#RHOA: Shereé Whitfield’s Son Kairo Is a Dad: Details
Get ready, because Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta will include many life changes for the cast, including Shereé Whitfield. The RHOA cast member has added a new title to her résumé: grandma.

The new season of RHOA, premiering on Sunday, May 7, will take fans inside Shereé’s next chapter as a glamma after her son, Kairo Whitfield, welcomed a baby girl into the family.

The Season 15 press release adds about Shereé’s journey: “Shereé is stepping into her greatness after suffering public humiliation when her last relationship didn’t go as planned. But she didn’t let that get in the way of giving love a second chance with the new man in her life, Martell Holt. However, as she faces an unexpected health issue, she will have to shift all her focus. Will there be enough Shereé to go around?”

Fans have long followed Shereé’s family, including her son, Kairo, who appeared on RHOA all the way back in Season 1. During a Season 14 episode of RHOA, it was revealed that he was working with Tyler Perry after graduating from Morehouse College in 2020.

Shereé, of course, is a proud mom to three adult kids. In addition to Kairo, she has two daughters, Tierra and Kaleigh. “Being a single mom who’s raised three kids on her own, I know the difficulty and how hard it can be,” she said in an interview in that same Season 14 episode. “That’s a lot of responsibility and a lot of work.”

Shereé’s Season 15 BravoTV.com bio offers a hint at how she does it all, including making time for her adult kids (and now grandkid!) amid her many other ventures: “Shereé Whitfield is back, and Chateau Shereé is complete! A mother, author, and entrepreneur, Shereé finds time to stay committed to her daily fitness regimen and maintains her status as a sophisticated woman on the Atlanta social scene. She effortlessly balances her packed calendar, her fashion line, and her life at home with her children, Kairo, Kaleigh, and Tierra. After years of perfecting joggers and more, SHE by Shereé is launching with a splash.”

#NewMusic from Chlöe Releases Debut Album “In Pieces”
R&B sensation Chlöe has just released her debut album “In Pieces” via Parkwood/Columbia Records.
The project is over three years in the making and has been highly anticipated among music fans. “In Pieces” showcases songs written, arranged and executive produced by Chlöe.

The 14-track album features collaborations from Missy Elliott, Future and Chris Brown.

Launching alongside the album is the official video for “Cheatback” featuring Future and a cameo by Joey Bada$$, which you can watch below.

In speaking about her album, Chlöe adds:
“I saw a photo of a porcelain doll 3 years ago, holding her heart in her hand and from then, I said this will be my album cover… In Pieces is for the ones who behind closed doors are breaking and don’t know how much more they can take. In Pieces is for the ones who hold the people up around them while barely holding up themselves. In Pieces is for the people who continue to get stabbed in the back, heart broken by the ones they thought they could trust, but STILL that doesn’t change their heart and how they love. In Pieces is for the ones like me, who wear their outer shell so well that you’d have no idea what they’re going through. I hope this project brings healing to those who listen, as it’s been completely therapeutic for me and I can’t wait to share my heart with you, literally.”

The R&B songstress will also be kicking off her first-ever headline tour in North America this spring.

#HipHopNews: J. Cole Celebrates Drake's 'Greatness' At Dreamville Festival
It was a historic night for hip-hop as J. Cole and Drake came together at Dreamville Fest.
As promised, the rap titans closed out Sunday’s festival with a co-headlining set at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Taking the “Shine” stage, Cole kicked things off around 9:30 p.m. with his 2010 single “Who Dat” before running through his catalog with hits like “Middle Child,” “a lot,” and “Power Trip.” He was also joined by his Dreamville family including J.I.D, Bas, EarthGang, Cozz, Lute, and Omen.

About 30 minutes into his set, the moment fans had been waiting for finally arrived when Cole brought out Drake, who opened his performance with “SICKO MODE” and continued with cuts like “Headlines,” “HYFR,” and “Marvins Room.”
“My brother told me to do some songs you don’t normally perform,” Drake told the crowd.

