#RHOA: LOL!!! Kim Zolciak Not Returning To Real Housewives of Atlanta: ‘Sorry to Disappoint’
Guys, Kim Zolciak is back to doing strange things again. The former Bravo star has been all over the media during the last year after news of her divorce from Kroy Biermann became public. But it’s not like the streets were chatting about her before then. She and Kroy have had some finance issues — specifically regarding that big ‘ole mansion they reside in over in Georgia. Is it theirs? Is it the banks? Nobody really knows.

We do know, though, that they are in dire need of a check. After surviving and thriving (barely) off their family reality show, Don’t Be Tardy, Bravo finally got a taste of the rainbow and canceled that dumpster fire of a production. Since then, rumors were floating about whether the reality star would return to her home turf on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Well, she’s finally addressed the rumors.

Kim Zolciak Biermann did the absolute most to tell us she wasn’t asked to return to RHOA
Earlier this week, Kim had the Bravoverse buzzing when she posted a cryptic photo of her on the Watch What Happens Live set and a giant peach emoji. “Big announcement coming later today,” she captioned the photo. However, in the interview with Celebbuzz, the former Housewife said she had no plans of returning to the series. Ugh — just weird behavior.

“There have been reports and rumblings of me returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, especially with everything going on in my life,” she began. “So I wanted to clear up what’s going on since I don’t want to leave you hanging any longer. The truth is (drum roll please) … I am not returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

She continued, saying she enjoyed her time on the franchise and apologized for letting the fans down, but she’s focused on different opportunities.

“… that doesn’t mean you’ve seen the last of me yet on TV so stay tuned for more on that in the near future.”
Clap if you want to see Kim back on the Real Housewives. Ope. Are those crickets I hear?

#NewMusic from PJ Morton Releases New Single “Please Be Good”

PJ Morton has officially released his latest single “Please Be Good”. The song serves as the first offering from the upcoming album that he wrote and recorded entirely in Africa this past fall. “Please Be Good” is a sample of one of the many new, sonic directions that Morton is embracing and exploring in this next chapter of his continued creative journey

The song was inspired by the sounds of the continent and the genres of music it has birthed. Morton co-produced “Please Be Good” with Nigeria’s P.Priime, a brand new collaborator and influential, international force whose credits include Burna Boy, CKay, Davido, Wizkid and more. Morton adds:

“I was in Lagos, Nigeria and one of my favorite new producers P. Priime played this beat. I immediately took out my phone and started to record ideas. I love that it’s a mixture of so many vibes.”
The upcoming album was fully created during a life-changing 30 days he spent traveling across South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana and Egypt. It features dozens of local musicians and fresh approaches to songwriting.

Morton will also be releasing a career spanning memoir “Saturday Night, Sunday Morning” later this year.

#HipHopNews: Cardi Presents her "Like What (Freestyle)" Video
Cardi B released “Like What (Freestyle).” The track sampled Missy Elliott’s iconic 1999 song “She’s a B**ch,” while the accompanying visuals were directed by Offset.
The New York rapper’s latest offering came with powerful lyrics like, “P**sy real fat, probably got a double chin/ First, that b**ch hate me, then this b**ch hate me/ And somehow, they link up and they become friends, like, how?/ B**ch, pipe down/ Moodboard, all y’all imitatin’ my style/ Bad b**ch, red lips, let me show you/ White toes, eatin’ yellowtail out of Nobu.”

Anticipation for new music from the artist was heightened earlier this week when she replaced her social media profile pictures with a solid black image, leading fans to initiate a playful search party under the hashtag #WhereIsCardi. Additionally, a snippet of the “I Like It” hitmaker rapping over Elliott’s 1999 beat circulated online. She spat, “Look, I ain’t even got dressed/ Any L that I took come after YS.”

WATCH
On Wednesday (Feb. 28), Cardi unveiled the artwork for “Like What (Freestyle)” on Instagram with the caption, “YA FOUND ME.” She simultaneously signaled the song’s release and sparked speculation about her long-awaited sophomore
It’s also worth mentioning that at the end of the track’s video, the musician teased the possibility of another single with the text, “This is just the beginning. Stay tuned.” The beat switch bore a striking resemblance to a song she teased on New Year’s Day (Jan. 1) at a Miami club.

