We Need To Talk About Jane Fonda’s Unretouched Photos & Political Stances
American icon Jane Fonda has never been shy about speaking her truth. From protesting the Vietnam War to embracing her sexuality, regardless of age, she's been an inspiration for millions of fans. But what's even better is that she's always done things on her own terms (just ask Megyn Kelly, who tried to get Fonda to speak about her plastic surgery procedures at an awkward time).
At 79, Fonda's fiery spirit hasn't changed, and this month, she showcased her inner and outer beauty as the cover star of Town & Country magazine.
According to People, Fonda's cover photo was unretouched; and it's absolutely stunning.

But as gorgeous as the cover is, it was inside the magazine that Fonda truly shined. Though she's recently been making waves in the TV and film industries with projects like Grace & Frankie and Our Souls at Night, the actress said she wasn't feeling particularly inspired to discuss her acting career because she was too preoccupied with current events.
"Who gives a rat’s ass?" she said of her career. "Oh, I’m sorry. It's just that, with everything going on in
This isn't a particularly shocking response from Fonda, who earlier this year at the Emmys used her platform to talk about the current political climate alongside 9 to 5 costars Lily Tomlin and Dolly Parton. An outspoken critic of President Donald Trump, Fonda told Town & Country that in her nearly 80 years of life, she's "never experienced this kind of nightmare before."
"I became an activist in 1970," she said. "And if I can give any advice it's this: We mustn't normalize this presidency."
She's right, too. Just this week, the president tweeted: "Network news has become so partisan, distorted and fake that licenses must be challenged and, if appropriate, revoked. Not fair to public!" What he's saying is a direct threat to the First Amendment.

He also stated that the U.S. wouldn't continue to assist Puerto Rico with life-saving relief efforts "forever" and announced he'd be speaking at The Family Research Council's annual conference, making him the first sitting president ever to do so. The group, as Independent UK reports, is classified by the Southern Poverty Law Center as extremist group whose "intention is to denigrate LGBT people."
None of this is normal, and it's so refreshing to hear stars like Fonda use their platforms to remind the world that we can all be better.

‘RHoA’ Kim Zolciak Claims Divorce Is ‘Not An Option’ When It Comes To Her Marriage To Kroy Biermann
Divorce has become fairly common on the sets of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise. LuAnn de Lesseps, Bethenny Frankel, Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer are a few examples of cast members who have gone through bitter divorces over the years. But there’s one Real Housewives star who refuses to become a part of that list.
According Page Six, Kim Zolciak-Biermann recently told Fox News that divorce is not on the table for her and hubby Kroy Biermann. The two met while filming for Season 3 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta and have been married since 2011.
Kim eventually left RHOA for her own spin-off, Don’t Be Tardy, but is set to return to the hit series in Season 10. Although the drama of the show has ended many marriages, Kim is determined to keep her relationship healthy.
“I would never allow a show to impact my marriage in any way,” she explained. “My marriage is definitely first.”

Kim believes divorce is a big problem in reality TV because the fame and hype is just too much to handle. Instead of pausing and addressing issues head on, Kim says that many people get divorce because it is the easy way out.
With Kim and Kroy renewing their vows this past year, she assured fans that her marriage is hotter than it’s ever been.
In fact, her marriage is so good that People reports she might be ready for another baby. In an interview with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, the Don’t Be Tardy Star admitted that he has baby fever and was open to the idea of expanding the family. Kim currently has six children.

The only hurdle is that Kroy had a vasectomy three years ago. This, of course, can be reversed, and it sounds like that might happen if Kim wants to have another baby.
Kim revealed that she actually wants another boy to join her family of six, which includes Brielle, Ariana, Kaia, KJ, Kash and Kane.

Fans can watch Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann renew their vows when the new season of Don’t Be Tardy airs Friday nights on Bravo. Season 10 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta is scheduled to premiere on Nov 5

#EMPIRE: See ‘Empire’ Cast — and Adorable Little Kids — in Prince-Themed Costumes
(via Variety) “It was beautiful,” says Prince’s sister Tyka Nelson of the birthday party at the center of “Empire’s” upcoming episode themed around the artist. “I was so blown away by the set — it really looked like one of Prince’s parties, every little itty-bitty detail was the way he would do something. I did a lot crying that day.”

