“12 Years A Slave” Actress Lupita Nyong’o Graces The Cover Of DuJour Magazine;

12 Years a Slave actress, Lupita Nyong’o stuns on the cover and pages of DuJour magazine. The gorgeous 30-year-old hadn’t even graduated Yale Drama School when she landed her starring role in Steve McQueen‘s acclaimed film.

Inside, the Mexico-born and Kenya-raised actress talks her new found fame, saying that her life completely changed a few weeks ago. She also discusses auditioning for the role, and what she wants from future roles.

On her new found fame:

My life changed about three weeks ago. That’s when my schedule went from nil to this. Lots of people come up and touch my back and want to give me a hug. At this point, it’s not too crazy. I let them hug me.

On auditioning for the role:

When I learned Steve McQueen was directing and Brad Pitt was producing, I thought, Well, this is huge. I had no expectation of getting the role at all; it was just too out there for me to think I had a chance. So I approached the audition like a rehearsal. It was my chance to have that role for 10 minutes, and I owned it. Then I got the part and the panic began.

On what she wants from future roles:

I would love to have a career that’s governed by the material; I always want to be part of stories that I feel are worthwhile. And they don’t all have to be as heavy as 12 Years a Slave. I do my best work when I feel conviction to say something through the character I play. Always I want to have integrity and not compromise that.

On recalling faces as she meets celebs:

Actors will come up to me and they look so familiar—it’s killing me because I can’t remember. I spend all this time trying to place people, and it’s like, ‘Oh, that’s the woman from Luther, not the woman who did my hair last week.’ Some people have watched the film, so they acknowledge me, but I know I’ve never met them. Or I think I haven’t. It’s quite bizarre.

Tori Spelling escapes to Disneyland with her children amid allegations husband cheated... as they are served with eviction notice over unpaid rent

She's been struggling to cope since reports emerged of her husband Dean McDermott's alleged affair.

And more trouble hit Tori Spelling after an eviction notice was placed on the home they previously rented together in Tarzana, Los Angeles.

Although Tori and Dean moved from the $7,000 a month residence to a $10,000 per month house just a few miles down the road in Encino in early January,the notice, dated January 6th, claims they owe an outstanding $7,750 on their rent.

The rent is for the month of January and the notice is a three day notice to pay or quit.

A truck filled with boxes left the property on Friday and was spotted arriving at the family's new home.

However, Tori wasn't there to collect them as she decided to get away from her troubles at the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland.

Without her husband in tow, the 40-year-old actress enjoyed the amusement park with her kids.

For one of their stops, Tori was seen snuggling up with two of her four children on the Dumbo ride - Finn, one, in her lap and Stella, five, to her side, decked out in what appeared to be a Belle (from Beauty and the Beast) costume.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 star matched her son in a striped sweater, which she later took off as the day heated up.

The blonde mother-of-four was also wearing a grey brimmed hat, perhaps trying to conceal her saddened emotions, as she certainly appeared quite sombre.

Though, Tori still tried to make the most of her special day, snapping photos of her kids for keepsake.

The author was also seen carrying her daughter Hattie, two, around the park.

The blonde also has a son Liam, six.

On Monday, Deadline announced that her show Mystery Girls - a new TV series with her Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Jennie Garth - had been picked up by ABC Family.

The show is about two female investigators who take on crime.

Tori - who came to fame with her 90201 show and then parlayed that success into being a staple in Lifetime movies such as Co-Ed Call Girl and then a reality icon with Tori & Dean: Inn Love - also has a new reality show to promote in the spring, Tori & Dean: Cabin Fever.

It was reported that her husband Dean cheated on her with a comely brunette while he was promoting a TV show in Canada on December 6.

Us Weekly talked to the hunk's one-night stand, getting all the details of how he invited her back to his hotel room and seduced her, then bragged about the sex tape he made with Tori.

And though she has not addressed the allegations, People magazine reported that Tori is 'devastated' but will probably keep the marriage together. They added that Dean will fight hard to keep her.

The fact that Yelawolf is from the South is not lost upon anybody. The Alabama native proudly reflects a southern aesthetic with his vocal delivery and appearance, often appearing in overalls and farmer hats and referring to himself using the C-word.

Lets hope Canada is as friendly to the Dixie flag as Kanye West is .. #crackersintoronto see ya soon baby @fefedobsonofficia," he wrote in coherent gibberish.

