#RHOA: Oh? Marlo Hampton Slams Kenya Moore And Kandi Burruss, Calls Them 'Hoes'
Fans can agree that on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, all the ladies are coming out swinging. There was shade thrown and arguments between the women from the very beginning. Marlo Hampton has been calling out many of the ladies for their lack of support for her business. This time, Hampton is upset that Kenya Moore didn't show up to support Sheree Whitfield. She had a few choice words to describe Burruss as well.
Hampton supports Whitfield after Tyrone Gilliams stands her up
Whitfield was devastated that her boyfriend stood her up in Philadelphia with no call or text message. The She by Sheree owner drove all the way from New York to Philadelphia to meet up with her man, but he left her hanging.
Hampton wanted to make her friend feel better, so she set up a pamper and shopping event at her home. Hampton had a private sales rep from Fendi there so Whitfield could do some private shopping, a special cake, and a masseuse. Moore was also supposed to be in attendance but backed out at the last minute under claims that she was sick. But Hampton wasn’t buying it.
Sanya Richards Ross hosts a dinner for the cast
Richards Ross cooked a Jamaican feast for the other housewives to learn more about her culture. All the ladies were in attendance, even Moore, who claimed to be sick just one day earlier. Moore claimed that she took a COVID test that came back negative, so she decided to come to the dinner.
Whitfield and Hampton felt betrayed by Moore. Whitfield also expressed that she was pissed that Burrus didn’t call to check on her after Gilliams stood her up.
Hampton goes in on Moore and Burruss With Sheree Whitfield
Hampton and Whitfield were so upset with Moore and Burrus that they stepped away from the group to air their feeling out with one another. Hampton did most of the talking, ranting about Burrus and Moore’s past.
“But you don’t even have it in your heart, Kandi, how to help other people,” Hampton said to Whitfield, who replied, “She’s for herself.” She didn't stop there.
“First of all, Kandi was a damn ho. She f***d everybody for free,” Hampton claimed. “That b***h was a ho and that p***y wasn’t good. And that’s why you always got to date underneath your tax bracket, OK?”
She added: “And Kenya, ‘I was Miss USA and I have Kenya Moore [Haircare],’” Hampton said, mocking the former pageant queen. “B***h, you was a g****n video ho!” she continued, also alleging, “[Kenya] went through every rapper in America and didn’t get a ring.” Whitfield agreed with Hampton’s assertions, noting, “Facts.”
#NewMusicVideo from PJ Morton & El DeBarge Are Only A Call Away In The ’80s Throwback
PJ Morton and El DeBarge dial it back to the ’80s in the music video for their duet “On My Way,” taken from PJ’s latest classic album Watch The Sun.
In “On My Way,” PJ and El are trying to smooth things over with an estranged partner. After an album full of soulful apologies and a little R&Begging, this song (which appears toward the end of the tracklist) is the last-ditch effort to salvage what was torn asunder.
“Don’t say it’s over / You know I know ya / Better than anyone else / We just need time, yeah / To fall in line, yeah,” Morton sings in the first verse, urging his lady not to give up on them. DeBarge follows up with contrite lyrics of his own, singing to his woman, “I understand / If you can’t / Make your way back to my heart / But if your mind ever starts to change / All you gotta do is call my name.” They both make it clear that they are only a call away and ready to run back – just say the word.

The visual, directed by Nathan Corrona for Dustbrand Films, takes that theme and develops it into a 1980s teen drama of sorts. We watch a puppy love story play out between two teens as a young man calls up his girlfriend on his vintage landline telephone. An argument ensues, and once she hangs up she sits on her bedroom floor and destroys all of the cassette mixtapes he made her.
While the young couple is going through it, scenes of PJ and El posted up at payphones around the city and singing their verses into the receivers are cut in to break up the drama. This story has the potential for a happy ending, though, when the young woman rings her boyfriend back up. Whatever she said has him hopping on his bicycle and riding like the wind to her house where he leaves a new mixtape on her doorstep entitled “I’m sorry. I love you.”
The plot, execution and attention to detail of this video gets 10s across the board. Everything from the decor in the teens’ bedrooms to the clothing to the payphones and, of course, the cassette tapes will trigger nostalgia for anyone who grew up during that era.
