#RHOA: Marc Daly Accuses Kenya Moore of Dragging Out Divorce and Wants Her to Pay His Legal Fees
Kenya Moore separated from husband Marc Daly in 2019, just two years after they tied the knot. In 2021, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star filed for divorce.
The exes share a three-year-old daughter, Brooklyn, and Kenya now has primary custody of her (after a nasty custody battle that lasted several months).
Based on legal docs acquired by Radar, Marc is accusing Kenya of withholding certain information, thereby delaying the case.
His motion claims Kenya refused to provide financial documents as well as a proposed child support worksheet. He also claims Kenya will not answer basic questions.
Because of this, Marc wants her to pay his legal fees. Kenya, however, denies that she’s delaying the case and wants her legal fees to be covered. She believes the court should deny his motion.
Kenya also asked that the court filings be sealed. In the past, her attorney made the argument that Kenya is a public figure “who has a vested and heightened interest in keeping her private life from becoming public. Due to her public persona, the Petitioner’s life, safety, and privacy interests are generally the subject of media outlets and as such.”
The judge, however, has not yet ruled.
Marc recently tried to prevent their daughter from filming on the show, claiming it was inappropriate for a young child. The judge denied his request and expressed that “no evidence” has been shown that Kenya put their daughter in “any environment that might not be in the minor child’s best interest, or may in any way be considered dangerous or inappropriate.”

Lil Durk returns to where it all started on his new album 7220. Originally slated to arrive the same day as Kanye West’s DONDA on 2/22/22, the project hit streaming services on Friday.
In addition to the single “Broadway Girls” with Morgan Wallen, which peaked at No. 14 on the Hot 100, the 17-track set includes appearances from Future, Summer Walker, and Gunna, who joins Durk on the Virgil Abloh-inspired “What Happened to Virgil.” Earlier today, Durk dropped a video for “Golden Child.”
7220, which follows 2020’s The Voice, is the address of Durk’s grandmother’s house, where he lived with 15 of his family members, including his late brother DThang. “7220 my granny address I grew up in that house that made me the realist,” said Durk.
The Chicago rapper will perform new music live on his “7220 Tour,” which kicks off April 8 in Phoenix and wraps May 2 in Durk’s hometown.

#RIP: Oscar-Winning Actor William Hurt Dies At Age 71
Oscar-winning actor William Hurt — whose classic good looks and erudite persona made him one of the most recognizable male leads in the 1980s — died Sunday, his family said.
Hurt, who starred in hit flicks from “The Big Chill’’ to “Broadcast News’’ and “Children of a Lesser God,’’ was 71.
The actor suffered from prostate cancer that spread to the bone in 2018.
“It is with great sadness that the Hurt family mourns the passing of William Hurt, beloved father and Oscar winning actor, on March 13, 2022, one week before his 72nd birthday,’’ the actor’s son William said in a statement.
“He died peacefully, among family, of natural causes. The family requests privacy at this time.’’
In the 1980s, the handsome lanky blond star was nominated three years in a row for an Academy Award for best actor. He won the coveted trophy in 1985 for his role as a gay convict sharing the same cell as a political prisoner in South America in “Kiss of the Spider Woman.”
He also was famous for his roles in movies such as “Body Heat” and “Gorky Park.’’
More recently, Hurt appeared as Marvel Comics character General Thaddeus Ross in “The Incredible Hulk,” “Captain America: Civil War,” “Avengers: Infinity War,” “Avengers: Endgame” and “Black Widow.”
Born in Washington, DC, Hurt attended Tufts University and eventually the Juilliard School. His first big role was in Ken Russell’s “Altered States.”
Hurt lamented to People magazine in 1985 that he was “a character actor in a leading-man’s body.”
He also resented the spotlight that he was thrust in away from the camera, telling the New York Times in 1989 that he felt his privacy was not being respected.
“It’s not right that my privacy is invaded to the extent that it is,” Hurt said at the time. “I’m a very private man, and I have the right to be. I never said that because I was an actor you can have my privacy, you can steal my soul. You can’t.”

