#RHOA: Cynthia Bailey Is ‘Proud’ of the ‘Young Lady’ Daughter Noelle Is Becoming
Cynthia Bailey couldn't be more proud of her daughter. While at the 1st Annual Gurus Awards, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 57, opened up about the "super emotional" day her daughter Noelle, whom she shares with ex Leon Robinson, turned 25 in early November.

"For some reason, it was super emotional for me," the reality star says "I was like, if I post one more picture of Noelle, they're gonna start unfollowing me," she jokes.
The proud mom continues, "It's like Noelle's my one and only — she's always going to be my baby. But something about 25 was like, okay, here we go. Now the adult journey really, really, truly, truly begins."

Bailey also shares that she's extra proud of Noelle for the way she's created her own identity for herself despite both of her parents being on television.
"I'm so proud of the young lady that she is becoming," she begins. "I think when you're the child of two people that are on TV, like myself and her dad, Leon, who's an actor, I think Noelle really wanted to find her own identity and not be Leon's daughter or Cynthia Bailey's daughter."

"And I'm just so proud that she's kind of just going her own way, kind of separately from us," she says. "I mean, I think that's important that she realizes who she is outside of her parents."
At 20 years old, Noelle came out as sexually fluid on an episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta in an emotional conversation with her mother.
“People try to box everyone in and put labels on everything, but I don’t really do that,” Noelle told Bailey. “I just like who I like, and that’s just what it is. There’s a lot of attractive guys, and there’s a lot of attractive girls.”
According to Noelle, she began exploring her sexuality during her freshman year at Howard University. “It really just came out of nowhere,” she said. “I wasn’t really expecting that to happen.”

#HipHopNews: Yak Gotti Stabbed While Awaiting Verdict In YSL RICO Case, Expected To Make Full Recovery
Yak Gotti was stabbed in jail on Sunday (Dec. 1) while awaiting a verdict in YSL’s RICO case. The “Rock Solid” rapper, née Deamonte Kendrick, who was indicted alongside Young Thug and 26 others, sustained “minor injuries from a sharp object” but is still expected to appear in court on Monday (Dec. 2).

“Deamonte Kendrick, also known as rapper Yak Gotti, and another jail resident were in a physical altercation,” the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to WSB-TV/Channel 2. “The incident occurred at the South Annex in Union City, where both men were being housed. Kendrick will be in court today. This is an active investigation to determine the aggressor in this incident and if charges will be pending.”

Yak Gotti is one of two co-defendants left in the racketeering trial. He and Shannon Stillwell — who was coincidentally stabbed around the holidays in December 2023 — refused plea deals back in October. They’re both being accused of the 2015 murder of Donovan “Nut” Thomas Jr.

Douglas Weinstein, the Atlanta rapper’s attorney, noted that he “fully intends to take this to the jury and get our not guilty verdicts and go home” at the time. Young Thug, on the other hand, pleaded no contest to RICO and gang leader charges. Superior Court Judge Paige Whitaker sentenced him to time served on multiple counts and 15 years of probation.

Whitaker urged Young Thug to use his second chance to set a better example for the youth. “I know you’re talented, and if you choose to continue to rap, you need to try to use your influence to let kids know that is not the way to go and that there are ways out of poverty besides hooking up with the powerful guy at the end of the street selling drugs,” she said.
Since his release from prison, fans still haven’t gotten any new music from the “Check” artist. His sister, Dora Williams, urged everyone to “just give him time” to heal mentally.

BoxOfficeNews: Moana 2 Gobbled up the Competition to the tune of 221 Million at The Theaters this Weekend!
It was all feast and no famine at the Thanksgiving box office this year. The tag-team of Disney’s “Moana 2,” Universal’s “Wicked” and Paramount’s “Gladiator II” pushed the five-day Thanksgiving holiday to its biggest haul in cinematic history — an estimated $420 million as of Sunday.

“A perfect storm of Thanksgiving box office, powered by a trio of films from the musical, epic drama, and family film genres, has arrived at the most advantageous moment to reinvigorate the theatrical marketplace after a post-summer malaise,” said Paul Dergarabedian, senior media analyst at Comscore.
“Moana 2” led the frame with $221 million for the five-day period, a significant overperformance compared to the $100 million box office analysts had initially expected. It marked the highest Thanksgiving weekend performance of a film ever, beating out 2019′s “Frozen II” which snared $125 million during the period.