#HipHopNews: Diddy To Receive Lifetime Achievement Award At Bet Awards
Sean “Diddy” Combs will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2022 BET Awards.
The hip-hop icon will be honored for his three-decade career in entertainment during the awards show on June 26, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The award “honors industry giants who have not only significantly shaped culture through their extensive careers, but who have also been transformative leaders that consistently inspire generations by setting a true standard of excellence,” BET said.
The 52-year-old mogul, whose Bad Boy Records remains one of the most influential hip-hop labels of all time, recently launched his R&B label Love Records where he will release his new album. He debuted his new single “Gotta Move On” featuring Bryson Tiller at last month’s Billboard Music Awards.
“Diddy has always been a pioneering force in our community, breaking barriers, achieving unprecedented heights, blazing new trails, and, in so doing, raising the bar for all of us,” BET CEO Scott Mills said. “His virtuosity is matched only by his range — from music to media, culture, business and philanthropy — Diddy has exemplified Black excellence. We are delighted to have this opportunity to use our biggest stage to recognize the extraordinary accomplishments of our friend Diddy.”
Diddy joins a prestigious list of past Lifetime Achievement Award recipients including Whitney Houston, Prince, Queen Latifah, Anita Baker, Mary J. Blige, Samuel Jackson, Lionel Richie, and New Edition.
Hosted by Taraji P. Henson, the 2022 BET Awards will air live on Sunday, June 26 at 8 p.m. ET from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Tisha Campbell Talks Moving Past Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Previously Filed Against Martin

TV fans will be happy to know that Martin and Gina have reconciled for their 30th-anniversary reunion special!
As you may already know, Tisha Campbell, 53, played Martin Lawrence’s onscreen wife, Gina, on the series “Martin,” which aired from 1992 to 1997. During the final season of the hit series, Tisha Campbell sued Martin Lawrence, 57, and the show’s producers for sexual harassment (on and off screen). Tisha Campbell also accused Martin Lawrence of sexual battery, verbal abuse, yelling and threatening her on set, groping her when they filmed scenes in bed, and attempting to tongue kiss her. Due to her serious accusations, Tisha Campbell was absent for most of season 5. Eventually, HBO Studios settled the case with Campbell, however, precautions were still taken so she didn’t have to film with her on-screen husband during the two-part series finale.
In a previous interview, Lawrence, 57, was asked why he left the hit series. He said:
“I just decided to end it. People said that I got canceled, but that wasn’t the case. I decided to just leave the show.”
Campbell replied to Lawrence’s comment in an interview:
“I can’t go into much detail about the past because there was a confidentiality agreement, so the gag order says no, but what I can say is…I was actually kind of shocked.”
Confused about her former co-star’s comments, Campbell contacted Lawrence herself to avoid any further misunderstandings. Campbell said:
“He was like, ‘Yeah, T, don’t read into what it is, there’s a lot of people that’s trying to bring up the past, and trying to make it news today. But, you know T, we’re good. I love you and I love your family.’”
After their private conversation, In January 2020 Lawrence assured Campbell that they were in a good place with an Instagram post. Campbell’s lawsuit against her former costar was reported settled outside of court.
Lawrence wrote,
“Regardless of the past or any misrepresentation of it In the press, I have nothin but love for Tisha then and now. We are good and always will be! #teammartymar #yougogirl”
In a recent interview with Gayle King, Campbell discussed being on set with Lawrence again to film a reunion special for “Martin,” which will premiere Thursday (June 16) on BET+. When asked how the pair are doing now after having had some very public issues she said:
“We were finishing each other’s sentences. We were joking. We were laughing. It was like being on set again.”
Campbell then explained how it was being on set with Lawrence again after the lawsuit:
“We worked really hard to reconnect, to forgive, and this reunion is about a celebration of everything that we did, everything that we accomplished and our growth as human beings. And so, we concentrated mostly on that. I am the happiest I have ever been in my life. It was a combination of the new found freedom in my life and COVID isolation. I really had to sit with myself and my children. It was that whole time where I got to rediscover who I was because I’ve been paying bills since I was five years old. I learned that I’m super intelligent and resilient and I was a really good role model for my kids. I took being married very seriously, I took being a mother very seriously and at this point it’s really about ‘who am I?’ and discovering who I am and everything that you go through, it’s like a beautiful devastation. You gonna learn something, something really interesting about yourself. Sometimes things come in a really complicated, interesting, ugly, gift. It’s wrapped in a very strange package and I just learned so much about myself and I really am the happiest I’ve ever been in my life. I really do like myself!”

