#MAGFAB: Anne Hathaway for Porter Magazine!
She’s the multifaceted, Oscar-winning actor who first shot to fame in The Princess Diaries before going on to become a style icon in The Devil Wears Prada and a singing sensation in Les Misérables. Now, ANNE HATHAWAY is showing another side to her many talents in the supremely stylish psychological thriller Eileen, a sinister, twisty tale of power dynamics and obsession. Here, she talks to TYLER McCALL about being as proudly ambitious as ever, her viral fashion moments, and no longer worrying about getting things right

In summer of last year, a pop-culture phenomenon was sparked: the renaissance of Anne Hathaway, or the ‘Hathaissance’, as it was soon dubbed by the internet. But it wasn’t just the actor’s roster of enduringly cult movies and characters being discovered by a new generation of fans. In fact, it was her headline-hitting fashion choices that had ushered in a new era of Anne. There was the blue patent-leather Gucci mini dress she wore to Cannes; the hot-pink sequinned dress and platform pumps for Valentino Garavani’s couture show in Rome; the brown croc Michael Kors trench, which earned comparisons to her The Devil Wears Prada protagonist, to name just a few.

“I feel like I lived in a space for a really long time where I was so afraid of doing it wrong and so tightly connected to the idea of doing it right,” Hathaway admits, today cutting a stylish form over lunch in a post-dance-class uniform of jeans and a ballet-wrap sweater. While she had long frequented best-dressed lists, reaching a point of feeling confident to play freely with fashion came after two decades in the industry. “It makes not a damn bit of difference if you do it right or wrong. The point is, are you having a good time? Do you feel like yourself? And is it working with you?”

Hathaway’s back catalog of blockbusters like Brokeback Mountain and Interstellar have established her as one of Hollywood’s most in-demand actors. But for the millennial and Gen-Z set, who grew up watching and re-watching coming-of-age movies such as The Princess Diaries series and The Devil Wears Prada, she represents more than just a powerhouse talent – she’s something of an older-sister figure. It’s a mantle she’s happy to wear.

“It makes not a damn bit of DIFFERENCE if you do it right or wrong. The POINT is, are you having a GOOD time? Do you feel like yourself?”
“It is such a sweet feeling to know that you’re kind of woven into someone’s life. I can’t describe the honor of knowing that I’m involved in the moments where people need comfort,” she says. “It makes me really excited that my journey as a performer has connected with people. I love [when] projects have a life beyond their initial release.”

The ‘Hathaissance’ red-carpet looks that ignited a new phase in her career were the result of a partnership with stylist Erin Walsh, who she calls “one of my great loves”. The energy and joy Hathaway has brought to the fashion world is infectious; a four-second video of her dancing to Lady Marmalade at a Valentino Garavani after-party in January went viral for a reason. So, unsurprisingly to most of us, brands like Bulgari and Shiseido have lined up to tap in to her pulling power. She even took over the hosting honors at the recent CFDA Awards, after Sarah Jessica Parker had to drop out a few days before. Hathaway’s sartorial influence is undeniable. But, still, she was shocked when Versace asked her to serve as the face of its Versace Icons campaign.

#RHOA: Shereé Whitfield Blows Up After Real Housewife of Dubai Comes for Her Fashion During Tense WWHL Moment
Andy Cohen was beside himself when Real Housewives of Dubai cast member Lesa Milan targeted Shereé Whitfield over her fashion, leading the Real Housewives of Atlanta legend to strut her stuff runway-style in one high heel and one sandal, due to an injury.

It was a visual no one expected, and that probably includes Shereé Whitfield herself. But The Real Housewives of Atlanta suddenly found herself showing off her designer gown with a foot injury after some "top-tier" shade flew her way.
It all went down during a Housewives session at The Reading Room during BravoCon over the weekend. Andy Cohen filmed a lot of these extra sessions during the convention and has been sharing them as special Watch What Happens Live installments this week.

