#RHOA: Fans Think Peter Thomas Shaded Portia Williams In Photo He Took With Her, Nene Leakes And Simon Guobadia

The Real Housewives of Atlanta has left many cast members, former and present, on bad terms. The bickering back and forth and shade-throwing among the housewives and the husbands have caused many friendships to end and people to hold grudges.

Recently, it seems that Peter Thomas - Bar One owner and ex-husband of Cynthia Bailey - has an issue with former housewife Porsha Williams.

Many fans are left wondering if Thomas is truly on good terms with Williams after Thomas seemingly threw shots on Instagram after the two took a photo together.

During the show, Williams and Thomas had a major problem. Williams accused Thomas of cheating on Bailey with his Bar One staff. Thomas denied all the cheating allegations, though he felt Williams’ messaging was out of line. Thomas and Bailey have divorced, and Bailey has since married sportscaster Mike Hill.

Thomas attended surprise party for Williams' soon-to-be-husband and fans reacted

Williams recently threw her fiancé Simon Guobadia a lavish surprise 58th birthday party at the Pasha Restaurant and Bar in Atlanta. Many Bravo stars attended, including Nene Leakes, her boyfriend Nyonisela Sioh, and Thomas. Thomas’ attendance came as a surprise.

Many fans were wondering if Thomas even liked Williams, especially after they read what Thomas wrote on his Instagram post of a photo featuring Williams. He captioned the picture: “Hanging with some people I like/love.”

“U love Portia [sic] now?” one fan asked in the comment section of Thomas’s post. Another reminded Thomas of the drama between he and Williams, commenting: “Wow Peter! Friends?? SMH… I can see Nene (and that’s..,) but Porsha and Slimon??? After she slandered your name and reputation? Oh well! Do you! You look very nice!”

Fans thought Thomas was being shady toward Williams.

"U love Portia [sic] now?" one fan asked in the comment section of Thomas's post.

Another reminded Thomas of the drama between he and Williams, commenting: “Wow Peter! Friends?? SMH… I can see Nene (and that’s..,) but Porsha and Slimon??? After she slandered your name and reputation? Oh well! Do you! You look very nice!”

“Like/love” killing me, idk,” wrote someone else on The Peach Report Daily’s repost of the photo.

Someone else said, “That like was definitely for Porsha.”

However some fans were not into the negative comments.

One person wrote, “Seeing some of these comments are sad… 😒🤦🏽‍♂️ they all worked together, been around each other for years and basically FAMILY Every last cast member.”

Regardless, it seems as if Williams and Thomas are at least on better terms than before.

#HipHopNews: The Game, Meek Mill Slam Rolling Stone Over Greatest Hip-Hop Albums Snub

The Game wants his flowers. Earlier this week, Rolling Stone published its list of the 200 Greatest Hip-Hop Albums of All Time and the Compton rapper was nowhere to be found.

Taking to social media, Game put the magazine on blast for omitting his breakout 2005 debut The Documentary from the list, arguing that the album had an undeniable impact on West Coast rap.

“@RollingStone how is ‘The Documentary’ not on the list for 200 Greatest Rap Albums Of All Time ?” he tweeted. “I carried an entire coast for 20 years on the back of my 1st album.”

According to Game, he believes the snub is motivated by industry politics. “Cause I don’t walk red carpets, play dress up, smile or fake laugh at brunches I don’t count ?” he asked.

He also criticized the publication for not understanding hip-hop culture. “1ST THEY STEAL THE CULTURE, THEN THEY DISRESPECT IT,” he added in his caption. “Y’all brains fried af !!! Some things you just gotta laugh at. They’ll try to erase you if you let em.”

Game wasn’t the only one unhappy with the list. Meek Mill also blasted Rolling Stone for omitting him, arguing that the editors who compiled the list were not qualified for the job. “Most of the people that run rap behind the scenes can’t really relate to us …. When y’all make list like these y’all discredit other rappers brands with this bs,” he said in an Instagram Story.