Kanye Blasts Adidas CEO For Selling Yeezy Slide Dupe: “This Shoe Is A Fake Yeezy”
Kanye West returned to Instagram Monday evening (June 13th) to call out Adidas for selling a dupe of his Yeezy Slides.
The rapper and mogul took to the social media platform with a screenshot of the shoe, called the Adilette 22s, and a lengthy caption blasting the company and CEO, Kasper Rørsted. The company is known for its partnership with Kanye and for producing his Yeezy line.
The alleged dupe, which sold out upon its release this past May, has a striking resemblance in design, shape, and essence to West‘s Yeezy Slide.
The caption began with “THIS IS YE,” seemingly to emphasize to fans that he was behind the words of the post. He continued by saying:
“Driving down the same street Kobe passed on, Maybe I feel that Mamba spirit right now.
To Kasper I’m not standing for this blatant copying no more To all sneaker culture To every ball player rapper or even if you work at the store This is for everyone who wants to express themselves but feel they can’t cause they’ll loose their contract or be called crazy,”
Yé went on, saying that “bravery is not not being afraid,” but:
“Bravery is overcoming your fear for your truth. This Ye with the blue paint on my face These shoes represent the disrespect that people in power have to the talent,”
He finished with a personal message to CEO Rørsted, saying:
“This shoe is a fake Yeezy made by Adidas themselves I’m not talking to DC about this either Kasper come talk to me Happy Monday”
His Yeezy Slide was first introduced in 2019. Kanye‘s first Yeezy collection with Adidas was launched in 2015.
Back in 2018 after Kanye made comments about slavery being “a choice,” CEO Kasper Rørsted defended the rapper, saying:
“We neither comment nor speculate on every single comment that our external creators are making. Kanye has been and is a very important part of our strategy and has been a fantastic creator, and that’s where I’m going to leave it.”
Adidas has not commented on Kanye‘s statement as of yet.
Mellody Hobson to join Denver Broncos as the first Black female NFL owner
Last week (June 8), it was announced that a group headed by Walmart heir Rob Walton would buy the Denver Broncos, pending approval from the league. One of the group members, a businesswoman named Mellody Hobson, is set to become the first Black female NFL minority owner.
Also in the group is Walton’s daughter, Carrie Walton Penner, and his son-in-law Greg Penner, who will become minority owners as well.
At 53 years old, Hobson has built an impressive resume. The Princeton University grad is the president and co-CEO of Ariel Investments and the chairwoman of Starbucks Corporation. She previously held a position at DreamWorks Animation as a chairwoman as well.
Walton appears to be pleased with her skill set. “Beyond her role at Ariel, Mellody is an influential leader in corporate and civic organizations across the nation,” he said in a press release.
He continued, “Mellody currently serves as chair of the board of Starbucks Corporation and is also a director of JPMorgan Chase. We know she will bring her strategic acumen and leadership perspective to our team.”
Hobson is married to film director George Lucas, who is widely known for his work with the Star Wars franchise.
In February, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell announced that the Broncos would be sold. After an avalanche of claims that the league had an issue hiring minorities in leadership roles, the commissioner expressed that he was looking for diverse ownership.
Following the announcement, former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown stated that he was “extremely serious” about teaming up with Kanye West to purchase the team. Not many details were made public beyond that.
Others who reportedly showed interest in purchasing the team include former Denver Broncos Super Bowl-winning quarterbacks John Elway and Peyton Manning. JAY-Z along with former President and CEO of Amazon Jeff Bezos were also rumored to be potential buyers.
#PRIDE2022: Kamala Harris denounces Republican leaders during Pride speech
The Madam Vice President had a few words for Republican-led states during a speech for a Pride event held in Washington, D.C. on Friday (June 10).
Following legislation passed in states that target the LGBTQ+ community in states including Texas and Florida, Kamala Harris pointed out the need for a change.