He explained that his wife, former first lady Michelle Obama, tested negative. He writes,
I just tested positive for COVID. I’ve had a scratchy throat for a couple days, but am feeling fine otherwise. Michelle and I are grateful to be vaccinated and boosted, and she has tested negative.

#RIP: Traci Braxton Dies At 50 From Cancer
The Braxton family is mourning the loss of one of their own.
Traci Braxton, the singer, actress, and reality television personality, died on Saturday (March 12) after a private battle with cancer. She was 50.
Traci’s husband Kevin Surratt confirmed the news to TMZ. “We have come to a time where we must inform the public that after a year of privately undergoing a series of treatment for Esophageal cancer our beloved Traci Braxton has gone on to glory,” he said.
Traci’s family including her mother and four sisters were reportedly by her side when she passed.
In an Twitter post, Toni announced her sister’s passing. “It is with the utmost regret that we inform you of the passing of our sister, Traci,” she wrote. “Needless to say, she was a bright light, a wonderful daughter, an amazing sister, a loving mother, wife, grandmother and a respected performer. We will miss her dearly.”
She continued, “Traci passed this morning as the snow was falling, our angel is now a snowflake. We ask that you respect our privacy as we plan to send her home with love, celebrating her life. We are family forever.”
Traci’s son, Kevin Jr., honored his mother with a touching tribute. “When I heard the news about my mother being sick first thing she said was I’m going to fight and beat this,” he wrote alongside a photo of them hugging. “She fought to the end and today she’s at peace. I love my mother forever and this hurts so much but I’m at peace knowing she’s isn’t in pain anymore. I love you ma I’m going to miss you.”
Traci appeared on the family’s WE tv reality series, “Braxton Family Values.” Her solo debut album, Crash & Burn, was released in 2014 featuring the hit single “Last Call,” which reached No. 16 on Billboard’s R&B Adult chart.
She was also an actress, who appeared in films including Sinners Wanted, All In, and The Christmas Lottery.
Traci was the second oldest of her five sisters, including Toni (born in 1967), Towanda (born in 1973), Trina (born in 1974), and Tamar (born in 1977).

