Sheree Whitfield gave an update on her She-By-Sheree line during the previous reunion special for The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Sheree really wanted fans to stick around as she tried to figure out what to do with her line. Years ago, she tried to launch a fashion line but her samples were not up to her standards and she decided it was time to scrap the idea. She had a launch party with no clothes and the clothes she had promised never arrived.
When Andy Cohen asked Sheree Whitfield about her clothing line earlier this year, she revealed that the clothes were coming. However, instead of gowns, fans could look forward to a work-out line with joggers. Her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars were surprised as they had no idea she was working on this.
On Twitter, Sheree Whitfield revealed that the joggers she had promised- and more – were coming soon. She also used the same business name as before, She by Sheree. In addition, Whitfield revealed that she was living her best life. But the interesting thing is that she used the hashtag, I stay on their brains.
This could be the same strategy that Kim Zolciak is using, as she continues to tease all kinds of things but then never really says anything about the products. Instead, she makes headlines because of her controversial and outrageous comments regarding her social media racist theory and families being off limits, despite criticizing her co-star’s husband.

When Empire first came out back in 2015, it became an instant hit mainly because of the characters at play. The top billers, Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard, are the epitome of what power couples should be. The Empire Unpossess’d – Season 4 – Episode 18
To date, this was probably one of Empire’s biggest season shockers. With the death of Anika, we lost such a formidable enemy and somehow endearing (at times) family as well. Anika fought until the very end, and it was only fitting that she died from her own causes (not the ghost of Rhonda to be exact). It was as if karma finally played its hand and just decided that Anika’s time was up. Grace Byers managed to keep it all so real for us that as much as we hated her at this point, we were still somehow bothered by her death.

On her latest release, the R&B powerhouse inspires others to take heed of the intangible moments in life, singing, “I don’t know what you’ve been told; Nothing last, nothing last forever,” she sings.
“I wrote and recorded this song four years ago when I was in a really vulnerable space in my life,” says Evans. “I remember being fed up with the world being so materialistic to the point where we hurt others just to get what we want.”

#HipHopNews: Jim Jones Arrested On Drug Possession & Weapons Charges Following Police Chase
COWETA COUNTY, GA – Jim Jones was reportedly arrested on Wednesday night (June 21) in Coweta County, Georgia.
According to The Newnan Times-Herald, the Dipset O.G. was apprehended on drug possession and weapons charges. Coweta Country Sheriff’s Office investigator Jeremy Wood spotted a gray Mercedes crossing over into the left hand emergency lane when he decided to pull the vehicle over. Jones was in the backseat.
As the traffic stop was being conducted, the driver of the vehicle, Ana Rajnee Miles, took off and led officers on a brief police chase. Wood pulled in front of the car and the driver reportedly struck Wood’s vehicle intentionally.
Once the four occupants were out of the vehicle, Jones explained Miles was acting “incoherent” and wouldn’t pull over.
Investigators searched the vehicle and discovered 23 Oxycodone pills and a Titan .25 caliber pistol with seven bullets in the chamber tucked inside a backpack.
Weed was also found throughout the vehicle, along with a Ruger SR 9mm handgun reported stolen from Dekalb County in March.
In another backpack, police found a variety of Oxycodone, Percocet and THC oil as well as Jones’ passport and $148 in what Jones described as “petty cash.”
Everyone in the car was taken Newnan Piedmont Hospital to be medically cleared before they were booked into the Coweta County Jail on Thursday morning (June 21).
Jones was charged with multiple felonies, including possession of the stolen gun, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime and possession of narcotics. He was also charged with a misdemeanor for the prescription pills not being in their original container.
He was reportedly released on $7,000 bail.

