TMZ Allegedly Blackmailing Justin Bieber
This is from the girils over at TattleTailzz Allegedly TMZ has a video of Justin Bieber rapping using the N-word. According to sources TMZ is using the unreleased video as leverage against him in return Justin Bieber has to host an episode of TMZ –that sounds like “blackmail” to me. So if we see Justin hosting an episode of TMZ does that mean he used the N- word?
The video may or may not damage his career, but honestly if he is rapping and using the n-word does he get a pass, who doesn’t use the N word when rapping?
If this video truly exist will it damage the superstars career?
What’s your thoughts on Justin Bieber using the N word while rapping?
Do you think TMZ would blackmail a celebrity?
BREAKING! O.J Maybe getting of Jail!
Here’s an interesting development. It’s kind of bombshell, actually.
According to the Associated Press A Nevada judge agreed Friday to reopen the armed robbery and kidnapping case against former football star O.J. Simpson to determine if the former football star was so badly represented by his lawyers that he should be freed from prison and get another trial.
Simpson wasn’t in a Las Vegas courtroom while Clark County District Court Judge Linda Marie Bell agreed to hear evidence and consider 18 of 22 questions cited in a May appeal by Simpson appeals lawyer Patricia Palm.
The judge dismissed four other grounds on which the 65-year-old Simpson seeks release from state prison, where he is serving nine to 33 years.
The development could put Simpson on the witness stand for the first time. He stood trial in 2008 after authorities said he led five men, including two with guns, in a September 2007 confrontation with two sports memorabilia dealers and a middleman in a cramped room at a Las Vegas casino-hotel.
The judge also granted a waiver of attorney-client privilege on questions in dispute between Simpson and his trial lawyer, Yale Galanter.
A key question will be whether Galanter had personal financial and business interests that posed a conflict that should have precluded him from handling Simpson’s case.
“Galanter was motivated by his own interests, which caused him to materially limit Simpson’s legal representation,” the appeal states. “Galanter remained on the case until rehearing was denied and denied Simpson the opportunity to raise this issue.”
Galanter declined comment Friday.
Simpson trial prosecutor Chris Owens protested that Palm was rehashing issues long settled by Simpson’s conviction, which was upheld by the Nevada Supreme Court.
“She’s just second-guessing what they did,” Owens said. “It’s hindsight.”
But Palm said Simpson wants a chance to show that Galanter was in Las Vegas and knew in advance about Simpson’s plan to retrieve items from the memorabilia dealers that Simpson claimed were stolen from him after his 1995 acquittal in the Los Angeles slayings of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman.
Galanter, a Miami lawyer who represented Simpson in other cases before the arrest in Las Vegas, denied during trial that he had anything to do with the ill-fated Las Vegas caper.
“Judge, I tell you ... I wasn’t there,” Galanter said at the time. “I had nothing to do with it.”
Palm noted that Clark County District Judge Jackie Glass made no further inquiry.
The latest appeal states that Galanter was paid more than $400,000 for Simpson’s defense in the robbery-kidnapping case and another $125,000 for the June 2010 appeal before the state Supreme Court. The document says Galanter paid Gabriel Grasso, Simpson’s trial lawyer from Las Vegas, just $5,000.
Palm specifically exempts Grasso from allegations of ineffective counsel. The document cites accounts from Grasso and Simpson saying Grasso “was not made aware of the pre-incident advice, was not privy to private strategy discussions between Galanter and Simpson during trial, and was rebuked when he attempted to give advice without Galanter’s approval.”
Simpson claims Galanter advised him that the plan to confront the two memorabilia dealers was legally permissible as long as no one trespassed on private property and no physical force was used.
Simpson wanted to testify at trial, but “Galanter advised Simpson that he should not testify because the state could not prove its case,” Palm’s appeal says, “and Galanter prevented Grasso from fully advising Simpson to the contrary.”
Simpson also claims he was never advised that the Clark County district attorney offered a pretrial deal that could have gotten Simpson two to five years in prison for pleading guilty to robbery. Palm says Simpson would have taken the offer.
Grasso and Malcolm LaVergne, a Las Vegas lawyer who handled Simpson’s state Supreme Court appeal, also declined comment.
Grasso is suing Galanter in federal court in Nevada, alleging breach of contract. A lawsuit by Galanter is pending in Miami alleging he was defamed by Grasso, LaVergne and Grasso’s lawyer in the breach of contract case.
Lozada & Shaunie O'Neal PITCH IN For Habitat For Humanity
The Faithful Central Bible Church and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles threw a benefit concert honoring Dr. Kenneth C. Ulmer at Hyatt Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, California. Reality stars Evelyn Lozada and Shaunie O'Neal were among the attendees who watched Gladys Knight and Maze perform. The two tweeted about having some much needed catch-up time. Likely to see what all Shaunie will be able to use on "BBW" of Ev' latest relationship hoopla.