He shared a photo of the magazine’s mostly white “Culture Council,” adding, “They gotta let an all Black team rate the greatest 200 rock albums next… smfh.”

While Game and Meek Mill didn’t make the list, Rolling Stone’s top 10 Greatest Hip-Hop Albums of All Time included Lauryn Hill’s The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp a Butterfly, JAY-Z’s The Blueprint, and The Notorious B.I.G.’s Ready to Die, which topped the list.

On July 1, Game is set to drop his new album Drillmatic, which he has declared the “best album of 2022.” The project is expected to feature a collaboration with Chris Brown and Chloe Bailey that samples Janet Jackson.

Beyonce Removes Profile Picture From All Social Media Platforms – Fans Anticipate New Music Dropping

The Beyhive has no time to play around with Queen B! On Wednesday (June 8) Beyonce removed her profile photo from all her social media accounts. Beyonce’s fans went crazy assuming this meant new music is on the way. It’s been six years since Beyonce, 40, released a studio album which gives fans hope that she will give them a new project.

Twitter began buzzing about the singers “new project” immediately after she removed her profile picture.

The Beyhive expressed their curiosity about Beyonce’s next move, hoping that she’d be dropping new music and not a new collection for her clothing line, Ivy Park, that dropped in 2016.

Fans called other fans delusional for thinking Beyonce is dropping a new project.

What are your thoughts on Beyonce’s next move?

A Bipartisan group of senators announce agreement on gun control

A bipartisan group of senators announced an agreement on principle for gun safety legislation Sunday, which includes "needed mental health resources, improves school safety and support for students, and helps ensure dangerous criminals and those who are adjudicated as mentally ill can't purchase weapons," they said in a statement.

Notably, the announcement includes the support of 10 Republican senators, which would give the proposal enough support to overcome the Senate filibuster. The agreement is significant given how divided lawmakers have been over the gun issue, but the actual legislative text is not yet written.

The proposal includes support for state crisis intervention orders, funding for school safety resources, an enhanced review process for buyers under the age of 21 and penalties for straw purchasing.

Critically, the legislation includes a so-called red flag provision, with the government providing "resources to states and tribes to create and administer laws that help ensure deadly weapons are kept out of the hands of individuals whom a court has determined to be a significant danger to themselves or others," according to the release. The proposal would also include "major investments to increase access to mental health and suicide prevention programs; and other support services available in the community, including crisis and trauma intervention and recovery."

Additionally, the legislation would provide resources "to expand mental health and supportive services in schools, including: early identification and intervention programs and school based mental health and wrap-around services."

And it would address an area Republicans have focused on in recent weeks: school security. The lawmakers said in their release that the proposal provides money "to help institute safety measures in and around primary and secondary schools," while also supporting "school violence prevention efforts" and training for school employees and students.

As for the enhanced review process for buyers under 21, the lawmakers said the proposal "requires an investigative period to review juvenile and mental health records, including checks with state databases and local law enforcement."

The group on the release includes Republican Sens. John Cornyn of Texas, Thom Tillis and Richard Burr of North Carolina, Roy Blunt of Missouri, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Rob Portman of Ohio, Mitt Romney of Utah and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania. Democratic senators on the release include Kyrsten Sinema and Mark Kelly of Arizona, Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, Cory Booker of New Jersey, Chris Coons of Delaware, Martin Heinrich of New Mexico, Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Debbie Stabenow of Michigan. It also includes Sen. Angus King of Maine, an independent who caucuses with Democrats.

Biden says framework 'reflects important steps in right direction

President Joe Biden said Sunday that the agreement "does not do everything that I think is needed, but it reflects important steps in the right direction."

If passed, Biden wrote, the framework would mark "the most significant gun safety legislation to pass Congress in decades," adding, "With bipartisan support, there are no excuses for delay, and no reason why it should not quickly move through the Senate and the House."

"Each day that passes, more children are killed in this country: the sooner it comes to my desk, the sooner I can sign it, and the sooner we can use these measures to save lives."

Biden also thanked Murphy, who led negotiations for Democrats, as well as Cornyn, Sinema and Tillis.

