#RHOA: Kenya Moore’s Ex-Boyfriend Matt Jordan Has Checked Into Treatment Center After Assault Arrest
Kenya Moore’s ex boyfriend Mathew Jordan has reportedly tracked into a rehab center. A spokesperson for the Pinal County Jail in Arizona says
“He was released on July 30, 2019 to Horizon Health and Wellness.”
The facility provides inpatient and outpatient services, including domestic violence, behavioral health, psychiatric, substance abuse and more. This news comes amidst him making headlines last month, after he was arrested for allegedly punching his girlfriend – Valerie Bell – in the face at a Denny’s parking lot.
He was booked for trespassing, along with aggravated assault, theft and threatening/intimidating with damage to property — which is said to have been a result from an arrest warrant issued in another county. Reportedly, the incident happened early in the morning and at least one witness – a woman – was present. The police was called as a result of the altercation and Matt had left by the time they arrived. However, a few hours later, Matt is said to have returned to the alleged victim’s home and police found him and arrested him. Upon his arrest, cops discovered a warrant for another incident.
Kenya and Matt dated in 2016 and their relationship played out on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. After their relationship began to fizzle, Kenya claimed that Matt was overly aggressive, damaged her personal property and harassed her.
She later received a restraining order against him.
In 2017, Matt made headlines after getting into an altercation with Peter Thomas, who also appeared on Real Housewives of Atlanta, with his then wife, Cynthia Bailey.

The Jussie Smollett story has been declared not fit for jokes. “It’s a straight-up tragedy,” declares the co-creator of a Comedy Central show, South Side, set in Chicago.
Bashir Salahuddin, a former Jimmy Fallon writer, says “The whole situation is unfortunate. Particularly for the city, there’s bigger problems for them to handle.”
Yes, well, there are bigger problems than fake crimes, which is why causing hundreds of hours of police work to be wasted on a fictitious attack staged for the purposes of ego gratification and publicity ought to be punished both criminally and socially. Instead, Smollett was let off scot free by the justice system and largely let off by the usual cultural leaders. Saturday Night Live did a sketch on him months ago, but things have been notably quiet on the mockery front. Smollett is in a sense being treated as a victim who deserves some space to recover rather than the perpetrator of the most notorious fake hate crime of this century.
Salahuddin vows not to touch the subject of Smollett in any episode of South Side: “There’s nothing funny about it. It’s embarrassing,” he told the showbiz site The Wrap.
A civil suit against Smollett in which the city of Chicago is attempting to recover costs incurred in investigating the case is still pending.

Veteran singer Marsha Ambrosius has a special treat for R&B lovers with the release of the “NYLA” edition of her 2008 mixtape “Yours Truly”. What this entails is a mashup of songs from the mixtape with songs from her most recently released album “NYLA”.
If you’re not familiar with the “Yours Truly” mixtape, it released in 2008 and was her first solo effort since leaving Floetry. It contained songs from the vault which were produced by Focus and included guest appearances from Busta Rhymes, The Game, & Little Brother.
Marsha gave us the new album “NYLA” last year. This marked her third solo album overall and contained the hits “Luh Ya” and “Old Times”.

#HipHopNews: Young Thug Talks Sexuality, Lil Wayne, And Jay-Z’s NFL Deal
Fresh off the release of his debut album So Much Fun, Young Thug stopped by “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” on REAL 92.3.
During the 80-minute interview, the “Surf” rapper opened up about a variety of hot topics including his sexuality. “People judge me and people say gay, but at one point, I probably had more hoes…It’s serious,” he said. “If people think that I’m gay, they already misjudged. I’m the straightest man in the world…I hate guys. What the f**k are you talking about? I’m not even having no threesome with no ni**a.”
He also addressed his beef with his idol-turned-rival Lil Wayne. “I don’t think that ni**a like me,” he laughed. “I don’t know why though.”
When pressed further, he responded, “I just think it’s because he’s been with Birdman his whole life. He’s just so spoiled to the point where he’s really spoiled. He’s been a millionaire, he’s been a superstar since he was nine years old. So he don’t know nothing but his way. The first thing that don’t go his way, it don’t have nothing in the world to do with me.”
