Just days after rocking a head-turning sparkling mesh dress while on vacation, Porsha Williams hopped off a plane and put on yet another jaw-dropping outfit when she arrived back home in Atlanta.

"Touch down and Concert ready with the booskie," Porsha captioned an April 10 Instagram photo. "Nobody can get me dressed and out after a 12 hour flight but [Shamea Morton's] crazy ass." The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum added the hashtag Girls Night Out to the post.

For her fun-filled evening with friends, Porsha rocked a leather-like ensemble featuring a cutout halter top and wide-leg pants. She completed the look with a chic black bucket hat, open-toe shoes, and minimal jewelry. Porsha's dark smoky eyeshadow, rosy cheeks, and glossy lips perfectly complemented her sultry outfit.

A statement-making leather outfit is nothing new for Porsha. #HipHopNews: Snoop Dogg Teases Bad Boy & Death Row Collab On 'Drink Champs'

When Snoop Dogg took over Death Row Records, the legendary rapper confirmed in February a Bad Boy partnership was at the top of his to-do list, and in an upcoming episode of Drink Champs, Snoop will give more details on what exactly that will look like.

The N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN hosted web series dropped a teaser for the upcoming episode, which found Snoop giving more insight into the partnership.

“We can show growth and progression that we can move forward,” he says in the teaser. “We can take this Bad Boy x Death Row what it used to be, and make it a collaboration on peace and love. ’Cause that’s who I am. I’m Suge and Puffy.”

Snoop then seemingly replied to the critics who didn’t like the idea of a Bad Boy and Death Row collab as a result of the deadly East Coast and West Coast disputes of the 1990s.

“Shut the fuck up and stop being brainwashed. I love Puff, I love his kids now n-gga what’s happening? I own Death Row so I do what the fuck I want to do,” he said.

The Gin And Juice icon previously addressed the longstanding feud in a 2016 appearance on Elliott Wilson’s CRWN series, where he spoke about a time when he called Death Row founder Suge Knight on the phone while he was incarcerated. Snoop claimed to have asked Suge if he’d be open to establishing a possible truce with Diddy and Biggie Smalls, but the label head said he would never call a truce.

“It made me feel fucked up because you see me trying to reach out and show love and this is the message that you send,” he said. “And, then slowly but surely, they turned on me because they seen I wasn’t with the business move. I wasn’t with the bullshit. I was with the realness […] I was going through shit like, ‘I’m trying to live. Y’all n-ggas trying to die.’”

Snoop Dogg appears on Drink Champs on Thursday (April 14).

Investigators Identify Person of Interest in Brooklyn Subway Shooting named Frank R. James

*(CNN) — A credit card used to rent a U-Haul cargo van helped New York investigators quickly identify the suspect who allegedly deployed a gas canister and then opened fire on a Brooklyn subway sending nearly 30 people to city hospitals, two law enforcement sources told CNN Tuesday.

The shooter, who dropped the credit card as he fled the scene was still on the loose Tuesday night, was described by authorities as a 5-foot-5-inch Black man with a heavy build who was last seen wearing a green construction vest and a gray hooded sweatshirt.

Authorities said investigators were able to obtain an image of the suspect from a cellphone video shared by an eyewitness.

Shortly after 2 p.m., NYPD commanders put out an Arizona license plate number and ordered all officers and detectives to be on the lookout for the van, according to two internal emails reviewed by CNN. The truck was located in the Gravesend section of Brooklyn a few hours later, two law enforcement officials told CNN.

The van was rented on Monday from a U-Haul store in Philadelphia, according to company records obtained by CNN. The rental agreement obtained by CNN shows the U-Haul reservation was made Wednesday, and was scheduled to be picked up Monday at 2:01 p.m. The van was supposed to be rented for two days, according to the reservation.

A 62-year-old man, Frank R. James, was listed as the renter of the van, and he was identified as a person of interest, said Chief James W. Essig, NYPD chief of detectives, during a Tuesday night news conference.