Senate leaders react

"The principles they announced today show the value of dialogue and cooperation," Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky said in a statement. "I continue to hope their discussions yield a bipartisan product that makes significant headway on key issues like mental health and school safety, respects the Second Amendment, earns broad support in the Senate, and makes a difference for our country."

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said he would put a bill on the floor "as soon as possible."

"After an unrelenting wave of gun-related suicides and homicides, including mass shootings, the Senate is poised to act on commonsense reforms to protect Americans where they live, where they shop, and where they learn" the New York Democrat said. "We must move swiftly to advance this legislation because if a single life can be saved it is worth the effort."

Activists voice their support

Gun control activists responded mostly positively to the agreement on Sunday.

March for Our Lives, the student-led movement focused on gun violence prevention, said it welcomes the proposed reforms.

"In a less broken society, we would be able to require background checks every single time someone wants to buy a gun, and we would ban assault rifles outright," said David Hogg, one of the group's co-founders and a survivor of the 2018 Parkland school shooting, in a statement. "But if even one life is saved or one attempted mass shooting is prevented because of these regulations, we believe that it is worth fighting for."

"We're grateful to the bipartisan group of Senators that worked on this compromise," he added.

And former US Rep. Gabby Giffords, who has become one of the nation's pre-eminent gun control advocates since a 2011 shooting that left six dead and almost killed her, called the reforms "a lifesaving step forward." (Giffords is married to Kelly, one of the Democratic senators behind the agreement.)

"As a congresswoman, I always worked across party lines to get things done for my constituents. This deal represents that it's still possible to cut through politics and deliver for the American people," she said in a series of tweets.

"And while this agreement is not perfect, many details remain to be worked out and more must be done. If carefully drafted and passed into law, this framework would be a lifesaving step forward."

Talks went on all weekend

Still, the agreement would be significant given how divided lawmakers have been over the gun issue, even in the wake of a series of devastating mass shootings, including one that killed 19 children and two teachers at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.

One source with knowledge of the discussions said negotiators were hoping to get 10 Republican senators to sign on to the agreement before it was announced, in order to show they can overcome the 60-vote filibuster threshold. The Senate is currently evenly divided between the Democratic and GOP conferences with 50 seats each.

Sen. Chris Murphy 'more confident than ever' Congress can reach deal on gun laws but anxious about failure

The four main Senate negotiators -- Murphy, Sinema, Cornyn and Tillis -- were in talks all weekend to hammer out the final details and have also been in discussions with a larger bipartisan group of negotiators.

The House voted 223-204 last week to pass a wide-ranging package of gun control legislation called the Protecting Our Kids Act. The measure is not expected to pass the Senate, however, amid widespread GOP opposition to stricter gun control.

Passage of the legislation in the House took place hours after an emotional hearing on gun violence in which families of victims pleaded for more action.

Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland on Sunday praised the Senate negotiators prior to the announcement for their work on the legislation but stopped short of voicing his support for the forthcoming package.

"Well, we would certainly vote on it and work on it," he said on "State of the Union" when asked if would vote for the bill, adding: "It's moving in the right direction. We're glad the Senate is finally awake about this."

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a progressive Democrat from New York, said later on the same program that she would be willing to support the legislation "if we get a real baby step, not kind of a distraction, I think, from the solution." She stressed that including a provision for background checks is critical.

"You know, I believe that, if we can get background checks through, my hope -- my hope is that it's a yes" on the legislation, Ocasio-Cortez said.

Justin Bieber says he has facial paralysis due to Ramsay Hunt syndrome

Justin Bieber announced Friday that he is taking a break from performing because he is suffering from paralysis on one side of his face.

In a video posted on his verified Instagram account, the singer explained that he has Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which has left him unable to move half of his face and unable to take the stage.

“It is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis,” he said in the video. “As you can see this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile on this side of my face; this nostril will not move. So there’s full paralysis on this side of my face.”

According to the Mayo Clinic, Ramsay Hunt syndrome “occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears. In addition to the painful shingles rash, Ramsay Hunt syndrome can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear.”