Since her debut album, Invasion of Privacy, nearly six years ago, Cardi has maintained her chart-topping presence with hits like “Up” and the Megan Thee Stallion-assisted “WAP.” The pair’s reunion for “Bongos” and their performance at the 2023 MTV VMAs also kept fans eagerly awaiting more.

“I’m going to put out my next solo single. Right now, I’m working on the cover art and ideas for the next record because it’s definitely coming up,” Cardi told Vogue México in September 2023. “Everyone always tells me I should put the record out now. They did when I released ‘WAP’ and when I released ‘Up,’ but I always let them know I’m not going to wait long after all these singles. So, stay tuned because it’s coming out very soon.”

Charlamagne Tha God Asserts Wendy Williams’ Rude Behavior Has “Nothing To Do With Dementia”

Charlamagne Tha God has shared his thoughts on Wendy Williams’ demeanor as it is portrayed in Lifetime doc Where is Wendy Williams?.
Last week, Williams’ team revealed that the famed broadcaster has been diagnosed with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia, a rare nervous system syndrome. In the past, the 59-year-old has been open about her battle with Graves’ Disease and Lymphedema, as well as other health-related issues.

The aforementioned documentary showed Williams snapping at her caretakers, including calling them “dumbass,” asking her nail tech, “are you stupid,” and yelling at various members of her team.
“That documentary was very triggering for me as someone who worked with Wendy for three years,” detailed the 45-year-old. “I saw people saying dementia was causing her to talk to people like that. No, y’all shut the hell up. Y’all don’t know what y’all talking about that had nothing to do with dementia.”

He continued to share, “I was looking at those moments and said, ‘There goes Wendy.'”
According to the Mayo Clinic, complications of primary progressive aphasia include blunted emotions, such as a lack of empathy, poor judgment, or inappropriate social behavior.
Where is Wendy Williams? debuted on Lifetime earlier this month to mixed reviews on social media. After its release, producers explained the project would not have moved forward if they had been aware of Williams’ diagnosis. The former host’s publicist, Shawn Zanotti, feels that Williams was “being exploited.”

“At a certain point, we were more worried about what would happen if we stopped filming than if we continued,” detailed producer Mark Ford.
“We tried to be as transparent as possible, and the making of the film is as much a story in some ways as Wendy’s story itself. And that’s why we intentionally left a lot of the questions in — we wanted people to understand the journey of the filmmakers and how upsetting it was for all of us in certain instances and also how outrageous in some ways the situations were […] But, of course, if we had known that Wendy had dementia going into it, no one would’ve rolled a camera.”

#BABYLOVE: Ayesha Curry Reveals She & Husband Steph Curry Are Expecting Baby No. 4!
Congratulations are in order for Steph and Ayesha Curry! The famed sports family recently shared that they will soon be welcoming another child together, adding one more to their family of 5.
Ayesha Curry, 34, shared the big news by way of magazine cover for her lifestyle brand Sweet July. Donning a beige blazer and bandeau top that showed off her growing belly bump, the author opened up about how she and her hubby Steph Curry, 35, decided to have another child.

The mom of three shared that initially, she and the hooper closed the door on the children conversation. However, things changed last year when the couple agreed “somebody was missing”. Presently, Steph and Ayesha, who tied the knot back in 2011, are parents to three adorable kids: daughters Riley, 11, and Ryan, 8, and son Canon, 5.
Ayesha shared, “For so many years, Stephen and I thought we were done. We said, ‘Three, that’s it, we’re not doing this again.’ And then, last year, we looked at each other and agreed we wanted to do this again. For me, the decision came from always finding myself looking around and feeling like somebody was missing. I would load up the car and think, ‘Oh, I forgot something.’ But nobody was forgotten. It started to turn my brain a little bit. Maybe somebody was missing. So we set out on this journey, knowing that this would complete our family.”