As previously reported, last November superstar Will Smith, 53, released his self-titled memoir for fans to read and get a better understanding of his world and upbringing. Shortly after its release, “Will” spent some time in the number one slot on “The New York Times Best Seller list.”
In addition to that, last month Will Smith celebrated his book officially selling one million copies!
It looks like the celebrations surrounding the popular book won’t be ending anytime soon. According to reports, major streaming services are bidding 8-figure hefty price tags to acquire the rights to “Will” and turn the book into either a series or movie. An insider recently shared,
“’Some feared that Will’s brutal honesty in his book could harm his reputation. But it’s done the opposite and helped him connect with his audience like never before.When [Will] signed his book deal he did so with an accompanying biopic in mind. Now all the streaming services are clamoring to pick up the rights.”
The source then revealed that the “Fresh Prince” actor isn’t taking this lightly and is seemingly more concerned with the project turning out correctly instead of which platform offers the highest bid. #OMG! 2 Employees Stabbed At MoMA By Man Whose Membership Was Revoked
A man who was denied entry to the Museum of Modern Art because his membership had been revoked became enraged, jumped over a desk and stabbed a woman and a man who work at the Midtown institution Saturday afternoon, police said.
The attack, which unfolded shortly after 4 p.m., sent patrons running for the exits.
Both victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital, and their injuries were not life-threatening, sources said.
“I’m going to get hazard pay!” joked a blood-covered woman, as she was led into an ambulance.
The 60-year-old suspect, who is known to police, was initially believed to be hiding in the museum. The building was evacuated but a police search came up empty. He was subsequently seen on video recordings leaving the building, said John Miller, NYPD deputy commissioner of Intelligence and Counterterrorism.
Miller said the man presented a membership card and tried to get into the building, but was denied entry because his membership had been revoked.
His membership was nixed as a result of two separate incidents involving disorderly conduct at the museum in recent days, Miller said, adding, “A letter revoking his membership went out yesterday, and he showed up today with the intention of attending the film that was being played.”
He was a regular at the museum and employees recognized him, he said.
“He became upset about not being allowed entrance and then jumped over the reception desk and proceeded to attack and stab two employees of the museum multiple times.”
A 24-year-old woman was stabbed twice in the back and once in the neck, cops said. The 24-year-old male victim was stabbed in the collarbone, according to police.
Miller said the man is under investigation for two prior incidents in Midtown, which he did not detail. “That’s how he’s known to the department,” he said. “Beyond that, he does not have an extensive record or any arrest record that we are aware.”
Dozens of people who had been in the museum when the stabbing took place posted on social media that they were ushered out of the building by security, with no explanation.
Tourist Wendy Keffer, from Austin, Texas was entering the museum with her husband and kids when the mayhem began.
“As we were about to walk inside, we saw hundreds of people running out all at once,” she said We heard people saying ‘shooter, shooter, shooter.’”
Unfounded reports that there was a shooting frightened her son, Lane, 12.
“Everyone was yelling ‘shooter, shooter shooter’ so I just covered my head,” the shaken boy said. “It was the scariest moment of my life. I had just gotten into art and I wanted to see the ‘Starry Night,’ that’s why I came down here.”
“I’m still not over it,” Lane added.
Patrons quickly ran outside the Museum of Modern Art while the suspect hid inside the museum.

Connecticut resident John Sanchez, 33, had just arrived at the museum with his girlfriend. “We were going up the escalator to our first exhibit and there was just a crowd of people running towards us,” he said. “Once you see people running you think let me head the other way. It was hectic.”
“You just always expect the worst with people running like that.”
“We were trying to see Salvador Dali and we got nothing,” Sanchez said, still holding his ticket.
The stabbing was an “isolated criminal incident,” a spokeswoman for Mayor Adams said.
The Mayor later tweeted that he was briefed on the incident, noting the two women are expected to survive. “We’re grateful for the quick work of our first responders,” he said. The museum did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Just one week before the start of production, Cardi B has decided not to star in the movie Assisted Living. As a result of the rapper's decision, Paramount Players has pulled the plug on the entire project but hopes to "put the pieces back together later this year," Deadline reports.
Cardi B's abrupt exit is due to the fact that "she is overextended," according to Deadline.
Assisted Living, which was set to be produced by Temple Hill and directed by Thembi Banks, follows a low-level criminal named Amber (Cardi B) who goes on the run when she's wrongly accused of a crime. Disguised as a senior citizen, Amber hides in her grandmother's retirement home until she is able to prove her innocence.
The news of Cardi's departure had fans wondering, in the words of Cardi herself, "What was the reason? What was the reason?"
"Why you back out on the movie @iamcardib," one fan tweeted, with an "I am disappointed" gif.
And while some fans are upset, others are understanding and hopeful for some new music.
"That means she's on album mode we getting new music soon," a fan noted.
"Stop complaining about the movie being delayed," another user wrote. "Cardi is probably focusing on getting ready to release new music. Cardi being pregnant kinda messed up all of her plans so her schedule is busier now especially this year, Cardi is very booked and busy.