Bieber addressed those who have been frustrated by the recent cancellations of his concerts and said he’s “physically, obviously, not capable of doing them.”

“This is pretty serious, as you can see. I wish this wasn’t the case, but, obviously, my body’s telling me I’ve got to slow down,” he said. “I hope you guys understand. I’ll be using this time to just rest and relax and get back to a hundred percent so that I can do what I was born to do.”

He thanked his fans for being patient, said he’s been doing facial exercises to help. He said he doesn’t know how long it will take for him to recover, but earlier this week, it was announced that three of his upcoming performances were postponed.

“It’s going to be ok,,” he said. “I have hope, and I trust God.”

Mo’Nique’s Sister Says She’s ‘Displacing Your Anger On The Wrong People’

The back-and-forth between Mo’Nique and D.L. Hughley may have settled in comparison to where it was, but more family is getting involved.

After a heated exchange between the two comedians over who was set to headline an event in Detroit—and receipts of the matter posted all over social media—Mo’Nique’s sister is now sharing her thoughts, HotNewHipHop reports.

Millicent Imes, the comedian’s sibling, took to Facebook to share with friends that it was “maddening” to see Mo’Nique “embarrass” herself, and that “enough is enough.” “My Sister!! Stop the Madness!!! It’s not a good look,” she wrote. “God has Shut you down before, and believe me he will do it again!!!Let’s start by staying on topic. YOU are and have been displacing your anger on the wrong people.”

Imes continued, going deep on more personal familial experiences and explaining that she believes Mo’Nique needs to “play nice” and that she has “receipts.”

“This is all coming from a place of Love,” she wrote. “Sister Stop!”

This all follows Mo’Nique calling out Hughley on stage at the event in May, and their eventual sharing of various paperwork related to the Detroit show to Instagram. Hughley shared his “Deal Memo,” including provisions of which included that he would be “the highest paid artist on [the] show,” while Mo’Nique shared a contract of her own.

“I’ve never stopped being a stand-up comedian, baby,” Mo’Nique said in a later Instagram clip. “I’ve been out there on that road doing my thing the whole time, so stop trying to put a false narrative out there—that’s Steve Harvey’s big word—stop trying to put a false narrative out there.”

Things continued to escalate when Mo’Nique shared a video of Hughley’s reaction to his daughter telling him about a sexual assault, to which Hughley responded to call Mo’Nique a “monster.”

“You literally are,” he said. “You didn’t play Precious’ mother. You let her out. You stopped pretending to be human and you won…an Oscar for being exactly who you are. Who says they love women and are there for women…and would trot out someone’s sexual trauma just to use in an argument?”

Britney Spears’ ex-husband is arrested for trespassing at pop star’s home ahead of wedding

Britney Spears’ ex-husband was arrested and charged with trespassing and battery after crashing her wedding Thursday at her California home, police said.

The pop star was set to marry Sam Asghari at her hillside mansion in Thousand Oaks when Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the residence in response to a trespassing report, according to police.

The trespassing suspect was identified as Jason Alexander, according to Sgt. Cyrus Zadeh with the county sheriff’s office. Alexander was confronted by security when he entered the singer’s property, and an altercation ensued between him and two security officers, Zadeh told CNN. Both security guards were battered in the physical struggle.

Alexander was arrested and charged with misdemeanor trespassing, two misdemeanor counts of battery, and a misdemeanor vandalism charge, Zadeh said. Authorities also learned that Alexander was wanted on a felony theft warrant in Napa County. CNN is working to determine whether Alexander has legal representation.

Spears was married to Alexander, a childhood friend, for about 55 hours in 2004 before the marriage was annulled.

“He was detained, handcuffed and I’m please(d) to report, arrested. Fortunately, Britney is safe,” Mathew S. Rosengart, an attorney for Spears, told CNN in a statement. “I’m livid by this security breach and am working closely with law enforcement to ensure he is aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

Rosengart did not respond when asked for comment if Spears and Asghari’s wedding took place following the incident.