“Wicked” continued to soar with $117.5 million in estimated ticket sales for the holiday, bringing its total domestic haul to $262.42 million. It is now the highest-grossing Broadway adaptation of all time at the domestic box office. Globally, the film stands at $359.2 million after 10 days in theaters.

“Gladiator II” added $44 million to the Thanksgiving total. It has snared an estimated $111.2 million in domestic ticket sales during its first 10 days in theaters and $320 million globally since opening internationally earlier this month.
“There is no shortage of words to describe the historic weekend we’ve seen unfold at movie theaters,” said Shawn Robbins, director of analytics at Fandango and founder of Box Office Theory. “When one film exceeds expectations in the way ‘Moana 2’ has, that alone is a big story. When fellow tentpole films like ‘Wicked’ and ‘Gladiator II’ excel at the same time, it’s a powerful reminder of the importance moviegoing continues to hold in our culture.”

The Thanksgiving holiday haul hasn’t topped $200 million since 2019, according to data from Comscore. And, prior to this weekend, only one Thanksgiving period had surpassed $300 million.
The previous record was held by 2018′s slate, which was led by “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” “Creed II” and “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.” These titles helped generate $315 million in ticket sales combined.

This year’s overperformance at the box office during the Thanksgiving period has also helped narrow the gap between 2024 and 2023′s hauls. The 2024 box office was hit hard following dual labor strikes in Hollywood the previous year, which halted production and pushed many of the major blockbuster releases to 2025 and beyond.
Heading into this holiday period, the 2024 box office was down 11% compared to the previous year’s numbers. Now, it’s just 6.4% behind, according to data from Comscore.

2 Chainz Goes Off On Friends For Skipping His Annual Food Drive
2 Chainz was among the celebs who felt compelled to give back ahead of Thanksgiving. However, after hosting his annual food drive with his family and Esco restaurant staff, the rapper took to social media detailing his disappointment with his so-called friends who will ask him for favors, but skipped out on helping with the turkey giveaway.

“I stayed up all night and still went to give back to people in the community. People ask me for favors all the time. Ask me for money all the time, and y’all can’t even pop up to help me help other people,” said Tity Boi on Instagram Live.
The 47-year-old continued, “So now I’m working for you? I’m out here grindin’, getting my money to help you because you can’t get your hustle together. I’m helping the unfortunate, and you one of the unfortunate, but you ain’t even gonna come back? I’m just sittin’ here thinkin’, y’all gon’ have to leave me the f**k alone for a minute for real.”

He then questioned, “What else were you doing?”
2 Chainz never name-dropped anyone or gave specific details to identify who he was talking about, but his disappointment was evident.
The food drive was held at his restaurant, Esco, on Tuesday (Nov. 26). It was hosted by Tru Foundation, the nonprofit organization the rapper founded with his wife, Nakesha Ward-Epps, in 2011.

Over the years, he’s given back to the community in several ways beyond the annual food drive. He gave away backpacks and school supplies with the help of his son, Halo, and also donated a minivan to a family with the profits from his “Dabbing Santa” sweaters back in 2015.

Randy Moss Asks For “Prayers” While He Battles “Something Internally”

Randy Moss has revealed that he is currently battling an “internal” health issue. The NFL Legend announced via his Instagram and during ESPN’s Sunday NFL Countdown on (Dec. 1). In the two videos posted to his IG, Moss stated that he hasn’t been trying to be disrespectful by wearing sunglasses on TV but insisted that he did so due to a recent health scare.

“Throughout the week of the holidays, your boy has been battling something internal,” Moss explained in the IG video. “I just ask for all the prayer warriors to put blessed hands on me and my family during these hard times..it’s something internal, but I have a great team of doctors…but do your check-ups, get your blood work done. And we gon work through.”

Then, on Sunday Countdown, the Hall of Fame player reiterated his revelation. The cast and crew then donned sunglasses in support of Randy’s unknown ailment.
“I put a post up maybe a few minutes ago on Instagram just telling people – you were talking about my eyes last week – and I just want to let the viewers know that me and my wife, me and my family, we are battling something internally…I couldn’t miss the show, I wanted to be here with you guys.”

