In a striking winter 2024 campaign, Saint Laurent, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello, collaborates with photographer Glen Luchford. The advertisement exudes a potent mix of sensuality and masculinity, reflecting the essence of the modern Saint Laurent man.

Models Justino Gonzalez, Samuel Elie, Thomas LeMaigre, and actor Vassili Schneider embody this vision, posing against backdrops of luxurious, draped fabrics that accentuate their forms.

Luchford’s photographs channel the artistic influences of Michelangelo, Édouard Manet, and Caravaggio, bringing a classical yet modern edge to the visuals. #RHOA: Kandi Burruss Suspects Former Xscape Member LaTocha Scott Stole Her Diary & Leaked Details About Her ‘Private’ Relationship w/ Jermaine Dupri
Kandi Burruss opened up about how her relationship with Jermaine Dupri was exposed, shedding light on a challenging chapter that contributed to Xscape’s eventual breakup in 1998.
In a candid segment from TV One’s Uncensored, the 48-year-old singer-songwriter revealed that her relationship with producer Jermaine Dupri began after Xscape’s second album, Off the Hook, during the filming of the music videos for Who Can I Run To and Do You Want To.
“It was a double video, that’s when we first connected. It wasn’t like we were around people, being all flirty. We were like totally just cool friends. It wasn’t a public relationship; it was very much so private.”

Kandi Burruss also disclosed that she confided in group members Tameka “Tiny” Cottle Harris and Tamika Scott about her relationship with Jermaine Dupri, while LaTocha Scott remained unaware.

Kandi shared that her diary, which detailed her relationship with Dupri, was stolen while on tour, leading to the revelation:
“Somebody stole my diary on tour. Now, I can’t say that Tocha herself stole my diary, but somebody that was close to her definitely got a hold of it.”
The diary also contained secrets about a relationship that Tiny was involved in, and during an argument on the tour bus, LaTocha Scott allegedly brought up both relationships.
Kandi then began to suspect LaTocha Scott’s involvement in the theft of the journal:

“I’m livid, but I can’t prove who took the diary. I had an idea. I felt like I knew who took it, but I couldn’t prove it, so I couldn’t do anything about it. I was like, ‘how she know that?’ She knew it all of a sudden right after my diary is stolen. It ain’t a d*mn coincidence.”
In a 2019 interview, Jermaine Dupri reflected on the situation, believing his involvement inadvertently fueled internal rivalries within the group.

He denied favoring Kandi due to their romantic involvement but still aimed to highlight Kandi’s sound, which he likened to T-Boz from TLC.
In the present day, Xscape is currently on a 30-city tour without LaTocha Scott, co-headlining with SWV.

#MusicNews: Marsha Ambrosius Releases New Album “Casablanco,”

Grammy-nominated Soul artist Marsha Ambrosius has released a new album, “Casablanco” her first studio since 2018.
Executive produced by hip-hop and producing legend Dr. Dre, the 11-track album includes recent singles, “One Night Stand” and “The Greatest.”
The project began when Dre and Ambrosius collaborated on some tracks he was working on. Weeks later, the duo decided to create an album together. Ambrosius kicked off the year with her single, “The Greatest,” which was featured heavily in ESPN’s Heisman Trophy promos.

The follow-up “One Night Stand,” an atmospheric soul anthem tells the story of a no-strings-attached romance.
“Casablanco,” embodies the sounds of Jazz, Soul, and R&B with a modern twist and big band, swing sound, hence the “Casablanco” theme- classic sound meets modern sound. Most of the tracks have strings and the piano is quite prevalent.  Ambrosious shows her vocal range, control, and versatility throughout the album. In addition, the tracks seem to be backed by real instruments.

STREAM HERE

The track “Smoke,” has a jazzy feel to it and begins with Ambrosious singing alongside the piano and the strings very sensually and smoothly; then transitions to a brief big-band sound before showing off the modern sound.  She “doo wops,” throughout the song

The song talks about Ambrosious being ready to take things to the next level in a relationship and wanting all “the smoke.”

