The Daily Buzz For May 27☕📰☕

Amiyah Scott shares her Truth with Rolling Out Magazine!
Amiyah Scott became Insta-famous years ago after breaking the internet when she posted a split-screen image of her former self dressed as a young boy in a school portrait and as the glamorous woman she is today. That before-and-after photograph became the most famous meme in Instagram’s #10yearchallenge because the transformation was unbelievable.

Before that photo, many of Scott’s fans didn’t realize she was a member of the transgender community. She was just another beautiful model with caramel-colored skin a perfectly contoured face, and a body to match. The popularity of Scott’s social media persona made her a larger-than-life influencer. From that recognition, her consistency online and sassy personality snagged her a role as the first transgender woman to appear in Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise. Although her relationship with the network didn’t work out, the publicity garnered from Scott’s affiliation with the chart-topping series led to bigger and better things.

Scott was a lead on Fox’s musical drama series “STAR,” where she played Cotton, the daughter of Queen Latifah’s character, Carlotta. Cotton acts as the big sister to the female musical trio around which the series revolves, but in addition to her wisdom, she has a dark past filled with painful obstacles. Thankfully, Scott’s story is different than many members of the trans community. She sat down with Christal Jordan at rolling out to discuss her physical transformation, who she is dating right now, and why she has always believed in remaining authentic and true to herself no matter what other people were ready to accept.
Congratulations on your role on “STAR.” Which is now canceled by FOX. What have you enjoyed most about being on the show?
For this to be my first role ever, it’s a huge blessing. It feels like a family on set, and I’ve learned a lot from everyone. Queen Latifah is amazing, of course, and so is Benjamin Bratt. It’s a lot of fun. Benjamin really took me under his wing and gave me a lot of tips and suggestions. He is great. I’m thankful to the cast and to Lee Daniels for giving me this opportunity.

We’ve seen trending topics on social media about men dating trans women and not having the information up front. Do you believe trans women or trans men have a responsibility to be honest with the people they meet and are dating?
I believe you should always be honest. With that being said, I don’t think when you first meet someone that’s the right time to share my history with them. If a guy approaches me at a bar and asks me if I want a drink, I’m not going to say, ‘Yes, and by the way …,’ but I believe before things move to an intimate situation that everyone has a right to know, so I would tell them at an appropriate time.

Do you believe there are a lot of men who want to date trans women privately but not publicly?
We date all types of men — gay, bisexual and straight men. Everyone loves us because we are women. There are high-profile men in every area that date trans women, rappers, athletes, actors, etcetera. For me, I wouldn’t ever be a part of trying to embarrass someone or put their business out in the public [domain] because the motivation behind that is usually negative. I’m not trying to be a part of anything like that. I’ve dated men the public doesn’t know about, but not everything needs to be shared with the public.

Are you currently in a relationship? There were rumors not long ago that you were secretly married.
I heard that. No, I’m single. Right now, my focus is on my career and working hard. Sometimes relationships can be a distraction. You never really know when you are ready or when you will meet the right person, but right now I’m “single single.”

How old were you when you had surgery, and did your parents support you?
My parents were supportive, and I was lucky to have parents that were. I had my surgery at 17, but I wish could’ve had it sooner. It just solidified who I always knew that I was. For me, nothing changed except for the parts on my body. How I felt was the same, how I looked to myself remained the same.
Recently, there was a gay 15-year-old boy named Nigel Shelby in Alabama who committed suicide because he was being bullied about his sexual orientation. How did you feel when you read that story?
Heartbroken. This is an all-too-familiar story. Bullying is unacceptable in all instances. Even with so much progression in the LGBTQIA community, we still face stigma and danger. I am devastated by Nigel’s passing and even more at the many crimes committed against members of the community.

#RHOA: Fashion Rundown! Who rocked it best Kandi or Phaedra?
Kandi Burruss may not get along with Phaedra Parks, but the two can apparently agree that a colorblock dress is the way to go when making an impression.
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-stars sported the same Delora fitted mock neck colorblock dress just 10 days apart at separate events recently.

First, Burruss wore the frock when she met former first lady Michelle Obama at her “Becoming” book tour stop in Atlanta on May 11.
Burruss kept her look relatively simple with a blunt black bob and smokey eye.