WWE wrestler Big E breaks his neck after vicious overhead suplex on “Smackdown”
Former WWE champion Big E suffered a gruesome injury during his Friday (March 11) night wrestlng match on “Smackdown.”
E and his The New Day partner Kofi Kingston were engaged in a tag team matchup against Sheamus and Ridge Holland when things took a turn for the worse inside the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama.
Outside the ring, Holland performed a belly to belly overhead suplex that ended with E landing on his head. Video — that has been circulating the Internet since Friday — shows the powerlifter turned wrestler attempt to put his hands out to brace for the fall. Instead, the former tag team champ lands awkwardly with the crown of his head hitting the ground first.
Medics had to take the 36-year-old wrestler out of the arena on a stretcher. He was taken to a local hospital where doctors assessed him and found that he had broken his neck.
On Twitter, E gave his fans an update straight from his hospital bed the same night. Wearing a large tan neck brace, E said: “I can’t thank all of you beautiful people enough for all of your concern and your messages. It’s very heartwarming. I can move all of my digits … Strength feels fine, but unfortunately uh right now, they tell me my neck is broken. So there’s that.”

50 Cent reacts to Jussie Smollett's sentencing outburst
50 Cent is a busy man, but he always makes time to chime in on the hottest trending topics. Among his latest comments are jokes regarding Jussie Smollett, whose courtroom outburst got his attention.
In an Instagram post shared on Friday (March 11), the “Power” star joked that he will take a page from Smollett’s book if he ever has to appear in court in the near future.
“If i ever go to court again, i don’t care if it’s for a parking ticket,” 50 penned. “i’m gonna say this ‘I AM NOT SUICIDAL, I’M INNOCENT, I COULD HAVE SAID I WAS GUILTY A LONG TIME AGO’ as i walk out.”
50’s post is in reference to statements Smollett made after he learned he was sentenced to 30 months probation, which includes 150 days in Cook County Jail.
“If I did this, then it means that I stuck my fist in the fears of Black Americans in this country for over 400 years and the fears of the LGBT community,” the singer said. “Your honor, I respect you and I respect the jury, but I did not do this. And I am not suicidal. And if anything happens to me when I go in there, I did not do it to myself. And you must all know that.”
As he made his way out of the courtroom, he raised his fist in the air, adding, “I am innocent. I could have said I am guilty a long time ago.”
While the “Empire” star‘s outburst was the butt of 50’s joke, the Cook County sheriff’s office noted it as concerning. As a result, Smollett will be given a comprehensive medical, mental health and security assessment.
Aside from his probation, the singer, who was convicted for making false reports about a hate crime, is also required to pay $120,000 + restitution and a $25,000 fine.

The "Hotline Bling" rapper, 35, shared photos of his latest 'do to his Instagram Story Friday, where he posted two selfies of his fresh braids.
In the first photo, Drake stands in front of a black marbled wall as he snaps a selfie in a geometric mirror. While holding his phone, he looks down and slightly tilts his head to show his new hairstyle.
In the second pic, the musician purses his lips for the camera while posing in front of a sparkling silver background.
The second selfie also gives a closer look at Drake's outfit, which features a diamond pendant spelling out "Certified Lover Boy" — the name of his latest album — on a heart. Drake paired the bold jewelry with a simple black sweatshirt.
His new look comes not long after Drake helped The Weeknd celebrate his birthday in Las Vegas last month. After the celebration, which marked The Weeknd turning 32, Drake shared multiple photos to Instagram of himself and the Dawn FM artist taken at the event.

