#RHOA: Tamar Handling Kandi Beef All Wrong ...According to Eva Marcille
"RHOA" alum Eva Marcille is definitely NOT here for the way Tamar Braxton went after Kandi Burruss ... saying TB's vague IG posts were messy, and misled fans into thinking Eva was part of the drama.
We got Eva at LAX and she got candid about the Tamar/Kandi feud ... which hit close to home for her because she got pulled into the mix when Tamar publicly claimed she had serious beef with an Atlanta housewife.
Eva's issue is Tamar was far from clear with her accusation.
ICYMI, Tamar posted a series of IG stories in December about an unnamed Atlanta housewife and her husband who had allegedly threatened her -- her only hint was that the husband was involved in politics.
Fans quickly speculated it was Eva because her husband is an attorney who has a hand in ATL politics.
However, the truth didn't come out until this week, when TB was on "Watch What Happens Live" and told Andy Cohen it was actually Kandi and Todd Tucker.
Eva says she did have a chance to talk to Tamar, who apologized for dragging her into the drama. Regardless, EM says it was a "funky situation" all around, and she told Tamar it all could have been avoided if she just went directly to Kandi months ago.
Since the 'WWHL' episode, Kandi's denied threatening Tamar ... and Tamar's doubled down. Still, Eva thinks there's hope for reconciliation, and has a few words of advice for them to move forward.

#HipHopNews: Swizz Beatz Weighs In On Potential Lil Wayne And 50 Cent Verzuz
Lil Wayne and 50 Cent won’t be going up in a Verzuz battle if Swizz Beatz has his way.
In the wake of an online debate, the Verzuz founder is weighing in on a potential matchup between the rap titans. But while hip-hop fans would like to see the pairing, Swizz feels differently.
“Me personally, I wouldn’t even do 50 vs. Wayne. I just think they two different dynamics and two different artists,” he told Baller Alert during a screening for Season 3 of “Godfather of Harlem.”
Swizz has other opponents in mind. “I would do a different Verzuz for both of them, but we’ll see as we have a lot of things lined up for Verzuz, and hopefully, they are involved,” he added. “While I can’t give up who I would choose to go against them, just wait and see.”
While the 50 vs. Weezy matchup may be a pipe dream, that didn’t stop fans from choosing sides. Apple Music’s Lowkey said 50 would beat Wayne in a battle. Over on “The Breakfast Club,” Charlamagne Tha God gave the win to Weezy. “You will catch hell going against Lil Wayne,” said Charlamagne, while DJ Envy begged to differ.
Following a legal battle with Triller, who acquired Verzuz in 2021, Swizz announced that the popular series is set to return “ASAP,” and the under construction sign is about to be “taken off the glass.”
Just last month, Swizz teamed up with Lil Wayne on the latter’s new single “Kant Nobody” featuring DMX.

At noon local time, the Metro Nashville Police Department also confirmed the "active shooter event" on Twitter and said the suspect "was engaged by MNPD and is dead." It wasn’t immediately clear whether the shooter died by suicide or was shot by police.
The names and ages of the victims and the gunman were not immediately released.
The fire department said it responded to an "active aggressor" but did not give any specifics. Nashville’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) also said it was responding to the scene.
The Covenant School is located about 10 miles southwest of downtown Nashville.
Students were seen walking to safety Monday, holding hands as they left their school surrounded by police cars, to a nearby Woodmont Baptist Church to reunite with their parents.

