Cynthia Bailey went all out in celebrating her 54th birthday. The Real Housewives of Atlanta beauty kicked off the festivities by posting a few sultry snaps. "Happy birthday to me," she wrote on February 19, posing in a plunging, black-lace bodysuit. Later, the former model jetted off to the beach in Jamaica, where she celebrated some more in sexy snakeskin.

But Cynthia's special day wasn't only about serving looks. There was also cake in an intricate chocolate cage, and an equally sweet gift from her husband Mike Hill.
In a recent Instagram share, Cynthia showed off a fragrant present. "Thanks [Mike Hill] and [Something Blooming] for my flowers," she wrote. On the woodsy coffee table at Lake Bailey (tour the home in the clip above), Cynthia had propped up a box of 16 white roses. And these particular flowers won't wilt anytime soon.
On Something Blooming's Instagram feed, the company noted that Cynthia's clear box holds Eternal Roses. The flowers are designed to stay in bloom for three years and don't require any water or sunlight.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle interview with Oprah will cost CBS at least $7 million to air, Report!
After days of tantalizing tidbits and escalating accusations, the highly anticipated Prince Harry and Meghan Markle interview is nearly here, and one broadcast network is betting the big event will be worth the wait — and the money.
ViacomCBS is paying between $7 million and $9 million for the rights to air the royal couple's two-hour, primetime interview with Oprah Winfrey, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, however, are not being compensated for the interview, the outlet reported.

The special "tell-all" interview will premiere on CBS in the US at 8 p.m. EST/PST and 7 p.m. CT Sunday, one of the most popular nights of the week for television events.
According to the Journal, the multi-million dollar deal also guarantees the network the rights to license the interview internationally. ITV will air the interview on Monday at 9 p.m. local time in the UK.

The transaction was part of a deal made between CBS and Winfrey's production company, Harpo Productions, the Journal reported. Harpo also reportedly pitched the exclusive event to Comcast's NBC and Walt Disney's ABC before a deal was settled with CBS.
Winfrey has past history with CBS, where she briefly worked as a special contributor for the company's "60 Minutes" team. She also maintains a longstanding relationship with Gayle King, a prominent CBS News anchor.

The broadcast network sought nearly double the normal price of comparable ad time, roughly $325,000 for 30-second commercials during the interview, according to the Journal.
The well-known rift between the royal couple and Buckingham Palace intensified in recent days ahead of the explosive interview. Tensions over the duo's public departure from royal life last year erupted this week in an unprecedented media war between the couple and the palace.

On Wednesday, the normally tight-lipped royal household announced it would launch an investigation into allegations that Meghan bullied palace staff, charges the Sussexes have painted as a smear campaign encouraged by Buckingham Palace itself.
The couple moved to California last year and struck a deal with Netflix to form their own production company focusing on creating documentaries, docu-series, feature films, scripted television shows, and children's programming.

Interest in the couple's Sunday interview has skyrocketed as CBS has released teaser clips and commercials in recent days in which the royal duo discuss their infamous departure.
In one clip, Winfrey asks Markle how she thinks the palace would respond to her opening up about her frustrating experience.

"I don't know how they could expect that after all of this time, we would still just be silent if there is an active role that 'the firm' is playing in perpetuating falsehoods about us," Markle said. "If that comes with the risk of losing things, I mean, there's a lot that's been lost already."

Gabrielle Union Speaks About Experiencing Suicidal Ideation In Candid Conversation With Gwyneth Paltrow!
In a candid conversation with Gwyneth Paltrow during the In Goop Health virtual summit, actress Gabrielle Union spoke about her mental health journey throughout the years, and her recent battle with suicidal ideation.
Speaking over video to Gwyneth, the L.A.'s Finest star shared, "I've had so many rock bottom moments as an adult, starting with being raped at 19 at gunpoint at my job. It just felt like every so many years there was some major catastrophic event that was happening in my life. You know, divorce, career setbacks, relationship issues. There's always something that just lands you on your ass and you're like 'There's no way I can move on from this, I'll never recover, I'll never be the same.'"