Dapper Dan Collaborates With Gap For “Dap” Sweater
The clothing brand Gap has been making major moves in the fashion industry. Already, they teamed up with Kanye West and Balenciaga, now they’re partnering up with Harlem’s fashion icon Dapper Dan.
Dapper Dan, who made his name creating his own luxury-label items using authentic pieces from Fendi, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci at his Harlem atelier in the ‘80s and ‘90s.
His goal is to apply that same creativity to Gap. His first piece of clothing will be the salmon-colored hoodie that reads, charmingly, “DAP” in the same Gap font.
“This is the first time Gap has ever modified our iconic heritage logo by personalizing it for this collaboration,” said Mary Alderete, global head of Gap marketing.
Although Dapper Dan has collaborated with designer brands such as Gucci, Gap has taken his career to new heights literally. Gap debuted the collaboration on 30-foot billboard, on 42nd Street in Times Square.
“Gap allows me to do something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time,” Dap said. “I have so many people who tell me stories, ‘Man, I used to walk by your store when you were in Harlem and I could never afford to buy anything from you. Then, fast-forward 25, 30 years later you’re with Gucci and I still can’t afford you.’ What Gap does for me is it gives me an opportunity to reach down to humanity and let them know that you know you can have a part of me.”
Dapper Dan and Gap’s new Dap hoodie was available for purchase at the price of $99, only slightly more than the average Gap arch-logo hoodie, but like all hyped fashion, the sweater immediately sold out shortly after its 4pm release.
Keshia Knight Pulliam & Patti Labelle to Star in Lifetime Holiday Movie
*Keshia Knight Pulliam and Patti LaBelle are the latest screen team for an upcoming Lifetime Holiday film, “It’s a Wonderful Lifetime.” The duo has signed up for their 2022 roles in the film “A New Orleans Noel,” Whoopi Goldberg is the executive producer. Besides the two stars, the film will also feature Brad James, Pulliam’s husband, and veteran actor Tim Reid. The film is Goldberg’s second project to EP for the cable over the past few years after “Caught in His Web,” which will be released by the end of the year.
The network is also prepping two other holiday movies featuring Mario Lopez and Brooke Elliot, reports UrbanHollywood411. It is a comeback moment to the network for the latter after starring in “Drop Dead Diva” – a six-season comedy-drama series. Besides being the executive producer, Elliot will also star in the upcoming holiday film – A Country Christmas Harmony. Deshaun Watson Avoids Criminal Charges As Houston Grand Jury Declines To Indict
HOUSTON — The Harris County grand jury that convened to weigh evidence and testimony against the Houston Texans' Deshaun Watson in a series of sexual assault allegations voted against indicting the quarterback on any charges Friday.
The decision effectively ends the criminal portion of Watson’s legal battle, which until Friday’s decision had run parallel to the 22 civil lawsuits filed against the quarterback.
The grand jury heard testimony from some of the women who currently have civil lawsuits pending and who also pursued criminal complaints against Watson. After hearing the testimony and being presented with information turned over by the Houston police, jurors didn’t find evidence to indict Watson of a criminal act. Watson was facing nine counts, said Johna Stallings, an official with the county's DA office.
In a statement made in front of reporters, Watson said, "I thank everyone who was a part of this, of seeing and hearing both sides. That’s what my point and my team wanted to do, is have a fair slate of us telling our side of the story and letting the conclusion come down to what happened today. That’s what the grand jury decided on. ...
"I’m going to keep fighting to rebuild my name and rebuild my appearance in the community. We’re going to continue to, on the legal side, off the field, handle what we need to handle. But [I’m] also ready to get back on the field. Been prepping for that and also ready to go for that.”
Because grand jury hearings are a closed process, it’s unknown what jurors heard during testimony or in the presentation of findings.
Watson can now turn his attention to the pending civil lawsuits, which are not dependent on a criminal finding to continue forward.
Watson’s attorney, Rusty Hardin, said the grand jury’s decision underscored Watson’s claim of innocence and said the quarterback will continue to fight the civil suits.
“We are delighted that the grand jury has looked at the matter thoroughly and reached the same conclusion we did,” Hardin said. “Deshaun Watson did not commit any crimes and is not guilty of any offenses. Now that the criminal investigations have been completed, we are happy to move forward with the civil case depositions. We will vigorously defend those cases with every ounce we have."
The completion of the grand jury process is also expected to resume the NFL’s probe into Watson, which was paused by the league until the Harris County District Attorney’s office could conclude its investigative work and present findings. The NFL hasn't yet interviewed Watson. Hardin has said his client will fully cooperate.
Following Friday’s decision, league spokesman Brian McCarthy said the NFL continues to monitor Watson’s legal path and “[The] matter remains under review of the personal conduct policy.”
DMX's 5-Year-Old Son Diagnosed With Stage 3 Kidney Disease
After being diagnosed with kidney disease, DMX's five-year-old son is is fighting "like a warrior," according to his proud mom.
Desiree Lindstrom discussed her son with DMX, Exodus Simmons, on It's Tricky with Raquel Harper. Desiree posted a video clip from the podcast on Instagram where she shared details on Exodus's diagnosis.
"He's been stable since I had him," she said. "He still has stage 3 kidney disease. I just continue to keep his potassium down. He can't eat no high potassium foods."
She added that Exodus goes to the doctor "very often" and that she ensures his creatinine levels are down. She continued, "Like I said he's an amazing child."
According to the National Kidney Foundation, when the kidneys are not functioning as they should, it is difficult for them to regulate the levels of potassium and creatinine in the body. As a result, people with kidney disease have to monitor creatinine levels through routine glomerular filtration rate (GFR) labs and take note of potassium levels in the food they consume.
Desiree wrote in the caption that she is "blessed to be his mother through this journey." She went on to highlight that March is National Kidney Month, raising awareness of kidney disease and kidney care.