“We don’t know if Mr. James has any connection to the subway, that’s still under investigation,” Essig said.

The NYPD’s bomb squad is responding to the Brooklyn scene where the U-Haul truck was found, a law enforcement source told CNN.

U-Haul said it is working with authorities.

Tuesday’s shooting left at least 29 people injured, who were treated at three nearby hospitals for injuries, none of which are life-threatening, according to hospital representatives.

Of the injured, 10 people were shot, while others were treated for smoke inhalation, shrapnel and panic in the attack, FDNY First Deputy Commissioner Laura Kavanagh said.

The mass shooting occurred just before 8:30 a.m. as a Manhattan-bound N train neared the 36th Street subway station in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park, a working-class neighborhood far from the city’s tourist hubs. Witnesses riding the subway told investigators the gunman opened two smoke grenades, brandished a 9 mm handgun and fired at least 33 times striking 10 people — seven men and three women — Essig said.

Those 10 people were moved to area hospitals. An additional 13 people were injured via smoke inhalation, falling down or panic attacks, Essig said.

The suspect shot people on the train and on the station platform, NYPD commissioner Keechant Sewell said. First responders arrived to the station and found gunshot victims and others injured in the chaos.

Anthony Valentino, who lives a block from the subway station, said he saw emergency responders outside his home and so went out to find people bloodied and in shock.

“I saw two people holding up a man who was all bloodied, blood all over his hands, and he was in shock, walking like a zombie before sitting to the floor,” Valentino said. “I felt horrible for him.”

The incident comes amid a rise in shootings in New York over the past two years and a particular rise in violence on the subway that has become a focus of Mayor Eric Adams’ administration. Transit crime, broadly, is up 68% compared to last year, numbers closer to where they were at pre-pandemic levels, according to an NYPD summary of statistics current through Sunday.

Kim Kardashian Threatens to ‘Burn Them All to the F*ck*ng Ground’ After Learning That Unseen Ray J Sex Tape Footage May Be Released

Kim Kardashian may have made millions off her sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J—but it’ll a cold day in hell before she lets another one hit the market.

During the premiere episode of “The Kardashians,” which is set to be released on Hulu on April 14, the mother of four learns that Ray J‘s former manager Wack 100 is threatening to release unseen footage. She immediately phones her lawyer Marty Singer to let him know that,

“Over my dead body is this happening again. I know the right attorneys this time and I’m not going to let this happen to me again. I have all the time, all the money and all of the resources to burn them all [to] the f*cking ground.”

As previously reported, rumors first began to circulate about the alleged second sex tape in September 2021. At the time, Wack 100 claimed to possess the footage. In an alleged act of courtesy, Wack 100 said he wouldn’t release the footage to anyone besides Kanye West since it involves “the mother of his kids.” He reportedly said,

“All I know is this, Kanye, holla at me bro. We got part two on the laptop and it’s never been seen. We’d love for you to have it. It’d be a great, personal private NFT. Yes, [and] it’s was more graphic and better than the first one.”

In an interview with Hollywood Unlocked in January of this year, Kanye West also seemingly alluded to the second tape. Kim Kardashian and Ray J both continue to deny claims the tape exists and would much rather spend time focusing on their careers and families. Following Kanye West‘s claims, a representative for Kardashian said,

“Kim remains firm in her belief that there is no new second tape that exists. After 20 years, she truly wishes to move on from this chapter with focus instead on the positive things she continues to do as a mother, entrepreneur and advocate for justice reform.”

Ray J‘s lawyer said, “Ray J is focused on his children, technology company Raycon and his film/tv/music career at the moment, he only wishes Kim & Kanye the best in all of their endeavors and will not be discussing or addressing the past.”

“Kim Kardashian Superstar” was released in 2007, just months before the premiere of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” While many people have said the sex tape is what launched the family into fame, network heads, producers and stars of the show have said “it was so not about that at all.”

