Mila Kunis gets real about tabloid pregnancy rumors in her 'Cosmopolitan' cover issue
Mila Kunis is Cosmopolitan's August cover girl.
"The Spy Who Dumped Me" star opened up about tabloid rumors, her career goals and more to her co-star Kate McKinnon, who conducted the interview.

Although Kunis says she doesn't pay much attention to what's written about her in magazines, she says the only upsetting thing is that the rumors can sometimes confuse her parents and grandparents.
"At one point when I was pregnant, (the tabloids) said that I had an emergency and was rushed to the hospital, and my face was on the cover," she recalled. "The amount of stress that caused my family, nobody will understand. Although my dad is always very hopeful that the pregnancies are true. He’s always like, 'Is there really another?'"

She also opened up about her biggest dreams, telling McKinnon, "I just want to be happy. I know that sounds incredibly lame, but I never want to stop learning or being challenged, and I never want to stop challenging my partner. I think that those things will always lead to some form of success."

One thing that doesn't make Kunis happy? Negativity on social media.
During the interview, she explained how social media platforms like Facebook used to focus on connecting people (it's even where she and husband Ashton Kutcher "reconnected and started talking"), but now it's turning into something else in her eyes.

"It took an ugly turn and became all about who can be the loudest, who can be the angriest and the most negative. Then it’s just not a fun game to play,” she said

#RHoA: NeNe Leakes Shows Off In a One-Piece Swimsuit…HOT or NOT?
NeNe Leakes wasn't one of the many Bravolebs who rocked patriotic swimwear this week in honor of Independence Day — but The Real Housewives of Atlanta fashion expert's one-piece suit made a huge statement nonetheless. "Red, White and who?" Nene wrote in the caption of a sizzling Instagram photo from yesterday showing her chilling poolside in a very teeny tiny black one-piece with string and metallic closures. She looks sensational! No wonder she's smiling in this photo.

This swimsuit is so nice, NeNe posted it twice, and the second time was for a specific purpose. Here's the boutique owner's clapback message to Internet trolls:
"One mo for the hate! Just rubbing that thang allllll in yo face," Nene wrote. She obviously follows the "looking good is the best revenge" maxim here.

Hmmmmm, Well what do you think, Is she HOT or NOT?

#HipHopNews: Azealia Banks Reignites Beef With Nicki Minaj Over New “Bed” Video
Azealia Banks reignited her long-running on-again-off-again beef with Nicki Minaj on Thursday (July 5) with a series of tweets criticizing the "Chun-Li" rapper for her costume choice in the upcoming "Bed" video.

The outburst started after Minaj posted on Instagram images from the video shoot featuring herself on a beach wearing a mermaid tail. Banks, having posed back in 2012 as a cartoon mermaid on the cover of her debut mixtape Fantasea, took the artistic decision as biting her style and dissed Nicki's execution of the look.

"Why does nicki Minaj have to be so damn corny," she wrote in the opening tweet. "Like sometimes it's just like sis !!!!! Find some art !!! Please !! Lol."

Banks continued with aggressive comments about the tail, saying Minaj gives her "aunty chicken of the sea tuna in a can baked potato vibes," and claiming the rapper has butt implants. She also accused Nicki of ripping off Lil Kim.

"Did she invent any of the shit she stole from Lil Kim and accuses female rappers of stealing from her? Or was I really the first rap mermaid???" Azealia tweeted. She also criticized Minaj on Instagram but has since deleted her post.

The comments renew a conflict that seemed to finally resolve in September 2017 after Banks wrote Minaj a thoughtful letter apologizing for her "catty shit" in the past. The Queen of Cash Money responded with grace, advising Banks, "You're very talented & very smart. Focus on what really matters from now on."

Well, it was chill while it lasted. Banks is set to release her new song "Treasure Island" on July 13 from a forthcoming Fantasea sequel, so it's easy to see why she might be sensitive to other rappers deploying the seapunk aesthetic.
The "Bed" video is expected to drop in the next 24 hours, per Nicki's Instagram. She has not yet responded to Banks' tweets.

Kendall Jenner & Ben Simmons Accidentally Caught Sharing PDA at Khloé Kardashian’s July 4th BBQ
Kendall Jenner and Ben Simmons were spotted sharing some rare PDA as the two were snapped in the background of Khloé Kardashian’s Instagram Story.

