The Daily Buzz For July 22 ☕📰☕

Charlize Theron for Stellar - 19th July 2020!
Charlize Theron has been praised for taking on and mastering the stunts in “The Old Guard” and now the star is revealing just how far she went for the Netflix movie.

Speaking with Stellar Magazine, Theron said that doing her own stunts resulted in an injury that required hand surgery that made her hand numb. Since they only had 5 weeks left of filming, Theron didn’t want to complain but didn’t know just how injured she was until production wrapped.
“It was absolutely impossible for me to investigate how bad the injury was. So I fought through,” Theron said.
The “Bombshell” actress also pinched a nerve in her elbow, but had to film a scene riding a horse even though she couldn’t feel her hand.

“I basically lost all control of my hand. [I was] shooting all this stuff riding a horse with a hand that had no function in it,” Theron said. “It wasn’t until I was done with the film that I realised I needed three surgeries.”
This isn’t the first time Theron has hurt herself from doing her own stunts. In 2005’s “Aeon Flux”, she herniated a disk in her neck and “could have been paralysed” from the “serious” accident.
“The Old Guard” is on Netflix now.

Juice WRLD lives on top of the charts. The late Chicago rapper’s posthumous album Legends Never Die debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 497,000 equivalent album units in its first week, of which 209,000 are in album sales. The project, which features Halsey, Trippie Redd, and Polo G, earns the largest week of 2020 for any album and the fourth-biggest streaming week ever for an album with 422.63 million on-demand streams in the U.S.

Legends Never Die beats the previous high set by The Weeknd’s After Hours, which opened at No. 1 with 444,000 units in April. The last album to outsell Legends was Taylor Swift’s Lover with 867,000 units in September 2019.
Legends is also the biggest week for a hip-hop album or by a male artist in nearly two years since Travis Scott’s Astroworld, which debuted at No. 1 with 537,000 units in August 2018.
Additionally, Legends Never Die makes history as the most successful posthumous debut in over two decades since The Notorious B.I.G.’s Life After Death (690,000) and Tupac’s R U Still Down (549,000) in 1997.

“The overwhelming love that millions of music fans clearly have for Jarad reminds us how much his poetic words, creativity, and bright light continues to shine throughout the world,” said Juice WRLD’s mother Carmela Wallace. “We are incredibly grateful to the fans who continue to uplift him every single day and our hope is that his words touch your life in a way that helps you through any challenges you may be facing.”
Juice WRLD dethrones Pop Smoke’s Shoot for the Stars Aim for the Moon from the No. 1 spot. The latter drops to No. 2 in its second week with 110,000 equivalent album units earned. This marks the first time two acts have gone back-to-back at No. 1 on the chart with posthumous releases.

Summer Walker earns her second top 10 album with Life On Earth, which debuts at No. 8 with 28,000 equivalent album units (3,000 in album sales). The five-track EP follows her debut album Over It, which debuted and peaked at No. 2 in October 2019.
Elsewhere, Lil Baby’s My Turn slides 3-4 (58,000), Post Malone’s Hollywood’s Bleeding holds at No. 5 (34,000), and DaBaby’s Blame It On Baby dips 4-6 (33,000).

The Weeknd’s After Hours falls 6-9 with 27,000 units and Polo G’s The Goat rounds out the top 10 with 27,000 units.

OH BARBIE BABY! Nicki Minaj Is Pregnant!
Nicki Minaj is going to be a mom! The rapper and her husband, Kenneth "Zoo" Petty, are expecting their first child together, she announced with a series of glam maternity photos showing off her baby bump on social media on July 20.

The happy announcement comes nine months after she and Petty tied the knot and 10 months after Minaj, 37, sent fans into a frenzy when she shared her intention to step out of the spotlight to focus on family. "I've decided to retire & have my family. I know you guys are happy now. To my fans, keep reppin me, do it til da death of me … Love you for LIFE," she wrote on Twitter.
"Love. Marriage. Baby carriage. Overflowing with excitement & gratitude. Thank you all for the well wishes," she captioned one of her bump-baring shots.
In May, the singer sparked pregnancy rumors when she admitted that she'd been experiencing common pregnancy symptoms — including food cravings, nausea and "peeing non stop." When fans asked if she would share photos of her baby bump, she teased, "Yea in a couple of months. The world ain't ready yet 🥰😘."
The rapper does have a history of stoking pregnancy rumors  — and getting a kick out of the reactions. On a February 2019 episode of Queen Radio, Minaj announced she was expecting before backtracking and explaining it was a big joke.