Last week, Parks decided the same $330 dress would be fitting to wear to a pal’s Laguna Beach, California, baby shower.
The Atlanta-based attorney rocked the ‘fit with equally colorful strappy sandals and a patent leather belt. Plus she altered the neck of the dress to be more open so as to expose her cleavage some. Parks also styled her black hair in waves complete with red ombré.

As for who rocked the dress the best, fans gushed about each of the reality star’s looks on their respective Instagram pages.
So what do you think. Who rocked it better Kandi or Phaedra?

#Empire: You can now Read the Newly Released Jussie Smollett Case File
Jussie Smollett’s criminal case file is now public record.
Following a court order to unseal the files, the Cook County Clerk on Thursday released more than 250 pages related to the “Empire” star’s abruptly halted prosecution for allegedly filing a false police report.

The files shed little new light on the case itself. In fact, a large portion of the documents deal with efforts by media attorneys to get the file unsealed. But Smollett wanted the case file to remain sealed, saying he had a right to maintain his privacy.
Cook County Judge Steven Watkins felt differently. In noting the public’s right to access court records as well as Smollett’s own appearances on national television to discuss the case, Watkins on Thursday ruled the actor’s attorneys had “not shown good cause to rebut the common-law presumption of public access.”

The case made national headlines after Smollett told Chicago police he'd been beaten by two men in a racist and homophobic attack. But investigators alleged Smollett paid those two men to stage a fake attack in order to boost his public profile. A grand jury later indicted Smollett on 16 felony counts of disorderly conduct in March.
The Cook County state’s attorney dismissed all of those charges weeks later – igniting a firestorm of criticism for State’s Attorney Kim Foxx and her office for their handling of the case.

#NewMusic: From Tank Featuring Chris Brown ‘Dirty’ Remix
Back in January, Tank released the track “Dirty,” a sequel of sorts to his lascivious track “When We” from his last album, SAVAGE. And like that song, he’s released a remix to the song, reteaming with R&B bad boy Chris Brown. The General and Breezy have collaborated several times in the past, on tracks including “Take My Time,” “#BDAY,” “Foreplay” and the remix to Brown’s “Back to Sleep.”Chris Brown isn't the only addition to the "Dirty (Remix)," with singers Feather and Rahky also in the mix.

Produced by Hitmaka, Tank and company turn the beat up a bit and actually make the track a little less raunchy and more radio friendly. The remix interpolates Keith Sweat’s 1996 classic “Twisted” throughout, but  Hitmaka does switch things up from the original track, hitting the right notes of nostalgia without being derivative.

LISTEN HERE
As far as the lyrics, they aren’t quite as dirty as one would think they'd be given Tank and Chris Brown's track record and knack for bedroom braggadocio.“Dirty” will be found on Tank's upcoming ninth studio album, due out sometime this summer.

#HipHopNews: Puma To Release The Nipsey Hussle Collection Posthumously
PUMA will continue its partnership with Nipsey Hussle, PUMA Brand and Marketing Global Director Adam Petrick announced earlier this week. The sportswear brand plans to release more products associated with the rapper in the wake of his death.

“We had a lot of things that were coming, and hopefully a lot of things we will still do with his estate,” said Petrick during The Wall Street Journal‘s Future of Everything Festival in New York.
“We’ll work with his family and we’ll support his kids,” added Petrick. “We’re going to continue to release some product that we’ve created with him. We’ve also got some charity activations that we’ll do to support what he was doing in Crenshaw, and trying to continue the work that he was doing through his foundation.”
Prior to his death, Nipsey and his Marathon Clothing brand had collaborated with PUMA on a co-branded line of apparel. The first collection was set to hit stores this fall.

“Proud 2 Announce My 2019 Endorsement and Co-Branded collaboration w @puma & TheMarathonClothing is Fully Executed. 1st Collection Coming Fall 2019,” the Crenshaw MC wrote on Instagram prior to his death in late March.

“He was somebody that was doing great stuff, and he had this idea about how he could improve the community and how he could push for that,” said Petrick. “The concept of working with Nipsey just made sense.”

Adam Levine Is Leaving 'The Voice' After 16 Seasons
After 16 seasons serving as a coach and the bane of Blake Shelton's existence, Adam Levine has decided to leave "The Voice."
The Maroon 5 frontman's exit was announced Friday on "Today" by the show's host, Carson Daly, who said the "beloved coach and friend" would be missed.