Drake then brought out his own surprise guests, starting with GloRilla, who performed “F.N.F. (Let’s Go).” Lil Uzi Vert had the crowd singing along to “XO TOUR LIf3” and “Just Wanna Rock” before the “boss” Lil Wayne joined Drake for “The Motto” as well as “Uproar” and “A Milli.” 21 Savage and Drake then served up their collaborations including “Knife Talk” and Her Loss‘s “Rich Flex.”
“My brother asked me to show up here like a year ago. I’m trying to do the best I can do for you,” Drake said while wearing a UNC Asheville Bulldogs jersey.

He capped off his performance by playing Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You,” a tradition started by Lil Wayne at his shows.

“The greatest rapper in the world used to do this at his show every night,” said Drake. “I’ma play this next song and if you love this man like I love this man, you’ll sing as loud as you can.”

As fans sang along and lit up the sky with their phones, Cole returned to the stage to give Drake his flowers.

“This man right here bro, I’m such a fan and I feel like I’m speaking for all of us when I say this bro, we are fu**ing wowed, amazed, blown away by your greatness,” he said. “It gives a ni**a chills to see you do this at the highest level, non-stop, and constantly serve us and bless us with the fu**ing soundtrack to our lives. I’m blown away by your greatness, bro.”

The two-day Dreamville Fest also included performances from Summer Walker, Burna Boy, GloRilla, and Usher, who pranked fans with a Beyoncé-inspired April Fools’ joke.

NCAA national championship: UConn wins fifth title, blowing out San Diego State
NCAA national championship: UConn wins fifth title, blowing out San Diego State
The Huskies have their fifth national title.
After a thoroughly dominant run through the NCAA tournament, No. 4 UConn delivered an emphatic exclamation point on Monday night, handling No. 5 San Diego State, 76-59.

The Huskies came within a few points of being the most dominant team in tournament history. They beat Iona by 24, St. Mary’s by 15, Arkansas by 23, Gonzaga by 28 and Miami by 13 before Monday’s matchup with the Aztecs. They would’ve needed to beat San Diego State by 26 in order to break the all-time tournament record for point differential, but the Aztecs kept it respectable in the second half.

San Diego State had a brief flash of success to open the game before an elongated cold streak in the first half as it went without a field goal for over 11 minutes. UConn took advantage and carried a 36-24 lead into the break. The Aztecs would keep it interesting until late in the second half, even cutting the deficit to five points with just over five minutes left in the game. But the Huskies found their footing when it mattered and ran away with the game late.

Tristen Newton led the Huskies with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Adama Sanogo added 17 points and 10 rebounds and was named the Final Four's Most Outstanding Player.

Music producer claims Chris Brown hit him over the head with bottle in nightclub attack
A man has claimed singer Chris Brown attacked him at a London nightclub
A music producer has claimed singer Chris Brown hit him over the head with a bottle in a London nightclub.

The unnamed man alleged he was hit with a bottle before being kicked and punched as he lay on the ground at The Tape club in Mayfair on February 19.
He claims R&B singer Chris, 33, "launched the assault" on him whilst he was allegedly at the club with his entourage during his UK tour.

The music producer alleges he was taken to hospital following the incident and needed crutches to walk once he was discharged.

"He hit me over the head two or three times," the alleged victim said.
"My knee collapsed as well. He's making out it was one of his entourage but it was him.

"I've spoken to the police and they hope to resolve the matter soon. It's now in the hands of my solicitor and I can't comment further," they told The Sun.

According to the newspaper, Chris Brown had voluntarily offered to go to a police station for questioning.

Yet sources say the singer did not meet with officers and is now back in the US.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called at approximately 04:40hrs on Sunday, 19 February following reports of man assaulted at a venue in Hanover Square, W1.

"The man attended hospital and was discharged following treatment to his injuries.
"Two men were due to attend a police station for a voluntary interview on Wednesday, 29 March, but did not attend.