On Wednesday, fans were treated to one of the most hilarious runway walks in perhaps the entire history of the network after Andy asked the generic question, "Who's most likely to have fake designer duds in their closet?"

He randomized the recipient of the question with a flashing spotlight, but it was after it landed on Real Housewives of Dubai cast member Lesa Milan that all hell broke loose. She did not even hesitate or shy away from the question.
She did, at least, acknowledge that her answer was "bad" before blurting it out anyway: "Okay, I'm gonna say Shereé Whitfield."

Immediately, Shereé was on her feet, one adorned in a stunning high heel to match her designer gown. The other in what could generously be described as a sandal or even a flip-flop. She actually spent much of the Con in a wheelchair after "a little altercation with a golf cart," as she told attendees.

Shereé was definitely not steady, but she nevertheless strutted her wobbly stuff as best she could, hilariously bobbing up and down from the hell to the flat sandal as she made her way across the Lesa.

"$10,000 Alexander McQueen, baby," she said in response to being accused of having knockoff designer clothes. "Never. Never, honey."
Andy about fell out of his chair in laughter and delight, but he did help her out by asking her who made the gorgeous dress she was wearing. "Alexander McQueen," Shereé replied proudly.
"But Andy, Andy," Lesa interjected from the end of the dais. "Alexander McQueen or Alexander Sheen?"

This set everyone off, with Kenya Moore jumping up and shouting, "Shots fired! Shots fired!" After everyone had calmed, Andy asked Kenya her "review," since she definitely knows a thing or two about being shady.
"That was top-tier shade," Kenya replied. Even Shereé didn't seem able to stay completely made about it, having to acknowledge the "top-tier" when she heard it.

Andy also noted that this moment created a completely unexpected BravoCon trend as it was the second time a Housewife from Dubai had thrown shade at one of the Atlanta queens.
In another shady session, he'd asked Dubai's Chanel Ayan who has the worst fashion sense, and she really did take her time looking at all the ladies on stage before settling on Phaedra Parks.

Phaedra echoed another comment Shereé made in her rebuttal when she shot back, "Well, I own most of my clothes." Shereé had said that not only is every outfit she's worn hanging in her closet, she's got the receipts.

Chanel countered Phaedra by saying that as a model she gets paid to wear designer clothes for appearances such as this. "It is my job to look fabulous," she quipped. In the end, though, Phaedra got in the last burn and the audience chanting her name.

Meagan Good Shuts Down Plastic Surgery Speculation After Sharing Thirst Trap
Meagan Good did not let people diminish her hard work in the gym by accusing her of getting plastic surgery. The actress portraying Jocelyn Jablonski in horror movie "Day Shift" shut down rumor suggesting that she underwent Brazilian butt lift after sharing a thirst trap.

On Monday, November 13, the 42-year-old actress made use of her Instagram page to deny the speculation. In the comments section of her new post featuring the thirst trap, she penned, "Nah homie. That's a 42-year-old petite 'I worked for that' gym booty." She was replying to a comment that read, "The new BBL looking [a flame emoji]."

In the post, Meagan uploaded a never-before-seen video documenting her fun day out at a beach. In the footage, she was filmed proudly flaunting her jaw-dropping hourglass figure in a tiny yellow bra top that came with black patterns all over it and a halterneck design. She also donned a pair of skimpy matching undies.

To cover her eyes from direct harsh sunlight, the "Shazam! Fury of the Gods" actress put on a pair of brown sunglasses. In addition, her black hair, which was long enough to reach her lower back, was styled into curls and let loose.
Meagan could be seen dancing while stepping her feet on the sand and getting near to the water. At one point, she gazed at the eye-catching beach view and put both of her hands up in the air. She then jumped a little, exposing her pert derriere.

