Throwing some serious shade. Kenya Moore is in the midst of filming season 15 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and it appears that things will kick off with a bang.
“It’s been a surprise. … Day one shots fired, like, ‘What is happening? Why are people arguing?’” Kenya, 51, said during an exclusive interview on Us Weekly’s “Getting Real with the Housewives” podcast on Friday, January 13. “We had one week into production and there were arguments and explosions going off. I’m like, ‘Hey, am I back in Special Forces right now?’ I mean, I thought this was Housewives, so it kind of was like the worlds collided for a moment. I didn’t know where I was.”
The Dancing with the Stars alum teased that Shereé Whitfield’s romance with Martell Holt, who she has been linked to since July 2022, causes some issues with the cast.
“Well, honey, let me tell you this, the shade assassin had to come alive, and put some people in their place,” Kenya told Us. “So yeah, there’s some truth to those rumors.”
Although there is no premiere date yet for the Bravo series, fans can still see the reality star on the small screen as she competes on Fox’s new series, Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
“On Housewives we’re so used to tearing each other apart or throwing shade and just being as almost as nasty as you can when you’re upset, and I think with this, it’s the polar opposite,” the former Miss USA told Us. “You have to bond, you have to come together. Housewives, it’s just a different experience, but I would choose this, Fox’s Special Forces over Housewives, any day because it was just a beautiful feeling to have that close-knit family that had each other’s backs through everything.”

Nearly 30 years after the group first came together, Brownstone have re-emerged with a cover of “Aint No Mountain High Enough”, which was originally recorded by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell.
The current lineup of the group consists of founding member Nichole “Nicci” Gilbert, along with Arin Jackson who joined in 2019, and newest member Alexis Jones. Other original group member Monica “Mimi” Doby left the group in the 90’s, while Charmayne “Maxee” Maxwell unfortunately passed away in 2015.