“No one should fear loving who they love,” said Harris during the Pride festival. “Our children in Texas and Florida should not fear who they are. We should not have to be dealing with 300 laws in states around our country that are attacking our LGBTQ+ brothers and sisters.”
NBC News reports that nearly 240 anti-LGBTQ+ laws have been filed in 2022 alone. Recent laws passed by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Florida Gov. Ron Desantis have been under fire for discrimination against the community. In Texas, it is now legal for the state to investigate parents of transgender children for child abuse.
On the other hand, Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” bill passed by Desantis does not allow topics such as sexual orientation and gender identity to be discussed in kindergarten through third grade. It has since been temporarily blocked.
During her speech, Harris also reiterated her previous push for the Equality Act. The new legislation would be an adjustment to the Civil Rights Act and would make it unlawful to use sexual orientation and gender identity as grounds for discrimination in employment, housing, and education sectors.
She also confirmed that passing the act would be a small step toward equal treatment, but that there is much more work to do.
“There is so much more work to do. And I know we are committed and we understand the importance of this movement and our roles of leadership in this ongoing movement,” Vice President Harris continued.
Author James Patterson says White Men Face Racism!
James Patterson, author and old white man with an estimated net worth of $800 million, opened up about how difficult it is for white men to find work in publishing and Hollywood.
via EW: The thriller novelist said white male writers experience “another form of racism” in an interview with The Times published Sunday, lamenting the plight of older white males. “What’s that all about?” Patterson mused. “Can you get a job? Yes. Is it harder? Yes. It’s even harder for older writers. You don’t meet many 52-year-old white males.”
The comments come after the outlet observed that the white author’s early success was founded in part on the character of a Black detective, the fictional Alex Cross, in his crime series about the cop and forensic psychologist. Morgan Freeman portrayed the detective in two film adaptations, 1997’s Kiss the Girls and 2001’s Along Came a Spider.
“I just wanted to create a character who happened to be Black,” Patterson said. “I would not have tried to write a serious saga about a Black family. It’s different in a detective story because plot is so important.” The author is “almost always on the side of free speech,” he said, noting that he was appalled when staff at his publisher, Little, Brown and Company, staged a walkout in 2020 to protest the publication of Woody Allen’s memoir.
Allen’s adoptive daughter, Dylan Farrow, has accused him of child sexual abuse, allegations Allen denied. “I hated that,” Patterson said of the Little, Brown protest. “He has the right to tell his own story.”
EW has reached out to Patterson’s rep for comment on the controversial interview.
Patterson recently released a new novel, Run, Rose, Run, co-authored with country star Dolly Parton, in March. The thriller debuted at No. 1 on the New York Times’ best-seller list that month and will be adapted into a film starring and produced by Parton. The author’s The 20th Victim, the latest installment to his Women’s Murder Club series with Maxine Paetro, also spent a few weeks on the Times’ best-seller following its 2020 debut.
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari signed a prenup ‘in her favor’ before their fairytale wedding!

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari married in an intimate ceremony on June 9 after signing a prenuptial agreement. According to TMZ, the prenuptial agreement between the 40-year-old pop artist and Sam, 28, protects the pop star's USD 60 million wealth in case the couple divorces. “Britney and Sam signed a prenup in her favor,” a source said as per Page Six. “Her money is protected.”
However, It was earlier revealed that she had assigned her attorney, Mathew Rosengart, the responsibility of hiring a family lawyer to create the arrangement. At the time, Spears and Rosengart, a former federal prosecutor, expressed concern in court records that her estranged father, Jamie Spears, would put a stop to their plans since Jamie was still the conservator of Britney's multimillion-dollar estate at the time. Jamie was suspended a few days later, and Britney's 13-year conservatorship concluded in November 2021.
Interestingly, when Britney, 40, and Asghari, 28, announced their engagement in September 2021, many fans asked what would happen to her money if they divorced. In the midst of the chatter, the personal trainer-turned-actor quipped on Instagram,“Of course we’re getting [an] iron-clad prenup to protect my jeep and shoe collection incase [sic] she dumps me one day.”