"I’m pregnant,” she said, releasing a loud laugh moments later. "They really gon’ believe me — my manager’s face! He was about to die!"
In all seriousness, Minaj has spoken openly over the years about her desire to be a mother. "Ten years from now, I will have two children, unless my husband wants three," she told Cosmopolitan in 2015, envisioning her future marriage, as well. "I will be into my fitness a lot more, I will stop yo-yo dieting, and I'll be a housewife with careers that I can run from home. I want to be able to cook for my children, bake cookies for them, and watch them grow up. I just want to be mommy. Take them to school, go to the parent-teacher conference, help them with their homework, and put their work on the refrigerator."
The "Yikes" rapper opened up to Complex in a December 2014 cover story about how important becoming a mother is to her, telling the outlet, "If I'm done with my fifth album and I don't have a child by then, no matter how much money I have, I would be disappointed, as a woman, because I feel like I was put here to be a mother."
She added that marriage would have to come first — and went on to tie the knot with her childhood boyfriend in October 2019.
"I have definitely put off the wife thing because I don’t want people in my business. I'd rather not do anything that’s going to be on paper but I definitely will be married before I have my baby. I want to make sure I do it in that order," she added to Complex at the time.

"After the fifth [album], I'll probably have my baby," she added in her Complex interview, going on to speculate if she would be a working mother. "I wonder if I'm going to be one of those women who balances my child with a career… I don't want the child feeling like they don't have all of my attention, so I always said, 'I'm going to take a little break.' But we'll see."
"I have given myself a time limit to take my professional satisfaction. I do not want to work all my life and never experience the joys of a family," she told Vogue Italia in 2014. "It is not time yet, but when I decide to get married and become a mother I would like to take a break and devote myself completely to my child."

More recently, Minaj told Wonderland magazine in 2018, "I love children. I'm not going to put that off for much longer." CONGRATS!

Andrew Gillum Provides An Update On His Personal Life: Don’t Be Like Me, Don’t Suffer In Silence!
After a series of headlined events following his loss in the Florida’s governor race, politician Andrew Gillum has provided his followers with an update on his personal life in an 11-minute Instagram video. Along with a video, Andrew Gillum captioned his gratitude for those who wished him well thoughts, during a tough time in his life.
He wrote: I am thankful to so many of you who have wished me well during this especially challenging time. I wanted to provide a personal update on how I have been doing. Take good care of yourselves during this season and I will see you on the other side. Warmest, Andrew

During his update, Andrew Gillum shared that he didn’t realize how losing Florida’s governor race had led him to a depressive state.

It was a constant reminder of failure, my own personal failures. It was a reminder that I had let so many people down. It was a chorus of this voice that I tried for so long to quiet. That depression around what I was experiencing there became far too much for me to keep down.
“A lot of times we think we’re dealing with it. We’re strong, and it bubbles up on the inside, but eventually, it’s gonna come out. I certainly know what it felt like to see that come out.”
Gillum took a break from the political world after an incident involving drugs and a male prostitute.
Earlier this year (March 13), it was reported that the former mayor of Tallahassee was found in a Miami hotel intoxicated with a male and crystal meth. It was later revealed that the male found in the room with Gillum was Travis Dyson, a male escort. After the incident began making headline news, Gillum announced (March 16) that he was checking into rehab.

In a statement, Gillum had mentioned:
“Since my race for governor ended, I fell into a depression that has led to alcohol abuse.”
“I want to apologize to my family, friends and the people of Florida who have supported me and put their faith in me over the years”.
Now (July 20), four months after the hotel incident, Gillum is sharing his road to recovery and hopes that it can help others.
I’m doing a lot of writing these days. I’m trying to put on paper a lot of what I’m experiencing, right now.