Ray J, who shares daughter Melody, 3, and son Epik, 2, with estranged with Princess Love. He released a track titled “I Hit It First” in 2013, rapping about his relationship with Kardashian and how he made her famous with the sex tape.

What are your thoughts on the entire situation?

Ali Wong and Husband Justin Hakuta Divorcing After 8 Years of Marriage

Ali Wong and her husband, Justin Haukta, are ending their marriage. The “Don Wong” comedian and Hakuta are divorcing after eight years of marriage, Wong’s rep confirmed to People Tuesday.

“It’s amicable and they will continue to co-parent lovingly,” a source told the publication.

Wong and Hakuta share two daughters: 6-year-old Mari and 5-year-old Nikki.

The “Always Be My Maybe” star, 39, first met Hakuta, also 39, at a friend’s wedding reception when he was a student at Harvard Business School in 2010.

During her 2016 standup special “Baby Cobra,” Wong joked about how she “trapped” her now-estranged husband because of his status as a Harvard student.

“The first thing I learned about him was that, at the time, he was attending Harvard Business School,” she shared. “And I was like, ‘Oh, my God, I’m gonna trap his ass. Going to trap his ass!’ And I trapped his ass initially by not kissing him until the fifth date, which is a very unusual move on my part.

“But I did it on purpose because I knew that he was a catch.”

Wong and Hakuta, who previously served as the vice president of GoodRX, tied the knot in 2014 at a ceremony in San Francisco. She later revealed in her memoir that she signed a prenup before tying the knot, which ultimately motivated her to make her own money.

“My father always praised ‘the gift of fear,’” she wrote. “And that prenup scared the s–t out of me. In the end, being forced to sign that prenup was one of the greatest things that ever happened to me and my career.”

We bet she already has a divorce comedy special in the works.

Nicki Minaj Wants The Lawyer Of Her Husband’s Rape Accuser’s To Be ‘Punished’ For Making False Accusations

Back in October, a lawyer for Jennifer Hough, who filed a lawsuit against Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty, filed a motion for default judgment. Hough’s lawsuit is based on her allegation that Minaj and Petty intimidated and harassed her in hopes that she would “recant her legitimate claim that defendant Petty raped her.” At the beginning of this year, Hough voluntarily dismissed her lawsuit (only to refile it in California), but the default judgment motion has Minaj calling for Hough’s lawyer to be “severely punished.”

According to Rolling Stone, Minaj and her lawyer Judd Burstein are seeking fees and costs as well as a referral to the federal court’s Attorney Disciplinary Committee against Hough’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn. Minaj’s team says Blackburn pursued “frivolous” and “extortionate” litigation against her “in such a reprehensible manner.” In the motion that was filed in October, which Minaj won, Blackburn alleged that Minaj was a member of the “Makk Ballers,” a street gang in Queens.

“Given that Mr. Blackburn had no evidence in his possession that would have remotely supported even an inference that Ms. Maraj belonged to the gang, and the allegation was entirely irrelevant to the issue of whether a default judgment should be entered against Mr. Petty,” the motion reads, according to documents obtained by Rolling Stone. Mr. Blackburn surely acted in a bad faith effort to generate extremely negative media coverage about Ms. Maraj which also depicted Mr. Blackburn as a lawyer who was seeking to bring her to justice.”

Minaj and her team also claim that Blackburn falsely accused his former plaintiff’s co-counsel, Steven N. Gordon, of working as a “double agent” with Burstein to help Minaj. Furthermore, Minaj and Burstein were able to obtain a sworn statement from Gordon about Blackburn’s behavior. In it, Gordon claims Blackburn made “harrowing, slanderous, false and misleading personal allegations about me that are entirely irrelevant to the motion for sanctions.”

“He regularly and shamefully attempts to use personal information — or purported personal information — to disparage, insult, harass and intimidate other,” Gordon adds. “I will be seeking to the court’s permission to intervene in this matter to move to strike the Blackburn Declaration and for sanctions against him.”

