#RHOA: NeNe Leakes Is Accused Of Blowing Off Lawsuit Over Alleged $1k Debt from Photographer
Ex-Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes has been accused of blowing off a photographer’s lawsuit over an alleged unpaid invoice — and now the reality star is facing being hit with a default judgment, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the photographer Allison Miller and her company Photography By Ace are pleading with the judge to wrap up the case.
Miller said Leakes was served outside her $1.8 million condo in Atlanta back on July 24. As RadarOnline.com first reported, the lawsuit was filed against NeNe (real name: Linnethia Leakes) and her business, The Linnethia Lounge, in Gwinnett County Court.
In court documents, the company said they had invoiced NeNe and her club for work done but had not heard back. Despite numerous emails demanding payment, Photography by Ace said Leakes not only failed to make payment but “no longer is communicating on this matter.”
Leakes had claimed the photographer never worked for her or her lounge. As part of the suit, Miller attached two invoices that were sent to Leakes.
The first invoice was for a total of $500 for services provided on October 30 and 31, 2021 for a brunch and a Falcons Halloween party. The second invoice was for work done on November 12 and 13, 2021. The total was $500.
Leakes was served with the legal paperwork hours after it was filed in court. The process server said they stood outside Leake’s luxury condo building until she arrived.
The server said they handed the legal papers to Leakes as she exited her Blue 2020 Rolls Royce. “I delivered the documents to Linnethia Leakes with identity confirmed by subject saying yes when named. The individual accepted service with direct delivery,” the filing read.
A couple of weeks before the lawsuit was filed, Miller posted photos of Leakes and the RHOA star’s boyfriend Nyonisela Sioh at the lounge in question. Another photo of Miller’s page showed Nene inside the lounge on September 25, 2021.
The lawsuit came after NeNe dismissed her lawsuit against Bravo and Andy Cohen over discrimination from federal court. The parties are still battling privately in arbitration over alleged discrimination claims.

LaTocha of the legendary group Xscape has just announced that she’s signed a deal with Motown Gospel to release her upcoming spiritual album. The agreement is in partnership with her own label Made Girl Music.
She adds about the new deal:
“It has always been a passion of mine to do inspirational music. It has been my foundation, and that is very evident, even when I sing R&B music. I can’t escape that.”
For the powerhouse songstress, the interplay of music and faith began at Mt. Olive Church of God in Holiness, in her hometown of College Park, GA. She leaned on that foundation even as she became a household name in one of the biggest girl groups in R&B history.
LaTocha is readying her debut inspirational project, slated for release this year.

Offset gets back to the music. The Migos rapper heads to the club with Hit-Boy on his first release of the year, “2 LIVE,” which was released in partnership with Patron.
On the Uncle Luke-inspired anthem, Offset drops some party-ready rhymes while rapping over Hit-Boy’s bouncy production.
Offset has been working on his sophomore solo album, which was delayed in the wake of Takeoff’s death. The follow-up to his 2019 debut Father of 4 previously spawned tracks including the Baby Keem-produced “54321” and “Code” featuring Moneybagg Yo.
Boston unveils new sculpture “The Embrace,” honoring Martin Luther King and Coretta Scott King
Just a few years ago, the conceptual artist Hank Willis Thomas had no idea he would be instrumental in commemorating the lives of Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King. But when his application was selected out of 125 artists and architects to design a new monument in Boston dedicated to the civil rights icons, he was shocked.
“When I submitted the proposal, I didn’t even think that we really had a chance,” Thomas, 46, told NBC News. “By the time it was approved, I guess I’ve just been on autopilot like, OK — how do I just not get in the way of history? It really has been my mission over the past several years.”
Aiming to both inspire visitors and honor the Kings’ legacy, Thomas’ work will be revealed Friday at Boston Common, America’s oldest city park, in downtown Boston. The bronze structure, which is 20 feet long and 26 feet wide and titled “The Embrace,” depicts the arms, shoulders and hands of the Kings hugging after Martin received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964, the moment immortalized in a famous photo.
Those scheduled to attend the ceremony include the Kings’ son, Martin Luther King III — also a civil rights activist — and his 14-year-old daughter, Yolanda Renee King, who gave a speech on racial equality at the Lincoln Memorial in 2020.
Five years in the making, the monument represents the love, heart and spirit of the couple, Thomas said, while also highlighting the power of an iconic moment.