The reveal arrives on the heels of viewers reacting to the former athlete’s appearance on Sunday (Nov. 24). During this Sunday NFL Countdown episode, Moss’s eyes appeared strikingly yellow with a slight red hue in the corners.

Randy Moss hasn’t explicitly detailed what he is battling at this time.
We send our prayers to Randy Moss and his family during this trying time in their lives.

President Biden pardons his son Hunter Biden
Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter Biden on Sunday night, a reversal for the president who repeatedly said he would not use his executive authority to pardon his son or commute his sentence.
"I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice — and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision," Biden said in his statement.

Hunter Biden was scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 12 for his conviction on federal gun charges. He also was set to be sentenced Dec. 16 in a separate criminal case in which he pleaded guilty to federal tax evasion charges in September.
The president issued a "full and unconditional pardon" for any offenses Hunter Biden has “committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024," according to the White House statement.

A senior White House official told NBC News, which was the first to report on the pardon decision, that the president decided over the weekend to grant his son a pardon and began to inform his senior aides Sunday.

The president also spoke about his son's struggles with addiction in his statement Sunday night, saying that his political opponents were trying to "break" him by going after Hunter Biden.
"No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son — and that is wrong," Biden said in his statement. "There has been an effort to break Hunter — who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me — and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough."

In a separate statement, Hunter Biden said he had "admitted and taken responsibility for my mistakes during the darkest days of my addiction — mistakes that have been exploited to publicly humiliate and shame me and my family for political sport."

"Despite all of this, I have maintained my sobriety for more than five years because of my deep faith and the unwavering love and support of my family and friends," he added. "In the throes of addiction, I squandered many opportunities and advantages. In recovery we can be given the opportunity to make amends where possible and rebuild our lives if we never take for granted the mercy that we have been afforded. I will never take the clemency I have been given today for granted and will devote the life I have rebuilt to helping those who are still sick and suffering."

A representative for special counsel David Weiss did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Hunter Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell declined to comment.

Steven Cheung, a spokesman for President-elect Donald Trump, said, "The failed witch hunts against President Trump have proven that the Democrat-controlled DOJ and other radical prosecutors are guilty of weaponizing the justice system. That system of justice must be fixed and due process must be restored for all Americans, which is exactly what President Trump will do as he returns to the White House with an overwhelming mandate from the American people."

Biden, 82, is using his pardon power to ensure Hunter Biden does not spend time in jail as he nears the end of his term in the White House and has no future election to face. In recent months, he has said he would not pardon his son or commute his sentence.

“I will not pardon him,” he said in June after a jury found Hunter Biden guilty on three federal gun charges.
The president has discussed pardoning his son with some of his closest aides at least since Hunter Biden’s conviction in June, said two people with direct knowledge of the discussions about the matter. They said it was decided at the time that he would publicly say he would not pardon his son even though doing so remained on the table.

The White House responded to this reporting nearly 24 hours after publication to deny this reporting in a written statement from White House press secretary Karine Jean Pierre that reiterated Biden made the pardon decision this past weekend.

Jean-Pierre recently told reporters that Biden’s position has not changed.
“We’ve been asked that question multiple times. Our answer stands, which is ‘no,’” she said.
White House press secretary defends Hunter Biden pardon: 'Enough is enough'
Asked last week whether the president is still committed to not granting clemency for his son, White House spokesperson Andrew Bates said: “The president has spoken to this.” Pressed about whether Biden’s position has changed, Bates replied, “I don’t have anything to add what he said already.”

First lady Jill Biden has also said her husband would not pardon their son.
“Joe and I both respect the judicial system, and that’s the bottom line,” she said in an interview in June.
Hunter Biden’s criminal trial in June was the first involving the child of a sitting president.

Pardoning him after that trial would have ignited a political firestorm for his father, who was campaigning for re-election. Republicans have for years attacked Hunter Biden over his foreign business dealings and accused him and the president of corruption. They have also argued that Hunter Biden was getting special treatment by the Justice Department because of his father’s political power.