Meanwhile, Britney and Asghari married last Thursday in the garden of her Thousand Oaks property. The pair were joined by A-list celebrities such as Madonna, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, and Drew Barrymore, who partied with them throughout the night. Joker 2' Will Be a Musical, Lady Gaga In Talks to Play Harley Quinn
Lady Gaga is in talks to join the cast of the Joker sequel, which is reportedly going to be a musical.
The Hollywood Reporter is saying that Gaga is in early talks to play the role of Harley Quinn in the upcoming film, which will seemingly feature Joaquin Phoenix reprising his Oscar-winning role.
Director Todd Phillips revealed the title for the movie last week, which will be Joker: Folie à deux. (The term means the presence of the same or similar delusional ideas in two persons closely associated with one another, via Merriam-Webster.)
Gaga‘s Harley Quinn wold exist in a different DC universe than the one featuring Margot Robbie‘s version of the character, similarly to how Joaquin‘s Joker is in a different universe than Jared Leto‘s version.
Joaquin Phoenix’s involvement is not a done deal…
Todd Phillips, the movie’s director, has already teased Joaquin‘s involvement in the movie, but THR reports that it’s not a done deal yet.
Sources told the outlet “that Warners has yet to close a deal with the actor, with the two sides deep into it.”
Gaga‘s possible casting makes sense as Todd previously produced A Star Is Born and her co-star Bradley Cooper is a producer on the Joker movies. Keeping it in the family!

Drew Sidora’s sister/manager is addressing the rumors that transpired about the RHOA star and Lebron James after a recent episode aired. As we previously reported, Sidora revealed her previous relationship with a mysterious basketball player, which quickly sparked the affair rumors.
Drew Sidora’s sister, Allison Jordan shared a video to her TikTok account to put the affair rumors to rest, but she did confirm that her sister and NBA star did use to date. “You guys are running with a story that is not true and the only reason that I’m going to address it is that we sit back and let things happen to people we care about. Roddy Ricch Released From Custody, Charges Dropped
Roddy Ricch is a free man. The rapper was released from custody Sunday afternoon, 24 hours after being arrested on gun charges prior to his performance at the Governors Ball.
Roddy and two associates were on their way to the festival when police stopped their vehicle at a security checkpoint. After searching the car, police reportedly found a loaded firearm, nine rounds of ammo, and a large capacity magazine.
Roddy, along with his driver Carlos Collins and bodyguard Michael Figueroa, were charged with four counts, including criminal possession of a weapon, possession of a large capacity ammo feeding device, and unlawful possession of that device.
On Sunday afternoon, Roddy was released from custody and all charges against him and Collins were dropped. Figueroa was arraigned on the charges in Queens Criminal Court, according to the New York Daily News.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Roddy shared a video of himself smiling after being released from custody, captioning it with a Star of David.
Shortly after his release, he returned to the stage at Hot 97’s Summer Jam at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium where he led the crowd in an anti-police chant. “I need everybody to say ‘F**k NYPD,'” he told the crowd, who echoed his sentiments.
Lizzo Issues Apology For Offensive “Grrrls” Lyric And Drops New Version
Lizzo faced backlash for her new song “GRRRLS.” Immediately upon releasing the song Friday, disability advocates urged her via social media that she was using an “ableist slur.”
The “Tempo” singer is being accused of using an offensive term for someone with cerebral palsy. In the original version, the 31-year-old chants “Hold my bag bi**h. Hold my bag. Do you see this sh*t? I’ma spazz.”
According to The Cambridge Dictionary, “spaz” is “an offensive way of saying ‘a stupid person.'”
Also adding the word is “(short for ‘spastic’) an offensive way of referring to someone who has cerebral palsy (a condition of the body that makes it difficult to control the muscles).”
Today, Lizzo addressed the misstep and issued an apology on Twitter announcing the release of a new version of “GRRRLS” with a lyric change.
“It’s been brought to my attention that there is a harmful word in my new song ‘GRRRLS’. Let me make one thing clear: I never want to promote derogatory language,” Lizzo penned. “As an influential artist I’m dedicated to being part of the change I’ve been waiting to see in the world. Xoxo, Lizzo.”
“GRRRLS” is the Houston natives second pre-release single ahead of her upcoming album Special. That project is due out July 15. Lizzo also kicks off a North American tour starting in September.