If there was something I would want for you to take from me, it would be, don’t be like me. Don’t suffer in silence. Get access to the help that you need. So many of us think that we got to perpetrate this image of perfection. I know I did. The truth is, nobody has it all together. All of us are struggling and clawing at trying to be something else, when we [should be] trying to just be at home, in ourselves.

Tamar Braxton Transferred to a Mental Health Facility Days After Hospitalization!
Tamar Braxton is "awake and communicating" following her hospitalization, E! News has learned.
According to a source, the reality TV personality was transferred to a "new hospital specializing in mental health care."
"Tamar is not out of the woods by any means. Doctors are still keeping a very close eye on her for her safety," the insider told us. "Tamar has been committed to working on her mental health for some time, but she experienced some setbacks during the last year, finding quarantine to be particularly difficult."
The 43-year-old star's health update comes a few days after she was found unconscious by her boyfriend, David Adefeso, who called 911. On Friday, July 17, E! News confirmed the news and shared the Braxton Family Values star was being treated by doctors.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, they received a phone call around 9:57 p.m. PST for an unconscious adult female, who was being transported to a nearby hospital.
The Los Angeles Police Department also shared that they received a call around 9:45 p.m. for a medical emergency at 900 W. Olympic, the address for the The Ritz-Carlton Residences.
A separate insider close to Tamar and her family confirmed to E! News that she and David were staying at the hotel "trying to relax and have a bit of a staycation." The insider explained the reality TV personality had taken some medication and had been drinking before she was found unconscious.

"David does not believe that she was trying to kill herself, despite experiencing some rough times in quarantine," the insider expressed, adding, "Finding Tamar like that has left him understandably concerned and shaken up."
At the time, the insider said, "She is currently being watched around the clock by a medical team for her own safety, but doctors have stabilized her and she will pull through. David is still with Tamar at the hospital and has been in contact with loved ones throughout the night."

The star's 7-year-old son, Logan, has been with her ex-husband Vincent Herbert, according to the source.
In light of the news, a spokesperson for the Braxton Family Values star told The Blast that she and her loved ones are appreciative of fans' support. However, they are asking for privacy during this time.

"The outpouring of support that Tamar has received is a testament to the light that she brings to people," the statement read. "Out of respect for Tamar's privacy and that of her family, no additional information is available at this time."
The spokesperson also confirmed that Tamar had been "transferred to another facility for further evaluation and treatment."
WE tv recently announced the premiere date of Tamar's upcoming docuseries, Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life!. Upon hearing the news about her hospitalization, the network issued a statement.
"Tamar Braxton has been part of the WE tv family for nearly a decade. We are keeping her and her family in our thoughts and prayers and joining with her fans sending strength and healing at this difficult time," the network's message read.

NeNe Leakes also shared a heartwarming message to the 43-year-old star, and reminded everyone to "check on your strong friends."
"When you are a strong person, you manage stress differently! People tend to judge the outside strength on the inside abilities to cope! A lot of strong people cry in the dark and hurt alone," the Real Housewives of Atlanta star said on Instagram.
"I talk to Tamar often," NeNe continued. "Spoke to her yesterday and tried to pull her thru this moment. Spoke to her and David today! I say that to say this...check on your strong friends! Try not to judge so much! know that there are people being treated wrong for real and it's really painful."

"I know Tamar is gonna get thru this but please pray for her strength," she closed.

FBI Names Roy Den Hollander In Fatal Shooting At Judge’s House, ‘Anti-Feminist Lawyer’ Had Case Pending Before Judge!
The suspect in the fatal shooting of the 20-year-old son of a New Jersey federal judge and the wounding of her husband at the family’s home on Sunday has been identified as a self-described “anti-feminist lawyer” who recently had a case before the judge.

In a statement, the FBI said Roy Den Hollander was “the primary suspect in the attack” that occurred at the North Brunswick home of U.S. District Judge Esther Salas.
Den Hollander is now deceased, the FBI said, adding “the investigation remains ongoing.”
He was found dead in Rockland, New York, with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to New York authorities.
Den Hollander, a lawyer based in New York, had a case pending before Salas regarding the U.S. Military’s male-only draft registration system, court records show. The lawsuit argues, in part, that requiring only men to register in the draft “discriminates against both sexes in violation of Equal Protection as incorporated into the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.”