Evelyn's gone to the dark side with her hair now. She tweeted, "I thought blonds have more fun?!hmmm I'm a brunette now, lets see how this works."
Although Shaunie didn't attend "the wedding" of Ev & Ocho, she and Ms. Lozada have remained friends through the drama it seems. We guess it's safe to assume Evelyn will be returning to "BBW" next season.
They both posed with some fab women including John Salley's wife Natasha.
The pair also caught up with Mary Mary's Erica Atkins- Campbell.
Then they chatted with with their friend Edward who tweeted, Beauty at its FINEST!!! @ShaunieONeal @evelynlozada
"Hollywood Exes" star Sheree Fletcher was also at the event looking pretty....
but not this outfit.
Rihanna Spotted At a RECORDING STUDIO
With her song "Diamonds" already a worldwide smash, Evelyn's good friend Riihanna was spotted shielding her eyes under her diamonds as she walking to the studio.
Rihanna was spotted walking into a recording studio in LA yesterday where she likely is still working on tracks for the upcoming release of her "Unapologetic" disc.
The VOUGE covergirl dressed in layers and her short shorts and sneakers.
Who's copping the new album?
Whoopi Honored By The Lupus Foundation
Whoopi Goldberg was honored for her work to improve the lives of people with lupus, at the Lupus Foundation of America’s annual Butterfly Gala in New York City last night. Four-time Grammy award winner India.Arie inspired and moved the crowd with a performance of her song There’s Hope: a salute Whoopi and the hope they bring to people with lupus. Special guests Julian Lennon and S. Epatha Merkerson presented the 2012 National Public Awareness Award to Whoopi. Phylicia Rashad served as the Master of Ceremonies. Is Shaunie O'Neal Getting Rid of The Cast of "Basketball Wives L.A."
As I'm sure you've all heard, Vh1's "Basketball Wives L.A." ratings have plummeted in their second season. Fans (much like myself) have been disappointed with what's been appearing on our TV screens every Monday evening and in turn we've been switching to another channel. Hence the drop in viewers watching the show which equals low ratings.
One fan in particular decided to let Shaunie O'Neal know just how boring "Basketball Wives L.A." has become and tweeted out the message to her via Twitter. You can check out that tweet as well as Shaunie's response below:
Could this mean that there will be some significant changes in the cast? Or could this mean there will be no more "Basketball Wives L.A."? Only time will be able to answer that.....unless Shaunie decides to issue a statement to Vh1.
In any event, what are your thoughts on season 2?
FINALLY! RHOA’s Sheree Whitfield Wins Child Support Case Against Ex, NFL’er Bob
A decent pay-day has arrived for former reality star, Sherre Whitfield. If you’re a fan of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta, then you saw a storyline involving a long child support battle with Sheree and her ex-husband, former NFL’er Bob Whitfield. According to legal docs, Bob has admitted that he has failed to pay monthly child support ($2,142 per month) for the past three years (totaling more than $81K).
In his defense, he says that he didn’t have the money. Long story short, he’s been ordered to pay $75,000 in the next 21 days. In addition to the $75k, Bob has also agreed to pay Sheree $1,000 per month for the next 12 months — before reverting back to the original $2,142. [TMZ]
Gucci Mane Calls On Rick Ross For New Jeezy Diss Music
It seems that Gucci Mane will not be letting up on the diss music for Young Jeezy. Apparently, "Truth (Not A Jeezy Diss)" was not enough for the Brick Squad MC and has now called on Maybach Music's own, Rick Ross, for another diss track towards Young Jeezy and this one is called "Respect Me".
As I'm sure you've all heard, during the "2012 BET Hip Hop Awards" Rick Ross and Young Jeezy exchanged words and got into a shoving match backstage. So to say that Rick Ross is condoning Gucci's diss music towards Young Jeezy is an understatement. I'm just wondering when all of this drama is going to end?
So what are we thinking? Will this continue and end up bad? Or is this just for publicity? I'm hoping the latter!
The Game Drops Controversial Album Cover, With Jesus As A Tatted Gang Member
The Game, real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor, released the cover for his upcoming album on Sunday, and it has raised a bit of controversy. The 32-year-old rapper’s sixth album is entitled “Jesus Piece,” and the cover artwork features a picture of Jesus with a red flag around his mouth. The red flag assumptively represents the Blood gang that Game is a member of. He explained the meaning behind the album, set to drop on December 11th, to Vibe:
“Jesus Piece gives me an opportunity to speak about situations that people like me who love God but are still street and still wanna remain themselves without going the Pastor Mase route. It gives the opportunity to know that it’s somebody out there that feels them.”
Game is set to marry his fiancé, Tiffany Cambridge, and the two also have an upcoming reality show geared around their wedding. There’s no further explanation to the album cover from The Game as of yet, only retweets of support from fans. In the tweet below, Game compares his album cover to Tupac’s “Makaveli”.
What do you think of The Game’s album cover–artistic or offensive?