Elon Musk Is Being Sued By Twitter Shareholders

Twitter shareholders are going after Elon Musk. Just days after the 50-year-old Tesla and SpaceX founder had purchased more than 9% stake in the company, the shareholders claim that Elon failed to properly disclose his purchases within the appropriate timeframe.

According to Variety, the suit claims that Elon was 10 days late in filing his legally mandated disclosure form after amassing more than 5% of Twitter shares.

The lawsuit, which had been filed by Marc Bain Rasella, explains that he reached the 5% disclosure threshold by March 24 but he didn’t file the proper paperwork until April 4. After the news hit, Twitter shares shot up 27%.

It goes on to say that shareholders, who sold stock in the May 24-April 1 period, were shortchanged because they were unaware of Elon‘s purchases.

“Defendant Musk, because of his position as a 5% owner in Twitter, had an obligation to file a Schedule 13 with the SEC. Defendant had the obligation, ability, and opportunity to prevent the issuance of the false statements and omissions alleged herein,” the suit states. “Because of his position as a 5% owner in Twitter, and access to material non-public information available to himself but not to the public, Defendant Musk knew that the adverse facts specified herein had not been disclosed to and were being conceale

Uber & Lyft Blasted For Reportedly Surging Prices Amidst Shocking Brooklyn Subway Attack

Uber and Lyft are under fire for allegedly surging the prices to get a rideshare amidst the shocking attack that went down in a Brooklyn subway earlier this morning.

Shocked New Yorkers took to Twitter to share screenshots of the sky-high prices following the attack that injured at least 16 people! While frantic New Yorkers were trying to escape from the subway, it seems that the apps increased the prices during the desperate hours.

Lyft, was also accused of similar practices during the attack, where a gunman shot at least 10 people and set off a smoke grenade around 8:30 a.m., in Brooklyn. Immediately, the apps seem to have upped the prices as the demand was increasing

“Fare surge after a mass shooting in brooklyn when subways are shut down,” one Twitter user commented followed by screenshots of an $85.05 ride to Manhattan . “Shame on you @uber.”

“@Uber turn off surges in sunset park,” added anotherTwitter user. “People are scared, let them get out safely.”

While it may have not been the intentions of the companies to intentionally do this, typically when the demand increases for rides, the prices rocket. This could be due to the apps algorithms, but, it left many New Yorkers scrambling to fork out a hefty amount for transport.

The NY Post reached out to Uber’s rep who said the surging had bern suspended in the area following the public outrage.

“Following the incident, Uber disabled surge pricing in the vicinity and capped pricing citywide,” Uber rep Freddi Goldstein said to The Post. “If anyone on our platform experienced unintended charges during this emergency, we will work to get them refunded.”

“Our hearts go out to the victims of this morning’s terrible shooting in Sunset Park,” she added. “As always, Uber strives to be a resource for New Yorkers aiming to get around New York City.”

Both Lyft & Uber have previously surged prices during emergencies.

Back in 2017, both rideshare apps were similarly under fire after an explosion near the Port Authority in Midtown Manhattan, created exorbitant surges as riders attempted to evacuate the area.

Currently, Lyft has not yet commented on the accusations.

#RIP: Gilbert Gottfried, comedian and 'Aladdin' voice, dies after a long illness at 67

Gilbert Gottfried, the unfiltered standup comedian whose signature nasally squawk could be heard on everything from Saturday Night Live and The Howard Stern Show to movie favorites like Aladdin and Problem Child, has died. He was 67.

The Gottfried family announced his death in a statement on Tuesday: "We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our beloved Gilbert Gottfried after a long illness. In addition to being the most iconic voice in comedy, Gilbert was a wonderful husband, brother, friend and father to his two young children. Although today is a sad day for all of us, please keep laughing as loud as possible in Gilbert's honor."

His publicist said in a statement that Gottfried died in Manhattan from recurrent ventricular tachycardia due to type II myotonic dystrophy — a rare cardiovascular condition that can cause an irregular heartbeat.