LeBron James, the iconic Los Angeles Lakers forward, has etched his name in NBA history once again by becoming the first player to score 40,000 points.
In Saturday's game against the Denver Nuggets, James crossed the milestone with a spinning left-handed layup past Michael Porter Jr., igniting a standing ovation from the Los Angeles crowd. The achievement came in his 1,475th regular season game, marking a remarkable consistency throughout his career.

James surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's long-standing record of 38,387 points in February 2023, making him the NBA's all-time leading scorer. Now, with 40,000 points to his name, he has further cemented his legacy.
"I never thought about getting the scoring record - it just happened organically," James said after the game. "I played the game the right way. It was never a goal of mine when I came into the league to be the all-time leading scorer."

James's journey to 40,000 points has been remarkable. He became the youngest player to reach 10,000 points, 20,000 points, and 30,000 points. He also holds the NBA record for most consecutive games scoring at least 10 points, with an astonishing 1,161 straight appearances.

Beyond his scoring prowess, James has made significant contributions to the NBA, including four NBA championships, four Finals MVPs, four regular season MVPs, and 13 All-NBA First Team honors. His longevity and versatility make him one of the greatest players in the history of the sport.
As James continues his illustrious career, the basketball world will be eagerly anticipating his next milestones and records. His dedication and passion for the game have inspired countless fans, and his legacy will undoubtedly live on for generations to come.

Wendell Pierce To Play Perry White In James Gunn's 'Superman'
Wendell Pierce has joined the cast of "Superman". The Bunk Moreland depicter on "The Wire" will play Perry White, editor-in-chief of The Daily Planet newspaper that employs Clark Kent (David Corenswet), Lois Lane (Rachel Brosnahan) as well as Jimmy Olsen (Skyler Gisondo).

Pierce's casting was confirmed by The Hollywood Reported. It arrived after director James Gunn announced that his new Superman movie will simply be called "Superman" as he celebrated the first day of production on the superhero film.
Marking the start of principal photography on Thursday, February 29, which coincides with Clark Kent's birthday, the director took to his Instagram page to share a glimpse of what appears to be Superman's new suit. It shows the snow-dusting logo on the chest, suggesting a scene set in The Fortress of Solitude, Superman's arctic fortress.

"Overjoyed to be announcing the start of principal photography on SUPERMAN today, February 29, which just so happens to be - coincidentally and unplanned - Superman's birthday," he wrote in the caption. "When I finished the first draft of the script, I called the film Superman: Legacy. By the time I locked the final draft, it was clear the title was SUPERMAN. Making our way to you July 2025."

A few days ago, Gunn also shared an update from his Superman movie. Via an Instagram post, he shared the first cast photo featuring Nicholas Hoult with his freshly-shaved head. The 34-year-old English actor goes bald to portray villain Lex Luthor in the upcoming film.

In the picture taken after a table read, Hoult was joined by co-stars David Corenswet (Clark Kent/Superman), Rachel Brosnahan (Lois Lane), Skyler Gisondo (Jimmy Olsen), Isabela Merced (Hawkgirl), Edi Gathegi (Mister Terrific), Nathan Fillion (Guy Gardner), Anthony Carrigan (Metamorpho), Maria Gabriela de Faria (the Engineer), Sara Sampaio (Eve Teschmacher) and Terence Rosemore (Otis). Gunn and DC Studios co-CEO Peter Safran, who also produces the film, join the cast in the snap.

Rihanna Makes Bank Performing At A Pre-Wedding Party In India

Rihanna performed at the pre-wedding party of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, one of the wealthiest couples in India. Anant is the youngest son of multi-billionaire Mukesh Ambani, the chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries.
People reported that Anant and his fianceé will officially tie the knot on July 12 in Mumbai. Their pre-wedding party was reportedly attended by Disney CEO Bob Iger, Ivanka Trump, Hillary Clinton, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, members of Bhutan’s royal family and more of the world’s most powerful elites.