“In that picture, you can see the weight of him on her shoulders as they embrace,” he said. “And I realized that this was really a metaphor for his legacy — that she carried his legacy on her shoulders for several decades after he was assassinated.”
King dedicated his life to the civil rights movement, fighting for racial equality and economic justice. After his assassination in 1968, Coretta continued his legacy by promoting peace and equality along with advocating for marginalized communities, including LGBTQ people, women, children and the poor. She even led more than 40,000 people as part of the Memphis Sanitation Workers Strike, in a protest for better living wages shortly after her husband’s death. And despite being King’s wife, Coretta’s gender, Thomas said, marginalized her role in the civil rights movement.
“I believe that the way in which she performed her role opened doors for people all over the world of every gender,” Thomas said. “And I feel like we’re living in that, in kind of, the ripple effects, of her creativity, of her diligence, of her strength, her courage and her daringness today.”

Italian screen legend Gina Lollobrigida has died at the age of 95, news agency ANSA reported, citing members of her family.
Her grandnephew, Italian Minister of Agriculture Francesco Lollobrigida, tweeted news of her death, calling her “one of the brightest stars of Italian cinematography and culture.”
Together with Sophia Loren, Lollobrigida came to symbolize the earthy sexuality of Italian actresses in the 1950s and 1960s.
After training as a painter and sculptor, Lollobrigida became a successful beauty queen and model, before making her first film appearance in 1946, with a small role in the swashbuckling adventure “The Black Eagle.”
By the early 1950s, she was a huge star in Europe. She made her English-language film debut in 1953, in John Huston’s “Beat the Devil,” alongside Humphrey Bogart and Jennifer Jones.
She was Esmerelda to Anthony Quinn’s Quasimodo in the 1956 adaptation of “The Hunchback of Notre Dame,” and the Queen of Sheba to Yul Brynner’s King Solomon in King Vidor’s 1959 Technicolor epic “Solomon and Sheba.”
When film roles began to dwindle in the 1970s, Lollobrigida made a new career for herself as a photojournalist. She occasionally appeared in film and on TV, most famously in a recurring role in US prime-time soap “Falcon Crest” in 1984.
Last year, she ran unsuccessfully for a seat in the Italian Senate, telling newspaper Corriere della Sera before the country’s elections: “I was just tired of hearing politicians arguing with each other without ever getting to the point.”

It was a starry night in Los Angeles in spite of repeated spates of rain on Sunday, as awards season continued with the 2023 Critics Choice Awards.
The event, hosted by Chelsea Handler, saw celebrities come out in droves even though some -- like Colin Farrell and Jamie Lee Curtis -- had to stay home after catching Covid-19.
Michelle Pfeiffer took the stage to honor Jeff Bridges with the Lifetime Achievement Award, and Kate Hudson presented the SeeHer Award to Janelle Monáe.
"Everything Everywhere All at Once" took home the top film award, while "Abbott Elementary" and "Better Call Saul" clinched best comedy and drama television series, respectively.

#BoxOfficeNews: ‘Avatar 2,’ ‘M3GAN’ hold onto top spots at the box office
New movies like “Plane” and “House Party” were no match for “Avatar: The Way of Water” and the killer doll horror “M3GAN” at the box office this weekend. The two holdovers topped the charts again according to studio estimates Sunday.
In first place for the fifth weekend in a row was James Cameron’s “Avatar” sequel, which added an estimated $31.1 million through Sunday. That total will likely balloon to $38.5 million by the end of Monday’s Martin Luther King holiday. As of Sunday, the film's domestic total now rests at $562.9 million (the 13th biggest of all time) and its global total is $1.89 billion. “Avatar 2” needs to pass $1.92 billion to trump “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” which is currently the sixth highest grossing film of all time globally.
“There were such huge expectations and a lot of naysayers that opening weekend,” said Paul Dergarabedian, the senior media analyst for Comscore. “But ‘Avatar,’ for a James Cameron movie, is moving at lightning speed up the domestic and global box office chart. I think he always knew this would be a $2 billion movie."
Second place went to Universal and Blumhouse’s “M3GAN” which in its second weekend in theaters added $17.9 million through Sunday and an estimated $21.2 million including Monday. The modestly budgeted thriller that cost a reported $12 million to produce has made $59.8 million in North America.
Horror movies typically have very steep second weekend drop offs in ticket sales, but “M3GAN” only fell 41%. Dergarabedian said that’s almost unheard of for a horror picture and shows “world class staying power.”
