#RHOA: Porsha Williams' Dragged Into Kenya Moore's Custody Battle From Marc Daly?
Porsha Williams was name-dropped in her Real Housewives of Atlanta costar Kenya Moore’s custody battle after a court-appointed official’s relationship with her was called into question.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Kenya’s ex Marc Daly had concerns about the official’s conflict of interests due to her friendship with Porsha.
As we first reported, last year, Kenya sued her ex for primary custody of their daughter Brooklyn and demanded child support.
Marc said he had no issues with their kid living with his ex, but he wanted to have a flexible visitation schedule. As part of the dispute, the judge put a guardian ad litem in place, who is a court-appointed official responsible for investigating the case.
The guardian ad litem interviews the parents, child and others involved. According to court docs, a month after the judge appointed a woman named Rachel St. Fleur, Marc rushed to court demanding the individual be taken off the case.
He said the official was “very open and candid about the fact that she knew of the Parties and that she had seen episodes of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
He said the official had knowledge of their relationship. St. Fleur later revealed she was present at one of Marc’s parties where she witnessed him get into a verbal altercation with Kenya.
Marc said, “The altercation that occurred at the event was a major event in the parties’ relationship. In fact, within days of the event the couple publicly announced they were separating.”

He said, “It is unclear how much contact” she had with Porsha but “her relationship and connection to someone on the show with the Petitioner causes some concern.”
Marc said “in no way” was he accusing St. Fleur of acting inappropriately but the connection caused concern. He also claimed he was unable to pay the costs due to the pandemic screwing with his finances.
The motion didn’t seem to go anywhere because months later a settlement was hashed out. Kenya and Marc finally reached a consent order over custody in June.
Per their deal, Kenya will have primary custody and she will be allowed to shoot RHOA despite her father’s objections. In May, Kenya filed a separate divorce case against Marc.
Despite the previous consent order, the Bravo star also included a request for primary custody. She is demanding child support from Marc. In her petition, she listed the date of marriage as June 10, 2017, and the date of separation as September 19, 2019.
For his part, Marc is asking the court to award him a cut of the Georgia home they lived in. The pad was purchased by Kenya years before meeting Marc.
Recently, Kenya pleaded for the case to be sealed out of fear her private information would be leaked. A judge has yet to rule on her request

Drake may be reigniting his feud with Kanye West. On Trippie Redd’s new song “Betrayal,” Drake appears to take shots at his longtime rival.
“All these fools I’m beefin’ that I barely know,” Drake raps on the track off Trippie’s new album Trip at Knight. “45, 44 (burned out), let it go / Ye ain’t changin’ shit for me, it’s set in stone.”
The “45, 44” lyric may be a reference to Kanye’s age (he is 44), while some fans have also speculated that he is talking about Pusha T, who is the same age.
There have been rumors that Kanye is waiting to release DONDA until Drake drops Certified Lover Boy. But Drake seems to dismiss the notion that he is going to move CLB‘s release date because of Ye.
After the song dropped, Consequence came to Kanye’s defense and called out Drake for the “disrespect.”
“Fuck a Betrayal It’s the Disrespect for me dawg Wit Trippie Redd Shotgun,” he wrote. “Respect My Team It’s Party Time.”
The rap rivals have been at odds for years after Drake accused Ye of fueling his beef with Pusha T by giving him the intel about his son Adonis, which he used on his 2018 diss “The Story of Adidon.”
Pusha recently raised eyebrows with his lyrics on Pop Smoke’s “Tell the Vision,” which some believe to be a shot at Drake.

R. Kelly’s Former Tour Manager Testified That He Was With Kelly & Aaliyah The Day They Applied For A Marriage License!
R. Kelly’s former tour manager, Demetrius Smith, 65, took the stand and reluctantly testified about the disgraced singer’s marriage to Aaliyah.
On Friday, Smith told jurors what he knew about Kelly and the late singer. Throughout his testimony, he told U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly that he “didn’t want to be here, period.”
R. Kelly, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, is attending his trial in New York. CNN reported that he has pleaded not guilty to federal charges of racketeering and violating the Mann Act, an anti-sex trafficking law.
Prosecutors ordered the former tour manager to testify and reiterated that he would not be legally punished for anything he testified about.
Eventually, Smith testified after multiple protests with his attorneys by his side.
He often paused to speak with his attorney or refresh his memory while reading his grand jury testimony. He also admitted that he was there the day Kelly met Aaliyah. He told jurors that he became concerned about their relationship.
Smith also admitted that he and other members of Kelly’s circle helped Kelly, who was at the time 27-years-old marry Aaliyah, who was only 15.
Kelly’s legal team argued that his relationships were consensual. Kelly continues to deny all allegations.
Smith also recanted the day Kelly met the late singer at her family’s home in Detroit in 1992. Kelly played the piano as Aaliyah sang. “She had something special,” Smith recalled Kelly saying about Aaliyah.
During Aaliyah’s making of her first album, “Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number,” which Kelly wrote songs for and produced, the two grew close, Smith added.
He also said that Kelly would spend time with her alone at his apartment. However, he insisted, “Whatever Robert did with Aaliyah was all about music.”
But he did, however, say that at times he felt the two were “two friendly,” “playful,” and said at one point he asked Kelly if he was “messin” with the teen.
“Aaliyah was young. I didn’t want people to have the wrong vision of things.”
In August 1994, Kelly was on tour. When he was about to walk on stage, he allegedly told Smith, “Aaliyah is in trouble, man.”
On their way back to Chicago, Smith said he found out what happened; Aaliyah thought she was pregnant, and Kelly was scared he would go to jail for it. That’s when Smith testified that he helped her obtain an official state ID by bribing a worker at the welfare office. The ID did not show her date of birth.
“I made her (the worker) an offer, and she took the money,” Smith testified. “I gave her $500.”
From there, Smith and other workers in Kelly’s circle went with the two to a Chicago-area city hall where Aaliyah and Kelly applied for a marriage license.
Documents show at the time the application was submitted, Aaliyah’s age was listed as 18. The two married in a Sheraton hotel suite, but it was annulled the following year after the late singer’s family found out about it.