When videos of the performance were released, one fan said, “Bruh, Rihanna just had a baby. Why are people piling on her??!?! I don’t understand the mean tweets I’ve been seeing on my timeline all morning. She looks good. The performance looked great. What’s all this for?”

One fan responded, “They’ll say, ‘Well, Beyoncé performed better soon after giving birth!’ But the thing is… she shouldn’t have been expected to! And neither should Rihanna! She’s allowed to take it easy after just having a kid. She looked beautiful and she didn’t kill herself doing it. It’s a win!”
Rihanna’s best friend Melissa Forde posted an Instagram Live video with the “B**ch Better Have My Money” singer after the performance. In the clip, Rihanna says, “always want to talk about an album, never asks about my kids.”

Rihanna was also praised for her willingness to embrace fans while in India; she posed for countless photos and even danced with the wedding party following her performance. TMZ reported, “The real reason for her smile, though, is probably the direct deposit hitting her account — she was reportedly paid $6 million for the one-night gig… but, because the show was so long, there’s speculation she even got up to eight figures!”

The 2024 Brit Awards: Here’s The WINNERS LIST!
The Brit Awards – the top prize in music in the United Kingdom – unfolded in London on Saturday, and some of the biggest names from pop to rock from around the world are hoping to walk away with a statuette or three.
The night belonged to English singer-songwriter RAYE, who led the contenders with the most nominations ever at the Brits, with seven. She nearly swept in all her categories, nabbing five Brits including best new artist, artist of the year, song of the year and album of the year. At one point, the “Escapism” singer brought her grandmother up on stage to accept one of her multiple statuettes. She also had already won the songwriter of the year award ahead of the ceremony – a first for a female-identifying songwriter.

Before hitting the mainstream as a solo act, RAYE worked behind the scenes in music, as a songwriter and in production for major artists such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, John Legend, Ellie Goulding and David Guetta. Her debut album “My 21st Century Blues” earned high praise last year, after her 2022 single “Escapism” featuring 070 Shake went viral on TikTok.

Another special attendee at the Brits this year was Kylie Minogue, who received the coveted global icon award and performed a medley of her hits to close the show.
Along with RAYE, the artist of the year nominees included Dua Lipa, Arlo Parks, Jessie Ware, Little Simz and Olivia Dean, marking a significant improvement from last year’s crop of contenders, which didn’t include a singe female-identifying act.

In the best new artist category, RAYE was joined by Mahalia, Olivia Dean, PinkPantheress and Yussef Dayes.

Accused cult leader ‘Nature Boy’ found guilty on all counts, including rape in DeKalb County

An accused cult leader has been found guilty on all counts, including rape. The jury began deliberating Eligio Bishop’s case Thursday evening after attorneys presented closing arguments.
Bishop, known as Nature Boy online, was sentenced to life without parole. He has 30 days to file an appeal.
Thursday morning, the trial was delayed because Bishop said he was concerned Judge Stacey Hydrick was spreading COVID. On Friday, Channel 2′s Tom Regan was at the court to catch the verdict.

Investigators have accused him of leading a cult known as CarbonNation, raping a member when she tried to leave in 2022, and posting revenge porn online after she left.
“He wants to be present for his own trial, but he doesn’t want his own health at issue,” said Defense Attorney Rob Booker.
Hydrick said she tested positive earlier this week. She canceled court Tuesday afternoon and all of Wednesday, but she returned Thursday. She offered masks and face shields.
“He’s tried everything he could to derail these proceedings,” said Hydrick.

She said if he decides to leave, he will not be allowed back into the courtroom. She gave him the choice between watching the trial from an iPad in a separate room or returning to jail to watch it from a courtroom there.
Bishop chose to watch it from the jail courtroom.

When the trial began, Bishop expressed concerns about his shackles causing prejudice. By returning to jail, he would have to wear his orange jumpsuit.
“He understands the prejudice that exists, but he does not feel this is a prejudice he has created by being placed in the jail court. He is going to go back in the jail court,” his attorney told the judge.