This album is a work of art and really shows the versatility of the Soul singer’s voice. It’s definitely not something we’re hearing on the radio and it’s in a league of its own.
From her time in R&B outfit Floetry to her solo career, Ambrosius has captured the imaginations of fans with her captivating voice and relatable lyrics. With singles like “Far Away,” “Run,” and “Late Nights & Early Mornings,” she shared the raw, intoxicating feelings of loss, heartache, and true connection. And that does not even begin to touch upon her important contribution as a songwriter, crafting tracks for the likes of Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, Solange, and H.E.R.

#HipHopNews: Wiz Khalifa Catches Flak For Linking With Boxer Ryan Garcia After Racist Rant!
Wiz Khalifa is being dragged online after he linked up with Ryan Garcia just days after the boxer went on a racist rant.
The controversial fighter, who has been making headlines for a series of bizarre outbursts in recent months, sparked outrage on Thursday (July 4) when he went on a social-media rant during which he used the N-word while invoking the Ku Klux Klan.

“I hate n-ggas. I’m anti-Black,” Garcia, who is of Mexican heritage, said during an X Spaces broadcast. “I’m KKK, n-gga. I hate n-ggas […] Let’s go bring George Floyd back to life and kill that n-gga.”
The racist remakrs continued on his own profile, where he wrote “I love n-ggas” and “Lil Wayne said I can say the N Word.”
In footage shared by Garcia on Sunday (July 7), he and Wiz shook hands in a bar before the Taylor Gang rapper gave the athlete his phone number to stay connected.

“Wiz has no code,” one person wrote in the comments, while another added: “@wizkhalifa must not know what he said because how tf do you shake hands with someone that said what he said about black folks..?”
A third person replied: “Wiz Khalifa is officially a lame for this.”
Meek Mill was among those who were upset by Ryan Garcia’s comments as he subsequently took to his Instagram Stories and questioned the boxer’s mental health.

“Doing anything for money can mess your brain up and now you really broke-n,” he wrote. “This life ain’t for everyone it’s cool to be normal and smart!”
The Philly native isn’t the only public figure who has taken issue with the aforementioned remarks.
Former NBA player and current All The Smoke host Stephen Jackson also slammed the 25-year-old in a video posted to Instagram, saying: “First you go from taking steroids then you talking about digging George Floyd up and killing him again? Now you talking about you hate n-ggas and you wanna join the KKK?

“Look, dawg, you need to get some help, bro, because we don’t play by the same rules that you play by in that ring, dawg. I’m just telling you, just like I told you in the DM when I told you to get some help because it’s a whole different ballgame out here, bro. Anyone that gotta bring up the dead is dying inside. You a clout chaser. That’s all you are. You’re looking for attention.”

He added: “You tryna live a life that you didn’t grow up in. You’re not that, Ryan. Okay? You a boxer. Stick to that, bro. Keep George Floyd’s name out your mouth. If you wanna join the KKK like you said on Clubhouse, go ahead, just don’t fuck with us. And don’t expect us to fuck with you.”

Garcia later apologized for his comments and claimed that he was “trolling,” but that didn’t prevent him from being banned by the World Boxing Council.
“Exercising my authority … I am hereby expelling Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization,” WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman wrote on X. “We reject any form of discrimination.”
Lil Wayne, for his part, has yet to respond to the California native’s claim.

Real American Beer Releases Statement On Alleged Racist Firing Of Brand Ambassador

Hulk Hogan's Real American Beer denies terminating influencer Essence Jenai due to her race.
Hulk Hogan‘s Real American Beer has released a statement following accusations of firing a brand ambassador for being Black.
“We are deeply troubled by the false rumor circulating on social media that a brand ambassador hired by a third-party marketing agency was terminated by Hulk Hogan for racial reasons,” reads the statement from a brand spokesperson. “Real American Beer simply terminated its short-term relationship with the third-party marketing agency. Hulk Hogan was not involved in that decision, and race was not a factor. We are in communication with the agency in an attempt to clear the misunderstanding and incorrect information, and believe that this false statement will be withdrawn.”

Social media influencer Essence Jenai took to TikTok Saturday (July 6) with accusations of racism being aimed at the former wrestler. She claims she was fired as a brand ambassador for the beer after Hulk Hogan met her in person for the first time.