Gabrielle, who has previously spoken about how she was sexual assaulted while working at a shoe store as a teen that led to her developing PTSD, shared that each challenge has allowed her to grown. "You have these mini deaths," she said. "You have to grieve the person you were before. And there have been times I've felt like I had to be reborn out of success, because that comes with its own challenges."
One newer challenge the TV star has faced in recent years is perimenopause, which marks the end of a woman's reproductive years as she transitions into menopause, and can cause a wide range of symptoms associated with hormonal disruption. Gabrielle, who is 48, was first diagnosed in her 30s, but said that the "symptoms reached a fever pitch" just this past September.

"I thought I was losing my mind," she explained. "I thought I had early onset dementia, Alzheimer's. I gained 20 pounds overnight of water retention, inflammation, bizarre. I couldn't think. Now, when I have to public speak in the last few months, I'm so anxious, because I'm like, 'Am I going to remember words?'"

However, Gabrielle's scariest symptom was suicidal ideation.
"I've had more depressive episodes, but never for a long periods of time. Maybe a couple of weeks," the actress, who is married to former NBA star Dwyane Wade, said. "I fell into something so dark in December that it scared me. I had a stupid argument with D, and instead of my usual problem-solving...immediately, my brain, that little inner voice said, 'He's never going to get it unless you're dead.' Only because I've been in therapy for half my life that I was like 'No, I don't know who is talking now, it's not my intuition.'"

She shared that fortunately, her suicidal ideation was "fleeting."
"I was able to get through it with talk therapy and diving into how I can regulate my hormones," Gabrielle shared. "Luckily I was at home and I alerted everyone."
She continued, "Separating the symptoms from who you really are...to say that it's a challenge, I don't think I really have the words, or I lost them, to describe what these last few months have been."

If you or someone you know needs help, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

Beyoncé Pays Special Tribute To Young Fan Lyric Chanel Who Died Of Brain Cancer!
Beyoncé honored Lyric Chanel, a young fan who passed away on Friday after battling brain cancer and anaplastic ependymoma for two years.
Lyric and her family documented her journey on her Instagram page, which garnered nearly 600,000 followers and celebrities’ attention, including Beyoncé.
“Just got news from Dr that Lyric is Dying and only have days to live….” a Wednesday post on the child’s Instagram page read. “These are the hardest words to have to hear.”

On Friday, it was announced that the 13-year-old had died earlier that morning.
“Lyric gained her angel wings this morning at the age of 13 years old,” the caption read. “Lyric bravely battled Anaplastic Ependymoma and endured more than a child ever should. She loved singing, listening to music, and dancing. I know she most definitely dancing with all the angels right now. Watch over your family baby girl! You are forever missed!💜💜💜

The “Love on Top” singer sent Lyric flowers in September after the young girl posted old videos of her singing the hit song when she was younger.
After hearing of Lyric’s passing, the singer created a video montage on her website, which features a compilation of videos and pictures of Lyric smiling, singing, and dancing. The background music is of Beyoncé singing a mashup of her songs, “Brown Skin Girl,” “Halo,” and “Love on Top.”

“Lyric it’s you/ You’re the one I love/ And you’re the one I need,” Beyoncé sings. “You’re the only thing I see/ Come on Lyric it’s you/ You’re the one that gives your all/ You’re the one I can always call/ When I need you baby everything stops/ You put my love on top.”

“I love you with all of my heart,” she ended.

André Leon Talley Asked the GoFundMe Effort on his behalf to stop But The Eviction Battle Continues!
MI CASA ES SU CASA: While the legal battle between André Leon Talley and George Malkemus has moved into the discovery stage, a GoFundMe page that had been set up to try to raise $515,872 for Talley has been suspended. The effort had generated $9,645.
The organizer of the fundraising, Akeem Smith, posted that any donated funds will be returned. Smith wrote that “the link still needs to be up, until the refund process is complete. So please don’t donate any more funds.”

Talley and Malkemus became friends 38 years ago and are now divided about the 11-room colonial house that Talley has resided in since 2004. Malkemus, the former Manolo Blahnik USA chief executive officer, and his husband Anthony Yurgaitis are trying to evict the former creative director of Vogue from a White Plains home that was purchased for more than $1 million.