Gottfried's showbiz career stretched back to the '70s, where he established himself as an unfiltered presence on the stand-up circuit and a reliable guest on talk shows, including numerous appearances with David Letterman and Howard Stern, the latter where he once revealed his true speaking voice.

The entertainer's most iconic role, however, was playing against type in a children's classic, with his inimitable voice giving life to the smart-aleck parrot Iago, sidekick to the villain Jafar, in Disney's Aladdin (1992) and its two direct-to-video sequels.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., in 1955, Gottfried became famous in his neighborhood for his envelope-pushing stand-up by the time he was 15. In 1980, he was hired to be part of a Saturday Night Live cast that included Eddie Murphy, but he lasted less than a year in the role. (He and Murphy reunited in 1987's Beverly Hills Cop II.)

Dennis Dugan, who directed the 1990 favorite Problem Child, recounted to The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday how he once got reprimanded by the studio for shooting too much footage for the comedy that starred John Ritter as a man to adopt a son and featured Gottfried as the agent who delivers the titular child.

"So they were yelling: 'What are you doing there? You're way over budget on film.' And I go, 'Well, we’'e doing a comedy, right?' And they go, 'Yeah.' And I said, 'Well, we got Gilbert Gottfried. And when I'd say action, Gilbert Gottfried does the script, and then he just starts going. You don’t say cut. You just let him go. Don't look at how long it is — watch the film, and see what you think.' And so they called me back, and they go, 'All right. You're OK because he's that funny.'"

In addition to movies and talk shows, Gottfried was ubiquitous, especially throughout the '80s and '90s, on celebrity game shows, such as Hollywood Squares, and as a host of USA's Up All Night lineup. In 2014, he launched a podcast, Gilbert Gottfried's Amazing Colossal Podcast, in which he interviewed Dick Van Dyke, Sally Struthers and other Hollywood stars.

Through it all, Gottfried faced backlash for his often controversial jokes. "Like I always say," Gottfried told Vulture in November 2019, "I think twice but do it anyway."

Indeed, the irreverent comedian made punchlines of seemingly taboo topics, including the explosion of the Challenger spaceship, 9/11 and pediatric AIDS victim Ryan White, who died in 1990. Gottfried lost jobs because of some of them. In 2011, Aflac fired him from his job voicing the company's duck mascot after he made cracks about an earthquake and tsunami in Japan that left thousands dead.

In that same interview with Vulture, Gottfried explained his philosophy on offending audiences.

"I think the audience likes it too," Gottfried said. "You don't want to go on a roller coaster that advertises that this roller coaster goes very slowly and doesn't make any sudden turns or drops."

He added, "You want to feel like you're going to go on a ride and there's a chance it will kill you. Or when you watch a horror movie, you want to scream and then like laugh afterward because your head hasn't been chopped off."

As longtime friend and fellow comic Kathy Griffin noted on Twitter, Gottfried "would be the first" to make a joke of his own death.

Gottfried's fearlessness and friendship led him to be beloved by fellow comedians and entertainers, many of whom like Griffin paid tribute Tuesday.

Gottfried is survived by his wife, producer Dara Kravitz, as well as daughter Lily, 14, and 12-year-old son, Max.

Jennifer Lopez says Ben Affleck proposed while she was in the bath: 'I was taken totally off guard'

Ben Affleck proposed to Jennifer Lopez at her "favorite place on earth" — the bathtub.

Lopez, 52, revealed details of the surprise engagement in Tuesday's "On the JLo" newsletter which was appropriately titled, "How It Went Down." Affleck popped the question on April 2.

Jennifer Lopez shares Ben Affleck engagement details

"Did you ever imagine your biggest dream could come true?" Lopez began.

"Saturday night while at my favorite place on earth (in the bubble bath), my beautiful love got on one knee and proposed. I was taken totally off guard and just looked in his eyes smiling and crying at the same time trying hard to get my head around the fact that after 20 years this was happening all over again, I was quite literally speechless and he said, 'is that a yes?' I said YES of course that’s a YES."