“@Hulk Hogan thanks for making it clear that you don’t work with BLACK brand ambassadors,” Essence captioned the first of two TikToks addressing the matter, where she shares images from the first in-store event alongside Hogan. She also added, “POV: Hulk Hogan paid you to be a brand ambassador and canceled your contract the next day because he realized you were a BLACK brand ambassador.”

She also shared a text exchange indicating she was fired under the guise of the rest of their events being cancelled. After checking social media, however, the model found three non-Black women participating in promotional events for the brand, instead.

Keke Wyatt Reveals She Divorced Zackariah Darring After 5 Years Of Marriage
Keke Wyatt is officially a free woman. After being spotted out with her new rumored beau that sparked fans to question the whereabouts of her husband, Zackariah Darring, the Certified singer revealed that she is divorced.

“I am divorced and soooo HAPPY to be FREE from that bondage and abuse!!!” Wyatt told The Shade Room. Over the course of their five-year marriage, she and Darring had two children together, Ke’Riah David (4), and Ke’Zyah Jean (2), who was born with the genetic disorder trisomy 13.
The couple was notoriously private and didn’t publicize any tension, especially on her 2023 reality show, Keke Wyatt’s World. However, the 42-year-old was vocal about how she often cared for Ke’Zyah alone.
Questions and rumors about her marriage began after she was seen out with a man named Anthony Whitehead. When asked about him, Wyatt replied, “[A] girl can’t just have a friend? Stop with all that. Okay, ‘cause, like, I’m out here just chilling. Can’t just chill, have fun — I’m just having fun, chilling. That part.”

When asked about Darring directly, she quipped, “Where’s my husband? Well, I don’t have a husband. Boom. How about that?”
She doubled down on the statement, telling fans on the livestream, “Go get him,” and “Let him choke your a**.”
This was Wyatt’s third marriage. Her last husband, Michael Jamar Ford, asked for a divorce while she was pregnant and dealing with one of her son’s battle with cancer. He is now in remission.

The news comes on the heels of Wyatt releasing her long-awaited new album, Certified, which marks her first LP in seven years.

LeBron James Says Son Bronny 'Doesn't Care' About Criticism Amid Nepotism Allegations

LeBron James reveals what differs from son Bronny James. In a new interview with ESPN, LeBron claimed that he and his son have different approaches when it comes to criticism.
"I don't know if people really understand Bronny," LeBron said during his wide-ranging interview after USA Basketball practice Sunday in preparation for the Paris Olympics. "He doesn't care."

Looking back at himself, LeBron added, "I actually care a little bit. When I came in [as a rookie], I wanted people to like me, and some of the things that people were saying about me kind of bothered me early on in my career. ... He doesn't give a f**k."

The NBA's all-time leading scorer added, "He does not care about nobody. He doesn't even listen to that stuff. He's like the coolest. He's like the complete opposite of his dad. His dad will say something [to address the critics]. Bro does not care. ... Everything that's being said about him, he really does not care."

"When I was coming up, I had no choice. I literally had no choice. ... I had to make it out for me. My mom, my family, my hometown, my city. Bronny has all the choices in the world. If Bronny wants to stop right now or never played basketball or just wanted to be a gamer or wanted to be a chef or wanted to be nothing to whatever, he could have done that," he continued. "People don't understand how hard that is and the commitment for him to be coming out of heart surgery less than a year ago, for him to be able to be in the NBA, the kid, he's special."

"But he doesn't care. He doesn't," LeBron stressed. "It doesn't bother him."
LeBron's remarks apparently only earned Bronny more criticism as he was accused of nepotism after being drafted by Los Angeles Lakers, his dad's team. An Instagram commenter wrote, "He gon' care when his dad retires and he gets traded!!" Another added, "Because it's given to him and didn't earn it!. There are far better ballers but daddy isn't NBA PLAYER!"

"So what about the other guy that's better than Bronny and deserves it more than him that has to make it out for his family," someone else said. One other noted, "He don't care because he don't have to. Daddy's got his back. It's called NEPOTISM."