Apparently the pressure was too insurmountable and he eventually took them down without a fight.

The Trunk Muzik star is currently finishing up his second studio album titled Love Story and he told a fan via Instagram that it's his primary focus telling him, "you all have to take what you hear and what you believe and put then on a scale ... If what you hear out weighs what you believe then I'm not the artist you need to follow ... Many , many false and disturbing rumors follow my career .. It's up to you as an individual to make up your own mind about who I am ... Or who we are .. Thanx for the opportunity to be heard at any rate .."

Keeping a level head in the situation is the best fit especially with his biggest critic Lord Jamar waiting for another chance to go on the attack.

Diddy Partners With Diageo To Acquire DeLeon Tequila

Diddy is expanding his liquor empire into the tequila market; partnering with Diageo to acquire high-end tequila brand, Deleón.

The venture, a 50/50 global partnership between Diageo and Combs Wine & Spirits, follows up their 2007 alliance to develop and grow the Cîroc ultra-premium vodka brand. Cîroc has since grown from just 50,000 cases a year into a nearly 2 million case brand.

Diddy recently spoke on the tequila deal, saying:

Celebration is a cornerstone of all my businesses, and this joint venture is a natural extension of that portfolio. DeLeón is an outstanding brand that appeals to those who love exceptional tequila in a distinctive bottle. Together with Diageo, we will take DeLeón to new heights.

DeLeón has five varieties with suggested retail prices ranging from $120 to $1,000 per bottle. It is currently distributed in 18 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Fan Gets A Tattoo Of Lebron James' Face On His Leg

LeBron James posted a picture of a SUPER FAN who tattooed the Heat champ's entire FACE on his leg. LeBron said he didn't know if he should feel flattered.....or frightened.

Pimp Who Used Air Jordans To Beat John Sues Nike For $100 Million

You know the struggle is valid when a pimp in Portland, Ore. accused of beating a person with a pair of Air Jordans is on the offensive in court. In one of the most bizarre cases so far in the early part of 2014, the ladies man is suing Nike for $100 million for not providing a warning label.

Sirgiorgiro Clardy, 26, says that Nike and their shoes should come with a warning that notes they can be used as a dangerous weapon. Clardy administered a vicious fade to a john who tried to skip on the bill with one of Clardy's prostitutes, wearing Air Jordans when he stomped the man out in June 2012. The Oregonian has more.

A 26-year-old Portland pimp has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Nike, claiming the shoe manufacturer is partially responsible for a brutal beating that helped net him a 100-year prison sentence.

Sirgiorgiro Clardy claims Nike should have placed a label in his Jordan shoes warning consumers that they could be used as a dangerous weapon.

In his three-page complaint handwritten from the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution in Pendleton, Clardy claims that Nike, Chairman Phil Knight and other executives failed to warn consumers that the shoes could be used as a weapon to cause serious injury or death.

Clardy was found guilty early last year for second degree assault of the man, who required plastic surgery and stitches after the beating. Clardy also beat the 18-year-old woman working for him to the point that her ears bled.

Clardy hasn't helped himself in the meantime, this after reports of erratic behavior in the courtroom and stating that he's attempted to starve and kill himself. A court-ordered psychologist also determined that Clardy would continue to remain violent.

The Multnomah County Circuit Court received Clardy's lawsuit last week, who will then serve Nike with the papers. We can only imagine what the shoe giant's response is going to be.

Alex Rodriguez Suspended For The Whole 2014 Season

New York Yankee’s third baseman Alex Rodriguez has been suspended for 162 games, which means he will not play any games for the 2014 season. This decision was handed down by Fredrick Harbowitz and this could include any play off games. All of this stemming from the Biogenesis scandal.

This means he will lose $25 Million dollars in salary, but Alex plans to fight this decision in federal court. A-Rod plans on attending spring training, a source close to Rodriguez tells ESPNNew York.com’s Andrew Marchand. Under a loophole in his suspension, he is allowed to participate in spring training. While the decision is a reduction of the punishment baseball sought, it still could mean the end of Rodriguez’s playing career.

He will turn 39 in July and, coming off two hip surgeries and a 2013 season in which he played just 44 games, may not be able to return after sitting out an entire season.

I can see AFraud throwing a lot of folks under the bus if he doesn’t get what he wants especially if this could mean the end of his career.