"Enquiries are ongoing to locate them. There have been no arrests."

Kandi And Tiny Explain Why LaTocha Scott Won’t Be Reuniting With Xscape Anytime Soon
Xscape group mates Kandi Burruss and Tameka “Tiny” Harris took to Burruss’ YouTube show Speak On It Sunday to share their thoughts on sisters Tamika and LaTocha Scott’s recent videos aimed at each other, as well as LaTocha’s husband, Rocky Bivens, and his alleged shady practices of receiving kickbacks for their shows, as revealed on the latest episode of SWV & XSCAPE: The Queens Of R&B.

Burruss and Harris both dissected the scene, wherein LaTocha reacted with shock and disbelief when confronted with text messages alleging her husband made side deals with a promoter. According to the texts, LaTocha was aware of the under-the-table arrangements.

While the gospel artist denied any wrongdoing and insinuated that the messages were fake, both Kandi and Tiny confirm their validity, saying things that were mentioned within the text exchanges actually happened.

Tiny also recalled LaTocha insisting Kandi return to the group while the pair and Tamika toured as Xscape 3. Her insistence was surprising, as LaTocha and Kandi never quite got along, and the trio was pulling in big money without the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star. They now believe the promoter told Rocky he wouldn’t be paid his separate fee if all four women didn’t perform.

“It didn’t make no sense to us, but now that we read the text messages, it all comes together,” Tiny said before Kandi added, “Because they was getting some extra money on the side.”

When asked if anyone else’s husband is involved in making group decisions, the ladies agree that while their men will share their opinions, they never attempt to make decisions for the group or be paid for anything Xscape does, whether they help out occasionally or not.

“We just want it to be where our men play the background and let us kind of handle it as four women, but we can never do that,” Tiny said, referring to Rocky. “That’s why, also, when you think about reuniting, it just seems like it will never be…”

“TRUST!” Kandi interjects before Tiny agrees. “Yeah, be able to happen because there will never be a time when I feel like she is not going to let…you know, that’s her manager…everything goes through him. I just don’t think we’ll be able to work together at the end of the day.”

Arrested in South Beach, Luther Campbell's son faces aggravated assault charges
MIAMI - The son of 'Uncle Luke,' well-known South Florida rapper and activist Luther Campbell, was arrested on Tuesday on South Beach near the Big Pink restaurant.
Luther Campbell Jr. was arrested by Miami Beach police and is being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting without violence.

During bond court, authorities said Campbell approached the victims aggressively while holding a knife in his right hand asking them, "What did you say?! What did you say?!"
The victims took steps back, fearing for their lives. They later identified Campbell as the person who made the threats against them.

After searching Campbell, police said they found a knife in his right pocket.

The judge issued $6,000 bond for both charges and since Campbell is on probation, he will have to face another judge on Thursday.

Campbell, who told the court he could not afford a private attorney, was ordered to stay away from the victims and not have contact directly or indirectly with them.

The judge issued Campbell to stay away 500 feet from the victims' workplace or school at all times.
Back in November of 2018, Campbell faced charges of grand theft auto, controlled substance possession and knowingly driving with a suspended license.

Barbie Ferreira on why she left ‘Euphoria’ and not wanting to be ‘the fat best friend’
Months after Barbie Ferreira announced that she would not return to HBO Max’s “Euphoria,” the actor and model revealed this week the real reason she left the hit series, a move she called a “mutual decision.”

In a Monday episode of podcast “Armchair Expert With Dax Shepard,” Ferreira said that both she and show creator Sam Levinson felt that her popular supporting character, the body-conscious Kat Hernandez, was no longer a fit for where the show was headed.

“I think my character, who I love dearly, I don’t think there was a place for her to go,” she said on the podcast. “I really wanted to be be able to not be the fat best friend.”
After taking a backseat in Season 2, Barbie Ferreira is now leaving ‘Euphoria’

Ferreira added that during the filming of Season 2 of “Euphoria,” she and Levinson struggled “to find continuation of her” character. She said it was “actually really hurtful” seeing fans’ negative reaction to her character — who some saw as lacking depth and relegated to a sidekick — overshadowed by larger arcs on the show.