The footage also saw her striking a number of poses on the beach. She was seen taking her time to enjoy the apparently peaceful area while lying on a beach side chair. She showed off her feet and toenails, which were polished in white color.
It did not take long for the post to be flooded with positive online responses from Instagram users. In the comments section, singer Halle Bailey let out a slew of smiling faces with heart eyes emojis. Another user praised, "She looks happier and more FREE to be her full authentic self! [smiling face with heart eyes emoji]."

Similarly, a third joined in, "Yesssss I love it !!!! And lets get into this hair baby!!! [red heart emoji]" A fourth exclaimed, "Thank God I'm a black woman, I look forward to my 40s. The girls look GOOD." A fifth marveled, "You knowwwww I was WAITING to chime in… booty looks so good they think it's a BBL!!!! Thats called #builtnotbought folks! GIT INTO IT!!!!"

Victoria Monét Gets Ultimate Janet Jackson Co-Sign During ‘Jaguar’ Tour Stop In London
2023 has been Victoria Monét‘s year, and it’s not slowing down anytime soon. The beloved singer-songwriter recently earned a whopping seven Grammy nominations for 2024, just days before her biggest inspiration, Janet Jackson, watched her perform during the penultimate show of the Jaguar Tour in London.

Captioned with a video she captured during the dynamic show, Jackson wrote on Instagram, “Victoria, I’m so happy for you! Congratulations on all your success. May God continue to bless you and hold you close. [Love] J.”
While still grappling with the surreal moment, Monét responded on her Instagram, writing “Umm.. I am having a hard time wrapping my heart around the fact that you spent your night at my show when you’re one of the BIGGEST inspirations for it!! For my artistry at all!”

The Sacramento native continued, “I can’t thank you enough for who you are and what you’ve done but I’ll spend my life trying! I love you SO very much and thank you for the love, the long hug, and the eye contact tonight I am over the moon with joy and gratitude! Thank you Icon, Idol, Queen, Ms. Jackson!! Forever yours – Victoria [brown heart emoji] God is the GOAT.”

Not only did the youngest of the Jackson family share the sweet message, she also posted three snippets from the show of Monét performing her Grammy-nominated hit, “On My Mama,” as well as “F.U.C.K.” and “Stop (Askin’ Me 4Shyt).”

Singer Bobbi Storm Reprimanded By Delta Employee For Talking, Singing On Flight
Delta Airlines and singer, Bobbi Storm, have both received backlash from social media for an incident that took place on a recent flight.
Bobbi was reprimanded by a “flight leader” for continuously talking and trying to sing her new Gospel song to passengers — after learning that she was Grammy-nominated with Maverick City.

Storm posted footage to Instagram on Friday (Nov. 10), where she stood up during the flight to “sing for the Lord.” She declared, “I’m doing what the Lord is telling me to do,” after being asked to “take her seat” and lower her voice several times by the employee. She also wrote in her comment section that she’s “sang on over 50 flights,” declaring that “there were NO LAWS broken here.”

After going back and forth, the flight leader warned her, “If you’re not able to follow my instructions, you will not be able to take this flight.” Bobbi eventually took her seat, but then proceeded to sing her Gospel song “We Can’t Forget Him” anyway, as passengers around her listened and awkwardly clapped.

Bobbi told passengers that she is “up for two Grammy’s” for featuring on Maverick City Music’s Grammy-nominated album The Maverick Way. She added vocals on the tracks, “Nobody Greater” and “Firm Foundation.”
The group has two nods for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for “God Problems” featuring Chandler Moore and Naomi Raine. They are also up for Best Gospel Album.

It has not been made clear what Bobbi’s second nomination is for, as the credited vocalists on “God Problems” only include Maverick members Brandon Lake, Maryanne J. George, Ryan Ofei, Noah Schnacky and the aforementioned Moore and Raine. Bobbi’s name also doesn’t appear in the composition or production credits.

YOU CAN WATCH THAT HERE:

Since the incident social media has become divided, with some siding with Delta’s claims of Bobbi disturbing passengers, and others supporting the singer for expressing her excitement.