The mother and son duo commemorated National Kidney Day on March 10 by posting a video to each of their Instagram accounts. In the video, Desiree asks Exodus, "Hey Exodus, what is today?"

Caitlyn Jenner Will Be Hosting A Celebrity Boxing Event
Well, Caitlyn Jenner has surprised us once again. This time, it’s in the world of sports, not track and field, but boxing.
The former Olympian is set to host a Celebrity Boxing and Bitcoin Rodney event in Florida, Page Six revealed.
“I am so excited, but on the other hand, I’m always excited,” Jenner said in a video obtained.
“I just signed on with Official Celebrity Boxing to host their June 11 event in Charles Dodge Center in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Stay tuned — more details as we get closer.”
Sources say that Celebrity Boxing hired the 72-year-old as a way to create a way for transgender athletes to participate in the sport.
There are speculations that the famed decathlete, who transitioned in 2015, is looking for a paycheck now that it has been confirmed that she will not partake in the Kardashians’ reported nine-figure deal with Hulu.
“I was there when this started from day one,” she said after news of her absence broke.
“I watched it grow. And doing the show for almost 20 seasons was one of the highlights of my life,” she added when speaking of the show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
“To be able to work with my family for all those years, connect with the fans, it was incredible. Happy that it continues for my family.”
This won’t be Jenner’s first time participating in a boxing event, but it will be her first time hosting one. The retired athlete previously boxed in a 2009 charity match for the Dream Foundation that was aired on an episode of “KUWTK.”
She fought and beat bodyguard Mark Behar in the match. However, Behar later claimed the match was staged for the show.
Gabby Petito’s Parents Sue Parents of Brian Laundrie, Claiming They Helped Their Son Get Away
The parents of Gabby Petito are suing the parents of her killer and ex-fiance, Brian Laundrie, claiming they allegedly knew more about Gabby’s death than they let on and helped their son dodge authorities.
According to TMZ, Gabby’s parents are suing Chris and Roberta Laundrie and alleging they knew their son had murdered Gabby, and they believe they were in the process of helping their murderous son leave the country.
The lawsuit, filed by Gabby’s father, Joseph Petito, and her mother, Nichole Schmidt claims that after her death, Brian used Gabby’s phone to send text messages to make it appear like the then missing woman was still alive.
Gabby’s parents claim that one of the texts allegedly sent to Schmidt from her daughter’s phone referred to Gabby’s grandfather by his real name, which is something she would never have done.
The lawsuit claims Brian was using Gabby’s phone to communicate with her family, saying there was poor cell service in Yosemite up until at least August 30, which is 3 days after she was murdered