The U.S. Attorney’s office in New Jersey has declined comment. New York State Police told NJ Advance Media they are investigating the death on Ragin Road in the town of Rockland in Sullivan County, New York. The body was found in a secluded, dead-end street that’s part of a campsite.
The judge’s 20-year-old son, Daniel Anderl, was shot to death by a man dressed as a FedEx delivery driver, sources and officials said. Salas’ husband, Mark Anderl, was also wounded but is recovering at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Salas was home at the time of the shooting but was not injured.
Den Hollander’s personal website boasts that he was once described by the New York Times as an “anti-feminist lawyer.”

“Now is the time for all good men to fight for their rights before they have no rights left,” he wrote on his website. “Contact Roy to help battle the infringement of Men’s Rights by the Feminists and their fellow sisters and the PCers.”
He unsuccessfully sued a Manhattan nightclub that made him buy a $350 bottle of vodka to get in. And in 2009, he settled a defamation case against a radio host for the “Opie and Anthony” show who called him a “white dude hypocrite” and “stupid,” the New York Post reported.
The discovery of the body in New York state came as a massive manhunt was underway following the shooting.

The New York Times, citing an unnamed law enforcement official, reported that a package addressed to Judge Salas was found near the suspect’s body.
Sitting in U.S. District Court in downtown Newark, Salas, 51, has handled a docket ranging from high-profile gang cases to celebrities. She was the judge who sent Real Housewives stars Joe and Teresa Giudice to prison.
More recently, Salas has presided over an ongoing lawsuit brought by Deutsche Bank investors who claim the company made false and misleading statements about its anti-money laundering policies and failed to monitor “high-risk” customers, including Jeffrey Epstein.

Salas was the first Hispanic woman to be appointed to the U.S. District Court in New Jersey. She was nominated by President Obama as a U.S. District Court judge in December 2010 and confirmed by the Senate in June 2011.
Her husband is a well-known defense attorney and served as an assistant prosecutor in Essex County before entering private practice. Daniel Anderl was a former baseball player at St. Joseph High School in Metuchen and an aspiring lawyer attending the Catholic University in Washington, D.C.

The FBI is the lead agency in the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call 973-792-3000, option 2.

Kim Kardashian ‘mortified’ and ‘desperately worried’ following Kanye West’s rally!
Kanye West’s wild campaign rally, in which he claimed he and now-wife Kim Kardashian discussed aborting their first child, has left Kim “mortified” — and “desperately worried” the rapper is not taking medication for his mental health, sources close to the family say.
West went off the rails Sunday at his first campaign speech for his supposed run for president North Charleston, SC.
An insider said, “Kim is mortified. She has desperately been trying to help Kanye, keep him calm and prevent him from having any public meltdowns. The family believe he is having a bipolar episode. He won’t take medications because he feels they make him less creative. But go out and say that about [their eldest, daughter] North is shocking. Kim is devastated. She’s worked so hard to help him, but she won’t let him do this to their children.”

The rapper revealed he and Kim had talked about not going through with her pregnancy in 2012, when Kim “had the pills in her hand” to have an abortion. He added, “My girlfriend called me, screaming, crying. I’m a rapper. And she said, ‘I’m pregnant.’ ”
But Kanye said he then got a sign from God through his laptop. “My screen went black and white. And God said, ‘If you f–k with my vision, I f–k with yours’ … And I called my girlfriend and said, ‘We’re going to have this child.’ ”

West said he’d be “at peace … even if my wife were to divorce me after this speech. She brought North into this world, when I did not want to.” He broke down in tears and shouted, “She had the pills in her hand! I almost killed my daughter!”
He also revealed that his father wanted to abort him, but his mother “saved his life,” and went on to say women should be given money by the government for bearing children.

Kim became pregnant with North, now 7, about nine months after they started dating. They also have son Saint, 4, daughter Chicago, 2, and son Psalm, 1. Reps for Kanye and Kim didn’t get back to us.

