#RHOA: Like we Care! Brielle Biermann Hopes Mom Kim Zolciak-Biermann Would Never Return to ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’!
Stay where you are! Despite NeNe Leakes wanting Kim Zolciak-Biermann back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Brielle Biermann is hoping that doesn’t happen.
“I don’t know why she would. She has her own TV show and it’s doing great and it’s super fun to film and I don’t know why she would put herself back into that crazy environment,” Brielle, 23, said in a interview with Us Weekly while promoting her new KAB cosmetics line and her mom’s Salty K swimwear line. “I mean maybe if it was less negativity, more positivity [and] a couple of people were replaced. Yeah, she’d probably go back.”
Brielle also feels that it’s “not good” when her mom is filming Housewives. “I don’t want her to go back. “Coming home and being drained every single day because of all the negativity, it’s just not the vibe.”
Kim, 42, was an original cast member on the Bravo hit but left at the end of season 5. She is currently the star of her own reality show, Don’t Be Tardy, which has been on for seven years.
“Here, it’s not work. It’s fun. It’s family. You’re just filming your life,” the makeup artist explained. “That is work. You have to put on a brave face every day and you have to know that you’re walking into a situation where you could possibly be attacked and interrogated the whole entire day. And that’s just, like, who wants to do that? Right? I don’t even know how most of them stay on that show.”
That said, the Georgia native has never seen any of the Real Housewives episodes.
“I don’t watch any TV. I love Kyle Richards. She’s really sweet, just because I know her personally, “I don’t know what she’s like on the TV show. I’ve never seen it, but I really love her. She’s a sweet person. I’ve known Shereé [Whitfield] and NeNe basically my whole life.”
As for the status of Don’t Be Tardy, the family wrapped season 8 in January. Usually, they begin filming again in March or April but have not resumed production due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“I don’t know when season 8 is supposed to air because Bravo’s not filming, I’m assuming, any new content for any shows right now,” she said. “They’re probably trying to figure out when things are going to air so that way they can make up for lost time, in a sense.”

#DojaCatIsOverParty Trends On Twitter After Offensive Video Surfaces!
Doja Cat has gone viral two weeks in a row, but this time, it’s not good after an offensive video surfaced the internet. Now, Twitter is ready to cancel her with the trending hashtag #DojaCatIsOverParty.
It appears that Doja Cat may have been in a TinyRooms chat room with white supremacist incels and denouncing her blackness to everyone in the chat.
Incels are defined as “involuntary celibate,” a subculture who find themselves unable to find a romantic or sexual partner, despite wanting one. Incels often express hatred toward sexually active people.
In the alt-right chatroom, Doja allegedly never once said she was proud of her blackness and stated that she wished she was white and that “at least she was thick.”
Although no evidence has surfaced so far of Doja Cat making racist statements, there was a message exchange posted implying Doja’s racism. The back and forth also claims that Doja was a regular on these racist websites.
Twitter even alleges that Doja’s song “Dindu Nuffin” mocks unarmed black people falling victim to police brutality.
The controversy arrives shortly after Doja peaks at the #1 spot with her Nicki Minaj assisted “Say So.”
Doja Cat has yet to respond,

Cop Fired After Writing Comment Insisting It’s “Unfortunate” That More Black People Haven’t Died From Coronavirus In A FaceBook Chat!
While the coronavirus pandemic has changed the outlook on life for many individuals, inspiring us to all to change the way we think and be kinder to one another, racist people continue to prove that they’ll never change.
Despite statistics indicating that African Americans have died at a higher rate from COVID-19, due to underlying health issues and comorbidity’s, one Louisiana police officer has so much hate in his heart that he went online to imply that it’s “unfortunate” that more black people haven’t died from the virus.
According to CBS affiliate KLFY, Kaplan, Louisiana police officer Steven Aucoin wrote the remarks in a live FaceBook chat created by Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards, Complex reports.
One user wrote in the chat that COVID-19 was “created to kill all the blacks.”
Aucoin responded to the comment writing, “Well it didn’t work. … How unfortunate.”
Kaplan Police Department has since taken to Facebook to address the situation and announce Aucoin’s termination.
“We are writing this to inform everyone that we were made aware of the situation with the comments on Facebook from Steven Aucoin. Chief Hardy had the incident looked into, and the officer was terminated. Chief Hardy and the Kaplan Police Department would like to apologize for this matter,” the statement reads.
However, some believe that the comments may have been taken out of context and weren’t meant to be harmful.
Joshua Brothers, a Louisiana firefighter and an army veteran says the order of the comments could have been out of wack due to Facebook’s timeline not being in “consecutive order.”
“The newest [Facebook] update doesn’t put the comments in consecutive order like it used to,” Brothers said. “It’s not a timeline thing. Relevant, newer comments might be above. Some comments aren’t listed at all.”