GOP criticism reached a peak in July 2023 when Hunter Biden pleaded guilty in a deal with federal prosecutors over the tax and gun charges, which collapsed after a judge raised questions about it. That development led Attorney General Merrick Garland a couple weeks later to appoint the U.S. attorney investigating Hunter Biden, David Weiss, as a special counsel.

Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential race in July, but a pardon before last month's election also could have generated political blowback on the candidacy of Vice President Kamala Harris after she took his place on the Democratic ticket.
Together, the 12 counts Hunter Biden is convicted of or has pleaded guilty to carry a maximum prison sentence of 42 years. But the maximum sentences typically are not given out for convictions of these crimes. The Justice Department has said, for instance, that while the tax charges carry a maximum sentence of 17 years, sentences are typically less than that.

Asked in an interview in June whether he would rule out a pardon for his son, Biden answered, “Yes.”
Days later, after Hunter Biden was convicted on federal gun charges by a jury in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, the president said in a statement that he would respect the outcome. He then told reporters he would abide by the jury’s decision.

“I’m extremely proud of my son Hunter,” Biden said. “He has overcome an addiction. He’s one of the brightest, most decent men I know, and I am satisfied that I’m not going to do anything. I said I abide by the jury decision. I will do that, and I will not pardon him.”
Joseph Ziegler, an IRS case agent who became a whistleblower in the Hunter Biden tax probe, told NBC News last year that he opened the investigation himself after seeing bank records that suggested Hunter Biden was paying prostitutes and spending lavishly out of a corporate bank account. Ziegler said politics played no role in his decision to open the case.

“I’m a 38-year-old gay man,” he said. “My politics are simple. I am a Democrat.”
Neil Eggleston, who was White House counsel to President Barack Obama, told NBC News on Monday that “if I were his White House counsel, I would encourage him to pardon his son.” He said he has not been contacted or consulted by the White House about any pardon preparations.

“The clemency power has few limitations and certainly would extend to a Hunter Biden pardon,” Eggleston said.
Eggleston’s opinion echoes that of other former Justice Department and White House officials previously involved in presidential pardons who told NBC News that they thought Biden should exercise this power in advance of the incoming Trump administration.

Khalid Ex Hugo D. Almonte Gives a Somewhat Apology After Outing The Singer
Khalid's bitter ex-boyfriend has issued an apology for outing the singer, only to be further dragged by social media users. Hugo D. Almonte has faced backlash anew after he explained what led him to make those tweets that revealed the R&B star's sexuality.

Making use of X, formerly known as Twitter, the lesser-known musician issued a lengthy statement on Thursday, November 28, expressing her remorse. "I've been reflecting deeply...and I take full responsibility for my actions," the statement began to read. "I made a mistake-a serious one. I outed someone, and that was wrong. No matter the circumstances, it wasn't my place to reveal something so personal. For that, I am truly sorry."

"What led to that moment was years of emotional abuse, manipulation, and relentless lies that took a toll on my mental health in ways I never imagined," he claimed, before detailing how his relationship with Khalid started.
Following their breakup, Hugo said, "Out of nowhere, I started hearing rumors-false accusations that I had broken into their house and stolen from them. At first, I stayed silent, hoping it would pass. I even saw them at a party two years ago. When they saw me, they ran out of the club, pacing back and forth. I knew they were nervous because they were spreading lies they couldn't back up. But I still said nothing."

"Then, four years later, I received a message that shattered me-someone telling me that the same accusations were still being spread. This person was still telling people I had broken into their house," he went on writing. "To make things worse, they sent me a message directly. They threatened me, saying: 'Good luck with your career. You're lucky I don't get the cops involved.' Imagine being accused of something so serious-something you know you didn't do-and then being threatened on top of it."

"The day I made those tweets-the day I outed them-I wasn't in a rational state of mind. I had reached my breaking point. The stress, the accusations, the lies-it all built up until I went into a psychosis. I wasn't thinking clearly. I was reacting from a place of deep pain and frustration," so he claimed.