The interview came after Bronny was selected with the 55th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. The milestone makes LeBron and Bronny the first father and son to have played as teammates in the NBA.

Ariana Grande Approves Of Brother Frankie's Nose Job
Frankie Grande, known for his stint on "Celebrity Big Brother", recently made headlines with his latest transformation, a nose job, which he proudly debuted on Instagram. In his post dated July 6, 2024, Frankie showcased his face post-surgery with the caption, "New nose. Who dis?"

Among the numerous well-wishes and compliments, Ariana Grande's response stood out as particularly touching. The pop icon affectionately commented, "perfect in all ways, always!!!!" This public exchange highlighted the close bond between the siblings, who have frequently supported each other through thick and thin.
The support for Frankie's new look extended beyond just his sister. Cynthia Erivo, Ariana's "Wicked" co-star, humorously commented on Frankie's post, "That inbuilt eyeshadow is glorious."

On July 8, Frankie posted another update, capturing his post-surgery adventures in New York. "Took my new nose out to see New York. She loved The Wiz," he wrote, sharing a photo of himself on a NYC subway.

The Grande siblings have a history of upliftment and encouragement for one another. This gesture from Ariana comes just a few months after Frankie expressed his deep gratitude for his sister on National Sibling Day, April 10. "I want to take a moment to thank the BEST sister in the world for being there for me through thick and thin," Frankie posted on Instagram. He further appreciated her for her unwavering support during his sobriety journey and significant life moments, earning his sister's eternal pride and love in return. Frankie has maintained his sobriety since 2017, crediting much of his success to Ariana's support.

The Grande dynamic goes beyond social media posts. In 2022, Ariana celebrated Frankie's marriage to Hale Leon with a heartfelt Instagram tribute, "Two very incredible and cosmically destined souls. I love you both so much and am wishing you endless lifetimes of happiness and health and copious amounts of video games." Her words captured the deep-seated affection and best wishes she harbors for her brother and his partner.

In contrast, another celebrity, Lady GaGa, shared a candid reflection on her experience with cosmetic procedures. Speaking to Howard Stern in 2013, GaGa revealed her past obsession with facial injections during a period when she was not in a healthy frame of mind. Her story serves as a cautionary tale about the pressures and pitfalls of cosmetic enhancements.

In summary, the Grande siblings' recent exchanges underscore a robust and nurturing relationship, emphasizing the importance of supportive family bonds, especially in the tumultuous world of celebrity life. For young audiences, their story is both relatable and heartening, showcasing that behind the glitz and glamour, it's the love and support of family that truly shine through.

Nicki Minaj cancels festival appearance in Romania over 'safety concerns'

Nicki Minaj has cancelled a festival appearance in Romania over "safety concerns".
The US rapper had been due to perform at Saga Festival in Bucharest on Sunday evening.
But she was warned about "protests in the area", she said, and needed to make "sound decisions" so that she made it home to her son and her team to their families.

She acted out of concern for the "well-being of our team and myself", she said.
She is still hoping to perform at the Wireless Festival in London on Friday, she added.
In a post on X, Minaj said: "Out of concern for the well-being of our team and myself, I have been advised by my security detail not to travel to Romania's festival tonight due to safety concerns regarding protests in the area.
"I look forward to seeing you all at another time."

The 41-year-old added: "As a mom, I have to make sure I'm making sound decisions for me to make it home to my son and for my team to make it home to their families. To not heed the advice of security at this time is simply not what I think I should be doing.
"I love you and thank you for your understanding and support. I am very excited to see my fans this Friday in London for another very special headlining show at Wireless Festival."
Last month, a show Minaj was due to perform in Amsterdam was cancelled after she was arrested in the Dutch capital for allegedly attempting to take "soft drugs" out of the country.

She claimed she had been treated differently because of her race.
A delay caused by her arrest forced her to miss a show at Manchester's Co-op Live Arena, with the concert later being rescheduled.

Louis Vuitton names Pusha T as its latest house ambassador
Pusha T has been named the newest house ambassador for Louis Vuitton, the French luxury fashion house announced on Monday (July 8).
“His ambassadorial nomination at Louis Vuitton is a testament to his commitment to artistry and a strong personal style, both echoing the maison’s own dedication to unique expression across fashion and culture,” the label stated in a press release, per WWD.