“I just felt like maybe I had overstayed my welcome a little bit,” she said. “I [knew] that what would happen would be something that wouldn’t fit into the show — it wouldn’t do her justice, so might as well leave on a high, do my own thing.”

Ferreira’s Kat quickly became a fan favorite, debuting in Season 1 as an unsure teenager who looked to seedy corners of the internet to take back control of her body and sex life. The first season also followed her romance with her classmate Ethan (Austin Noah Abrams).

The second season seemed to have more of Kat in store, but plot points about her complicated self-acceptance journey and her dwindling relationship with Ethan were cut short and took a back seat to other characters. When Ferreira announced in August that she wouldn’t return for a third season, fans were quick to blame Levinson for her exit.

In February, the Daily Beast reported allegations of a toxic workplace, including long, late-night shoots and disorganized set days under Levinson. The news outlet also reported that there was tension between Ferreira and Levinson, leading the actor allegedly to walk off set. In March, however, Ferreira dismissed the so-called drama as “untrue.”

Although Ferreira called walking away from the show “freeing,” she admitted that “it obviously hurts, ’cause I love Kat and she’s so important to me and I think to a lot of people ... and it was a character I had never seen on TV before, and I don’t know if we’ll ever get something like that in that specific way.”

And despite the amicable nature of her exit, she acknowledged that she and Levinson had their differences: “Sam writes for things that he relates to. I don’t think he relates to Kat. I relate to Kat. So I have to go on my own path.”

Ferreira said it was scary, at first, leaving a franchise as large as “Euphoria.”

But she quickly found other roles. Last year, she appeared in Jordan Peele’s critically acclaimed science-fiction horror “Nope.” She is also set to star in a remake of the horror film series “Faces of Death”; an Amazon Prime psychological thriller, “House of Spoils,” alongside Oscar-winning Ariana DeBose; and an upcoming drag comedy-drama, “The Young King.”

Shaq Slams Commentators Who Called Angel Reese 'Classless' and an 'Idiot'
Shaquille O’Neal has come to the defense of fellow LSU forward Angel Reese after facing criticism for taunting Iowa’s Caitlin Clark in the waning moments of the Tigers’ 102-85 victory over the Hawkeyes in the Women’s National Championship game Sunday.

Reese, who was named the Most Outstanding Player of the 2023 NCAA Women’s Championship, tried to get the attention of Clark, and use the “You Can’t See Me” gesture she has been seen using throughout the tournament. The display was harshly criticized by some, including white public commentators Keith Olbermann and Dave Portnoy calling the 20-year-old a “fucking idiot” and “classless piece of shit.”

Shaq took to Twitter to respond to their cruel remarks, writing “so is your mother” to Barstool Sports founder Portnoy and “shut your dumb ass up leave Angel Reese alone” to the Countdown with Keith Olbermann host.
Reese has since acknowledged the show of support from “Uncle Shaq,” who also attended LSU.

“Yeah my uncle Shaq don’t play bout me. Period,” she wrote.
Reese talked about the moment during her post-game press conference, hinting at how fans become suspiciously silent when certain people taunt an opponent, as opposed to others. “When other people do it, y’all don’t say nothing,” she explained. “So this is for the girls that look like me, that’s gonna speak on for what they believe in. It’s unapologetically you. And that’s what I did it for tonight.”

Adele's Inner Circle 'Convinced' Singer To Make Fiancé Rich Paul Sign Ironclad $340 Million Prenup
Adele's $240 million up-front Sin City gag is adding more fuel to the fire — or cash to the pile — when it comes to her prenuptial agreement with fiancé Rich Paul, which is already a "touchy subject," RadarOnline.com has learned.

"Adele has a few trust issues, which is normal for her, but bringing up a marital contract caused some friction between them," shared an insider.