Universal also claimed the third place spot, with “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish,” which audiences continued to seek out in theaters even though it’s currently available to rent at home. The family-friendly animated film added $13.4 million in its fourth weekend, bringing its domestic total to $110.3 million.
“A Man Called Otto,” from Columbia Pictures, expanded to 3,802 theaters this weekend, adding $12.7 million through Sunday, and $15 million including Monday, to take fourth place. Directed by Marc Forster, the adaptation of “A Man Called Ove” starring Tom Hanks is proving to be something of a rarity in the theatrical marketplace as an adult-targeted drama that is doing well.
The Gerard Butler action pic “Plane,” a Lionsgate acquisition for release in North America, rounded out the top five with a better-than-expected $10 million in its first three days. In the film, Butler plays a pilot whose crash landing on an island is only the first of his troubles. On the island, most of the passengers are taken hostage. “Plane” got better-than-average reviews with 75% positive from critics on Rotten Tomatoes.
Sixth place went to the second major new offering this weekend, “House Party,” a reboot of Reginald Hudlin’s 1990 hit that spawned several spinoffs. The film, which made $3.9 million through Sunday from 1,400 locations, was originally intended as a straight-to-HBO Max property but Warner Bros. pivoted to a theatrical release as a gesture to audiences and exhibitors hungry for new films. The R-rated, youth-oriented comedy did not score well with critics.
Overall, the three-day box office total is going to net out around $100 million, which is not quite at pre-pandemic levels, but still up some 44% from the same weekend last year.
"January is not going to be the slow month we thought. It’s a great combination of films out there that's not just dominated by ‘Avatar: The Way of Water,’" Dergarabedian said. “Theaters need movies and the studios are supplying those.”
Estimated ticket sales for Friday through Sunday at U.S. and Canadian theaters, according to Comscore, with Wednesday through Sunday in parentheses. Final domestic figures will be released Monday.

Marvin Gaye's Son Under Investigation For Allegedly Pointing Gun At Cousin
Marvin Gaye's son is under investigation for assault following a family dispute. Marvin Gaye III is accused of pointing a gun at his own cousin during an argument in his home in Los Angeles on Thursday, January 12.
TMZ reports that sheriff deputies received a call around 8:05 P.M. on Thursday for a "family dispute" and responded to the Calabasas home of Marvin III. He reportedly got into an argument with his wife and cousin about a previous assault.
The dispute somehow escalated with Marvin III allegedly pulling a gun on his cousin. He then jumped into his sports car and sped off. When deputies arrived, they thought Marvin III was still inside the house so they asked him to come outside. However, neighbors told them that Marvin III had already left in his Corvette.
Deputies then met with Marvin III's relatives and took an "assault" report, which identifies Marvin III as the suspect. It's unclear if anyone was injured in the incident, but footage obtained by the site shows Marvin III's wife being assisted by paramedics and police outside the home after the dispute. No arrest has been made so far.
Marvin III is the son of the Motown legend with actress and singer Denise Gordy, who is the niece of Marvin's first wife Anna Gordy and Motown founder Berry Gordy (Anna's brother). Denise gave birth to their child when she was still 16 years old in 1965, while Marvin was still married to her aunt Anna.
Marvin III is perhaps best known for winning a $7.4 million lawsuit against Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams for sampling his father's 1977 hit song "Got to Give It Up" without permission. The artists were ordered to pay $7.4 million after a judge ruled that their 2013 mega hit "Blurred Lines" was a breach of Marvin's copyright. The amount was later reduced to $5.3 million.

Beauty and brain may have been accounted by Miss Universe judges to pick the winner over the years, but the competition seemingly forgot the golden rule of fair play. Miss Universe 2022 is facing rigging allegations following Miss USA R'Bonney Gabriel's win at the latest edition of the pageant show.
After the 28-year-old from Houston, Texas was crowned as the new Miss Universe on Saturday, January 14, many questioned the validity of her victory. Many accused the show of fraud, with some pointing out the new Miss Universe owner's tie to Miss USA.
Anne Jakkaphong Jakrajutati, a Thai transgender activist and businesswoman who purchased the organization in October 2022, expresses openly on Instagram that she owns both Miss Universe and Miss USA. Viewers soon made assumption that the fix was in from the get-go to make sure R'Bonney was crowned by the show's ending.
