#RHoA: Cynthia Bailey introduces you to her $34 Readers and she says they "Will Complement Your Whole Situation"
Seasons may change, but Cynthia Bailey Eyewear never goes out of style.
As Real Housewives of Atlanta fans know, Cynthia Bailey has been slowly building a fashion and accessories empire with her line of eyewear, travel luggage and more.
And while cameras may be rolling on a new season of her hit Bravo reality show, Cynthia is reaching a huge milestone in her career. She's making her debut on QVC today with a set of two readers.
"They're going to complement your whole situation: face, clothes, everything. You can proudly pull out your readers at the dinner table with your husband or boyfriend to read the menu because they're fabulous," Cynthia shared with E! News exclusively. "They look great."
Priced at just $34.50, Cynthia's readers don't exactly follow "super, super trendy" styles. Instead, the designer went with "chic, timeless, classic" looks.
In addition, the Bravolebrity wanted to play with tortoise colors and have some pop of color in her looks available exclusively to QVC.
"Readers are a fact of life and you shouldn't feel embarrassed about it. You can pull out your Cynthia Bailey Eyewear proudly," she explained. "They just look like fly fashion glasses. I'm not in the business of selling something that isn't fashion-forward, chic and stylish."
Before shoppers pick up their next pair of glasses, Cynthia had some tips to share.
While everyone comes in different shapes, sizes and face sizes, ladies should consider picking readers that complement the shape of their face.
"Once you find a specific frame that works for you, just get it in all the different colors they have available," she explained.
"You don't have to overthink the reader game," Cynthia added. "The most important thing is to pick a frame style that you feel you would look great in and work within those parameters."
#EMPIRE: Vivica A. Fox Teases Her Return as Cookie's Sister in 'Empire' Season 4
Vivica A. Fox is coming back to "Empire," According to TooFab.
After making her debut as Cookie Lyon's (Taraji P. Henson) older sister Candace Holloway in Season 2 and appearing on six additional episodes, Fox will return again when the series comes back this fall.
"I'm gonna be back on 'Empire,'" she told TooFab during interview for "Bring It On: Worldwide #CheerSmack."
"I just know that Candace is coming back ... so I don't know where we're going next to be honest, because they just started, I just know Candace is coming back and I'm thrilled. I love working with them."
Candace was last seen helping her sister pull of an "Ocean's Eleven"-style heist in Las Vegas in Season 3's penultimate episode.
"The last season of 'Empire,' it came back with a vengeance with the addition of Phylicia Rashad and some of the amazing characters," Fox said. "This show, people just love it. It's like must see TV, so to be part of that is really really cool."
"Working with Taraji, who I just adore, this is our first time sharing the screen together and I've known her for 20 years," Fox added. "Terrence [Howard] and I, we all go back like Kool-Aid. It's like a family reunion. Jussie [Smollett], I've known him since he was a baby and his family. When I go and work with them, it's like a wonderful high school reunion in Chicago and I'm from the mid-west, so to be there in the mid-west working, it's just magical for me."
The news of Fox's return comes after series creator Lee Daniels promised less focus on guest stars going forward. "When we start to focus too much on guest stars we lose who it is that the fans want to watch," he said during the show's TCA panel in August.
Forest Whitaker also joined the cast this year as a former mentor to Lucious and after her mysterious Season 3 finale debut, Demi Moore returns for a major multi-episode arc in Season 4. Jussie Smollett will also direct an episode.
"Empire" returns to Fox on September 27 at 8pm PT.
#NEWMUSIC from New Music: Luke James – ‘Drip’
Luke James is finally back with some new music! After the release of his debut album in 2014, Luke went off to the acting world as he played Johnny Gill in the New Edition biopic. The break has allowed Luke to refocus and “Drip” appears to be the result of that. Drip” is a departure from some of the darker sounds that he used in some of his earlier songs such as the Grammy nominated song “Options”.

Luke is set to release his sophomore album “JOY” later this year on Island records.