"She believes in love, and she says talking about anything to do with money is a sure-fire romance killer. She was right," the source added.
Though it might make for an uncomfortable dinner conversation, having that chart is crucial for the star to protect herself.

In addition to the money from the Las Vegas residency, her four albums have raked in $31 million in sales, plus an extra $34 million in digital singles. And that's before you add in the hundreds of millions of dollars she's earned from tickets for her tours.

Then there's her tony real estate portfolio, which includes two townhouses in London valued at around $14 million and three Beverly Hills abodes totaling upwards of $30 million.

She and Rich, 41, also moved into a $58 million mansion that Adele reportedly funded last year. All in, her net worth is believed to be a staggering $220 million.

Rich has a deep pocketbook too. He's a top sports agent with clients like LeBron James and has an estimated worth of $120 million. "But he's more famous now because of Adele," spilled the insider.

"Her pals convinced her that the smart thing to do is to get an ironclad prenup," the source added.
That's sound advice, considering she seemingly didn't have one with her ex-husband, Simon Konecki. When the pair finalized their divorce in 2021, the Drop4Drop CEO, 48, was theoretically entitled to half of everything Adele made during their marriage.

While details of the settlement were never released, it did not include alimony.

"Now she just wants to play it safe," said the insider. "A prenup's signed, and Adele and Rich put it behind them... hopefully."

He then praised his parents for being his “two angels.”
“I feel y’all lifting me already. If there’s a heaven i know you sitting in VIP sippin’ the best wine jesus can make…” he wrote at the end of the post.

His nephew Craig Wayans left an uplifting comment under his uncle’s post.
“We ain’t lose but god gained an angel…” he said. “He lead his life with the word of god.”
Marlon Wayans further celebrated his father in a second Instagram post. He shared a photo of the patriarch sitting next to a glass of red wine.

“My man 50 grand. Every time I sip a good wine I’ll think of you,” he wrote in the caption.
Howell and Elvira Wayans led the talented family and shared 10 children together: Marlon, Diedra, Shawn, Damon, Keenen Ivory, Dwayne, Kim, Elvira, Nadia, Vonnie and Devonne.

“He has a firm seat next to jehovah…” he said in a post on April 1.
In a second post, the actor and television producer added, “Love you pops! Jehovah just gained another strong soldier.”
In her Instagram tribute, Diedra Wayans said, “My Heart is Heavy. I thank God for allowing Us to have so many years of love, memories and great parents.”

“Back together again. I can only imagine the joy y’all experienced seeing and holding each other again,” she added. “Miss y’all already. Until we meet again our love is for Infinity.”

Man Charged After Being Found on North Carolina A&T’s Campus With Hundreds of Rounds of Ammo, Several Guns, a Chicken Foot, Holy Water and Other Weapons
A man has been arrested and charged after police say he entered North Carolina A&T‘s campus with several guns and hundreds of rounds of ammunition.

Court docs show that Brandon James Bentley was arrested and charged Sunday, March 26, on several counts, including felony having a gun on educational property, felony having an explosive device on educational property, reckless driving, possessing a weapon on the educational property (not a gun), driving with a revoked license and carrying a concealed gun.

The 27-year-old was detained after police responded to A&T to assist campus police with a heavily armed person. They say the man, who has no affiliation with A&T, was chasing unarmed security guards on the campus.

Authorities say the man was found on the HBCU’s campus with a revolver, loaded handgun, a rifle, two shotguns, and several hundred rounds of ammunition, Fox8 News reports. Bentley was also caught with a “makeshift firework explosive,” a hatchet, a stun gun, brass knuckles, a machete, a dozen knives, “claws,” a baton, a sword, a “blowdart weapon,” and a crossbow. In addition to those weapons, police confiscated two “choking devices,” a window breaker, a chicken foot, pepper spray and “holy water.”

He appeared in court on March 27.

Fox8 News reports his bond was increased to $100,000.00, and a condition of his release was that he could not go on any educational property whatsoever.