The group are currently working towards the release of a new album. The album will be called “Back Again” and is the third album from the group. #HipHopNews: Pusha T Fires Back After Consequence Claims He Betrayed Kanye West
Pusha T has some words for Consequence after he claimed he abandoned Kanye West during a crisis.
On Friday, King Push shared a cryptic message on his Instagram Story, quoting a passage from 1 Corinthians 6:7 in the Bible.
“…suffer yourself to be defrauded,” he wrote, seemingly suggesting that Consequence is being misled by Ye.
Push, who stepped down as president of G.O.O.D. Music, has distanced himself from Ye in the wake of his hateful comments.
“It’s definitely affected me. It’s been disappointing,” Push told the Los Angeles Times last year. “As a Black man in America, there is no room for bigotry or hate speech. So yeah. It’s been very disappointing, let’s talk straight.”
He also told XXL that Ye no longer speaks to him. “He’s not speaking to me now. If you ain’t with it, you ain’t down,” said Pusha. “And I ain’t with it. I’m not budging on that. I’m not with it.”
However, Consequence saw it as a betrayal. In an interview with “The Art of Dialogue,” Cons slammed Pusha and said he was “disgusted” by his actions.
“That’s where I’m disgusted, where somebody who wasn’t there from the start…comes along,” he said. “When Ye is in a situation that he talked himself into, he gotta be responsible for that one. So we not gon’ stick together?”
He also claimed that Pusha did not resign from G.O.O.D. Music. “The whole G.O.O.D. Music president shit, that’s cap,” he said. “Just say you mad about the DONDA 2 party in Chicago when he ain’t let you on stage.”
Consequence believes that Pusha has more loyalty to Pharrell than Ye, who produced half of his Grammy-nominated album It’s Almost Dry.
“My man, he in a crisis, and ni**as is out,” said Consequence. “I ain’t the only ni**a that gotta check with Ye. I’m the only ni**a who says something though… They may communicate and find resolve to that situation. But as it stands, I don’t f**k with that. ‘Cause I expect more out of Pusha T.”
Drake’s Los Angeles home reportedly burglarized, suspect arrested
An intruder reportedly broke into Drake’s mansion near Beverly Hills on Thursday night.
Police sources tell TMZ that officers responded to the hip-hop star’s home after his security team spotted an unknown man leaving the house and appeared to be “carrying something in the process.”
The site reports that the suspect disappeared when officers arrived, but a man matching the suspect’s description was found walking down a street a few hours later.
Police say the man was carrying an item from the home, which was believed to be taken from the “God’s Plan” rapper.
Sources told the media outlet that the Toronto native was not home at the time of the burglary.
This isn’t the first time Drake’s home has been broken into. Back in July, TMZ reported a man was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing at the same residence. He claimed the former “Degrassi” star was his father.
Drake reportedly purchased the massive estate just last year from singer Robbie Williams for a whopping $75 million. The Canadian star also has a 50,000 square foot estate in Toronto.
Barack and Michelle Obama say Tyre Nichols' death is a "painful reminder" about the need for police reform
The passing of Tyre Nichols has struck a visceral nerve with people across the world. The devoted father’s life was cut short when he died earlier this month, days after he was severely battered by members of the Memphis Police Department. The heartbreaking encounter has been viewed countless times and sparked reactions that have been shared on social media.
Former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama issued a joint statement Saturday afternoon (Jan. 28). In a tweet, they wrote, “The vicious, unjustified beating of Tyre Nichols and his ultimate death at the hands of five Memphis police officers is just the latest, painful reminder of how far America still has to go in fixing how we police our streets.” The Obamas went on to implore those outraged by Nichols’ death to mobilize for lasting change.
On Friday (Jan. 27), the day the Memphis Police Department released bodycam footage of five officers pulling Nichols from his vehicle and beating him, President Joe Biden issued a statement. He said the disturbing recordings left him outraged and pained. “It is yet another painful reminder of the profound fear and trauma, the pain, and the exhaustion that Black and brown Americans experience every single day,” he wrote.
Vice President Kamala Harris joined President Biden in calling for accountability and transparency. “Tyre Nichols should have made it home to his family. Yet, once again, America mourns a life brutally cut short at the hands of those sworn to protect and serve,” in part read Harris’ statement. She added, “We must build trust—not fear—within our communities.”
RowVaughn and Rodney Wells, Nichols’ parents, have launched a GoFundMe with a $700,000 goal. As of Saturday evening, they have raised $724,220. According to RowVaughn, the funds will be used to help “cover the costs of our mental health services. It will also cover time off from our 9-5 jobs because we do not have unlimited PTO.” Lastly, the grieving parents plan to build a memorial skate park to honor his love for skating and sunsets. Across social media, users have rallied to help circulate a video of Nichols in his element, skating, instead of re-sharing footage of the brutal beating.
Keith Richards' Granddaughter Claims He's A Cross-Dresser, Dishes On Her 'Crazy' Family
Keith Richards' granddaughter says he was a cross-dresser. Model Ella Richards claims The Rolling Stones guitarist, who has previously admitted half his wardrobe is made up of women's clothes, used to strut around in his longterm partner Anita Pallenberg's threads.
Ella, 26, whose parents are Keith's son Marlon Richards, 53, and former model Lucie de la Falaise, 49, branded the Richards family a bit "mad," "crazy" and "weird" before she used The Rolling Stones guitarist Keith's wardrobe choices as an example of their kooky behavior.
She told the new issue of Tatler magazine, "Most of my family are slightly mad and crazy or weird. They borrow each other's clothes. My grandfather used to wear my grandmother's (Anita Pallenberg's) clothes, and she used to wear his."
Keith, 79, and Anita, 75, were together from 1967 at the height of the Stones' pomp to 1980, and had son Marlon, who is now an art curator, and daughter Dandelion Angela. Along with Ella, Marlon also has daughter Ida.
After splitting from Anita, Keith married Patti Hansen, 66, in 1983, with whom he has daughters Theodora Dupree, 37, and Alexandra Nicole, 36. Keith previously admitted most of his clothes are borrowed from the women in his life, including his current wife Patti.
He made the admission while speaking about how his wardrobe was raided for the Stones' "Exhibitionism" exhibition held at the Saatchi Gallery, London. Keith said, "All I know is that I've been stripped of half my wardrobe. I still wear these damn things. They're not history to me - they're my clothes. I'll find some more. I'll tap up my old lady. That's where most of my clothes come from."
Ella added about the soft side to former wildman Keith, who recently said he is off drink, "(He) is very quiet and sweet and loving. He's a lot more shy than people think. My dad's more loud. You can definitely feel his presence in a room. He is highly intelligent. He knows everything about everything. He's read every single book ever. So you can't really beat him."