"About eight years ago, Mark Burnett convinced us to sign up for this show where you sit in a big red chair with your back turned away from the singers on the stage," Adam captioned a lengthy, heartfelt Instagram post. "First thank-you must go to Mark. We had no idea what we were doing or where it was going. After the first day of shooting, I sat there, stunned. I said to myself, 'There's some magic here. Something is definitely happening.' It went on to be a life-shaping experience that will be close to my heart forever."
After going on to thank NBC, Carson Daly, "every single coach I ever sat in those chairs with," the band, the fans and the "amazingly talented vocalists who competed on the show," Adam turned his sights to "BLAKE F--KING SHELTON."

"I couldn't hide my love for you if I tried. Seriously, I tried. Can't do it," he wrote. "Our friendship is and always will be one for the books. Whatever this whole surreal experience was, I'm just happy I got to experience it with you. You're my brother for life. Kelly and John, take care of the cowboy, and I'm sure I'll be back to say hi very, very soon. So much love to you both."
Over the course of his time on the NBC singing competition, Adam has won three times: first in Season 1 with Javier Colon, then again in Season 5 with Tessanne Chin, and a third time in Season 9 with Jordan Smith. He also developed a hilarious rapport with frenemy Blake Shelton, who expressed his shock and sadness over the news on Twitter.

"Having a hard time wrapping my head around Adam not being at 'The Voice' anymore after 16 seasons that changed both of ours lives," he shared. "I only found out about this yesterday, and it hasn't set in on me yet. Gonna miss working with that idiot."

We'd venture to say Blake will get over the loss pretty quickly, though, because the "Moves Like Jagger" singer's replacement is the country star's girlfriend, Gwen Stefani. The No Doubt frontwoman first met Blake when she coached "The Voice" back in Season 7. She returned to coach Seasons 9 and 12.
But Blake wasn't the only castmember shocked to hear of Adam's exit; current and returning coach Kelly Clarkson was also surprised by the news.

"Found out last night about Adam leaving 'The Voice,' and while I get that he's been doing the show for a while and wants to step away, it will be weird showing up for work and he's not there," she tweeted. "To start an amazing show from the ground up is a big deal!"
Adam leaves Blake as the only remaining original coach. The most current lineup also includes John Legend, who will be returning for Season 17.

The Toronto Raptors Eliminated The Milwaukee Bucks for First their Trip to the N.B.A. Finals
Kawhi Leonard had 27 points and 17 rebounds, leading the Toronto Raptors into the N.B.A. finals for the first time with a 100-94 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday night.
The Raptors overcame a 15-point deficit and won the series in six games. They will host the Golden State Warriors in Game 1 of the N.B.A. finals on Thursday night.

Pascal Siakam scored 18 points, Kyle Lowry had 17, and Fred VanVleet had 14 for the Raptors, who used a 26-3 run late in the third quarter and early in the fourth to turn the game in their favor and reach the championship round after having repeatedly fallen short against Cleveland.
They needed something more to get further, and they found it the acquisition of Leonard, the most valuable player of the 2014 finals, who was acquired from San Antonio and has carried the Raptors in this postseason.
“He’s the best player in the league, and we’re happy he’s in Toronto,” said Masai Ujiri, the Raptors’ president.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 21 points and 11 rebounds, but the bid by Milwaukee, the N.B.A.’s top team in the regular season, for a first finals berth in 45 years ended in disappointment with a fourth consecutive defeat.
Down by 76-71 at the start of the fourth quarter, the Raptors tied the score with an 8-2 run while Leonard and Antetokounmpo were both on the bench. Ibaka’s dunk with 10 minutes 32 seconds to go tied it at 78-78.
Antetokounmpo returned after a timeout, but Leonard kept sitting. That did not matter to Toronto, with Siakam’s basket giving the Raptors an 80-78 lead, their first lead since the score was 6-3.

Leonard’s one-handed slam after Lowry’s steal gave Toronto an 87-79 lead with 6:46 to go before the Bucks responded. George Hill answered with a layup, Brook Lopez converted a 3-point play, and Antetokounmpo scored, cutting it to 87-86 with 5:19 to go.
Lowry and Lopez swapped baskets before Gasol’s 3-pointer put the Raptors up, 92-88, with 3:50 left. After another basket by Lopez, Leonard made a 3-pointer that pushed Toronto’s lead to 95-90 with 3:04 to play. It was Leonard’s first 3-pointer after he had missed his first seven attempts of the game.
Toronto made 12 of 27 3-point attempts, including four of eight in the fourth quarter.
Siakam, who missed a pair of free throws late in the fourth quarter of Toronto’s double-overtime win in Game 3, hit one to make it 98-94. Leonard grabbed the rebound on the second and was fouled. He made both, putting the Raptors up, 100-94, with 3.9 seconds to go.