HBO Max Orders Michael Che Sketch Show From Lorne Michaels & Universal Television!
Saturday Night Live star Michael Che is getting his own sketch show on HBO Max.
The streaming service has ordered a six-part untitled series from the comedian, Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video and Universal Television.
Each episode of the show will follow a theme or incident, such as police brutality, unemployment and romance and use sketches and vignettes to illustrate what it feels like to experience this from a Black vantage point.
The streamer said the show was less about being “right” and more about being honest, even at the risk of being controversial.
Untitled Michael Che Project will be exec produced by Che, Lorne Michaels, and Erin Doyle.

Given it’s produced by SNL’s Michaels, there’s no suggestion that Che is leaving the NBC late-night comedy, but it is somewhat surprising that the show is being made for WarnerMedia’s HBO Max rather than NBCUniversal’s own streaming service Peacock, which debuts tomorrow.
Che has been in the news over the last few months after it was revealed that he covered the rent for all of the tenants living in the same public housing complex as his grandmother, who died in April of coronavirus.

His stand-up material from his 2016 Netflix special also resurfaced during the Black Lives Matters protests with Che telling Seth Meyers that he finds it bittersweet that his bit keeps popping back up.
“I’m really excited to be working on this show with HBO Max” said Che. “It’s a project I’ve been thinking about for a while and we have a lot of sketches we want to shoot so please wear your masks so that we can go into production.”
“Michael brings a distinct comedic perspective as he illustrates the uncomfortable truths across multiple topics” said Suzanna Makkos, Executive Vice President of Original Comedy and Animation for HBO Max. “We look forward to sharing his unique vision and necessary point of view with our audiences.”

Kevin Reilly, Chief Content Officer HBO Max and President TNT, TBS, and TruTV added, “Che is an amazing talent and comic voice and, of course, another opportunity to collaborate with Broadway Video and my friend Lorne is an added benefit.”

Fox News, Ed Henry, Sean Hannity & Tucker Carlson Sued In Sex Trafficking, Sexual Harassment & Retaliation Suit!
A bombshell lawsuit filed by two women Monday accused former Fox News chief national correspondent Ed Henry of raping one of them and says that the network’s star anchor Sean Hannity once offered $100 to staffers to “date” another woman who also accuses Henry of sexual harassment.
The federal suit says that one of the plaintiffs, Cathy Areu, also was sexually harassed by other high-profile men at Fox News, including Hannity, host Tucker Carlson, journalist Howard Kurtz and contributor Gianno Caldwell.

The other plaintiff, former Fox Business associate producer Jennifer Eckhart, claims that Henry raped her, in addition to committing other sexual misconduct against her.
Areu had been a frequent guest on Fox News, but the network says she was neither an employee nor a contributor. However, the lawsuit identifies her as meeting the definition of an employee, albeit not a full-time one.
The Manhattan federal court lawsuit comes three weeks after Fox News fired Henry for what the network said was sexual misconduct.
The suit names as defendants Fox News, Hannity, Carlson and Kurtz and was filed on behalf of Eckhart and Areu by lawyers Douglas Wigdor and Michael Willemin.

Fox News in a statement said that an investigation had found that all of Areu’s claims against the men, other than Henry, were “false” and that it intended to fight her allegations.
The network added that Areu and Eckhart can pursue their legal claims “against Ed Henry directly with him, as FOX News already took swift action as soon as it learned of Ms. Eckhart’s claims on June 25 and Mr. Henry is no longer employed by the network.”
Henry’s lawyer Catherine Foti, in an emailed statement, said, “The Me Too movement has helped to bring to light a number of injustices in our society, and everyone that has suffered deserves to be heard. This is not one of those cases.”
“The evidence in this case will demonstrate that Ms. Eckhart initiated and completely encouraged a consensual relationship,” Foti said.