Big Boy also asked Thug about his relationship with Rich Homie Quan. “We don’t have no problem. I don’t think we can be like how we used to be,” he said. “He already did some bullshit, he already know my heart so I’m too pure. Once you do that, it’s like no.”
While he forgives him (“I always forgive”), he said they have no plans to collaborate again. “It’s nothing about music. It’s 100 percent personal,” he said. “Now you probably can never get the blessing of having me on the song and I can never get the blessing of having you on the song again.”
Plus, Thugger weighed in on JAY-Z’s NFL partnership. “I think JAY-Z the GOAT. If I was a billionaire and I had the power they had, I’ll try to own a football team just to let the black brother play on the team,” he said.
He’s hopeful that the Roc Nation boss has a bigger plan that will involve Colin Kaepernick. “This guy life is a setup. This is the trailer. It’s gonna happen 100 percent.”

Liam Hemsworth Officially Files For Divorce From Miley Cyrus
Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus’s split is now official. The actor filed for divorce stating “irreconcilable differences.”
The divorce could be finalized sooner than later as the two had a prenup and kept their money separate while married. The two just announced their divorce earlier this month.
A rep for Cyrus announced the news in a statement.
“Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy.”
Hemsworth also broke his silence on social media and confirmed the split.
Sources said he is “over it” and wants to continue his life. At the same time, Cyrus is said to be the one who hoped the marriage would work. Still, she ruffled feathers when she opened up about her and Hemsworth’s marriage.
‘I think it’s very confusing to people that I’m married. But my relationship is unique. And I don’t know that I would ever publicly allow people in there because it’s so complex, and modern, and new that I don’t think we’re in a place where people would get it… “

Rihanna's Diamond Ball To Honor Prime Minister Of Barbados & Shaun King
In just a few weeks, Rihanna will bring her fifth annual Diamond Ball to New York City on September 12, where the pop titan will redirect awareness to the Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF). However, this year's installment will also shed light on Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley and Shaun King as the recipients of the 2019 Diamond Ball Award.
On Wednesday (August 21), the pop titan announced via press release that the pair is set to receive the honor "in recognition of their humanitarian and social justice work." While Minister Mia Mottley "has been a fierce champion for women, young people and empowerment through education, pioneering revolutionary programs such as the Education Sector Enhancement Program," the release praises King for using "his voice to highlight important conversations pertaining to race and historically disadvantaged communities."
News of the honors arrives after it was revealed that this year's event is set to be hosted by Seth Meyers and feature performances from Pharrell and DJ Khaled. "I can't imagine a better night than this year’s Clara Lionel Foundation event with Seth Meyers, Pharrell and DJ Khaled," Rihanna said in a statement. "I am particularly honored to present Prime Minister Mottley and Shaun King with this year’s Diamond Ball Awards for their groundbreaking work. We are so thankful to them for joining us and making the night better than ever."
As it has in recent years, this year's event will see celebrities come together to raise awareness and contribute to the Clara Lionel Foundation's global initiatives in line with education, health and emergency response programs around the world.
#Horrific! 4 Students Shot During Block Party Near Clark Atlanta University
Terrible news coming out of Atlanta. Four women were shot and several others were injured during a block party on Tuesday night near Clark Atlanta University.
The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of James P. Brawley Drive southwest and Beckwith Street southwest.
Atlanta Police Capt. William Rucker told WSB-TV, “It appears there were two separate groups that were targeting each other and the students in the crossfire.”
When police arrived they found four female students, who had suffered gunshot wounds. One was shot in the chest. Another woman was hit in the leg and two others were grazed by bullets.
They were immediately rushed to Grady Hospital for treatment and all have been listed in stable condition.

Bethenny Frankel is saying goodbye to Real Housewives once again. The 48-year-old Real Housewives of New York City star will leave the long-running franchise ahead of its 12th season, Variety reported on Wednesday (August 21).