For starters, the 2022 Miss Universe was hosted in New Orleans. Some also saw it suspicious that a beauty treatment business that offers the winner a price included R'Bonney in an advertisement less than 24 hours after she won.
In the meantime, Miss Venezuela Amanda Dudamel had impressed throughout the broadcast, especially with her heartfelt answers on certain questions. Her outfits were also less ridiculed than the ones R'Bonney wore, particularly in the costume category, when she walked onstage with a viral costume that featured an actual scale-sized moon.
Believing that Amanda was robbed of the 2022 Miss Universe title, people voiced their criticism on Twitter. They wrote things like "Fraud!" and "Scammer" in replies to a video of the winning moment, while someone claimed, "ROBBED!! DOMINICAN REPUBLIC OR VENEZUELA DESERVED."
Another similarly said, "The crown was for DR or VENEZUELA," referring to Miss Dominican Republic Andreina Martinez who ended up being the second runner-up. Amanda, meanwhile, finished as the first runner-up.
UGA's Devin Willock and staff member killed in car accident after national title celebration
The University of Georgia is in mourning following the deaths of defensive lineman Devin Willock and staff member Chandler LeCroy. They passed away in a single-car accident early Sunday morning (Jan. 15).
The tragic news came hours after UGA celebrated winning the national championship for the second consecutive year. They celebrated with a parade and ceremony at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia at the university. The junior football player also just announced his plans to enter the NFL draft.
Authorities said LeCroy, a recruiting staff member, was driving the Ford Expedition when it left the road and struck power poles and trees around 2:45 a.m. The 24-year-old and Willock, 20, were transported to a hospital where they died. Two other passengers, a 21-year-old male identified by ESPN as UGA’s Warren McClendon, and a 26-year-old female were also injured. They are said to be in stable condition.
UGA’s head football coach, Kirby Smart, said the organization was heartbroken and devastated by the news. “Devin was an outstanding young man in every way. He was always smiling, was a great teammate, and a joy to coach,” said Smart in a statement. He added, “Chandler was a valuable member of our football staff and brought an incredible attitude and energy every single day. We grieve with their families for this tragic loss and will support them in every way possible.”
The UGA Athletic Association also released a statement that read in part, “We ask that everyone keep their families in your prayers during this very difficult time.” They also plan to provide mental health services to the team and performance personnel. The athletic association ended with, “We can provide no further comment at this time, but ask that everyone continue to keep those involved in your prayers.”
Allen Hughes promises new Tupac footage in "Dear Mama" series
Allen Hughes promises his documentary series examining the relationship between the late Tupac Shakur and Afeni Shakur, his mother, will feature never-before-seen or heard footage and audio. On Friday (Jan. 13), Deadline reported the project “Dear Mama” was given an April 21 premiere date on FX; it will also stream on Hulu.
“Wherever possible, we tried to find archival footage that hadn’t been seen, so there’s a lot that we have in the five parts,” said Hughes, who serves as director for “Dear Mama,” on Thursday (Jan. 12) at the FX TCA presentation. The longtime filmmaker revealed that fans can expect more than just unheard records from the rapper. He noted the audio is “not just some of his acapellas and vocals. There is a lot of stuff of Tupac from his baby years that had never been seen.”
He continued, “For Tupac superfans, I believe that two of the most important things in the project is the never seen before. But most importantly, you get to understand why he made certain decisions.” The latest trailer dropped on Christmas. In it, the All Eyez on Me artist speaks about his mother’s impact on his life.
Hulu described the series as an “intimate wide-angle portrait of the most inspiring and dangerous mother-son duo (Tupac and Afeni Shakur) in American history, whose unified message of freedom, equality, persecution and justice are more relevant today than ever.”
In a previous interview, Hughes said he believed the West Coast rap icon’s untimely demise was partly caused by his public persona as a gangster. “To be a great artist, to be in the arts, period, it comes with delusions… Two-thirds of it is bulls**t, and I think we saw two-thirds of Tupac’s delusions that weren’t the art,” he explained on the “Hell and High Water” podcast.
Al Brown, Commissioner Stan Valchek on The Wire, Dead at 83
Al Brown, best known for his role on HBO’s The Wire as Baltimore Police Commissioner Stanislaus “Stan” Valchek, has died after a battle with Alzheimer’s. He was 83.
Brown’s daughter confirmed the news to TMZ.