#HIPHOPNEWS: Jay Z’s Interview on TIDAL still shows that him and Kanye Still have BEEF!
Hip Hop impresario Jay Z did an interview with Tidal’s Rap Radar with hosts Elliott Wilson and Brian “B. Dot” Miller. Labeled “Part 1. They covered many subject but one in particular was his relationship with Kanye West and lets just say they still have ‘unresolved issues’ Well it goes like this Kanye famously criticized Jay-Z and BeyoncΓ© in a concert rant last fall, lamenting the fact that their children don’t play together. West eventually left Tidal over a $3 million financial disagreement. Sadly, it sounds like Hov and Yeezy are still estranged. “What really hurt me was, you can’t bring my wife and my kids into it,” Jay-Z says of Kanye’s diatribe. “Like, Kanye is my little brother. He’s talked about me a hundred times. He even made a song called ‘Big Brother.’ We’ve gotten past bigger issues. But you brought my family into it, now it’s a problem.” Says Hov, “You know it’s a problem because me and him would have been talked about it, been resolved our issues. And he knows he crossed the line. He knows. And I know he knows. ’Cause we’ve never let this much space go between one of our disagreements and we’ve had many. That’s part of who we are.”
Jay-Z admits his feelings are still hurt by the incident, as you might have guessed if you’ve heard “Kill Jay Z” (“But you ain’t the same, this ain’t KumbaYe / But you got hurt because you did cool by ’Ye”). But the song, Jay-Z says, was a criticism of himself as much as it was a critique of his friend. “It’s not about a Kanye diss,” he maintains. “I’m talking about me. When I say, ‘You dropped out of school / You lost your principals,’ I’m not talking about Kanye. I’m talking about me. The whole thing.” Jay-Z also says, in hindsight, maybe referring to the specific amount of money he loaned Kanye wasn’t the best move: “The $20 million thing shouldn’t have been said. Sometimes, you go too far.”
Tinashe Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction At Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival
Tinashe was tapped to hit the stage at the 2017 Billboard HOT 100 Music Festival held at Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater in NYC. Chick was doing her thing, when all of a sudden things took a turn.
The wind was not on the singer’s side as her orange crop top flew up while she was performing. The "2 On" singer had a black bra underneath the top, but the bra slid up, which exposed her lady parts to the crowd.
No wardrobe malfunction is going to stop Tinashe's show. She kept performing as if nothing happened. Hey, the show must go on. Right?

Kyrie Irving makes surprise appearance at AEBL, drops 42 points
Pic via by Rashad Milligan for Steed Media Services
NBA superstar guard Kyrie Irving surprised Atlanta basketball fans on Aug. 19. Irving appeared and warmed up with Uptown Sounds moments before the team tipped off against Who’s Got Soul Cafe. The Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League (AEBL) is hosting its Championship Weekend
The game was featured in the Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League (AEBL), which is hosting its Championship Weekend on Aug. 19-20. The AEBL is one of the summer’s biggest Pro-Am leagues in the country. Former NBA participants in recent years have included Lou Williams, Josh Smith, Paul Millsap, Dwight Howard, Kenneth Faried, Stephen Jackson, and Jerry Stackhouse.
“Can’t really take these guys lightly,” Washington Wizards forward Mike Scott said after scoring 44 points in his AEBL team’s, TSF, semifinal win. “All of these guys can play professionally. So it’s great run and the last game’s tomorrow.”
Despite getting off to a slow start offensively, Irving had a couple of great spurts offensively. Getting to the free-throw line seemed to get him loose in the first half until his three-point shot began to fall. Just like in the NBA, Irving didn’t hold back his aggressive style when he felt that he had the hot hand on offense. There were two periods where he knocked down about nine points from beyond the arc in under a minute. Irving finished 12 points shy of Williams’ 54-point league record with 42 points of his own in the winning effort.