“I’m a Christian and a Flight Att. The plane is not a STAGE…God tells us to do things descent & in order…congrats on the Grammy Nomination, but God is a God of order period!,” one person commented as another said, “This is one of the most egotistical things I’ve ever seen. You think because you’re Grammy nominated that rules don’t apply to you and the plane is your stage? Work on that ego sis.”

Someone else wrote, “Imagine the entitlement of thinking you are the only one with something that can bless folks and it happens to be in an airplane where they have no choice but to hear you because they can’t go anywhere?!? This is wildly out of pocket sis! You held these people hostage and used God’s name in a manipulative manner.”

On the flip side, producer Jazze Pha commented, “congratulations baby girl!!!! u gonna get itttt!!!!!” as someone else said, “Lmao he was trippin nobody was complaining about you except him. What a hater! Keep singing girl!”
On Monday (Nov. 13), Delta Airlines released a statement to USA Today that reads, “Delta has been in contact with the customer. For the safety of our customers and crew, it’s always important to follow crew instructions.”

In a follow-up video posted Saturday (Nov. 11), Storm claimed Delta apologized to her and also stated that there were “no rules being broken,” on the flight.
In her comments she urged people to not report the flight attendant as she doesn’t want him “to get fired,” but wants him to “learn a valuable lesson on how to treat other people.”

Chrisean Rock Deactivates Her Socials After Alleged Assault On James Wright Chanel

Chrisean Rock is taking a long overdue break from social media. On Sunday, the aspiring artist and reality TV star announced she was deactivating all of her pages.
She added, “Love ya! See y’all later 🫶🏽 God Bless 🙏🏽”
Chrisean Rock’s exit from the streets of social media came on the heels of her being accused of assaulting singer James Wright Chanel on the Los Angeles stop of Tamar Braxton’s Love & War Tour on Friday night.

According to LeTroy Davis, who is on Tamar’s team, Chrisean assaulted James because she was upset about not being able to perform at the show.

Chrisean Rock took to social media and seemingly sidestepped addressing whether or not she assaulted James.
She said, “I been brought up before and I know how it goes a certain way…false narratives saying ‘this happened,’ ‘she did that.’ I don’t know I think it’s a just a clout chasing thing…honestly I need to start protecting my name.”
James Wright Chanel also took to social media to speak after the alleged assault and claimed he was an “innocent bystander.”

He added, “All I did was went to work, Chile. Y’all already know what type of person I am…but let me tell you what ain’t nobody gone do…ain’t nobody gone take my joy, my praise, my worship. Y’all should see my f— face, and I still got joy.”

LeTroy Davis vowed to make sure Chrisean Rock is held accountable for allegedly assaulting James and “ruining” Tamar Braxton’s show.
Chrisean Rock is seemingly exiting social media until the heat dies down.  She’ll be back by the weekend.

‘Braxton Family Values’ Reportedly Is Making a Comeback

Braxton Family Values is said to be making a surprising return to WeTV, despite Tamar Braxton's previous vow to never work with the network again. Tamar had expressed her disdain for WeTV after her suicide attempt, alleging that the network ignored her cries for help and exploited her situation for the show.

The Braxton family's return may be due to negotiations that address past pay inequality issues, providing them with more comfortable contract terms. However, the reboot will be bittersweet without Traci Braxton, who passed away from esophageal cancer.

When Braxton Family Values ended in 2020, it seemed as if the series would never be seen again. The series premiered in 2011 and quickly became a hit amongs the viewers. The series followed sisters Toni, Traci, Towanda, Tamar,Trina, and matriarch Evelyn Braxton and focused on their careers and familial life. Fans loved watching the antics of the five siblings, and the series launched Tamar Braxton into the spotlight. Her outrageous quips, reads, and tantrums made great television, and for a while, it seemed as if WeTV had found its Kardashian equivalent. The sisters' impromptu songs became highlights for viewers and non-viewers alike, and soon enough, the series had made its mark on the pop culture zeitgeist.