Spice Girls Might Reunite To Perform At King Charles' Coronation
The Spice Girls are rumored to reunite for King Charles' coronation. The multi-million-selling girl group - which comprise of Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown, Victoria Beckham, Melanie C, and Emma Bunton - met the then-Prince Charles several times during their heyday in the 1990s and, while they have not performed as a five-piece since the closing ceremony of the London Olympics in 2012, royal organisers are reportedly "super keen" to bag the whole band for a performance at the upcoming coronation celebrations in May.
"Royal organisers are super keen to secure Britain's biggest girl band and the Spice Girls are seriously pondering a return to the stage as a five-piece for such a historical event. Certainly the reality is that the Coronation is as special as The Olympics - a one off celebration and unique performance," a source told The Sun newspaper's Fabulous magazine.
At the height of their careers, the "Wannabe" hitmakers met the then-Prince Charles and Mel B and Geri famously broke royal protocol by kissing him on the cheek and patting his bottom while also telling him he was "very sexy."
Following her shock departure from the group in 1998, Geri - who was also known as Ginger Spice - performed "Happy Birthday to You" to the then-heir to the throne at his 50th birthday party.
The insider went on to explain that there is a "sense" that the reunion could happen for an event this "significant" - which has not taken place in Britain since the coronation of Queen Elizabeth in 1953 - and claimed that group members Melanie C and Mel B are the ones "trying to make it happen."
The claims come just days after "I Want You Back" hitmaker Mel teased that a new project was on the horizon for the band - who last reunited for a stadium tour in 2019 without Victoria - but was unable to say exactly what it was.

Adele Confirms She Will Be At The Grammys: ‘I Would Never Miss It’
Adele wants to set the record straight that she will be at the 2023 Grammys. Rumors began swirling that the singer would not be making an appearance at the annual award show, despite being nominated for several categories. This would be Adele’s first time back as a Grammy contender since 2017, following the release of her album 25. The “Rolling In The Deep” singer was nominated for Album of the Year, as well as Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Hello.”
This year her nominations include Record of the Year (“Easy on Me”), Album of the Year (30), Song of the Year (“Easy on Me”), Best Pop Solo Performance (“Easy on Me”), Best Pop Vocal Album (30), Best Music Video (“Easy on Me”), and Best Music Film (Adele One Night Only).

Britney Spears broke her silence two days after police were called to her house for a welfare check by concerned fans. In a statement on Thursday, the 41-year-old singer pleaded with fans and media to respect her privacy.
"I love and adore my fans but this time things went a little too far and my privacy was invaded," Spears wrote, saying police responded to "some prank phone calls."
"The police never entered my home and when they came to my gate they quickly realized there was no issue and left immediately," the pop star continued. "This felt like I was being gaslit and bullied once the incident made it to the news and being portrayed once again in a poor and unfair light by the media. During this time in my life, I truly hope the public and my fans who I care so much about can respect my privacy moving forward. All the love, B."
The Ventura County Sheriff's Office went to Spears's home in Thousand Oaks, Calif. on Tuesday night as some fans apparently worried for her safety. Concern among her loyal supporters arose after the "Toxic" singer's Instagram account disappeared. Before deactivating her account, Spears purportedly said in a now-deleted post, "I changed my name to River Red." Some people believed that was a code word for help.
Spears's Instagram has worried some in recent weeks. The social media posts coincided with a TMZ report claiming the entertainer acted erratically at a restaurant. The gossip site posted a video claiming Spears was speaking gibberish and that her husband, Sam Asghari, stormed out. Asghari strongly denied any "manic episode" occurred to TMZ. An employee at the restaurant also apparently told a fan account the report was inaccurate.
Spears was freed from her conservatorship in 2021 after claiming she was suffering conservatorship abuse. The singer's fans were instrumental in orchestrating the #FreeBritney movement which garnered worldwide attention amid her battle against father Jamie Spears.
Damar Hamlin Speaks Publicly and Give Thanks for Surviving On-field Cardiac Arrest
A lot of folks, for some reason, didn’t believe Damar Hamlin was still alive even after he was seen at the Bills-Bengals playoff game last weekend. It seems that for some folks because the incapacitated NFLer was all covered up from head to toe and couldn’t be seen clearly through the windows in the luxury booth he was a guest in, they didn’t want to believe he was literally still with the living. Or at least not hospitalized.
Well, all that changed as of tonight (01-28-23) because Damar Hamlin is giving out thanks. And he’s doing it via social media where you CLEARLY SEE and HEAR him.
That’s right. This is the first time Hamlin has spoken publicly since he went into cardiac arrest when the Buffalo Bills played the Cincinnati Bengals on Jan. 2.
The Bills safety thanked the people who supported him on Saturday in a heartwarming video posted by Buffalo’s Twitter account.
“I think it was important for me to wait and speak publicly at the right time as there was a lot to process within my own self,” the 24-year-old said at the start of the video. “I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of all the love and support and everything that’s just been coming my way. What happened to me on “Monday Night Football: I feel is a direct example of God using me as a vessel to share my passion and my love directly from my heart with the entire world.”
In the video, Hamlin thanked a number of people, including the Bills training staff and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center staff. Without them he really would be among the living.
Bills trainers resuscitated Hamlin after he collapsed. The safety later stayed at the Cincinnati hospital afterward, where he was taken off a breathing tube within just a few days.
“While I’m so thankful for everybody, I know that it isn’t enough just to be thankful,” Hamlin said.
Fans Are Shocked After Yolanda Adams Threatens to ‘Drag’ Tamar Braxton In ‘Kingdom Business’
Tamar Braxton is back to reprise her role Sasha for season two of one of the talked-about dramas on BET and BET+, “Kingdom Business.” The 45-year-old singer shared the exciting news on Instagram, attached with a short clip of what fans can expect from her character.
“I am so happy and proud to tell you that “Sasha” is back on the 2nd season of #kingdombusiness on @bet and @betplus thanks to our AMAZING cast and executives this is going to be a BOMB DO NOT MISS season!!” Braxton wrote.