Fans can get an exclusive sneak preview of the party — with the cast and some adorable little kids dressed in picture-perfect Prince-themed outfits — along with a brief clip of the show’s characters Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray) and Jamal (Jussie Smollett) performing “Let’s Go Crazy” from the show, which premieres on Fox Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m.CT/9 p.m. PT.
The segment, which is built around the birthday party for Hakeem’s young daughter Bella’s birthday, was conceived by director and executive producer Sanaa Hamri, who was a close friend of Prince’s and his creative director for several years.
“The writers of the episode wanted to do a princess theme for Bella’s birthday and they wondered if they could use Prince as a kind of thematic notion, purple balloons and things, and I kind of expanded it so Jamal and Hakeem would sing a remake of ‘Let’s Go Crazy.’ I dressed everybody in costumes from different eras of Prince’s career [designed by Paolo Nieddu], smattered with a Mozart rendition of princes and princesses, because ‘Amadeus’ was one of Prince’s favorite movies. He was a very dear friend of mine and I thought it was a great opportunity to celebrate his life and his artistry.”
While the experience was an emotional one for many on the set, “I will say it was more cathartic than anything,” recalls Hamri, who first met Prince in 2000 and collaborated with him on the visual elements of his 2004 “Musicology” album and tour, among other projects. “I had the support of my cast and crew and Fox, who obviously went through the hard time with me when he passed and I wanted to give him my own type of tribute as a filmmaker.

“And Taraji [P. Henson, who played Cookie in the show] is such a huge fan — she said she was the president of the Prince fan club in high school! Everyone was dedicated to making it the best possible show.

The show also plays off of an element that would be known only to deep Prince fans: He didn’t celebrate birthdays. “He just didn’t,” Hamri says. “It was part of [him being a] Jehovah’s Witness. In the storyline it’s Hakeem’s idea to celebrate Prince, and of course [true to his character] Hakeem didn’t do his research, and Cookie is like, ‘Don’t you know Prince don’t celebrate birthdays? Ain’t that right, Tyka?’” (See that scene below.)
Three former members of Prince’s most recent band appear in the performance — longtime keyboardist and musical director Morris Hayes, keyboardist Josh Welton and his wife, drummer Hannah Ford. “It was great seeing the bandmembers react to the set,” Hamri says. “They said, ‘It’s like one of the parties we used to throw, but bigger!’”

Nelson, who is one of the six heirs to her brother’s estate, appears in the scenes as well, shaking an official Prince tambourine. “The first couple of times they shot it I just sat there with my mouth open — they probably couldn’t use that part of the footage!” she laughs.

Beyonce And Daughter Blue Ivy Carter Are All Kinds Of Cute In New Photos
Beyonce and her cute daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, are making fans say “aww” with a series of beautiful pictures.
Jay-Z’s wife and her head-turning curves are back on social media much to the delight of her millions of supporters all over the world.

The 36-year-old entertainer and shrewd businesswoman from Texas showed off her impeccable style in a tight black long-sleeved cuffed mini dress.
The mother of three also wore black shoes, huge diamond hoops, and cat-eye shades.
As for Blue Ivy, she looked like a little princess in a green dress.
In some of the photos, Beyonce is sitting behind Blue doing silly bunny ears.
While fans are happy to see Blue, they are attacking the pop superstar for not sharing new pictures of her twins — Sir and Rumi Carter.
Speaking of Sir and Rumi — they are said to be giving their parents a run for their money.
A source revealed: “After raising Blue Ivy for five years, Beyonce really thought she had the whole parenting thing in the bag — but oh boy was she in for a shock! Everything she thought she knew is out the window when it comes to twins. Beyonce knew it would not be easy, and that two newborns means twice the work, but she really didn’t imagine it would be THIS hard.”
The person went on to say: “Even though they are only four months old, they already have really different personalities — Sir is super sweet, happy, and calm, while Rumi is a tiny bunch of energy and mischief. Both Beyonce and Jay have hardly slept since the twins were born, but they finally seem to be getting the babies into a routine, and they feel like things are definitely getting a little easier.”

The insider concluded: “Despite having newborn twins though, as well as a five-year-old, Beyonce and Jay are still managing to make time for each other, and their marriage is stronger than ever. Although they are completely exhausted, and it seems like life is now consumed by feedings and dirty diapers, they would not change a thing.”

Beyonce and her hubby have managed to find themselves again.

HAVEASEAT: Woody Allen Responds To Harvey Weinstein Allegations: “You Don’t Want It To Lead To A Witch Hunt Atmosphere.”
Woody Allen is the latest person to speak about the Harvey Weinstein numerous allegations of sexual assault.
Woody Allen says he’s “sad” for Harvey Weinstein and the women who have made harassment and assault allegations against the fallen movie mogul, according to a report by the BBC.
“The whole Harvey Weinstein thing is very sad for everybody involved,” Allen told the BBC.“Tragic for the poor women that were involved, sad for Harvey that [his] life is so messed up.”