#BoxOfficeNews: ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ Annihilates The Competition With $73.5M U.S. Box Office Opening
John Wick: Chapter 4 slashed up the weekend box office with a huge $73.5 million domestic opening from 3,855 theaters after earning glowing reviews and an A CinemaScore from audiences. Globally, it debuted to a resounding $64 million from 71 markets for a global start of $137.5 million, a series record on all fronts.
In North America, the fourth installment in the marquee Lionsgate action franchise easily bested the $56.8 million opening of 2019’s John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum. It also marks Lionsgate’s biggest domestic opening of the pandemic era, as well as one of the best so far of 2023.
To boot, according to Lionsgate, it joins a select few films that have set a franchise record in their fourth outing or only nine in the past 40 years.
Internationally, the movie opened No. 1 in every market. The U.K. led with $6.7 million, 56 percent ahead of John Wick 3.
Keanu Reeves once again stars as the expert assassin nicknamed Baba Yaga.
John Wick 4‘s performance was fueled by males, who made up nearly 70 percent of ticket buyers, while more than 55 percent of the audience was between ages 18-34, according to PostTrak. And the movie accounted for more than 60 percent of all foot traffic, per EntTelligence.
Imax and premium large format screens delivered a whopping 38 percent of the gross.
One challenge: John Wick 4′s running time is two hours and 49 minutes, meaning fewer show times.
Directed by Chad Stahelski, the film is jam-packed with the usual mayhem, violence, balletic physicality and morbid humor that have come to define the action franchise. The cast also features Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgard, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada, Shamier Anderson, Rina Sawayama, Ian McShane and the late Lance Reddick, who died earlier this month. The film is produced by Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee and Stahelski.
Internationally, the movie debuts this weekend in 71 territories worldwide, including the U.K., Germany, Australia, France, Italy, Spain and Mexico.
John Wick 4 — a Thunder Road Films/87eleven entertainment production — easily annihilated Shazam! Fury of the Gods, now in its second weekend.
From New Line and DC, Shazam 2 fell a steep 68 percent to $9.7 million in its second weekend in more bad news for the kid-friendly superhero pic. The film’s 10-day domestic gross through Sunday is $46.3 million. Overseas, it pulled in $12.1 million from 77 markets for a tepid tally of $56.1 million and $102.4 million globally.
Paramount and Spyglass’ Scream VI placed No. 3 with a hearty $8.4 million for a domestic tally of $90.4 and $139.3 million worldwide.
MGM’s Creed III followed at No. 4 with a strong $8.36 million for a domestic total of $140.9 million through Sunday. Overseas, it has earned north of $100 million for MGM and partner Warner Bros. International. The film, directed by and returning Michael B. Jordan, co-stars Jonathan Majors, who was arrested Saturday after being accused of assaulting a woman during a domestic dispute, the New York Police Department said in a statement.
65, from Sony, rounded out the top five with an estimated $3.4 million for a subdued domestic cume of $27.9 million and $49 million globally, followed by Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania with $2.4 million (Majors also stars in that film).
Judge Joe Brown Says He Will Sue If People Say He Sexually Assaulted Sheryl Lee Ralph
Judge Joe Brown, a tough-talking television judge that holds the honor of being the first African American person to preside over a long-running courtroom series, wants everyone to know he never sexually assaulted actress Sheryl Lee Ralph. He promises he will sue anyone who publicly names him as the person she spoke about in a recent interview with Angela Yee.
Lee Ralph said during a clip of the interview from the “Way Up” show now surfacing on the internet, “I could tell you another time this was a famous TV judge, not Judge Mathis, I love him … He’s a great man … not him … another one.”
“I’m at a very public place … I had my suit on. I was handling my business for the television show I was on at that time. He and I were on the same network,” she recalled. “This man walked in, grabbed me by the back of my neck, turned me around, and rammed his nasty tongue down my throat.”
She said she was outraged, claiming everyone from the network saw it.
Lee Ralph said she called Marc H. Moriel, the former mayor of New Orleans and current President of the National Urban League, to ask him for support. But she did not leave a name.
The public named it for her alleging that the mystery judge was Judge Joe Brown.
The syndicated O.G., who before he retired was only second to Judge Judy as the longest-running judge show on air, quickly denied being the man in question. He also said no one should play with his name either.
“This is a warning. I might bring in my legal crew and proceed for defamation of character,” he said. “You see when they put my face next to hers and they start doing that little stuff there, that becomes innuendo.”
Adding, “that’s very destructive to my reputation.”
According to Brown, he has a “long track record of ensuring that women get justice,” and has spent “the last half-century protecting womanhood and promoting manhood.”
Fans hit the comment section of The Neighborhood Talk’s Instagram post saying, “A hit dog” I mean yeah, they been hitting him on Twitter since it came out. Why we acting like the assumption wasn’t made🙄.”Another person said, giving the judge the benefit of a doubt, “Y’all acting dense like some people have addressed, he’s not a hit dog hollering that man is being accused of something serious with facts or proof from the horse’s mouth. Y’all are the problem and then y’all act dumb and even dumber when proven wrong.”

Adele ended speculation about her future at the Colosseum, telling a sold-out crowd Saturday night that she will be back in June and mentioning the concert film, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
“Playing to 4,000 people for 34 dates is not enough, and I know that,” Adele said. “So I am coming back for a few weeks in June, and I’m going to release it to make sure anyone who wants to see this show can see it.”