However, Chief Hardy ignored that suggestion after investigating the entire thread and finding other comments made by Aucoin.
“There were some comments that were further up that was not suitable for a police officer to put up on Facebook,” Hardy said.

Commonwealth Attorney drops attempted murder charge against Kenneth Walker!
Still mourning his girlfriend, Kenneth Walker is now no longer charged with attempted murder of a police officer.
Walker is accused of firing his gun at LMPD officers who were serving a warrant at Breonna Taylor’s apartment back in March. He struck Officer Jon Mattingly in the leg, whose injury could have been worse had it not been for his wallet being in his pocket, Wine said.
During Friday’s teleconference, Wine played several audio recordings of Walker describing what happened in the early hours of March 13. Walker said there were several bangs on the door, and when he and Taylor got out of bed to see who was there, he said the door was being rammed open.
That’s when Walker fired one shot, he said, prompting a barrage of return gunfire, leaving Taylor shot multiple times, dying on the floor of her hallway. The former EMT was 26 years old.
“All of a sudden there’s a whole lot of shots,” Walker said. “We both dropped to the ground and (my) gun fell. There’s the police and there’s a lot of yelling and stuff. They’re just shooting and we’re both on the ground, and when all the shots stop ... she’s bleeding.”
Taylor’s death has made national headlines and sparked a public outcry. Among the attorneys representing her family is famed civil rights lawyer Ben Crump, who is also currently representing the family of Ahmaud Arbery and previously worked the high-profile cases of Tamir Rice and Trayvon Martin.
Walker said he tried to shoot downward toward the ground.
“I don’t need to kill anybody if I can just get you out of here,” he said.
Audio recordings from Sgt. Jon Mattingly, who was shot that night while serving the warrant, were also played Friday during the teleconference. Mattingly said he was the one who knocked on the door multiple times.
“I knocked on the door, banged on it,” he said. “We didn’t announce the first couple because our intent was not to hit the door. Our intent was to give [Taylor] plenty of time to get to the door because they said she was probably there alone.”
Mattingly and Walker both said the door was knocked on multiple times. Mattingly said after the third time knocking on the door, they started to announce themselves, saying they were police with warrants. After no answer, Mattingly said they rammed the door in.
“As soon as I cleared the threshold of the front door, I could see down the hallway,” Mattingly said. “Your mind works so quick in the situation it’s unreal. As soon as I cleared it, I’m faced about 20 feet away right down the hallway. There’s a bedroom door on the right. There’s a male and a female. The male is closest to the door, so he’s to my right. As I turn the doorway, he’s in a stretched out position with his hands with a gun. As soon as I clear, he fires. Boom.
It was almost like at a shooting range where two things flip at the same time. You got to shoot, no shoot. But I mean, they were like, shoulder-to-shoulder, and my mind is going, ‘This ain’t right. Something is off here,’ because all the doors I’ve made entry, I’ve never seen this. I hit this corner, and it goes ‘Boom!’ and as soon as the shot hit I could feel the heat in my leg. So I just returned fire, and I got four rounds off."
Mattingly’s femoral artery was pierced during the shooting. Wine said the injury could have been much worse had it not been for Mattingly’s wallet that was in his pocket. Wine said Mattingly’s injury was not the result of friendly fire.
Walker said he called his mom and told her what happened before calling 911. He told a dispatcher what happened and where he was before hanging up and calling Taylor’s mom.
Wine said police spoke to Walker in the apartment complex’s parking lot following the gunfire exchanged with police. When they asked him who was shooting at them, Walker told police Taylor did nefore later admitting to officers he fired the gun.
“Yeah, I didn’t mean to,” Walker said. “I was scared. I didn’t want them to think that like, that was like when I first came out. I had no reason. My gun is legal. Like, clearly I was scare. Like, I don’t know.”
Walker’s attorney, Rob Eggert, filed the motion Thursday to get the charge thrown out, claiming an officer testifying before a grand jury never mentioned Taylor’s name or the fact that police shot her eight times.
“There was no misleading testimony by the detective in this case, nor was there any ethical breaches,” Wine said in his opening remarks Friday. “However, I do agree with him that more should have been presented to the grand jury, including the statement of Kenneth Walker.”
Walker had told investigators that he thought the door was being rammed in as part of a home invasion, not as part of a police warrant. He fired his gun in self-defense, not knowing it was officers who were entering the apartment, he said.
“I believe that additional investigation is necessary,” Wine said, adding that Walker could be charged again should other investigations by state and federal agencies reveal new evidence. “And if he wishes to testify, Kenneth Walker will be given that opportunity.”

’Black-ish’ Creator Kenya Barris Files to Dismiss Divorce Petition from Wife of 20 Years, Rainbow Barris!