“I have decided to leave the Housewives franchise to explore my next chapter. It’s time to move on and focus on my daughter, my philanthropy and my production partnership with Mark Burnett, producing and starring in shows which represent a shift in the conversation for women. With the changes in modern culture, I want to highlight the strength, confidence and unstoppable power that women have. My experience at Bravo has been an incredibly magical ride. I am so grateful to them for highlighting my entrepreneurialism and allowing me to pave the way for many women to achieve their goals. I am excited for my future. The best is yet to come,” she said in a statement.
Bethenny started on the show in its premiere season during 2008 before leaving the show in 2010. She rejoined during Season 7 in 2015, and has stayed on for the series up until this upcoming season.
Instagram is debunking the viral hoax about 'new rule' on Privacy!
The head of Instagram has been forced to debunk a viral hoax that has been duping some of the platform’s most high-profile users.
A message that claims Instagram is about to introduce a new rule to its privacy policy was shared millions of times by clueless celebrities and continues to circulate across social media.
Those posting it warn that anyone who doesn’t share it will give anyone permission to use their photos, videos and messages posted to Instagram.
“Everything you’ve ever posted becomes public from today,” the post states. “Even messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed.”
Among those to fall for it were Julia Roberts, Pink, Rob Lowe, Usher and US Secretary of Energy Rick Perry – the person in charge of the world’s largest nuclear arsenal.
Instagram chief Adam Mosseri tried to warn people that the message was not real and that there would be no changes to the company’s policies regarding content ownership.
“Heads up!” he wrote on Instagram. “If you’re seeing a meme claiming that Instagram is changing its rules tomorrow, it’s not true.”
Instagram’s actual rules surrounding who owns the content posted to its app state that the Facebook-owned firm can actually use someone’s content however it likes, though it does not have full ownership of the pictures or videos.
The rules state that Instagram has a “non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and creative derivative works of your content”.
It is not the first time the hoax has spread across social media, with a version of it circulating on Facebook nearly a decade ago.
Its resurfacing has once again highlighted the dangers of social media when it comes to the spread of propaganda and misinformation across the internet.
XFL Names Its Teams And Showcases Logos For League’s Planned 2020 Relaunch
The revived XFL unveiled the names and logos for its eight teams, with the Los Angeles Wildcats representing the City of Angels and the New York Guardians holding down the other coast.
Other league teams include the Dallas Renegades, Houston Roughnecks, St. Louis BattleHawks, Seattle Dragons, Tampa Bay Vipers and Washington Defenders. The league plans a February 2020 kickoff and will be playing in stadiums that have hosted the NFL, Major League Baseballa and soccer in the past.
Now that the structure of the league is well underway, it needs players. Draft pool invitation have gone out and the league has already signed its first player, quarterback Landry Jones. He has not been assigned to a team as yet. The league is also looking toward the NFL cutdown date in September, when teams must get down to a 53-man roster and 10 man practice squad. The league will hold a draft in October for players, with training camps in January 2020.
Also on tap is a new rulebook. The XFL promises to reinvigorate the game, much as its predecessor did, including a sped-up game with a shorter play clock.
The XFL has deals in place with ESPN and Fox to televise its games, with ABC in the mix as well. Games will be held on Saturday and Sunday for the league.
The first XFL lasted just one season in 2001. This time, league founder and wrestling mogul Vince McMahon and his chosen commissioner, Oliver Luck, have promised a league that will be safer and more entertaining.
Jamie Foxx Is now living with Rumored Girlfriend Sela Vave!
Jamie Foxx‘s new young gal pal Sela Vave has moved in with him, But Foxx insists it’s all business.
Rumors of a romance between the Oscar winner and Vave swirled over the weekend after the couple were snapped in LA holding hands while leaving a nightclub.
As you know Foxx and his girlfriend of six years, Katie Holmes, had split, with an insider telling folks that Holmes had said, “What Jamie does is his business.”
Now we’re told that Foxx has moved Vave into his Thousand Oaks, Calif., mansion.
Foxx seemed to confirm that she was in residence, but insisted he is just helping to launch her music career.
“When I met Ed Sheeran, I didn’t know him from Adam,” Foxx said. “He slept on my couch for six weeks. Nick Cannon was 13 years old, he used to sleep at my old house … everybody come to my crib.”
Foxx says of Vave, “I did the same thing with her … We took her under our wing … We wanted to treat her the same way and give her the opportunity.” He called speculation about a romance with Vave a “double standard.”