It continued, “Pusha’s role as house ambassador underscores Louis Vuitton’s vision of bringing together diverse cultural influences to build powerful storytelling within its storied menswear universe. The maison looks forward to this exciting collaborative journey ahead.”
The Virginia native confirmed the news via Instagram by sharing photos of himself modeling a tracksuit and sneakers from the brand. Check them out below.

The announcement followed Pusha T’s recent appearance at Louis Vuitton’s SS25 show in Paris, which showcased a new collection by Menswear Creative Director Pharrell Williams — the “Nosetalgia” artist’s longtime friend and musical collaborator. During the event, Clipse premiered a new song featuring John Legend.

In June, Pusha T also confirmed that the beatmaker will be executive producing Clipse’s comeback album. “Pharrell producing everything is also an ode to the type of music and the type of albums we want to make,” the rapper told Vulture. “We still want to make full bodies of work. These are movies, man. These aren’t just songs. This isn’t just a collection of joints we went in and banged out.”

Notably, in 2023, Pusha T and No Malice made an appearance at Williams' debut show, during which they introduced another track. It was a response to Jim Jones’ remarks about the DAYTONA creator’s standing on Billboard’s 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time list, where he was ranked No. 29.

It’s also worth mentioning that Tyler, The Creator debuted his capsule collection with Louis Vuitton in March.

Jeremy ‘JR’ Robinson Arrested For DUI

Jeremy “JR” Robinson, a well-known criminal defense and personal injury attorney who has been romantically linked to singer and reality TV star Tamar Braxton, found himself on the other side of the law recently.
On June 27, JR was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) in Georgia.
According to the Georgia Gazette, Robinson was booked on three misdemeanor charges:

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (Misdemeanor)
Violation of Traffic Control Device (Misdemeanor)
Willful Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer (Misdemeanor)

Following his arrest, Robinson was released on bond.
Despite the seriousness of the charges, JR has remained silent and has not publicly addressed the incident.
This silence has led to speculation about the impact of his arrest on his professional career and personal life, particularly his relationship with Tamar Braxton.

Tamar and JR’s relationship has been a subject of public interest since they got engaged in 2023.
However, the current status of their relationship is unknown, especially in light of JR’s recent legal troubles.
As a prominent attorney, Robinson is no stranger to the legal system, but his recent arrest puts him in a challenging position, both personally and professionally.

For now, the details surrounding the arrest remain sparse, and the future of JR’s relationship with Tamar is uncertain.

Former Spice Girl Mel B to receive honorary doctorate from Leeds Beckett University
Mel B is to receive an honorary doctorate in recognition of her work with domestic abuse survivors.
The Spice Girls singer – who is the patron of Women’s Aid – admitted it is an “incredible honor” to receive academic recognition from Leeds Beckett University, where she has also been studying towards a qualification in trauma care.
“I completed a couple in Trauma Informed Care at Leeds Beckett earlier this year. When I was told I was being given the doctorate it was an incredible honor. But I wanted to earn something too. Since leaving my marriage I’ve told friends and family I’d love to go to uni, but I don’t think people took it seriously. But this gave me an opportunity to actually do it,” Mel – who left her second husband Stephen Belafonte in 2016 amid allegations of domestic abuse – told The Sun newspaper.

The “Stop” singer, who will receive the honor later this month, kept her studies quiet and didn’t tell her Spice Girls bandmates what she was doing.
“I didn’t tell them I was studying so I think they were surprised. I didn’t even tell my mum,” she admitted.
The 49-year-old star was “nervous” about attending lectures but enjoyed being able to study without being recognized.

“I loved the camaraderie in the class. It never came up who I was, apart from at the end. One of the guys came up to me and said, ‘I thought it was you, but I couldn’t believe it — I thought it was just someone who looked like you.'”
“I’ve played at Wembley Stadium with the Spice Girls, but I felt more nervous walking into that classroom on the first day. Everyone in the class seemed so intelligent,” she said.