Khloé was trying to capture a friend’s speech during the Fourth of July party that she hosted with Tristan Thompson, but all anyone can talk about is her little sister cuddling up on her rumored boyfriend. There’s been romance speculation for months, even after that makeout session with Anwar Hadid, and from the looks of it … Kendall and Ben are the real deal.

In the pics, Kendall is seen sitting behind Ben with her long legs all over him as the NBA star is gently holding onto her.
The duo first sparked dating rumors in May. Since then, they’ve been spotted all over Los Angeles together — dining at star-studded restaurants and even having a late-night rendezvous at a swanky hotel — but Kendall had everyone shook when it seemed like Bella and Gigi Hadid’s brother was replacing the athlete.

#POLITICS: Scott Pruitt is finally Out At EPA!
Scott Pruitt will no longer lead the Environmental Protection Agency, President Trump announced Thursday afternoon via Twitter.

"I have accepted the resignation of Scott Pruitt," Trump tweeted. "Within the Agency Scott has done an outstanding job, and I will always be thankful to him for this," Trump also wrote.
The president also said that on Monday, Andrew Wheeler will "assume duties as the acting Administrator of the EPA."
"I have no doubt that Andy will continue on with our great and lasting EPA agenda. We have made tremendous progress and the future of the EPA is very bright!" Trump said.

In his resignation letter, obtained by NPR, Pruitt informed Trump he was leaving his post "effective as of July 6." Pruitt also wrote "the unrelenting attacks on me personally, my family, are unprecedented and have taken a sizable toll on all of us."
Pruitt was among the most controversial of Trump's original Cabinet-level picks. He embodied the administration's broad support for the fossil fuel industry and its disdain for climate science. Since then, he has attracted the attention of Congress and the EPA's inspector general for a wide range of potential ethics violations that hinged on misusing his power and spending far more taxpayer money than his predecessors had on travel and security expenses.

As investigations piled up, multiple close aides and EPA staffers resigned from the agency and support among congressional Republicans slowly weakened.
Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One on Thursday, Trump said Pruitt "came to me and said, he said, 'I have such great confidence in the administration. I don't want to be a distraction.' And I think Scott felt that he was a distraction." The president added that the choice to resign was Pruitt's.

Pruitt came to the EPA from Oklahoma, where he spent years as the state's attorney general attacking the federal agency he would eventually run. With other Republican attorneys general, he sued the EPA to stop ozone and methane emissions rules and block regulations on coal-fired power plants.

Throughout his career, he has publicly questioned climate change and whether it is caused by greenhouse gas emissions.

The man taking the reins, Deputy Administrator Wheeler, is a former coal lobbyist and senior Senate staffer

Michelle Williams and Fiancé Chad Johnson Get a Reality Show on OWN
*From the outside it appears that things are going very well for singer Michelle Williams. Among other things, she and sports chaplain Chad Johnson got engaged and now she’s announcing that they have a reality TV show in the works.

All we know at this point is that the show, a non-scripted series on OWN, will follow the pair’s relationship.
As we reported earlier, the two met in March 2017 at a spiritual retreat in Arizona that was ran by him. Johnson, by the way, is also a pastor and a life a coach. Even though the good vibes between them were immediate, they both wanted to remain focused on the retreat.

Michelle said about their initial meeting: “I mean, he was cute, but I did not go to flirt with the pastor!”
Once they went their separate ways, they kept in touch. A friend of Chad’s encouraged him to pursue Michelle.

“I tried to roll in with some mac daddy game — and I tried to flirt a little bit and said something like, ‘How about you and I connect sometime?’ And right away, she texted right back with one word and six question marks behind it: “I tried to roll in with some mac daddy game — and I tried to flirt a little bit and said something like, ‘How about you and I connect sometime?’ And right away, she texted right back with one word and six question marks behind it: ‘Connect??????’”, he stated during an interview with People magazine. He continued on saying, “I thought she had dissed me. So I was embarrassed, and I didn’t reach back out to her because I thought I’d ruined the friendship.”

About a week later, Chad was vacationing with his nephews when Michelle replied to one his stories on Instagram. He said,

“The rest is history.”

