. Insiders close to the scenario revealed that Lynne heard reports that Spears was being manipulated in the longtime conservatorship, which reportedly restricts the pop star from doing very basic functions. As The New York Times detailed, the arrangement, which is typically used to protect the elderly, mentally disabled or the gravely ill, prevents her from making key decisions, personal or financial. "Her most mundane purchases, from a drink at Starbucks to a song on iTunes, are tracked in court documents as part of the plan to safeguard the great fortune she has earned but does not ultimately control," the outlet reported in 2016. Meanwhile, Jamie believes that Lynne's involvement in this case is a tactic for Britney to receive more freedom and could result in damaging judgement that might cost her custody of her two children: Sean Preston and Jayden James. It's an noteworthy concern, but Spears has seemingly proved to be both emotionally and financially stable in the last 11 years with her personhood, as well as her business ventures. TMZ report also conflicts with several sources that have revealed Spears is "doing really well" since checking out of a mental health facility.
Lynne's recent move comes after she liked several Instagram comments from fans who were concerned about Britney's well-being in April after an anonymous source told the Britney's Gram podcast that Spears checked into the wellness facility against her will. "I really hope you are supporting Britney in trying to end [her] conservatorship," one of the "liked" comments read. "I really hope your ailing ex-husband isn't keeping your daughter somewhere against her will." Spears' time at the facility reportedly came about due to the stress from her father and his recovery from a life-threatening ruptured colon.
In late April, Spears herself attempted to slow down the bubbling whispers by recording a video message to her fans. As her time in treatment came to a close, she took to Instagram to keep fans at bay regarding rumors that she was at the 30-day facility against her will. "My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately so I just needed time to deal. But don’t worry I’ll be back very soon," she said in the clip.
Queen Latifah’s Queen Collective Launches Project That Aims To Promote More Diversity In Filmmaking
Queen Latifah is working with Procter & Gamble and Tribeca Studios on a new project that will work to highlight and promote the need for racial and gender equality in Hollywood.
Latifah’s Queen Collective has joined forces with Procter & Gamble and Tribeca Film Studios to provide female directors of color with mentorship and production support, and in addition, will connect directors with distribution opportunities for their projects. Proctor & Gamble’s Chief Brand Officer Marc Pritchard, and The Queen Collective’s directors, Monét and Anderson, sat down for an exclusive interview where they discussed the importance of diversity being represented in-front-of and behind-the-camera.
“We see a lot of stories that have been told through their lens in every way, shape, and form,” Latifah said during the development of the Queen Collective.
“White guys have been able to tell their story in every sort of way, and unfortunately it hasn’t been that way for women. And it hasn’t been that way for people of other colors or genders. That’s the part that’s missing. We want to make sure that everyone is allowed to tell their story.”
The project has already helped two female directors so far. Up and coming directors B. Monét and Haley Elizabeth Anderson had their films, “Ballet After Dark” and “If There Is Light” premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on Friday, April 26. Ballet After Dark “tells the story a young woman who found the strength to survive after an attack. She created an organization that is helping sexual abuse and domestic violence survivors find healing after trauma through dance therapy.” If There Is Light follows the story of Janiyah Blackmon, who “wrestles with her new life in New York City as her mom tries to move her family out of the shelter system and into a stable home.”
The short documentaries are now also available on Hulu.
Michelle Williams and Ex-Fiancé Chad Johnson Are Allegedly Working On Their Relationship
After Michelle Williams and Chad Johnson were spotted attending the Kentucky Derby over the weekend, rumors have surfaced that two are back together.
According to Page Six, Williams and Johnson were invited to the “Derby” festivities as VIP guests, making one of their first public appearances since calling off their engagement five months ago.
R&B singer Amerie shared what appeared to be a video of Williams and Johnson looking cozy at the annual Trifecta Gala on Friday. Nene Leakes also shared a group photo that included the two on social media, adding to the speculation they have decided to reconcile.
Although Williams wasn’t rocking her engagement ring, an inside source revealed that the two arrived together and “are trying to work on things.”
The couple broke things off on their reality show, “Chad Loves Michelle” in December of 2018, after nearly two years of dating. However, the Destiny’s Child singer later expressed that doing reality tv was a “mistake.”
“I will admit, I truly made the mistake of opening up and showing the world parts of me that have been private for 20 years,” Williams shared. “At the same time I know there are people that have been inspired by what I’ve shared BUT maaaan it sure takes a lot to sift through and horrible things people say.”

Famously private couple Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx surprised fans by posing for photos together on Monday night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s 2019 Costume Gala.
Dressed in a purple Zac Posen gown, Holmes, 40, and Foxx, 51, appeared to coordinate their looks, as the actor rocked a dark tuxedo with purple shoes.
The pair, who have been linked since 2013, also took photos on the pink carpet with a slew of their famous friends, including Foxx’s “Amazing Spider-Man 2” co-star Andrew Garfield, actress Nina Dobrev, model Jourdan Dunn and Holmes’ designer pal Posen.

Common reveals he was molested as a child
Common has opened up about suppressing the memory of being molested when he was a child.
Two years ago, the rapper was workshopping a scene for his role in “The Tale” with actress Laura Dern when he suddenly remembered the hair-raising moment from his past, he revealed in his new memoir “Let Love Have the Last Word.”
“One day, while talking through the script with Laura, old memories surprisingly flashed in my mind,” he wrote, according to People. “I caught my breath and just kept looping the memories over and over, like rewinding an old VHS tape…I said ‘Laura, I think I was abused.’”
The Grammy-winner said the incident happened when he was about 9 or 10 years old when he was growing up in Chicago.
“I was excited for a road trip I was about to take with my family. My mother; my godmother, Barbara; her son and my godbrother Skeet; and his relative, who I’ll call Brandon.”
When he arrived at his Aunt’s home in Cleveland, Common recalled how he and Brandon had to share a bed one night on the trip.
“At some point I felt Brandon’s hand on me,” he wrote. “I pushed him away. I don’t remember saying a whole lot besides ‘No, no, no.’”
The artist wrote that no matter how much he protested, the alleged abuser would not let up.
“He kept saying ‘It’s okay, It’s okay,’ as he pulled down my shorts and molested me. After he stopped he kept asking me to perform it on him. I kept repeating ‘No’ and pushing him away,” he wrote. “I felt a deep and sudden shame for what happened.”
Common, 47, believes he “buried” the memory of the assault, but is now seeking professional help to cope.
“I just pushed the whole thing out of my head,” he revealed. “Mabe it’s a matter of survival–Even now, two years after that flash resurgence of memories, as I’m writing, I’m still working through all of this in myself and with my therapist.”
While the star has never confronted Brandon about his devastating actions, and has not seen the alleged abuser in more than 25 years, Common says he has learned to forgive.
“I want to be a person who helps break cycles of violence,” he wrote. “This is love in action and I intend to practice it.”