His character recurred in all five seasons of The Wire, which aired from 2002-2008 on HBO. The critically acclaimed crime drama explored the relationship between various Baltimore institutions and city law enforcement. Brown appeared most prominently in the second season which focused on the city’s ports. His character suspected corruption and drug smuggling amongst dock workers at the ports. The season ended with Valchek making a dramatic arrest in front of the press.
The actor began his career in the ’90s. He appeared in shows such as Rescue Me, Law & Order: SVU, Commander in Chief, Maron, The Hustler and a 2004 TV movie titled Something the Lord Made, among others. He also took on film roles, appearing in The Replacements, Red Dragon, Liberty Heights, 12 Monkeys, Lay the Favorite and more.
Before acting, he served in the Air Force for 29 years, including two tours in Vietnam.
Yukihiro Takahashi, Drummer and Lead Vocalist of Yellow Magic Orchestra, Dead at 70
Yukihiro Takahashi, the drummer and lead vocalist for electronic music trailblazers Yellow Magic Orchestra, has died at the age of 70.
Takahashi’s office released a statement to the The Japan Times and NHK confirming Takahashi’s death on Jan. 11, citing aspiration pneumonia as the cause. Takahashi previously revealed that he underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor in 2020.
Takahashi, who was born in Tokyo, launched his career in the early Seventies, performing with his brother, Nobuyuki Takahashi, in the band Buzz and glam-rock group Sadistic Mika Band, which he joined after their original drummer departed. The group achieved success in the UK, opening for Roxy Music on their Siren Tour in 1975-76 and they appeared on BBC TV and radio. When the band disbanded, Takahashi continued on with some of the members as the Sadistics, and released two studio albums before splitting ways.
In 1978, Takahashi, keyboardist/vocalist Ryuichi Sakamoto, and bassist/keyboardist/vocalist Haruomi Hosono (previously of the famed Japanese rock bands Apryl Fool and Happy End) joined forces to form the supergroup Yellow Magic Orchestra. Utilizing synths, sequencers and drum machines, the trio were trailblazers in the electronic genre, ushering in the Eighties electro sound. They harnessed inspiration from other pioneers in the realm, such as Kraftwerk and Giorgio Moroder.
Their single “Computer Game,” which appeared on their debut eponymous album, became a surprise worldwide hit — making the Top 20 in the U.K. and making waves in the U.S. YMO’s sophomore set, Solid State Survivor arrived in 1979 and included English lyrics courtesy of Chris Mosdell. The success of the album outside of Japan also landed YMO an unlikely musical guest spot on Soul Train, resulting in a memorable performance and now-viral interview between Takahashi and host Don Cornelius:
YMO continued into the next decade with a series of releases — 1980’s Xoo Multiplies, two 1981 albums BGM and Technodelic, and 1983’s Service and Naughty Boys among them — but disbanded despite their huge popularity, as the individual trio members looked to pursue their initial solo careers; however, they continued to perform together in their solo endeavors, with Hosono and Sakamoto appearing on Takahashi’s first four solo albums.
In 1980, embracing the emerging synth-pop and city pop genres, Takahashi released his second solo LP Murdered By the Music, featuring his YMO bandmates along with Mosdell’s English lyrics. It was followed the next year with Neuromantic, which featured Roxy Music’s Phil Manzanera and Andy Mackay as well as his solo hit “Drip Dry Eyes.” Takahashi next collaborated with Be-Bop Deluxe’s Bill Nelson and his YMO bandmates for 1982’s What, Me Worry?
Takahashi also formed the Beatniks in 1981 with Moonriders’ Keiichi Suzuki, releasing Exitentialism., the first album in what would be a decades-long partnership.
The prolific artist — whose work spanned genres — continued to release solo records through the Eighties, and though YMO was primarily inactive, the members continued to collaborate on each other’s solo projects. Takahashi expanded into acting, soundtracks and video game music in the latter half of the Eighties as well.
In the 2000s, he reteamed with Hosono to form Sketch Show, and Sakamoto joined them in 2004 to form Human Audio Sponge.
In 2014, Takahashi toured with a supergroup known as Metafive, releasing a studio album, EP, and concert album in the later half of the decade. They released the single “Environmental” in 2020. Takahashi took time off to undergo brain surgery for a tumor shortly after the song’s release.
Following the news of Takahashi’s death, his YMO bandmate Sakamoto posted a gray square on social media, which served a vessel for fans to leave tributes to Takahashi.