Lopez says she "was smiling so big and tears were coming down my face" as she felt "so incredibly happy and whole."

"It was nothing fancy at all, but it was the most romantic thing I could've ever imagined...just a quiet Saturday night at home, two people promising to always be there for each other. Two very lucky people. Who got a second chance at true love," she shared.

Affleck first proposed in 2002, but they called off their engagement two years later. This time, instead of a 6.1-carat pink diamond, the Oscar-winning actor popped the question with a green diamond. In Tuesday's newsletter, Lopez shared new photos of the giant sparkler and a throwback shot from the first time they got engaged.

"Green has always been my lucky color and now, for sure, it always will be," Lopez concluded.

As for how Affleck's ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, feels about the proposal, a source tells E! News the actress is content.

"Ben told Jen and the kids, so they knew about it," an insider claimed. (Garner and Affleck share three kids.) As for how Garner supposedly feels about Lopez, "Jen is happy for Ben."

Garner purportedly "knows that J. Lo has been a positive influence in certain ways."

Michael Jackson Outfit in ‘Bad’ Music Video Worth $271,000

*Michael Jackson’s estate has revealed that the outfit the late singer wore in the “Bad” music video is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the King of Pop’s estate lists the one-of-a-kind piece of memorabilia as being worth $271,875. The information was shared with a Los Angeles County judge as part of an accounting given to the courts for the pop star’s massive estate. As we reported, the MJ Estate and its executors spent years following his death cleaning up the financiers and eventually got it to a place where it earns hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue each year. Interestingly, the tax-related documents are a few years old, so it’s unclear if the estate is holding on to the memorabilia or if it is displayed in some location.

Meanwhile, MJ’s outfit in his “Thriller” music video was sold for $1.8 million at Julien’s Auctions, per the report.

In a recent accounting document, the estate noted that Jackson continues to bring in “in excess” of two billion, money that provides for his three children, and his mother.

“Michael Jackson provided the sole financial support for his children and was Mrs. Jackson’s primary source of support. The Executors have endeavored to continue to meet the financial needs of Mrs. Jackson and the children. The Executors have done so through a family allowance for Mrs. Jackson and the children as well as various other means,” the document states, according to the report.

It continues, “Mrs. Jackson resided in the Estate’s real property on Hayvenhurst Avenue in Encino, California (“Hayvenhurst”) for more than thirty years. At the time of Michael Jackson’s death, the mortgage on Hayvenhurst was in default. The Executors paid the mortgage in full. The Executors made and continue to make from time to time necessary repairs and improvements to Hayvenhurst to address maintenance and other issues. The Executors have continued to provide for the maintenance of Hayvenhurst, including estate management, security, and staff.”

In related news, a new Broadway musical about Jackson is in the works.

The theatrical tour titled “MJ” will reportedly hit 17 major cities over two years starting in 2023. It kicks off in Chicago at the James M. Nederlander Theatre on July 15, 2023, News 9 reports.

“We are thrilled by the Broadway response to ‘MJ,’ and that we are already deep in preparations to bring this exhilarating show to Chicago and across the United States,” said producer Lia Vollack in a statement. “Chicago is a premier theater and music destination, and we are excited to be able to begin this journey in one of the Nederlander Organization’s most beautiful venues.”

The complete cast and additional tour stops will be announced at a later date.

Walmart Tycoon Expected to Outbid Billionaire Robert F. Smith for Broncos

*Walmart tycoon Rob Walton is expected to outbid billionaire Robert F. Smith to buy the Denver Broncos.

According to Forbes, Walton, 77, is worth more than $70 billion. He is expected to submit a bid worth more than $4 billion on Friday. Per the New York Post, the bid is “the highest price ever paid for a professional sports team, according to sources close to the situation.”

Meanwhile, private-equity tycoon Robert F. Smith — the nation’s richest African American — could potentially become the NFL’s first Black team owner as he has reportedly expressed interest in acquiring the team. It’s unclear, however, if he will submit an offer to buy to Broncos.