Los Angeles Clippers Montrezl Harrell had a nice showing. Harrell dazzled the crowd with thunderous dunks and blocks as if he was taking his frustration of being traded from the Houston Rockets this summer out on the ball.
Irving smiled and acted politely to every fan in attendance during and after the game.
Of course, the public appearance comes in the midst of his trade rumors. Irving avoided addressing the matter by heading straight outside of the school after a couple of moments, taking pictures with fans and having small talk with friends in attendance.
#EUROPEANTERROR: At least 1 dead after vehicle rams into 2 Marseille bus stops!
MARSEILLE, France – At least one person was killed and another injured in Marseille on Monday when a car crashed into two bus shelters in different parts of the French city, police said.
Police advised the public to avoid the Old Port area where the driver, a 35-year-old man, was arrested.

The driver first hit a bus shelter around 8:15 a.m. (0615 GMT) in the 13th arrondissement – or district – in the poorer northern part of the city, before hitting a second bus shelter an hour later in the 11th arrondissement, several km (miles) south.
The incident comes as Spanish police hunt for the 22-year-old driver who plowed a van into a crowd in Barcelona on Thursday
Here's Your First Look at Blac Chyna's 'Chyna Dolls'
Move over, Barbie....I GUESS?
While it’s looking as though Blac Chyna has dumped her boy toy, Mechie, nothing is going to stop her play and hustle!
Speaking of both, it looks like the mother of two is on to her next hustle — dolls.
Just in time in time for Christmas, Black Chyna gave a sneak peek of her new doll collection, "Chyna Dolls," in LA.
The reportedly 3-D printed dolls each feature Chyna’s signature hairstyles, big bottom and even small details like her tattoos.
While many on social media are perplexed as to why the former stripper would have a doll line, she is definitely getting a lot of attention with her new entrepreneurial venture in collaboration with MY3DNA.
Proud to announce her new endeavor, BC looked quite stylish in a custom made set by Dare To Be Vintage featuring crushed velvet and 3D flowers.
Although, we are not sure of the demographics for the line, we wanted to know what your thoughts about giving your daughter a Chyna Doll? Did we mention each doll is starting at around $75?
The NYPD shows up for Colin Kaepernick
Many current and retired officers of the New York Police Department rallied on Saturday morning in support of Colin Kaepernick, the former San Francisco 49ers player both celebrated and criticized for refusing to stand during the national anthem.
Organized by Sgt. Edwin Raymond, the Brooklyn Bridge Park demonstration brought out about 80 officers, all wearing black T-shirts emblazoned with “#IMWITHKAP.”
“What Colin Kaepernick did is try to bring awareness that this nation unfortunately has ignored for far too long,” said Raymond, according to the New York Daily News. “And that’s the issue of racism in America and policing in America. We decided to gather here today because of the way he’s being railroaded for speaking the obvious truth.”
It all began last season when Kaepernick, 29, began to take a knee (or sit) during the national anthem, saying he was protesting violence against minorities, particularly by the police. Shortly after, other players began to follow suit and a year later are still sitting, kneeling or raising a fist during the anthem. This week, two White players showed true camaraderie for their Black teammates during their anthem protests. Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Chris Long put an arm around safety Malcolm Jenkins as he raised his fist. Meanwhile, Seattle Seahawks offensive lineman Justin Britt kept a hand on defensive end Michael Bennett’s shoulder as he took a seat during the anthem.
According to Raymond, while he planned the rally before the events in Charlottesville, Virginia that led to the death of Heather Heyer, the violence made it clear the issue needed to be raised sooner than later: noting that a frequent criticism of Kaepernick has been that his protest was offensive to law enforcement, The New York Times reports. “They said he disrespected law enforcement,” Raymond said. “Well, I’m law enforcement, and he didn’t disrespect me.”
Oddly enough, Raymond and those officers who showed Kaepernick support this weekend have now become targets. “My NYPD friends who held a press conference for Colin Kaepernick and against police brutality today are getting death threats,” tweeted Shaun King, a senior justice writer at the New York Daily News.