Marie Osmond says her kids won't get an inheritance: All it does is 'breed laziness and entitlement'
Marie Osmond isn't budging on her plan to leave her children out of her inheritance.
The former country singer, 63, opened up about her plans to donate her wealth to charity instead of leaving it to her seven kids.
"Honestly, why would you enable your child to not try to be something? I don’t know anybody who becomes anything if they’re just handed money,” Osmond told Us Weekly. “To me, the greatest gift you can give your child is a passion to search out who they are inside and to work. I mean, I’ve done so many things from designing dolls and much more. I love trying and I wanna try everything. I’m a finisher.”
Osmond, who found fame at a young age as a member of the famous Osmond family, is mother to eight children: Stephen, 39, Rachael, 31, Jessica, 35, Brandon, 26, Brianna, 24, Matthew, 23, and Abigail, 18. In 2010, her 18-year-old son, Michael, died by suicide.
The singer firmly believes that leaving wealth can discourage the younger generation from working hard.
"That’s one of my rules with my kids. If you start it, you finish it, you don’t ever have to do it again, but you gotta finish. And, I just think all an inheritance does is breed laziness and entitlement. I worked hard and I’m gonna spend it all and have fun with my husband," shared Osmond, who remarried ex-husband Stephen Craig in 2011, more than 25 years after their divorce.
Osmond first revealed her financial plans back in 2020 during a segment on The Talk in which the hosts were discussing Kirk Douglas, who died in February of that year at age 103. The movie star left most of his multimillion-dollar fortune to charity.
“I'm not leaving any money to my children,” Osmond explained to her co-hosts. “Congratulations, kids. My husband and I decided that ... I think you do a great disservice to your children to just hand them a fortune because you take away the one most important gift you can give your children, and that’s the ability to work."
Osmond added that children of wealthy families often “don’t know what to do” and “get in trouble." “Let them be proud of what they make, and I’m going to give mine to my charity," she added.
Despite her statements, Osmond elaborated that she has no problem helping out her children financially through their lives, whether it's to purchase a home or a car.
Encouraging her children to find financial success on their own is an important lesson for Osmond, who previously explained that she has found tremendous value throughout her six-decade career in the entertainment industry.
"I've been very blessed to see my work as work and my life as life," she told Yahoo Life in January 2022. "I think that's where in show business a lot of people get lost. Maybe their self-worth is invested only in their work. But I love life and I don't have to be on stage to be happy. I can always be happy."
Amy Robach Spotted Out in NYC with Estranged Husband Andrew Shue amid T.J. Holmes Romance
Amy Robach and estranged husband Andrew Shue were captured meeting on the streets of New York City on Thursday.
Photos of the exes showed a downcast Robach handing off their shared family dog to Shue in what appeared to be an emotional exchange. In the images, Shue holds the little dog's leash and stands a few feet away from his former partner, as they both engage in conversation outside on the sidewalk.
The photos come after GMA3 anchor Robach, 49, began a relationship with her co-host T.J. Holmes — which resulted in a Good Morning America-wide scandal as both of the anchors were still legally married when the news broke.
A source previously told PEOPLE that the pair had split from their spouses in August before they began a romance.
"This was two consenting adults who were each separated. They both broke up with their spouses in August within weeks of each other," the source said. "The relationship didn't start until after that."
Since then, Holmes' ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig, has filed for divorce from the news anchor, 45.
Fiebig's attorney Stephanie F. Lehman told PEOPLE in a statement: "T.J.'s attorney and I have been working together to move their divorce forward privately, expeditiously, and as amicably as possible. Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J.'s lack of discretion, respect, and sensitivity toward Marilee and the parties' daughter."
Shue and Robach do not appear to have filed for divorce yet.
Both Robach and Holmes have also been temporarily removed from their on-air positions at GMA3 as ABC continues to investigate their relationship.
A source close to the pair told PEOPLE on Friday that the co-anchors "have not been terminated" from the news program but questions remain about whether the pair will return to their on-air roles.
"There are no negotiations about their future," the source said. "ABC is completing their investigation."
The source added: "While it is unlikely they will return in the capacity they were in — the longer time goes on, it becomes less likely they will return — there are still open lines of communication and further discussions are being had about what will happen."
Jen Shah Ordered to Participate in a Mental Health Treatment Program After Completing Her Prison Sentence
Special conditions. Jen Shah will begin her 78-month prison sentence for conspiracy to commit wire fraud in February, and the court has ordered her to undergo mental health treatment upon her release.

