Nike Air Yeezy’s 2 (Red October) Sells Out In Ten Minutes
Nike still released Kanye’s shoe Air Yeezy’s to the public and after 10 minutes it was already sold out. These sneakers have been in production since May, and hypebeasts have been waiting all year for these to arrive.  They talked about dropping the sneakers late this year so this was sneaky on Nike’s part.
This shoe is equipped with traction from a proven tennis design and a molded strap taken from iconic Nike cross trainers. A modern take on classic features, the Nike Air Yeezy II delivers on comfort and style. The shoe goes for $245… The resale price on those are going to be absolutely insane for no reason.

Traci Braxton Attends GOP Outreach to Black Voters
Traci Braxton, a Republican? Not quite, she was just checking out a GOP outreach event.
To celebrate Black History Month and attract black voters, the Republican Party held the event at the historical Howard Theatre in D.C.

Roland Martin spoke with former Florida Congressman Allen West about GOP outreach to black voters.
“I’ve always hated the word ‘outreach’,” West said. “This is about policy inclusiveness. This is about reestablishing a bond and a connection and that’s why an event like this is so important but we just can’t have it in Black History Month. We need to continue to have it every single month.”
West believes black voters can be attracted through the power of Booker T. Washington, education, entrepreneurship and self-reliance.
As for Braxton, she said she wanted to learn more about the party’s efforts.
“I’m out here to make sure I know what I’m talking about politically,” Braxton joked. She added, “Just because they’re Republican doesn’t mean they’re all bad. They also have some legit reasons for why this country is the way it is.”

Tyra Banks and new boyfriend Erik Asla share a passionate smooch while on romantic lunch date
She's in love and isn't afraid to show it. Supermodel Tyra Banks engaged in some very public displays of affection with her new beau Erik Asla.
The loving couple shared a romantic kiss while having lunch at Pearl's Liquor Bar in West Hollywood on Friday.
The 40-year-old beauty cuddled up next to her striking lover in the restaurant's balcony when they both leaned in for a passionate lip lock.
The couple canoodled in a corner as Erik listened tentatively while his gorgeous girlfriend whispered into his ear.
After their intimate meal, the dynamic duo were spotted in great spirits as they walked around Los Angeles together.

While they were first spotted together last summer, Tyra only recently confirmed her romance with her blonde main man.
But the TV host and her fashion and fine art photographer beau looked quite smitten with each other, as they headed out for a stroll after their meal.
The doting duo could hardly stop smiling as they strutted down Sunset Boulevard, following their PDA-packed afternoon.

The two-time Sports Illustrated cover model appeared casual yet chic in a cropped black puffy jacket, printed white T-shirt, and skinny, leather and suede ankle-length trousers.
Putting comfort first, she teamed the pieces with a pair of hip black kicks and opted to carry a small Louis Vuitton bag instead of a massive purse.
Meanwhile, Tyra let her long brunette locks flow in loose curls, covering them up with a taupe beanie hat.
And as a natural beauty, the America's Next Top Model judge appeared to be wearing minimal make-up but made sure or brighten up her complexion with some blush.

Rihanna & Drake Spotted Leaving The Club After Partying Together In L.A.
Rihanna and Drake were spotted leaving Hooray Henry’s in West Hollywood on Friday night, sparking further speculation of a romance between the two. Although they didn’t depart the club alongside one another, they were reportedly seen getting into the same cab together.
Their bodyguards were there to escort them out the back of the nightclub, and RiRi’s bestie Melissa Forde also stepped out to party for the evening.

HMMMMMMM.

INSIDE The 2014 BET HONORS
One of the year's most exciting "feel good" events, the 2014 BET Honors, had witnessed Aretha Franklin (get into her mink!), Berry Gordy, Kenneth Chenault, Ice Cube, Nelson Mandela and Carrie Mae Weems being honored for their many contributions to our culture. In addition to a bosom-popping performance from Mariah Carey, Wayne Brady (who hosted), performed Ginuwine's "Pony" with two dancers and plenty of water.  Yeah...
Actor Joe Morton (aka Papa Pope!) introduced honoree Kenneth Chenault.
Tamar Braxton looked stunning on the red carpet (shown above with mom Evelyn Braxton and husband Vincent Herbert at the afterparty).  Tamar performed a tribute to honoree Berry Gordy, which included a medley of Diana Ross hits "Do You Know Where You're Going To" and "Upside Down".
She told the crowd that when she and his sisters were younger, they pretended to be The Supremes and fought over who would play Miss Ross. Who do you think snatched that crown...her or Toni?
Honoree Berry Gordy attended with the fab Eskedar Gobeze. During his acceptance speech he talked about founding Motown, calling it a dream come true. After his introduction from Smokey Robinson, he joked about straight men and their "bromances".  Oh.
Jennifer Hudson (along with Karen Clark Sheard) both performed tributes to Aretha Franklin.  Jennifer's tribute included "Rock Steady" and "Respect" while Karen sang "Amazing Grace."  Jenny's looking great by the way.
Honoree Aretha Franklin was introduced by Al Sharpton.  During her's tribute, her grandaughter Victory sang Tamela Mann's "Take Me To The King."
And about that fur coat she rocked at the beginning (PETA better not play with her), she explained that the coat "protected her voice from the cold air inside the building."  She tossed that mug on the floor during her own tribute her Nelson Mandela like a true diva.