“I spoke to that girl’s mom and she put her trust in me,” Foxx went on. “We don’t ever cross lines like that, personal. I wanted to let you know, for all who were scandal chasing, that’s our artist, that’s our family … We are working.”
Foxx, 51, also points out that Vave is “as young” as his daughter Corinne, who is 25. Some reports list Vave as 21, while sources tell us she is just 19.
Meanwhile, Vave says she’s been called a “whore, slut, homewrecker, thot, gold digger,” but that “it doesn’t matter to me — I’m out here to work and do what I love most.”
Reps for Foxx didn’t get back to Media for comment.
New Report Claims Jay-Z Will Not Become NFL Owner With New Partnership
Though reports recently revealed Jay-Z’s deal with the NFL granted him an opportunity for partial ownership of a team or the option to have a team of his own one day, it’s now being reported that that is not the case.
According to CBS Sports, multiple people connected to the NFL say the rumors are simply false, adding there are no plans in place for the media mogul to become an NFL owner.
The rumors came in connection to the rapper’s controversial entertainment and social justice deal with Roc Nation and the NFL, which sparked debate over what the deal really means for Jay-Z, the NFL, and Colin Kaepernick.
But apparently, according to CBS, the deal stops short of ownership.
“Those kinds of deals don’t exist in the NFL,” a source told CBS. “There is no ownership component to this arrangement.”
While the publication reports they are not canceling the idea of this happening in the future, the article confirms the deal does not include any ownership stake or parameters for a potential one for Jay-Z.
Philadelphia Man Commits Suicide After Being Bullied For Defending His Relationship With Transgender Girlfriend!
A man committed suicide after he was barbarically bullied for being in a relationship with a transgender woman.
Family and friends are now mourning the loss of 20-year-old Maurice Willoughby, who goes by Reese, after he committed suicide on Monday after being taunted, harassed and bullied for loving his transgender girlfriend. The Philadelphia man went live on Facebook in the past months, defending his relationship with his girlfriend, Faith. The video gained more than 15,000 views, and many shared their transphobic feelings towards Willoughby.
Another video was published on social media that showed a group of men harassing Willoughby while recording it on their cell phones. Some of the men shouted transphobic and homophobic slurs and took shots at the man’s sexuality. According to some Twitter users, the video was recorded and uploaded months prior to Willoughby’s death, but it began circulating again in recent weeks.
The video caught the attention of several celebs like #Pose star #IndyaMoore, who posted the video on her Instagram. Moore is a transwoman herself, and in the post expressed that the brutal mistreatment of the Trans community needs to come to an end. “Why are we so OBSESSED as a society with transness or queerness in ways that manifest as harassment, terrorism, interrogation, and violence? We are more emotionally invested with how people have sex and with whom than we are preserving each others Autonomy, freedom & safety. Why do we deprive each other the freedom to utilize and express ourselves through and with our own bodies? How do we give ourselves permission to get free when we are constantly punish each other for it,” she wrote.
Willoughby’s girlfriend took to Instagram to mourn her loss but mentioned that Willoughby’s story will be told.
“No matter wat know everything bae @reesehimdaddie and I’m goin make sure your story is told and the right way fuck da clout chasing cause it happened just as you said nobody was goin to hear you or us for that matter until it got to level 10 you was my everything until those pills took total control and took you away ! Rap Artist Tee Grizzley's Manager/Aunt Killed In Shooting
Rap star Tee Grizzley was reportedly targeted in a shooting in Detroit that tragically took the life of a close business associate and family member.
According to reports, the "First Day Out" rapper's Cadillac Escalade was shot up during a drive-by in his hometown.
Tee Grizzley's manager Jobina "JB" Brown was sitting in the backseat and allegedly hit by a hail of bullets. She was rushed to the hospital and unfortunately could not be saved.
According to reports, Grizzley and JB were heading from the studio to the casino in an Uber but made a stop along the way.
Grizzley was inside of a house when the shooter arrived on foot, opened the back door of the Uber and began shooting. The shooter reportedly took off after the gunfire.