Brogdon and Middleton each made two shots from long range as the Bucks went 6 for 9 from 3-point territory in the first and closed the quarter with 10 unanswered points, leading, 31-18. Toronto shot 6 for 19 in the opening quarter, missing six straight attempts twice in the first 12 minutes.
The Bucks extended their lead to 38-23 on a 3-pointer by Ersan Ilyasova with 7:46 left before halftime. Toronto cut the gap to 46-43 on a 3-pointer by VanVleet with 1:07 left in the second, but Eric Bledsoe answered with a 3-pointer, and Antetokounmpo split a pair at the line, giving the Bucks a 50-43 advantage at the intermission.

The lead went back to 15 in the third before Leonard finished the period with a flourish. He had 8 points in the final 2:01, and Toronto closed with a 10-0 run, cutting a 15-point deficit to 76-71.

Mel B Addresses Sound Issues From Spice Girls' Tour Opening
The Spice Girls (sans Posh Spice) kicked off their reunion tour in Dublin last night (May 24), and after some fans complained about the concert's poor sound quality, Mel B took to social media to address their concerns.
"Hey guys, thank you for attending our show tonight in Dublin," the singer said in a video posted to her Instagram story. "We will see you in Cardiff and hopefully the vocals and the sound will be much, much better." She ended the message with a frustrated sigh.

Many fans posted their compaints about the sound to social media. "There’s something wrong when the crowd at @spicegirls concert are all sitting down because no one has a clue what song is on because the sound really is THAT bad,” one wrote, while another posted "The #spicegirls put on a fabulous show tonight. But am really surprised that nobody seems to be talking about how poor the sound was. Could hardly make out the words they were saying at times. Was worst sound I’ve ever heard at a concert."

Is Wendy Williams Holding Out for a Prime Time Special to air her Dirty Laundry?
This week Wendy Williams fans were disappointed after she failed to address her latest family drama on the Wendy Williams Show following her son's arrest for attacking his father

And here’s why... according to The Daily Mail
Wendy Williams is shopping her tell-all story to major TV networks, demanding an hour-long, prime-time slot, DailyMailTV can exclusively reveal.
Wendy's quest comes as the future of her own show is uncertain - she has stopped attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, leading to fears of a relapse, say show insiders.
The scandal plagued daytime talk show host, who is divorcing her cheating husband Kevin Hunter and publicly battling alcohol abuse, wants to capitalize on her recent troubles and create a positive buzz around her and her show.
Adding even more drama to her personal life, Wendy's son who she shares with Hunter, Kevin Hunter Jr, 19, was arrested for assault on Tuesday night after punching Hunter in the face following an argument over the couple's divorce.
Williams has approached all the big players, including ABC, NBC and Oprah's OWN, and her offer of an emotional no holds barred interview is being considered, according to several network sources.
But one network source told DailyMailTV the sticking point is Williams' demand for an hour-long prime time slot.

Sasha Obama Goes to Prom, Michelle and Malia Obama Pop In for Family Pictures
A date with the president’s daughter! Sasha Obama proved she is no longer a little girl living in the White House, showing off a sleek, grown-up look in her prom photos.
A Twitter user named Rugangelo.  shared pics of the 17-year-old and her date, Chris Milton, on Friday, May 24, writing, “When your lil cousin take Sasha Obama to prom.”
Former president Barack Obama‘s youngest daughter looked gorgeous in a black, fitted dress that featured a high slit that showed off her legs. She finished off her ensemble with hoop earrings and long, straight locks, while Milton opted for a traditional black tux.