Unfortunately, things were not always great between the Braxton family and WeTV. The network attempted to capitalize on Tamar’s popularity, leading to a spinoff that focused on Tamar’s marriage to Vincent Herbert and their work together as singer and producer. Tamar and Vince lasted five seasons, with the final season focused on the end of their marriage. With the show at an end, WeTV decided to develop a new Tamar-focused series, Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life! During this time, tensions also began arising between the network and the family. In the 6th season of the series, the Braxton sisters went on strike due to pay inequality. According to Towanda Braxton, the sisters were paid less than the camera operators, sharing, “The cameramen were making more than us. Let’s just say there’s a week of filming, a camera person out of the seven days works six. Every single day that camera person is getting paid $1,200 a day. Add that up, especially if we are out of the country, or if I am not local, then that’s per diem. But then even in between that per diem, they get fed. And then their lodging and all of that stuff is taken care of. Seven days can just make up for one episode and they are getting paid per day, and we are getting paid per episode.” The only sister who showed up to film the show was Traci, which led to unrest within the siblings. When the sisters finally returned, the show was canceled shortly after, with its final season being only 6 episodes, a stark contrast to its usual season length of 26 episodes.

The news of BFV’s return to WeTV is immensely surprising, to say the least. While everything is still a rumor right now, The Jasmine Brand shared the announcement from their personal sources, sharing that the reboot will be available through WeTV. Tamar Braxton has been vocal about her disdain of WeTV since her suicide attempt in 2020. Tamar alleged that she went to the network for mental health help and was ignored by the people in charge. Her ire was further raised when they used her suicide attempt as a storyline in the show. Tamar has said repeatedly that she will never work with WeTV again, so what’s changed now? One guess is that they may have been able to negotiate contracts that explicitly list terms that the Braxtons will feel comfortable agreeing to. Given the pay discrepancy issues they’ve had in the past, this type of deal would make their return to the network make more sense. Here’s hoping that they are getting the pay they deserve this time around; fans everywhere are ready for more classic Braxton sibling moments, even though one sibling will be noticeably absent. Traci Braxton passed away in 2022 from esophageal cancer. With this fact, should the story of their return to WeTV be true, there will be a bittersweet element to the reboot.

Ariana Grande And Ethan Slater Leave Fans In Shock After Posing Together On Broadway Date Night
Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater have been photographed together on their latest outing. The pair posed for a picture backstage at "Gutenberg! The Musical!" during their Broadway date night over the weekend.
The former Nickelodeon star and the Broadway actor spent their Sunday, November 12 by watching the show at the James Earl Jones Theater. In some snaps shared by the show's actor Andrew Rannells, he took a picture backstage with the pair and his co-star Josh Gad.

The four stars were all smiles in the snap as Ariana and Ethan stood apart with Andrew standing between them. Ethan was also sandwiched between Josh and Andrew without Ariana joining them in another photo.

"We had some big fun in Schlimmer yesterday! Spamalot's Ethan Slater AND Michael Urie! Two great guys to eat dreams with. Plus Ariana Grande! It was a perfect Sunday," Andrew wrote in the caption. Returning the favor, he promoted Ethan's musical as adding, "Go see Spamalot!"
In the comments section, fans went wild over Andrew's low-key way of debuting Ariana and Ethan as a couple on Instagram. "Andrew Rannells hard launching Ethan and Ariana was NOT on my bingo card but I'm so here for it," one person reacted to the post.

Another remarked, "the ariana and ethan hard launch." Seemingly not anticipating it, a third admitted, "andrew rannells hard launching ariana and ethan is insane and was certainly not on my 2023 bingo card."
Ariana was previously seen attending the first preview of Ethan's upcoming musical "Spamalot" in New York City. On October 31, the "7 Rings" songstress was seen at the St James Theatre to watch the preview of the Monty Python musical revival with two of her best friends, Elizabeth Gillies and Doug Middlebrook.