Jonathan Majors' Defense Lawyer Speaks Out About Assault Arrest, Says There's Evidence Proving His Innocence
The defense lawyer of Jonathan Majors is speaking out, following the actor’s arrest over the weekend on allegations of assault, strangulation and harassment.
“Jonathan Majors is completely innocent and is provably the victim of an altercation with a woman he knows,” says criminal defense lawyer Priya Chaudhry in a statement, via Variety.
“We are quickly gathering and presenting evidence to the District Attorney with the expectation that all charges will be dropped imminently.”
She added that there is video footage from the car where the alleged incident took place, as well as witness testimony from the driver and onlookers, plus two written statements from the woman recanting the allegations.
“All the evidence proves that Mr. Majors is entirely innocent and did not assault her whatsoever. Unfortunately, this incident came about because this woman was having an emotional crisis, for which she was taken to a hospital yesterday. The NYPD is required to make an arrest in these situations, and this is the only reason Mr. Majors was arrested. We expect these charges to be dropped soon.”
Police in New York said they responded to a 911 call at a Chelsea apartment. The star was taken into custody without incident on Saturday night (March 25). The unnamed victim is a 30-year-old woman who was hospitalized with “minor injuries to her head and neck,” according to police.
Beyoncé, Adidas Mutually Agree to Part Ways
Beyoncé and Adidas are breaking up. A source close to the situation tells The Hollywood Reporter that the Grammy-winning entrepreneur and the German lifestyle brand have mutually agreed to part ways.
In 2018, Beyoncé entered a creative partnership with Adidas, where she relaunched her Ivy Park activewear line and also developed new footwear and apparel for the brand.
But there has apparently been major creative differences between Ivy Park and Adidas, and Beyoncé is excitedly looking to reclaim her brand, chart her own path and maintain creative freedom.
In 2016, Beyoncé debuted Ivy Park, which was a joint venture with Sir Philip Green of Topshop. The 50-50 venture with Topshop ended in 2018, and Beyoncé gained full ownership of Ivy Park.
In January, Beyoncé previewed Park Trail, her latest Adidas x Ivy Park collaboration, in Dubai a day before she performed a private concert in the city. It marked her first live show in four years.
She will launch her Renaissance World Tour in May in Stockholm, and the trek winds its way through Europe, with stops in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Sunderland, Paris, London, Marseille, Amsterdam, Warsaw and more. Beyoncé then returns home to North America with shows in Toronto, Vancouver, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Boston, Charlotte, Detroit, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, Philadelphia, San Francisco, the New York City metro area and her hometown of Houston before wrapping up in New Orleans.
Last month, Beyoncé made history and became the most-awarded artist in Grammys history after winning her 32nd honor.

Kel Mitchell Wants $12K Payout from Ex-Wife for ‘Abuse of Legal System’ After Court Win
*Kel Mitchell is accusing his ex-wife Tyisha Hampton of refusing to stop lies that she created about him, and even taking his plight before a judge.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Kel filed a “bombshell declaration pleading for help” in the never-ending battle with his ex.
As we first reported last month, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that Kel did not owe any back support to Tyisha. The judge found that Tyisha had received funds from the sale of their marital home, which was applied to any support owed.
For years, Tyisha has publicly accused the actor of owing her over a million dollars. She filed declarations in court portraying Kel as an absent father who did the bare minimum regarding his kids.”Tyisha has done everything in her power to drag me through her path of destruction,” Kel previously said. “Tyisha has painted me as a deadbeat father, not only to this courtroom but to the community and my entire public platform. This couldn’t be farther from the truth.”
Kel told the court he paid “above and beyond” what was owed for support.
But the drama with his ex is not over, despite the court ruling in his favor. He wants Tyisha sanctioned to the tune of $12,300.
Kel said over the years, his ex-wife placed liens on his bank accounts, and despite trying to talk to her after winning in court, she continued to claim he owed her money. He said Tyisha “alleges that all the attorneys, including her own counsel, and judges are committing fraud and conspiring against her.”
Kel said Tyisha has even placed a lien on his current residence, which prevents him from refinancing, selling the home, or doing anything that requires the title. “Tyisha will not withdraw the lien or have it expunged,” he explained. “She will do whatever she can to get a hold of my assets, despite having no grounds to do so.”
“She completely ignores everything that’s occurred over the past two years in hopes of trying to get money from me and my family,” he added.
Kel wants Tyisha sanctioned to prevent her from continuing with her behavior. He said, “We were divorced in 2010 and 13 years later, we are still in litigation over the same case.”
The actor continued: “I have been put through the wringer for almost two decades. I have done everything I can to work with her through this process. All she has done is drag me and my family through the mud.”
He wants all liens removed from his accounts and sanctions against Tyisha.