Malkemus, who is Sarah Jessica Parker’s business partner for her signature shoe brand, and Yurgaitis first took legal action last fall in White Plains City Court, claiming nonpayment of “hundreds of thousands of dollars.” Talley, who alleges to have had a gentleman’s agreement for the home, struck back with a complaint filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York’s Westchester County in late January. In court documents, he claimed to have made episodic payments totaling $995,558 for a new boiler, to replace the roof and annual landscaping.
Malkemus’ and Yurgaitis’ legal team filed a counter complaint on Tuesday. An attorney for them, Edward David, said Wednesday night, “We’ve filed our answer and counterclaim. We are now in the discovery phase of the case where we exchange documents and take depositions.”
The way David sees it the key points of the case are, “He leased the property. The lease ended by its terms. He became a month-to-month tenant and failed to pay his rent. Therefore, we are entitled under the law to evict him. Nothing’s changed.”
Talley deferred comment Thursday morning to his attorney Erik Weineck, who later declined to comment about the GoFundMe page being taken down.
However, Weinick did comment Wednesday night about the legal battle. He said via email, “The defendants’ filing does not alter our assessment of our case, which will be extremely strong.”

On the GoFundMe page, Smith had posted that Talley had not asked him to start the fundraising, “but I believe it is the right thing to do.”
Smith added, “Mr. Talley is in a big pickle and we should do our best as a community to help him out. As an elder, he is a leader and a treasure and we must look out for him especially since he still has so much more to contribute and knowledge to share.”

Weinick noted Wednesday night that Talley had posted a statement about the GoFundMe page on his Instagram. Beneath a black-and-white photo of a relaxed-looking Talley seated in a tuxedo, he posted thanks for the “outpouring of love and concern. I am healthy in mind and spirit and am quite grateful for the many messages from dear friends and extended community.”

After plugging his memoir “The Chiffon Trenches” to his 319,000 followers, Talley wrote, “The matter we are dealing with is unfortunate, but will be handled by my very capable legal team at this time.”
Talley also told Smith, the people who put up the GoFundMe and those who have contributed, “I appreciate the thoughtful gesture and generosity, but it is completely unnecessary.” The image had 25,104 likes as of Thursday morning.

Janet Hubert Reveals She Had Suicidal Thoughts After Leaving “The Fresh Prince”
It’s common knowledge that “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” featured two Aunt Vivs throughout the duration of the sitcom. Janet Hubert, the original Aunt Viv, left the show and was replaced by Daphne Maxwell Reid, but life after her departure was far from easy. During a recent interview with Popviewer’s Chris Witherspoon, the TV icon admitted she contemplated suicide in the wake of her exit.

“Absolutely…,” she replied when asked if she ever considered taking her own life. “Because I figured…I had a life insurance policy that would take care of my son.”
In November, when cast members of “The Fresh Prince” reunited to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the 90s sitcom, Hubert and Will Smith ended their decades-long beef following her departure from the show.

At the time, she explained she was going through a difficult time as a pregnant woman and victim of a “very abusive marriage,” which she admits resulted in some tension. She revealed she left the show when she was offered a very bad deal that would have barely required her to work while prohibiting her from taking on other opportunities. Unfortunately, however, her label as someone who was “difficult to work with” made finding work almost impossible.

In the conversation with Witherspoon, Hubert explained that the “French Prince” ordeal followed her around and often resulted in hurtful comments being spewed against her. In one instance, she admitted she got into an altercation with a man who was serving 400 hours of community service.

“That’s when I said, ‘I am going to have a nervous breakdown now,’” Hubert explained.
Smith has since apologized for failing to empathize with “the level of pain and the level of struggle” Hubert experienced at the time. “First of all, thank you for sharing that with me,” he told the actress during the 30th anniversary special. “I didn’t know that. When I look back now, it’s obvious you were having a hard time and I felt like you hated me...You’re still my Aunt Viv!”

Congrats! Lil Nas X Celebrates Buying His First Home at Age 21!
Lil Nas X is officially a homeowner! The "Old Town Road" rapper, 21, announced on Friday that he had purchased his first home.
"Bought my first house today," he captioned a collection of Instagram photos of his new abode, starting with one snap that showed him holding the keys to the house.

In another image, Lil Nas X held a balloon reading "congrats" while standing at the top of a staircase decorated with a modern chandelier. He also posed in his sunny backyard (complete with a hot tub), before giving fans a brief glimpse at his sleek black-and-white kitchen as well as a bathroom complete with a soaking tub.
Last month, the two-time Grammy winner and bestselling author of the children's book C Is for Country opened up about his difficult journey to stardom as part of his new Life Story series on TikTok.