Currently the lyrics have already been changed, “Hold my bag, bi**h, hold my bag. Do you see this sh*t? Hold me back.”
Mohamed Hadid, Terrence Howard on California delinquent taxpayer list
Mohamed Hadid, whose Bel-Air mansion was just razed to the ground, is on the latest State of California Franchise Tax Board’s Top 500 delinquent taxpayers list.
Hadid is named on the biannual list for owing $243,143.66 to the government.
The real estate developer — also known as the dad of world-famous models Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid — has recently raised eyebrows over his financial status.
Mohamed’s multimillion-dollar Bel-Air home was destroyed last week after years of legal trouble. The property, dubbed the “Starship Enterprise,” was precariously poised atop a hill and did not meet certain city approvals.
In 2019, a judge declared the house “a “clear and present danger” to neighbors” and ordered it to be torn down. However, Mohamed, 73, argued that he did not have the $5 million in funds to raze the property.
The home, which he had initially hoped to sell for $100 million, went for $5 million at auction earlier this year.
In April that Mohamed appears to have lost tens of millions of dollars in construction loans and owes millions more to a host of builders.

Also on this year’s delinquent taxpayers list is Terrence Howard, who has been a continued favorite of the IRS. The “Empire” actor, 53, owes $255,715.72.
In 2019, Howard was reportedly under investigation for criminal tax evasion. Additionally, he has been hit with tax liens three times over the previous years.
And finally, new to this years list is Jim Buss, a partial owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, who owes $232,022.47.
Rev. Al Sharpton Announces He’s Tested Positive for COVID-19
*To quote the shingles ad that we see all the time on TV, COVID don’t care. Nope, it doesn’t matter who you are, you could test positive. And that’s what’s happening with the Reverend Al. Sharpton.
We learned this news because of a press release sent out by the National Action Network (NAN). It revealed that Sharpton, the founder and president of the National Action Network, tested positive for COVID-19 last week.
Sharpton, who also hosts “Politics Nation” on Saturdays and Sundays on MSNBC stated that although he has displayed no symptoms, he is taking his doctor’s advice and quarantining so no one around him is affected. Meanwhile, He will still do his radio and television shows from a remote location as he recovers.
Sharpton released a statement via NAN: “On Friday, I tested positive for COVID-19 but have not displayed any symptoms at this time. On my doctor’s advice, I am quarantining over the next several days to keep those around me safe. I will continue to do my radio and TV shows remotely over that time. Please continue to get vaccinated and boosted if you haven’t already.”
Meanwhile, Sharpton has recently announced that two screenings of his new documentary, Loudmouth, have sold out at the Tribeca Festival (formerly known as the Tribeca Film Festival) in New York City, according to BE. The screenings are scheduled to take place this weekend, on June 18 and 19.
‘P-Valley’ Season 2 Premiere Draws 4.5 Million Viewers, Megan Thee Stallion to Guest Star
*The ratings for the season 2 premiere of Starz’s “P-Valley” rose 1,018 percent compared to the first season’s premiere on the STARZ streaming app.
According to a press release via The Root, the season 2 debut delivered 4.5 million viewers across multiple platforms.
Created and executive produced by Katori Hall, season 2 of the hit drama series follows the exotics dancers and staff of strip club Pynk as it struggles to recover post-pandemic.
Per the press release, “Season two reveals a whole new Pynk as it struggles to remain open during a pandemic, a battle for the throne, and the possibility of some new blood shaking up the locker room. This season takes audiences deeper into the lives of the Pynk’s beloved characters as darkness descends upon Chucalissa.”
“The acclaimed STARZ drama, based on the play by Pulitzer Prize winner Katori Hall, has drawn praise from collaborators from across the music industry for its authentic trap music and for being a platform to spotlight southern female rappers. Following the season two premiere of STARZ’s hit drama, the critically acclaimed series set a new record at the network for having the largest season over season growth in STARZ history,” per the press release.
Meanwhile, the network has released the First-Look image of Megan Thee Stallion’s guest-starring role on the series.
According to a press release, the Grammy winner will play the role of Tina Snow, who will appear later this season. Stallion’s character name pays homage to her alter ego and is also the title of her second EP.