The short clip gave fans a taste of what drama is scheduled to unfold without giving away too much for the rest of the season. Fans were shown a heated conversation between her character and Denita Jordan, aka Lady Leslie, portrayed by Grammy Award-winning gospel singer Yolanda Adams.
“Thou shall not gossip,” said Braxton at the beginning of the video. As the quick clip reached its midpoint, Adams’ character can be seen threatening Braxton’s character by saying, “I don’t know what kind of game you’re playing, but I won’t hesitate to drag you and that raggedy wig out of here myself.”
Braxton arrogantly reacted by pointing her phone directly in Adams’ face and asking her to repeat the statement for her to record on camera.
Well, it turns out Yolanda Adams threatening to “drag someone” was all the incentive fans needed to give “Kingdom Business” a watch. Fans in the comments were shocked at Adams while others used her gospel songs and lyrics to make jokes about her shocking behavior.

During a recent appearance on the Drew Barrymore Show, Nia Long opened up about jumping back into the dating world following her split from fiancée Ime Udoka.
Back in December, Long and the Boston Celtics head coach ended their 13-year relationship after it was discovered that Udoka had a consensual, improper relationship with a team staffer.
While speaking with Barrymore, Long revealed she has her “eye on one person.”
“I’m not saying,” she added. “I’m never telling.”

Mase Honored With His Own Day In His Hometown Of Harlem: “Thank You Harlem For Making Me
Mase gets honored with his own day in his hometown. On Tuesday, the 47-year-old hitmaker received a special honor as New York Council member Kevin C. Riley announced January 24th as “Mase Day” in Harlem.
The ceremony took place in front of Harlem’s legendary Apollo Theater. In addition, the former Bad Boy rapper was presented with a plaque and a proclamation that highlights Mase’s “outstanding achievements and enduring contributions” throughout his career.
Mase received his accolades with his wife and two sons by his side.
“I want to thank all of you for coming out here today,” Mase began his speech. “But most of all, I want to say this because this really matters in our community: a win only feels great when you win with family.”
He continued, “Today, I have my whole family here. My wife of 22 years and a bunch of people in that crowd, a bunch of great artists..Thank you, and thank you Harlem for making me great. Blessings and most of all, my pastor is here. This is the guy that prayed for me when I left hip hop. So y’all all wanna know who changed me? This is the guy that changed me.”
Mase has been vocal about his love for his hometown since he started his rapping career in the 90’s. In 1997, the rapper released his debuts album “Harlem World” and gave the neighborhood its flowers with songs like “24 Hrs to Live.”
Kanye West Subject Of Battery Investigation After Tossing Woman’s Phone
Kanye West is reportedly the suspect in a battery investigation after he grabbed a woman’s cell phone and threw it during a heated exchange.
Video of the incident shows Kanye got into it with several photographers while trying to leave his daughter North’s basketball game. He approached a woman recording him from her car, telling her, “Y’all ain’t going to run up on me like that.”
“If I say stop, stop with your cameras,” Yeezy says through the woman’s car window. During the entire exchange, the unidentified woman never put her phone down.
“I know, but Kanye, you’re a celebrity!” she says back to him. He immediately grabs her phone from her hand and tosses it.
Ye confronts another pap on the way back to his car, where his wife, Bianca Censori, is waiting.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that deputies from the Ventura County Sheriff’s department were called to the scene at about 4:30 p.m. The woman was later photographed leaving the sheriff’s department while talking to two police officers.
It’s unclear at this time if the woman was a fan or a member of the paparazzi.
As a result of the exchange, Kanye is now the suspect in a batter investigation.