Noting that there's no "excuse" to what he did, Hugo declared, "Moving forward, I'm focusing on healing-mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I'm learning from this experience and working to ensure I never handle conflict in this way again."
Near the end of the statement, he concluded, "Thank you to those who've supported me and those who've held me accountable. I hear you, and I'm taking the steps to change." He then reiterated, "Thank you."

Hugo D. Almonte issued a lengthy statement of apology after outing Khalid.
Despite his explanation, many slammed Hugo for further dragging Khalid in his statement of apology. "How you apologizing and still telling his business in the apology," someone pointed out, while another added, "Way to invalidate the sincerity by using 'but' after 'apologizing.' Just disgusting. You should have just kept it all."

A third fumed, writing, "Sir the point is where did this come from? HE HASNT SPOKEN TO YOU IN 4Years and he never bothers nobody! WHAT WAS THE REASON!!!!" A fourth person said, "What a backhanded apology. 'I'm sorry but I was the victim first' you could have kept that!"

Hugo outed Khalid as gay in tweets posted earlier in November, painting the singer as an obsessive ex. The 26-year-old then confirmed his sexuality, insisting that he never hid it from the world.
Speaking to Rolling Stone, Hugo claimed "[Khalid] tried to use his power to silence me because I simply ended our relationship" and that he didn't mean to out the singer. Hugo, however, alleged that "one of your favorite gay R&B singers" had served him pink cocaine and had accused him of breaking into his house, seemingly referencing Khalid.

Following the interview, Khalid denied the accusations by his ex. "I've never done cocaine a day in my life. I don't place myself in those scenarios," he said in a video posted on X and Instagram. "I've never paid for sex a day in my life...ever. I've never paid anybody to date me. I've never paid anybody to be in a relationship with me...ever."
The "Young Dumb & Broke" hitmaker also denied publicly accusing anyone of breaking into his house. Khalid said he was "hurt" by Hugo's claims and slammed social media users who accused him of being "manipulative" after Hugo's posts.

Beyonce Accused Of Stealing Boyband 911'S Dance Moves
Despite the global adoration for Beyonce Knowles' unparalleled dance skills, she has faced accusations of dance theft. The most recent controversy surrounds her signature booty shake, which the British boyband 911 claims to have taught her.
According to the BBC documentary "Boybands Forever," the 911 members - Lee Brennan, Jimmy Constable, and Simon "Spike" Dawbarn - claimed Beyoncé learned the move from them.

They performed their 1997 hit "Bodyshakin' " on a TV show where Destiny's Child was also present. Spike recalled Beyoncé's fascination with their dance, saying, "She asked us to show her the move and keep doing it."

"When I see Beyoncé doing the booty shake in her videos, I can't help but think, 'She stole it from us!' " Spike exclaimed, adding, "We did it first!"
This is not the first time Beyoncé has been accused of plagiarism. In 2011, Belgian choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker claimed that Beyoncé had used her choreography in the single "Countdown" without her consent.

Despite the allegations, Beyoncé's representatives have yet to comment.
While the origin of Beyoncé's booty shake remains in dispute, one thing is certain: her dance moves continue to inspire and empower countless fans around the world.

Ellen DeGeneres Responds to Report Her UK Home Flooded, Weeks After Moving Out of USA
Last month, reports emerged suggesting Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi had moved out of the USA and made residency in England.
Weeks later, a report spread that her UK home in Cotswolds, England, which is 2 hours outside of London, flooded from the nearby River Thames.

Now, she’s responding to those flood rumors.
In her anniversary post to Portia, Ellen wrote a long tribute, which included, “So happy we get to travel and explore the world together in the next 20 years, and looking forward to our first snowy Christmas.” She then said, “P.S. for those of you concerned, our UK farmhouse did NOT flood.”

How 'Wicked: Part Two' Will Be Different From the Broadway Musical, According to Nessarose Actress Marissa Bode

Marissa Bode is teasing differing plot points of the second Wicked movie.
The 24-year-old star, who plays Nessarose in the movie adaptation of the hit Broadway musical, spoke about Wicked: Part Two, which is out in theaters November 26, 2025, during an interview with People.
“One of the first conversations I had with Jon,” she said, was about a pivotal scene in the show’s second act.