While in attendance, the 30-year-old was not hesitant to put on a "Spamalot" paper crown that was handed out to the audience. She was also kind enough to take pictures with fans outside the theatre.
Ariana has been supporting her beau since they reportedly moved in together in New York. "Ethan informed his friends and soon-to-be ex-wife [Lilly Jay] that he's living with Ariana full-time in New York," a source told Us Weekly earlier in October.

The pair first sparked dating rumors in July after filming "Wicked" together in London. In October, Ariana quietly and amicably reached divorce settlement with her ex-husband Dalton Gomez. Meanwhile, Ethan is currently in divorce process with his estranged wife Lilly.

Pop singer Pink will give away 2,000 banned books at Miami area concerts this week

Pink will give away 2,000 banned books at her South Florida shows this week in partnership with the literary and free expression advocacy group PEN America.
Fans who attend the Miami and Sunrise, Florida, stops of the singer-songwriter’s “Trustfall Tour” Tuesday and Wednesday will receive a copy of some of the books that have appeared on PEN America’s Index of Banned Books.

“I’m a voracious reader, and I’m a mom of two kids who are also voracious readers,” Pink said during a livestream on Instagram on Sunday.  “And I can’t imagine my own parents telling me what my kids can and cannot read, let alone someone else’s parents, let alone someone else that doesn’t even have children that are deciding what my children can read.”
Fans will receive copies of “The Family Book” by Todd Parr, “The Hill We Climb” by Amanda Gorman, “Beloved” by Toni Morrison, or one of the books from the “Girls Who Code” series by the nonprofit that shares the same name.

The singer said she decided to join PEN America and local bookstore, Books & Books, to give away books because she wanted to highlight the rising wave of book bans in Florida
“It’s especially hateful to see authorities take aim at books about race and racism and against LGBTQ authors and those of color. We have made so many strides toward equality in this country and no one should want to see this progress reversed,” Pink said in a statement shared by PEN America.

Suzanne Nossel, CEO of PEN America, said she was thankful the singer decided to join the cause during the livestream Sunday.
“This is a wave that is taking over our country, our schools, our libraries. [They] are going after books about children of color, stories of LGBTQ families, books about babies, about animals,” Nossel said during the stream. “This is censorship in its purest form. It is meant to suppress narratives that we need here as a pluralistic society and so we have to push back.”

PEN America says its data showed that Florida had the highest number of book ban cases, more than 1,400, and the largest number of school districts, 33, removing books in the last school year.

Keke Palmer's Mom 'Responds' to Darius Jackson Abuse Claims
Keke Palmer's mother has spoken out amid her daughter's ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson's restraining order.
Sharon Palmer, mother to actress and singer Keke Palmer, has spoken out following the claims that Keke's ex-boyfriend and baby daddy Darius Jackson is alleged to have physically and emotionally abused her.

Keke has been granted a temporary restraining order against Darius, who she says there has been “many instances of physical violence” with Jackson, in conjunction with “harassment” and “other physical and emotional abuse.”
Now, Keke's mom Sharon has responded on Instagram, claiming she had spoken to Sarunas (Darius's brother) about Darius's behaviour over a year ago.

What has Keke Palmer's mother Sharon said about Darius Jackson?
Keke's mother Sharon 'Shayla' tends to stay out of the limelight, however took to Instagram to release a video statement regarding the abuse allegations of Darius from her daughter.
Sharon responded to a since-deleted tweet of Darius' brother Sarunas Jackson, seemingly making defamatory comments towards Darius.