“Ed Henry looks forward to presenting actual facts and evidence, which will contradict the fictional accounts contained in the complaint. That evidence includes graphic photos and other aggressively suggestive communications that Ms. Eckhart sent to Mr. Henry.”
The women’s lawsuit says that in late June, Eckhart’s lawyer put Fox News on notice of legal claims against the network and Henry, and informed Fox “in graphic and specific detail, how Mr. Henry groomed, psychologically manipulated and coerced Ms. Eckhart into having a sexual relationship with him.”
The suit says that, “Mr. Henry not only leveraged this imbalance of power for control over his victim, Ms. Eckhart, but asked her to be his ‘sex slave’ and his ‘little whore,’ and threatened punishment and retaliation if Ms. Eckhart did not comply with his sexual demands.”

And “when she would not comply voluntarily, he sexually assaulted her on office property, and raped her at a hotel where Fox News frequently lodged its visiting employees,” the suit alleges. It says that Eckhart was handcuffed when she was raped.
“Prior to violently assaulting Ms. Eckhart, Mr. Henry took photos of Ms. Eckhart on his iPhone while laughing, as Ms. Eckhart pleaded with Mr. Henry to stop, and to remove the handcuffs, and to delete the naked pictures he took of her without her consent,” the suit says.
It adds that Eckhart believes Henry used the photos “as an intimidation tactic to silence her, and to be filed away and retained for purposes of blackmail that could destroy her career.”
Eckhart’s lawyers said that when Fox News terminated Henry, the network “purported to take credit for acting appropriately.”

“However, nothing could be further from the truth,” the suit says.
It says Fox knew that Henry “had engaged in sexual misconduct as far back as early 2017,” when “multiple women came forward to complain that Mr. Henry had engaged in sexually inappropriate conduct towards them.”
But Henry was not fired or even disciplined after those earlier accusations, the suit says.
The network only fired Henry this month because “Fox News realized that it was on the precipice of a public relations nightmare and wanted to get out ahead of this suit and be able to claim that it had done the right thing. It had not,” the suit alleges.

Eckhart is suing Fox and Henry for violations of federal sex-trafficking laws, New York state and city human rights laws, and for gender-motivated violence under New York City’s administrative code.
Areu is suing on all of the same grounds as Eckhart other than the sex-trafficking violations.
The suit says Areu “was victimized” by Henry, who allegedly sent her “a slew of wildly inappropriate sexual images and messages — which are in her possession — throughout the first half of this year.”
But “Mr. Henry was far from the only Fox News anchor who subjected Ms. Areu to sexual harassment,” the suit says. “She was also subjected to inappropriate sexual harassment and retaliation by Mr. Hannity, Mr. Carlson, Mr. Kurtz and Gianno Caldwell.”

The filings said that Areu was a “relatively regular face on The Sean Hannity Show until March 8, 2018.”
“On that day, Mr. Hannity, on set and in front of the entire studio crew — and completely unsolicited — threw $100 on the set desk. He then began calling out to the men in the room and demanding that someone take Ms. Areu out on a date for drinks at Del Friscos,” the suit said. Del Frisco’s is a steakhouse in midtown Manhattan that is a watering hole for Fox News staff, whose offices are just across the street from the eatery.

Hannity “repeatedly yelled, ‘who wants to take her on a date?’ ‘Take her on a date to Del Friscos,’ ” the suit claims. “Ms. Areu was completely mortified and made clear that she was incredibly uncomfortable with Mr. Hannity’s misogynistic behavior by quietly pleading with one of her friends in the room to accept the money so that the humiliation would end.”
After a December 2018 appearance by Areu on Carlson’s show, according to the suit, the host told her he was going to the network’s annual Christmas party, but would only be staying for “a quick appearance.”
“Following the show, Mr. Carlson, hardly making any effort to hide his intentions, began telling Ms. Areu that he would be alone in New York City that night, and specifically said that he would be staying alone in his hotel room without any wife or kids,” the suit said. “Without question, Mr. Carlson was probing to see whether Ms. Areu was interested in a sexual relationship. Ms. Areu awkwardly sidestepped Mr. Carlson’s advances and declined to spend the night at his hotel.”
“Mr. Carlson promptly retaliated against Ms. Areu, who was featured on his show only three times in 2019 and has not appeared once in 2020,” the court filing says.
The suit also claims that Areu’s appearances on Kurtz’s “Media Buzz” show dwindled after she declined to meet him in the lobby of a Manhattan hotel.