Mel B – who is mother to Phoenix, 25, Angel, 17, and 12-year-old Madison from previous relationships – hopes her new qualification can further help her work with Women’s Aid.
“I always understood abuse on an emotional level and could speak from the heart, but now I have the theory, knowledge and terminology. I want to do more,” she said.

Leeds Beckett Vice-Chancellor Professor Peter Slee said the establishment is delighted to “champion” the former “X Factor” judge.
“I would like to congratulate Melanie Brown MBE on this Honorary Degree. As a child of this city who reached the top of her industry, then used her platform to advocate for those who shared her hardships, Melanie is exactly the type of citizen we are here to champion,” he said.

Belafonte has repeatedly denied the allegations against him and recently launched a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife.

Former ‘Bob’s Burgers’ Actor Jay Johnston Pleads Guilty to Jan. 6 Felony Charges

Bob’s Burgers alum Jay Johnston pled guilty to charges for his involvement in the January 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol in 2021.
According to Deadline, the 55-year-old actor, whose credits include Better Call Saul and Anchorman, could see a maximum sentence of five years in prison. However, sentencing guidelines suggest anywhere from eight to 14 months behind bars.

According to the Daily Beast, Johnston did not initially confirm his involvement in the riots that left five dead and 138 police officers injured. However, several individuals were able to identify Johnston once the FBI shared a photo in March of a suspect who took part in the insurrection.
In December 2021, it was reported that Johnston was “banned” from Bob’s Burgers by “top staff” members of the long-running show, per the Daily Beast.

According to NBC News, Johnston was arrested last June on charges of felony obstruction of officers during civil disorder along with several misdemeanors, including “unlawful entry on restricted buildings or grounds” and “impeding passage through Capitol grounds.”
CCTV and bodycam footage reviewed by the FBI allegedly proved that Johnston “pushed against police and aided other rioters near an entrance to the U.S. Capitol.”

The actor is scheduled for sentencing on Oct. 7.
Johnston was known for the role of Jimmy Pesto Sr. on Bob’s Burgers. Last year, he was replaced by 44-year-old Looney Tunes voice actor Eric Bauza for the iconic animated sitcom's 14th season.

Diddy Accused Of Putting Bounty Out On 1999 NYC Nightclub Shooting Victim

According to a recent interview with Art Of Dialogue podcast, 1999 Club NY shooting victim Natania Reuben says that not only was Diddy the person who pulled the trigger and not Shyne, but Reuben contends that the Bad Boy mogul intended to hire a hitman to kill her.
Reuben suffered a gunshot wound to the face during the Club NY shooting in 1999 and won a $1.8 million settlement in a civil lawsuit against the music, fashion and spirits mogul. Former Bad Boy artist Jamal “Shyne” Barrow served eight years in prison for the shooting, however, Reuben asserts that Diddy was actually the one who pulled the trigger on that fateful night just days before the turn of the millennium.

In the most recent episode of The Art Of Dialogue, the shooting victim says that the troubled living legend put ahit out on her during the trial, which forced her to relocate.
“I was born in Brooklyn [and] I was raised in Brooklyn,” she said. “I had no intentions of leaving, and probably had this [not] happened, I probably would have never left, but when the District Attorney’s office gets information from one of their confidential informant sources saying that there’s a bag on my head, and I’m calling the District Attorney’s office and I’m calling everybody because I look out my window where I was living in Canarsie, Brooklyn and there’s four, stretched, blacked-out SUVs — I lived on the corner — there’s one on that corner, that corner, one in front of my house, one on the next corner.”

“What should I do? Sit there and wait for them to come get me or submit to the will of people who have my best interest and want to move me and my family to preserve my safety? […] I had businesses. Why would I pick up and just leave everything I knew but for the fact that my life depended on it?”

She also is adamant that even with her criticism of Diddy, it by no way is a claim that Shyne is innocent.
“I said on my TikTok, Shyne did not shoot me because he didn’t, but Shyne is a con artist,” Reuben said. “Everybody’s like, ‘Oh, we knew Shyne was innocent.’ No, you don’t know a damn thing because he’s far from innocent.”