The teen posed with her older sister, Malia Obama, 20, in one photo as the college student beamed with pride for her sibling. Mom Michelle Obama sported a big smile in another shot. Barack, meanwhile, was not pictured.
Rumors circulated in November 2018 that Sasha plans to attend the University of Michigan after graduating high school, though the reports were never confirmed.
The 44th president, 57, opened up in December 2016 about his carefree attitude when it comes to his daughters’ love lives. “The truth is, I’m pretty relaxed about it for two reasons,” he explained during an interview with Raleigh, North Carolina’s WDCG radio station. “One is Michelle — she’s such a great example of how she carries herself, her self-esteem, not depending on boys to validate how you look or not letting yourself be judged by anything other than your character and intelligence. Hopefully, I’ve been a good example in terms of how I show respect to my wife.”
Barack’s second reason was a bit more light-hearted. “They have Secret Service,” he joked. “There’s only so much these guys can do!”
Malia famously cheered on Sasha with a thumbs up when the younger Obama met Ryan Reynolds at a Canada state dinner in March 2016.
Barack shared a heartwarming story about the sisters’ farewell when Malia left for college at Harvard University. “It was really touching because Sasha tries to be cool, so she didn’t want to admit that she’s going to miss her sister,” he said during a January 2018 appearance on My Next Guest Needs No Introduction. “She was just being really quiet about it, but in a way that was really moving and touching.”

#BoxOfficeNews: Disney's 'Aladdin' Exploded Over Memorial Day Weekend with a take of $85 million at the Box Office
With an estimated $86.1 million, Disney's Aladdin topped the Memorial Day three-day weekend box office, besting the three-day opening for the studio's Solo: A Star Wars Story last year. For Disney this is something of a big win considering the studio's live action properties, outside of the Marvel Universe, have struggled for some time now. Disney anticipates the reportedly $180+ million production will top $105 million for the four-day weekend, though others expect that total to go even higher, targeting a four-day debut over $110 million, which would be enough to make it one of the top five Memorial Day opening of all-time. Aladdin received an "A" CinemaScore from opening day audiences while playing to a crowd that was 54% female with 54% of the audience coming in aged 25 or older.

Internationally, Aladdin debuted in every major market except for Japan, where the film will open on June 7, and delivered an estimated $121 million for a global debut topping $207 million for the three-day weekend. The film's top market this weekend was China where it opened with $18.7 million followed by Mexico ($9.2m), UK ($8.4m), Italy ($6.6m), Korea ($6.5m), Russia ($6.4m), Australia ($5.4m), Indonesia ($4.9m), Spain ($4.8m), Brazil ($4.6m), France ($3.8m), Germany ($3.6m) and Philippines ($3.4m).
In second place is Lionsgate's release of John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum with an estimated $24.35 million for the three-day, pushing the film over $100 million after ten days in release. Wick 3 is expected to add another $6+ million on Monday, which would push the film's four-day weekend over $30 million for a domestic cume topping $107 million. With this weekend's performance, Wick 3 is already the highest grossing film in the franchise, which makes it no wonder Lionsgate has already dated John Wick: Chapter 4 for May 2021. In fact, if you check out our latest showdown, the third Wick film is keeping pace with the likes of Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation and Jason Bourne at the same point in each respective film's release, further exemplifying the character's box office might.

Internationally, Wick added an estimated $24.8 million from 74 markets this weekend, pushing the international cume to $74.4 million for a worldwide cume topping $175 million. This weekend's new releases included Germany ($3.5m) and France ($2.2m) with Spain and Norway set to open next weekend as the final major markets where the film has yet to debut.

Disney's success this weekend continues in third place where we find Avengers: Endgame, which added another $16.8 million over the three-day and is expected to deliver $22 million for the four-day holiday weekend. The performance will be enough to give the film over $800 million domestically, joining Star Wars: The Force Awakens as the only two domestic releases to ever top $800 million at the domestic box office.

Internationally, Endgame added $15.3 million this weekend from 54 markets for an international total that now stands at $1.879 billion for a global cume totaling $2.677 billion. For those keeping watch, this puts Endgame approximately $111 million behind Avatar on the all-time worldwide grosses chart.

Warner Bros. landed in fourth position for the weekend with Detective Pikachu bringing in an estimated $13.3 million for the three-day weekend, pushing the film's domestic gross over $116 million as it enters its third week in release. Expectation is for the picture to deliver around $17.5 million for the four-day weekend for a domestic gross topping $120 million. Internationally, the film added an estimated $24.3 million this weekend in 72 markets for an overseas cume totaling over $236 million for a worldwide gross just shy of $353 million.

Rounding out the top five is the second of the weekend's three new wide releases in Sony's release of Screen Gems's Brightburn. The R-rated superhero feature delivered an estimated $7.5 million for the three-day weekend, which is just a touch below the studio's $8 million expectation. The pic, which was made on a reported $6 million budget, is expected to deliver $9 million for the four-day weekend. The film received a "C+" CinemaScore from opening weekend audiences while playing to a weekend crowd that was 58% male and 64% of the overall audience was aged 25 or older.