Bruce Willis joined by Demi Moore, Emma Heming and five daughters for first birthday after dementia diagnosis
Since announcing his dementia diagnosis, Bruce Willis' family has prioritized the health and safety of their beloved patriarch.
On Sunday they celebrated the actor's 68th birthday.
Ex-wife Demi Moore shared a video of the group to her Instagram, which included his five daughters, serenading Willis with a song before presenting him with a pie.
"Happy birthday, BW!" she wrote. "So glad we could celebrate you today. Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes – we all feel them."
Last March, it was announced that Willis would be stepping away from his acting career due to an aphasia diagnosis. In February, his family revealed his condition had developed into frontotemporal dementia.
Willis, wrapped in a gray scarf, seemed joyful and animated in Moore's video, as he got ready to blow out the candles in his apple pie.
Tallulah posted a series of photos from the gathering in which she donned a T-shirt with her father's name and face on it.
In a separate post, the 29-year-old honored her father, writing, "Happy birthday to my numero uno Bruno !! Feeling awash with all the good energies and love headed this Willis way! I love him and he loves me – what a delight."
Scout penned an emotional tribute to her father on Instagram as well, writing, "It’s his birthday so send all of your love, tenderness, care and prayer his way for a moment ! Happy birthday to one of my best friends, the Pisces king, the master of duality, both action hero icon and gentle girl dad. What a privilege to have this man as my father and learn so much about life, joy, mischief and art through him."
"Today is not necessarily an easy day, because it’s a day full of so deep love, and our grief really does show us the depth of our loving for someone. So I’m trying to be with both today. Grief is a price I’ll always pay to know what it is to feel such love," she added.
"I’m sending my love to anyone who has ever felt their capacity stretched by the enormity of love and the humanness of grief. I love you," she concluded.
Earlier in the day, Emma reflected on the grief she too was experiencing on the celebratory day.
"Sometimes in our lives we have to put our big girl panties on and get to it, and that's what im doing," she said. "But I do have times of sadness every day, grief every day… and I'm really feeling it today on his birthday."
Bruce Willis' wife Emma Heming Willis shared a photo of the birthday man with the women in his life.
Despite the enormity of the day, Emma later shared a photo of the "Die Hard" actor with his bevy of women to her Instagram story, writing, "It was a good day."
In addition to his three daughters with Moore, Willis was celebrated by his younger daughters Evelyn and Mabel, as well as two of his elder daughters' partners.
Disneyland Confirms Splash Mountain To Close In May
Disneyland has finally given an official date for closing Splash Mountain. The Critter Country attraction will carry its last guests through Br’er Rabbit’s Laughing Place on May 6.
Splash Mountain will officially close on May 7 as it transitions to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, which is set to open sometime in 2024. The retheme will be based on the 2009 Disney film “Princess and the Frog.”
“An exciting refresh is coming soon! Splash Mountain will undergo a transformation—and will reopen in late 2024 as Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, a whimsical attraction inspired by The ‘Princess and the Frog,'” reads the park’s website.
The ride’s Disney World counterpart closed to guests in late January, and construction started immediately. That ride will also reopen at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure sometime next year.
The storyline for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is set to pick up right after the end of “Princess and the Frog.” The ride will follow the success of Tiana’s restaurant and takes place inside a salt mine that houses a food co-op named Tiana’s Foods. Guests will ascend through the mill house built into the side of the mountain as growers plant crops along the way.
Riders will follow along as Tiana ventures into the Louisiana Bayou to search for a special ingredient.
Disney announced in the summer of 2020 that Splash Mountain would be rethemed, removing references to the controversial film Song of the South. The film has been widely criticized for its racist stereotypes and romanticizing the relationship between slaves and their white masters.
AND FINALLY FROM “THE CRAZY PEOPLE SHOPPING AT WALMART” FILES
HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL!!!