Despite her spokesperson saying “there was no hidden message,” Donald Trump just tweeted, “‘I REALLY DON’T CARE, DO U?’ written on the back of Melania’s jacket, refers to the Fake News Media. Melania has learned how dishonest they are, and she truly no longer cares!”
11:48 AM PT: Melania’s spokesperson just addressed the jacket to a reporter, saying “It’s a jacket. There was no hidden message.”
People are condemning Melania Trump for her outfit choice while traveling to see detained immigrant children in Texas.
Photographers snapped photos of the First Lady boarding a plane Thursday morning from Washington D.C. to Texas while wearing a green Zara coat bearing the phrase “I really don’t care, do u?” written on the back.
The Daily Mail was the first to point out the tone-deaf clothing choice, which retails for just $39.00. Although Melania did remove the jacket before she landed in Texas to see the detained children, the internet was quick to call out FLOTUS for the poor fashion choice.
Mrs. Trump’s visit to the border today was a surprise, previously unannounced, trip to meet migrant children currently being detained by the U.S. government. Several of the children at the facility have been separated from their parents as part of the Trump administrations controversial enforcement of their zero-tolerance illegal immigration policy.
After an enormous public outcry, President Trump signed an executive order yesterday barring the removal of children from their parents who are crossing the border illegally.
Kobe Bryant Denied an Invite to Join Film Academy
Back in March, The former Los Angeles Lakers player took home the Best Animated Short award Sunday night for Dear Basketball. His director and animator Glen Keane thanked Bryant for helping write their award-winning short film.
The general membership committee apparently felt that Bryant does not yet possess a substantial enough body of work to merit an invitation, since Dear Basketball was his first filmmaking venture.
According to THR reports, Cartoon Brew broke this news, which The Hollywood Reporter has independently confirmed with a source close to the situation.
It is not unusual for filmmakers who receive an Oscar nomination or win for a project early in a career to be denied membership; in fact, one of last year’s two winners in the same category, Piper‘s Marc Sondheimer, also was not invited after the ceremony at which he won. (Sondheimer’s co-winner, Alan Barillaro, was invited in 2015, and Keane, Bryant’s co-winner, was invited in 2000.)
Still, some will inevitably wonder if, in the #MeToo era, Bryant’s past legal troubles deterred the organization from bringing him into its fold.
Former ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ Star Alexis Bellino and Husband Jim Bellino Split After 13 Years of Marriage
Another Real Housewives marriage bites the dust. Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino and her husband, Jim Bellino, have called it quits after 13 years of marriage.
According to the court documents, Jim filed for divorce on Thursday, June 21. He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed “TBD” as their date of separation.
Alexis and Jim tied the knot in April 2005 and have three children together: son James and twin daughters Melania and Mackenna. Jim is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their kids and asking for spousal support from the former reality TV star.
The 41-year-old joined the cast of RHOC for season 5 in 2009. She was a full-time cast member for three seasons, leaving the show ahead of season 9 in 2013. After her former castmate Tamra Judge got baptized on season 10 of RHOC, Alexis sent host Andy Cohen an email to read at the 2015 reunion and accused Judge of making a “mockery” of her “savior.” The two women exchanged mean texts at the taping, but according to Judge, they later made up.
“You know what? It was really good. It was kind of a nice situation where she sat in front of me and she turned to me and she said, ‘I didn’t mean to come off bad. I’m very happy for you.’ And I just felt like there’s a reason for everything, for her sitting in front of me,” Tamra revealed during a June 2016 appearance on Watch What Happens Live. “You know, it was just really sweet, actually. It came out really nice.”
While the former Bravo star frequently shares photos of her kids on social media, has not shared a photo with Jim since April.
This will be Alexis’ second divorce. She was married to her college sweetheart from 2002 to 2004.
Nicki Minaj Admits Immigrant Status As She Talks About Families Being Ripped Apart
Amid criticism aimed at the Donald Trump administration for separating immigrant families at the Mexican-American border, Nicki Minaj has spoken out against it and disclosed her immigration status upon arriving to the U.S. 30 years ago.
“I came to this country as an illegal immigrant @ 5 years old,” she said on Instagram June 20. “I can’t imagine the horror of being in a strange place & having my parents stripped away from me at the age of 5. This is so scary to me. Please stop this. Can you try to imagine the terror & panic these kids feel right now? Not knowing if their parents are dead or alive, if they’ll ever see them again… πΊπΈ.”
Trump on yesterday signed an executive order intended to end separation of children and their parents by detaining them together for an indefinite period of time.
“We’re going to have strong — very strong — borders, but we are going to keep the families together,” Trump said as he signed the document in the Oval Office Wednesday. “I didn’t like the sight or the feeling of families being separated.”
But it doesn’t solve the issue of the more than 2,300 children who have already been split up from their families.
Meanwhile, fans of Nicki have been applauding her for sharing her own story and standing up for immigrants.

Fox News Pundit Charles Krauthammer Dead At 68
The conservative Washington Post columnist and TV commentator announced his cancer diagnosis earlier this month.

Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist Charles Krauthammer has died, The Washington Post confirmed Thursday. He was 68.
The announcement came nearly two weeks after the columnist and Fox News personality revealed in a Washington Post column that he only had weeks left to live. For most of the last year, he wrote, he’d been recovering from surgery to remove a cancerous tumor in his abdomen. Though the procedure was initially thought to be successful, the cancer returned and began spreading rapidly.
“This is the final verdict,” he wrote. “My fight is over.”
Krauthammer, a psychiatrist-turned-media personality, used his final column to reflect on the opportunity his career gave him in playing a “small role in the conversations that have helped guide this extraordinary nation’s destiny.”
“I leave this life with no regrets. It was a wonderful life — full and complete with the great loves and great endeavors that make it worth living,” he continued. “I am sad to leave, but I leave with the knowledge that I lived the life that I intended.”
He is survived by his wife, Robyn, and a son, Daniel. Although the conservative commentator spent the end of his career as a pundit on Fox News, the preferred news outlet of President Donald Trump, Krauthammer didn’t shy away from criticizing the president. He refused to vote for him and didn’t sugarcoat his belief that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to sway the 2016 presidential election.
He was also a harsh critic of President Barack Obama and took controversial stances doubting climate change and denouncing gun control efforts.
Charles Krauthammer, Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist and intellectual provocateur, dies at 68
His syndicated Washington Post column championed neoconservative thought and the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
Krauthammer expressed those views in his weekly Washington Post political column, which he’d written since 1985 and had syndicated in hundreds of other publications. In 1987, the gig earned him a Pulitzer Prize honoring him for his “witty and insightful columns on national issues.” He stopped regularly writing it last summer after his diagnosis.
Before transitioning into media, he earned a degree in psychiatry from Harvard Medical School. In his first year there, Krauthammer was injured in a diving board accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down and required him to use a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
“I don’t like when they make a big thing about it,” he said of his disability in a 1984 interview. “And the worst thing is when they tell me how courageous I am. That drives me to distraction.”
Krauthammer excelled in psychiatry, earning top honors at Harvard and later publishing award-winning psychiatric research on the origins of mania. Despite his successes in the field, he said he didn’t enjoy the work and began transitioning into the media world just a few years after earning his medical degree.
“I’ve had a very checkered, irregular career. ... I just had a tug, a feeling that there was a wider world out there I wanted to get involved in,” he reflected in a 2005 C-SPAN interview.
In addition to his contributions to The Washington Post and Fox News, Krauthammer helped plan psychiatric research under President Jimmy Carter’s administration, worked as an editor and writer at The New Republic, and gained national recognition as a columnist for Time magazine
R&B ICON Anita Baker To Receive Lifetime Achievement Honor During ‘BET Awards’
If you were waiting to find out who would be honored at this weekend’s “BET Awards” then wait no more. Grammy-winning songstress and R&B icon ANITA BAKER will be recognized with this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
According to the press release, Baker will be honored for her four decade career as a singer, songwriter, music trailblazer and all around diva! She is best known for burning up the R&B charts during the 80s and 90s with such classic smooth R&B ballads as “Sweet Love,” “Giving You the Best that I Got,” “Same Ole Love,” “Just Because,” “Good Love,” and “Body & Soul.” She was also one of leading music artists who defined the “Quiet Storm” radio format along with Sade, Luther Vandross, Babyface and Patti LaBelle to name a few.
Baker is currently living her best life and is performing around the country as part of a farewell concert series.
In addition to Ms. Baker, BET will recognize six individuals with the Humanitarian Heroes award: James Shaw Jr. (disarmed Waffle House shooter), Naomi Wadler (11yr old speaker at March For Our Lives), Mamoudou Gassama (Climbed outside of building to save dangling 4-year-old), Justin Blackman (only student to walk out of his High School on National Student Walk-Out Day), Shaun King (journalist who has been instrumental in covering untold stories in the black community), Anthony Borges (Parkland Victim/Hero who threw himself in line of fire – shot 5 times). The bravery and strength of the highlighted 2018 honorees is truly exceptional.
This year’s show is hosted by Oscar winning actor and singer Jamie Foxx.

Check out these first look images of Tony-Winning actress Anika Noni Rose in the revival of Carmen Jones. The Off-Broadway musical is playing now through July 29 at the Classic Stage Company in New York City.
Rose is in the title role along with Davide Aron Damane, Erica Dorfler, Clifton Duncan, Andrea Jones-Sojola, Justine Keyes, Lindsay Roberts, Soara-Joye Ross, Lawrence E. Street and Tramell Tillman. The show is directed by John Doyle and choreographed by the great Bill T. Jones.
Carmen Jones is set in the South as World War II rages overseas and tells the story of a tempestuous parachute factory worker who ignites her own battle in a tragic love triangle with an airman and a prizefighter. The original Broadway production debuted in 1943 followed by a 1954 film version starring icons Dorothy Dandridge, Harry Belafonte and Pearl Bailey.

In the wake of outrage over the Trump Administration's family separation policy, Time's latest issue—on newsstands Friday—serves up a series of essays and reports on what the newsweekly calls "a referendum on core American values."
In a piece headlined "A Reckoning After Trump's Border Separation Policy: What Kind of Country Are We?," Karl Vick writes,
For the first 240 years of U.S. history, at least, our most revered chief executives reliably articulated a set of high-minded, humanist values that bound together a diverse nation by naming what we aspired to: democracy, humanity, equality. The Enlightenment ideals Thomas Jefferson etched onto the Declaration of Independence were given voice by Presidents from George Washington to Barack Obama. ... Donald Trump doesn't talk like that." And in an essay titled "Trump Backed Down, But the Crisis at the Border Is Far From Over," Molly Ball writes,
The inhumanity unfolding at the border has not just been a test for Trump. It has been, and will continue to be, a moment of reckoning for America. Trump has often bet that if he just rides out the current frenzy, the anger will fade and some new controversy will erupt. He thinks shock is a temporary condition, moral outrage is phony posturing and that the American people can be numbed to just about anything. If there is a Trump creed, it's that there's no such thing as going too far. That may have found its limit with putting children in cages.