Spears has been engaged to Asghari, a personal trainer turned actor, since last September. The couple met in 2016 when Asghari co-starred with Spears in the video to her single, “Slumber Party.”

The pop star icon has been previously married to Alexander and dancer Kevin Federline, with whom she shares two sons.

Jordan Peele's 'Nope' gets a new, more revealing trailer

Next month, Jordan Peele will unveil his next horror film Nope, which will star Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer, Steven Yeun, Keith David, and more. As previously reported by REVOLT, this past February saw the premiere of the movie’s official trailer, which — in typical Peele fashion — gave little in the way of what’s actually going on. Nonetheless, the short clip provided plenty of creepy, jump-worthy moments to help build anticipation.

(June 9), fans were able to check out a final, more revealing trailer for Nope, which seems to provide a little more insight into the forthcoming release. Kaluuya and Palmer take on the roles of siblings and ranch owners OJ and Emerald Haywood, and something has rendered their father Otis Haywood Sr. (David) lifeless and in the hospital. Much of the trailer then shows the Haywoods working to score a video of what’s presumed to be aliens with the aid of an electronics retailer specialist. Meanwhile, Yeun’s Ricky “Jupe” Park is seen hosting what looked like a near-barren version of Ripley’s Believe It Or Not out in the desert, presumably looking to wow the sparse crowd with a sighting of the same UFO. Flashes of a ship hiding within the clouds are interspersed throughout. All-in-all, it’s just enough of a curtain raise to give viewers a better idea of what they’re heading into cinemas to witness.

Previously known for his comedic work alongside Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele ascended to a new level of fame with the now-iconic 2017 movie Get Out, effectively solidifying his place within the horror genre. Through his company Monkeypaw Productions, subsequent years saw the release of equally dope films BlacKkKlansman, Us, and a remake of Candyman, with Peele taking on varying hats as producer, writer, and director throughout. In addition to Nope, he and Key will also soon be liberating the Netflix film Wendell & Wild later this year.

Check out the final trailer for Nope (out July 22) HERE

Regina King Makes First Public Appearance Since Son Ian's Death in January

Regina King is stepping out in public again, almost six months after the devastating loss of her son Ian Alexander Jr.

The Oscar-winning actress was previously scheduled to attend the Met Gala last month as one of the event’s co-chairs, but she didn’t end up attending.

Regina wore a two-piece white outfit while walking the red carpet on Friday (June 10) for the Filming Italy Festival‘s awards ceremony in Santa Margherita di Pula, Italy.

During the awards ceremony, Regina was presented with the Women Power Award. Also receiving awards at the event were Naomie Harris and Edgar Ramirez. They all joined festival president Tiziana Rocca and French actress Emmanuelle Seigner.

Rebel Wilson Was Going to Be Outed by Australian Newspaper, Journalist Admits

The Sydney Morning Herald and journalist Andrew Hornery are facing major backlash after he wrote an article admitting that he was giving Rebel two days to provide a comment for his story, only to be scooped by the actress herself.

“It was an abundance of caution and respect that this media outlet emailed Rebel Wilson’s representatives on Thursday morning, giving her two days to comment on her new relationship with another woman, LA leisure wear designer Ramona Agruma, before publishing a single word,” Hornery wrote in his article.

He called his decision a “big mistake” as Rebel decided to reveal her relationship herself on Instagram.

“Considering how bitterly Wilson had complained about poor journalism standards when she successfully sued Woman’s Day for defamation, her choice to ignore our discreet, genuine and honest queries was, in our view, underwhelming,” Hornery said.

Kim Kardashian outraged after reading Tristan Thompson's declaration about cheating on Khloé

This week's new episode of The Kardashians on Hulu ended with some mega drama, as Kim Kardashian became the first to find out about Tristan Thompson cheating on her sister Khloé Kardashian for the umpteenth time. However, this time, things were a bit messier as he got a woman pregnant.

"No, I'm not f***ing lying," Kim told Kylie Jenner over the phone at 6:30 a.m. "I'm shaking for her. My soul dies for her."