In 2019, Smith reportedly spent $34 million to pay off the student loan debt for the entire graduating class of Morehouse College.

According to reports, Smith has been courted aggressively by the NFL, including Commissioner Roger Goodell and Patriots owner Robert Kraft, to buy the Denver Broncos. The push comes amid controversy and a class-action lawsuit accusing the league of racism and discrimination.

We previously reported that former head coach for Miami, Brian Flores, is taking legal action against the NFL, the New York Giants, the Denver Broncos, and the Dolphins, claiming their hiring practices are rooted in racism.

Per ESPN, in an amended complaint, Flores’ attorneys allege that the NFL retaliated against him as he was not considered for a head coach position with the Houston Texans due to his lawsuit. The complaint also details Flores’ previous allegations that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross offered him $100,000 per loss during the 2019 season.

Meanwhile, the Broncos set Friday as the deadline for opening bids. Only offers that are for more than $4 billion will be accepted, per The Post. The final sale could be closer to $5 billion, sources told the publication.

Apollo Global Management co-founder Josh Harris, who owns the Philadelphia 76ers, is also expected to make an offer for the Broncos.

Las Vegas Teen Arrested and Charged For Allegedly Beating, Strangling and Sexually Assaulting Teacher Over Grades

A Las Vegas teen allegedly sexually assaulted and strangled his high school teacher over issues with his grades.

On Friday, police arrested 16-year-old Jonathan Eluterio Martinez Garcia for reportedly beating, choking and sexually assaulting his high school teacher at Eldorado High School this past Thursday, The New York Post reports.

The incident happened when the teen went to talk to his teacher about his grades. In a statement, police said the teen “began punching the victim and strangled her until she lost consciousness.”

The teacher told police the teen told her he was assaulting her because he “didn’t like teachers” and was “getting revenge.”

She told cops he then choked her unconscious a second time, and when she woke up, her pants and underwear were pulled down. The boy also poured something on her and said he wanted to “set something on fire.” After that, he moved a shelf on top of her and sat on top of it.

The boy then took off running from the scene. The teacher was found passed out by a janitor; she was immediately rushed to a local hospital.

The New York Post reports police picked Garcia about one mile away from the school. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center and charged with attempted murder, sexual assault, battery with intent to commit sexual assault, first-degree kidnapping and robbery.

He’s currently being held on a $500,000 bail and is set to appear in court on Tuesday.

Young Buck Says 50 Cent Is Blocking Him From Releasing Music; Claims He’s Been Forced To File For Bankruptcy

Rapper Young Bucks claims media mogul and fellow Hip Hop artist 50 Cent caused him to go into bankruptcy.

During an interview with Raquel Harper on her podcast series “It’s Tricky With Raquel Harper,” the rapper expressed how his former G-Unit teammate allegedly blocked him from releasing new music through several cease-and-desist letters, which he says ultimately forced him to have to file for bankruptcy.

“We at a standstill, I’m definitely not looking to go down a whole long drawn-out court situation, things like that, when it could all get handled and be done on a business level if we had that conversation to get that clarity,” Buck said. “He could get whatever he’s looking for from me, I can get what I’m needing from him. I can move on with my life, and continue feeding my kids. He could do the same. Like I said, my biggest situation was the fact that he sent cease-and-desists out to try to stop all of my music, and get everything pulled down based on saying I’m still an artist on G-Unit.”

He added that he has another album that he owes to the record label.

“Once he stopped me from being able to make money, I filed another bankruptcy,” Buck said. “They stopped him from being able to cease-and-desist in regards to me being able to, you know… I included what he claimed that I owed him in the bankruptcy to be able to say, ‘Well, hey, if you’re owed this and present whatever receipts or whatever… You will be paid type of situation.’ But that was the only way I was able to go forward with working, so.”

He says Fif has “stopped him from being able to make any kind of money.”