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!
In the musical, the jeweled silver slippers Nessarose inherited from her mother contains a magic that enables the wearer to stand and walk. When she realizes Elphaba and her Grimmerie spellbook can affect her disability, she begs her sister to do so.

“I wasn’t there for the actual script change,” Marissa said, adding that director Jon M. Chu said: “‘Hey, we changed this part in this way just so that it felt less like a fixing moment.’”
Rather than Nessarose “pleading for a disability to be fixed,” Marissa explains that the movie is “just focusing on the magic in general and the magic of the story.”
“And that’s all I can say, I think!” she added.
Since the musical’s Broadway debut in 2003, Nessarose has never been played by an authentically disabled actress.

“I know there’s a way to make, maybe not everything, but a hell of a lot of things accessible if you really want to, and if you really actually ask the right questions to disabled people,” she explained of taking on the role as a disabled actress, and representation in media.
“Representation is not the only thing that will save us as disabled people. We need community. We need non-disabled people to make their spaces accessible.”

Lupita Nyong'o Honors Chadwick Boseman on What Would Have Been His 48th Birthday in Moving Post
Lupita Nyong'o is celebrating her late friend Chadwick Boseman. Nyong'o, 41, took to Instagram on Friday, Nov. 29 to share a sweet photo of herself and Boseman, who died at 43 in August 2020. In the Black Panther star's caption, Nyong'o shared a quote from the 20th century Dutch Catholic priest and theologian Henri Nouwen that read, "Those you have loved deeply and who have died live on in you, not just as memories but as real presences.”

"Remembering that Chadwick Boseman was born on this day. 🙏🏿👑💜," she added in a caption.
Boseman died after a four-year private battle with colon cancer. In the Black Panther movies, Nyong'o portrays Wakanan warrior and Boseman's character T'Challa's romantic partner Nakia. The pair are not together at the outset of 2018's original film, but the end of 2022's Black Panther: Wakanda Forever reveals that Nakia and Boseman's character had a son together prior to T'Challa's death, whom Nakia has raised in secret.

Nyong'o was close with Boseman and has shared tributes to him on the anniversaries of his death and birthday, including the fourth anniversary of his death in August. The Academy Award winner recently spoke to her grief over Boseman's death on Oct. 14 at a BFI London Film Festival event when she was shown a clip from Black Panther.

"The grief is just the love with no place to put it, right?" Nyong'o, who grew emotional after the footage played, said at that event. "I don't run away from the tears or the grief, you know? You just live with it. That experience will never be separate from the love that was formed."
The actress additionally noted during that October event that she has not watched Black Panther since Boseman died. "I watch this clip and I'm filled with grief and I don't know whether I'll ever be done shedding my tears from losing my friend," Nyong'o added at the time. "But I'm like, we get to see him alive. And that's so wonderful."

Jamie Foxx Plays Drums for Longtime Friend Tank in Fun Thanksgiving Jam Session

Jamie Foxx can apparently add "drummer" to his list of talents. The actor and musician, 56, shared a video to his Instagram on Thursday, Nov. 28 featuring himself and R&B artist Tank jamming in what appears to be a home music studio.
Tank, 48, plays piano while belting out, “I want bacon, but I don’t want no pork!” Foxx, meanwhile, accompanies him on vocals and drums.
“Happy thanksgiving. From @therealtank and me. The song snap. But I did have some 🐷 hahaha don’t sleep on my 🥁 skills,” he captioned the post.

Foxx and Tank have been friends for years, with Foxx serving as a groomsman in Tank’s 2018 wedding to longtime partner Zena Foster. Tank also publicly shared his support for Foxx after the Oscar winner experienced a life-threatening medical emergency in April.

“Guess who’s back?!.. @iamjamiefoxx,” Tank captioned an Instagram photo of himself and the actor in tuxedos at the time, adding, “i promise the world is a better place with you in it. Love u bro..💙.”
“❤️❤️❤️ means the world 🌎,” the Ray star wrote in the post's comments section.

Tank — whose real name is Durrell Artaze Babbs — has previously credited Foxx for saving his career during a time when he was ready to call it quits.
“I was considering not even doing music anymore,” he told PEOPLE in 2018. “I didn’t like the way the [music] game was going. Once you get into the business you start seeing how ugly and dirty it is.”