The totals are as follows
1.Aladdin $86,100,000
2.John Wick: Chapter 3 $24,350,000
3.Avengers: Endgame $16,841,000
4.Pokemon Detective Pikachu $13,300,000
5.Brightburn $7,535,000
6.Booksmart $6,512,154
7.A Dog's Journey $4,090,000
8.The Hustle $3,812,554
9.The Intruder $2,265,000
10.Long Shot $1,565,000

Topshop is Closing All U.S. Store Locations
Topshop was definitely the go-to store of some of your favorite clothing pieces. Queen Bey even collaborated with the company for her athletic line, Ivy Park.
On Friday, the brand announced that they will be closing all their U.S. stores, adding to their 200 UK store that its parent company, Arcadia Group, has closed over the last three years, according to BBC.

The closures come after the company’s recent bankruptcy filing and their plan to restructure the brand, which would cause 23 more of its locations in the U.K. to close, if approved. The Group CEO, Ian Grabiner, stated to the press that the move has been a “tough but necessary decision for the business.”
Although the physical stores in the U.S. will be closing, customers can still shop online as well as shop with their partner store, Nordstrom.

Topshop opened their first storefront in New York in 2009 followed by other locations like Miami, Los Angeles, and Chicago. The company began having issues after the owner, Sir Phillip Green, was accused of sexual misconduct. The accusations led to Beyoncé buying out her label, Ivy Park, that was created in partnership with the retailer.

Kanye West Addresses His 'Beef' with Drake
Kanye West is opening up about his fight with Drake.
During his appearance on My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman, the 41-year-old rapper and Yeezy designer alludes to his fight with the 32-year-old entertainer, hinting that he’s not allowed to say Drake‘s name.

“An artist which I will not mention, because I’m not allowed to mention him or any of his family members…” Kanye says at first before revealing that he is talking about Drake.
Well, we had a little beef last year,” Kanye continues. “He has this line that I love that says, ‘I told my story and made history’—like made his story and made history. That’s what we do, we tell our story and then people relate to that story.”

Kanye and Drake‘s feud first started a few months again when Kanye went on a Twitter rant claiming that Drake owed him an apology of a diss track.

Damon Dash’s Ex-Wife, Rachel Roy, Accuses Music Mogul of Drug Use Around His Kids
Damon Dash‘s ex-wife is asking a judge to shut him down in his attempt to get more custody of their 11-year-old daughter, accusing him of using drugs when parenting.

Rachel Roy is responding to Dash’s recent court filing seeking to change the current custody deal they have for their 11-year-old daughter, Tallulah. Dash recently went back to court asking for joint legal and physical custody of Tallulah.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Roy and the former couple’s other daughter, 19-year-old Ava, filed docs asking the judge to deny Dash’s request for a change in custody.
Roy points to Dash’s history of domestic violence and claims their kids have anxiety when seeing him. She claims he smokes marijuana in front of the girls, too.
She wants the judge to order him to enter therapy with his daughter and anger management classes. She also wants him banned from texting their daughter.
Ava filed a declaration saying she is scared of her father’s temper and mood swings. She says that she is concerned about how much marijuana he smokes, alcohol he drinks, and drugs he takes, all of which affect his mood and makes him more excitable, hard to please and upset.
Roy claims Dash has cut off Ava because she refused to get involved in the former couple’s business dispute. She says Dash talks badly about Ava to their 11-year-old and emotionally harms them both
She says that Dash’s claim that Tallulah wants to spend more time with him is an “outright lie.”
Roy claims that on Dash’s birthday, he even shamed their 11-year-old for not bringing him a present, despite her not having access to money.
Dash filed a response to Roy’s accusations, saying he is seeking more custody because “my custodial time with Tallulah is going well and we have established a close relationship.”
He says he has done “everything in my power to rehabilitate from the past” and believes has “come out a better person overall.”

“The Petitioner would have this court believe,” Dash says, “that I am only requesting more time with Tallulah to somehow get back at her. Nothing could be further from the truth.”
He claims that Tallulah is not afraid of him and denies the allegation he scolded her over not buying him a birthday present.
In his court docs, Dash claimed he had a close relationship with Tallulah and said she wanted to spend more time with him. He even argued he was working less and even had a new wife in the house.

A judge has yet to rule.