It looks like there has been a change of heart between Black-Ish creator Kenya Barris and wife, Rainbow.
Court documents obtained by The Blast claim Kenya filed to dismiss his divorce petition on May 15. It looks like the two have reconciled and will continue to stay legally married.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It was first reported by The Blast, that Kenya filed for divorce from Dr. Rania “Rainbow” Barris in August 2019, one year after signing a $100 million deal with Netflix. Kenya cited “irreconcilable differences” and requested the court grant him joint legal custody. Rainbow never filed an answer to Kenya’s divorce petition.
The mogul appeared on T.I.’s podcast expeditiously and spoke on his divorce, “I’m going through a divorce right now. Who knows what’s going to happen with that….It is part of life. When I was growing up, we didn’t have-I never saw Cliff and Clair [Huxtable] argue. If you look at sitcoms and our stories, we’re supposed to be okay. But 52 percent of marriages don’t work. It is the toughest thing I’ve ever been through in my life.”
He continued, “We didn’t know about therapy or really understand it. We didn’t know about really having the church or other married friends that would have given us the skeleton to make it in another sort of way. So I feel like talking about that to a generation of people who might be going through what I’m going through, it makes them say, ‘Hey, there’s other people out there like me. Maybe we can make it. Maybe we can’t.’ I just want to be as real with my sh*t as possible.
The couple have been married for 20 years and have 4 minor children; Lola,13, Beau, 11, Kass, 9, and Bronx, 3. They also have two older children over the age of 18.
Relationships are indeed hard. Hopefully their black love prevails and can be an positive example to us all.
William “Roddie” Bryan, Jr. Claims He Tried To”Confine and Detain Ahmaud Arbery!
As of Thursday, William “Roddie” Bryan, Jr., is the third man to be arrested for the murder of #AhmaudArbery, the black 25-year-old man that was shot and killed February 23.
Vic Reynolds, Director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigations, said in Friday’s conference that he is confident his agency arrested the men responsible, reports the Washington Post. Arbery’s death has roiled a local community and prompted nationwide calls for justice that is long overdue.
Friday morning, Reynolds confirmed Bryan, Jr., 50, was arrested on Thursday and has been charged with felony murder and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment, which comes three months after the death of Arbery. Bryan, Jr. is accused of trying to “confine and detain” Arbery multiple times with his vehicle, CNN reports.
However, “Roddie’s” attorney repeatedly claims his client was only a witness that videotaped Arbery’s deadly encounter with the McMichaels, and because he did, we can have a prosecution.
“Mr. Bryan has committed no crime and bears no criminal responsibility in (Arbery’s) death,” Bryan’s attorney Kevin Gough told reporters in a prepared statement Friday afternoon outside Glynn County’s courthouse, minutes ahead of Bryan’s initial court appearance. “Roddie passed a polygraph examination that effectively exonerates him of any criminal responsibility in this matter. “Notwithstanding the arrest of Mr. Bryan, however, and the hardship that he and his family must now endure, Roddie and I remain sympathetic to the Arbery family and to their request for justice for their son.”
When the GBI first came onto the case, they understood the upset over the two-month delay and realized the case had generated a “great deal of emotion and passion.” The agency promised a thorough investigation and said they would make additional arrests if facts led them to do so. Apparently, facts did. “If we believed he was just a witness, we wouldn’t have arrested him,” Reynolds said. “So there’s probable cause, and we’re comfortable with that.”
According to CNN, co-defendant Gregory McMichael alleges Bryan was not only videotaping from his vehicle but was trying to help him and his son, Travis McMichael stop Arbery earlier that day. The warrant on Bryan, Jr.’s false imprisonment reads:
“The accused (Bryan) did attempt to confine and detain Ahmaud Arbery without legal authority by attempting to confine … Arbery and utilizing his vehicle on multiple occasions” between 1 p.m. and 1:20 p.m. “with the intention of confining and detaining Arbery.”
Reynolds informed listeners of the conference that a person can be charged with felony murder in Georgia if he or she is alleged to have contributed to another’s’ death, even unintentionally, while committing another felony. The charge of attempted false imprisonment is that felony in this case.
Washington Post reports, Lee Merritt, an attorney representing Arbery’s family, has repeatedly called for Bryan’s arrest. After the GBI’s announcement Thursday, he and other attorneys for the family said in a statement that Bryan’s involvement in the killing was “obvious to us, too many around the country, and after their thorough investigation, it was clear to the GBI as well…. “We want anyone who participated in the murder of Mr. Arbery to be held accountable,” the attorneys added.
Before Bryan’s arrest, he told CNN’s Chris Cuomo on May 11, he prays for the Arbery family every night and hopes the video “brings justice to the family and peace to the family.”