Janelle Monae also performed a tribute to Berry Gordy, which including her own take on some Jackson 5 classics.
Ludacris (shown with BET's Stephen Hill) did the introduction to honoree Ice Cube.  He joked about Cube writing songs that used to be far from honorable.
During his acceptance speech, Ice Cube said he never thought he's shared the stage with people like Berry Gordy and Aretha.  He ended his speech by thanking his wife...who was there for him when he went from getting letters from the FBI - to playing an FBI agent on tv.  Ride or die!

Radio host Russ Parr posed with wife Darnell.
And Judge Mathis arrived with wife Linda.
The 2014 BET HONORS airs Monday, February 24 9P/8C.

Michael K. Williams May Join ‘Kill The Messenger’ As ‘Freeway Rick Ross’
Boardwalk Empire” star Michael K. Williams is currently in negotiations to play the infamous ‘Freeway’ Rick Ross in “Kill the Messenger.”
According to a report by TheWrap, “Williams is eager to tackle the brief-yet-key role but will have to overcome a significant obstacle and work out shooting dates with his ’Boardwalk’ producers, as ‘Kill the Messenger’ starts production in the coming weeks in Atlanta.”

This is a true story based on the book “Kill the Messenger” which follows a Pulitzer Prize winning investigative journalist Gary Webb whose reporting exposed the CIA’s involvement in helping Nicaragua’s Contra rebels import cocaine into California during the 1980s.

In 2004 Webb was found shot to death by what was ruled as suicide by the coroner. Many people speculated that there was foul play involved in his death.
The story will showcase “the real” Rick Ross as a wealthy, powerful drug dealer who’s in jail awaiting trial on trafficking charges. It was reported that Webb informed Ross that he was a pawn in a larger game being played by the CIA and the U.S. government.

Ross is now free from prison and working on a biopic of his own with writer Nick Cassavetes. He released a statement about his relation to the “Kill the Messenger” story and how it affects his film tentatively called “A Crack in the System.”
“Please be aware that I will still be moving forward with my motion picture written by Nick Cassavetes. I am not involved with ‘Kill the Messenger.’ This does not affect my relationship with Cassavetes or Nick Cannon. My story is the heart of what happened from 79-95. People have to understand Gary Webb came into the story 10 years after it was over. This is his story from the outside as a reporter. Much of how the actual explosion of crack happened and my life story won’t be in their piece. It will be in mine, along with the reality of the impact economically, socially and racially. We also have our documentary coming out directed by Marc Levin tentatively titled ‘A Crack in the System’ nearing completion.”

Williams seems to be perfect for the role of Freeway Rick Ross having already given breakout performances in similar roles like Omar Little on “The Wire” and currently playing Chalky White on “Boardwalk Empire.”

No release date has been set for “Kill the Messenger.”

Tiny Not Wearing Her Wedding Ring ?
Ever since news broke about TIP and Tiny possibly having marriage trouble and separating, people have been keeping a close watch on them.Tiny just added more fuel to the fire by jetting off on another girls trip this time minus her wedding ring…

On her way to Miami Tiny posted a telling pic on Instagram showing off her conspicuously bare ring finger.
First of all Tiny always wear her ring, that is like a badge of honor for her and her love TIP and if these rumors are true then good for TINY. TI’s controlling ways were painfully obvious on the show Family Hustle. She was good before him. She can be good without him. Besides TIP has a major Napoleon Complex..

Definition:, or “short man syndrome”, is a pejorative slang term describing a type of psychological phenomenon which is said to exist in people, usually men, of short stature. It is characterized by overly-aggressive or domineering social behaviour, and carries the implication that such behaviour is compensatory for the subjects’ stature. The term is also used more generally to describe people who are driven by a perceived handicap to overcompensate in other aspects of their lives. Other names for the term include Napoleon syndrome and Short Man syndrome.