His tweet read: “The most disgusting, vile, abusive, manipulative person I have EVER encountered in my entire life.. Abuses almost everyone. Y’all will see."
However, Keke Palmer's mother has since fought back and claimed she spoke to Sarunas about his brother more than a year ago.
Her comments read: "For Sarunas Jackson to post on his Twitter the ridiculous stuff that he’s posted, when he knew his brother was abusive…"

She said to the camera: "I went to Sarunas over a year ago, and told him that his brother was abusive to my daughter, and he said, ‘Well, I used to be like that too.’"
In the post's caption, Sharon wrote, “I dare you , mess with my family. family means everything to me ! you and your family act like sociopaths and like the world can’t see it. you are phony ! and i saw you from day one."
"My daughter is kind and our family treated you with kindness and this is how you treat it. i won’t take this laying down anymore IM DONE !”

Usher brings Jermaine Dupri on stage during recent Las Vegas residency performance

On Sunday (Nov. 12), Jermaine Dupri took to social media to share footage of a linkup with Usher, who brought the hip hop mogul on stage during a recent Las Vegas residency performance. As the crowd looked on, Usher broke down the musical journey that eventually brought them together.

“Found my way there with Puff,” the singer said, referring to his earlier days with Sean “Diddy” Combs. “LaFace Records is the home of so many incredible artists, whether it was TLC, or whether it was OutKast, or any of the amazing artists, right?”
He continued, “But then I made my way back to Atlanta after trying all of that, and I said, ‘Man, it was meant for us to work together.’ But I wanna do things my way,” Usher expressed before the 1997 hit “My Way” came on, leading the collaborators to break out some dance moves to the delight of everyone else in attendance.

2023 marks the 30th anniversary of Dupri’s So So Def Records, a label that helped to propel Xscape, Da Brat, Kris Kross, and Jagged Edge to stardom during the ’90s. The reign would continue in subsequent decades, much in part thanks to Bow Wow, Bone Crusher, Anthony Hamilton, Dem Franchize Boyz, and more. Dupri himself enjoyed a rap career of his own, beginning with his platinum-certified debut LP, Life In 1472.

In an interview with REVOLT, Dupri gave his take on why the South doesn’t get the credit that it deserves within the culture. “I just think that it gets left out of the conversation a lot of times because of media,” he explained. “I think the media plays the biggest role because the majority of the media outlets that ran hip hop in the ’90s were from New York and Los Angeles. It wasn’t really nobody from Atlanta that was really driving media. It was nobody from Dallas, TX — or Texas period — that was driving media that you had to pay attention to.”

R. Kelly Sues Tasha K & Federal Prison Bureau For Leaking His Personal Information
Tasha K has another lawsuit on her hands; this time, it’s coming from behind bars.
R. Kelly is suing the notorious YouTuber for offering information to her massive following that hurt his reputation. This includes details about his romantic partners, which Tasha spoke at length about in her 2019 video, “R. Kelly Can’t Control his Girlfriends while Behind Bars.” Additionally, the “Ignition” singer is going after the U.S. government and several Bureau of Prisons employees, believing that they supplied Tasha with damaging information. This includes many of his recorded phone calls, emails, and visitation history.

One of the claims made in the lawsuit is regarding an unnamed officer who accessed the prison’s TruView system to obtain Kelly’s records without official reason. That person allegedly scanned documents from Kelly’s records and emailed them to multiple people, one of them being Tasha K. An investigation into this act did not result in the officer being fired. The suit also mentions the Washington Post’s 2022 report about Kelly having $25,000 in his commissary balance. This money was ultimately seized and given to victims of his sexual assaults.

Kelly is accusing the prison, along with Tasha, of inflicting emotional distress and negligence upon him. He claims officers illegally accessed and leaked his personal prison information and, in turn, violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Kelly is seeking unspecified damages in the case.

Prior to the lawsuit, Tasha went back and forth with Kelly about his accusations against her. She has not addressed the latest case, as she is still preoccupied with her separate legal battle with Cardi B, who also sued her for defamation and making false claims on her embattled YouTube channel.

More money, more problems for your Miss Tasha.