Grizzley's status is currently unknown, and it is being reported that he was the intended target.
The horrible news spread fast through the music world, and stars are already reaching out to send their condolences.
T.I. sent his condolences to Grizzley by posting a heartfelt message on his Instagram.
T.I. wrote, "They place the heaviest loads on the strongest backs... Our prayers & condolences lil bro... Stay strong... I’m here if you need me King."
Todd Chrisley Declares He's Going to Battle Over Federal Indictment
Nobody's going to make a monkey out of Todd Chrisley, and he's making it very clear that he intends to fight the criminal charges.
The "Chrisley Knows Best" star posted a message to fans on Wednesday, putting to rest any doubt he was going to lay down and take the federal charges levied against him and his wife, Julie.
"When it's time to fight, you fight like you're the third monkey on the ramp to noah's ark ... and brother, it's startin' to rain," a meme posted by Chrisley read.
The meme shows a monkey in a suit holding up a handgun, with a very "Pulp Fiction" vibe going on.
Along with the photo, Chrisley wrote the caption, "Just sayin..."
The message was pretty obvious, Todd and Julie believe they are innocent of bank and tax fraud, and are going to fight the U.S. Attorney on the charges.
As we reported, officials claim the Chrisley family made millions of dollars over the years from their reality show, but did not file tax returns in time for 2014, 2015 or 2016.
Kelly Rowland To Star In ‘Merry Liddle Christmas’
Grammy Award-winning singer and rising actress Kelly Rowland is teaming up with Lifetime for a new holiday film titled Merry Liddle Christmas.
According to EW, Merry Liddle Christmas features Rowland as Jacquie, a successful single tech entrepreneur who hosts her dysfunctional family in her new home over the holiday. Inspired by the singer’s “own recent Christmas catastrophe,” according to the network, the plot involves not only a glossy video shoot of the perfect Christmas, but a very good shot at romance with a neighbor, even though this breaks one of her dating rules.
Rowland and her husband Tim Weatherspoon serve as the film’s executive producers.
Merry Liddle Christmas is one of 28 original holiday-themed films that Lifetime is planning to debut this year under the “It’s a Wonderful Lifetime” campaign., It runs seven days a week from Oct. 25 through Dec. 25.

Kawhi Leonard is Handing Out Backpacks to Students in Southern California in Area’s Biggest Back-to-School Giveaway Ever
Kawhi Leonard hasn’t even played his first NBA game as a member of the Los Angeles Clippers and he’s already broken a record in the city.
But he did it off the court by spearheading the biggest backpack giveaway in Los Angeles Unified School District’s history. And he was helped by the nonprofit Baby2Baby, as well as the L.A. Clippers Foundation.
The goal is to give a free backpack to every student in LAUSD, as well as students in Inglewood Unified and Moreno Valley Unified School Districts, which is in Leonard’s hometown.
Because statistics show that 80 percent of K-12 students in LAUSD alone either came from a low-income family, were in a foster program or were homeless last year, according to a Clippers press release.
On Tuesday Leonard talked about the giveaway at Cloverdale Elementary School, where he attended as a child. He then made his way to 107th Street Elementary School in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Watts to hand out backpacks, since it was LAUSD’s first day.
“My goal this year is to make a meaningful contribution both on and off the court,” Leonard explained. “This felt like the right way to get started. It was important to me to make this announcement in my hometown of Moreno Valley at my former Elementary School, but the benefits this program will have across all of Los Angeles makes today even more special.”
The idea behind the giveaway is that families could use the money they would normally spend on a backpack for other necessities like food, rent or utilities.
“We are overwhelmed with gratitude to the Clippers and Kawhi Leonard for this record-breaking donation to every student in Los Angeles Unified School District and beyond,” said Baby2Baby Co-Presidents Kelly Sawyer Patricof and Norah Weinstein in a statement.
“For many of these children who are homeless or in foster care, backpacks not only hold their school books and homework, but also all of their personal belongings.”
“If they have a backpack at all, it is often falling apart, and when a child does not have one, they resort to using a grocery or trash bag. The Clippers’ donation will make these children feel the pride they deserve and give them the confidence they need to start the school year off on the right foot,” they added.