“I was like, ‘I’m going to be done with this’ after my One Man album didn’t do well,’ he continued. “I told Jamie, ‘I’ma just go home, man, and go back to playing at church.’ “But Foxx wouldn’t hear of it.
“We were sitting in Jamie’s kitchen,” the “Maybe I Deserve” singer continued, “and he said, ‘You can’t go back, you can’t stop.’ He said, ‘If you stop what am I going to do? Who’s going to inspire me?’ “

Tank revealed that Foxx then invited him to stay at his home while he figured out his next steps.
“He said, ‘I know it’s tough times for you right now but you can stay at my house and use my studio every day until you figure it out and find your way back.’ “ Tank recalled.
“And that’s just what I did.”

Halle Berry Accuses Ex-Husband Olivier Martinez of Conspiracy Amid Custody Battle
Halle Berry’s contentious custody battle with her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, has taken another dramatic turn as the actress alleges a second former employee has conspired with Martinez against her. These claims follow accusations made three months ago, when Berry, 58, alleged that one of her employees, Miryam Haziza, had been spying on her at Martinez’s behest.

In new court documents obtained by In Touch, Berry asserts that Haziza, along with another former employee, Erica Simamora, collaborated with Martinez to interfere with her personal and parental life, particularly regarding their 11-year-old son, Maceo. According to Berry, Haziza and Simamora transmitted sensitive information to Martinez, including details related to Maceo’s therapy sessions.

Allegations of Conspiracy and False Reports
Berry’s lawyer claims that while Haziza no longer works for the actress, she continues to communicate with Martinez and his legal team while avoiding direct engagement with Berry’s counsel. This alleged cooperation, according to Berry, extends to Haziza’s planned testimony, which Berry’s team argues is being used to undermine her position in the custody proceedings.

Simamora’s involvement is equally troubling, Berry alleges. The filing contends that Martinez persuaded Simamora, during her employment with Berry, to interfere with Maceo’s therapy and conspired with her to make false reports against the actress. Berry argues that these actions were intended to disrupt Maceo’s therapeutic progress, an issue critical to their custody dispute.
Berry’s lawyer contends that Martinez has not demonstrated how the requested NDAs are relevant to the case, labeling his actions as “gamesmanship” meant to drain Berry’s resources and focus. They have urged the court to deny his demands, asserting that his tactics serve no purpose other than to escalate the conflict.

A Battle for Custody
The ongoing legal drama highlights the complexities of Berry and Martinez’s co-parenting relationship, with both parties making serious allegations against one another. At the heart of the dispute is Maceo’s well-being, as Berry continues to push back against what she describes as attempts to undermine her parental authority and tarnish her reputation.

Berry’s legal team has requested the court to intervene and shut down Martinez’s requests, emphasizing the need to prioritize Maceo’s needs and therapy without unnecessary distractions.
As the case unfolds, it remains to be seen how the court will address the escalating allegations and whether Berry and Martinez can find common ground for the sake of their son.

Charlamagne Gives Drake Donkey of the Day Over Recent Lawsuit Sparked by Kendrick Lamar Feud

On Monday’s Breakfast Club, Charlamagne Tha God gave Drake the “Donkey of the Day” after the rapper’s recent moves following his beef with Kendrick Lamar.
Charlamagne didn’t hold back, calling out Drake for acting like a sore loser. “Drake is mad that Kendrick Lamar kicked his a** lyrically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally,” he said.

He then blasted Drake’s fans for claiming the rapper was fighting for the art and the artist, “Anybody acting like this is anything more than Drake’s feelings being hurt, you a hoe too. An O-V-Hoe to be exact.”
He also reminded Drake that the defamation case wouldn’t be one sided, recalling how Drake dissed Kendrick’s wife, Whitney, in one of his own tracks. “That’s the kettle calling the pot beige,” he explained.

Before the clip came to an end, Charlamagne slammed Drake for taking legal action against Universal Music Group, saying it was hypocritical.
“Whatever UMG was doing for ‘Not Like Us,’ they were doing the same thing for you your whole career.”
At this point, it’s clear—Drake needs to own his L. Instead of taking the hit like a man, he’s out here filing lawsuits and playing the victim.