In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, all the conditions of the 49-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star’s release and 5-year probation period are outlined. After the typical mandates (such as not committing other crimes and reporting to a probation officer), several rules specific to Shah are laid out.
“You must participate in an outpatient mental health treatment program approved by the United States Probation Office,” one stipulation reads. “You must continue to take any prescribed medications unless otherwise instructed by the health care provider. You must contribute to the cost of services rendered based on your ability to pay and the availability of third-party payments. The Court authorizes the release of available psychological and psychiatric evaluations and reports, including the pre-sentence investigation report, to the health care provider.”
The legal filing also states that Shah will participate in an “outpatient treatment program,” which “may include testing to determine whether you have reverted to using drugs or alcohol.”
Additionally, after the reality star’s 6.5-year sentence, she must give her probation officer “access to any requested financial information,” and she’ll need to ask for permission to “incur new credit charges or open additional lines of credit” until she’s on track with her restitution payments. Shah must pay 15 percent of her gross income toward her restitution, which has been set at $6,646,251.00.
The Utah native was sentenced on January 6 and will report to prison by February 17. Because she is entering federal prison, she must serve at least 85 percent of her sentence (just over 5.5 years).
Shah was arrested in March 2021 alongside assistant Stuart Smith were arrested for their roles in a telemarking scheme that defrauded hundreds of victims, many of whom were older than 55. Shah, who initially pleaded not guilty, was accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
Ahead of her trial, the Bravo personality changed her plea to guilty. After previously facing up to 30 years in prison, the U.S. Attorney’s office dropped the second charge of conspiracy to commit money laundering as part of a plea deal.
“In 2012 to March 2021 in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere I agreed with others to commit wire fraud,” she said during a June court hearing in New York City. “I knew this was wrong. I knew many people were harmed and I’m so sorry.”

Eddie Murphy Says His 61-Year-Old Physique Was ‘Maxed Out’ While Filming ‘Beverly Hills Cop 4’
Eddie Murphy is back in the business of creating action flicks with “Beverly Hills Cop 4.” Filming for the production kicked off in early 2022, but has since concluded. Murphy spoke about his experience reprising his role as detective Axel Foley after he received the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the 2023 Golden Globes on Tuesday, Jan. 10.
“It was so, so hard…because I did ‘Beverly Hills Cop’ when I was 21,” said the film’s star in an interview with “Entertainment Tonight.”
“I’m 61 so [to] go play a character you played when you was 21, and it physical and action movie, and you know it was just really, really hard,” Murphy added. Photos of the actor in costume surfaced last October.
The plot of “Beverly Hills Cop 4” is described as follows: “Axel Foley returns to Beverly Hills once more after receiving a phone call from an old friend warning that his estranged daughter Jane might be in danger. Quickly making new enemies as he teams up with Jane and her ex, Detective Bobby Tapia, Axel finds himself caught up in a conspiracy stretching between deadly cartels and even the Beverly Hills Police.”
The Oscar-nominated actor said he gave his all in the various action-packed scenes. He recalled, “There was one time when I was supposed to be running down some steps and the director Mark Malloy after the take came and said, ‘Can we get another one faster with a greater sense of urgency?’ I was like ‘Get the f**k out of here, yo.’ I was maxed out, I was maxed out.”
The upcoming film will also see Murphy’s character team up with his daughter, played by actress Taylor Paige. The father-daughter dynamic was described by Jerry Bruckheimer, who serves as one of the producers, as an emotional part of the storyline. Murphy agreed that there were plenty of emotions, but for a different reason. “Well, it’s emotional because like I said, I was 61 and I was doing action scenes and you see my heart beating through my chest because I had many times where I felt like I was going to die on the set,” he joked. “Before the movie, I said to Jerry, ‘Listen, I’m 61 and don’t ask me to do s**t that you wouldn’t ask Morgan Freeman to do.’ Despite having a body-double, Murphy said, “I found myself running and jumping, rolling around, and it was a lot.”

Grandma Holla, the viral TikTok sensation, has passed away. She was 97.
“Our queen is gone,” her granddaughter revealed in a TikTok post. “My grandmother passed away today.”
She explained that Grandma Holla, real name Helen Davis, passed peacefully in her sleep.
The internet sensation had been battling cancer, but no official cause of death has been released.