“P-Valley” is available at midnight Sundays on the STARZ app, STARZ streaming and on-demand platforms, and internationally on the STARZPLAY premium streaming platform in the UK and key territories across Latin America. It will also premiere across Europe later this summer. On linear, new episodes will premiere Sundays on STARZ at 10pm ET/PT in the U.S. and Canada.
Paddington Bear 3 gets an official title and a new director
The cutest little bear in film (and critic darling) is making his return, this time with a new director by his side. As Paddington franchise director Paul King steps down for the third film, theatrical newbie Dougal Wilson will take his place. With this news, also comes the announcement of the film’s title: Paddington In Peru.
“After ten years of working on the Paddington movies, I feel absurdly protective of the little bear, and I’m delighted that Dougal will be there to hold his paw as he embarks on his third big-screen adventure,” King says, per The Hollywood Reporter. “Dougal’s work is never less than astounding: funny, beautiful, heartfelt, imaginative, and totally original. Aunt Lucy once asked us to ‘Please Look After This Bear.’ I know Dougal will do so admirably.”
Wilson says, “As a huge fan of the first two films, I am very excited (if not a little intimidated) to be continuing the story of Paddington. It’s a massive responsibility, but all my efforts will be focussed on making a third film that honours the love so many people have for this very special bear.”
Wilson’s experience mostly lies in the music video and commercial industry, where he’s filmed projects for companies like Apple, AT&T, and Ikea, and for musicians including LCD Soundsystem and Coldplay.
King had to step down as director for the film as he helms the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory prequel, Wonka. However, he’s still attached to the project as an executive producer and penned the story with previous collaborators Simon Farnaby and Mark Burton.
Paddington In Peru will begin filming in both London and Peru in 2023. The cast has yet to be announced, but it’s presumed Ben Whishaw will return to voice Paddington, with the film’s leads Sally Hawkins and Hugh Bonneville returning as well.
Kevin Spacey Formally Charged in U.K., Will Appear in London Court on Thursday
Kevin Spacey has been formally charged with four counts of sexual assault in the U.K., the Metropolitan Police confirmed today.
Spacey has also been charged with “causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.”
The actor is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Thursday morning.
The four historic assaults are alleged to have been perpetrated against three men, now in their 30s and 40s, between 2005 and 2013, a period during which Spacey served as artistic director of the Old Vic theater. The Met Police have said the incidents were alleged to have taken place in London and Gloucestershire.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), the U.K. version of the D.A., spent over a year reviewing the evidence before confirming last month they had authorized police to press charges. In a statement to “Good Morning America,” Spacey said he would voluntarily surrender himself to U.K. police to be charged before defending himself in court.
“I very much appreciate the Crown Prosecution Service’s statement in which they carefully reminded the media and the public that I am entitled to a fair trial, and innocent until proven otherwise,” said Spacey. “While I am disappointed with their decision to move forward, I will voluntarily appear in the U.K. as soon as can be arranged and defend myself against these charges, which I am confident will prove my innocence.”
The U.K. charges are the latest in a long line of legal battles – both civil and criminal – for Spacey after allegations were first made about him in 2017. Spacey was the toast of television for his role in Netflix flagship series “House of Cards” until Anthony Rapp told Buzzfeed News of historic allegations against Spacey. Rapp alleges the actor made a non-consensual sexual advance toward him when Rapp was just 14 years old during a party.
Rapp is currently suing Spacey in a New York court for sexual abuse.

Tami Roman hasn’t been on the VH1 franchise in the past several seasons and claims to not miss the show, but when asked if reality tv was ever in her future, she responded Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Potomac.
An exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight’s Denny Directo caught up with the reality star. Directo asked her about the new show she’s hosting, Unfaithful.
She says, “It was just an opportunity to help people in their relationships. You know I’ve been that girl who needed answers to know if my partner was faithful.”
When asked if she would ever return to reality tv, he wondered if she missed Basketball Wives? She responded, “I do not miss Basketball Wives actually. And I think they’re doing fine… I’m not trying to be a basketball wife anymore.”
Directo also said he could see her in Atlanta, and she revealed Marlo styled her in the current outfit she was wearing. And she responded, “Yea, Real Housewives of Potomac is the one I like. I love the Grand Dame. I feel like we could team up and let them other ladies have it.”