The salaries of some of Hollywood’s biggest 2021 stars have been revealed!
Recently, a list of the largest movie stars’ salaries began circulating online. Rather than being organized by the stars’ net worth, it appears as though the list was formed considering the profit the well-known actors made off of films that released this year.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson came in the number 2 spot on the list, raking in a total of $50 million for his upcoming role in Red One. The film is a Christmas-themed movie that is being produced by Amazon Studios, and it airs later this year. He was listed just behind Daniel Craig, who earned $100 million for his part in the Knives Out sequels.
Will Smith is right behind Dwayne Johnson with a $40 million dollar profit for his role as Venus & Serna Williams‘ father in King Richard, which is expected this November.
Denzel Washington similarly earned $40 million for taking part in The Little Things. The film premiered back in January.
Finally, Michael B. Jordan brought in a total of $15 million for his lead part in Amazon Prime Video’s Without Remorse, with debuted back in April.
Some other large names on the list are Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise, who respectively earned $20 million and $13 million. Brad Pitt starred in Bullet Train while Tom Cruise appeared in Top Gun:Maverick.
Kylie Jenner Rumored To Be Expecting Baby No. 2 With Rapper Travis Scott!
Reality TV star-turned-entrepreneur Kylie Jenner and “Astroworld” rapper Travis Scott are reportedly expecting a second child.
The baby news came from numerous reports Friday, including via People, TMZ and Us Weekly, that cited multiple sources close to the couple. However, representatives for Jenner and Scott did not immediately respond to The Times’ request for comment.
It’s unclear how far along she might be and when the baby is due. TMZ said Jenner is still in “very early stages” of pregnancy, and on Thursday the cosmetics maven posted a video of herself toting an iced beverage with no visible baby bump.
The 24-year-old “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum and 30-year-old Scott, born Jacques Bermon Webster II, are parents to 3-year-old Stormi Webster. Jenner kept that pregnancy mostly under wraps until Stormi’s arrival, apologizing to fans for ghosting them so that she could “prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way” she knew how.
She and Scott split in 2019 after dating for two years. The pair sought to co-parent Stormi and have often been seen spending time together with their daughter.

While speaking to Essence about the new Aretha Franklin biopic, “Respect,” which he stars in, the actor talked a little about his personal life and shared the sweetest thing he told his mother, Elvira Wayans, before her passing.

If you were secretly hoping for a Destiny’s Child reunion anytime soon, Beyoncé’s father Mathew Knowles has made it clear this week that’s not gonna be happening.
Knowles, who has been with the band from the very beginning, is still technically DC’s official manager. On Friday, he told TMZ that despite any rumors to the contrary, there are currently no plans for the iconic girl group to reunite, get in the studio to make another album, or go on tour.
“Knowles says the recent social media updates to Destiny’s Child’s official accounts that sparked the speculation were just a routine revamping by the record label,” reports the outlet. “We’re told Mathew never requested the change — it was just a random, normal social media-type update.”
'American Idol' Alum Reunited With Her Daughter, Still Fighting For Custody Of Her Son!
Syesha Mercado, a former finalist on "American Idol," was reunited with her newborn daughter but continues to fight for custody of her toddler son.
“Just know Ast is home. Ast is home! We have Ast with us,” Mercado's partner Tyron Deener said in an Instagram video on Friday.
The couple's daughter, Ast, was taken last week by Child Protective Services in Florida just days after Mercado gave birth. Their son, Amen'Ra, was taken earlier this year when he was 13 months old.
“We still got work to do to get Ra back," Deener said in the video, thanking the public and their attorneys.
"Just know through the people, through you all we were able to counteract this unjust system and this corruption to be able to get our baby back.”
The couple could not immediately be reached for comment on Saturday.
An attorney for Mercado and Deener said at a press conference Tuesday that CPS got involved because of allegations of medical neglect. The family's ordeal began after Mercado took her son to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg on Feb. 26 for dehydration due to him struggling with the transition from breast milk to solid foods, according to We Have the Right to Be Right, an activist group campaigning for the family.
Instead of Amen'Ra being released to his mother, he was placed in the care of CPS.
Attorney Derrick McBurrows said that CPS alleged that Mercado had not taken her son for a medical visit prior to bringing him to Johns Hopkins. He called the agency's claims a "complete lie" and said his client took her son to Englewood Community Hospital on Jan. 30.
"The mother was having lactation issues," McBurrows said at the press conference. "This is a first-time mother who was seeking help yet she was criminalized."
Deener told reporters that he thinks his family was judged and criminalized "because of how we present ourselves, our culture, the way we look."
In the midst of the family's battle to regain custody of Amen'Ra, Mercado gave birth to Ast. Last week, she posted a video of Manatee County sheriff's deputies stopping her car on the side of a road in a surprise welfare check and taking her daughter.
The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office previously said that its deputies removed Ast because a family court judge signed a pick-up order following repeated failed attempts to reach Mercado and Deener. Authorities initially got involved in the case after receiving information about a child at Johns Hopkins who "was suffering from severe malnutrition/failure to thrive," the department said.