“I think the records are very clear that I’m not banning him from this courtroom. He is electing to do so,” said the judge.
The judge did not tell jurors where the defendant went or why he left. She did tell them he went to watch from another courtroom.

The defense continued calling its witnesses once the trial began. The judge had to stop three of them for talking out of turn.
Juliano Diaz was one witness who spoke out from the witness stand after the attorneys finished questioning.
“Also, malicious prosecution,” Diaz said in the microphone.
The judge ordered deputies to escort him out of the courtroom.

Another witness, Porchae Wade, started her testimony by saying she wanted to put on record that she filed a complaint against the judge. All the while, attorneys and deputies were warning her to stop.
“The whole case is hearsay,” Kayla Buckner said in the microphone.
The defense called the witness to debunk the prosecution’s argument that Bishop leads a cult.
“It’s not a cult,” said Diaz. “It’s a tribe.”
Wade said Bishop did not control when they could eat or sleep, and he did not force them to use the restroom outside.
She said she did not consider him God, but “Yes, he is the Mosiah.”

During closing arguments, prosecutors reminded jurors to focus on the charges against Bishop.
“The fact that he’s a cult leader is not on trial,” said Coveney. “It’s how he used, exploited, and abused his members.”
The defense closed its case by pushing reasonable doubt.
“The state has not met their burden,” said Rob Booker.
Bishop was found guilty on charges of rape, false imprisonment, and sharing three pieces of sexually explicit content on social media.

Bishop now faces a possible sentence of life in prison without parole.

Katt Williams Burns any Credibility he has by going on Joe Rogan’s Podcast
Katt Williams stopped by The Joe Rogan Experience this week, where host Joe Rogan wasted no time asking blunt questions about everything from Hollywood propaganda to vape laws in California.
During a discussion about government "control," Rogan gave Williams what he felt was an example of overreaching government involvement when he brought up California’s ban on flavored vapes. “Can you imagine, [lawmakers are] like, ‘Strawberry mist is our number one problem.’”

Williams then mentioned that the law also included a ban on menthol cigarettes, historically a flavor often chosen by African American buyers. “That was fine, but they let it also hurt Black people in that it counted menthol as a flavor,” Williams said—which prompted Rogan to ask, “Why do Black people like menthol cigarettes so much? What’s that about?”

The two men chuckled as Williams said, “You’re gonna get me canceled. This is very racist, this conversation.”
“A Black person actually getting ready to answer this—it’s terrible on all ends,” he said but explained, “Before things were called concentrate, that’s what we appreciated, [what] was concentrated.

“There’s this whole thing with liquor and malt liquor and the difference between the two,” Williams continued. “One is richer and stronger and as a people, we tend to go with those products. And the fact that menthol is a natural thing, so anybody who’s from the South knows about mint plants—so you appreciate that as a flavor profile as well.”

The three-hour-long interview also included some eyebrow-raising comments from Williams about transgender people, which he discussed as a cultural trend rather than a matter of identity.
“20 years ago I knew that transgenders was gonna be a thing,” he said.“The earliest I had seen that word, transgender, was Baphomet, the transgender,” he said, referring to the Satanic deity that’s often depicted as a hermaphrodite. “So I knew that in the ritual of Baphomet, the transgender, to show allegiance to him you had to kiss his ass ring.”

Rogan’s contribution was simply, “We got some good weed, Katt.”

Terrence Howard’s Gotta Pay Nearly $1 Million in Back Taxes to the U.S. Government

*Terrence Howard, probably best known for his role in Fox’s “Empire” and movies like “Hustle & Flow” and “Iron Man,” has found himself in hot water with the IRS.

Last year, the federal government filed a complaint against Howard for allegedly owing hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes.
The IRS claimed that Howard had not paid his taxes for five years, from 2010 to 2019, resulting in a hefty bill of $578,000. Despite multiple attempts to contact him and resolve the issue, Howard failed to respond or appear in court to defend himself.