"In 2017 I became the first [in] my family to get into college," he began. "During college I was depressed, had no friends and…. my grandmother passed."
Then the hitmaker said he developed hypochondria — also called illness anxiety disorder, which causes individuals to be unduly alarmed about having a serious medical condition without exhibiting any symptoms of that nature, according to Mayo Clinic.

"I started going to the doctor a lot in fear that I would die soon… hypochondria," he said adding that he began making music in 2018 and ultimately dropped out of school to live with his sister. "I was happy again!!!"
He dropped his first mixtape "Nasarati" not long after in June 2018, citing that "THINGS WERE GOING GREAT! .. then they weren't ..."
The "Rodeo" rapper further detailed that his sister kicked him out, another brother of his who was providing assistance "left to the military" and his songs "were no longer doing good."

Despite these challenges, the performer shot to stardom with the release of "Old Town Road" featuring Billy Ray Cyrus in 2019, which had an unprecedented 17 week run at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart — the longest-leading No. 1 single in history at the time.

Cardi B Deactivates Twitter Amid Backlash Over Doll Release!
Cardi B has deactivated her Twitter account amid backlash from fans who are upset she's releasing a doll instead of a new album.
On Friday (March 5), the "W.A.P." announced her latest business venture: an original Cardi B doll. "BARDI GANG!! I’m dropping my own doll TODAY! Inspired by me. Created by me. Designed by me," she wrote on Instagram. " Thank you@officialrealwomenare This means sooo much. ❗❗ Visit the website now to reserve your doll. You only have 72 hours – so go! Don’t miss out!"

In a follow-up post, Cardi explained why she chose to go into the doll business, saying it was both a business and personal decision. "I'm a girl's mom and y'all know how crazy I go with my nieces on Christmas and everything, right?" she said in an Instagram video. "And I just be like, ‘Wow.' Now and days, these dolls are not like Barbies. They are way more expensive, they come with way more fashion and they come way more diverse. They come so chic and I constantly gotta spend money on these dolls. My daughter constantly want me to buy these dolls, she actually has a preference."

Cardi then shared that her daughter's preferences in dolls made her ask herself, "'Why am I not going to get into the doll business?' Cause one thing people are never gonna stop having, are daughters."

While Cardi was initially overjoyed about her new business venture, her excitement quickly turned into frustration after some of her fans bashed her on social media for dropping a doll instead of an album. The backlash seemingly so overwhelming, Cardi deactivated her Twitter account and hopped on Instagram Live to express her frustrations.

“I have so much pressure," she said. "I’m working on a lot of sh*t to please people. […] I wanna please my fans, cause y’all been asking for something from me for a very long time that I can’t say, and I’m doing it for y'all and it's like 'you’re dropping a f**king doll, we want an album!’ How am I supposed to be rich? How am I supposed to build my net worth?”

This isn't the first time Cardi's asked her fans to stop pressuring her for new music. Earlier this week, when the Bronx native took to Twitter to gush over photos of Lizzo, she was pulled into a music negotiation with her fans

Houston Rapper Chucky Trill Fatally Shot On Atlanta Interstate!
Houston rapper Chucky Trill was fatally shot Friday morning on an Atlanta interstate, shortly after leaving an Erica Banks show at an area club. He was in town to perform during All-Star Weekend, his manager told 11Alive.

The 33-year-old rapper, real name Corey Detiege, was found shot inside a vehicle around 3 a.m., according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died
The incident closed down the northbound lanes of I-85 for more than two hours while Gwinnett County police conducted their investigation. Investigators believe that shots were fired from another vehicle into Detiege’s car.

Dietege was the son of popular Houston rapper D of Trinity Garden Cartel, who achieved some notoriety in the 1990s.
“Obviously, these types of shootings are very concerning for the police department,” police spokesman Cpl. Collin Flynn told the outlet. “Not only do you have the two vehicles involved in the shooting, but you also have multiple people that are driving on the interstate that could also be victims in these types of crimes.”

Banks gave her condolences on Instagram, writing, “We were just in the club last night saying how we was gone turn up this Sunday. wow. Rest peacefully Chucky.”
Head of 1501 Entertainment, Carl Crawford, also expressed his condolences in an Instagram.
“R.I.P homie @chuckytrilloffici so shocked to hear this we was just all together having a good time,” he captioned the post.

Dietege is the fourth person to die in a shooting on a metro Atlanta interstate this year.