On Saturday, track star Sha’ Carri Richardson finished last while competing in the 100-meter dash at the Prefontaine Classic.

Chadwick Boseman Honored By Wife Simone With Performance At Stand Up To Cancer Telethon!
During the Stand Up To Cancer telethon on Saturday, Simone Boseman paid tribute to her husband, the late actor Chadwick Boseman, with an emotional performance of the song, “I’ll Be Seeing You.”
The 1938 classic penned by Sammy Fain and Irving Kahal is “a song about living with the reality of loss and finding a way forward,” the event’s co-host Anthony Anderson noted, in introducing her performance.
Before Boseman took to the stage, the Black-ish star offered his own tribute to the Black Panther star, who died last year of colon cancer, aged 43.
“Many of us were devastated to learn of Chadwick Boseman’s tragic passing after he privately grappled with cancer for several years. The world lost an incredible artist and a true hero. But before he was a public figure, he was a person like you or me: a son, a brother, uncle, cousin, friend, colleague, husband,” Anderson said. “Many of us are all too familiar with the fracture a dearly loved one’s passing leaves in the lives of those who love them.”
The 2021 Stand Up to Cancer fundraising telethon was broadcast from Los Angeles on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET, and was available for streaming on YouTube. Anderson co-hosted with Sofia Vergara, Ken Jeong and the latter actor’s wife, Tran Ho.
The event seeking to raise funds to support research and new treatments of cancer featured appearances by A-listers including Chris Evans, Matthew McConaughey, and Paul Rudd, and additional performances from artists including Common and Brittany Howard.
The live-event was produced by Done + Dusted and Stand Up To Cancer’s production team. Reese Witherspoon co-exec produced with her husband, Jim Toth.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck shared a smooch during a family trip to see “Hamilton” at Los Angeles’ Pantages Theater.
The couple was joined by Affleck’s daughters, Violet, 15, and Seraphina, 12, and J Lo’s twins, Max and Emme, 13.

On Friday (Aug. 20), the “Mrs. Bubblegum” rapper took to Instagram to announce that he is launching his own platform for content creators. “Just deleted my OnlyFans, starting my own platform @myystar8 more futuristic, better quality & only 10% fee,” he wrote. “Creators will also be able to make content of their choice!”
Myystar, which currently boasts over 50 thousand followers on Instagram, aims to empower creators on the new wave. T-Raww’s company is already dubbing itself “the future of paid content.” Interested content creators can apply now to receive an invite.

“I know how many people make a lot of money on OnlyFans, and that’s where most of their revenue is at,” Tyga told Forbes. “I want to give those people hope.”
“I pay attention to the culture,” he added. “I’ve always liked to be on the pulse and see what everybody’s feeling.”
Before he deleted his account, Tyga was among the top five earners on OnlyFans, according to Influencer Marketing Hub. The site, billed as the leading industry resource for all things influencer marketing, states he’s earned approximately $8 million from his subscribers. The actress Bella Thorne, Blac Chyna, and Cardi B are the only people who have reportedly earned more.
Tyga joined OnlyFans in September and shortly after he launched his OnlyFans talent management company called TooRaww. Forbes states T-Raww currently has more than two dozen clients who belong to TooRaw. But it’s unclear whether Tyga will be able to match OnlyFans’ success and attract some of the site’s users who will need to find a new home for their content in October.
In its announcement this week, OnlyFans said the new changes “are to comply with the requests of our banking partners and payout providers.” An Axios report, released on Friday (Aug. 20) found OnlyFans has paid over $3 billion to creators since the site went live in November 2016.