#RIP: Ed Schultz, MSNBC Progressive Broadcaster And Radio Personality, Dead At 64
Longtime radio personality Ed Schultz has died, his employer RT America announced Thursday. He was 64.
“We at RT America are sad to announce the passing of Edward Andrew Schultz,” the channel said in a statement. “Ed Schultz passed quietly early morning on July 5 at his home in Washington, D.C. This announcement comes as a shock to all of us here at RT America.”

He died of natural causes, sources told The Bismarck Tribune.
After making a name for himself as a radio and TV personality in Fargo, North Dakota, in the early 1980s, Schultz went on to host a show on MSNBC, a show on RT America and a daily podcast.

After two decades spent covering sports news and hosting a conservative-turned-progressive political talk show out of North Dakota, Schultz began hosting “The Ed Show,” a daily show on MSNBC in 2009. On it he took on a more progressive bent, covering liberal causes from labor unions to universal health care.
After MSNBC canceled the “The Ed Show” in 2015, Schultz began hosting a podcast, “Ed Schultz News and Commentary.” Its last episode aired in December. His RT America show began airing in 2016.

Though he remained a divisive figure, particularly among his North Dakota followers, upon hearing of his death, many of those who worked with Schultz recalled his kindness.
“I lined up with the Republicans because they were anti-tax and I wanted to make a lot of money,” he told The Los Angeles Times in a 2012 interview about his morphing political perspective.
“I don’t think anyone wakes up one day and says, ‘I’m a liberal,’” Schultz told the Columbia Journalism Review a year later. “But I underwent a number of grassroots experiences that brought me around to a different perspective.”
He often pointed to meeting homeless people in a Fargo soup kitchen in 1998 as a turning point that inspired his on-the-ground reporting with struggling farmers and other blue collar Americans.

Schultz is survived by his wife, Wendy Schultz, and their six children.

#RESIST: Statue of Liberty climber Pleads NOT GUILTY and she says "I went as high as I could"
NEW YORK -- The protester who scaled the base of the Statue of Liberty on the Fourth of July drew support and cheers outside a Manhattan court Thursday after she pleaded not guilty in the incident a prosecutor called a "dangerous stunt." Therese Patricia Okoumou was charged with federal misdemeanors of trespassing, interference with government agency functions, and disorderly conduct.

Charges allege Okoumou endangered her own life and the lives of the NYPD officers who responded when she refused to come down during a three-hour standoff. Court papers also charged Okoumou with resisting arrest by refusing to leave her perch by the bottom of the statue's robes, about 100 feet above the ground. Police had to scale the lower part of the statue to pull her down.

Det. Brian Glacken of the NYPD Emergency Services Unit said at press conference that Okoumou talked to them about the "children in Texas," referring to the Trump administration's policy that separated families who entered the country illegally. Officers put a harness and rope around her to get her down. About 16 officers participated in the rescue, police said.

Okoumou is a member of the protest group Rise and Resist, and joined group members who earlier in the day Wednesday hung a banner from the statue emblazoned with the message "Abolish I.C.E.," referring to the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. ICE is a division of the Department of Homeland Security whose officers arrest and deport unauthorized immigrants inside the U.S., among other duties.

The group, which CBS New York reports was among the crowd of supporters Thursday, has said they weren't aware of her plans to climb the statue.

In announcing the charges, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman called the incident a "dangerous stunt."

"While we must and do respect the rights of the people to peaceable protest, that right does not extend to breaking the law in ways that put others at risk," Berman said in a statement.

Okoumou, a 44-year-old naturalized citizen who immigrated from the Republic of Congo in 1994, was met with applause as she spoke outside court, saying that while she wouldn't repeat her actions, she believes her message got across. She called for an end to the Trump administration's zero-tolerance policy on immigration and family separation at the border.
Borrowing a famous quote from former first lady Michelle Obama, she said, "'When they go low, we go high.' I went as high as I could."

Okoumou said she did a "pull up" to climb onto the statue's pedestal, calling the decision spur of the moment. She thanked the U.S. Park Police, who she said treated her with respect and courtesy.

Okoumou also drew supporters on Twitter, where the hashtag #TheresePatriciaOkoumou was trending Thursday afternoon.