As to the allegations of misconduct against Weinstein, Allen said, “No one ever came to me or told me horror stories with any real seriousness … And they wouldn’t, because you are not interested in it. You are interested in making your movie.”
The BBC reported that Allen said he hoped the allegations would lead to changes in Hollywood, but he also expressed concern about a “witch hunt atmosphere.”

“You also don’t want it to lead to a witch hunt atmosphere, a Salem atmosphere, where every guy in an office who winks at a woman is suddenly having to call a lawyer to defend himself. That’s not right either,” Allen said. “But sure, you hope that something like this could be transformed into a benefit for people rather than just a sad or tragic situation.”

#BOXOFFICENEWS: Marshall missed the Top Ten by a thread!
The new Movie about the late ICON Thurgood Marshall just missed the top ten at the Box Office. Open Road's Marshall delivered on expectations with an estimated $3 million from 821 locations. The film received an "A" CinemaScore from opening day audiences.

Marshall was narrowly edged out of the top ten by Focus's Victoria and Abdul, which saw the smallest drop in the top ten. The film played in 900 theaters (+168) and dipped 25.3% for an estimated $3.1 million weekend. However With an estimated $26.5 million, Happy Death Day topped the weekend box office, outperforming the opening weekend for The Visit, which went on to gross $65.2 million in 2015.
Based on averages for Blumhouse titles debuting over $20 million, it seems reasonable to expect Happy Death Day to also push toward a $60 million run domestically, especially with Halloween still around the corner. The film scored a "B" CinemaScore from opening day audiences which broke down 54% female vs. 46% male, of which 63% were under the age of 25.

Happy Death Day also began its international roll out this weekend, debuting in 11 markets and bringing in an estimated $5 million. Top markets included an estimated $2 million debut in Brazil and $1.1 million in Australia. Next weekend, the film opens in 16 territories including Sweden, Taiwan and the U.K. and Ireland.

Trump Accuser Demands Release Of Documents On All His Sexual Assault Allegations
Summer Zervos, who claims Trump groped her without consent, is suing the president for defamation.

A woman who accused President Donald Trump  of unwanted groping has subpoenaed all documents held by his presidential campaign about any harassment and assault allegations against him, BuzzFeed News reported Saturday.

Summer Zervos, a former contestant on “The Apprentice” and one of many women who came forward during the campaign to accuse Trump of harassment or assault, initiated the subpoena as part of her lawsuit against the president for defamation. Zervos decided to sue Trump in January months after the then-presidential candidate denied the allegation and dismissed all of his accusers as liars.

In her bid to establish that Trump “defamed” her, Zervos’s subpoena aims to prove how Trump deliberately tried to discredit her and the other accusers.
The subpoena, which is liable to renew public attention on the numerous allegations against Trump, sets the stage for another legal and political headache for the president.

Zervos’ subpoena requires him to turn over all documents “concerning any accusations that were made during Donald J. Trump’s election campaign for president, that he subjected any woman to unwanted sexual touching and/or sexually inappropriate behavior.” The order would cover documents about Zervos, as well as other women who accused Trump of groping, including, but not limited to, Jessica Leeds, Mindy McGillivray, Rachel Crooks, Natasha Stoynoff, Temple Taggart, Kristin Anderson, Cathy Heller, Jill Harth, and Jessica Drake.

Zervos’ legal team, which includes nationally renowned women’s rights attorney Gloria Allred, issued the subpoena in March, but it only entered the court record in September.
Trump’s attorneys tried to get the suit dismissed in March on the grounds that the president is immune from being sued while in office. They also tried to dismiss the subpoena in July, arguing that it “seeks wholly irrelevant information intended solely to harass the president.”

During Trump’s campaign, he vowed to sue the women who accused him of assault and harassment, but he has not followed through on the promise.

The subpoena comes to light at a moment of heightened public sensitivity to the impunity given to many powerful men allowing them to sexually harass and assault women. Famed Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein was fired by the company he founded and expelled from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences after the New York Times reported earlier this month that Weinstein had settled numerous accusations of sexual harassment out of court. The report prompted a flood of additional allegations against Weinstein, including claims that he physically assaulted women and forced them to perform sex acts.

The allegations against Weinstein bear an eerie resemblance to the accounts of many Trump accusers.
At least 16 women have publicly accused Trump of forcibly attempting to kiss, grope and have sex with them. Many of those women came forward in October 2016 following the leaked 2005 video of Trump bragging to “Access Hollywood” host Billy Bush that he freely touches women without their consent, infamously stating that he can “grab them by the pussy.”

Zervos said that in 2007 Trump summoned her to meet about professional matters on several occasions and then kissed, groped and humped her against her will.