Later, “Mr. Kurtz stated to Ms. Areu, in sum and substance, ‘you’re the only woman here who won’t come to my hotel room,’” the suit says.
The suit also says, “It is widely documented in the public record that Fox News has not only cultivated and fostered sexual harassment and misconduct, but has consistently accepted and rewarded it. Nevertheless, Fox News would have the public believe that it is a different place from the Fox News that was run by former disgraced Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes.”

“Unfortunately, it is actually worse,” the suit says.
Fox News said in its statement, “Based on the findings of a comprehensive independent investigation conducted by an outside law firm, including interviews with numerous eyewitnesses, we have determined that all of Cathy Areu’s claims against FOX News, including its management as well as its hosts Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity & Howard Kurtz and its contributor Gianno Caldwell, are false, patently frivolous and utterly devoid of any merit.”

“We take all claims of harassment, misconduct and retaliation seriously, promptly investigating them and taking immediate action as needed — in this case, the appropriate action based on our investigation is to defend vigorously against these baseless allegations,” Fox News said.

Dwight Howard Won’t Wear A Mask And Says He Doesn’t Believe In Vaccinations: “No, I Don’t”!
Dwight Howard says he isn’t wearing a mask and he doesn’t believe in getting vaccinated.
Howard has doubled down on his stance about the #coronavirus pandemic, and he’s taken his thoughts even further now by saying he doesn’t believe in getting vaccinated. On Sunday, the Los Angeles Laker took to Instagram Live, and while there answered a question from a fan about whether or not he believed in getting vaccinated. “No, I don’t,” he replied. “That’s my personal opinion, but no, I don’t.” Howard didn’t quite elaborate what exactly he meant by his disbelief of vaccinations, or if he’d ever been vaccinated for anything, for that matter.

In an interview with USA Today, the baller opened up about the coronavirus, saying he “didn’t know that the coronavirus be flying through the air looking for people.” Howard claimed not to need a mask because the people around him are inside the NBA’s bubble at Walt Disney World amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
While the coaches and other team staff may be stuck inside, Disney World employees can come and go, in and out of the park.
Howard went on to say that someone “told on” him earlier this week for not wearing a mask, but his videos of him live streaming without a mask may explain how people see that he is unmasked often.

According to Yahoo! Sports, Howard may want to consider the fact that Florida now has 350,000 cases as of Sunday. The state is averaging nearly 12,000 new cases a day over the past week, the outlet reports. While Howard may be somewhat protected in the campus bubble, that doesn’t his chances of becoming infected are lowered. A$AP Rocky Requests Restraining Order Against Alleged ‘Stalker’!
Rapper A$AP Rocky reportedly has requested a restraining order against an obsessive fan he claims has been stalking him.
The 31-year-old rapper is said to have asked for a temporary order against a woman in Los Angeles, who he alleged has shown up uninvited to his home on a number of occasions.
As reported by TMZ, in court documents Rocky claimed the woman “has been relentless in her fixation with me and my whereabouts.”

He added she has been contacting family members and close friends to get information out of them, and he alleged that last month she turned up at his house and threatened to force her way inside.
Although his security is said to have told her to leave, it’s claimed she only left after throwing ink over his parked car and shouting: “F— you, I’ll be back again!”
The reports add that Rocky has detailed a number of other incidents, including finding the woman sleeping in her car near his home, while in April he alleged she showed up claiming to be married to him.
The “Praise the Lord (Da Shine)” hitmaker has also claimed in June 2018 she allegedly showed up to his home, punched his assistant and got into his master bedroom.

In the documents, he said: “I was startled, jumped up and began to resist [her] advances.”

It’s said his personal security arrived and removed her from the property, while his assistant filed a police report.
Meanwhile, in December the same year it’s claimed there is footage of her hugging him from behind in a mosh pit during a show at Midnight Rave.
Rocky alleged that later that night, as he was leaving the venue, she “jumped in without my permission landing on my lap while I was in the backseat. I was startled, shocked and [feared] for my safety.”

According to TMZ, a judge has initially refused the request until a hearing next month and insisted it’s not illegal for the woman to sleep in her car while noting the threats appear to be against his security and friends.