"Is Tristan, like, the worst person on the planet?" asked Kylie.

"What's so f***ing crazy is he wrote a whole declaration," said Kim as she read out loud the legal documents Tristan filed in a paternity suit, in which, he admitted that he did have sex with Maralee Nichols after his 30th birthday party.

"He's asking for a paternity test and admitting that he had sex with her," Kim continued, after merging Kourtney Kardashian on the call. "Khloé threw him his 30th birthday. So he went home from the 30th birthday party, went to Houston to play on the road — we can check his schedule — and then slept with this girl."

While none of us were truly surprised when the news broke in December of last year that Tristan reportedly got another woman pregnant and then confirmed one month later that he did in fact father Nichols's baby, at the time of the family's discovery, they were outraged, especially because Tristan had been trying to regain their trust and get back with Khloé.

"This is just a never-ending swirl," said Kylie. Kourtney added, "but it's never-ending betrayal, is what it is."

Kim pointed out, "The whole thing that's so sad is she wants a baby boy. And now this girl is having a f***ing baby boy? A f***ing random that he sleeps with one night? F*** him. Oh, I was so team him."

Unfortunately, when Khloé finally woke up, the episode ended with her on the phone with Kim asking, "What the f*** is this?" So we have to wait until next week to see how the rest of this drama unfolds but, according to the teaser, Khloé stated, "I wanted to believe Tristan could change. I wanted to trust him," before telling Kendall Jenner that she has been feeling so anxious that she fainted.

Fan Throws Water At Azealia Banks After She Ends Pride Show Early: “I Really Don’t Want To F**king Be Here”

Azealia Banks was completely over it during her set at a Pride show in Miami.

The rapper took the stage on Saturday for the Wynwood Pride concert where hundreds of fans came out. While she wanted to perform for them, she just couldn’t seem to pass getting “screwed over.” Banks, who looked show-ready, explained that promoters had been going back-and-forth with her set times and whether she’s the headliner.

She explained to the crowd, “I’m really not happy to be here.” Azealia said she knew it wasn’t the fans’ fault but she just wanted off that stage. She said, “I’m trying y’all, but it’s difficult.” After repeating that a few times, it looks like the promoters for the point and cut off her screen and eventually her mic. Banks is then seen throwing it to the ground. Now, one fan was clearly pissed as the video shows someone throwing water on Banks!

Azealia Banks took to Twitter to further explain what was going through her mind. She tweeted,

“Wynwood Pride was way too ghetto. I had to bounce. Every tech rider in Azealia Banks’ history of live performance specifically states – no dry ice as I am EXTREMELY allergic to it. Photos will show massive clouds of dry ice which began to make me lightheaded to a point I could.” She added, “Barely stand. I was originally booked for a 10pm set, which promoter moved to 1am, Completely inconveniencing every single member of my team. A phone was thrown on stage – proof the festival could not afford licensed security, ancient equipment – and a pig in the front who had.”

“The audacity to spit water from his hpv lesion infested mouth. An Absolute display of how Hispanic citizens in south Florida make poor attempts at selfish cash grabs by exploiting young undocumented gay boys for nightlife entertainment, or their own adult family members, for physical labor, often paying them well below Florida minimum wage – (which is well below national average) exploiting both child and adult labor laws creating a Stockholm syndrome- delusionally cultish type of group mentality based in fear, false hope.”

She went on to say, “And overarchingly desperate attempts to legitimize themselves with piss poor attempts to craft hilariously unsophisticated and pointlessly aggressive ‘ contracts/documents/lawsuits,’ They think have any legal validity outside of the brains of the intimidated migrant cult. I should have done something at west palm beach pride because somebody tío with the ashy feet and braided sandals def cooked up some Molotov dry ice. I have the biggest headache ever rn. Wow.”

Three Arrested For Killing Teen Near LeBron James’s I Promise School

Three people have been arrested in connection to a student who was beaten to death outside of LeBron James’ I Promise School in Akron, Ohio.