As a result, a federal judge recently ruled in favor of the IRS, ordering Howard to pay $903,114.72, reports TMZ. This amount includes the unpaid taxes, penalties, and interest accrued over the years.
It is unclear why Howard ignored the federal complaint and failed to address the issue. While he remains active on social media promoting his projects, he has not publicly commented on the tax evasion case.

Howard now faces the task of repaying Uncle Sam a significant sum of money, which could have serious consequences if left unresolved.
It serves as a stark reminder that even celebrities are not exempt from their financial obligations to the government. Umm, err, tell that to Donald Trump.

SZA's Dream Of Going On Sesame Street Comes True
SZA shared her excitement after achieving her goal of being a participant on NBC’s Sesame Street. In 2017, the “All The Stars” songstress tweeted, “HOW DOES ONE GET ON SESAME STREET!?”
Only seven short years later, she quoted her post saying, “GOD’S TIMING!!! FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS AND SAY THEM OUT LOUD!! NEVER GIVE UP!! ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE; I BELIEVE IN YOU!!” with a photo of her on the set of the show.

The excitement did not stop there. Shortly after, she shared, “Grateful to Sesame Street for having me,” with a hand heart and a heart emoji. Sesame Street commented, “We loved having you!” SZA is never afraid to speak about how she truly feels. In a later post, she exclaimed, “It’s like some days s**t be going so wrong, and some days I can’t believe this is my life, and I get to have it and be in my body and experience it. God is good. All the time.”

The SOS songstress has been having an incredible start to 2024. After making massive wins at the Grammys, she also shared some new tunes for fans. At midnight on Feb. 23, SZA surprise-released her new single “Saturn.” It was initially featured in a Mastercard commercial during the 2024 Grammys and marked her first solo offering of the year.

Paramedic sentenced to five years in prison for death of Elijah McClain
A paramedic convicted of fatally dosing Elijah McClain with the controlled sedative ketamine will spend five years in prison, according to a sentence doled out in court on Friday (March 1). Peter Cichuniec was found guilty of criminally negligent homicide and second degree assault during his trial in December.

The young Elijah was walking home with a plastic bag and iced tea when he was approached by police responding to reports of a suspicious person wearing a ski mask. The harrowing interactions, which were captured by the officers’ body cameras, showed that the Black man was wrestled and placed in a chokehold, causing him to lose consciousness.
When paramedics arrived at the scene, Elijah was administered two doses of the powerful sedative. Cichuniec admitted to administering the second dose of 500 mg, which was determined to be enough to sedate a 200-pound person. Elijah weighed 143 pounds. While en route to a hospital, he suffered a heart attack and died three days later.

“It is impossible to unremember the video and images of Elijah McClain’s suffering in the last minutes of his young life,” said Adams County Judge Mark Warner. After learning his fate, Cichuniec said that he wished he could tell the man’s mother that her son was going to be okay. Sheneen McClain, Elijah’s mother, read her emotionally charged statement, saying in part, “Reality is that they could have done something simply by just saying stop hurting my patient; instead, they chose to make the situation worse for my son and implicating themselves in my son’s murder by attempting to cover up the brutality of my son’s murder with a chemical sedative.”

After court, through tears, she spoke with 9News about the sentencing. “I don’t know what’s worse, having to wait this long, having to see justice continue, having people get paid for my pain. I don’t know, I don’t know what’s worse, but I’m not okay. I never will be,” she said.

The grieving mother continued, “They had an opportunity to save him. He was speaking; he was talking when they got there. It doesn't make any sense for them to be so disrespectful to my son’s life and to lie on the stand and think it’s nothing… They didn’t intervene. They didn’t call foul. They did nothing to stop the brutality of my son, and then, even worse, they injected him with something that would completely kill him. If Elijah had survived, he would not remember what happened to him because of ketamine. They attempted to do exactly what they did; they are accomplices to my son’s murder.”

She would go on to criticize the system, saying that “nothing stops their hatred, nothing stops the racism, and nothing stops their evil protocols and practices. We mean nothing to them.” Co-defendant Jeremy Cooper was also convicted of criminally negligent homicide in December and will be sentenced in April.