U.S. Park Police Major Pamela Smith said the incident "caused disruption to thousands of visitors on one of the busiest days of the year at the Statue of Liberty." The National Park Service decided to evacuate more than 4,000 visitors from Liberty Island on Wednesday "out of an abundance of caution," said spokesman Jerry Willis. Average attendance for the Fourth of July is 20,000 to 25,000 people, he added.
The park service was reviewing security videotape to try to determine how the woman made the climb, Willis said. It also was taking a closer look at the statue to see if there was any damage, though that's unlikely, he said.

The copper-pounded skin is only the thickness of two pennies but "it's strong," he said.

"That statue has been out in the middle of New York Harbor for 130 years — with hurricanes and lightning and everything that nature has thrown at her," he said. "She's survived quite well."
A National Park service spokesman told CBS New York's Reena Roy Thursday that Okoumou used a ledge above a doorway on the public observation deck to hoist herself onto base of the monument.

If convicted, Okoumou could face up to six months behind bars on each count.

Las Vegas Police Issue Statement After New Details In Tupac Shakur Murder Case Emerge
Earlier this week, there were reports that stated the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department were preparing an arrest warrant for the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur, but it turns out that isn’t the case.
Back in February, on BET’s “Death Row Chronicles,” former L.A. gang member Duane Keith Davis, otherwise known as Keffe D, said the person who shot Pac was in the backseat of the car he was riding in, but because of the “street code” he wouldn’t reveal who it was.

Keffe D’s late nephew Orlando Anderson was one of the people in the backseat, and he’s always been a main suspect. Anderson was also seen fighting with the Pac right before he was shot.

“One of our homies said the Death Row guys are gonna have a concert at the 662 Club,” Keffe D recalled. “Tupac and Suge [Knight], they ain’t never show up. [We] stopped and got some liquor. We was gonna party and sh–.”

Afterwards, Pac and Suge headed to the 662 club and were spotted by Keffe D. According to the former gang member, he saw the “Dear Mama” creator lean out of the window after he was seen by some fans.

“There they come in that BMW,” said Keffe. “All the chicks was like ‘Tupac,’ and he was like ‘Hey,’ like a celebrity, like he was in a parade. If he wouldn’t even been out the window we would have never seen him. My partner bust a U [turn]. When we pulled up I was in the front seat. Happen to see my friend Suge … Going to keep it for the code of the streets. It (the shot) just came from the backseat, bro.”

The “Death Row Chronicles” episode marked the second time that Keffe D told that story, and he’s repeating it because of a cancer diagnosis and having “nothing to lose.”
In addition, since that episode aired, the LVMPD said they’ve been looking at the case from new angles but despite reports, have not made an arrest warrant.
“We are aware of the statements made in a BET interview regarding the Tupac case,” a statement read. “As a result of those statements, we have spent the last several months reviewing the case in its entirety. Various reports that an arrest warrant is about to be submitted are inaccurate. This case still remains an open homicide case.”

Meanwhile, Keffe D’s BET episode caused people to create a change.org petition to pressure the LVMPD to name Anderson as the shooter and close out the case once and for all.

Wait till you see David Foster’s Daughters Erin and Sara Foster Reaction to His Engagement to the Younger Katharine McPhee
Erin Foster and Sara Foster are reacting to their father’s engagement.

Days after former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star David Foster, 68, became engaged to Katharine McPhee, 34, his two daughters posted their hilarious reactions to the news in the comments section of one of their famous father’s photos.

The couple’s upcoming marriage will be the fifth for David and the second for Katharine.

David and Katharine became engaged on Tuesday after one year of dating. Months prior, Sara made it clear to Us Weekly that she completely approved of her father’s relationship with the former American Idol contestant.
“We approve of whoever is going to be good to my dad; at the end of the day and we’re very honest about it,” Sara explained. “If we ever thought that anyone was in something for the wrong reasons, we would be very vocal about it. We just want someone that’s going to treat him well and that cares about him, and I think he’s with someone right now that really does.”

In September of last year, Erin joked about her father’s relationship with Katharine and hinted at a future marriage between them.

“Excited about my new step mom,” she wrote at the time.
David, who was previously married to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid, met Katharine in 2006 when he served as her mentor on American Idol. Two years later, the music producer serenaded her and her former husband, Nick Cokas, at their wedding.