The incident took place outside of the school around 10:30 p.m. on June 2 where Ethan Liming, 17, was found dead in the school parking lot after friends contacted 911. Akron Police Chief Stephen Mylett said the beating occurred after Liming and three other people arrived at the school parking lot and started firing a gel blaster gun toward several others at a basketball court. Mylett also clarified that the incident was not a hate crime as reported by KKTV.

After the investigation, US Marshalls arrested 21-year-old Donovan Jones, Tyler Stafford,19, and Deshawn Stafford Jr, 20. The suspects were tracked to their homes within the neighborhood and were taken into custody.

“I am happy to report that today, officers with the Akron Police Department, made several arrests in connection with the death of Ethan Liming. We thank the members of the community for their outpouring of support that helped investigators throughout this investigation. We will continue to follow any leads that will result in bringing those responsible for Ethan’s death to justice. While I believe the news of the arrests will be welcomed by Ethan’s family and loved ones, we all recognize that nothing will bring Ethan back. Violence in this country must stop. We are losing too many lives to senseless acts of violence,” Mylett said in the following statement.

After learning about the teen’s death, LeBron James also issued his condolences to Liming’s family on Twitter.

Liming was a high school senior at the Firestone Community Learning Center and attended the school’s Academy of Design Program.

“Our Akron Public Schools family expresses its deepest condolences and offers its prayers to the family and friends of a student who lost his life last night. We mourn as one for Ethan Liming, a 17-year-old rising senior at Firestone Community Learning Center. Ethan was a student leader at his school and was in the Academy of Design there. The death of a student affects all of Akron Public Schools. Ethan’s passing is, sadly, one of many we have experienced during this school year. May we all pause a moment from our daily pressures to give thanks for the lives of these children. May we forever find ways to keep our memories of them alive. Each of these losses reminds us about how precious, and sometimes fleeting, life can be.” wrote Akron Public Schools Superintendent Christine Fowler Mack.

The US Marshalls also released a statement in reference to the arrest and said they will continue working on combating violent crime within the community.

Megan Thee Stallion Promotes Butt-Cut-Out Jeans for Mugler

*Megan The Stallion has starred in Mugler’s spring 2022 collection video adorning blue jeans that are neither here nor there. The video was released on Wednesday, showing the Grammy winner twerking and twirling in a barely-there cut-out denim catsuit that highlights her cleavage, from her famous booty to the legs and abs. We’re talking butt-cut-out jeans!

These jeans are the latest design version by Casey Cadwallader, a designer known for his inventive and unbelievably revealing take on the humble dungaree. This latest version also incorporates nude illusion tulle for a naked effect along with a built-in butt lift of sorts.

In an interview, Casey explained that the jeans have always had this strap that goes under the bum that’s like a body-shaping, lifting mechanism.

“We left the denim part under the bum, because if you’re going to show off your butt, you have to lift it up” he added. “We made one pair and when we saw them in the fitting and everyone was just like, ‘Oh my god, are we doing this?’ And I was like, ‘Yes we are.'”

Apart from the “Body” rapper, other celebrities featured in Mugler’s video include Lourdes Leon in a strappy nude bustier, Bella Hadid in an almost-naked LBD with strategically placed stars over the chest, and supermodels Shalom Harlow and Amber Valletta smooching on the hood of a stretch limo.

Mugler’s designs have become attractive to many celebrities. For instance, the sheer, strappy jumpsuits have been worn by the likes of Beyoncé, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, and Irina Shayk, among others.

The designer’s brand also played a significant role in the fashion reinvention of Mega Fox. Many still remember the controversial black dress she wore to the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, and the transparent, revealing clothing she turned up in for the VMA towards the end of the year.

Fani Willis: Fulton County DA Receiving Death Threats Young Thug/YSL Case

*Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat isn’t the only one receiving death threats over the YSL RICO case. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis recently spoke with Channel 2 where she shared that she now has to take extraordinary measures to protect herself and her family amid threats over the high-profile racketeering indictment involving Atlanta rappers and the creation of a special grand jury to investigate efforts to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia.

Willis explained that the threats started after the gang indictment targeting Atlanta rappers Young Thug and Gunna along with alleged members of the Young Slime Life Gang.

“We don’t believe that these threats were directed by anyone that is in the YSL indictment,” Willis said. “I would say that (threats are coming from) people that are very sympathetic, maybe admirers of YSL and people who are connected with them in some sense.”

In addition to that, she said she is also getting more harsh comments from Trump’s supporters after she announced that a special grand jury will be looking into certain events connected to the most recent presidential election in Georgia. “Oh, it is definitely a significant driver of the heightened security,” Willis told the outlet. “People are angry about that investigation. People are angry about investigations into gangs, so each of those things plays a factor,” @WSBTV quotes.

Adidas Files A Lawsuit Against Nike For Infringement Over SNKRS App

Adidas filed a lawsuit against Nike for infringement complaints over the SNKRS app.

On Friday, Adidas filed a suit against Nike is infringing on nine of its patents. Two, in particular, are the Adidas_1 sneaker and its sneaker reservation app, Confirmed.

In the lawsuit, Adidas believes Nike’s Adapt technology infringes on Adidas_1. Adapt is an electronically-enabled platform that automatically customizes the fit of a sneaker to the wearer’s foot. Adidas claims Adidas_1 was the first shoe that “sensed and adjusted the comfort of the shoe while the shoe was worn.” Nike’s Adapt debuted in 2019, while Adidas_1 was launched in 2005.

On top of that, Adidas is also targeting Nike’s SNKRS app. Adidas states that Nike’s version of the app infringes on their Confirmed app. February 2015, Confirmed was launched as a tool that would make buying exclusive products easier and fairer for everyone. However, days later, Nike rolled out their announcement for SNKRS, which is similar to Confirmed.

“Adidas has long been a leader in mobile technology, including technology related to mobile fitness and mobile purchases,” the lawsuit states. “Adidas was the first in the industry to comprehensively bring data analytics to athletes.”

The suit also adds that Adidas seeks “damages in an amount sufficient to compensate Adidas for the defendant’s infringement.” In addition, they’re asking for a permanent injunction against Nike that would prevent them from further infringing on its patents.

Melania Trump Ordered Donald Trump to Allegedly Cut Ties With ‘Snake’ Daughter Ivanka Before the January 6 Insurrection Hearing

Reportedly, Melania Trump is behind the fallout between her husband, Donald Trump, and his daughter Ivanka.

Many speculated that there was some tension between Ivanka and Melania, including a source who exclusively told Radar, “Even before the hearing, Ivanka had been iced by Melania despite living almost around the corner from each other in Florida.

It was the first primetime hearing of lawmakers that really set the tone of the severed relationship.  Lawmakers are investigating the January 6 riot at the Capitol, and during the hearing, it was Ivanka who said she “accepted” that former Attorney General Bill Barr had found no evidence of fraud that could overturn the 2020 election, despite her father repeatedly saying there was.

Her acceptance grew an almost immediate stinging rebuke from Trump.

“Ivanka Trump was not involved in looking at, or studying, Election results,” he wrote on social media.

“She had long since checked out and was, in my opinion, only trying to be respectful to Bill Barr and his position as Attorney General (he sucked!).”

Evidently, Ivanka had been warned to distance herself from her dad, and the two haven’t been seen together in more than 521 days.

It has been said that Melania and Ivanka loathe one another

When the Trumps moved into the White House, “both (Melania and Ivanka) were respectful of one another’s turf,” the former First Lady’s former friend Stephanie Winston Wolkoff claimed.

“As First Lady, Melania felt Ivanka was trying to take her place,” a source whispered during the administration. “For Ivanka, Melania was a hindrance to what she wanted to achieve.”

Melania thought her step-daughter would do “what it takes to get what she wants,” which included undermining her dad’s wife by “poaching” staff members and making her “irrelevant.”

It angered Melania to the point she labeled Ivanka and her allies as “snakes,” according to Wolkoff.
